Still lying in bed you feel the heat coming from the window left half open in Matt’s room, with your eyes closed you stretch by turning to the other side meeting a boulder of a blanket, you reach out your hand in search of your favorite person but to your surprise, your hand leans on the mattress, so you open your eyes trying to focus and notice that half of the bed is empty.

You've been together for seven months and thirteen days now, and you have to say that they are the best months of your life; Having never had previous relationships, it can be said that Matt is your first true and actual relationship in your 20 years of life. 

Everything had started as a pure joke between you two to make fun of Chris and his girlfriend Maddy, but the more time passed, the more you began to feel real feelings towards the boy who unlike you had liked you for a long time, but for fear of being considered only and solely a friend, he wanted to avoid putting his heart in the foreground and listening to the rational part of his brain. 

But fate wanted that one evening while you were saying goodbye to go to your own house, the moment you were about to press a kiss against his cheek, Matt turned earlier than expected causing your lips to collide, making you immediately move away but when you stopped to look into his eyes you saw in both of them a spark to burst a breathless kiss.

It must be said, from that moment you have been together, indeed perhaps precisely because it is your first relationship that you try to always make everything go for the best unlike Matt who still had his first relationships during his adolescence that, however, according to him, ''they can't compete with you''. He asks confused getting up and putting the phone in his pocket ''The two of us yes, you have the day off today.. enjoy it'' Chris replies with a grin on his face which vanishes when he hears a puff from him ''Wow I didn't expect all this enthusiasm '' exclaims ironic Nick going to the door of the house ''Please let me come with you, I need to disconnect, I need air'' Matt responds whispering so as not to be heard by you ''Sorry MattyB but no'' says Chris taking a can of Pepsi from the fridge and then he goes out too.

Another puff comes out of his lips knowing he has to stay with you all day, and resignedly throws himself back on the couch closing his eyes.

When he feels your steps approaching a sense of annoyance and nervousness pervades his body, he can't even understand the reason for all this but it's already been a couple of days that he just wants to have a moment for him, but with you in the middle it's almost completely impossible.

On the other hand, you do not notice anything different, perhaps because taken by too much love even the most obvious things go unnoticed by your eyes in the shape of a little heart. 

All happy you go to the kitchen take water pouring it into a glass, you notice Matt on the sofa, you leave the glass on the counter and go in his direction lowering yourself to his height ''Babe, let's go out for breakfast?'' you ask trying to caress his hair but at your touch, he moves by sitting down looking at you ''I can't, I have to go out'' he responds annoyed without even looking at you, leaving you a little surprised but doesn't give up trying with a ''Then when you come back we can go for a ride at Lake Hollywood Park, right?'' hopeful in one of his answers but the only thing he pronounces is a ''See you later'' without greeting you and leaving the house, leaving you standing in the middle of the living room. 

The hours go by and so does your enthusiasm, you start thinking about the worst situations in your mind, which do nothing but increase your paranoia;

Okay maybe you recognize that in the last period, you have always been with them but although it has been almost a year since you moved to Los Angeles, you have not been able to make many friends due to your armor that you tend to raise when it comes to new people. But with Nick, Chris, and Matt it's different, you've known them since you were little, and with them, there was never a need to create a wall to protect you, because they are your guardian angels.

You've always gotten along, except for a few quarrels which is normal, but you've never noticed before behaviors so distant from Matt, as if your presence wasn't welcome.

When you hear the door open you hope that your boyfriend's figure will come out of the stairs but you recognize the voices of Chris and Nick, you resign yourself completely on the couch with your pajamas and the tray of ice cream on your legs.

''Ookay... why are you at home? Didn't you have to go out?'' Nick asks looking at you confused ''By the way where is Matt?'' Keep looking around ''I have no idea'' you answer him in a subtle voice while you eat a spoonful of vanilla ice cream, you feel the tears stop at the corners of your eyes, so you don't see you turn your head on the other side putting the teaspoon in the tray ''He came out this morning and never came back, I tried to text him and call him a couple of times but I didn't receive an answer'' you keep whispering closing your eyes making the tears fall.

You feel the package of ice cream being removed from your legs and two arms that surround you, from the essence that envelops you, you recognize that is Chris and with your eyes still closed you abandon yourself in a liberating cry after holding it all day ''Shh, it's okay'' he whispers massaging your back ''You know that now and then he has its relapses and behaves like this'' he keeps trying to reassure you.

You pull up with your nose and detach yourself from his arms ''But with me, he had never behaved this way.. at all he always came to me'' you explain looking in his direction receiving almost an expression of pity on his face ''What do you say if we order something and watch a movie here all together? We will make you choose'' announces trying to cheer you up But on your part, he only receives a nod with your head.

Even though he had spent the whole day outside walking around the crowded streets of Santa Monica, his mind did nothing but think about the time to get home, the only thought of having you always stuck made him take his breath away, of course he cared you but this so much physical contact, at that time, was leading him to detach himself from everything, but especially from you.

That's why he had waited for a late time to come back, so as not to have to face you trying to postpone everything to the day of your departure. But you know how his thought works more than yourself, in this way after finishing watching your comfort movie together with the two boys, you decide not to go to sleep right away but to stay on the couch not being able to stay alone in bed without Matt by your side, with the knowledge of having done something wrong.

As you stand in front of Matt, you can feel the bitterness in his words cutting deep into your heart. "What did you do to me?" he asks, his voice laced with anger and frustration. "There's that you've become overbearing and clingy. I can't take it anymore. You're always sticky, I never have a free moment, and if I have it, you're always there" he exclaims with clenched teeth and a hard look.

His words strike you like a bolt of lightning, and you take a step back, not believing what you're hearing. "We weren't like that before, and now I understand why no one has ever wanted you" he adds with wickedness, making you feel small and insignificant.

You try to speak, but your voice catches in your throat. You know what you've been through, and you've always hoped that Matt would understand. But instead, he holds it against you, making you feel like an outcast.

"You're an asshole" you finally manage to say, raising your voice as tears slide down your face. It's not like you to use such harsh words, but you're hurt and angry, and you can't help it.

At that moment, Matt opens his eyes, and you can see the surprise and shock on his face. He had never heard you say such a thing to him. Among all people, it was always you who used a calm tone, even in the most difficult situations.

Seeing you rush into his room, he follows you around, but when he sees that you start to take your bags, he realizes that he has exaggerated. "What do you do?" he asks, trying to take your arm. But with all the anger that you had in your body, in very little, you wriggle from his grip. "Let go of me" you say in a dry tone.

"I'm not going to stay in the room with you anymore. I'll go to Nick's, and I'll bring all my stuff" you finish, closing the zip and dragging the bag on the ground. As you come out of his room, you find yourself facing the two guys who, from the screams, immediately catapulted to see what had happened.

As you ask Nick for help, you feel exhausted and drained from the situation at home. Without even turning to see him, his hand takes the bag from yours and you head up to the room with the older brother. In the distance, you hear Chris saying, "Dude you have already done too much damage, let her be."

Days pass by, but the situation at home remains the same.

After receiving some harsh words, you decide to build a wall between you and Matt and try to avoid being alone with him.

You attempt to behave like a mature person, spending more time with the two brothers and going out on your own when they can't accompany you.

Matt, on the other hand, feels good when you're not around. However, as time passes, guilt starts to creep in, and he realizes that he doesn't want to push away the one person who means the world to him.

He understands this even more when you don't even look at him at the airport and leave without a single glance. "Why did I do wrong to her?" he says to himself as he watches you go through security checks. "Because you're a jerk, that's why" answers Nick, watching him with a serious expression.

Although he regrets his actions, Matt is determined to make things right between you two. Without telling anyone, he packs his backpack with only the bare minimum and heads off to the other side of the country.

Spring break is coming to an end, and leaving your family and friends in Boston again feels like a stab in the heart. This time, it hurts even more because you know that once you get back, you'll have to fend for yourself completely, starting with finding an apartment.

You and your family were having a pleasant evening playing board games when you heard the doorbell ring. "Were you expecting someone?" you asked, moving your pawns on the board. "No, we weren't. Why don't you go and answer it?" your mother replied, gazing at you with a gentle expression. You got up from your spot, a little confused.

As you reached the door, you saw Matt standing outside with a bouquet of your favorite tulips and a puppet with the words <I'm stupid> written on it. The sight of the flowers made you smile, but you didn't let your guard down completely.

"You have five minutes" you told him as you closed the door behind you and sat on the porch, keeping a distance. He handed you the flowers and the puppet, and you accepted them, putting the flowers next to you and holding the puppet in your hands.

"I'm sorry" he began, fiddling with your fingers. "I know I'm not good with words, but I realize now that I was wrong to say what I said.

I shouldn't have blamed you like that. I just wanted to talk to you and explain my side of things."

He paused, looking down, and when he looked up again, his eyes were watery. You felt your own eyes fill up with tears, too.

"I don't want to lose you" he said, touching your cheek. You closed your eyes and put your hand on his. "I was an asshole, but I understand that now that you're gone."

You spoke up, your voice barely above a whisper. "It was a low blow. You've never made me feel so small and helpless before. But I have to admit, I've been clingier than usual lately. That's just my way of showing you love, and if you don't like it, we can end it here."

"No way" he said, taking a step closer. "I flew over 2,500 miles to see you and tell you I love you more than anything. We just need to communicate better and make sure we're both happy. I'm here because I want to be and make it up to you." concludes by looking into your eyes '' I love you too... but please let's not hurt ourself anymore'' you leaned your forehead against his and felt his lips on yours in a gentle kiss.

When you pulled away, you grinned and grabbed the puppet. "Would you be him?" you asked, laughing together.

Okay so, since Krueger is obsessed with Sweetheart. Does that make him a Yandere? I mean like after he first met her and is with her like lost puppy. Does one of the men’s notice his behavior?

And good lord, everyone notices every time Krueger is around. Especially König (since they're step-brothers in this) König has always seen Krueger act like this, but not to a person, so it was shocking to see that happen.

He's so restless and snappy when Sweetheart isn't around and always asks where she is and why she isn't here yet. And one time, Ghost is like "Calm down mate. She's just running some errands." And Krueger just tenses, and you can see in his body language that he's getting angry. "By herself? You let her go by herself!? Where? Which store!? Fuck!" And he storms out of the lounging area. That was when they all knew that Krueger had a different kind of love for Sweetheart. And was waaayyyyy different than them. They feel a bit awkward with him because they know he's unhinged and a bit psycho, especially when it comes to Sweetheart. He's a very skilled soldier and will not hesitate to rip and tear everyone that is around her in a heartbeat. And they know Krueger's distain towards them, except with Ghost, Roach and König, Krueger just toys around with him like the annoying big brother he is. With Ghost, he's kind of friends with because he knows that Ghost will sacrifice everything for Sweetheart just like him. And they also have somethings in common- like torturing people and watching football. (soccer) With Roach, Krueger likes him because he's quiet and has sadistic tendencies when it comes to fighting enemies.

