Angel walked into the club he's been too many times now. He searched with his eyes till he spotted you working behind the bar and walked up plopping in front of you. “Hey sugar!” he said as he smirked at you and smiled playfully. “Hey Angie.” you made him his favorite drink which you've memorized by now. Alcina:

Alcina is no stranger to your nighttime murmuring. She will sometimes wake up to hear your voice and just listen to what you have to say.

However, when you start moving and eventually start walking in your sleep, Alcina has great cause for alarm.

A few times you have wandered in your sleep, only to be guided back to you and Alcina’s shared bedroom by a frightened maid.

One time, you bolted up out of bed saying how you needed to go make coffee and Alcina chased you up onto the roof.

You tried to jump off the top of the castle, but Alcina grabbed you before you could fall.

She keeps a dead bolt on her door now.

Donna:

Donna is a very light sleeper. If you so much as yawn she’ll wake up.

Donna has alerted her dolls to the fact that you tend to walk in your sleep. It’s nice for her to know she’s got a few helping hands.

Sometimes, you’ll be guided by some dolls to your bedroom or to sit on a nearby chair until Donna can get you.

One of the funniest things she has seen you do is have a tea party with Angie and a few other dolls while you are still asleep.

She joins you happily. She and the dolls get a good laugh at the funny things you say.

All in all, if you have to sleepwalk, it’s good you live in Donna’s house. You have a lot of little buddies to keep you safe.

Miranda:

Miranda is used to your nighttime restlessness.

She finds it rather adorable actually.

Sometimes she will record the things you talk about and do. She lets you read what she saw during the night to see if that makes any difference the next time you sleep.

It doesn’t, but win some lose some, you know?

While Miranda does not sleep much (Maybe four hours in a twenty-four hour period tops), when she is asleep, she tries to make sure you are awake so she does not have to worry about you getting into trouble.

Miranda likes to lie down next to you and rub your head while she listens to you ramble. It’s peaceful for her.

Bela:

For as hyper-alert as is she is when she is awake, Bela sleeps like a rock.

She always needs a good eight hours of sleep a night, which is valid… But it also means that her sisters have to wrangle you when you wander out around the castle in your sleep.

Bela enjoys hearing of what you did during the night. She’ll sip her morning tea calmly and listen to her sisters complain about your adventures.

She feels warm inside because she knows that you care deeply for her family and they feel the same about you. Cass and Dani wouldn’t go out of their way to keep you from getting into trouble unless they really loved you.

It only cements in her mind how special you are to her and that she made a good choice in deciding to pursue a relationship with you.

Cassandra:

I’ve mentioned this before, but Cass likes to lie right on top of you while you sleep.

She loves snuggling you and doesn’t want you to wander away. She knows how bad your sleepwalking can get.

If you wake up and try to move, she’ll know and gently push you back down.

You are surprisingly strong, though. One time, Cass tried to lay you back down only for you to completely throw her off of the bed.

Cass was pissed. Not only did you manage to fight her off, but you did it in your sleep.

Cass monitors your caffeine intake after 5:00 o'clock and promptly cuts off any sodas or coffee. She notices this change tends to make your sleepwalking better.

You complain about it sometimes, but Cass crosses her arms and stands firm which makes you listen. Don’t mess with this Dimitrescu.

Daniela:

Dani finds your sleepwalking endlessly entertaining.

Sometimes to the point of setting up obstacle courses for you to get through.

Alcina walked in to see her doing this one time and shook her head while muttering “Poor Y/N”.

Dani also likes to play games with you while you are asleep.

She loves truth or dare. You almost always pick dare and she’ll come up with funny things for you to do. Her favorite was when she made you run head first into a wall.

You woke up the next morning with a huge headache. You asked Dani what happened and she sheepishly told you.

You busted out laughing. You thought it was hilarious.

As fun as Dani thinks you are when you’re awake, she must admit that getting to see you sleepwalk has its perks too.

He looks at the treat and at your face as you stayed there patiently. He slowly crawls to you and he opens his mouth a little making you feed it to him. When you wanted to pet him he gave you the scary glare again,"No pets? It's alright. I won't touch you then." You move away, however he soon realizes that...he wants you too, so he crawls and nestles into your lap with his head, purring

-Eventually, throughout the process you learned his name is Miguel O'Hara. He had his own kitten, but has unfortunately passed that not even the shelter doesn't know how or why. So, you kept that in mind when you take him home. He was exploring around your house and all, sniffing things, rubs against the couch from how fluffy it was, and just chilling out...for now

-He may seem like a chill kitty, but there are some flaws with him which is being territorial of yourself your bed, scratching the walls and couches, throwing things off the table or whatever item he finds cause things doesn't go his way, and you find out about his fangs being able to paralyze his victims....he ended up biting you one time, because he didn't want you to go to work and wants to to cuddle suffocate you more

-Sure, it sounds exhausting, but that doesn't mean it is always like that he is a sweet kitty and he lets you know about it too. Like whenever you try to give him love and pets he would move away or walk. At first you thought it may be that he is not opening up too quickly. So, giving him time would change, yet it didn't, so you just let him come to you. He does. You all need sleep and I may not be the best sleeper but here's some tips. these especially go out to @xxx-angie @nunalastor and @the-aprilfools-bitch . I will be in your closets making sure you all get good sleep >:(

rest your eyes from tv and phone. Just blue light in general. instead you could listen to music or podcasts. those are much better.

try sleeping between 2-4 PM at the latest (which means either that or EARLIER). your body produces the most melatonin (the thing you need to sleep) at those times. It will be much harder to fall asleep later than that

Take a warm bath or shower. If I didn't have a bad relationship with liquids, I would be doing this all day. the warmness helps drop your body temperature and generally lower temperatures signal to the body that it's nighttime and consequently bedtime.

no coffee if you drink some, unless you got ADHD (angie). I've heard caffeine works backwards for people with ADHD

If you grew up in a home with the TV on constantly or just generally had some noise around you in your childhood whenever you went to bed, TURN ON SOME NOISE. It is what happens with me and I can't sleep without some noise.

It would be nice if your bed was only used for sleeping, but I know that's not happening lmao

midgnight snacks disturb your sleep. try to avoid those, since your body starts metabolism during nights. it doesn't need more food to process. but if you must grab a snack, it's best to choose something that's easily digestible and maybe even increases the production of melatonin. some of these are milk (obviously), bananas, nuts, eggs, tea, vegetables and such.

