i don't want them to kiss. i want them to hold hands. i want them to hug. i want crowley to hide his smile in aziraphale's neck and i want aziraphale to play with crowley's hair. i want them to fall asleep in the same bed at night and wake up to make each other coffee. do you get it? do you understand me?

If I had to create a gem species like in Steven Universe and Houseki No Kuni (I know, I know. But as a MADD, a mineralogy nerd and a huge fan of both series, I want for once to pacify this little whimp of mine), I'd probably make them live in a cave/underground enviroment. Their cities would be build underground an their houses/room, inside cave corners.
A town of Minerals (the species' actual name) is called a Colony and it's not lead by the ones whos "gem-core" (the irl gem who matches their biology/appearences) has the strongest hardness on Moth's scale. They are chosen on reliability and empathy/simpathy and other factors.
A baby mineral is called a geode and a group of minerals is called a cluster
While I still like this species to look a bit more humanoid, they wouldn't look just like colorful people! I want to give them some features that distances them a bit from our fav gems: what about something like horns (perhaps made out of crystals??) And crystal grows over their bodies? Maybe a tail??
These mineral-people aren't actually made out of pure gemstone. They are called "rock elementals" for their biological structure: their blood, flesh and other bodly parts share the same chemical composition of IRL gems (a citrine quartz have both silicius and steel in their body).
This determines a few factors: the blood/flesh/skin/irises and other features' colors who are very close to match the irl gem, and also some health-related things (Mineral whose "gem-core" is colorless such as phantom quartz or goshenite would be very sensitive to the sun-light, like albino creatures, because there are not impurities that colors their skin. For example, a "Sapphire-person" would get bluer if they get a sunburn).
Also, there can be metal-cores too but they are rare. Metals can be born from two minerals who have a gem-core (and this usually happens because the metallic impurities in their body are commoner than the other rock impurities), or can be born from a metal and gem couple
Also Minerals are not immortals!!
Their life lenght depends on many factors, but they get old and die like any other living being (I'd like to think that the type of gem-core is a factor on the duration of the mineral)
Speaking about gem-core, Minerals are not named after that ofc (it can works as a nickname such as Dora for a Labradorite, but most of the time the name is not linked to the irl gem)
And that's it prettu much...
What do you think about it? Feel free to let your questions in the ask box
And any suggestion is more than welcome!

Good Omens Is a Big Deal
With everything going on I haven’t acknowledged how grateful I am for what Neil (and John) did this season. I always saw Good Omens as a romantic story and everyone involved seemed to be super supportive of that. To actually see a follow through on those themes was wonderful though. To see Aziraphale continue to look at Crowley like he’s the earth, the moon, and the stars. To see Crowley continue to save his angel not because he needs them to, but because they love him.
To see them have their dinners, and give the other access to their prized possessions. To see them dance. They love each other. They are in love with each other and it’s not implied or a throwaway line that can be edited out.
It’s the beating heart at the center of the story.
Tumblr media
And they weren’t meant to be. Neil himself will tell you when he and Terry wrote the book Aziraphale and Crowley were meant to be friends and that’s it. Over time their relationship evolved and where a lot of writers would simply ignore that and keep pushing forward Neil pivoted and said “you know what? let’s see where this goes.” The last time I can remember something like this happening was with Hannibal years ago, it’s so rare with queer pairings.
I know everyone was excited about the kiss and it is refreshing to see queer people actually get to kiss, it’s still not something that happens all the time, but that’s not what made them canonically queer to me. If they remained completely asexual and never kissed or showed interest in kissing one another I’d feel the same. While I always felt they were queer what sealed it for me were 3 things:
1. Nina and Maggie, a romantic pairing that parallel our angel and demon break down to Crowley how she and Aziraphale are partners (and it’s clear they don’t mean business partners, does Crowley look like he runs a bookshop?) but they never say what they’re really thinking. They go on to state how that’s all they needed, the obvious implication here being that Nina and Maggie shared their romantic feelings with one another and that Crowley and Aziraphale need to do the same. Upon hearing this Crowley takes that as a sign to confess his feelings.
2. Gabriel and Beelzebub, another pairing that parallels Crowley and Aziraphale who are also clearly in love with one another is something Crowley references while he is confessing his feelings. “If those two lovestruck idiots can go off together, so can we. Because I love you.”
3. Crowley and Aziraphale express plainly to each other that they need the other. Crowley says to Aziraphale he wants to stop pretending they aren’t a team, a group, a them.
Tumblr media
Aziraphale says verbatim “We can be together.” and “I need you.” He doesn’t say “We can work together” or “I need you to help me” or some other cop out that a lot of other shows or movies might come up with to continue to bait their fans, while having plausible deniability.
Tumblr media
They love each other and it’s not platonic.
To me, the kiss serves as a way to seal the deal for people who only understand queer love when it’s punching them in the face. That’s not to say queer people can’t like the kiss, it’s one of my favorite scenes in the show simply because of how heartbreaking it is, but they were a couple to me long before that. And to add onto that by making every other important pairing in the show queer as well? Nina and Maggie being happy sapphics who don’t die at the end. They’re not together, but the implication is that one day they will be. Two non-binary beings—Gabriel and Beelzebub—falling in love and choosing to be with one another forever. The angels and demons are all genderless and no one misgenders them and no one gives a FUCK.
That means so much to me and I genuinely cannot express how thankful I am that this show and this season were made. The only thing I can say is thank you for standing for something, because not everyone does.

