#Danny becomes an ancient
smallbraintime · 1 year
Text
I've been in a Danny Phantom mood. Prompt time.
The title of Ancient does not refer to the age of the spirit but rather what the ghost represents.
Clockwork was not always the ancient of time it was an extremely well earned title. And pandora is ready to retire from her title as ancient of protection.
Danny is in Pandora's neck of the woods to properly return the ring of rage and crown of fire to their rightful home Pandora's box. Danny tries to be quick to get home and protect the innocent, and pandora knows that moment she has found her successor.
Tldr hey what if Danny became a god.

DC x DP Prompt *24*
Something has changed. Everyone in the hero community could feel it, even the ones outside of the Justice League.
Over night it seemed like all of them got stronger, faster and more resilient when they were trying to protect someone.
On the other hand, if one of them tried to use their skills to do something unheroic, it was harder to use them and other heros seemed to be able to sense their betrayal easier.
It took some time for Zatanna and the rest of the Justice League Dark to figure out what was going on. Mostly because they didn't think of this specific thing.
A new god had ascended. Something that happened rarely, especially nowadays. But the magic users were sure. Every hero they had checked, had a divine blessing from a new patron god. And every former hero who had fallen to villainy in the last few month had a curse put on them.
The god of super heros had ascended and was watching over them. While some heros got paranoid, others felt some sense of pride and relief.
And maybe it wasn't a bad thing, if something else was making sure that evil wouldn't take hold of them. As soon as they knew their name, they could properly worship them.

DPXDC Prompt #142
It was considered a pretty big deal when a new ancient gets born. Danny didn’t and wouldn’t know this when he gets into an accident. A signal went out to all magic users that the ancient of space was born as soon as he stepped out of the portal and then things changed. If you could make a deal with an ancient it increased your power way more than that of a demon. Soon Danny gets chased by all sorts of folk trying to make a deal with him. He then gets caught by John Constantine who takes him back to the safety of the watchtower. What is the safest place to put the space ancient? In space!

All Ancients are Halfa's
So! The reason everyone in the Realms believes that Danny is a super old Ancient and not a Ghost Baby is because all the Halfa's that exist currently are Ancients.
The Reason? For a Halfa to be born, they must have died as a God.
Pandora is a Halfa. She was the Goddess of the Amazon's before she was killed by Ares.
Frostbite is a Halfa. He was the God of a Yeti Tribe, before their kind died to Climate Change.
Dorathea and Aragon are Halfa's. They were both Draconic Gods who ruled over a small Country before dying to a roaming band of Magical Adventurerers.
Undergrowth is a Halfa. He was a Druidic Plant God killed after bis forest was destroyed by a Fire.
Even Clockwork is a Halfa. He used to be known as the God Kronos.
But that leads to the question of, How Danny is a Halfa? He was just a normal Human when he died, not Divine in any way, or so he thought. So how did he become a Halfa?
Well, maybe he should start looking into who his Birth Parents were...

Prompt 136
There is a small child floating in the Watchtower.
They’re visibly not human, a too-big cloak of purple (what shade no one knows, all they can describe about the cloak is purple, nothing else) hanging from them as big Lazarus-green eyes glare down in something of a pout. The child huffs, blowing white hair out of their face despite it shimmering and shifting on its own already.
How the child, inhuman or not, found their way into the Watchtower- without setting off an alarm no less- is a concern. A very large concern, but it can wait because there is a four-year old (if the child is the equivalent of a human child that is) at oldest staring down at them.
“Do you know where the speedsters are?” the child piped up after an awkward stare-down, none of the league members present quite sure what to do in this situation. It was probably around time to call Batman… or they could call Flash instead.

