This is an au that @armed-teddy-bear and I came up on the Shazam Fam Discord server.

The "10 year old champion of magic adopts an 1 year old clone" au.

Or:

"Billy Batson doesn't like how Superman treats his test-tube baby and kidnaps him" au

Conner is surprisingly alright with having a 10 year old as dad. He (a 1 year old) is aware that age doesn't mean anything about maturity.

He calls him Dad, even in his downpowered form and tries to be a good boy, out of fear of being abandoned if he where to be bad.

Billy is still his childish, innocent, self but he loves his boy and genuinely tries to help him with his powers. He also has started to dislike superman, as he reminds him a lot of his late uncle.

Superman is a bit worried for his friend, as he still believes that his Clone is a weapon and a danger to society. On the other hand, he is glad that this thing is out of his hand.

Luthor pays the child support.

(The most liked Theory is that Captain Marvel is another Clone of Superman, whilst Billy is Luthors. They are both Conners parents genetics wise and probably feel weird to be around the other one)

Conner also stopped being superboy in favor of becoming "Lieutenant", Captain Marvels side kick.

His new persona also gave him the nickname "Lieu", what allowed him to create a secret identity.

Lieu is a softboy. A kind soul that adores old people and animals. Someone that smiles easily and is extremely emotional.

Conner on the other hand works in an animal shelter and is scary. He has an strong resting bitch face and looks angry all the time.

(The costume was made by an elderly Lady he usually carries to her bingo weekends. Its his most priced possession and nothing pisses him more of than it getting damaged)

Another important thing is that Conner was able to grow into himself because of Billy. He soon learnt that he didn't have to copy someone else to be kept around, so he started expressing himself more.

(His Teammates didn't recognize him when he returned "home". He was the heartthrob for a few months after that. To bad he isn't allowed to date till he reaches double digits.

I imagined that after finding out that Conner is a clone, Team Phantom would be horrified that Superboy is dating so soon after leaving the pod.

They understand that Conner is still learning about the world and how to be a person. That adding heroism is one thing but also adding dating life, so soon, is something else.

Elle is especially worried for him, being a clone that was mistreated and overburdened when she was still "new."

Man, when I hyperfixate, I

When Superboy first met the young gods of New Genesis, I think that was the first time he really became comfortable being in a leader like position. Before that we always see him defying primary figures, he doesn’t stop to listen to anyone or anything. And when he is met with the same opposition while in such a role he seems shocked and exasperated, as if he can’t believe these dumb asses would rush in without listening to the plan. Then he slowly puts 2 and 2 together and realizes “oh. I do that.” The minute the young gods leave he goes back to the team and Black Canary and finally accepts being asked to do something or to follow a plan. He realizes that it sucks being a leader who isn’t listened to, and having to make elaborate bull shit plans on the spot. Honestly I think Disordered is a great episode and really allows us to see into the mind of Connor after he spent so long being angry and terrified of anyone but himself being in his own head.

I have a really sad au idea

Its just a far away post Apokalypse setting.

Tw: implied death and talk about the world ending

The apocalypse, a curtesy of Darkseid, was 100 years ago and the world is recovering slowly from it.

Sure there are still the ruins of old and monsters running around, but humanity learned to adapt.

Captain Marvel is one of the few League members that survived not only the apocalypse, but also the test of time.

His human body has become fragile and weak with age.

Captain Marvel on the other hand has never been stronger, as time didn't affect him and he was able to use this time to learn.

The only ones that survived as long as him are Zatana (who is so frail that she can't leave the bed) and Conner (who doesn't look a day over 16.

Also, i imagine conner "babying" botjh Billy and Zatana.

Ageing didn't do anything to him. He is 104 and whilst most of his anger issues where consumed by age, he will still hunt down Billy whenever he gets out as captain marvel.

Like Conner has lost everyone he ever cared for and he will keep those who he has left as safe and healthy as possible.

Even of it means that he has to ground a 113 year old

Zatana has embraced the "wise, omnipotent holy woman lifestyle", even though she isn't a holy woman. At least in a sense. They might have started a cult...

Fanfic idea.

I imagined that 14-year-old Danielle was captured and got transfered to Cadmus but soon escaped from her containment.

She stumbled upon Superboy and managed to get him to defect. Both of them defeat their opponents and break out of there.

Out of habit, Danielle hides from the scene (forgetting to turn invisible) and Superboy, not wanting to be left behind, follows her.

She effectively took care of both of them. Superboy was confused but because of his fear of abandonment, he did not question her choices and just followed her.

An alternate idea:

When Danielle and Superboy spots Superman approaching, she turns invisible and runs away, leaving Superboy to deal with the Justice League.

Understandably, Superboy becomes confused and upset by that.

The Justice League spots Danielle, but it takes a while for anyone to see her again.