The thing about Aziraphale and Crowley is that no matter how you look at it, they’re queer.
They are two genderless entities currently (but not always) wearing male-presenting corporations, who are “sexless” unless they “make an effort”, but also clearly have a deep, profound, and more than likely romantic love for each other that’s been going on for 6000 years, despite ostensibly being hereditary enemies.
What does that make them? Gay? Asexual? Homosexual? Pansexual? Panromantic? Demiromantic? Demisexual? Non-binary? Agender? Genderfluid?
Who fucking knows all we know for sure is that they’re queer as fuck and honestly that fucking rules.

originally posted 24th June 2024
Yey ghost!!!!!! The Spooky!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m never drawing it again /j
Info under the cut 💥
Full name: Mystery Evergold
Aliases: Ghost, The Knight, Shade Lord
Species: Wyrm / Rootkin hybrid (Wyrmroot)
Planet of Origination: Earth
Age: 81
Height: Can be anywhere from 9’3” to 400’ tall; usually sticks at around 20’
Gender: Biologically intersex; identifies as genderless
Pronouns: It/Its/Itself
Sexuality: Aromantic, asexual
S/O: None
Family: Chysanthus Heather Eburne (biological father), Viol Glory Leaflet (biological mother), Eternity ‘Ette’ Evergold (adoptive mother), Holly Bloom Eburne-Leaflet (twin sibling), Promise Evergold (sister), Deliverance Evergold (sister), Hornet Arac Eburne (half-sister), Albus Iris Eburne-Leaflet (brother), Ivory Zinnia Eburne-leaflet (sister), Sombre Vigus-Eburne (nibbling), ~5 million other siblings (genuinely I WISH I was joking)
Biological child of Hallownest’s Royals, otherwise known as The Pale King and The White Lady. Was abandoned and left to rot in the Abyss where it was born, though it escaped with a few of its siblings and left the Kingdom altogether.
Was adopted by Eternity (Ette for short) with two of its siblings, who she named Promise and Deliverance, giving it the name Mystery. Lived as a nomad with her and its sisters until Holly’s shell broke, at which point it left to return to Hallownest and take care of The Radiance.
With the assistance of The Godseeker, it ascended to Godhood and broke its own shell, becoming what is now the Monarch of Hallownest, and (essentially) a God of Darkness.
Very quiet and generally inexpressive. It rarely ever engages in conversation for longer than a minute, and even then it doesn’t really say much. For the most part, it’s a shut-in down in the Abyss, only ever coming up to Dirtmouth to visit its surface-dweller siblings. Despite its overall intimidating appearance and stand-offish attitude, it’s relatively kind (so long as it likes you, which isn’t the most common thing in the world).
Was born in the depths of Hallownest, but has lived most of its life outside the Kingdom, travelling with its nomadic sisters and adoptive mother. However, after sensing its twin’s call for help from its home kingdom, it left its family and returned to free Hallownest of The Radiance’s infection. It’s lived there ever since it killed her, and prefers to stay at the bottom of the Abyss where it was born, its trips outside only being to hunt for its small cousin (which it had been placed in charge of caring for), and the far rarer visits to the surface being to check on its siblings (it’s somewhat concerned over Holly’s health, given they’ve recently had a child).
It’s grown to enjoy hunting with its fangs and claws, but will summon Nails made of Void and use Spells when it feels like it.
Hex codes
#000000 — Void tendrils / Blood / Spells
#121212 — Skin / Fur / Wings (back)
#1B1B1B — Inner ears
#FFFFFF — Eyes / King’s Brand / Wing patterns
(L + only 4 colours)