Guardian Deity Spirit Danny
"In the spiritual realm, there are specific steps a being can take to ascend to the status of a god, with certain restrictions defining what a god truly is. Typically, a deity emerges as a result of being worshipped by a group of people, their worship infusing them with divine energy and granting them godhood.
They can be born from an unconscious belief or concept, such as the worship of the moon or nature. Over time, this belief gains sentience and power through the devotion of their followers.
They possess spiritual powers and establish a cult, amassing considerable influence and strength.
They are born from another god.
They achieve godhood by defeating and absorbing the essence of a pre-existing god, embodying their concept.
This means that even if a being is incredibly powerful, like Clockwork, they must be worshipped by someone to attain godhood. So...
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
In the Infinite Realms, time operates differently than in the outside world. I believe that since the Realms exist beyond space and existence, serving as the cosmic glue holding the multiverse together, they remain separate from the flow of time.
So, my idea is this: Danny is already immensely powerful, as he embodies the balance between life and death. Because of his connection to Clockwork, this being occasionally sends him on time-traveling missions, perhaps for preparations related to kingship. As a result, he appears in various places throughout history, safeguarding people and cultures. Over the centuries and millennia, people begin to worship him, seeking blessings and offering sacrifices.
Usually, this would lead the Justice League to believe that he's simply a very old being. However, what if he truly is ancient?
As I mentioned earlier, a god's powers are derived from belief, and this belief gradually transforms the deity. Here's my take:
Batman might insist, "I know you're Danny Fenton," until a summons or a crisis causes Danny's godly side to surface. This aspect of him is truly ancient, as time doesn't flow conventionally in the Infinite Realms. Consequently, Danny could be three years old in terms of his death, yet also an ancient entity. Nonetheless, he remains physically too young to fully comprehend his true power and existence, resulting in considerable confusion.
Ultimately, there are two interpretations:
The Justice League ends up believing that Danny is either a) a vessel for a god, b) a sort of priest, or c) the physical incarnation of a bored god curious about experiencing humanity.
Ghosts do not treat him like a typical ghost child because, due to the nonlinear nature of time in the Zone, his core possesses the essence of an ancient being. The ghosts perceive him as the rebirth of balance, incarnated as a human to restore equilibrium.
Feel free to use this concept for any story or interpretation you find compelling."

The house of Nightingale & Constantine ( P. 3 )
> previous
.・゜-: ✧ :-
"Why are you avoiding me." Green eyes, sharp and unflinching, locked on Danny.
Startled, he turns to the younger boy, Damian? Bruce's only blood kid, he reminds himself.
"I'm not avoiding you." He denies, shaking his head, eyes trailing off.
But Damian knows, he learned and memorised the movements, signs, and behaviour of human kind.
"Do not lie to me, Nightingale."
The use of the name triggers something, and both Damian and Danny jump back, startled and cautious.
"What's the meaning of this!" The boy demanded, snatching his sword from the hilt.
The other raised his hands, pleading. "Look Damian– put the sword down and let me explain, please?"
They stood in tense silence, the sword pushed down reluctant and swiftly tugged back in.
"Explain."
Danny sighs in relief.
"You're more than aware of your parentage, yes?"
A nod, if not slightly confused. "Wayne?"
"No, al Ghul."
He keeps his facial expression and body language closed, obviously trained, and tilts his head to the Ghost. Listening, assessing.
Danny swallows as the air takes on sparks, dangerously close to one another.
If only Dick was in the mansion, maybe he'd cut the air with a knife followed by laughter and help him escape.
"The al Ghul line is in a delicate balance that can be toppled any time," he explains. "it's an old house, new compared to the houses of ancient, but powerful."
"You're saying," Damian drawls, carefully placing the words to form the sentence. "that the line of Al Ghul is... magic." He is studying the older, eyes narrowed and focused.
He knew such accusation would be called ridiculous by the younger. It would definitely earn him a few attempted kills.
"Not all dark houses are magic, just magic adjusted. The reason al Ghul is where it is today is that the founder, your grandfather, is still alive."
"You're aware such claims would have your head."
A wince.
"Fine." Damian scoffs. "We will go back to that after, tell me of the name triggering then."
"Names have power, but family names are more powerful, especially those of dark houses. If another dark house calls—"
"It registers as a warning and summoning." He finished, unfazed at the owlish blinks received.
"You were taught."
"I was, you're right, the al Ghuls are not magic. I haven't taken it seriously back then, I now see the error of my actions." The boy simply states, arms crossed.
"Calling another house of dark by name and immediately pulling a weapon is a declaration of challenge." Dannt adds after a moment of quiet. "I would rather not fight and make an enemy here."
"Not an enemy, but neither an ally?" Is quickly thrown back.
The Nightingale shrugs. "I'm not fond of your grandfather," he admits. "but it's known that every generation changes the house, I would not mind being the ally of the al Ghuls, if it meant you did the contract."
"Being an ally to my name only and to the al Ghul if asked." Green eyes, borderline neon, it reminds Danny of the zone. "Bold."
A grin cracks through, and Danny gestures to the door. "We can discuss the terms during snack time, if you wish, al Ghul."
A spark and Damian scowls harder. "Stop that." He says. "Let's do so, Father would be quite pleased knowing I've made more allies."
As he stomps to out, Danny follows with a jump in his steps, very pleased.
Nightingale 1, Constantine 0!

