"Stillborn? No, still born" Danyal au -- VLAD MASTERS THE BITCH HIMSELF
*Points at Vlad* THIS MFER GOT SOME TEEFS TO HIM. !! Okay okay, Vlad Masters in the stillborn au is different compared to most of my other aus in the fact that I am far more heavily leaning into his original ambitions of wanting a family and being desperately lonely. Because you know what wanting a family implies? Wanting to be a parent.
Fucked up father figure that could've been Vlad. Complicated love-hate relationship between the only two halfas in existence.
Danny hates Vlad, but he hates even more that he's genuinely considered his offers of mentorship. Vlad is the only halfa around, and they both have fire cores. Danny has these powers he doesn't understand, can barely comprehend some days, and can't control. But Vlad does. Vlad can. And Vlad wants to help him. He's the only other person who can get close whenever Danny runs too hot. Whenever his igneous hair cracks, splits, and spits back out into magma and his friends can't get close, Vlad can.
His hair is made of magma, which runs so hot that people need specialized suits in order to get near it. He physically cannot get close to the living as a ghost unless he's calm enough for his hair to cool into igneous rock. Which isn't as often as he would like. And sometimes he's too hot for other ghosts to get near unless they have fire cores -- which Vlad has.
There have been many times when Danny's having a meltdown (literally) and gone somewhere to be alone, to let his anger and hurt and loneliness overflow and spill out, that when he's come back to, Vlad's right there with him as an anchor. It's desperately frustrating, it's the only time they can get along. They don't say anything, Danny just turns and clings onto the only person he can touch as a ghost.
Its not fair. Vlad wants to kill his foster dad, and Danny can't let him do that. But he wants to be trained by the man, he wants his help and wants what he can offer. But Vlad can't step away from his revenge long enough to let him. It's just not fair. He thinks for a moment that maybe it could work, and then Vlad does something to remind him that no, it can't.
Vlad Masters sees too much of himself in Daniel Brown -- from the way he holds himself, to the defenses he puts up, his quiet anger that builds and builds and builds until it explodes. That simmers beneath his skin. All the way down to the fact that they have matching cores. This boy is cut from the same cloth as him, and by god does he want to help him. He's always wanted to be a father, and Daniel Brown is too much like him for him to ignore. He genuinely, truly cares about Danny and his wellbeing.
He wants to help him, child just let him help you. Let him kill your foster dad so he can adopt you himself and help with these powers that terrify and intrigue you -- he knows what that's like to have something that you can't control, to have a heat that you can't cool down from. "We're in the same boat you and I, let him help you please."
But his methods are all wrong, and Danny is too much like him -- stubbornness and all -- for him to agree when they oppose each other so greatly. But again, Danny is much like him -- which means that Vlad is equally stubborn, and in every single one of their fights he's parental. He's annoyingly parental. He drops his interest in Maddie to focus his efforts in trying to coax Danny onto his side. It's like trying to get a traumatized cat to trust you, and on some levels it works. It's like he makes some progress, and then moves too quickly and the cat immediately runs off and you have to start back from square one.
TL:DR; Vlad and Danny both want to find family in each other but they're too different to get along and ultimately they are doomed by the narrative to be at constant odds with one another unless one of them is changes, and it doesn't matter who.

Hungry Monster Tim au part 4
part 1
Part 2
Part 3
First off, I have decided that one facet of Tim's hunger-based supernatural nature is being able to eat various things that humans probably shouldn't. This does not bypass the risks associated with him over eating, so he still has to be careful. He's never going to have an issue with food poisoning, not that this matters all that much, given that most toxins one encounters in Gotham are applied in other ways.
...
I have decided that Tim's friends from Young Justice know more about Tim's supernatural nature than almost anybody else.
These are the friends he hung out with for his crazy adventures outside the Bats' scrutiny. Lots of crazy stuff happened, and he did lots of crazy stuff and used his crazy powers.
Some of them have tried to convince Tim to eat various weird things to see what would happen (sometimes he did, if he was reasonably confident it wouldn't throw his metabolism out of wack).
At least two members of the team have a long-standing bet about what, precisely, Tim inherited his supernatural weirdness from and whether or not they will encounter it.
No adults will ever hear of Tim's supernatural weirdness from them. They ain't snitches. Tim is their weird, scrungly cryptid guy. Mind your business.
The Supercycle may or may not know more details than other members of Young Justice.
Young Justice know Tim primarily as a scrungly, half-feral mess who is perpetually tired and grouchy but cares a lot, and who will absolutely pick a fight with any fucked up magic thing that isn't his friend. They have seen him do some absurd things as challenges.
To them, Tim is mostly Regular Tim with occasional shifts into Feral Cryptid Tim. They know of Emotional Support Tim, but just think of it as another weird thing Tim does sometimes. It tends to weird them out more than Feral Cryptid Tim, honestly.
Klarion is a bit less of a serious threat and a bit more the guy that they rib about "the incident." Klarion still messes with them, but makes a point not to stand too close to Tim.
If Tim still has a bad timeline evil future self, it's not Gun Batman.

Benji x male diamond reader with “not being able to focus on anything during a conversation, you're too busy staring at your lover's lips” from 100 different kisses.
Benji Rodriguez x male!reader
*so I totally missed the Diamond reader part of the request until just now as I'm getting this ready to post so sorry!*
“Okay so remember Sofia thinks you're just my roommate so no getting handsy or calling me babe or-” Benji rambles nervously as you stand in front of his sisters apartment building, “Y/N are you listening to me?”
Your focus is set on his lips, watching him speak but the words barely registering to your ears, “yeah babe, roommates got it.”
“Y/N I'm serious, I'm not ready to come out to Sofia yet,” he says.
“Benj,” you say setting your luggage on the ground so you can put your hands on his shoulders to comfort him, “you don't need to come out until you're ready but everything you've told me about Sofia makes it seem like she would have no problem with you being gay… and besides, she's living in San Francisco with her best friend are you sure they are just ‘roommates’.”
Benji laughs at your joke, his body relaxing from your touch, “it's been so hard keeping this part of my life a secret from her, I mean we've been together for over a year and all I want to do is talk to Sofia about my amazing boyfriend.”
“Well can your amazing boyfriend get one last kiss before we have to play straight for the weekend?” You smirk with your eyes glancing down to his lips again.
Benji looks around to make sure no one would see you and smiles, leaning in to kiss you sweetly.
“Come on, if we don't get up there soon Sofia is gonna report us missing,” he says feeling a bit more relaxed.
“You're joking right? She wouldn't actually report us missing? You texted her when we got to the airport, when we were boarding the plane, when we landed and when we got into our uber,” you question.
He just laughs, kissing you one more time before you head up to his sister's apartment where you make your introductions.
You and Benji are setting your bags down inside when you overhear Gabi whisper to Sofia, “when did your little brother get so hot?? And how is he roommate so hot too??”
“Gabi you are not allowed to hit on Benji or his roommate,” you hear Sofia snap which makes you smile to yourself.
This was sure going to be an interesting weekend.

If you dislike older Alicent Hightower for her actions, fair enough. she HAS done bad things that she does need to take responsibility for. and it is important to recognise her as a flawed character.
if you dislike younger Alicent Hightower and blame her for the grooming/rape/trauma she went through and think she was some "power hungry" and "manipulative" girl when she was a young victim of horrendous things, you are kind of a terrible person.