(He doesn't like when Roach hangs off of Sweetheart tho)

He gets jealous and irritated easily when he doesn't get his way when Sweetheart is around them. Like with Soap, he HATES Soap so much omfg- that is his enemy. He sees how close they are to each other and sees how Soap touches her and vice versa (he has many violent fantasies when it comes to Soap. König knows about this and purposely makes him avoid the two when they are together) those two butt heads CONSTANTLY

And Krueger will not. Let. Her go. AT ALL. Like if he comes over to their side of the base, Krueger takes allllll of the attention from her (I talked about this before) especially if they're taking a nap together, like he's sitting on the couch with Sweetheart cradled in his lap, asleep on his broad shoulder as his arms hold her. Gaz fucking hates when they take naps together, especially when he sees their breathing in sync (Like FUCK OFF) So one time, Gaz was sick of it. He reaches for Sweetheart but Krueger tightens his hold on her, and he growls so fucking low and animalistic like a damn rabid dog protecting its owner-- it legit scared him. (Especially when you can't see his face 💀) And Krueger just says, "mine." In the lowest voice Gaz has ever heard-- he just backs up and leaves (AND WASN'T HE SUPPOSED TO BE ASLEEP??? LIKE IS HE MAGICAL-)

Welcome! to this adventure! I've never actually played Lethal Company so some info may be wrong, I apologize if so. The characters may not be how you imagine! I apologize for any poor jokes, bad spelling, and terrible grammar. Without further ado, please enjoy the content. ♡

Lucifer's reaction:

Really bad at first. But don't tell him that or you'll never get the Avatar of Pride to play a game with you again.

What kills Lucifer the most isn't even the monsters..he can't make the jumps across the gaps but refuses to not try. His pride convinces him he'll make it, just to fail every time. Mans is fuming. The second thing that kills Lucifer the most is other players, when he plays with his brothers depending on what brother it is, they shovel him to death. Poor Luci can't even enjoy a game without being "pranked".

Is actually really good with the monsters, after scanning them and learning what to do he's basically a pro with them.

Plays really efficiently, always scanning, always picking the better items, he has a set time when everyone should be exiting the building and heading back to the ship. Though there are a few cases when everyone dies and then he doesn't make it to the ship on time, he gets so mad that he doesn't even speak, just sitting there with a blank face and his arms crossed.

He is great at being the man on the ship, though he chooses favorites, and depending on who he's playing with he may purposely let someone die just for fun. His brothers have shoveled him to death one too many times. But besides that, he turns off turrets amazingly, and is great at closing and opening doors on time. He's great at call outs of monsters and items, and since he knows the monsters well he can tell the person he's watching what to do.

If he has to only choose two bought items to bring in, he's a savage and he'll choose the radio and a shovel, or weapon in general. Why does he need a flashlight? Scanning gives a minimum amount of light, and anything in the dark is no scarier than he is.

His least favorite monster? Forest keepers, he can handle everything else, but since it's on sight for them he hates them. How is he supposed to avoid going into its sight if it's somewhere next to the ship? He crouches and stays silent and everything yet he always gets caught by them.

Lucifer's favorite thing in game? The company monster, the amount of times he's caused someone to be snatched up by the monster that takes the items, is probably the same amount of times he's played.

Lucifer doesn't prefer to play a modded version of Lethal Company, he says it takes away from the actual game. The only mod he really enjoys is the mimic one, just because he finds it fun to say stuff in hopes that the mimic will say it to the other players.

Mammon's Reaction:

..one would think since it's a scary game that he would be bad..which technically he is, he panics and freaks out..but somehow that's the reason he lives and does good in the game. If things get crazy, Mammon is gone, nobody has ever run back to the ship faster, the only reason I call that good, is because all items would be lost if he wasn't there to send the ship back into orbit. Mammon's scariest moment in game is when he found out that the door to the ship does not stay locked, he was so mad, he thought that was his safe heaven spot.

Mammon does not die in game as often as one would have thought, like I said he bolts, he'll ditch everyone but Mc any day, and sometimes even Mc isn't safe. When Mammon does die it's either to a crawler or his own stupidity. He grabs the circuit bees a lot man, even when someone tells him the run back to the ship would be too far. Mammon also has personal beef with like every loot bug in game, mans does not understand that he should not take their loot if no one has a shovel. There was also a few occasions that Mammon died to Lucifer shoveling him to death, but that's because he started a shovel war with Lucifer.

Mammon sucks with the monsters, probably one of the worst with them out of all the characters, he just flips his lid no matter what monster it is, unless it's loot bugs or bees, for some reason he just beefs with them, but even then he's no good with them because he always dies by pissing them off. No matter how many times someone tells Mammon how to handle a specific monster, he forgets? His mind goes black? Who knows what happens, but he has no idea how to deal with the monster.

Mammon plays chaotically, it may seem like a bad way to play, which sometimes it is, but he honestly does some really cool chaotic things and sometimes saves the day when everyone else is dead. Mammon's also really good at finding items, even though he never scans, he just has a sixth sense for finding items, he also somehow always finds the most expensive items.

Is Mammon good at being the man on the ship? ...in all honesty no.. he's not very good at call outs..because he almost always has the screen on himself, he's a scaredy cat he needs to know if there are monsters nearby. Say someone important goes in, Mc, Levi cause he's good at games and even Lucifer if he doesn't shovel Lucifer to death before he can go in, then he'll actually try to pay attention to them, though he is constantly switching back to check on himself. Even if Mammon is watching someone he's still half bad at call outs, he can tell you where the loot is just fine, but he somehow always misses the red dot approaching until the person he's supposed to be watching is dead. & Since he's bad with the monsters he couldn't tell the person what to do even if he did properly warn them. Despite all this, it is a job in itself to get Mammon to leave the ship, he's a scaredy cat man, he wants to stay somewhere semi safe. Mammon is also trash at shutting down turrets and opening or closing doors in time, just can't type it fast enough for some reason.

Which two items does he bring in if he can only bring two bought items? A flashlight, there's no way Mammon's going in there to search in the dark. & A walkie, Mammon's scared, he wants to be able to talk to someone the entire time he's in the building getting items. & If something happens and he happens to die, everyone will know, because he's not taking his finger off the button that makes the walkies work. Everyone is knowing that he's dying, and sometimes it's more dramatic than Asmo's deaths.

Least favorite monster? Thumpers. Even with a shovel he dies to them. The amount of times he's been told to get behind the crawler or jump onto the railing is infinite, yet he still dies. He hates how fast they are, and he finds their character design to be scary. Have you seen it? How can it run so fast with two hands and no legs?? Truly a monster to Mammon.

Mammon's absolute favorite part of the game is that you can shovel other players. If Mammon gets a shovel everyone dies but him and Mc, Mc doesn't need anyone alive but their first man! If Mammon can't kill everyone then he's just going after Lucifer, he loves annoying and killing Lucifer in game, it's his favorite part of the game. He just sometimes doesn't like the aftermath when Lucifer gets too mad and punishes him over it. Mammon and Lucifer should just not play together unless absolutely necessary, but everyone knows how the two are secretly fond of each other so it's no surprise that they play together more often than not.

Mammon does not like the modded versions of Lethal Company, it makes the scary game scarier! Mammon thought regular Lethal Company was bad, then he played a modded version with Mc, Lucifer and Levi. The mimic, mimicking his brothers didn't get him, it was when he heard it mimicking Mc that he was done. It didn't help that the mimic said something like "Mammon! Come here I need help!", Mammon went sprinting to save his human, just to get a huge scare and die to an imposter that he had thought was Mc.

Leviathan's reaction:

Levi could play games for a living man, he's good at all kinds of games, so it's no surprise that he's basically a pro at the game before he even buys and starts the game up. He did his research and knows all he needs to know before even getting into the game.

What kills Levi the most..other players. Now Levi is not unable to die to monsters, he does occasionally, but most of the time if he dies to a creature it's because somebody else angered the monster or didn't know what they were doing, causing him to die in the crossfire. He dies so often to the brackens because people can't just glance at them, they have to stare and then Levi dies because he's closest. Levi also dies when he self sacrifices for Mc, he likes being Mc's hero, and dying in game for Mc to live is like being Mc's virtual hero, that's his player two, if he cant safely get them both back to the ship, then hes sprinting full speed yelling or getting in the monsters sight, whatever needed to make Mc make it back to the ship safely.

Is Levi any good with the monsters? Is that even a question really? Levi has the info for each monster written down on a nearby notepad, not that he hasn't already memorized what to do and how not to provoke the monsters. Levi knows almost everything there is to know, the only reason he wouldn't know what to do is if it was a monster that's new to the game.

Levi plays efficiently, even more efficiently than Lucifer, Levi has a timer that will go off signalling when the monsters on the outside usually show up, so he'll try and get everyone out of the building before then if he doesn't think they are pro enough to deal with the monsters outside the buildings. There is barely a moment when Levi is not scanning while playing, he's constantly scanning, it tells you important info man! Levi knows where like every fire exit is, and he knows how to get the most expensive loot.

Levi is so good at being the man on the ship. He somehow keeps up with everyone in the building, he's amazing at call outs, if it's on the screen he's giving the most detailed description over where it's at and whether it's a monster or loot. Levi plays games and is on his computer constantly, none of the characters match him at the speed of typing, so he can shut down turrets and open and close doors like it's nothing. Levi knows his monsters so well that he can sometimes tell what it is just by the red dot that shows from the ship, but even if he can't tell by the red dot he can tell by the person's description of the monster. Even if it's a vague and panicked, most likely not even close description, Levi somehow knows what monster they are talking about, and he knows exactly how to handle it.

What two bought items Levi brings if he can only bring two? That depends on who he's playing with, and how mad they are making him. If Levi's in a good mood and enjoys who he's playing with then he brings a shovel and a radio, if Levi's in a bad mood and is mad at who he's playing with, he'll bring a shovel and a flashlight just so he doesn't have to communicate with the other players. Levi's main item of choice is the shovel, or a weapon in general, he can survive without a radio and light, but he likes having a weapon on him to defend himself from the monsters if they are killable.

Least favorite monster? Brackens. Levi doesn't even die to them on his own accord, he's died to them so many times due to other players that he can't stand them. He thinks they are the absolute worst when he has other players around him. He honestly doesn't mind them when he's alone or with someone who listens when he tells them how to deal with it. He would rather deal with a coil head, then he wouldn't die due to people staring.

What's Levi's favorite part of the game? He has a lot he enjoys and a lot he doesn't enjoy but his favorite part of the game is the fact that the ship is not completely safe. He loves the fact that the door has a battery, Levi is here to play a scary game, not a game where he can sit in a ship and be completely safe, so he loves that monsters can still kill you in the ship. Levi also enjoys the items that make noise when you carry them, he enjoys the fact that an item that costs money could be the reason you get killed by a monster.

