don't mind me! just crying in the corner because the paper i'm writing on fictional female role models is giving me hope for future generations. yeah, i'm overjoyed people have created such awesome examples for young girls to follow. characters that the audience feels seen & represented by. yeah, it just got to me a little bit.
Tony has many different nicknames for Peter, and he has programmed FRIDAY to use all of them
Peter is also prone to getting stopped by security and various other employees due to the fact that he looks completely grown up and like he belongs there thank you very much
This leads to a situation in which the many different corners of Stark Industries - after inquiring of FRIDAY their own versions of "who tf is this kid?" - all know him by different names
On one floor he's Roo. On another, Crockett. Mr. Parker. Bambino. Kid. Junior...the list goes on
This only becomes a problem when employees attempt to talk about their strange new...cryptid? boss? intern?... to each other
Welcoming Eugenia Shadow into my heart among the ranks of my favourite brand of Brennan NPCs, unhinged, badass, (questionably reliable), elderly eccentrics, with zero fucks to give.
When I was younger I really believed that I was going to be super responsible with my money and have a proper savings account and have a retirement fund etc. Now that I’m older with free will and a paycheque I can’t stop buying Cold War memorabilia to fuel my ever long special interest.
#Thomas being mad at Henry for not letting them go see Hal is so good
I have a headcanon that when Thomas saw baby Blanche for the first time he was like, “I’ve only known Blanche for three seconds but if anything happened to her I would kill everyone in this room and then myself” (which was quite disconcerting given he was only five years old). Imagine that and then imagine him finding out about what happens to Blanche in Germany.
There may be no historical evidence to support it, but for writing purposes at least it is very important to me that everyone is extremely upset about Blanche all of the time, and it subsequently impacts all of their actions
jason lets it slip that the lazarus pit gave him extra height so dick and tim spend the next two weeks trying to find a pit before the other one does. cue hijinks
eternally upset i watched hemlock grove and therefore ruined ouroboros imagery for myself. the image of a snake eating its own tail thereby dooming itself fucks SO hard, but unfortunately i cannot see it without thinking of bill skarsgard going “it’s a shame you’re my sister because that was some sweet pussy” in his shitty pennsylvanian accent
