How Does The Drug Got Excreted / Eliminated From The Body?
Drug excretion is an important process in pharmacology, encompassing the elimination of pharmaceutical substances from the body. While the ultimate elimination of all drugs is inevitable, the specific pathways involved can vary significantly. Some drugs undergo extensive metabolic transformations before being excreted, while others are expelled from the body in their original form.
The kidneys play a central role in excreting water-soluble substances, effectively filtering them from the bloodstream. Meanwhile, the biliary system handles drugs that remain unabsorbed from the gastrointestinal tract, providing an alternative route for elimination. Although excretion through auxiliary channels such as the intestines, saliva, sweat, breast milk, and lungs is typically minimal, certain volatile anesthetics and residual drug traces in breast milk can have notable impacts, particularly on vulnerable populations such as infants.
Renal excretion constitutes a significant portion of drug elimination, accounting for approximately 20% of the plasma that is filtered through the glomeruli. While most water and electrolytes are reabsorbed back into circulation, polar compounds like drug metabolites are excreted predominantly in urine. However, it’s important to note that renal excretion tends to decrease with age, necessitating careful dosage adjustments for elderly patients to mitigate potential adverse effects.
Numerous factors influence the process of renal excretion, including the extent of protein binding, the degree of drug ionization affecting reabsorption rates, fluctuations in urine pH that can alter excretion dynamics, and the impact of metabolic inhibitors on tubular secretion mechanisms.
Biliary elimination, on the other hand, occurs when drugs traverse the biliary epithelium via active transport mechanisms. However, this process is not without limitations, as transporter saturation can impose constraints on drug excretion rates. Typically, larger molecules containing polar and lipophilic groups are excreted through bile, while smaller molecules tend to favor renal elimination pathways.
In addition to renal and biliary routes, drugs may also be eliminated to varying extents through auxiliary pathways such as saliva, tears, feces, sweat, and exhalation. While the quantities eliminated through these routes are generally minimal, drug excretion in breast milk can pose significant concerns for lactating mothers, potentially exposing nursing infants to pharmacological agents.
Understanding the pharmacokinetic parameters governing drug excretion is paramount for optimizing therapeutic regimens and minimizing the risk of adverse effects. Key parameters include the rate of elimination, clearance, elimination rate constant, and biologic half-life for drugs undergoing first-order elimination kinetics.
In conclusion, drug excretion represents a broad process influenced by a myriad of factors, necessitating comprehensive consideration to ensure the safe and efficacious use of pharmacotherapy.

Can you do a short writing about mc getting out of surgery and how the brothers would take care of them? (I currently got outta surgery lol)
Of course I feel like this would be overbearing but in a good way lol
Post surgery Mc
Lucifer
Due to being the oldest he often took care of many dentists appointments, doctors appointments, etc. So he has been through the reins for a while. He knows exactly what to do (shocker). He would make sure you rest properly and try not to move whatever it was you had done for the first few days then would get strict on you moving it more. He would be exactly like a nagging mother lol. He would be the one to watch you mostly and watch what care the brothers provide making sure it's right.
Mammon
He is more or less your task boy. It's usually small things but he doesn't mind as long as they are simple. He if not assigned a task will cuddle up to you. He often gets yelled at by the brothers to leave you alone but he's a sort of comfort like a child needing their teddy bear plush. He keeps you warm or cold depending on what you prefer and just basically keeps you busy and distracted.
Levi
He is another distraction to your pain or discomfort. He brings in games usually everyday but if you desire space he is fine with that too. He is usually right alongside Mammon with being attached to you. He also online shops with you of course wether it's snacks or food he is always on board just glad he's making you happy.
Satan
He is the one to get your medication. No matter what it is he is very good at it coming back around each time the hours suggest to retake them (yes even if you are sleeping). He also will sit and read to you if you enjoy reading or if you don't so much he will talk and look at cat videos with you. He also knows a bit about pain and relive some with a massage or another method if you don't desire medication.
Asmos
He hates seeing you in pain and is often always there to alert his brothers when a problem occurs. He yaps to you alike the brothers but also tries to get you moving and working whatever is healing so it'll be more beneficial on you.
