Pile 1 🧠

Crown chakra - Rejection 

If you feel like you don’t belong with certain places/people or like you’re not good enough then you need to work on your crown chakra. This pile is especially for those wha have experienced rejection. The simple message of the card says: «Rejection is redirection». Basically, there are better people and places for you. We can also look at it from different perspective. For example, your s/o (currently ex) broke up with you, so you’re feeling hurt and rejected. However, while being in relationship with them, you were withholding from relationship long before the break up, so now with that «rejection» you have freed yourself. 

Prompts: Am I working with or against my environment? What is the purpose of my present solitude?

Third eye chakra - Forgiveness 

The card «Forgiveness» is pretty straightforward, it means that you need to forgive people, let go of the situation NOT for the sake of those people/situations but for the sake of your own happiness.  On the other hand, you might need to forgive yourself for loving or being attached to people/situations that hurt you. For some of you it might apply to a family member, who’s abusive. Having unhealthy relationship with that family member will make you look for other people who are just as abusive. Once you learn your behaviour patterns and heal them you’ll we able to live freely without constantly being surrounded by people who you need to forgive. 

Prompt: Can I forgive people who hurt me?

Pile 3 🗣️

Throat chakra - Bittersweet 

The card says that you need to be mature enough to understand that when you gain something big you also lose something. For example, you got your dream car but now you have to spend money on oil, gas, insurance and so on. You need to work on that maturity when it comes to changes, if you lose something don’t trap yourself in pain. Instead try to find something positive about. 

Prompt: Can I see the strength in the choices of others?

Sacral chakra - Perseverance  

If you’re feeling closed off, insecure or anxious about your actions then you need to work on your sacral chakra. The card «Perseverance» means that you shouldn’t give up because what you work towards will appear in your life sooner or later. You should overcome your doubts and move forward. 

Prompts: Will I let go of fear, and persevere? Can I ignore the feelings that would sidetrack me?

Pile 5 🪢

Root chakra - Perfection 

Are you perhaps too hard on yourself? Constantly expecting 10/10 performance from yourself? If that’s the case then you need to work on your root chakra. You might have raised the standards for yourself, and consequently for others. Which can be the reason foe avoidance (either from you or from other people). Allow yourself to be imperfect and vulnerable so you could build better connections with people around you. 

Prompt: Where am I presently focusing?

Heart chakra - Victim 

If you tend to blame others for your losses or deluding yourself then you need to work on your heart chakra. You need to ground yourself in personal responsibility, don’t make excuses, because excuses are based of fear. Instead find what’s true in your heart and act on that. 

Prompts: How are my actions connected to my inability to create breakthroughs? Am I willing to make new choices in order to grow?

Solar plexus chakra - Enlightenment 

The card advices you to face your fears, because that will make you stronger. You have all the answers you need and the path you seek is the one you’re already on.

as a tarot reader, fortunately i do know things around the crown chakra, its necessary to me so i can do readings. even though youre not a tarot reader, regular people can do it too, its recommende

im not a full on professional at this so i will list what works for me

id recommend purchasing a journal if you don't already, it doesnt really matter but i like one that resonates with me as if it was me if i was a journal. makes it feel more real and absorbable with the affirmations. mine is brown leather with a gold lining, it was $7 so pretty inexpensive

practice mindfulness and meditation i recommend to do this outside so your body doesn't feel claustrophobic. your feet and hands should be uncovered and i recommend having either or both in grass or bodies of water. connecting with nature is a big deal for me. i also like to use crystals like selenite, white topaz, and clear quartz and balance them on my head during meditation

healing your own energy this is also known as reiki. if you cannot afford or do not feel like going to a reiki specialist, have your hands on top of your head, close your eyes, take deep breaths in and out of your nose and mouth for the first three to five minutes and breathe softly for the rest of the session. this could go on for fifteen minutes

yoga. you can actually research this online that specifically deal with crown chakra

stay hydrated and eat cleanly.

Overactive Crown & 3rd Eye Chakra

When you have an overactive Sahasrara/Crown chakra and Ajna chakra/ 3rd eye you become susceptible to sickness of the mind. This is why spiritual gifts are often written off as mental illness. They can easily spiral out of control if you don't have the proper skill to ground yourself in reality. For example...

People with an overactive Crown chakra often experience existential despair. These people may have psychotics breaks and dissociate, or experience dissociative seizures if the mind is unable to handle the sheer vastness of the universal energies flowing in. If you have experienced having an overactive Sahasrara you may have "delusions of grandeur" ; a "chosen one" complex, a sense of being separately and uniquely "special" or uniquely "enlightened".

The Ajna Chakra is a little different as it governs intuition, perception, and inner vision that gives you the discernment to see beyond illusion. When overactive it causes a sort of psychic flux to occur, or abnormal discharge in other words. So your intuition is running wild hungry cheetahs. This will quickly cause one to become overwhelmed, with mental overactivity, from constant stimulation. The lines between intuition and delusion become indistinguishable, which can get even more tricky if you're someone who trusts yourself more than anyone else. You will become overwhelmed by visions which you'll need to proper wisdom to interpret. People with an overactive 3rd eye may also become very paranoid. Unseen energies, sylphs, and hidden truths are everywhere, but you may start to see them in places they are not.
