hey, i remembered the login for this account!
it鈥檚 been ages.聽 more than five years since my last update.聽 multiple attempts to control my weight since then.聽 finally, it looks like i鈥檝e been able to stick to it!
the first pic was from around the last time i tried to lose weight.聽 i weighed probably 20 pounds more than my starting weight this time, so the photos show about a 60 pound difference
i鈥檝e been keeping track of my daily caloric intake every day since early september.聽 i haven鈥檛 been working out, or playing ddr [i don鈥檛 think my knees can handle it anymore lol].聽 i do work a job where i average about 18k-23k steps a day.聽 but beyond that, just portion control and routine 5/7 days of the week.
and damn has it worked.
i still have about 14 pounds i want to lose, but if i can keep to this for the next 2-3 months i think i can get there.聽 it鈥檚 just crazy to me, to see how far i鈥檝e come, where i was and where i鈥檓 at now.聽 past me would not believe this, at all.
i don鈥檛 really know what to say.聽 to anybody that鈥檚 still around and still has me on their follow list, thanks for believing in me!聽 to anybody that might be seeing my dumb face for the first time, anything is possible!
i might try to spruce up the page a little bit, we鈥檒l see.聽 until then, well... seeya next stage!

November's starting weight 馃コ
I really didn't think that I would've lost some weight since my last weekly weigh-in because I didn't exactly eat the best over the weekend, but I was pleasantly surprised!
I've technically lost 10lbs since starting my journey, though I think the majority of those pounds are probably from water weight but I'm still taking it!
Because we're in the season, I'm going to remind myself to give myself grace for these next two months (but still stay on track for the majority of the time). Because one thing I'm not going to miss out on is all the holiday food and treats!

Weekly weight update! (August 2, 2023)
sw: 145.1 lbs
cw: 139.1 lbs
I am 6 lbs down, which feels great.
I've been focusing on walking more and eating healthier, and I can see a lot of changes already. I crave walks, and I feel full with smaller portions.
I also started a 16-8 intermittent fasting plan which has been helping a lot in experiencing hunger and fullness better. I'm not snacking because of boredom anymore.

I don鈥檛 know how much I weigh right now, I haven鈥檛 been eating clean or anywhere close to healthy, I haven鈥檛 been counting calories, I haven鈥檛 felt like working out. But I still take my butt to the gym.
We need to start having a healthier mindset around the gym/exercising. So many people feel like when you go to the gym you have to go in there and grind or over exert yourself. I鈥檝e gotten to a point to where I鈥檒l go, put a show or youtube video on on my phone and walk on the treadmill or ride the bike at a steady pace for an hour. It鈥檚 okay to not get a good workout. You don鈥檛 have to be sore or worn out to feel accomplished. Knowing when to care more about well-being than weightloss or building muscle is what鈥檚 kept me consistent in the gym for the past 5 months
