ye khwab hai khushbu hai ki jhonka hai ki pal hai

ye dhund hai baadal hai ki saya hai ki tum ho

ye umr-e-gurezan kahin thehre to ye jaanun

har sans mein mujh ko yahi lagta hai ki tum ho

Ofcourse sharing makes the pain go away but I understood the 'decency' of keeping some sorrows to yourself

When Parveen Shakir said "jo ġham milā hai bojh uThāyā hai us kā ḳhud ,

sar zer-e-bār-e-sāġhar-o-bāda nahīñ kiyā"

And Ahmad Faraz wrote "dukh fasāna nahīñ ki tujh se kaheñ "

ham ki dukh oḌh ke ḳhalvat meñ paḌe rahte haiñ ,ham ne bāzār meñ zaḳhmoñ kī numā.ish nahīñ kī

Another poet wrote " behadd sarbasta hai mujh gaafil ka dukh,log nahin samjhengey mere dil ka dukh.

Nizar Qabbani once wrote There are some people that we didn't forget, but we don't smile anymore when they're mentioned.

Just like Ahmad Faraz said Ab tere zikr pe hum baat badal dete hain, kitni raghbat thi tere naam se pehle pehle

When Parveen Shakir sahiba said "Mere paas se jo guzra, mera haal tak na pucha, main kaise maan jaun ke wo door jakar roya", and Faraz sahab said "Tere paas se jo guzre toh junoon main the Faraz, jab door jakar socha, toh zar zar roya".

Last night your faded memory came tome

As in the wilderness spring comes quietly,

Jaise sehraaon mein haule se chale