Beel
He and Belphie are the ones tasked with feeding you. Belphie is more so there to watch that Beel doesn't eat everything and Beel makes the food because he actually is an amazing cook. He makes you soup, soft foods, fruits anything you desire. He always feels his heart clench whenever you smile at him so grateful for the food he made. He always is up bright and early too and even up late at night if you desire a snack he doesn't mind as long as you smile for him.
Belphie
As stated before he watches Beel with the cooking but is basically right alongside Mammon with being attached to your side. He is always the one with you at night and in the mornings knowing he brings you comfort in your sleep. If you struggle to sleep from pain he just uses his powers to help. He doesn't say much just sleeps with you which oddly enough feels very healing. It's mostly good until Mammon and him argue then it's annoying.

Good thing your doctor's always on speed dial for your health scares, but can he help you out of this one?
gn / m, fluff, romance, hypochondriac reader, leon is your teledoc LMAO, denial of feelings / obliviousness, slightly ooc?? phone call transcript format in lowercase
word count: 1.2k // read on ao3
a/n: for @idyllcy + @hiya-itsamber :3
just a silly scenario i wrote in 2023 when those corny tiktok dual pov slideshows were a thing 😭 leon's dialogue is indented + in blue and nothing is proofread i fear
RINGING… [0:01]
[line connects.]
hi doc, I just wanted to call and tell you that I need to schedule an appointment tomorrow.
that’s awfully soon, I just saw you last week. what’s wrong?
what’s wrong? more like what isn’t wrong. honestly, I think I’d rather just schedule the appointment and not waste more of your time. are you free at 4 tomorrow?
my job is to ask you what’s wrong so I can fix it. cut out the middle man and tell me how you’ve been feeling. the poor receptionist needs a break anyway, flu season has her answering calls from her bathroom.
[nervous laughter.]
are you in the bathroom?
…
never mind that. do you have any new symptoms or have your old ones worsened?
this has to be against HIPAA or something, doc. I’m telling you, I’ll just call later.
[loud flushing sounds and tap water running.]
I’m still waiting.
have it your way then.
mhm.
I have so many symptoms, I don’t even know where to start. you know how I am about cleaning things and staying on top of my health. my chart last appointment was perfect!
minus the minor cold you had, yes. has your cold not improved?
I’m not sure. the congestion and coughing’s all disappeared, but now I have really bad headaches. and hot flashes.
headaches?
uh huh.
what are they like?
they’re…weird. they start in my head, but they spread, like, everywhere.
I see.
can you tell me more about how they spread? is it one big headache or a bunch of little ones at a time?
they start in my temples and if I don’t take medicine for them fast enough, they move down to the bridge of my nose and into my cheeks. I swear I can feel these headaches in my chest.
and that’s when I get these hot flashes. like someone’s microwaving me on high, and I get dizzy, and out of breath, and-
you get headaches in your chest?
in my chest! headaches aren’t supposed to do that right? it feels like my heart jumps. that’s not right, is it?
[sounds of pen scratching on paper.]
but the curious thing is that I’ve had these symptoms before. they’re not new.
huh? I thought they started right after your cold.
no no, it’s just that they go away when I have my appointments. I’ve been doing some research online and I think that right at the time you prescribe me my new medicine, they go away. it all lines up with the release time of the inhibi-
you worry too much. I’m sure it’s not that; none of the medicine I’ve ever given you lines up with your symptoms.
oh.
why didn’t you tell me this when you first started coming to our office? this is important information that needs to be added to your file.
but it really wasn’t that important-
you don’t understand. I need your entire medical history to assign you the right medicine.
I could have triggered some autoimmune disease, or, or, flared up more symptoms.
god, I should have done the bare minimum and checked with your nurse. Florence, is that her name? I need to make some calls. I’ll call you right back.
hey doc? you’re starting to sound like me. don’t worry, I’m coming in for my appointment anyway tomorrow. you don’t have to get all military about it.
you’re one of my first patients. I worry about you.
you do?
it’s my job to worry about you. i quite like my job.
that felt nice to hear.
it’s the truth.
the reason I didn’t tell you about it earlier is because I got a second opinion and I felt guilty about it. I felt like I was cheating on you, somehow.