Don't rely too much on meds, otherwise your body will get used to it and will depend on it for you to go to sleep. Instead you could try pavlov effecting yourself with something similar that can always be available. For example, before going to sleep, perform a certain action (I used this method in school and my version was patting myself on the head or touching my cheek with the hand opposite to it). once you've done this enough times before sleep, your brain will associate that action with sleep and you'll get a little sleepy if you do it again. This takes a long time though, A month maybe I have stopped doing this, but if nothing else works this can be an option. Though this isn't perfect lulu side rant: tried to condition myself with a ring once. was really bad with doing homework on time, so everytime I was doing homework I would switch a ring I wore to my forefinger. And this was only used for that situation. I never moved my ring to my forefinger for any reason at all. Thought this would work, but the only conditional response I got was that everytime I moved that ring to my forefinger I started thinking about homework and not really doing it.

If that doesn't work, try changing your enviorment. It doesn't have to be drastic. for example: sleep backwards. lay your head where your feet usually are and your head where your feet usually are. or maybe try sleeping on the floor. I am paranoid about sleeping in other peoples houses but this is the reason I tend to fall asleep anyway

If your lack of sleep is caused by anxiety (like intrusive thoughts or thinking about the future), try listening to a mindless podcast or a youtube video. It will help distract from your thoughts and give you something to focus your mind on, plus most content these days tend to try and turn your mind off to get that sweet sweet watchtime.

If all else fails, you can try to tire your brain out I guess. that's my method for extemely bad sleepless nights. I start reading because that's the most tiring activity I can do in bed and usually I fall asleep in the middle of it.

Do you ever read game reset tenderbomb? It's a really good Makoto in sdr2 where he remember thh. Also, can you tell me more about Makoto and Shuichi dynamic with Angie in Makoto in ndrv3?

I haven't read that, but thank you for the recommendation!!

I think Shuichi is already pretty curious about Angie in the canon free time events, but he also takes a lot of Angie's behavior at face value, and I feel like Makoto (at least based on how he read Celeste at the end of trial 3 in THH) wouldn't do that quite as much. I feel like he'd have a slightly better sense of when Angie is joking or covering up a feeling, etc. (All of which I'm basing on my own understanding of Angie's character.)

As far as how each of them interact with her 1-on-1, I'd say Shuichi's free time events go the same as in canon.

Makoto asks Angie about herself and gets nowhere, because she keeps describing herself as a vessel for God and refuses to see herself as an Ultimate Artist when she's just being used by God to make art. He asks her about her home and gets more information; she likes talking about her home (albeit in a really tropey way that makes it hard to not think about the writing from a Doylist, what-were-they-thinking perspective). He asks her about her feelings about being away from home (Something like, "It sounds like you miss it," or "It sounds like you liked it there."), and that brings him closer to actually learning about Angie as a person.

The thing is, while Shuichi's responses to Angie are more reactive to her shenanigans, I think Makoto would really try to address her individuality and her excellence in ways Angie is not comfortable with. She wants attention, affection, and companionship, but she is unable to accept it except through her religion, and I don't think Makoto would engage with her religion pretty much at all. He insists on treating her like a person.

Basically, I think if Makoto were even slightly less genuine and likable than he is, Angie would react very badly to him, but because Makoto is himself, he becomes kind of an indulgence on Angie's part. She lowkey feels guilty for being friends with him, because she shouldn't be letting someone treat her like she isn't an oracle of God before everything else.

(Hence what I said in the other post, where, once she goes off the deep end with the student council stuff, him trying to appeal to her causes her to lash out and call him a heretic to all her followers.)

When the two of them are together, their vibes toward Angie are tentatively positive. Shuichi thinks she's kind of weird and isn't sure what to really make of her, and since he takes everything she says and does pretty much at face value, he's kind of scared of her a little. Makoto is kind of more worried about Angie. He's aware that she could be really dangerous if she wanted to be, but there are more undertones of Is she okay? from him than from Shuichi. And Shuichi subconsciously processes that Makoto is friends with Angie and he wants to see her the way Makoto does, so he's slightly more open to Angie than in canon.

I like to think enough changes happen in this version of events that some of Angie's actual internal issues get dealt with or addressed on some level. Even if she does still die in this version of events, I like to think she lives long enough for the group at large to reach a better understanding of her.

POST GAME HCS... Let me see...

I always get hung up on talking about this kind of thing cause there's so many little details for how post game might work that alter how I think characters might deal with things that its kinda hard to nail down. But there is some general stuff that stays the same.

I think Gonta's desire to be useful would not have changed with his death. He's probably just as eager as before to help anyone who needs him. I headcanon that he's one of the first ones back on their feet after waking up from the simulation (just because he was physically very very fit before) so he tries to dote on anyone who lets him.

Gonta isn't the kind of person to avoid someone because he feels guilty or awkward. He would Immediately try to find Miu and apologize profusely, crying and all. Im not sure how she would react to all this... I've seen some people say she would be hesitant around him or flat out reject any of his apologies, and some say that she wouldn't blame him much and instead put most of it on Kokichi. Regardless, I don't think they'd be close post-game.

Now this depends on if they all woke up together or woke up concurrently and watched the game as it continued without them. In my headcanon, they woke up all together. In which case, Gonta would not hate Kokichi. Based on their last interactions before his death, Gonta would probably feel closer to him than ever. But (as I kinda got into in the fic I wrote) I don't think Kokichi could stand being around him At All after everything. I think after baring himself a bit in ch5 he would wall himself off completely. And that means cutting Gonta off. I think Kokichi would lash out and say whatever cruel things he would need to to get him to stay away from him. Which of course would really hurt and confuse Gonta, especially having never seen the ch4 post-execution.

I've talked about it before but I also don't really think Gonta wouldn't have many places to go when it comes to joining the others? My post-game friend groups (read: lunch groups) kind of look like this:

•Shuichi, Maki, Kaede, Kaito •Himiko, Tenko, Angie (wary truce between tenko and angie) •Miu, Kiibo (who wanders a bit) •Kirumi, Rantaro (also wanders, especially to shuichi's group), Ryoma (also wanders) •Korekiyo (solo) •Kokichi (largely absent) •Tsumugi (SOMEWHERE ELSE)

Gonta could join almost any of these groups and be welcomed with open arms, but it really doesn't feel to me like he fits neatly into one consistently. The groups that exist are tight, and despite being close with one or two of their members he's not like. explicitly invited I feel. If Gonta didn't show up, no one would really question it.