Random thought I had with Constantine and Pariah Dark I guess?
So basically, Constantine kind of gets fucked over somehow and then his soul is given up to the Ghost King, much to his obvious chargin.
So, he tries to figure out ways to get out of it but nothing he does seems to be working, and then when he finally meets the ancient eldritch abomination who laid claim over his soul it doesn't go the way he expected.
Instead of idk, torturing him or using him as a power source or whatever, instead he has to babysit a kid????
Pariah Dark: John Constantine. As my soul bound servant until the day you die and after death itself, you have been given the responsibility to take care of the high prince of the ghost realm and my combat adopted son Phantom.
Pariah Dark doesn't even give him a chance to respond: Fright Knight, to me!
A massive medieval ghost knight then appears from out of nowhere, filling Constantine with an unnatural fear and dread for whatever reason.
Then they just leave to go and off an entire planet cause while Danny was in space, they attacked him for like no reason realm (It could be any reason you want to be honest).
And like the overprotective son of a bitch Pariah Dark is he's gonna kill off about probably a good 50-80% of their race.
Would have been a complete purge if Danny didn't like that idea.
So now Constantine is forced to take care of this random ghost teen motherfucker and becomes an unwilling uncle.
Zatanna:
Constantine:
Zatanna: So who-
Constantine: Don't. Even.