Levi has nothing against playing a modded version of Lethal Company. He thinks some of the mods are fun but he thinks some of the mods are silly and pull away from the actual gameplay. Levi doesn't care what version he plays so he usually leaves that decision up to the people he's playing with. Although Levi does enjoy a certain mod that allows him to have some loot be Ruri-chan merch, like posters and figurines.

Satan's Reaction:

Satan is decent, he is like every normal player at first, but once he starts learning and catching on he becomes an okay player, he's not the best but he's not the worst. He gets better at it the more he plays.

What kills Satan the most is misdirections or miscommunication with the person on the ship. The way they describe things confuses him, so he usually gets led straight into a monster or right off the map into a spot that kills him. Satan does rather well with most of the monsters, and he usually jumps across gaps just fine. The only time Satan dies to not making the jump across a gap, is if he's playing with Lucifer. Satan will watch Lucifer fail the gap, bust out laughing, making fun of Lucifer, just to fall and die to the gap as well. The silence between the death chat is strong, Lucifer knows better than to let Satan hear his snickering, that would send Satan into a rage.

Satan's decent with the monsters, with enough experience of running into them he'll catch on and learn how to handle them, Satan is one of the only brothers that reads the creature data on the ship, so he learns most of his monster information from there.

Satan plays as a prankster, he'll take the game seriously when he needs to, but he's also looking for any opportunity to cause chaos and play a "prank". Satan may do something to purposely get someone killed, or to purposely anger a monster. Satan may also get a noise item, and then cause chaos and deaths when at the company building by angering the monster that takes the items and gives money.

Satan is good at being the man on the ship..if you can understand the big words he's saying and the way his brain works. He doesn't do call outs as one normally would, he describes it a little differently in his own way. He also seems to use a lot of fancy words when he's trying to help someone, so he may confuse the person he's helping if they don't have the same vocabulary as him. Mans is a walking dictionary that gets mad when the person he's directing dies.

What two bought items does Satan bring in if he can only bring in two? Oddly enough Satan is a shovel, flashlight kind of guy, especially if he plays with someone who's willing to walk around with him, they hold the walkie, he holds the weapon, it's the perfect combo. It's usually Mc, Asmo, or sometimes Belphie. If nobody follows Satan, that's still his preferred combo, he doesn't feel the need to talk to the other players, the only reason he'd really need to is to ask for turret help or for help with a door, and if he runs into those things he just goes a different way.

Least favorite monster? Bunker Spiders. Satan for some reason never realizes when there is a spider around until he's already angered the Spider and is being chased by it. Spiders are hard to kill so he usually dies in the midst of trying to fight it with his shovel, but sometimes he survives. He doesn't dislike them because they are spiders in general, he just runs into them too often, and doesn't seem to pay attention to their webs or where their "territory" is. Due to how often he runs into them and deals with them he finds them to be annoying and enraging, so that's why they are his least favorite monster.

What's Satan's favorite part of the game? Satan enjoys the monsters he can kill other players with, he has purposely killed other players with, brackens, Coil-heads, loot bugs, and circuit bees. He also enjoys the fact that if everyone dies all loot is lost, as when he gets everyone killed all their efforts are lost. He usually doesn't do this the day before the company's profit quota needs to be met.

Satan has a lot of fun in modded versions of Lethal Company. He enjoys the fun cute mods, like the ones where loot items can be made into items related to cats, cat posters, cat stuffed animals, ect. But he enjoys the mods that he can chaos with more, like the mimic and imposter mods. Satan's personal favorite mod was one he had Levi make, then he got Levi, Mc, and Mammon to play with him, the mod was one that turned the monsters into an angry Lucifer, the noises the monsters make were changed into Lucifer angrily yelling Mammon's name. Satan has such a good time that gaming session, Mammon's terrified screams made the experience perfect.

Asmodeus's Reaction:

Asmo is really bad at first, somehow he dies within the first five minutes for the first couple of rounds he plays. He takes the deaths like a champ though, he doesn't get upset or mad over his constant deaths in the beginning.

Everything kills Asmo. He says it's cause he's the most beautiful thing in the game, so of course all the ways to die are attracted to him.♡ Asmo dies the most to monsters and just walking off the map due to not properly paying attention. He also dies due to the ship leaving without him a couple of times, as he's actually rather bad at timing everything perfectly in game. Asmo does not die to other players that often, there were a few occasions but most of the time but that was due to him getting caught in the crossfire. Nobody really tries to shovel him to death or try to get a monster to kill him.

Asmo is no good with the monsters. He doesn't even try to learn how to deal with them or even what they are called. He just uses the monsters as an excuse to be dramatic, he could run into a monster that's not usually hostile and he'll still be panicking and screaming into his walkie. He's not even scared he's just being Asmo, he secretly does know a thing or two about a few monsters, just so he can try and be Mc's Knight in shining armor if given the chance, but he's more than happy to be the damsel in distress for Mc if they want to be the hero.

Asmo plays distractedly. It's not even like he's getting distracted by something outside of the game, like he doesn't get on his D.D.D, nothing like that. He just starts exploring, off in la la land as he hears the other players screaming and dying through the walkies, but hey he has a fun time and he enjoys the game. He may not seem useful, but if someone drops loot outside the building doors, he'll pick it up and bring it back to the ship while he's on his exploring adventures.

Man on the ship? No. You treat Asmo like the prince on the ship he is or he lets you perish. Unless it's Mc or one of the few people Asmo deems important or just favorites, then they'll probably die anyways. Asmo is not the best at being the man on the ship, he still somehow gets distracted, even though he's standing in the ship. If it's someone he favorites he'll be paying more attention to them than he would with the others but he still isn't very good. He can turn off turrets or open and close doors, but that's about it. His directions are rather confusing to some, if they don't know how to understand him. Asmo doesn't speak fancy or even speak weird at all, his directions are just confusing for some reason, half the time it seems like he doesn't even know where he's leading the person. Asmo doesn't know a lot about the monsters so he's no help when the player he's directing runs into a monster. All that being said, Asmo loves being the man on the ship. He feels so important and special even though he gets yelled at by the other players before they get picked off due to his miscommunication and inexperience with the monsters.

What two bought items does he bring if he can only bring two? That's not even a question for Asmo, he takes a flashlight and walkie and that's that, even if he had space for a shovel he wouldn't take it. That's someone else's job, not his, he's not meant to get his hands dirty, in game or not. How's he supposed to know that he didn't just get his nails done in game? Besides, being protected by other players with shovels is so romantic! ..in all honesty though, he took a shovel once, did realllly poorly with it, and then everyone always told him to give the shovel to a different player, so he's not even really allowed to take a shovel.

Least favorite monster? Snare Fleas. It's not even for a reason like he finds them annoying in game or does to them constantly. He's only ever died to them a few times but they are his least favorite monster because they cover his beautiful face! He doesn't respect a monster that can't see what true beauty looks like.

Favorite part of the game? Asmo enjoys the song that plays when the items you buy are brought down by that smaller ship thing. Sometimes after he hears it he can be heard humming the tune as he plays. Asmo also enjoys that you can explore around the map, he's been to almost every nook and cranny, gotten stuck and glitched in almost every way possible.

Asmo enjoys the modded version because he was able to find a mod that made the loot items be items related to him. Posters of him, and cute little Asmo plushies. He also enjoyed the mimic mod oddly enough, it didn't scare him, instead he was happy when he heard himself speaking, and he was always saying stuff just for the other players to hear his beautiful voice.

Beelzebub's Reaction:

Beel is pretty bad at first, honestly it takes him a while to learn the ropes and get decent at the game. But once he catches on he's actually rather good at the game.

What kills Beel the most is the monsters. It's not because he doesn't learn or understand what to do with the monsters, it mostly has to do with his mic always catching sounds of him eating and getting him killed by monsters attracted to sound. He also dies to monsters often because Beel's a nice boy, he's a family man, a protector if you will, it doesn't matter who he's playing with, he's willing to die in game for them. Self sacrifices are Beel's number one cause of death.

Beel is decent with the monsters, it takes him a little, but after being told what to do and what angers the monsters he catches on. It doesn't seem to do him any good, as he does to monsters for others, but he can tell the others what to do when it comes to monsters so he feels helpful and like he's protecting them.

Beel plays like a team player. Maybe it's cause he plays Fangol and already works on being a team player, but he's just the best team player out of all the characters. He'll do whatever you need him to do, no questions asked, no hesitation. Someone gives him a task he's on it, someone gives him an order he's following it perfectly. They could lead him straight to his death and he wouldn't be mad, mistakes happen, and holding grudges won't change that. If the group he's playing with doesn't have a teleporter yet to get other players dead bodies back, that's no problem as Beel is willing to sacrifice his life to go try to recover their dead body.

Beel is actually rather good at being the man on the ship, again it could be because he plays Fangol, sports strengthen communication abilities. Beel is amazing at call outs on monsters and loot, he is amazing at giving directions to where either thing is. Beel is decent at turning turrets off and opening and closing doors. If he doesn't get distracted by eating food and have his hands full then he can be pretty good at doing what the other players need. His food eating habits don't hurt his ability to communicate, as everyone he plays with is used to him talking with his mouth full. All that being said, Beel actually doesn't like being the man in the ship, he feels more useful going inside the building. He can protect the other players easier when he's actually with them.

What two bought items does he bring if he can only bring two? This is a hard decision for Beel, Beel preferably has a flashlight, walkie, and shovel, so it takes him a bit to decide what to bring. He ultimately goes with a walkie and shovel, if he walks next to another player with a flashlight, he sort of can see, and seeing in the dark isn't impossible so he works with what he has to. Beel likes having a walkie to communicate with the other players, so he knows who's dying and who needs saving, stuff like that. The shovel is just an obvious choice to Beel, he can't protect the other players from all the monsters monsters, but with a shovel he can save and protect other players from some monsters.

Least favorite monster? Eyeless dogs. They always kill him because he's always snacking on food and his mic picks up on his munching sounds, which attracts the eyeless dogs to him. He tries eating quietly and everything! They just have it out for Beel and his snacking habits.

Beel's favorite part of the game is the rare occasions when they have an amazing loot day and all the players make it back to the ship alive. It feels so rewarding having everyone alive in the ship, it doesn't even matter if they end up not meeting the profit quota and losing that round of the game, he just enjoys the little moment where everyone's safe and happy, chatting away in the ship as they successfully leave the moon with everyone alive and go into orbit.

The modded version messed with poor Beel. He's such a a team player man, a true protector, so the mimic and imposter mod got him more times then it should have, he couldn't help it! He heard what he thought was one of the other players calling for help, technically it was their voices, so he goes running, it's not his fault that almost every time it was an imposter and he gets killed. Besides that, Beel likes this mod that makes the loot items be food, but that mod makes him hungrier than the other mods, so he doesn't play it often.

Belphegor's Reaction:

Don't ask why, because Belphie wouldn't be able to tell you, but he's for some reason a natural at this game. He's so good at everything in the game, for absolutely no reason, as long as he puts in effort and doesn't let his Avatar get the best of him and fall asleep or something.