[laughter.]
what part of your research gave you that idea? you don’t believe I can handle you seeing another healthcare professional?
it’s embarrassing! it wasn’t even a healthcare professional. it was my mom.
your mom counts as a second opinion?
she’s licensed in all matters of life.
I see.
…and the heart.
that so?
she told me it was mmmfmmf [unintelligible].
hm. I still need to hear about this incredibly important second opinion.
she told me I just had a silly crush. can you believe her?
and she might have a point, you know. how did she come to that conclusion?
she totally dismissed my hot flashes and told me that it was normal. same with my headaches and what i’m definitely sure is a developing heart arrhythmia.
that’s…interesting.
I get it, I thought the same thing you’re thinking right now. except she predicted a symptom I didn’t even have when I asked her.
and what symptom would that be?
insomnia! I can’t even sleep anymore. I stay up all night in bed, thinking.
and what do you think about?
to be honest, going back to the doctor’s office.
your office.
my office?
yeah. whenever I go to your appointments, my symptoms go away. it would be stupid to bring up my mom’s theory during checkups, so I’ve never said anything.
you’ve got to be kidding me.
your master plan is to keep getting sick and showing up to my office for 20 minutes a month?
well, it sounds stupid when you say it!
how long did you think this was going to last?
I don’t have a choice. it’s either this or nothing. 20 minutes with you taking my vitals is worth the aches and pains leading up to it because i feel so much better afterwards.
it just feels nice seeing you. i think it’s an environment trigger.
hey doc, you still there?
tell you what, I think you’re going to have to get that second opinion.
why would I do that? didn’t I just explain to you why I can’t? you’re the only one that makes my mysterious disease go away, and besides, there’s no such thing as a second second opinion.
listen to me. I can’t continue your current treatment anymore. it'd be breaking HIPAA to treat you like I need to because of the type of disease you have.
and to be honest, I don’t think it has a cure yet.
are you serious? how much do I need to pay for treatment? what’s my prognosis?
[clattering of pens on desk and line breaks up briefly from movement.]
[quietly.] doc, am I going to live?
[laughs.] you’ll live. I have no doubts about that.
well then, why can’t you treat me?
I can treat you. it’s just that I can’t as your doctor.
you’re not making any sense.
you’re still going to need to schedule that appointment for tomorrow, but it’ll have to be using a different phone number. call XXX-XXX-XXXX.
[furious pen scratching on paper.]
alright, and who am I asking for on the line?
ask for Leon. and dress nice.
that’s required for the appointment?
he has special conditions. it’s a quality of service thing.
…and you’ll be there with the doctor at the appointment?
[light laughter.]
I will.
okay, see you soon.
take care.
[line disconnects.]

I love to tell you stories but I can't remember how they end!
Tenya Iida x ADHD! Reader

You've been dating Tenya for a while, but even before that he had noticed the way you struggle to pay attention, stay still, concentrate, study and how you get sudden waves of energy throughout the day, ending tired and even grumpy!
When you opened to him and told him how you have ADHD his mind clicked, understanding most of your actions!
Tenya would be so understanding. The moment you tell him about your problems concentrating, the way your brain sends random waves of energy over just to end up tired and how it impacts your everyday life he is quick to learn as much as he can about it, asking people around him if they have similar experiences and how they regulate themselves (Denki is his principal source aside from you).
You take medications?
If you take medication, he would made sure to draw you a schedule for them, adding water intake and multiple breaks for you to be properly active throughout the day. He would totally do it in black and white for you to paint it! He heard that it can help you memorize it!
Troubles eating?
He would check the food you eat, making sure the levels of sugar are not too high, to evade artificial food, too processed, if they have dangerous food colorings, chemicals, etc. You name it, he already checked! He would only force you to eat things if they're healthy and you are extra picky, disguising them with spices and more!
Chores? Boring!
He would treat chores as games! Setting timers to receive stickers and such. He read about it online and does it with Denki too, making chores far more fun to finish and maintaining everything in order.
Studying with Tenya
Study dates would be in calm spaces with little to no distractions, fringing fidget toys to keep you stimulated and low sugar snacks to not get distracted my hunger. Small breaks in between assignments are a must and he knows it! Giving you a shoulder pat or a kiss (depending to how private the space is) as a reward for how good you're doing. He's rigid, but who is he to deny a little kiss in return for your intelligence?