Explaining My Labels And Pronouns/Full List Of My Labels (Cuz I Can)
I use GenderFluid GenderFlux Non-Binary TransGuy as my main gender label, because it’s simpler and allows me to have as much flexibility with the labels that I experience, and has no set limits for how I experience what, what I experience, and etc.
Here is the full list of Genders I experience that fall under the GenderFluid/Flux-ness of me:
TransGuy Non-Binary Non-Binary Man - A gender that is both 100% non-binary and 100% man at the same time. Masc Non-Binary - A gender that is both 100% non-binary and 100% masculine at the same time. Demiboy - A gender that is described as feeling partially male. Boycreature - A xenogender that is described as being a boy in a creature way or being a boy and a creature. Agender - A gender that is described as being genderless, without gender, having no gender, and/or feeling like gender is irrelevant to them. Blankgender - A gender that is described as feeling like someone’s gender cannot be described, but is a blank space that is confusing. Quoigender - A gender that is described as not knowing how to describe their gender, not knowing what gender is and therefore being confused on what they are, and/or not wanting to define their gender. Fairygender - A xenogender that is described as feeling their gender is like fairies or has a strong connection to fairies. Offboy - A gender that is described as feeling closely represented by a masculine gender, but is not said gender. Enboy - A gender that is described as feeling either like a masculine-aligned non-binary person, or like a boy and a non-binary person. Paraboy - A gender where one is paragender, and also has a connection to masculine and/or masculine-aligned identities. One’s masculine identity will take up 51%-99% of one’s gender, while the remaining can be any other gender or combination of genders. Genderqueer - A gender that is closely related to non-binary, and basically means being out of the binary, whether in gender or in expression, or both. Bigender - A gender that means being two genders at once. Trigender - A gender that means being three genders at once. Demimasculine - A gender where one feels partly masculine and partly another gender. Demimasc - A gender where one feels partially masculine/like a man, and also feels like they’re outside the binary. Libragender - A gender where one feels agender, but has a particular connection to another gender. Libramasculine - A gender where one feels agender, but has a connection to masculinity. Bigenderflux - A gender that means being two genders at once, and those two genders flux in how much you feel them. Trigenderflux - A gender that means being three genders at once, and those three genders flux in how much you feel them. Polygender - A gender that means being multiple genders at once. Polygenderflux - A gender that means being multiple genders at once, and those genders fluxing in how much you feel them. Nonboyic - A gender that feels masculine, but not exactly male. Like they’re outside of the binary, but close to it. Gendergender - A gender described as knowing you’re feeling a gender, but not being able to describe it/not knowing what it is other than a gender. Wolfboy - A gender described as being a boy and connected to wolves and wolves nature. Or being masculine and connected to wolves and wolves nature.
I will probably add to this as I find more and more labels for what I experience.
Now, onto explaining my Asexual Labels:
Myrsexual - An ace-spec identity where one experiences multiple ace-spec identities. These identities could be experienced fluctuating rapidly or all at the same time. (Mine are experienced at the same time.)
Labels that are felt within that label:
Neuroasexual - An ace-spec identity where one may experience sexual attraction or want to participate in sexual actions, but is scared of, repulsed by, or averse to, because they’re neurodivergent, mentally ill, or neuroatypical.
Nebulasexual - An ace-spec identity where one cannot tell if they experience sexual attraction or not, due to neurodivergence or intrusive thoughts/urges/images.
Merosexual - An ace-spec identity/term where one is repulsed by/averse to some sexual actions, but comfy with some others.
Placiosexual - An ace-spec identity/term where one is comfortable with performing sexual actions on someone else, but repulsed by/averse to/uncomfortable with someone else performing sexual actions on them. Placiosexual people may be sex-repulsed or sex-indifferent when it comes to someone performing sexual actions on them. This can be caused by having dysphoria or similar discomforts about one’s body, but it does not have to be.
Dreadsexual - An ace-spec identity where one fluctuates between not experiencing sexual attraction to experiencing sexual attraction, but whenever the sexual attraction is felt, it is accompanied by a strong feeling of dread or anxiety.
Here is my full pronoun sets and examples of how to use them:
He/Him/His/Himself - “He waved hello.” “This seat is his.” “He talked to himself.” “Say hello to him.”
It/Its/Itself - “It waved hello.” “This seat is it’s.” “It talked to itself.” “Say hello to it.”
They/Them/Their/Themself - “They waved hello.” “This seat is their’s.” “They talked to themself.” “Say hello to them.”
Xe/Xem/Xir/Xemself - “Xe waved hello.” “This seat is xir’s.” “Xe talked to xemself.” “Say hello to xem.” (Pronunciation: Xe = Zai, Xem = Zem, Xir = Zer, and Xemself = Zemself.)
Ne/Nim/Nis/Nimself - “Ne waved hello.” “This seat is nis.” “Ne talked to nimself.” “Say hello to nim.” (Pronunciation: Ne = Nee, Nim = how you pronounce him but with an N at the beginning instead, Nis = how you pronounce his but with an N at the beginning instead, Nimself = how you pronounce himself but with an N at the beginning instead.)
Love/Loves/Loveself - “Love waved hello.” “This seat is love’s.” “Love talked to loveself.” “Say hello to love.”
Star/Stars/Starself - “Star waved hello.” “This seat is star’s.” “Star talked to starself.” “Say hello to star.”
Wolf/Wolfs/Wolfself - “Wolf waved hello.” “This seat is wolf’s.” “Wolf talked to wolfself.” “Say hello to wolf.”
+ Any/All Neopronouns (emojiself and nounself pronouns included and welcome!)
Terms I’m Comfortable With:
Masculine Terms - i.e. boy/man, brother, king, etc.
Neutral Terms - i.e. person, sibling, ruler, etc.
Fae Terms - i.e. fae, a fae, etc.
Thing Terms - i.e. that, thing, etc.
Critter Terms - i.e. critter, a critter, creature, a creature, etc.
Dragon Terms - i.e. dragon, a dragon, etc.
Hylian Terms - i.e. hylian, a hylian, etc.
Wolf Terms - i.e. a wolf, wolf, etc.
Here are my attraction labels and what they mean:
Homoalterous - Feeling alterous attraction for only men, masculine-aligned people, non-binary people, and any non-women.
Omniqueerplatonic - There are two definitions; One is that you feel queerplatonic attraction towards all genders, but have a preference based on gender. Or two, you feel queerplatonic attraction towards all gender, but how you define the queerplatonic attraction/relationship is based on gender. (I experience it both ways.)
Panexteramo - Feeling exteramo attraction towards all genders, and any preferences you do have has nothing to do with gender ever.
Pansensual - Feeling sensual attraction towards all genders, and any preferences you do have has nothing to do with gender ever.
Panaesthetic - Feeling aesthetic attraction towards all genders, and any preferences you do have has nothing to do with gender ever.
Explaining those attractions:
Alterous Attraction - An attraction that is described as being in between platonic and romantic. Also, involves wanting a emotional connection with the person you’re feeling the alterous attraction for.
Queerplatonic Attraction - An attraction that is described as being whatever the fuck you want it to be. Being an attraction that is outside the norms. Having a queerplatonic relationship is to have a relationship that is outside any norms for relationships or any other names for relationships. Also, may or may not come along with wanting an emotional bond/connection with someone.
Exteramo Attraction - An attraction that is neither platonic nor romantic, nor anything in between them. It is outside of all of it.
Sensual Attraction - An attraction that is described as having the want to hug/touch/kiss/etc., without it being romantic or platonic or anything in particular, and without it being sexual.
Aesthetic Attraction - An attraction that is described as basically finding people pretty. The appreciation of someone’s looks, without being attracted to them sexually, romantically, or otherwise. Just finding someone aesthetically pleasing.
My other label:
Ambiamorous - Being comfortable with both monogamous relationships and polyamorous relationships. Ambiamorous is sometimes abbreviated to “Ambi”. Some Ambi people can have a preference. (I do not.)
(Didn’t feel the necessity to add my Aromantic label, because that one is pretty simple. But for those who don’t know what Aromantic means: An Aromantic person is someone who experiences little-to-no romantic attraction. Aromantic is sometimes shortened to “Aro”. I personally fall under the “no” in “little-to-no”.)