DP X DC WRITING PROMPT #9
(An idea I had late last night when I should have been sleeping)
(#) = Notes at the end of post
(*) = Just me building off of other ideas
Lost Children Saved by the Lost
After being rejected by his parents and almost captured for experimentation, Danny escapes into the Ghost Zone. He wanders listlessly for nobody knows how long. It could have been days, months, years, but he wouldn't know how much time had actually passed.
He missed his friends, his sister, hell even his bully. However, the longer he wandered, the more he began to forget their voices, their facial features. Everything. He couldn't even remember what his obsession was. He wandered so long that the only thing he remembered was the aching and devastating feeling of his parents rejection of half of himself.
Eventually growing bored of the neverending expanse of the Ghost Zone, he takes a random portal and winds up in the DC Universe. Although, not in modern times. He finds himself hundreds of years in the past but couldn't find it in himself to care.
At least until he hears the cries of a child in distress. He goes searching and finds a little boy, weeping while curled up on the filthy ground, begging for his parents. The boy was emaciated, clearly not having had food in a very long time. His core jolted and ached at the pitiful cries. Was this his obsession? What was he supposed to do?
He only hesitates for a moment before he approaches the crying boy.(1) The boy flinches at the movement of shadows before looking up to meet the aurora green eyes of a man made of starlight.
"Hello, little one." He greets softly, automatically speaking the boy's language he heard only moments before. (2) "What's wrong?"
The boy is quiet as he wearily examines the man before him. Long hair the color of snow illuminated by moonlight. Olive skin that seemed to have a blue tint to it. The pointed ears and the loose, black clothes that seemed to have the cosmos playing across them. The most striking of all the man's features, however, were the rays of blue-green light flowing from his back like the tails of comets racing across the night sky. Despite the light they exuded, the wings seemed to absorb the heat from the air, letting off a cool but pleasant temperature. (3) The boy gazed cautiously into the man’s eyes, looking past his odd features, and found only kindness as well as a strange, deep-seated sadness. No matter how his mind said no one can be trusted, his gut said the man meant no harm. He decided to respond to the strange man's question.
"My parents," he began, stopping to wet his painfully dry lips. "They don't have money for food. They left me here because I am too much of a burden to keep."
The boy looked down, avoiding the man's eyes as if ashamed. His words made the man's core ache even more than before, vague and foggy memories flashing briefly behind his eyes. His core pulsed in his chest, urging him to do something. He didn't know what exactly, so he simply said the first thing that came to mind.
"Now that won't do. How about we look for others who would take care of you instead?" He said as he gently picked up the small boy and carried him cradled in his arms. The boy stares up at him as the man walked with his head held high and looking forward.
"Who are you, mister?"
The man's eyes became clouded as he mulled over the question before answering, carefully measuring his words.
"I've long forgotten what my name was. It's been so long since anyone's called me by it." He said, with sadness coloring his tone. They walked in silence for a couple of seconds before the man seemed to brightened a little. He looked at the little boy with soft, green eyes and a smile. "Why don't you choose a name for me, little one?"
The boy gained a look of concentration as he took the request seriously. The man continued walking in silence as he let the boy think, eyes forward as he searched for a family to take the boy in. His core was tugging him towards one particular house, practically singing as he came to a stop in front of the door. (4) He leaned down to gently set the boy on his feet before he himself kneeled to the boy's level.
Hands on either side of the boy's face, he kissed the child's forehead. Silently, he placed a blessing on the boy, a faint glow that went unseen to mortal eyes. He wished for the boy to know true love and happiness. For his parent's abandonment to leave no scars on his mind or in his heart. With that, he stood up once again and knocked on the door.
"Goodbye, little one. I've done what I can." He said as he turned to walk away.
"Wait!" The boy called out. The man stopped and looked back with a curious light in his eyes, the stars on his clothes seeming to briefly brighten as well. Once the boy saw he had his attention again, he continued.
"I thought of a name for you. If you'd like to hear it?" He askes hopefully.
The starlit man smiled, before nodding. "I'd be happy to hear what you've come up with."
The boy brightened up before opening his mouth to speak once more, hurrying as he heard footsteps approaching from the other side of the door.
"What do you think of..." (5)
Whelp. That was interesting.
Notes:
(1) Should the boy be an actual character that's established in the DC Universe or just a random child?
(2) When I thought of this, I was thinking Danny wound up somewhere in Ancient Rome. So, I think he'd be speaking Latin here.
(3) Comets are made of stardust and ice, which means they are also cold instead of hot. At least until they're warmed by the sun. I thought it was quite fitting, honestly. They also are often seen to give off a blue-green color! How cool it that? Ha!
(4) Danny's obsession is so ragged and starved after wandering for so long that it latches onto the first thing it could to give it a jumpstart. Protecting lost children (lost in one way or another) and leading them to families who would actually care for them. He is the one who urged Martha and Johnathan Kent to adopt Clark. He helps Billy Batson eventually find a forever home. This even plays a role in how Bruce meets each of the Robins. Jason will be the first and only child Danny ever fails to give a permanent home to because of Jason's feelings towards Bruce over his death. Danny adopt Jason?
(5) When I was thinking of what the boy would name him, I immediately gravitated to the names of stars, which seems pretty obvious considering how I described Danny here. Anyway, what I chose was Regulus because it's a blue-white star and the brightest one in the constellation Leo, also called the Lion's Heart. Not only that, but the Latin meaning of Regulus translates to "little king" or "prince". Not to mention it's also a common name among Saints. You don't have to use the name Regulus tho! Come up with anything you want to call him!
(*) Should Danny just be an immortal patron saint of orphans and lost children, or should he be upgraded to a patron God?

Danny being nocturns apprentice as well as clockworks
Danny as future king needs to choose his alignment in the infinite realms, chaos lord, order lord, god, good deity, demon ect;
Danny pulled a fast one on everyone by choosing to be neutral and when he explained that the infinite realms deserved an unbiased and just king, he gained alot of respect that day.
Now everyone expected danny to choose clockwork as a mentor, his powers were very helpful and the ability to see and stop the timeline would help him become a good king, but clockwork is also a very powerful ghost aswell as an ancient, so under clockwork guidance danny would become a powerful king.
What no one was expecting was him to request nocturne as well as clockwork as a mentor.
Nocturne was one of danny former villains so him trusting him and even requesting nocturne was not expected.
Danny told nocturne how, his powers to connect and communicate to humans without directly interacting with them would be amazing if he saw something in the timeling and, how having the power to put someone to sleep(permanently or temporarily) was incredibly useful for a king as a form of punishment or rest, and how he respects nocturne.
Danny also said it was a form of good will for anyone who may still have bad blood with danny that even if they dont like eachother that wont interfere with his judgement.
Nocturne and clockwork both agree to teach danny. And danny was improving, since they both said that using his abilities as much and as subtle as he could would be great practice. He was FINALLY able to get his attendance back up.
What danny didnt know was that nocturne and clockwork made a mutual agreement to become his dad's.