Zoomies!
Oh no, zoomies time! You suddenly want to dance? Go outside? Run? The beach? The park? He's up for it! Using those moments to help you workout. You want to dance? Aerobics it is. Go outside? Hiking seems perfect to build strength! Run? You know he's up for it. The beach? Some laps on the sand to build resistance! Park? You'll be climbing trees and jumping! He knows how to make everything healthy.
Hobbies? Handcrafting
If you suddenly want to do handcrafted things he's willing to test you! Building things out of wood, let's test how you put crafting and building classes to work, you have to measure and cut precisely after all. Building with Legos is a big activity for him! He makes sure to put physics to the test, building giant places with you, bridges, houses, towers and more! This sweet boy gives the healthiest activities always.
Post-zoomies tiredness
He knows how tired you get after those moments of full energy and he has ways to help calm down during those, but he won't mind hugging you and cuddling to sleep afterwards, you get so tired! He'll encourage afternoon naps, his investigations led to realize that allowing you 20 minutes of sleep afterwards you wake up renewed so he makes sure you fall asleep and tracks your sleep for any sort of weird movements (he knows how anxious you can get too and is sure to wake you up and comfort you).
He'll make sure you have something to eat as soon as you wake up, yogurt with fruits are his go to! But granola bars and cookies or crackers work too if they're low in sugar. He'll have you working after that!
Hiperfixations!
You've got hiperfixations? Don't even worry about it, he'll encourage you to explore them safely and make sure that you won't do something bad such as isolate yourself just to indulge in it or spend huge amounts of money, they don't last enough and you always end up thinking "what have I done?" So he scolds you if you suddenly have a wall full with certain hiperfixation that is based in buying things, economical responsibility will be teached to you whether you like it or not.
Meltdowns? Breakdowns?
He understands when you get overwhelmed, there's so much going in your head at the same time that he can't even reprimand you for crying and suddenly getting angry at everyone. He'll try and get you to calm down in his arms, if it's needed he'll give you a calming tea or some light sleeping pills. As soon as your eyes get teary or your voice raises in that particular way, he holds your hand and takes you to a more private space, allowing you to let everything out and wind down, not an ounce of judging. At first it was overwhelming for him to try and calm you down with logic, now he understands that emotions are mostly not logical. He'll whisper sweet words and reassurance while you slowly calm down, he won't even judge you if you subconsciously regress when you're having a meltdown, he knows you seek the comfort of a home when you're crying or angry with the world and your self, caressing your back and calling you his little baby.
He'll bring you something warm to drink, a stuffed animal of your choice or a warm weighted blanket to ground you, he'll drop anything he's doing to comfort you during a breakdown.
Non-verbal or silent treatment?
He understands if you can't talk afterwards or simply don't want to, such strong emotions much leave you so tired that it's hard to communicate. If you go non-verbal he'll find ways to still communicate, even teaching himself and you simple sign language or reading your expressions to keep you comfortable and give you a way to communicate yourself without words.
If you do use silent treatment he'll feel hurt, why would you just ignore him like that? The first few times he'll excuse you but then he'll sit you down and talk about how much your silence hurts him, how you do not even looking at him. Both of you will find ways to bring you out of that state, slowly helping you stop that bad habit.
A/N: This is based off my own experience and my struggles as someone with ADHD, remember that it changes and variates between people! I tried to make these as inclusive as I could and not too based in just me, you're free to add anything in the comments!!

Make That Double, CH3 - Yan!SatoSugu x Fem!Reader [AO3]
Word Count: 5.7K
Warnings: non-con, lactation kink (with geto), cock warming (in both holes), fingering, rimming (fem. receiving), vibrator wands, anal (with dildo), groping, mentions of diet monitoring
Geto shows you a bit of mercy following… all of that. As he helps you settle in, he allows you to continue your graduate studies online via a heavily locked, proctored, and guarded computer, and under strict supervision by any of his devotees. You suppose you can’t complain in that regard; maybe he has some sense, knowing how expensive higher education already is, and you’re almost done, anyway. Once you graduate, he doesn’t have to worry about that, anymore, and he claims to be a patient, understanding man.
What a bucket of sheer bullshit.