What kills Belphie the most is his own antics. Belphie is a little chaotic prankster, he dies provoking monsters hoping that they'll kill the other players, Belphie also gets shoveled to death a lot as he starts shovel fights with basically anyone he plays with, even Mc isn't safe from Belphie's antics. Though admittedly Belphie doesn't mess with the players he favorites as much as he does other players. Belphie dies a lot to Circuit Bees, he's always grabbing their hive and bolting for the ship, hoping he gets to the ship before he dies so that the Circuit Bees and their hive will be in the ship, causing every other player to die if they go into the ship with the Circuit Bees in there.

Belphie seems like he's bad with the monsters due to how often he's dying to them, but he's actually rather good with them. Belphie learned what to do with every monster just so he could use it against other players and cause chaos, Belphie enjoys how easy it is to make the other players lives a living hell with the monsters.

Belphie plays like a menace. He's the ultimate "prankster", he'll do literally anything to cause the ultimate chaos. Belphie does not give a fuck, he's a brat man, he is not going to stop his chaos even if they begin to run out of days to make the profit quota. If he successfully makes everyone die too many times and the profit quota doesn't get met, he'll be laughing his ass off as the company kills everyone. He'll be so proud that he successfully ruined the mission for everyone, but that doesn't mean he'll actually play the game, he's the youngest, being annoying and messing with others is what he does.

Belphie isn't allowed to be the man on the ship, he purposely gives incorrect information to make sure the player he's watching over dies. In general Belphie would actually be good at being man on the ship, in the small amount of time he was actually being serious and properly directing someone he did an amazing job, but then his favorite player died, Mc or Beel, so he made sure the rest of the players died too and then he was never allowed to be the man on the ship again.

What two bought items does he bring if he can only bring two? Belphie doesn't have a set of how much he can bring in, cause he rarely actually brings any loot out of the buildings. But Belphie would choose a shovel and a walkie, Belphie doesn't need light or to be able to see to cause chaos. The shovel is a given, he needs it so he can smack on his teammates and kill them, of smack on a monster like a loot bug and then lead it to a teammate. He brings the radio, not because he'll be using it to talk to anyone, just so he knows what everyone is doing and where they are at, who's he's easiest target for chaos.

Least favorite monster? The ones that aren't hostile are a given. But his actual least favorite is Coil-Heads. Belphie runs around a lot, not paying attention to his surroundings just trying to find his teammates to mess with and pick off, however his plans get ruined a lot when he ends up getting killed by a Coil-heads because he wasn't actually playing the game enough to see it in time. If Belphie happens to see the Coil-head before it kills him then he loves them! He can take a Coil-heads to a teammate and abandon them with it, it's a love-hate relationship with them for Belphie. He's just died to them one too many times to just love them, he has to dislike them for always ruining his plans.

Belphie's favorite part of the game, is anything to do with getting other players killed. Any monster that helps him in that mission he loves, anything in the game that helps him do that, he loves, like ringing the Beel touch at the company building and getting your teammate killed when they try to turn items in, or the fact that you can kill all your teammates by putting the Circuit Bees beehive in the ship, things like that are his favorite parts of the game.

Belphie eats modded versions of Lethal Company up, he loves how much more chaos can be caused. The mimic and imposter mod does so much for him! He'll purposely say sentences like "hey guys! There's a bunch of loot over here!" Or "no, no! Don't go that way! There's a monster there. Come over here!" Belphie unlike everyone else, does not look for mods that make the game easier, he is looking for mods to make the game harder and more chaotic. Belphie finds the absolute worst mods, that just make the game a living chaotic hell, then he'll sit back laughing his ass off as the poor people he convinced to play with him try and figure out how to survive and play the game with his mods.

Ey yo why you makin that face? Is this some kind of interrogation??

Personally, I'm not a very headcanon kind of guy, more than anything cause I like to be able to see the author's vision, but more importantly, to avoid disappointments. Although this does not stop me from having a couple of headcanons:

First of all, I believe Bill had a much deeper thing going on with Ford, more than we were lent to in the show and the journal.

like- this "Oh my Muse" kind of thing is much freakier than just a nickname, these two nerds did way more than just a portal, if you know what I mean.

On the same matter, I think that, though at some point their relationship might've been kind of genuine, Bill saw Ford the same way a person sees their dog: someone who swears unconditional loyalty to their god/owner.

While this kind of bond does leave space for love and affection, there's this clearly marked boundary, a jeriarchy that states that one of the counterparts has a higher, a more elevated position in the relationship.

This same thing makes me assume, too, that Bill had felt betrayed as much as Ford did. Not because Ford did something wrong or deserved it (this poor soul had sacrificed everything he had, he isolated himself from everyone he knew just because he thought Bill was on the right; heck, even after scarring Fiddleford FOR LIFE, instead of apologizing or trying to help him, he was so gaslit from Bill poisonous words he thought Fiddleford was trying to sabotage his work) but because Bill's egotistical and narcissistic ass believed someone as naive as Ford was not capable of such thing. When Ford finally opens his eyes and gives his back to Bill, the dude is completely bamboozled. He did NOT expect Ford to drastically decide they were no longer friends. Bill expected Ford to say "Fuck it, we ball" and finish the portal once and for all. Bill thought Ford would be loyal to him no matter how bad the sittuation could get.

What would Bill do once he got through the portal? I don't think he'd kill him right away; he'd toy with Ford for a bit, til he got tired of it, and then would finish him off, just for fun.

As of Bill's backstory, I do think he used to have a brother. And for whatever reason, this same thing is the leading one for him to have become the wacky dude we know him for. Maybe his brother died/ got killed, which made Bill go apeshit, or maybe he hated his brother so much he was the one who killed him. Alex Hirsch did say Bill had a worse relationship with his father than Stanley did. Maybe what happened with Bill was a Stanley/Stanford dynamic, but multiplied by a hundred.

Say, he was his brother's shadow, and in an outburst of anger, he killed him, thought of the consequences of his parents seeing that scene and said "fuck it, no witnesses", took a gas can and burnt the whole family down.

This, too, comes related to what the axolotl said: "saw his own dimension brun. Misses home and can't return".

Additionally, the "says he's happy; he's a liar" verse and Bill's own "lie until you aren't liying; lie until the lie has become the truth" advice makes me strongly believe the dude has gaslit himself from the horrors he's commited so much he does actually believe his lies. He could tell you the sky is pink, and he would honestly believe it. And don't even try arguing with him about it, he will find a way of justifying why the sky is, in fact, pink.

Though it would be an interesting journey to redeem this guy, I would really love for him to continue being this horrible dude he is.

I don't know what The Book of Bill will be about, but if we're given more of bits about his origins, it would be amazing. But not go on full detail about it, cause one of the determining traits this dude has is being a mystery. And if they do end up telling something about his backstory, let it be some ironic and absolutely unserious tale; make the audience guess where's the lie and where's the truth.

the Onikakushi Usoda scene is so interesting bc it has keiichi insisting that this is Out Of Character for rena, that this isn't the rena he's always known, that this isn't his rena - even though he's only known her for a few weeks - bc she did something that broke his image of her as the Ideal Cute Girl. he never brings into question who he is as a person to the reader, and keiichi here is the audience's surrogate. he never looks within himself or considers the unreliability of his perspective of the events surrounding him. this is very meaningful. you, as the reader, think nothing of how this boy was just screaming at his friend, how he'd grabbed her, and how he was hurting her while demanding she tells him everything he feels he's entitled to know, despite hiding things himself. the moment rena gets angry and snaps back at him though, that's actually a reason to be scared, a reason to feel as though something is inherently wrong. after all it's wrong for girls to present themselves as anything but available and nice at all times. anything else makes them ‘abnormal’. ‘hysterical’, even.

we focus entirely on the horror of rena's seemingly sudden change, so the harm keiichi is causing becomes a literal afterthought the same way it’s one for him, even though that’s the real horror of the situation. he's an unreliable narrator, and an example of how the narration can lie to you while criticizing you for taking it at face value. keiichi is SO self-centered in this arc that even when he learns that satoshi is a houjou, and is satoko's brother - he never stops to consider what this means for satoko or the club as a whole who actually knew him, it's all about Him and His Problems (HE’S LITERALLY DEAD FOR ALL THEY KNOW OF COURSE THEY’RE GOING TO AVOID TALKING ABOUT HIM ESPECIALLY WHEN IT MIGHT BE TRIGGERING FOR SATOKO IN PARTICULAR). keiichi’s viewpoint first and foremost is that he's THE victim. that’s the most important thing to him throughout this arc. even when mion tells him to drop the 'satoshi' act bc it's actively hurtful for those around him who are still grieving satoshi’s loss, all he does is hurt her the same way he’s been hurting rena.

we also have ooishi (mfw you dig into a girl's background and medical history with mental illness then talk about it to her classmate without her consent bc you want to use him as bait for your investigation!!!!!! THERE’S A REASON THE ONLY TWO ARCS WHERE OOISHI DOESN’T SUCK HARD AS A PERSON ARE MINAGOROSHI AND MATSURIBAYASHI WHERE HE FINALLY STOPS ACTING LIKE SUCH A FUCKING COP (HIGURASHI SAYS ACAB BTW REAL AND TRUE)) telling keiichi about rena, and even when it’s BLATANTLY clear that the three male friends hurt rena in some way and they are ashamed of their actions which is why they seemingly took a deal to not press charges together with the school so as to not have charges pressed against them, we have keiichi doubling down instead of stopping to consider that, maybe, she didn’t “undergo a sudden change” and attacked them before breaking all of the windows in the school for no reason whatsoever. maybe they did something to trigger her. he never stops to consider that, maybe, rena is actually a victim in the situation. “rena has a disorder that normal people don’t” is a funny line when taken out of context, but it’s just keiichi continuing to frame rena as Abnormal, Cursed, and Weird for being mentally ill. it’s especially clear in the door slamming scene, where it’s just rena trying to pacify a clearly stressed out keiichi with some light teasings, only for everything to backfire and for keiichi to react so violently...but, still, rena continues to stand outside, apologizing. she feels so bad. no matter how ‘monstrous’ keiichi’s actions become, she’ll continue to be there for him bc she understands.

the fact that tsumihoroboshi reveals that keiichi shot a little girl and he also damaged her eye the same way rena permanently damaged one of the boys’ eyes is literally the narrative chiding YOU AND KEIICHI for ever judging rena for the same crime he committed, and the reason they never elaborate on why rena did this is bc it literally doesn’t matter! you and keiichi aren’t owed rena’s background and the things she wishes to keep a secret to justify to yourself not treating her like a monster! not treating someone like a monster for their past and struggles with mental illness is just basic decency, they don’t owe you the details or justifications. tsumihoroboshi keiichi agonizing over the girls not knowing his admittedly terrible past and them being like "we don't need to know literally everything about you, man, if you want to keep this shit a secret, it's okay" is very important bc it’s fine to draw boundaries and it’s okay to keep secrets, you don’t need to tell everything about yourself and have others do the same thing back to consider them friends!!! secrets are important in friendship!!!!!!