So, just to give actual like, stuff about my writing progress, both to motivate myself to continue writing this stuff and to let others know what I’m writing and what I have for it—
My Skyrim-DC crossover: I haven’t actually started writing chapter three, but I have an idea of what I wanna do for that. I will also be doing more art for it.
“Danny Becomes Ancient of the Speedforce” DPxDC: Chapter one has 1088 words so far. 3 out of 5 scenes are written. Scene 4 is in progress. A few scenes for chapter two are planned. After scenes 4 and 5 of chapter one are complete, I will be reading through and posting it. (I will be working on it after this btw-) I also have a few art pieces planned for Danny’s design that I will work on after I post chapter one, and I will likely be putting it on my other blog. (If anyone has a fic title idea, please send it. I really don’t wanna call it what I’m calling it right now-)
Those are the ones I actually have writing for. Once I finished Chapter 3 for fic 1 and Chapter 1 for fic 2, I will possibly work on these ideas below.
Idea One: Dead on Main. Sorta-Eldritch Danny and Sorta-Eldritch Jason (due to the weird reality fuckery with Danny’s portal death and a version of Jason’s revival {specifically the ‘Universe got punched’ one-}). Not exactly sure what else I want for that, but I really just wanna write a Dead on Main fic about these two coping with being embodiments of literal cracks in reality.
Idea Two: Danny is sorta Jason’s Pit Madness- an idea I’ve mentioned and talked a bit more on previously (I tried finding it, but it’s buried too deep. I’ll try again later-). Not likely to be Dead on Main btw, but like- mutual recovery fic? So, fun stuff?
ANYWAYS! Time to go turn on some violin music and write!

