Should ambition fuel your fire, seize the opportunity for a third round, further intensifying each drill with yet another rep. For optimal results, commit to this workout 2-4 times per week. Allow your legs the essential time for rest and recovery by refraining from daily repetition. With each new workout session, progressively enhance the challenge by incorporating one extra rep for each drill.