this is also a good example of how you can make ANYTHING seem scary when it’s taken out of context. you can misinterpret anything you want when you’re missing critical information. you can ignore everything about a person you know and all the obvious clues that point towards the opposite conclusion if you want to demonize them and victimize yourself. if you want you will believe you’re right. that’s what keiichi keeps doing this arc every time he’s told something vague about rena by ooishi.

onikakushi after tsumihoroboshi’s recontextualization becomes a horror story told from the perspective of the actual ‘monster’, arguing its own justification and validating itself for hurting others while framing them as the monsters. the ones with the reason to be afraid and run away in this arc are always rena and mion, but they don't, not at any point - rather, they keep trying to reach out to him, bc while keiichi insists on seeing them as monsters, they never see him as one regardless of his actions, and keiichi isn’t a monster either bc despite the fact that his actions are fueled by his self centeredness and ego, it's also his shelterdness and own trauma and he’s still a victim struggling with psychosis. he deserves to be forgiven despite everything. there’s a reason onikakushi’s poem is the one about forgiveness, THIS IS WHAT RENA IS TRYING TO TELL KEIICHI. 

onikakushi is also really tragic from rena’s perspective especially with how higurashi is painfully aware of the reality wherein girls have to present themselves as nice all the time, they need to be this ideal to be palatable (rena’s whole Cute Schoolgirl thing is an act born from her internalized misogyny basically), and yet even when they do, they’re still susceptible to be subjected to violence based on the assumptions of boys and men. this is something that has been haunting rena for her entire life.

she came back to hinamizawa, regretting her parents’ divorce and hurting others, promising she'll never hurt anyone again, and promising she'll always be nice, no matter what happens to her, then keiichi comes along and everything seems fine, they’re friends and he’s kind even though he’s a little mean sometimes, but despite the kindness he showed initially, he still ended up screaming at her, grabbing her, getting mad at her for reasons she can't understand. that’s what her father did. maybe the boys in her school too.

rena is also being affected negatively by everything happening since the festival. she’s manic, she’s scared of falling victim to the curse bc she’s always felt like she’s being punished by oyashiro-sama for ‘sinning’ (leaving hinamizawa), and she has her own struggles with mental illness, but despite all of this she’s still trying so hard to be good, trying so hard to reach out to keiichi and she even explicitly says this at multiple points - that she doesn’t want the same thing that happened to satoshi to happen to him, and she feels so guilty for not being able to do anything a year ago when satoshi disappeared, bc she knows what it’s like to struggle with these things and how horrifying of an experience that is, but keiichi just refuses to let her help - yet rena continues trying, even as keiichi is bludgeoning her with the metal bat, she’s trying, she always will, bc she wants to grant him the thing she wasn’t given while struggling with the same things. she knows how scary it is and she doesn’t want anyone to feel that scariness. if nobody is going to forgive keiichi SHE WILL, but keiichi needs to forgive her too for things to begin changing. rena. rena. rena. i love you rena...

the whole point is that rena isn't some kind of monster who's going to indiscriminately attack others bc she's ~oh so crazy~ beneath the cute girl mask (tsumihoroboshi makes this blatantly clear with how rena only kills rina and teppei bc she feels like she’s been backed into a corner) and keiichi needs to stop being ableist (keiichi himself is pretty sympathetic despite this ofc, bc you understand from being in his head how he arrived at all of these conclusions). after all higurashi is about how mental illness is pathologized and demonized especially in women.

keiichi is constantly torn between two assumptions in this arc: 1) that his friends and rena especially are evil people who have been lying to him all this time or 2) that they’re being possessed by oyashiro-sama to do these things bc the curse exists, but isn’t the core of both of these assumptions pretty ableist? you shouldn’t vilify people for being mentally ill in such a way and you shouldn’t blame their actions on things such as Being Possessed and Being Cursed.

watanagashi also follows up with shion who’s very much a girl attacking and hurting others, bc of how she's been hurt all her life to show that ignoring the person she is makes everything worse for her even if it doesn’t justify what she’s doing. after all keiichi is content to blame what she’s doing on the ‘demon inside her’ instead of trying to see her for who she is. his thoughtless actions and words in this arc lead to much hurt for mion and shion. tatarigoroshi is him selfishly killing teppei in a such a way that he’s robbing satoko of any agency or say in her abuse without considering how this could impact her. his actions leave her even MORE traumatized, blaming herself for how everything turned out for the worst.

when you think of the syndrome as an allegory, keiichi breaking through the syndrome with the help of memory leaks isn't just him overcoming his paranoia, but also him learning to look beyond himself and see how others could be hurt by his actions and words etc etc, which is why tsumihoroboshi is about him atoning for how he hurt everyone and helping rena in much of the same way she was trying to help him in onikakushi. it’s him finally returning the favor. tsumihoroboshi is higurashi’s turning point, bc keiichi finally stops being such a casual misogynist, he stops demonizing rena and tries to understand her, he starts to realize that his struggles and experiences aren’t inherently more valid than the girls’ in his life, and he starts to listening to them more...

KHEA + TBB:

A little look into the dynamics Khea shares with each member of the Bad Batch!

Khea + Wrecker:

Opposites attract - they’re nearly opposites in every way but they make it work

Slow burn baby because Khea took forever to open up and admit to her feelings, but thankfully Wrecker is patient

Wrecker keeps her grounded and is her voice of reason, he's there to reassure her that things are okay

Fuck, if they don't love explosions and causing a scene - they can be reckless as hell and it's advised not to leave them alone together or they will get into trouble

Khea is not used to men who wear their heart on their sleeve so finding out Wrecker was genuine in his affections and promises threw her in for a loop

Since Khea isn't a verbal person about her feelings, it's great that Wrecker has such a high emotional intelligence and can just tell when something's wrong and it's even better for her because he knows what to do when he does sense something is wong

In return, Khea always makes sure that Wrecker is looking out for himself because she realizes he's the glue holding the team together and doesn't give time for himself, so she makes sure that every now and then he takes a break from everything

Wrecker fell first, Khea fell harder.

Hunter + Khea:

Khea takes great joy in teasing Hunter at any chance she gets (all in good fun of course) because she claims it's her 'right' as the younger sister-in-law to do so

Khea will never admit to how much she respects/thinks highly of him as both a leader and older brother

Khea has a bad habit of stealing Hunter’s things (both intentionally and unintentionally)

Hunter is the other one outside of Wrecker who makes her feel like she's not as closed of a book as she thought she was because he can always sense when something's wrong but unlike Wrecker he doesn't know how to go about it to try and make her feel better

They both have sensory issues (yippee) and bond over that; giving each other tips and whatnot to avoid being overstimulated in dire situations

Khea's always there to help Hunter out with Omega whenever he needs it (especially with 'girl' things)

One of Khea's favorite things to do is give Hunter crap about him not tying up his hair because she thinks it's impractical to have it all out while under the helmet or when fighting

Khea + Echo:

Next to Wrecker, Echo is the closest Khea is to out of the group

Was the first of the Batch that Khea actually opened up to and he was the first one to hear about what happened with her brothers

Khea sorta sees Echo as the older brother she never got to have; one that's patient and kind with her but also makes sure to keep her in check

Bond over the trauma of losing their brothers + the guilt over not being able to save them

Echo gives her tough love often and will call her out on her bullshit, constantly pushing herself to be better and to take care of herself in healthier ways

Khea calls Echo "Eyayah" - which means 'Echo' in Mando'a

Echo lets Khea work on his prosthetics and Khea has made adjustments/attachments of various sorts for him

Kama buddies :) (sometimes Khea takes his kama on "accident")

Khea + Tech:

Both are big nerds, Khea's just more subtle about it

Their interactions are either them talking each other’s ears off or working in complete silence on projects next to each other

Tech does not understand how or why Khea is with Wrecker but since they’re both happy, he’s happy

Tech is learning Mando’a from her

Sometimes will butt heads and will passive-aggressively ignore each other until they’re forced to make amends (i.e. Wrecker makes them apologize to each other)

Like when they fight, they FIGHT; both hate admitting to being wrong whenever they come into conflict with each other and it's like bone on bone. It's never anything physical, it's always emotional and verbal assaults

Tech likes to point out things about Khea that Khea will adamantly deny or ignore because it pisses Tech off (i.e. Tech telling her she is nearsighted and should get some glasses or something and her insisting she's fine and it's okay to see things a little blurry sometimes)

Both are incredibly blunt people and maybe probably are on the spectrum one way or another (another thing Khea will deny when Tech points it out)

Khea + Crosshair:

Both are little shits

Crosshair takes his role as the 'annoying younger brother-in-law' VERY seriously

Took some time for them to warm up to each other once Crosshair was reunited with his family (He didn't know what to make of her let alone how Wrecker managed to pull her)

Khea only knew so much about him from the others (Wrecker and Omega occasionally told her things about him) but decided she'd try and be nice to him should she ever meet him but that went right out the door when he pointed out she was a little short for a Mandalorian

Would rather be caught dead than getting along in front of Wrecker because he will cry tears of happiness

They love to hate each other and their competitive personalities make them clash ALL the time (which can be both amusing and irritating depending on the situation)

Crosshair learns about Khea's brothers and the things she went through from Wrecker and after that, he's a little more understanding and compassionate with her

Khea drinks and Crosshair smokes; they like to poke fun at each other for who is going to die first from their bad coping mechanisms

Khea + Omega:

Khea and Omega both see each other as sisters (neither of them knows what it’s like to have one)

Tag team when it comes to raising Hunter’s stress levels (all in good fun)

Khea is fiercely protective of Omega as she kinda sees her as a “Mitcan Redo” - she would, can, and has killed for the kid

Omega was the one who got Khea to open up a little more to their squad (was also the first to pick up on how she felt about Wrecker and vice versa)

Omega is really interested in Mando culture and Khea takes delight and pride in telling her stories and teaching her things during their time off

Khea likes to tease Hunter and say that she's going to make Omega a Foundling (Omega loves the idea) and has promised to one day get Omega some beskar and maybe even a helmet if she wants it

Omega made her a little charm of a star that she wears on a necklace and totally didn't cry when Omega gifted it to her, nope

Khea sometimes finds herself incredibly frustrated over Omega's situation and wishes that someday Omega will get the chance to just be a kid and enjoy life without having to worry about things no child should have to worry about

People Overreacting to Azriel’s POV Chapter in ACOSF.

I just finished ACOSF about a week ago, and then I found out about the Azriel bonus POV chapter. Full disclosure, Azriel is my favourite character of the series, and I have fallen into reddit rabbit holes on people’s takes. We’re going through point by point on why people think he’s an asshole/gross and explaining why he’s not.