Super Smash Bros Queer Pride Headcanons v6.0!
I am aware that I accidentally skipped last year's post. Part of that is that I've mostly reached a point where additions or changes are minimal. After a certain point it just begins to look like I'm copy-pasting the same posts again and again. So, going forward from this post (which I'm doing entirely from scratch since it's been two years), future pride posts will simply be "patch notes" on my previous post unless I feel like my headcanons differ enough to warrant a new post.
As per usual, a character not being on the list ≠ I believe them to be definitively straight, it just indicates a lack of preference on my part. (The only exception is Donkey Kong who is a very vocal cishet ally)
List is below the cut.

Good Omens Crowley and Aziraphale Reunited Playlist
In anticipation of Good Omens Season 3, here’s the “Crowley and Aziraphale Reunited and It Feels So Good Playlist.” We know our favorite demon and angel will be reunited. Take heart, have faith, and keep hope. Crowley and Aziraphale will be together again, like chocolate and peanut butter. This is music Maggie and Nina would put together in a playlist for a party celebrating the Crowley and Aziraphale’s relationship. The songs are about friendship and love.
How ever you as a fan define the love they share – eros, philia, or agape - we know Crowley and Aziraphale love each other. In the Good Omens universe, angels and demons are sexless and genderless. However, they can have genders and sex body parts if they want to. They can be sexual, asexual, binary, nonbinary, romantic, aromantic, hetero, homo, bi, pan. They can be any expression of the spectrum of identities and orientations. Above all else, they can love each other.
Maggie, Nina, Aziraphale, and Crowley are going to sing a karaoke version of “That’s What Friends Are For” at the party.
Please enjoy this unashamedly, unapologetically romantic, silly, sentimental, and sugary playlist (with extra cheesy goodness).
See note after list on song the selection process.
Songs include:
“You’re My Best Friend” – Queen
“Let’s Stay Together” – Al Green
“For Once in My Life” – Stevie Wonder
“Reunited” – Peaches and Herb
“Love and Happiness” – Al Green
“Ain’t No Mountain High Enough” – Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell
“That’s What Friends Are For” – Dionne Warwick, Elton John, Gladys Knight, and Stevie Wonder
“I Knew You Were Waiting (For Me)” – Aretha Franklin and George Michael
“Can’t Fight this Feeling” – REO Speedwagon
“Time After Time” – Cyndi Lauper
“I’ll Be There” – Mariah Carey and Trey Lorenz version
“I’ll Stand by You” – The Pretenders
“I Say a Little Prayer” – Aretha Franklin
“I Honestly Love You” – Olivia Newton John
“God Only Knows” – The Beach Boys
“Don’t Let Me Down” – The Beatles
“Just the Two of Us” – Grover Washington, Jr., ft. Bill Withers
“Just the Way You Are” – Billy Joel
“Your Song” – Elton John
“How Deep is Your Love” – The Bee Gees
“The Air that I Breathe” – K.D. Lang version
“Time in a Bottle” – Jim Croce
“Up Where We Belong” – Joe Cocker and Jennifer Warnes
“Islands in the Stream” – Dolly Parton and Kenny Rogers
“Endless Love” – Diana Ross and Lionel Richie
“Almost Paradise” – Mike Reno and Ann Wilson
“Leather and Lace” – Stevie Nicks and Don Henley
“Feels Like Home” – Bonnie Raitt
“In Your Eyes” – Peter Gabriel
“I Want to Know What Love Is” – Foreigner
“Never Tear Us Apart” – INXS
“Eternal Flame” – The Bangles
“Heaven is a Place on Earth” – Belinda Carlisle
“Walking on Sunshine” – Katrina and The Waves
“Never Gonna Give You Up” – Rick Astley
“Everlasting Love” – U2 version
“[I Can’t Help] Falling in Love with You” – UB40 version
“Let’s Get It On” – Marvin Gaye
P.S.: Aziraphale secretly loves romantic duets and rock ballads. He wouldn’t admit it because his personality is classical music. However, he longs to sing karaoke duets with Crowley. “Reunited,” “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough,” “I Knew You Were Waiting (For Me),” “I’ll Be There,” “Don’t Let Me Down,” “Up Where We Belong,” “Islands in the Stream,” “Endless Love,” “Almost Paradise,” and “Leather and Lace.”
P.P.S.: “Never Gonna Give You Up.” Crowley unironically loves this song, but he invented “Rickrolling,” so Rick Astley would get paid more in song royalties. Who’s laughing now?
P.P.P.S.: “Let’s Get It On.” Crowley has experienced all the infinite varieties of human, demonic, angelic, and supernatural being sexuality and intimacy. Like various “sins” thought up by humans (without demonic influence), he has taken credit for inventing some of the more fun, creative intimate activities. He consulted on the artwork in the Kama Sutra. Crowley secretly wants to snuggle under the blankets with Aziraphale on cold rainy days, but he would never admit it because it would ruin his reputation.
Note on song selection:
Yes, the playlist is exclusively classic pop and rock songs. I’m a Gen Xer. David Tennant and Michael Sheen are Gen Xers. Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett are Boomers. This is the music I grew up listening to. These songs make me feel good. They don’t write songs like this anymore. I’m a cool college English teacher. My job is to corrupt the youth of the nation. Ms. Myers is going to expose you to culture. I’m a cool spinster aunt. Auntie Amy is gonna learn you about oldies music. I selected songs that thematically fit with the relationship between Aziraphale and Crowley. Listen to the lyrics. They fit. The list flows. You may not like my choices, so your mileage may vary. You can make your own playlist.
You can listen to it on YouTube.