There are other rules you have to follow. He puts you on certain medications, that he doesn’t discuss the purpose of at all. He makes you exercise, since he figures it best you maintain peak health. He plans to monitor your diet, but he’s not overly restrictive.
It’s crass, and it’s frankly unbelievable how quickly your life went to shit after working at that goddamn café. Funny how the most trivial decisions in your life can change the entire trajectory of it—for better or for worse. And this is so much worse than you have ever imagined. (And that imagination of yours doesn’t stretch very far, because you don’t want to entertain the possibility of just how much worse your situation can get. After all, you have bear witnessed to some unseen forces both Geto and Gojo are gifted with manipulating. You can’t even perceive it. So what the fuck?)
After submitting your assignments for the week—you’re thankful you can uphold at least one aspect of your life—you accompany the twins while Geto is off scamming his clients. You know very little of the cult he organizes, but apparently, it’s all just a big coverup. You don’t care to dig into the details, either. You have seen enough of what he is capable of doing, and that’s as much as you need to know.
Nanako shuffles the deck of cards for another round. The twins engage you in friendly games of Nines or B.S. It is actually sort of endearing they want to make you feel like you’re part of the family, and if you didn’t know any better, you might have fallen for it. But now that you know the reason Geto and Gojo targeted you in the first place is because they wanted you, you’re frightened of crossing them, as well.
Now you’re in the middle of a third round of B.S.
“Okay, well, I’m putting down a 3—!” you lie through your teeth because all you have are Kings, Queens, and Aces, which Mimiko immediately calls you out on.
“B.S.! That’s a hefty hand of cards now!” she giggles with a little twinkle in her eyes that otherwise seem dull and lifeless.
You sigh in defeat, grinning as you swipe the hefty stack of cards in question and keep them steady in your hands. As long as the girls are enjoying themselves, you suppose.
“Well! I put down my only card which is a 4!!! I win!” Nanako laughs as she slams the card down on the low wooden table before doing a little victory dance.
“Wow, I haven’t played these card games since childhood. It brings back a lot of memories,” you comment, and Mimiko perks up at that.
“We hope you can make tons of new memories with us,” Mimiko replies. At that, you frown a bit.
“Girls,” you start, drumming your fingers along the table. “Forgive me if this is out of line to ask you, but why did you request me?”
“Because we like you,” Nanako answers quickly. She and Mimiko exchange a look.
“And we don’t want Master Geto to get lonely,” the twins say in unison.
Finally, Mimiko adds, as her eyes seem to understand more than she ever dares let on: “You seemed lonely, too, so we wanted you here with us.”
You are, you definitely concede to that, but this is not the remedy you had in mind.
“Master Geto is our hero,” Nanako babbles on with a fond smile. “He rescued us from a village when we were really small! The villagers were going to kill us because they thought we were heretics. But he killed them all before they could. So we owe him everything! We wouldn’t be alive without Geto!”
You freeze as you process the information. That’s a side to Geto you’re not sure you admire, because he still killed people as a means to an end. While to protect two girls who aren’t as innocent as they seem…you still aren’t wholly convinced of him being a hero in any sense of the word.
But maybe that doesn’t matter, because he’s a hero to these girls. It doesn’t seem to bother them what he does, because they blindly follow him.
“I see,” you mumble, handing your cards to Nanako as she shuffles the deck for a new game. You hear the opening door emit a slight creak and there enters Geto, smiling at the sight of you bonding with his girls who he holds dear to his heart. His heavy footsteps draw near, and your breath hitches. Instinctively, you rise to your feet to greet him.
“My little dove, I’m happy to see the twins enjoy your company so much already,” he drawls as he beckons you to come to him with a curl of his finger. You wordlessly obey. You don’t look into his eyes.
But then he tucks his bony fingers under your chin and lifts your head. Before bidding farewell to the girls,
“Follow me,” he instructs, and you once again wordlessly obey, your feet already moving to follow him back to his bedroom.
At least you know the underground dungeon is a one-time thing…but that doesn’t make your situation any less difficult.
“I’m sorry I had to steal you away,” he sighs as he shuts the door before pinning you there. “I missed you too much.”
“I thought the girls were the only reason you chose me,” you retort, but there’s no true bite to your words. You know better than to try to fight back a force you don’t understand.