Post-game Korekiyo... is complicated. If he wasn't actually a serial killer, then I think him and Gonta could hang out a bit. But Kiyo has always preferred to be an outside observer who appreciates his alone time, and Gonta would respect that.

Basically, I just feel Like Gonta would be pretty lonely postgame. The major threat of the killing game (that he can face with his physical strength) is gone, so he would really struggle to find his place in the group. It would probably worsen his pre-kg and post-kg related self esteem problems.

One last thing: I like to think that Gonta still doesn't remember the virtual world, but a strong trigger could cause the memories to come back. For angst purposes, of course. Regardless, he would have a complicated relationship with the snow. I think he would just feel this inexplicable sense of dread at the sight of it.

^Sevika is the female version of Heisenberg, literally laughs at everything he says and says his mutated form is the most badass one.

^Bullies Moreau, she's so mean to him. Says every insult she could think of when she's trying to avoid acid being thrown at her. Sevika wants to drop kick Angie's annoying ass, one time when Angie jumps scared her, she made a high-pitched scream, and she threatened you not to ever talk about it while your wheezing over her flushed face.

{You nuzzle yourself into your girlfriend's neck, inhaling her scent. A sudden annoying voice announces herself; 'Oh, you're still alive, huh?' A short high pitched scream comes from the woman startling you. She pauses the game and silence.

"We will never talk about thi-," you started to laugh seeing her face so dark with an irritated stare. You kiss her reassuringly as she holds you closer hiding her face.}

^She is a whale on Genshin, her damage is fucking amazing, the best of the best artifacts and weapons. She will remind you to play with her when domains are open to see which characters need what.

^Loves going to secret sceneries with you, maybe shooting fireworks in that one event with the heart-shaped ones with both of your favorite characters. I hc her favorite is Rosaria and yours is Ganyu.

^Gets extremely jealous if you win 50-50 pity and she doesn't, she might have played a long time but man does she want Raiden Shogun (I have her but sadly haven't built her yet-), y'all can destroy the battlefield with Sevika's Zhongli and your Raiden Shogun.

^Shes the girlfriend we all love that farms for you if you dont want to, makes food for you, fights bosses and domains for weapons and artifacts, and does some challenging events for you. She was shocked about your shit but surprisingly good build, you don't understand stats well so she makes sure to help you.

^Sevika plays scary games for both of your entertainment though you both almost piss your pants- (it has happened before but that's a conversation for later)

^FNAF was a hellish nightmare to play cause how she gets mad at Foxy for running, Springtrap for being a creep, Nightmare Fredbear for being a bitch, Ballora's million 'aborted babies' as Sevika calls them, and Sundrop sounding like a predator in her words.

^Oh this bitch hates Balloon boy, threatens to deck him every time she sees him.

^Her favorites are: Foxy (love-hate relationship), Mangle, Marinette, Springtrap cause he in your words is just like her but worse, Plushtrap (her son), Ennard, and Monty and her is literally the same person change my mind.

^Has teared up about the sad storyline, also when she thought about her playing the first game to the last. (It would be half of her adulthood)

^Loves movie nights! Sevika always gets excited jumping into comfortable clothing, soft pillows and warm blankets, many many snacks and drinks, and a variety of movies to choose from.

^She doesn't care what movies she really watches, only wants to hold you and plant your face with kisses. Maybe soft make-out sessions that make her cheeks burn after. (If she's really happy she squeals and it's so cute)

^Sevika loves horror films to make fun of, sometimes it can scare her. Any horror movie involved with dolls will involve her clutching you and declining profusely that she isn't scared. If she does get scared, she will hide herself in your neck.

^You would hold her and give her a comforting make-out with you cradling her face. Sevika might get a little aroused and submissive, take that chance to go behind and fuck her with the strap earning you whines and moans. (The Scoop Me Up position so you can hold her close, this is the intimacy she craves a lot)

^She likes Tim Burton movies, family comedy movies like Over the Hedge and Chicken Run, seasonal movies, and maybe Digimon since you love it. (She bullies you on how it's the rip-off version of Pokemon. Once she watches it, she's invested, if you don't have the whole series, she will get it for you. Will without a doubt sing the intro with you)

^THIS WOMAN WOULD ADORE WHITE CHICKS. Sevika would be choking on her Assult Monster energy drink when Terry and the car meme come on.

^Sevika doesn't wear anything feminine in public, but in private, she enjoys wearing a few clothes out of her usual attire. She wears some nightgowns to see you ogle at her and worship her, she has 3 sets of lingerie, a dark navy blue, a dark orchid purple, and an obsidian black.

^She owns a dark magenta sundress that she was embarrassed to show you but after she got comfortable, you would catch her looking at herself in the mirror taking pictures. (Sevika gets flustered knowing you were behind her though she carries you in her big arms and goes to cuddle)

^Acts like she hates when you put make-up on her or dress her up, she really fucking loves it and is surprised she hasn't got on one knee yet. (She will ;)

^Music taste is all over the place, mostly rock like Halestorm, Aerosmith, Alt-J, and Siamés, she loves metal, some hip-hop like icp, alternative indie, won't mind Jazz if the mood is like the song Speakeasy by ernst, and R&B.

^Doesnt seem like the country kind of person? Oh, yes she is. Singing Carrie Underwood to the top of her lungs or some other shit. It grows on you eventually. The reason she likes it so much is because when Vander, Benzo, and Silco we're alive, Vander and Benzo and her would sing drunkenly while Silco hummed the songs. To her, it was good memories and if Vander and Benzo didn't show her country she wouldn't have liked it.

^Sevika goes to concerts when she is able to, mostly rock or metal concerts, you will be on her shoulders and if a brawl pit happened, you would be taken far away from it while she goes back and joins it. (Every concert it happens and bands love her so they give her free stuff and talk to her sometimes. She also gets a lot of injuries depending on the severity which you take care of her with a scowl.

{ "I can not believe you sometimes!" You said with a scowl, Sevika only chuckles wrapping her arm around you.

"Come on babe, it's not as bad the last one. Besides, we got some free merch from my title, and your favorite snacks." She howls with laughter when you punch her arm, saying ow in the process with how built she was. "Careful, doll, I need my little nurse in tip-top shape to care for me."