- Lets get this out of the way, most people in this world have sexual wants and needs in the privacy of their own mind and home. As long as it doesn’t get anywhere near illegal, and doesn't affect the world around them, that is fine. Az is allowed to have sexual desires. It does not make him a bad person (or Fae in this case)

- He is jealous of his brothers because they have found the people they will spend their lives with, and he is just him. Again, jealousy is a normal feeling as long as it doesn’t cause anyone else harm.

-Az and Elain got each other gifts, and as far as we are aware, she did not get one for Lucien.

-WHILE WE ARE HERE: LUCIEN IS MATED TO ELAIN, BUT ELAIN IS NOT MATED TO LUCIEN. She does NOT have to reciprocate his feelings, give him attention, or even enjoy his company. I love his character too, but people need to remember the mating is seemingly (as of right now) one sided.

- Elain knows Azriel is attracted to her and doesn’t recoil or avoid him like she does Lucien.

- She asks Az to put the necklace on her. And I’m sorry, but that is romantic AF and a super tender moment between the two. She invites him closer and asks him to help her wear the gift he got her. 

-Elain shivers at his touch, which can also be seen as her desire towards him. It’s a romantic fantasy, Feyre has also shivered at the gentle touch of Rhys. This is a normal reaction, especially if your sexual desire/drive is heating up towards someone.

- Again, this whole scene with the necklace is supposed to be romantic with sexual undertones. He’s getting aroused by being near someone he has feelings for, and based on her reactions, she’s feeling the same. Again, romantic fantasy with spicy scenes. Az sexually aroused. The difference here is with people with a penis, when they are aroused it shows. Elain’s actions/reactions suggest she may be too (the shivering) but as people who don’t have a penis really don’t have identifying signs of arousal, her’s is more hidden.

- This isn’t even the most crude thing SJM has written towards arousal. Cassian and Nesta were horndogs their whole book but no one cared.

- We’re human, most of us have wondered what sex with someone we’re attracted to would be like. Again, normal. Again, spicy romantic fantasy.

-Elain is biting her lower lip, another sign of sexual arousal, she also is free to leave but chooses not to.

- HE CAN SENSE HER AROUSAL 

- Again, she shudders, same as shivers at his touch. The chapter says she’s so close to him that one breath would have her pressed up against him. She looks up at him hopeful and trusting. SHE WANTS HIM TO KISS HER.

- SHE IS INTO THIS INTERACTION

- When he holds her and goes in to kiss her, again, spicy romance, hair holding is spicy, she parts her mouth and her eyes fluttered shut, fluttered in the sense of consensual romance is flirty. This interaction is CONSENSUAL.

- Rhys ruins everything.

- When Az says the whole thing is a mistake she looks hurt and confused. She thought he wanted the interaction too. She apologizes because she thought she misread the situation.

- He takes responsibility for the whole thing

- The Caudron is their creator, Az is questioning faith and fate not claiming ownership in anyway. Same with the three sisters for three brothers. He’s questioning their worlds driving force. 

-Sidenote: I write, I write a lot. From a writers perspective, yeah Azriel and Elain plot wise makes much more sense than Az and Gwyn or Lucien and Elain. Is it basic and predictable? Yup. Does that make it bad? Not at all. Anyway...

- Rhys is the one suggesting Az thinks he deserves her, is his answer great, no, but Lucien definitely thinks he deserves Elain so why don’t people think that is wrong?

- Running into Gwyn when he leaves and their little back and forth was cute and I don’t mind them together, more on this later.

- The necklace. I hate that thing. Az drops it off to Clotho and after saying give it to Gwyn, and not to say it’s from him, he does say, “If there is another priestess here who might appreciate it, give it to them. But I am not taking that necklace with me when I leave.”

- It sounds more like he just wants to see someone happy to have it and not having that awkward, embarrassing moment returning it to the store and Gwyn came to mind. If it fair to Gwyn? Absolutely not! Is it fair to Elain? No! It would feel awful for both of those women to know about the whole situation. 

EDIT

- Clotho has a lot of time to give that necklace to Gwyn and doesn't. Why? Perhaps she knows what he's doing is a dick move. Perhaps she knows his heart truly lies Elain. Perhaps she is waiting for his heart to understand it lies with Gwyn. The point is, she still has it.

- maybe Clotho is rocking the necklace (lol)

- His final thoughts on her being happy and something sparking in his chest DO suggest something between the two but honestly I don’t see how their relationship would send the plot forward.

Final thoughts:

On Elain: At the end of the day, Azriel is an idiot, and that is what this bonus chapter proves. He and Elain clearly have sexual desire/attraction for each other, and his interaction with her was consensual. His feelings of arousal are normal behaviour, it’s a normal feeling, and as long as what piques someone’s sexual interest isn’t illegal, then why are so many people hating on this? Think of your significant other (if you have one.) Did they arouse you when you started dating? Even eventually for all my demis out there. Did you wonder what sex would be like with them? Did you think of them when you were aroused? Congratulations, you are some sort of human.

Elriel or Gwynriel: Could swing either way. I prefer Elriel for plot purposes, I also think 3 brothers to 3 sisters makes sense. I don’t see how a Elain/Lucien plot would move the series along, it would remove the story from the IC and Velaris, which is such an integral part of the story telling. Does this mean Az and Gwyn would be bad? Absolutely not! She's bubbly and adorable to his quiet and brooding, opposites are great, love it! I just want the plot to be good and make sense. That's all.

His name is Verano Azul and he's black/white mixed dominican-Not the Demon Realm equivalent like Willow being korean but as in one of his parent's is from Earth and dominican.The parent in question is named Esta and is something of a dark parallel to Luz,a human who ended up on The Boiling Isles and is instead a magic hater who sides with Belos in that way.His other parent is named Invierno and he has an older brother named Otoño who goes by Oto

Esta and Invierno are abusive to him because of generational trauma from their latino heritage and encourage Oto to bully him and uphold him as the 'sibling they raised right'.Verano had severe self-eestem issues because of this and it was only added on to by being bullied at Hexside for his shyness and obvious hybrid status(see him having non-pointed ears)

He's the same age as Luz and was a trio with Gus and Willow until she came along and made them a quartet.He met his first ever two friends the same day they met eachother when they saw him getting bullied by Boscha and Gus caused a distraction with his illusions so Willow could sneak him away to a hiding spot and Gus hid too to avoid Boscha's wrath.Once school let out,Verano nervously approached them to thank them and hung out with them the next day which turned into every day after that

He's in the healing track/coven and got shit from his family for it because they wanted him to take a 'more useful' one and his palisman is a pink dragon named Fresa

His parents also never truly let him be feminine as a kid and called him an ungrateful brat for asking for things like children's makeup kits and dolls so as part of her redemption arc,Amity teaches him how to be femme and buys him the stuff they refused to and a particularly special item that he's always wearing because it was the first one she bought him is a plain pink choker

His fashion sense is pastel and mostly girly but has some masc hints here and there since he's bigender and it makes him happy with himself.He's short with light brown skin,full lips,a big nose and waist length black hair that's natural thick and curly but he relaxes it and dyes a baby pink streak in it in season 3 as a bonding activity with Willow and Amity until the epilogue where we see he's switched to twists and several streaks and gone from regular pastel to pastel punk

He also has a job making video games since Luz introduced him to them and he learned how to make them as he loved them enough for it to become a special interest

Has a genderfluid pride pin on his dress in Thanks to them

Eda becomes a mother figure to him through his frequent visits to The Owl House to see Luz and adopts him mid-season 1 after finding out he's being abused thanks to him accidentally revealing it during one of their conversations.She went to the Azul house and tricked his parents into giving her custody via adoption papers and easily beat them when they tried to fight her.Oto wasn't around to witness it but is still scared shitless of her and avoids Verano from then on(He does apologize in For the future and Verano says he accepts but dosen't wanna be around him anymore and he respects that).Raine is also his parent due to his and Eda's marriage and there's not a day without both chaos and wholesomeness with them

Considers Camila his official parent too(and she sees him as her son and daughter)and is eternally grateful to her for teaching him about blackness unlike Invierno.Perry,who was never told about Verano's abuse until after Eda came along,did teach him a few things but sadly couldn't get to many because of him still living with his racist parents

And his final parent is Darius.This one has funny reasons because the context is that the two of them got so close thanks to Verano being best friends with Hunter that Darius kept dropping hints to Eda that he wanted shared custody and she teased him into admitting it outright and laughed at his embarrased anger before agreeing to it.Verano was overjoyed when they told him and pulled them into a group hug after giving each of them a platonic cheek kiss,squealing about how much he loves them and what they were going to do as a family

His full name is technically Verano Azul Clawthorne Whispers Noceda Deammone but for the sake of shortness he just uses his first name when introducing himself

When he started unmasking,he turned into a very bubbly and optimistic weirdgirl who slowly became a Team Mom as his friend circle grew.His favorite stims are repeating words and running around,he's good at handling meltdowns,his special interests are dragons cats video games and pink and his safe foods are booding and McDonalds(post/during season 3)

Tyler Merkle, Ohio inmate A691559, born 1989, incarceration intake in November 2016 at age 27, sentenced to 5 years, released from custody January 2021

Sexual Battery

Former Chardon Schools’ tutor and assistant coach Tyler P. Merkle admitted in August 2016 to having an inappropriate sexual relationship with a 15-year-old Chardon High School student.

Geauga County Common Pleas Court Judge David Fuhry sentenced the now 27-year-old to five years in prison and fined him $4,000 for his conduct.

In so doing, the court adopted the recommendation of prosecutors that Merkle be given 60 months in prison on each of four counts of sexual battery, which the sentences to run together. Fuhry also imposed a $1,000 fine on each of the counts.

Merkle had agreed earlier to plead guilty to four counts of sexual battery, a high-tier felony of the third degree. As part of the plea deal, prosecutors agreed to dismiss eight other felony counts at sentencing.

Fuhry told Merkle his actions were not just socially unacceptable, they were criminal.  “It was felonious; these aren’t misdemeanors,” he said. “They are sex offenses. Sex offenses are treated seriously.”

Those sex offenses branded Merkle a Tier III sex offender, noted Fuhry, requiring him to register in person with the sheriff in the county in which he resides every 90 days for life.

“I take note of the collateral (reporting) consequences, they are severe,” he said. “I take note, too, that this was a sex offense visited on a minor and you knew her age. This wasn’t a case of mistaken age.”

Fuhry told Merkle he knew his conduct was illegal, because he researched it and knew he could go to prison for it. And, even after he looked up the potential consequences, he added Merkle persisted in his conduct.

“That’s what we call blatant disregard for the law,” said Fuhry, adding Merkle presumable was mature enough to understand right from wrong. “You knew this was as wrong as wrong could be.”

The judge also noted, before pleading guilty when Merkle violated conditions of his bond by having contact with the victim through a digital music application called Spotify.