Hope over fate?
Ectoberhaunt 2022, Side Order. Prompt: Hope
Summary: Clockwork and Pandora have a strained conversation with each other.
0o0o0o0o0o0o0o0o0o0o0o0o0o0o0o0o0o0o0o0o0o0o0o0o0o
“Clockwork”
“Pandora”
With the way that both ghosts were looking at each other and the venom that was spouted when both of them said the other’s name, one would think that a fight would be about to begin in this place, and as any sane ghost, every single being that was present within 25 kilometers of the confrontation ran away with their tails between their legs as fast as possible, some animal ghosts and ghosts with tails literally doing so. The only thing that might’ve been keeping the both of them from fighting was probably the fact that the Acropolis of Athena was within said radius, but that doesn’t mean anything when 2 Ancients are willing to fight over something they have yet to talk about, simply on the grounds that they don’t like each other.
“What brings you here?” arms crossed, Pandora remained as non-confrontational as she could while in the presence of a fellow Ancient she didn’t like and was normally hostile against… That wasn’t easy, as could be seen by her tense posture while crossing all of her arms and having her weapons at her beck and call.
“I’ve come here to ask you a favor.” Clockwork said, holding tight his staff ready for the most likely inevitable fight that was about to take place.
“Oh really? And what would that favor be?” the lower pair of arms unfolded, once again venom could be felt dripping from her voice.
“For this your box wi-” “Absolutely not.”
“*sigh* Would you let me finish speaking first?” Exasperated Clockwork asked, dignity still present in his voice and posture.
“Sure, but the answer will remain the same.”
“Your box will be needed. Another ghost will come to your maze and take it in the future, and in order to create the best timeline they’ll need to be able to get it undisturbed.”
“You’re crazy if you think I’ll let my box to be taken from my watch.”
“Hence why I came here to ask this favor of you in the first place.”
“And what made you think that I would accept this from you?”
“Because that would ensure the best possible timeline.”
“Hah, you know that won’t work on me Clockwork, I’ve changed the timeline multiple times already despite your meddling, what makes you think this time it’ll be any different?”
“Because this time I bring to you the result of said timeline.” Clockwork waved one of his hands, opening a blue portal that opened with the assistance of a clock hand towards his own lair. “Shall we go?”
“I won’t be leaving behind any of my weapons.” Pandora floated slowly towards the portal, unsheathing all her weapons and having them at the ready in all of her arms, before finally crossing over and finding herself in Long Now, Clockwork’s lair. “Well, what do you want to show me, oh Ancient Master of Time?” The sarcasm and vitriol in her voice was palpable, the tensions high enough that it reached the endless skies of the Infinite Realms and strong enough that not even one of Pandora’s swords would be able to cut it.
“This way,” in the shape of an infant Clockwork lead the way, moving slowly but surely between all of the mirrors he kept in place until finally arriving at the desired one, “the reason I know you’ll accept my plan, Ancient of Hope Pandora, is because this timeline will be in it’s final phase in shaping Phantom into a figure of Hope, Protection, Space, Responsibility and allow him to properly claim the Crown of Fire and Ring of Rage.”
“Do you truly think I'll believe your words alone on that?”
“You don’t have to, here’s his mirror of his current timeline and how he’ll end up in the future should my plans come to fruition.” The ghost in an elderly form stepped aside, letting her fellow Ancient watch the mirror as it began materializing what Danny was currently doing, which was his homework in this case; static filed the surface of the mirror as now a battle between Danny and Skulker was being shown, and despite fighting in the center of the city, Phantom still managed to throw in random shields in order to make sure no one got hurt from the fight, and finally the mirror showed his back sitting in the throne room of Pariah’s Keep, except this time he was wearing the crown and a furred cape, and the doors to the room were open, letting any ghost come and go, seeking an audience with their king.
“Well, would you look at that. That ghost truly is being shaped into a figure of Hope, wouldn’t be surprised if he’s one already actually.” Pandora let herself relax, if such a figure was going to become their king, then the future of the realms really was as brilliant as it could be. “...Is my box really necessary for this to come true?”
“It is, you won’t have to worry though, that’ll be the time where you’ll meet Daniel.” A coy smile came across his face as he changed forms into his adult shape.
“Well, maybe I won’t even have to let my box go. If he’s such a hopeful ghost already, then who’s to say he won’t get the same ability as mine to change the timeline.”
“Oh, he does have that one already.”
“Really? How come you never told me that then?” a smirk was in her face, but even with her dislike of Clockwork and the slight anger in her voice, her happiness at the aspect of another hopeful ghost was getting to her. Sue her for being hopeful on the prospect of meeting another ghost similar yet different from her.
“Because you’ll never stop pestering me about the details on how he managed to change his timeline now.” he sighed, closing his eyes and pinching his nose. “All I can tell you is that he needed my help when the Observants asked something of me.”
“Well then, I’ll just Hope I’ll be able to meet him soon.”
“Please don’t, your Hope always makes things more complicated in the timestream.”
“Too late, and would you look at that?” Pandora asked as she turned around and found herself in front of a natural portal, “just as I was hoping for an easy exit as well.”
“*sigh* Goodbye Pandora, please don’t break the timeline”
“I make no promises, also goodbye.” And with that Pandora left the premises and returned to her lair, preparing some stuff with the box in order to make it noticeable and let the first ghost to come here to steal it.

Danny ends up a doctor like his parents, just not the type of doctor they were expecting.
Danny becomes an archeologist.
He couldn't help it! Most of his friends were dead people, some from as far back as ancient Mesopotamia! He automatically knew every dead language by virtue of being a ghost! The way his friends talked, he wanted to know more about their lives. So he goes looking and makes a name for himself.
He becomes a well known archeologist. As a grad student, he works for the Drakes, even babysitting their son, Tim. He goes to Janet's, and later Jack's, funeral, offering to take Tim in, which the boy is grateful for but declines in favor of a bio-uncle. Eventually, Danny discovers the remains of an ancient cult in the Middle East.
Ra's learns that the remains of the original League of Shadows has been uncovered by a group of archeologists. Originally visiting the dig site to ensure the group doesn't discover any traces of the modern-day League, he finds himself intrigued by the young Dr. Fenton leading the dig. He's smart and bright and the first person in 400 years that can speak Ra's birth language. He becomes fond of the good doctor, even more so when he discovers that Danny's a conservationist and is skilled with a Xiphos (all Pandora's doing). How strange that their spars often end up with them retreating to Danny's tent to be alone...
And then Danny invites Tim Drake to visit, worried about the boy being a teen CEO with no breaks. Tim agrees.