I love selpa and all, but i really love to see insmeeth instead. Anyways, since you seem to like meekrob, do you have any headcanons about them? Or insmeeth?
Tumblr media
Meekrob: A species of energy-based lifeforms that inhabit a binary star system planet of the same name. Each Meekrob is composed of two or more singular beings making up one whole. The separate beings within the gestalt are identical and share a mind, though they also may have slightly different personalities. Meekrob are never alone – the separate halves often engage in conversation with one another, and thoughts are constantly cycled between the two minds.
Each part of the Meekrob has its own individual name that are combined to make their full given name; for instance, Insmeeth’s halves are, separately, named Ins and Meeth.
Tumblr media
Biology: Meekrob are functionally immortal. As energy beings, they never grow old or succumb to illness. Death is extremely rare – but on the other side of the coin, Meekrob births are also. Meekrob are genderless and asexual, and though they can procreate, it typically results in the death of the parent. The halves of the Meekrob combine their energies into birthing a new life, and the energy expenditure often results in the parent Meekrob living just long enough to witness their creation before perishing.
They are made of plasma and can control their temperature, though you risk being burned or zapped if you touch one! They feel like soft gel.
Tumblr media
The entities within a Meekrob CANNOT be split. If they are more than a few feet away for more than a few minutes, both halves will deteriorate, fall apart, and perish.
Leadership, Religion, and Life: The Meekrob are governed by The Eight, two ancient Meekrob, each made of four beings. Theirs is a peaceful society, that encourages friendly relationships with other species in the galaxy. They are very spiritual beings as a whole, believing in the energy of the universe itself as a higher power.
They gather in large numbers and “dance”, moving like jellyfish undulating through the ocean. They are very fond of music, and tend to change colors with the beat.
Abilities: They are adept shapeshifters, able to use their telekinetic powers to “read” other species and accurately assume their forms. They are also able to discharge electricity. Meekrob communicate with one another through telepathy, connected through a psuedo-hivemind; this method of communication gives them the ability to read the thoughts of most other species as well, including many lower life forms.
Tumblr media
Insmeeth: Young, angry and violent, Insmeeth is an abberation among their more peaceful kind. They possess a sadistic side that only grew worse the more their society shunned them. They learned to brawl from visitors to the planet, and later in off-planet fight clubs – their cunning, vicious instincts, and experience fighting are all things that contributed to their survival when Meekrob fell to the Irkens.
Bad at shapeshifting, but good at making people feel terrible about themselves, most would say that Insmeeth has few redeeming qualities. But they are also intelligent and introspective, and more than willing to risk death to protect the few they care for.

My Queer Labels
GENDER LABELS
Trans: Transgender is an umbrella term for anyone whose internal experience of gender does not match the sex they were assigned at birth.
Transmasc: Transmasculine, often abbreviated to transmasc, is a term used to describe transgender and/or non binary people who have a gender identity that is predominantly masculine. Transmasculine people may or may not identify as male.
Bigender: Bigender is a gender identity in which people experience exactly two gender identities, either simultaneously or varying between the two. (Mine are simultaneous)
Gendervoid: Gendervoid is a gender identity in which one feels nothing where a gender should be. This is different from agender which is often used to refer to gender neutrality rather than genderlessness.
Voidboy: A gender in which one feels as if they are partially a boy, yet void at the same time.
Paragender: Paragender is a gender identity in which one feels very close to being a certain gender, but encompasses another gender or feeling that prevents them from being fully that gender.
Paraboy: Paraboy, paramale, paraguy, paraman, or paramasculine, is a gender identity in which one is paragender, and is also connected to masculine or masculine aligned identities. One's masculine identity will make up 51%-99% of one's gender, whilst the remaining percentage may be any other gender or combination of genders.
Oxigender: Oxigender is an umbrella term and subset of multigender and trigender in which one has one label first, which is the main part of the gender, another second, which is still significant but not the main part, and another label third, which is only a small part of the total gender.
Bivogendroma: Bivogendroma is an oxigender identity in which one's gender feels primarily bigender, sometimes gendervoid, and occasionally paragender.