While the court recognized the many positive things Merkle has done in his life, “they don’t cancel out what happened here.”

Although he had provided a written statement to the probation department, Merkle told Fuhry he was sorry for his actions.

“I apologize to everyone involved that had no reason to be involved because of my mistake. From the top down, from (the victim) to her family, to my family, my friends, the community, the school district, the football team, the coaches, everyone,” he said. “I caused this and it could have been avoided with better judgment.”

Defense counsel Rick Perez requested Merkle avoid prison time and be sentenced to community control.

While Perez told Fuhry that Merkle was not making any excuses for his conduct, he pointed out the victim was the one who made the initial contact.

“He didn’t teach her, he didn’t coach her, he didn’t have her in study hall,” Perez said, adding Merkle knew the victim’s brother and that is why she texted him.

Merkle texted her back and during the summer of 2015 the texting became more frequent, Perez said.

“In the fall, they started seeing each other,” he explained. “He realizes now he should have put the brakes on everything. He let it go a little too far and all of a sudden he fell in love with her.”

Perez told Fuhry if the victim were present in the courtroom, he would assume she would not be asking the court to impose any type of penalty on his client.

“I know her parents feel differently and that’s their right,” he acknowledged.

Geauga County Prosecutor Jim Flaiz said there are consequences for criminal conduct and having sexual conduct with a minor is a serious offense, especially when the defendant is in a position of trust such as a teacher.

“When you’re in a position of authority like that and you take advantage of the situation and manipulate a young girl into a sexual relationship, that’s really bad conduct,” he said. “That’s exactly what happened here.”

Added Flaiz, “This is a 15-year-old girl who’s manipulated by the defendant and engaged in a long-term sexual relationship with him.”

The prosecutor told Fuhry the damage to the victim is probably irreparable.

Merkle initially was placed on administrative leave from school, where he served as a part-time tutor, study hall monitor and assistant football coach.

The inappropriate conduct occurred between Dec. 1, 2015, and April 12, 2016.

Subsequent appeals were unsuccessful.

So I'm the eldest and I love all my siblings but god ever since I moved out my brother has been such a lil shit to our youngest- back when I lived there I was always the one to deescalate situations (in general not just my brother)- and he in general wouldn't behave that way when I'm around (i always thought its cause me and him are close but once I talked to mom about it and she says that he probably doesn't because he's scared of me... which is not great- I have to admit when the two of us were little I was a lil shit the same way he is now - I only got my shit together at 14- 15 because I realised that there had to be one responsible person in the household and it wasn't going to be our parents- also I just didn't want my siblings to hate me after I died. But since me and brother are the closest in age he remembers more of that time when I sucked than our other siblings do - so I shouldn't be surprised he is behaving similarly especially since he never had to go through the same crisis that i did at 15 (thats not even getting started on how our parents have affected all this)) but that doesnt change the fact he's being a lil bitch to my sister!

And I can't go tell him to knock it off- I have been bullied in school before I'm not dumb- a figure of authority telling a bully to stop it is just gonna make the bully be pissed that the person they're bullying snitched

i dont have any ideas, sorry. though my oldest sister might hahahh. that was more their role than mine. for what its worth i feel a similar kind of guilt about moving away cuz my little sister is stuck with mom and my oldest brother and it's frankly terrifying to think about that situation for too long.

my oldest sister has made a lot of progress reconnecting with us though through honest & emotional conversation. they've apologized for what they've done and they've worked on making sure we all don't, like, kill ourselves or something. so maybe you could start with that?

i saw my (name) talking with the one and only xavier the "tortured" artist. Otherwise known as bianca barclay's Ex boyfriend.

I hated seeing them so close to one another because xavier is also known as "mr steal your girl" because basically every guy in the school's girlfriends have broken up with them for xavier thorpe. Even though me and (name) aren't dating and i shouldn't be jealous i still hated every second that her attention was on him instead of me.

Was she always this smiley? or is it only for xavier?, i don't know but i don't like it one bit. My sister must of seen be basically glaring into xavier's head because she asked if me and xavier are good.

"hey kent, you ok with thorpe?" davina said to me "just peachy.." i said in a low mumble, still glaring at xavier " ohh your jealous your gf is talking to thorpe huh?" she said wiggling her eyebrows at me. "no!" i yelled, a little bit too loud that (name) turned her head over here. I quickly turned my head the other way, avoiding her eyes.

i knew kent was staring at me. I can feel his eyes on me because he isn't that subtle at staring at someone and glaring at the other person. I was smiling a little wider to see if kent noticed and questioned if i always smiled like this to people or just to xavier.

I heard a yelled "no" no from someone so i turned my head, looking to see who did it and saw davina laughing with yoko and kent staring at me. I saw him quickly turn his head away and davina staring at me, smiling and also wiggling her eyebrows at me. I then thought about something, putting it in davinas head so she knew what i said.

"what's wrong?" i said to her while looking at davina "kents jealous of you and xavier" she thought back. I giggled a bit, smiling at the thought that kent likes me back. So i set up a plan to grab a pen and paper from xavier, grabbing tape out of my bag and writing something on the paper.

I turned to xavier, saying our goodbyes. I hugged him and made him turn to where kent was. Putting the note on his back, it said something that made kent blush.

"Don't worry kent, i only have eyes for you" the note said, making the siren all giddy in his stomach.

Davina dragged her brother to weathervanes cafe because she was meeting up with Yoko and didn't want to go alone. Yoko of course didn't mind because she knew Davina needed somebody there for her.

and he was right, she was here but oh- wait she's with a normie?! what's his name?... Tyler! That's his name thought Kent. He was really jealous because they were sitting so close together.

Kent was glaring into Tyler's head. Tyler felt like he could feel somebody's eyes on him but he didn't do anything about it, which made Kent even angrier because he wanted Tyler to notice him and get scared that a siren that can and would kill him if he kept up with the hugging and hand grabbing with his (Name).

at the end Tyler ended up noticing Kent which made kent a bit happier but what kent was not expecting was that Tyler was pushing (Name) out to his direction.

sbg friendship: widdershins and josephine

'that moment when you were about to reblog an old ask meme game you made a while back and realize since you were the creator of the ask meme you can just do it whenever at the moment it's yours you just need to change it a bit'

Who I think befriended the others first: Josephine. She reached out to him at lunch time the day after his introduction. They had a nice conversation about Lake Lachrymose, for Widdershins noticed her bag had a pin from one of the gift shops there.

(If you ask Widdershins under the very right circumstances, he would say he befriended Josephine first, offering her a snack inside a nook at City's Headquarters. Of course, he would quickly 'correct' himself, saying, "That was a lie, yes." But it's not a lie at all.)

Who I think would steal the food of(f) the other plate: Widdershins. He has an appetite that seemingly knows no bounds. Josephine isn't upset by this; she gives him the leftovers she can't finish anyway.

Which one would tell the other a secret first: Josephine. Widdershins doesn't look the sorts, but he can in fact keep a secret and will never share it, even in the most extremes of situations. Josephine thinks because no one really knows anything about him, it makes Widdershins so great at keeping secrets.

Ideal Hangout Locations: Lake Lachrymose (as a whole; they avoid the hell out of the Anxious Clown though), the Queequeg (when it's built), Widdershins' Flat (before the Queequeg was built), The City's Chinatown (they usually get food there), and Briny Beach (especially when it's an overcast day).

Which one would pretend to be their significant other if the situation ever calls for it: Widdershins does it more often than not due to his philosophy of not hesitating. When Josephine begin dating/gets married to Ike, Widdershins stops it, telling the unwanted party that Josephine's partner can kick their ass and pretends to start calling Ike in the nearest payphone.

What causes them to fight (seriously or jokingly): They fight in a weird in-the-middle grey area. They can get heated/very passionate of something they believe in, and they say silly comments at one another which at times gets the others who see said debate between the two worry. But it never escalate to more.

How they stop being friends (or not): Three words.

Gregor. Anwhistle. Death.

Josephine is smart. Not long after the Anwhistle Aquatic Fire, Josephine knew some of her associates knew something about it. She was quickly able to put the pieces together on the people responsible and/or involve in the Anwhistle Aquatic Fire to any degree. And Josephine when learning all their identities...

Josephine slowly began withdrawing herself from them all. She didn't do a 'NO CONTACT ASAP' for them, because here's the thing: she knows why they believe their cause. Josephine agrees what Gregor was doing was too extreme, too dangerous. But Gregor was her family, her brother. Brother-in-law, but that doesn't matter. And the people she was so close with almost like family betrayed her.

Widdershins was the last of the people Josephine stop being friends with, for two reasons. Reason one: He lost his wife in the same fire that killed Gregor, and Josephine in a moment of 'cruelty' thought of it as karma. Reason two: Widdershins 'apologize' for Gregor's death. Josephine knew now way in hell he would admit his involvement, but his words to her at Gregor's funeral were so close to one, Josephine couldn't help but cry into his arms when hearing them.

(Widdershins suspected Josephine knew he was involve. The way she was treating him at arm's length, being hesitate around him with words and actions, that's the only way to explain it. Widdershins will never apologize for Gregor's death. Never. But that day at the funeral, Widdershins felt he own Josephine words of ease.)

That was the last time they talk in person, and the penultimate time Josephine saw him (to Widdershins, it was in fact, the final time they saw one another). They wrote the occasional letter (Josephine learn how he was assign to patrol the lake in certain seasons), made a few phone calls (Ike answers phone and gave it to her), but nothing more. When Ike died, all of that stop.

Regarding the final time Josephine saw him...she was in her grammar library, sitting in Ike's armchair. She was looking out the library window, when she heard a loud knock at her door. Josephine cautiously walked to the door, and looked out the door hole.

And there she sees Widdershins in his coat over his uniform, looking around, with a newspaper underneath his arm. He stood there, set the newspaper on the front mat, and then walked away.

Josephine slowly opened the door, and looked down, understanding why he came to visit: the Baudelaire Mansion burned down, killing Beatrice and Bertrand and leaving their children orphans.

Summary: You’re haunted by your demon possession and the reoccurring nightmares that have followed. You plan on dealing with it on your own until somebody spills your secret. Reader uses she/her pronouns.

A/N: Wow okay so it’s been a lot longer since I’ve posted than I thought. Apologies for that. I started a new job for the summer and it’s been a lot more strenuous than I thought. It’s made me falter in my motivation since I’m usually too tired, but I’m trying to fix that!

While I work on some new fics, here’s part 2 of I’m a Monster!

Y/N/N = Your nickname

Dean enters the bunker’s library with a question on his mind. One that’s been bothering him for a while but he was afraid to voice his concerns. He didn’t want to believe something was wrong. Now, though, he’s worried. He sees Sam on his laptop sitting at the table and approaches him.

“Have you noticed anything different about Y/N recently?” he asks his brother. Sam looks up from his laptop, confused.

“Different how?” he asks.

“I don’t know, she just seems…” Distant. Tired. Sad. “Off.”