Why are there so many gods here?
SO! One day, the Eternal Trio decided to Check if they had ant past lives using Magic.
They already knew that Tucker was the Reincarnation of some Pharoah, so maybe they were also some historical figures in a last life.
It does not go as expected.
Danny finds out that he was the Ancient of Space, and the reason Clockwork was so invested in keeping him from being erased from Time is because he's his Brother apparently.
Sam finds out that she was the Embodiment of The Green, and Undergrowths attempt at Adopting her was some scheme to become the Parent of his used-to-be Queen while she was in Mortal Form, therefore overthrowing her.
Tucker finds out that Duulaman was just one in a long line of the Reincarnations of the Sun God Ra, and that he had been quite a few more historical figures in the Past.
They were surprised to figure this out, but then they got curious.
They tested the Spell out on Jazz, and found that she used to be an Amazonian Goddess, alongside Pandora.
They test it on Dash, and find that he used to be Hermes, God of Travel and Speed.
Ellie was an Embodiment of something called the Speed Force, who was also a child of Space before their rebirth, apparently.
They slowly realize that almost every person of note in Amity Park is the Reincarnation of some kind of God or Spirit. And none of them seem to realize that.
Why are there so many reborn Gods in this town?
...
Constantine is actually asking himself the EXACT same question at that very moment, after a botched teleportation spell landed him in Amity Park.

Danny and his haunt are more than a little distressed to find out that Pariah Dark can’t be destroyed and can only be sealed away due to being the Ancient of Darkness. Danny is worried about someone trying to wake him up again, while his friends are more worried about the ghost going after the newborn Ancient of Space again.
They scour libraries, search high and low in both the Ghost Zone and the living world for a solution before finally just asking Clockwork.
And well, they feel like just a bit of idiots but also elated.
Because if Danny can become the new embodiment of space, then what’s to stop them from giving the power of darkness to someone else that’s not Pariah Dark?
They make a list of requirements, ask both ghosts and living friends. There’s nothing in their world, no one quite right, but what about other worlds? The realms are supposedly infinite right? So there had to be someone out there.
And while it takes a long, long time, they eventually find one when a small bloodied ghost of greens, golds, and reds comes forth shyly, eyes burning with determination. He speaks of heroes and villains- far more than their own world- of a city cloaked in shadow and of a single man trying to help despite it seeming impossible.
Who better to become the new Dark besides the dark knight himself after all?

I've seen a lot of people writing Danny as a space ancient and Dan and Dani as ghosts with moon and sun cores, being sort of parts, versions of Danny and therefore weaker. Now, consider: Dan and Dani are both powerful ghosts with really cool cores and stuff but Danny is just some guy™
Dan, who came from an alternate timeline and is kind of from the future but also not, is Clockwork's apprentice and will eventually become an ancient of time. He probably only agreed to have some lessons with Clockwork to understand better what happened to him, but he enjoys his apprenticeship now.
Dani, with her love of travelling, loves seeing all the different places the world offers to her, and that includes space and different planets and maybe even parallel universes, and she accidentally ends up being an apprentice of the space ancient. For now she's probably a baby ancient of freedom or something like that, but she might become an ancient of space in the future.
We can also have something like Dan having a core of destruction or Dani being the Speed Force if you want it to be dcxdp, or any headcanon of yours about their cool powers.
And then there's Danny. And yeah, everyone knows that he's super powerful, but also he's just some guy.
It can go different routes. Does everyone know that Danny is just Danny? Or do they think that with siblings (well, technically a clone and an alternate version, but whatever) so powerful, he must be even stronger? Is Danny actually something terrifyingly eldritch and ancient and strong, almost a god, but he just doesn't know himself? Or is he just really some guy?
Now, because it's obvious that I have a dcxdp brainrot, have a regular "JL summons/meets a powerful ghost" but its Dan and Dani, and they keep mentioning their original/brother who won a fight against them at some point. The JL is very concerned about Dan and Dani's godlike powers, and they can't imagine what Danny is like. And then they meet him (in his human form), and it's just a young adult in casual clothes, very friendly and helpful, with no evident powers. Imagine the confusion. Imagine Dan and Dani, radiating power, in their eldritch ghost forms, admitting that fighting Danny for real is the dumbest thing to do and not even they would succeed... And then there's Danny is jeans and silly t-shirt, waving shyly.