SEXUAL ORIENTATION LABELS
Asexual: Asexual, often shortened to ace, describes people who do not experience sexual attraction, experience little-to-no sexual attraction or conditional sexual attraction.
Ageosexual: Aegosexual, or anegosexual, historically known as autochorissexual, is a microlabel on the asexual spectrum that describes individuals who experience a disconnect between themselves and the subject of arousal. In my case, I like the idea of sex, but don't actually experience sexual attraction or wanting to have sex with anybody.
ROMANTIC ORIENTATION LABELS
Aromantic: Aromantic, often shortened to aro, describes people who do not experience romantic attraction, experience little-to-no romantic attraction or conditional romantic attraction.
Cupioromantic: Cupioromantic describes those who do not experience romantic attraction but do desire romantic experiences or relationships with others.
OTHER LABELS
Aroace: Aromantic asexual, also known by the abbreviation aroace, means people who are both aromantic (aro) and asexual (ace) or on the aromantic spectrum (aro-spec) and the asexual spectrum (ace-spec).
Oriented aroace: An oriented aroace is an aromantic asexual (aroace) individual who experiences a form of tertiary attraction, that they feel is significant enough to warrant a place alongside their aroace orientation.
Omniplatonic: Omniplatonic refers to someone who regularly feels platonic attraction to all genders, though gender often still plays a role in one's attraction.

So this is my first post on Tumblr and I would never have thought that I would write here if it weren’t for a very important topic that I would like to touch upon. Most likely this is a bad topic for the first time, but I really want to speak out.
I want to talk about the sexual orientation of the symbrock and what annoys me about the fans of this ship. But firstly, I talk about symbiotes. I will discuss Eddie and the fans in other posts.
This is Part 1.
Okey, let's discuss the symbiotes:
A symbiote is an organism living in symbiosis with another organism. There are many such symbiotes in Marvel, but you most likely have in mind someone like the Venom symbiote, that is, a Klyntar. If you believe Marvel Wikipedia, comics and Marvel Anatomy, then this is essentially an agender symbiote organism, an alien with a different physiology from us, reproducing asexually.
In biology asexual means reproduction not involving the fusion of gametes (mature haploid male or female germ cell which is able to unite with another of the opposite sex in sexual reproduction to form a zygote). Symbiotes reproduce asexually, producing new organisms from latent seeds in their genetic structure. Based on the events of the comics, symbiotes have two ways of reproduction: dividing the body artificially (symbiotes that were created in the laboratory, for example, Riot and Agony) and natural budding (this is how Sleeper appeared).
If we talk about sexual orientation, being asexual means never feeling sexual attraction or feeling it only slightly or very rarely. Also, this does not mean that asexuals do not want romantic relationships; asexuals can be of any romantic orientation, from aromantics (do not want a romantic relationship) to panromantics (those who can like absolutely or almost everything).
I think the fact that the symbiote reproduces only asexually proves that it can't experience sexual attraction, because its presence does not make sense for symbiotes. Sexual attraction is contrary to their biology. Knull (the god of symbiotes) definitely didn’t think about this at all when he created them.
I believe that since symbiotes reproduce only asexually, they can't possibly have sexual desire on a human level. I do not deny that the symbiote may want something like this, on a psychic/mental/emotional level, that is, on the level of ordinary desires and desires, for example, the desire to please the host and feel his emotions.
Sexual attraction for most people is a physical need, unlike symbiotes. They may want it mentally, but not physically. Therefore, I am of the opinion that the symbiote is asexual (read the definition above), it may have desire on a psychological/mental level, but not on the physical. And they tried to prove to me that he could want this on a physical level (as a man’s penis gets erect when aroused, for example), although the symbiote is an agender (genderless), sexless alien who has a different biology, much different from human.
Ok, for real, I wouldn’t say that I believe that symbiotes can experience attraction, but I don’t deny it either. They either do not have attraction, or they have it, but not physical (in the sense of sexual).
If we consider that sexual attraction is not only physical, but also psychological and emotional, then how complex sexuality can be, that the behavior of symbiotes can be defined as sexual behavior. For symbiotes, their symbiosis (symbiotic bond) is the closest equivalent to a relationship (for humans). They may be physically asexual, but it is not a fact that they have an asexual orientation.
Most definitions of sexual orientation include a psychological component, such as the direction of a person's erotic desires, or a behavioral component, which focuses on the gender of a person's sexual partner (or multiples). If we consider sexual orientation only from a physical point of view, then yes, symbiotes are asexual. But if we consider it from the point of view of psychology and emotional attraction, then they can still be asexuals or not be asexuals. It all depends on the symbiote.
If we divide sexual attraction into specifically physical and psychological, but at the same time perceive sexual attraction as physical, then to simplify they can be defined as sexual attraction (all physical) and romantic orientation (all psychological). From this point of view, symbiotes are asexual, but they can be of different romantic orientations. It all also depends on the symbiote.
Basically, sexual attraction means physical attraction and desire to mate and the like, but not mental. Symbiotes may have something similar, but not identical, not like humans. If we talk about simple attraction (and not about sexual attraction), then they certainly have it. Interest in the host and the symbiosis can probably be considered attraction. Perhaps they may even have physical attraction, but not in the sense in which we understand it. As far as I remember, when the symbiote was separated from the host, he felt very bad without him, it was like withdrawal, but I can’t say for sure whether he felt pain on a physical and/or psychological level. Whether this can be defined as physical or mental attraction, or maybe both, I don’t know. But the very concept of attraction should suit the symbiote, it just may differ from our human concept.
If we take the Venom symbiote as an example, it is asexual. Even though he had sex with Eddie (Marvel Comics Presents #5). We are literally immersed in Eddie's thoughts, all those fantasies that were shown, it all belongs to Eddie. It says this there, for example, “We can feel every dirty curve of Eddie's intentions” and “Let's get a look at what Eddie really likes...”.
Yes, asexuals can also have sex, not all of them consider sex something disgusting, and they too may want sex, for example, to please their partner or to get pleasure themselves. This pleasure can be physical, as is usually the case, and/or psychological/emotional, for example, because the partner likes it, the reasons may be different. They also differ among symbiotes, for example, this may be due to the desire to receive adrenaline, which can also be produced during sexual intercourse. It's individual. Simply put, the Venom symbiote is asexual, but most likely panromantic because he is interested in symbiosis, he always wanted to have a romantic relationship with the host and he does not seem to care who his partner will be (woman or man, human or mutant, etc.)
Of all the symbiotes I remember, the Sleeper symbiote can be considered completely asexual and aromaniac, since it seems to have no interest in symbiosis at all.
To shorten everything I wrote, then yes, symbiotes are asexual or not (if they can be defined by human categories). They are asexuals if we separate the psychological (romantic orientation) and physical (sexual), but if we consider romantic and sexual orientation together, without separating them at all, then this is individual, since someone wants, and someone is deprived of this desire, someone is not asexual, someone asexual. Also, if we take symbiosis (the desire for symbiosis) as attraction, then they may not be asexual, but they can also be asexual. It's individual.
To be continued...