“Not really, no.”

“Real helpful, thanks.” Dean sits down across from his brother. His eyes drill a hole in the table as if it will give him the answers he need.

“I’m sure she’s okay,” Sam tries to reassure him.

“Yeah, you’re probably right.” Dean sighs. But he isn’t so sure. The two of you haven’t really been spending that much time together which he feels guilty about. He’s just been so caught up in work and he’s sure you are too.

But he misses you. It seems like the two of you never talk or just hang out together anymore. When you go to sleep, you say you’re too tired to cuddle and when he wakes up, you’re already gone. Throughout the day, he feels like you avoid him although he isn’t sure why, or even how long this has been going on.

He’s about to go talk to you when a certain demon appears.

“Hello boys! I’ve missed you,” Crowley says as he descends from the staircase. Dean knows he can’t pop in due to the sigils guarding the bunker, which begs the question...

“How the hell did you get in?” Dean asks.

“With my key.” The boys look at each other, confused. “Surely you didn’t think I wouldn’t make my own?” Dean rolls his eyes, already tired of his presence.

“What do you want?” Sam asks the demon.

“Just wanted to hang out with my favourite hunters,” Crowley says.

“Bored of hell already?” Dean asks, not really interested but trying to figure out the reason for the demon king’s visit.

“It does get rather exhausting. So, what have you boys been up to?” He takes a seat at the head of the table because of course he does.

“Working, like we are trying to do right now,” Sam answers.

“Boring! You guys used to be so fun, hunting this and snarky remark that. What happened to us?”

“We realized you’re an annoyance that we can just tune out rather than a threat,” Dean replies.

Crowley pouts. “Well I’m so glad I came all the way here just to be insulted.”

“What else did you expect?” Sam asks, confused.

“Well surely there must be one fun person around here.” He looks around before seeming to remember something. “Where’s Y/N?”

“Why do you care?” Dean asks, more annoyed than mad.

“I just wanted to check in on how she was doing. My demon, Cora, really did a number on her. Don’t worry, she was punished accordingly. Only I can torment you lot.”

This catches Dean’s attention. “Who the hell is Cora?”

“Did she not introduce herself? Yet another thing we need to work on. She led the group of demons you all encountered a while back. In the barn?” Dean remembers. He can’t seem to get that night out of his head.

Not that any of you really talked about it. The day after it happened, he had yelled at you for being reckless and ruining their plan. He wasn’t really mad at you; he was just scared. Of course, this caused a fight between you but you worked it out. Is that why you were avoiding him? He didn’t think so because it had been so long ago. But maybe…

“Thank you for the pleasant reminder,” Sam says sarcastically as Dean is too wrapped up in his thoughts to respond.

“Hey, I’m on your side! Those guys were out of line and giving hell a bad reputation, though I do applaud their enthusiasm.” The brothers ignore him but Crowley keeps talking. “Anyway, is she still having those nightmares?”

This grabs Dean’s attention. “What?”

You decide to spend more time in the gun range than usual this morning. Last night’s nightmare really stuck with you and you couldn’t face the boys until you  calmed down. You found that shooting a gun can really help by imagining the demon bitch’s face as the target.

Once you had settled down, you go to the kitchen and grab a bite to eat before heading to the library. While walking down the hall, you hear a voice that isn’t one of the boys. Crowley. What does he want?

You pause, however, when you hear your name. You don’t mean to eavesdrop, but you also want to hear what they’re saying about you. You hear Crowley bring up the barn and want to slap his mouth shut at bringing that incident up, the one you have been avoiding. So Cora is the name of the demon that’s been haunting you.

You’re about to turn around and walk away, not wanting to talk about this, when you hear Crowley ask, “Anyway, is she still having those nightmares?” You freeze. Your heart starts to pound fast against your rib cage.

“What?” you hear Dean ask.

You quickly rush into the room before Crowley can say anything more. Though, by the look on Dean’s face, you can tell he’s already said enough.

“Ah there she is!” All eyes turn to you and you try hard to hide your panic but you’re losing your grip on it.

“Have you been having nightmares?” Dean asks you. The one question you prayed you never had to answer. You’ll kill Crowley for this. Dean looks at you confused, hurt, and concerned and you don’t know what to do. So you lie.

“What? No, of course not,” you say, rather unconvincingly.

“Oh come on, it’s obvious you’re exhausted from little to no sleep. Plus, I can hear your screams from hell—”

“Shut up Crowley!” You march over to him with a heavy glare and he looks shocked at your anger. You’re a little shocked too but your emotions are running loose and you can’t seem to gain control back over them.

“Y/N?” Dean asks, obviously wanting an explanation. You look over to Sam and see that even he has put away his laptop and is looking at you with concern. Great.

“Next time you want to talk about my personal business, DON’T!” you yell at Crowley.

“Sorry, chipmunk, I thought they knew. I mean it is kind of obvious—”

“Oh my god will you not stop?!” You give him a crazy look and he shrugs, clearly not concerned with the damage he has just caused. Meanwhile, you’re panicking. You’re panicking and the panic is bubbling up inside of you threatening to burst. You want the ground to consume you whole. You can’t remember how to breathe. 

“Y/N.” You turn and see that Dean is now stood up, with an array of emotions displayed on his face. You feel trapped. You don’t know what to say or how to fix this. You’ve been keeping this inside for so long that you’re afraid to let it out. You can’t let it out.

“I can’t deal with this,” you mumble and hurry away to yours and Dean’s bedroom. Of course he follows you, yelling out your name and telling you to stop. But you can’t.

You reach the bedroom and realize stupidly that you are now literally trapped. You hear Dean come in but you don’t turn to face him.

“How long has this been happening?” he asks.

“How long do you think?” You turn to face him and can feel tears stinging your eyes.

“For that long? Why the hell haven’t you told me? How have I not noticed?”

“Don’t feel bad, I hid it from you pretty well,” you mumble, eyes on the ground.

“Clearly not, because even Crowley noticed!” Dean yells and runs a hand down his face. “Jesus Y/N/N, you do look exhausted.” You meet his eyes and it seems to only now have hit him how tired you look as he stares long and hard at you.

“Gee thanks.” He doesn’t laugh or even blink. So much for trying to defuse the tension.

“Why did you hide this from me?” The raw emotion on his face overwhelms you. You bite your lip, not wanting to answer.

You shrug and say, “I don’t know.”

“Don’t give me that, I’m serious.” He walks closer to you and tilts your head up to face him. “Why?”

You sigh. “I guess…you, Sam, and Cas have been so busy lately and I didn’t want to give you another thing to worry about.” Dean’s expression is heartbreaking.

“Are you serious?” You shrug and don’t look at him. “Y/N…I don’t care what I have going on in my life, you talk to me, okay? I mean, hell, you’ve been dealing with this by yourself for a month now?”

“I have it handled,” you whisper. He points your chin up again when you try to look down.

“I’m sure you do, sweetheart. But I want to be there for you. That’s what being in a relationship is, isn’t it?”

“I guess you’re right.” A tear finally slips down your face but Dean catches it with his thumb.

“Come here.” You give in to temptation and sag against Dean. He wraps you in a tight hug and you just let the tears flow.

“I’m sorry, I’m so sorry,” you sob through the tears but he just shushes you and tells you everything is going to be okay.

“I’ve got you, okay?” Dean says. And for a moment, that’s enough.

You pull away. Dean takes your hand and leads you to sit on the bed. “What are the nightmares about?”

That’s when it comes crashing down on you. Another wave of emotions flood your brain. You flinch and look away from him.

“Whoa, hey, it’s okay, you don’t have to tell me,” he says, rubbing a hand up and down your back but you don’t deserve it. You shake your head and his eyebrows furrow in confusion.

“There’s another reason I didn’t tell you about my nightmares,” you say in a low voice.

“You can tell me anything.” He gently grabs your hand and gives it a squeeze. You close your eyes and brace yourself.

“It’s always about that night. We’re back in the barn, and that demon is possessing me. But her thoughts are merging with my own.” You take a deep breath and explain your nightmares to him and by the end you’re sobbing again. You didn’t realize how many emotions have been pent up inside of you until now. “I—I don’t know why but whatever the demon thinks, so do I. And in my dreams, I want you to die. But I don’t, Dean, I swear I would never do anything to hurt you or Sam or Cas or—or—” You start to hyperventilate and it’s then that Dean interrupts.

“Hey, hey, take a few deep breaths for me okay? Everything’s okay.” He talks you through it, and you manage to take a few deep breaths and calm down. “That’s it.”

“I don’t know what’s going on with me. You have to believe that I would never think those things or feel that way.”

“Of course I believe you, why wouldn’t I?”

You hesitate. “Because I don’t think I believe me. I feel like I’m losing control and I don’t know how to get it back.” He pulls you in for another hug and you bury your head in his neck, attempting to hide from the world. “She’s in my head, Dean. She won’t leave.”

He just continues to rub your back. “It’s going to be okay, Y/N/N. We’re going to get through this.”

“What if it’s too late?” He pulls back, leaving his hands on your shoulders. He gives you a confused look. You meet his gaze and whisper, “Do you think I’m a monster?”

Dean’s eyes blow wide open. “What? Y/N, of course not.” You bite your lip to keep from sobbing again. “Y/N you are not a monster.”

“But—”

“No. Listen to me. That demon in your head is getting to you. And because you’ve had to deal with this alone, you are starting to believe her. But I’m here now, okay? And I won’t stop until I’ve sent that demon back to hell where she belongs. Because you, Y/N L/N, are anything but a monster.”

“Really?” you sniffle. He tucks a piece of hair behind your ear and gives you a soft smile.

“Really.”

“Thank you, Dean.”

“Anytime, princess.” He kisses you on the forehead. “Now, do you promise not to hide these nightmares from me anymore?”

“Yeah I promise.” You give him a small smile.

“There’s my girl.”

That night you have another nightmare. And as always, it ends the same. The boys all dead and you becoming a monster. But tonight, you’ve let your guard down. So when you wake up, you release a scream and Dean is right there to comfort you.

You frantically look around the room to make sure you’re not in that barn anymore. “Y/N, hey it’s okay, you’re safe now.”

You turn to look at Dean and examine every part of his body, running your hands over his chest to make sure he isn’t hurt. He gently takes your wrists in his hands and you look up at him.

“I’m okay, see? No injuries, it was just a dream.”

Still shaking and panicking, you wrap your arms around his neck, crying into him. He shushes you and rubs your back. “I’m sorry, I’m so sorry, I’m sorry,” you apologize over and over again.

“It wasn’t you. I’m okay. We’re safe.” He holds you until your breathing evens out and then holds your face in his hands. “Do you still hear her?”

You pause and realize the demon’s voice is nowhere to be heard. You shake your head and Dean smiles. “Good. Do you want to go back to sleep?”

You nod and he wraps you in his arms and lays back down on the bed. He whispers sweet nothings into your ear before you drift off into your first good dream in weeks.