Rolling your eyes she keeps snickering, sliding into your truck after she had opened it for you, (2022 Ram 1500). Sevika got in on her side and started the car, pulling out of the drive way, her hand resting onto your thigh when she was on the road. An idea popped into your head,

"This little nurse must make sure you don't hurt yourself anymore, I think something more than just bandages is required..." You took her hand and put it on your inner thigh, you hear her slight gasp that turned into a loud groan. Her warm flesh hand gripped hard on the supple flesh, causing whimpers to interrupt your throat.

"Oh, I think I really need something more miss nurse, I haven't been healing properly..."}

^This woman has a emotions like a stone wall sometimes, killing people and having to watch the people you used to talk to, die at your hands, the same people you probably once greeted in respect. Watching Zaun be at it's worst than before, it slowly kills her like a plague

^You can tell when she is overwhelmed and sad cause she becomes too quiet and says a low 'I'm fine', you would ask her a couple more times before she tells you to leave her alone. Sevika would snap at you and yell at you to leave, but, she regrets it after seeing tears, she realizes you're scared to leave her with her thoughts.

^Once you both calmed down and approach the topic again, she only looks at you for a short moment and bawls, you hold her while she grips on you for dear life and sobs into your chest. Sevika would tell you what's on her mind, cuddle her, kiss her forehead, and tell her stories even if it's boring, she would fall asleep on top of you.

^Miss girl can. Not. Handle. Spicy. Shit.

^Lets say you are a spice lover, you build your spice tolerance and can eat super spicy stuff. She can handle max at Buffalo wings, even then it's too spicy. You had challenged her to try Kimchi with you and it didn't go as well.

{ You sigh contently, Kimchi was like your comfort food, you had Hawaiian rolls to dip it in. While you were enjoying yourself, your girlfriend was not.

"BABE IM GOING TO VIOLENTLY THROW UP FUCKING FIRE!" Sevika screamed across the house making you laugh hard, she tried water, vanilla milk, and now the black cherry ice cream.

She walked into the living room with a runny nose and tears, the spice was unreal and Sevika swore her organs would melt. She sat down beside you with her ice cream, she looked cute all pouty.

"It's not fair, I want to enjoy this shit but my fucking tastes buds are sensitive. Have my leftovers." She slides the bowl to you, you kiss her swollen hot lips, Sevika hummed cheerfully.}

^Late night talks are something precious to her, you can talk about things you would never tell anyone else. Sevika talks about her past, her dad, her adopted siblings, her mother, Vander Benzo, Mylo and Claggor. Her deep regrets could kill her.

^She loves when you just listen and map her face. She will also listen to your story, Sevika could cry hearing the shit people put you through.

^If you start crying she is immediately pushing you against her, hushing you with soft affrimations. Sevika understands this pain, she knows how monsterous people can be, and be damned if she could kill every soul that had hurt you.

^Now let's be honest, you both are very open and have no privacy, Sevika thought she had some dignity and respect. But, oh boy when you came into her life, nothing was private. Her little wifey ass, yes you, would bust open the bathroom door while she is trying to use the restroom. She would throw anything in her reach at you to get out.

^It can be her showers, her changing, her doing paperwork, you don't care. You'll just come up and talk about whatever's on your mind, if it's when she is getting out of the shower, you are sitting on the toilet ranting on about your boss not giving you vacation days when it's near Christmas, you'll then stop to admire your girlfriend with a quick comment, 'double cheeked up on Saturday baby? Fine as hell, Vika.' You go back to what your talking about while Sevika carries you to lay in bed. (Dont worry she's listening, she will definitely have a talk with your boss as in life or death)

^Sevika is the same, there's just no privacy, if you're changing or you were caught naked, the wholesome part is her thoughts aren't about sex. Rather, she wants to cling to you and hold your body to a throne. She will leave if you ask but don't think she won't come back.

^If you are clothes shopping, the store is going to hate the both of you. You and Sevika are trouble-makers, if she sees a basket full of 'balls', she's jumping in and some of the balls will escape the basket. Is also disgusted if you make a joke about her being straight.

{The utter disappointment on the worker's face was visual once you and your girlfriend walked in, you look at her and grab her face with both hands.

"We are just shopping for clothes, no funny business Sev." She sneered and put her hands up in a mocking surrender.

"That's the plan baby." You both knew something might happen, Sevika grabbed a grocery cart and she had the mischievous look in her eyes.

"If you fall im going to laugh hard." She looked to you, the back at the cart, she started to speed walk, then sprint, her feet off the floor and leaning her body weight on the cart. She loses her grip. Sevika's face before doom was so fucking funny, her eyes bulging out of her head and mouth agape.

"SHIT-!!" Unfortunately, she caught herself. She was panting from fright. You on the other hand were giggling madly.

"Dumbass! Stop acting like a child and be a responsible adult for once Sevvy." Sevika flipped you off while you still had a wide grin on your face.

On the trip to the clothing aisle, you see an assortment of balls in a large holding basket. An brilliant thought came to mind, looking towards your girlfriend absorbed in a child's toy, your face softens.

Sevika didn't get a lot of toys when she was little, they were too pricey so she watched other kids, mostly topside kids, play. You were definitely going to buy the toy in secret later.

"Hey Sevika." Your tone is delicate, her head flips to you. She hummed in question. "I dare you won't jump in that ball basket!"

She looks ahead of her to see it, she side-eyes you. "Thought you said stop acting like a child and be a responsible adult?" You pout, with your bottom lip puckered out and sad eyes, she lets out a girly laugh and looks back.

Sevika starts charging toward the basket, jumping in. Half of the balls escape and hid behind your cart from being hit. You fall to the ground completely and start howling into fits of giggles, she wouldn't do this shit for anyone except you. That's what made her soft.

After some struggle and with your help she gets out of the basket, you kiss her nose and whisper,

"Damn Sevika I didn't know you have a love for balls, im surprised." She scowls and crushes you in a bear hug.

"Shut the fuck up, you know I love that useless hole of yours, babydoll." You whimper and hid yourself in her neck, she chuckled lowly.

"I guess I'll make the exception, if you use the strap on me tonight." Sevika eagerly nodded and pulled you into a hard kiss, lustfully dangerous.

She pulls back and pulls you into the clothing sections. You start grabbing everything you'll think you and Sevika will like, throwing them into her arms.

