Lessons of the week:

Seeking validation from people is going to push them further away making you unable to experience true love and validation ironically. Seeking validation creates a distance, a barrier between people creating loneliness.

Journal everything you find significant or even slightly intriguing in your day to day. It might seem like nothing now but years down the line you might find something huge in them, like a repeating pattern for instance.

Behaviours, habits, life situations are just patterns repeating over and over. It's just a matter of noticing them.

It is not enough to only hoard spiritual knowledge without practical application. You must put them to use as you will learn more when you actually test them out and play with them. You might get aha moments or moments when something just *clicks* when you apply them. Stillness and movement.

A tidbit from an old poem i wanted to add.

I soar to space with wings of joy, I glow with the moon and the stars, As they welcome me back on yet another day To dance along with the universe inside of me.

I am dancing on my tippy toes, Hand in hand with my oldest friend Whom I found within myself.

The older you get the more you’ll realize that everything really is that deep. The people you confide in, trust, date, become friends with, the opportunities you take. What you watch & listen to. What you eat. & even what you consume mentally, emotionally, & spiritually.

Another day ended, as every other day woke up with a heavy mind full of worries about everything and anything under the sky. Was it a good day? Well that's a hard question to answer in a word.

Unlike my mind, the cherry blossoms adorned the streets. And just like the falling petals the time sprung by fast. Will I ever be content? The answer is not vague this time, it will be a NO.

I don't know if many of you felt this way, not knowing how to understand your feelings and thoughts. The constant exhaustion and frustration after facing disappointment time and time again.

I have reached a point where the slightest minor inconvenience broke me down. As a voice inside my head says is it the victim mentality I hold or am I beyond broken deep inside that it's very hard for me to function.

The once-little girl who had a lot of things to achieve has died for so long now. The one who remains fears the unknown. The heaviness of reality is weighing upon her.

What is left I dare ask!