it upsets me that people make this a acephobia issue because it's literally not like yes it would be beautiful and probably make sense if it was a asexual queer romantic relationship between two genderless beings like for gabriel and beezlebub sure okay but the whole point of good omens is two cishet actors playing characters very explicitly using gendered pronouns as in love and while im all for some nb crowley it's blink and you'll miss it and does it no way mean we can't call them gay and yes maybe they could be gay and ace that's perfectly possible but the show itself repeats this opposing nature of angels as they should be: sexless, clinical and distant Vs humanity: loving, messy and physical and crowley and aziraphale clearly pick the human side everytime. there's extended metaphors of the discovering of food and wine and hedonism, flirty exchanges about tempting each other into sin (pleasure) like!!! you can't make us watch newt and anaethma bang directly after meeting and all the het kinky nonsense with shadwell and then turn around and say a sexual relationship would sully the long game love story!! it's just pick a side pleaseeeee

I always kind of wondered what separated me from my friends when it came to pop culture and music, and I just realised due to watching a video essay of chappel roan, that its because of the way we experience queerness.
While I've dealt with queerphobia more than I even realise, I also never fully understood what queerness even was until well after I was 13. Well after my first relationships and well after I was already being bullied for things I didn't understand because I didn't realise that I was doing anything differently. And its under that context that makes queer pop completely alien to me. I never dealt with "don't like them, they are the same sex". I never had that experience. I remember sneaking onto my dads ps vita at 3 am to try and find what my label was and eventually finding aroace. Then finding 'never been in love' by will jay and THAT was the kind of queer joy I got to feel. Not because I am the stereotypical aroace but more because there was a song about not needing to have romantic/sexual relationships in a way that was predefined. I don't relate to gender at all because I never understood it. I don't relate to the binary sexualities because I've never been aware of gender before I started experiencing sexuality all together.
It feels very isolating honestly. Because as much as I experience deep genuine love, it isn't something represented in music or on tv. I see it better represented with "whore" characters. And lets be real, as asexual as I might be I will always find myself relating to the overly sexual characters because they are experiencing friendships and sexual relationships on the same level. They are also being deprived of fulfilling romantic relationships because of that. But the slutty music I hear doesnt ever fit into that. Its about the experience of enjoying sex which I very rarely do, and there isn't many queer songs of friendship. There isn't really a culture around friendship in general for adults. And so I listen to queer pop hits and feel like I don't belong. I'm too autistic. I'm too non binary. I'm too aroace. The latter two aren't even labels I fully embrace because they are only relevant to me in the context of binary relationships.
Part of me can't help but wonder if I'll ever be able to freely participate in my love without people wanting a predefined romantic relationship with me. I can't really have close friends without having them inevitably catching feelings. And while I hear that having people fall all over you should be flattering, I find it hurtful. The amount of confrontations I end up in for my aroace autistic genderless way of being with the people most important to me is really damaging. Trying to maintain meaningful relationships with people is hell and pretty much always devolves into a toxic romantic relationship where the blame is put on me for being a bad partner when the real issue is that I simply don't feel love in that context, but also want to still have my relationships with people. Its hard to be friends with people who see things in a binary way. Its hard to not really have a sexuality and have all of your queer friends be lesbians or pan or bi or something that is normally in regard to gendered expression and a line between what friends and partners do matter to them.
I'm so lucky to be in my current relationship because I doesn't even feel like we are dating. Its more like we are place holders for society. We are both living in our natural way and I normally participate in more intimate behaviors with my friends. Even if they are just talking about cartoon crushes. I love my partner so much and we dont measure how successful our relationship is with anything other than how happy we make each other. Regardless of the context. Its the same reason I love queer coded relationships and the same reason I LOVE shipping. I get to find representation in the blurry lines of two people who love each other in a way that isnt fully defined. I dont want the characters I ship to marry each other or officially date because I ruins the entire relatable thing. Its all feelings and no definition. Its love without bounds.
My aroace autistic genderless experience is so beautiful when I get to wrap myself up in a fanfiction late at night and let my mind be. I love the head canons of gay couples having a trans person and reading about them experiencing each other in all kinds of ways without any expectations of what they are to each other.
But the aroace autistic genderless experience is normally a constant cycle of never getting a stable connection. Its isolating and lonely. No matter how I experience love, I still do. And I fear Ill never be able to love without the fear of doing it wrong.