"And the only balls I like are on your chest." You pause and look back at her reddened face, you pull her face down to give her kisses on her red-dusted cheeks.

"Sure, darling."}

^You did get her the child's toy. She almost cried, she also bought you a choker matching to hers.

^Sevika would be so excited about the machinery, the toy was of a robotic puppy that can act exactly like a dog. It can also speak so you can talk to it like a person.

^She was delicate to build it, you had to put it on charge and the next morning when you told Sevika it was done, she ran like a child on Christmas morning. You named the dog Bimo! (Pronounced BMO) (Should I make a one-shot of her and Bimo interacting?)

^If you have any holidays you want to celebrate, she'll make sure you get it. Sevika doesn't mind celebrating or not with other holidays however, the one she will only ask to celebrate is Día de Los Muertos, The Day of the Dead.

^Ever since she was a toddler, her family encouraged to celebrate the holiday. Sevika lost a lot of friends, family, and comrades. She would put on the face paint and go to Piltover to get flowers to set on all the graves that had died for Zaun or other causes. Nobody knew much about the holiday until you told everyone that Sevika done it, then half of Zaun celebrate it.

^Silco was the one who planned a huge party every year dedicated to Día de Los Muertos. He done it to thank Sevika for her hard work and to honor those who died for Zaun's cause. She was thankful that you told everyone, not saying it of course, but her actions proved it.

^Sevika had a Boston Terrier named Benji, after an incident that lead him to his death, you surprised her with another named Andromeda who was a Papillon. She is a crazy fluff ball and brings Sevika joy.

^She'll never admit it however, one day she wants to settle down with you and start a family. When she was younger she didn't because she didn't want to treat her child like she was treated. As time went by, she found the perfect wife, you, she thinks she's ready for one.

^You and her pick out names for the child, how you will raise it, what school, and other opportunities you can save money for. You have everything figured out but you both need Zaun better to achieve your dreams.

^Sevika really loves you, she is working on saying it more but her actions really show it.

Okay so in regards to the adopted aus, both of them but I'm thinking mainly of Dee because of Leon and stuff, but a huuuge difference between the 03 turtles and the Rise turtles is soemthing so simply yet so huge at the same time and I really wanna know you're take on how it'd affect Dee.

03 turtles, to the best of my knowledge, do not have the ability to retreat into their shells while the Rise turtles are capable of doing it so much that they literally made an Olympic style event around it.

So I'm just imagining Dee retreating into his shell and his Pops kinda freaking out cuz "holy shit what is that!? What did he do!? Donnie!!! My son is in his shell is he okay!? Is he hurt!? Why is he stuck like that!?!?!" And generally freaking out cuz he apparently never realized normal turtles can do that.

Then I'm thinking of the deeper implications of Angie and Dee being raised in that environment and then suddenly popping into a universe where their family is always going into their shell and stuff! MIKEY in particular would do it a lot to dodge attacks and just generally surprise his enemies so I imagine that would cause a drastic change in Angie's battle style.

But also how weirded out would Dee be about seeing his twin brother and his family so happy to go into his shell when he himself probably grew up knowing he can but barely ever doing it since the primary reason turtles can go into their shells is to protect their vulnerable limbs and head and what's the point of a softshell doing that when ever bit of his body is vulnerable!?

Oh! I've adressed this before with Angie and a silly little comic but yeah! 03s would be pretty shocked to see them fully able to retreat into their shell like that (though i doubt Dee would do it very often mostly b/c i don't think it would be very comfortable for him? I headcannon that the only one that can retreat into his shell without being super uncomfortable is Mikey b/c that's a box turtle trait. Which is why you don't see any of the others do it very often.)

And YEah, DEe might be a bit startled when he gets to Rise and finds Mikey in particular, just popping into their shell whenever. Like he vaguely remembers that being a thing that happens but it's a different story watching your brother condense to the size of a suitcase.

Chapter 5: A Particularly Explosive Game of Uno

Cherri Bomb was not particularly committed to the whole ‘redemption’ thing that the Hazbin Hotel was about.

Sure, she was there sometimes, because it was where Angel was crashing. Not to mention that now that her nemesis-turned-ally was gone, she was getting bored. She was just powerful enough that a fight with her would annoy powerful overlords, and her turf was worth a little less than what would be worth a fight. The occasional band of punks would pick a fight, but for the most part, there was nobody to defend against. Blowing shit up had become fun in the same way scrolling on SinTok was- mildly entertaining in the moment but ultimately its own form of boredom. Clubbing was still fun, at least, but she could hardly do that all day. Without a rival, she was left feeling somewhat purposeless.

The hotel was a nice change. Cherri wasn’t trying to make it out of this fucking pit. She’d done alright for herself in Hell, and while Angie could do what he wanted, Cherri had no intention of dropping her own vices. That being said, a change in environment was at least interesting, which was something her life had begun to lack. It reminded her a bit of what her other options were, made her feel a little less trapped and reminded her that she was choosing the life she lived.

Normally, Cherri showed up uninvited. Uninvited was how she usually showed up to places, after all. This time, Angie actually had asked her to come to board game night, which meant it was important- so of course she’d written herself a reminder, asked a contact to watch her turf, and made sure she'd be there.

“What’s up, bitches?” she'd announced as she slammed the door open. She didn’t get much a reaction anymore. After a while, they'd gotten used to it.

Like always, Angie was scrolling on his phone on a couch. Like always, Husk was at the bar, with his classic I-hate-myself expression. Like always, Niffty could be heard chasing bugs. Unlike always, Angie’s boss’s coworker, Velvette, was sitting at the bar with a gin and tonic, looking like Cherri was the one out of place here. She’d been on a phone call, and Cherri had overheard her saying, “-look, I’m doing what I fucking can, it’s not my fault that you-” before cutting off the sentence. “I’ll call you back. Mhm. Bye.”

What the fuck.

Cherri’s hand closed into a fist. Seriously? It wasn’t enough for Val to have his filthy fucking claws on Angel at work, he had to spy on Angie here too? She’d seen what the Moth’s effect was on Angie before he’d moved out, and she’d seen firsthand how much getting away from Valentino helped Angel. The knowledge dawned on her with a grave certainty that this would make everything go back to how bad it used to be. What kind of friend would she be if she let that happen?

If Charlie was allowing this, she somehow even more naïve than Cherri had ever thought. Overlords weren’t sinners the way she or the other residents of the Hotel were. They were souls who had done something in life to deserve to be here and then they chose to embrace that fact. They caused so much suffering after their deaths for personal gain. Overlords didn’t care if something was immoral or who gets hurt, that’s just how Hell worked. Charlie had yet to hear of an overlord who had voluntarily chosen to change their actions, and she doubted she ever would. Not to mention that this hotel was for redemption. It was for souls trying to escape extermination. Overlords had nothing to fear from staying and everything to lose by leaving Hell.

No overlord would want to go to Heaven. No overlord had reasons to want to escape Hell. No overlord would change their actions because of morals they’d forsaken long ago. So what the fuck was this?

She wasn’t about to forget what she'd just heard either. Based on what she knew about the Vees and her conversations with Angel, there was no way that Velvette wasn’t scheming with Valentino. He’d gotten himself into some mess yet again, and she was fixing it. What Cherri wanted to know was why she was doing this in the middle of the hotel.

Cherri had some experience living in Hell, and wasn’t about to confront Velvette head-on. As much as she wanted to, she filed Velvette into the same category as Val or Alastor (or any other overlords, if she ever met any): people to avoid. So, to the couch she went, moving Angel’s feet to give herself space. “What’s up, fuckhead?”

“Same old shit.” He groaned. “Val’s being Val, as usual. Won’t stop blowing up my phone.”

“Ugh,” Cherri added sympathetically. She glanced over- Velvette was drinking the beverage, doing something on her phone. No earbuds in. She pulled up Angie’s contact.

Cherri: u couldnt hav warned me abt that?????

Angie: ?

Cherri: v over there??

Angel: ohh

Angel: forgot

She gave him a look. His expression was just vaguely sheepish.

Cherri: this shit was NOT in ur contract

Cherri: val doesn’t get to spy on u

Angel: idk i dont think shes a spy

Angel: hasnt tried anything

Angel: not sure why shes here but its not that

Cherri: i wouldn’t put it past val

Cherri: hes such a piece of shit

Angel: fr

She would’ve kept her investigation going, but Charlie chose that moment to set down a game of Clue. And a deck of Uno cards. And a deck of playing cards. Vaggie followed behind her- the two were still attached at the hip even past their honeymoon phase, it was so sweet- and began shuffling.

“No Alastor?” Angie asked.

“He’s had a meeting with Rosie scheduled!” Charlie replied.

“You sure he didn’t just skip board game night?” Cherri pointed out. Charlie didn’t really respond to that.

“You all know the rules,” Vaggie began, trying to keep them focused. “No poker. No cheating. No betting. We’re starting with uno. No stacks.” Husk was the one shuffling. Cherri had always thought this was a questionable choice, as the former gambling overlord was the most likely to be able to deal in his own favor. That being said, it hadn’t helped the first few times she’d pointed this out, and so she’d keep that to herself this time.

“So, Velvette,” Cherri began. “What’s your deal?”

The overlord stopped scrolling, and looked over, clearly disinterested. “What?”

“Why’re you here?”

“Would you want to be around Val or Vox?” she’d replied, essentially blowing off Cherri’s question. Were all of them fucking serious? Did they all seriously expect her to just sit here, acting civil around one of the Vees, and not do anything? Vaggie was giving her a look, like she shouldn’t start an argument. Fine. But she wasn’t staying here, and she was only here for Angie. Frankly, in Cherri’s opinion, this was clearly a way for Val to keep hurting Angel, and she wasn’t about to just sit by and let him do this. Even if she wasn’t, she still was part of the business that had done this to him, and she’d still stood by and let everything happen. Cherri was going to get to the fucking bottom of this, even if the rest were dragging their fucking feet.

“I’m going to the toilet,” Cherri told Charlie as she went to the stairs. She knew roughly which room everyone else was staying in, which means the occupied one that she wasn’t familiar with would be Velvette’s. Whatever Voxtech bugs or shit she was using would be kept there, probably. Then, Cherri would have hard proof about whatever the fuck was going on.

After all, Angie didn’t know why Velvette was there, and neither did anyone else. The overlord wasn’t giving her any useful information. Cherri wasn’t concerned about ethics when her best friend was on the line. Time to blow shit up. She found the room she was looking for and tossed a bomb towards the door. It’d be loud and draw attention, but honestly the others were used to explosions in Pentagram city- it might be fine.

Sure, she’d promised not to blow anything else up, but she’d pay Charlie for repairs. It’s not like this was the first time she’d blown up a small part of the hotel.

The door disappeared in a satisfying flash of red smoke.

Cherri had expected something like from the influences that Velvette promoted. Perfection was the Vees’ brand, and she’d honestly thought that it extended to all aspects of their lives. Not to mention that every video Velvette made went viral, so of course she’d seen the room Velvette filmed in- and she’d just accepted that that’s how the overlord lived.

Velvette’s room was an impressive fucking mess.

Papers were fucking everywhere. There were two corkboards on the wall, one with crushed pictures of the other two Vees. They looked like they’d been through a tornado. Weird.

Moving on from that, the other corkboard had pictures of a Voxtech worker. It had copious amounts of red string and sticky notes. It looked like a conspiracy board of some kind. Cherri snapped a picture, because what the fuck? Was Velvette stalking some random sinner, was this an ex, was this someone from Velvette’s former life, what was going on?

On the floor was various papers, discarded energy drink cans, a magenta binder full of somehow even more unorganized papers, and various books. Cherri checked the titles. One on contract law, one about a history of overlords, another on contract law, one on ethics of all things, one on politics. Was she trying to strengthen her contracts? Cherri could understand why Velvette would want four of them if this was for power, but ethics? Was that to help manipulate Charlie?

She picked up the binder and flipped it open to the first page, which was an annotated copy of some poor soul’s contract. She didn’t get the chance to read those annotations, however, because Velvette’s voice came through the doorway.

“I’d like to hear one reason why I shouldn’t slit your throat.”

Cherri’s fear of Velvette had always been a lot like her cautious fear of all overlords- the fact that if she pissed her off, she could die. Right now, the fact that Velvette could kill her was more real, most likely because instead of a ‘could die,’ this was a ‘would die.’

At least she’d die relatively confident that whatever Velvette’s shit was, it was unrelated to Angie.