i think it’s quite poetic how different of a person i am compared to the person i was in 2018.
five years ago i hated horror, painting my nails, drinking water regularly, wearing socks, wearing any jewelry besides stud earrings, and rollercoasters. i wore exclusively graphic tees, shorts and the same pairs of sketchers. i couldn’t stand the idea of eye makeup. i was in a horribly toxic relationship with a person i thought would be my forever. i loved the heat and hated the cold, and couldn’t even dream of ever wanting to leave florida. i was so sure of my identity as a cisgender, panromantic demisexual.
today, i love horror and rollercoasters. i drink almost exclusively water, i paint my nails and wear socks, rings, necklaces and dangly earrings. i dress very alt and am trying to get into more gothic/punk fashion. i wear eyeliner almost anytime i go anywhere. i own two bearded dragons and three snakes. i’m in a healthy, three and a half year long relationship with a person i’m planning my future with. i absolutely adore the cold and hate the heat, and i so desperately want to leave florida far behind me. i identity as an asexual lesbian and cannot stand the idea of being gendered in literally any way possible; i feel so truly and utterly genderless.
i’ve become so contradictory to my past self, and yet i’m probably happier and truer to myself than ever. i’m really discovering who i an and expanding my identity every day. i’m so different, and yet deep down still the same person. i’m just older, wiser and more adventurous. and more myself than ever.

Sometimes I think about how Crowley and Aziraphale are the perfect representation of a queerplatonic relationship in fiction. They’re just two genderless asexual inhuman beings running around being in love with each other and that is the most queerplatonic thing I’ve ever heard.

I have a lot of head cannons for the guardians alone do you have any head cannons for them?
OH DO I
OKAY SO IMMA COUNT DOWN
SMG4:
I personally head canon him as a non-binary Bi aroace (hes basically under the spectrum). He has hetrochromia, one eye is hazel and the other baby blue. The tail I draw him with acts like a second pair of eyes, it helps him to know who’s entered his room without distracting himself from his work.
the missing texture is something I decide to add by him being hurt by falling rubble or any extra explodsions (I have a whole au that goes deeper into the concept)
he used to have a pet hamster before he got BEEG4
SMG3:
I headcanon 3 also as non-binary but he’s a panromantic asexual (I basically headcanon all the guardians as genderless)
he lost his limbs due to missing texture, and the missing texture on his face represents whet the mass was on his face when he mutated in IGBP
eggdog is his support animal, my version of smg3 still lives in the internet graveyard, keeping control of the meme life cycle
He adopted Melony as his daughter (father3 and daughter Melony is so real to me)
SMG2:
I see them as Agender and Aroace. They’re part hamster, they hide their ears under their cap
the eye effected by their missing texture kind of acts like a googly eye. They are of course the shortest smg (Literally canon)
when they lost Spudnick, they feared to call someone their best friend thinking if they did, they’d lose them too. That’s why they never call smg1 their best friend
they’re fluffy like a teddy bear, they’re literally a fluff ball, their head is very bouncy too (literally canon but only occurred once)
SMG1:
I see him as a Trans, non-binary aroace. hes a Book worm, he also slightly enjoys reading to kids. He had the same thing with his eye as smg2 but it was because it got damaged but the ship exploded in revelations
he wears glasses as he has poor eyesight, without glasses the chances of him walking into things is higher
he likes to dress formally and wear a bowtie (my design for him totally wasn’t inspired by Simon petrikov! Totally-)
the missing textures on his right limbs can be sensitive but often give off a tingling feeling when he walks or touches something
SMG0:
I see him as a Agender, bi Demi-aroace. He enjoys gardening, he can almost name every kind of flower, he also info dumps about flowers to Fred.
he’s married to Fred (live laugh love Fred0) him and Fred have matching pins, smg0 wears a clover pin to resemble Fred and Fred wears a blue flower to resemble smg0
he likes to make flower crowns to help with his bottled up stress and anger, he still hasn’t fully forgiven Niles after everything he did but he had still partly forgiven him as he knows not everything was entirely Niles fault (it was likely that he was influenced by the god box)
Niles(including him cause why not):
I see him as an Agender Omni Grey-aroace. He likes wearing eyeliner. He has two different forms, the one where he’s affected by the god box makes him look like a different person but it’s still the same Niles
He sometimes times detaches SMG1’s head and drop kicks it, he does the same to smg2 and has to fight the urge to do it to Melony, he feels bad if he does and he doesn’t like feeling that sometimes
his horns were too long to the point they tore through his beanie and he’s just repaired it so they fit through. he can’t cook, don’t let him cook, he almost burnt the house down once