Velvette made some kind of hand signal, and all sounds stopped. The dust in the air was perfectly still. It was like the world around them was a video that Velvette had chosen to pause. It did make sense to Charlie that Velvette would have some kind of social media-related powers. It’d be cool if she wasn’t about to die with nobody being able to come and help her.

If Cherri was about to die again, she may as well go out the way she’d lived- rashly and honestly. “‘None of my fucking business?’ Mate, whatever plan you and the others have come up with is endangering Angie. I-”

“I don’t owe you shit,” Velvette responded. “Did you forget that you’re the one without leverage?” Her voice was cool, in a way that sounded controlled. Instead of her words being a conduit for her rage, her rage was a tool in itself. Cherri fucking hated overlords.

“I suppose you’d be ok with this losing this, then?” she asked, holding up the binder in one hand while tossing a bomb up and down in the other. “If I’m dying either way, I’m taking this fucker with me.”

She could actually see panic flash on Velvette’s face, and she could see the overlord force it under a mask. Cherri supposed that Velvette usually ‘cut’ to hide moments like that, which was how the others hadn’t found any moments where they struck a nerve. Likewise, maybe she couldn’t cut when she’d already hit pause?

“Your choice,” Cherri said. She really didn’t have any other leverage, so she really needed this to work.

And there was that rage. But Velvette clearly didn’t want a head-on battle- which was weird, because most overlords had something to help with that, but it seemed like Velvette’s powers were somehow weaker maintaining this state, while Cherri was at full strength- and so she actually fucking conceded.

“Give me back the fucking binder, and we can both forget about this,” she’d hissed out.

“Actually, I’d like to know what’s so important in there.” Cherri opened it and pointed to the first page. “Why are you analyzing contracts? What’s with your fucking stalker board? I think I might have to ask around if I can’t figure things out from the source…” She let her voice trail off. Ok, this part was honestly just kind of fun. Velvette was so mad. She could almost see the steam coming out of her ears.

“Or I could just keep this for a little bit,” Cherri added. “You know, instead of destroying it.”

“Fucking fine!” Velvette exploded. Finally she was yelling. “I’ll explain this to you, but you need to sign an NDA.”

“I don’t know,” Cherri said with a smirk. “Why should I?”

“You don’t like my coworkers, do you?” Velvette replied. She seemed to realize she finally regained a foothold in the conversation. “Neither do I right now. Destroy that, and everything I’ve been planning against them dies. Do you want to give Val a win?”

“All the information you want,” Velvette said, summoning a piece of paper. “Just sign and don’t destroy my notes.”

Cherri skimmed the document. Velvette had hid a few other conditions- not her soul, but Cherri would be obligated to help with whatever this was. On the other hand, Cherri added a clause that Velvette would be obligated to be honest.

She wasn’t a huge fan, but frankly, Cherri was getting bored. She also a clause that she'd only obligated to help if Velvette had been honest about hurting Valentino and Vox in some way. Then, she added a condition that she couldn’t be forced to put Angie in danger. Whatever the fuck this was, at least it’d give her something to do. Maybe she’d even get to blow something up.

There was a reddish-pink glow as Cherri signed. What Velvette explained was beyond the scope of what Cherri had imagined. A grin had grown on her face- the inevitable chaos in the fallout was the kind that Cherri lived for.

When the two headed back downstairs, Angie almost immediately commented, “Damn Cherri, didn’t know you wanted to tap that.” She felt heat rush to her cheeks.

“You know we weren’t doing that, fuckhead,” she responded as she gave him an affectionate shoulder punch.

Angel merely laughed, and the others looked mildly uncomfortable. It seemed that they'd dealt the cards and had been waiting for Cherri and Vel, which was admittedly understandable. She sat herself next to Angel to, fully intending to cheat off of his cards as much as possible, as was her right as his best friend.

When Vel won, Cherri couldn’t even be as mad as she normally was at losing. But she did destroy Vel in the rematch.

Cherri wasn’t committed to the redemption concept and she definitely had no intention to leave Hell. But being at the hotel was worth it sometimes. It was worth it because seeing Angel both happy and sober was a rarity she’d thought extinct before he’d showed up here. It was worth it because even though Sir Pentious was gone, she’d seen him in a new light in those final moments. It was worth it because she had these experiences with new people she wouldn't have met otherwise. And it was worth it because she knew what was coming, and if the dominoes fell correctly she’d end up closer to the top of the Pride Ring’s hierarchy than she’d thought possible.

I don't think we are ever going to get another good wlw season. The fact that they didn't give us an option to run away with Grace when the fans have been begging for it since day 1 speaks for itself. They are happy to cater to male stans, but they don't give a damn about the fruities. I give up. S7 is going to be yet another season with one female LI that you only couple with once all LIs are merged together. WLW haven't been given a single good storyline for almost three years. I don't see why I should keep doing this to myself. Ever since they fired their old writers, they have decided that LGBT girls are no longer a target group that's worth their time.

I wanna start this by saying: you are so right.

I think the last good wlw route we had was Angie and that was cause we were all begging fusebox to let her be gay because she wasn't wrote to be gay from the beginning (which was like, a fucking mistake because everyone's gaydar was through the roof when we first met her)

I don't think they are gonna change it any time soon either, I really have no hope.

and with s7 being a casa season you can TRUST we won't be seeing a gay route so soon.

I don't think the first 3 seasons are any good either. they are all disappointing when you think about it, their writing was just generally better and that kinda hides the flaws.

although I love Talia, I don't like how she's the only option we have in season 1. I also don't like how she's painted to be this player, heartbreaker that kinda doesn't care much for her partner or anything at all (which is also a Latina girl stereotype but I won't expand on this subject here)

on season 2, both gay routes bother me. I don't really like Marisol, but even if you do, I think you can agree that her route is pure torture. we only really can be with her after casa (which is like, the end of the season) and if you want Elisa (an even later game route) you need to do Mari's route. to me, S2 is up there as one of the worst seasons for gay players.

season 3 is when it gets better. I'm obsessed with AJ and I love how she's all about us from day one. You can pick her at the first recoupling and stay with her for the rest of the game. Yasmin is another great option if you don't like AJ's personality. and, although she's only there for the end and you need to dump your partner to be with her, Lily is yet another great character.

now, season 4 is a good season too, in my opinion. Najuma shares scenes with Bruno and James but that's an issue of the season and not particular to the gay girls. Angie's route is unique and, in my opinion, well made. the best route we had for a female LI in forever.

generally, season 5 is a mess. most routes don't make sense and that is the case for gay routes too. like, you can argue and say you like Lulu's route but I just can't feel any connection to her. she's just there and we barely talk to her. like... I don't feel her character, you know? Gabi is a mess even if you don't care she's the one who your ex cheated on you with. like, her storyline is just messy (why is she on casa with us? why is she sleeping with Dana? what is happening?) and I don't even wanna bring up Dana into this mess.

but season 6... season 6 was just NASTYYYYYY. the way they constantly made us choose between the girls? disgusting. fusebox is never seein the pearly gates of heaven for that. why the boys could fight for us but we had to say goodbye to a gay girl every other week??? weird. just weird.

so, out of 6 seasons, we had 2 that work for me when it comes to female LIs. TWO! I know the reality show is centred around straight couples but if you are going to market your game as LGBT+ inclusive you could AT LEAST try to respect that audience and write better characters and stories.

unfortunately it's fusebox and they don't give a fuck about any of their audiences. wlw routes and LIs will still be an after thought.

why did kanon's hair just randomly change color?? ive been thinking about this for. so long

I'm so glad you asked! Allow me to elaborate. I don't remember if this is explicitly said in game, but Servants are created with a base appearance (Base appearance depends on creator.)

For this, we're just going to use the one most commonly seen in game.

Originally, a Servant is born without a soul as they are just a physical manifestation of an incantation. However, if a Servant has enough aptitude, or I guess just like, exist long enough, they have the ability to transform into their own person and gain a soul. Which includes them having minor to extremely major changes. You see a little of this with Cera and more noticeably, Bonita.

Cera started off the same as above. Same eye color, hairdo etc. But she was the best of the best and constantly impressed Angie over their time in Kristiline and started changing her appearance to differentiate herself from "lower" Servants of Angie. Thus we get the red binch:

But as you probably notice, besides the color changes, there isn't -that- much different with Cera, That's because her dedication to her master is so strong that she's stunting her own metamorphosis.

Kanon is the same way. Nymiera's influence made him into a kind Servant. Kanon's appearance is the default Servant appearance for his type. So, for example, if Nymiera and Vitus made (together) 10 more Servants they would all look like Kanon.

Whether Kanon realizes it or not, his experiences in the present time is causing him to transform into his own person. But his willingness to stick to the "Servant" persona and being obedient stunted his growth the same way Cera's did. But now that he's making his own decisions and being confident in them, he's going to have more major physical changes.

and that is why Kanon's hair changes color.

Okay am I actually deranged or does Morrissey's cover of Moon River just speak Marrissey? Yes I know Morrissey did not write the lyrics, he only added some, but then again, he wouldn't cover a song if its lyrics didn't resonate with him. Like please just have a look and hear me out. I'm skipping the first verse cause it's not very specific in terms of Marrissey, but the following ones are really interesting.

Oh, dream maker - Johnny and Moz meeting, dreaming together and Johnny helping Morrissey's dreams come true.

You heartbreaker - this can be about Morrissey meeting Angie and learning to live with the thought that the boy he fell in love with is taken. I don't think this has to do with the breakup of the Smiths, because the song generally suits the beginning of their relationship more.

Wherever you're going/I'm going your way - this reminds me of a moment in Morrissey's interview where he says: "It got to the stage where I was so impressed and infatuated, that even if he couldn’t play, it really didn’t matter…" That's the point where he stops following Johnny just for his musical dreams and instead wants to be with him, wherever he goes and whatever he does. In other words, "everything depends upon how near you stand to me".

When it comes to fancans, how much do you expect the characters chosen to act like their canon counterpart? I mean one hand, you talk about how the writer has to reintroduce and recharacterize them to the audience. If you place canon characters in new situations or new arcs they are going to be different from their canon counterpart. Sometimes people want to change a canon characters base personality because they didn't like the original like that one rewrite fic (from what I remember) where they made Mondo a lot of an optimistic, competent, and caring leader while they still kept his brutish mannerism and speech though that version wouldn't punch Makoto for a dumb reason like canon Mondo did. On the other hand, if you deviate a bit too much or strip recognizable character traits that is the point of using them and not just making an original character? I think you criticized redemptionronpa for doing to this Miu and Angie.

for me, i want one of two things;

a decent recreation of the character's canon personality. this is more than just 'ibuki is hyperactive, hiyoko is a dick' etc, but a recreation of the ways that manifests. i see a lot of people make angie and chihiro way more violent and sassy than they are canonically and that never ceases to disappoint - those two are pacifists. (i think they've also run the joke of chihiro finally saying Fuck at some dramatic point in the story into the ground). i don't expect every subtlety to be captured, but i would like SOME to be.

an interesting way to take the character's more subtle traits and use them to enhance the story - i don't think that the example provided of mondo is a good place to take his character, because rather than his personality causing flaws and rub-up that he then has to correct (he did punch makoto in the face for a dumb reason - and then, of his own volition, apologized for it), the flaw just gets scrubbed out. i also don't think mondo didn't care, but that he was just awful at expressing it - which is not only more interesting, but is more relatable. i think speech mannerisms are the least important thing honestly because aside from the general vibe, they'll always be lost on translation whether mondo's saying 'eat shit' or '自分でファックして'. for example, i'd rub up ishimaru's value of hard work ethic and that anyone can be talented with komaeda's value that only special people are born talented, and see how those would intersect if those two had to interact in a serious setting.

They were actually pretty good the first go! The only disaster was the stage they first performed on, that performance coated Sammy a finger.

They changed quite a lot, they worked together a lot more. Their lives changed a lot, Nathan and Sammy were very young, Teddy had just woken up and Alphie had been around since 1819. Their lives got a lot better once they teamed up. They're not quite stars yet, but they hope to be one day!

And it's find if you're indecisive, cause Satan usually prefers making decisions himself. If you're ever struggling with making a decision, he'll be there to help out. Pessimistic humor is honestly something I think Satan would like in someone, so he definitely wouldn't consider it a bad thing. He'd probably find it funny.

As for your hobbies, I think he'd be pretty interested as well. He likes someone with a good education, and your two degrees would be more than enough for him. He especially likes that they're art and video game based since they're both things he knows at least a bit about. Satan is a big fan of art, and he could talk about it for hours.