“True,” he concedes with a low hum, as he drags his finger along your jawline. You can’t stop yourself from wincing at his touch and he tuts at that. “But you must understand how much I desire you, too.”
“No, I don’t, I’m afraid,” you mumble and you hear him sigh once more, pressing a feathery light kiss to your forehead before pulling away.
“I merely took you away so we can further discuss this arrangement. As you know, you’re to remain with me. Satoru will make occasional visits here, and he plans on stopping by later in the week,” he rambles on. “I expect you already know what he expects. He has this thing about sharing, and he’s as fond of you as I am.”
“So what,” you stammer, as your timid eyes meet his. “Is this some kind of sick free use fantasy of his?”
Geto purses his lips. “Call it what you like. But if you knew what was best for you, you’d accept it. After all, I can’t have him be unfulfilled, hm? He’s dear to me, you know.”
A response dies on your tongue—how the hell are you supposed to react when you know you can’t speak your truth? Not unless you want to be scorched to death like those chefs and those customers. Yet even in spite of that you find yourself grinding your teeth, your response packing a lot more bite than you want it to as your blood simmers beneath your skin.
“Alright. Whatever,” you finally say. “I’m just glad you’re sensible enough to let me finish pursuing my education.”
“Of course,” he jives, in a tone that insinuates you’re the foolish one for expecting otherwise, folding his arms over his chest. “Under strict supervision. Not that there’s much you can do if you try to run or call for help. Satoru and I have eyes everywhere, my little dove.”
You nod grimly. “If that’s all you wanted to say, may I be excused?”
His eyebrows furrow. “You don’t have power over that.”
“Geto,” you sigh, daring to take a step closer to him, resting a gentle hand on his chest. “Please, have a heart. I know you must have one somewhere if you did what you did for the girls for the reasons they claimed.”
“So, they told you,” he mutters, as his eyes bore into yours, as if searching for some kind of reaction other than what you’re displaying which is sheer indifference. That’s what you ought to strive for in a situation like this, isn’t it? Because it’s not like you can ever expect to be happy in this arrangement. “The girls were vulnerable then.”
“Yes,” you respond, tone laden with disgust. “In an effort to convince me about you, I suppose.”
“Did it work?” he asks, casting a side glance at you. He sounds… hopeful. And you want to squash those dreams beneath your heel like it’s a nasty bug. He doesn’t deserve anything from you, not a single damn thing.
“You figure it out,” you retaliate, the venom still oozing in your tone unintended yet you can’t stop it from spewing everywhere.
You almost regret it as soon as those words slipped from your mouth. Something flashes in his violet eyes, but he holds himself back this time. Huh. Maybe you can have a voice somewhere. Not all hope is lost, perhaps?
Biting back a groan, he replies: “If it will take you a bit more convincing, then I suppose you would be delighted to know that within reason, you are still allowed to go out from the temple. As long as you’re with us. You’re part of the family, and we want you to be comfortable here with us. It’s only appropriate you behave as if you operate as one of us.”
Gosh, that guy really likes spewing a lot of bullshit, doesn’t he?
“Nothing is going to change, Geto,” you tell him, “Nothing you do to try to win me over is going to work.”
His hand constricting around your neck interrupts you, and you struggle to breathe as his nails dig into your sensitive flesh.
He pins you to the door behind you, your head colliding with a light thud. You grunt, gritting your teeth.
“Have you stupidly forgotten your place?” he sneers into your ear. “You’re alive because I want you to be. I can kill you in the blink of an eye. Yet you’re here for one reason—because I will it.
“Be a good girl, little dove, and I’ll be the perfect lover for you. But you try to cross me, or be a little brat? It won’t be good news for you. Do you understand?”
You curtly nod, struggling to speak. He relaxes his grip on your neck. His eyes soften.
“I don’t wish for things to be difficult between us, but you humans, you monkeys…you all think you’re holier-than-thou. Which can’t be further from the truth,” he snarls, “I want this to work out, my dear. Not just for the girls, but for me and for Satoru. Don’t you understand?”
He cups your face, thumbs brushing along your skin as his violet gaze bores into your eyes.
“You’re wanted here. Alive and well and thriving. We will leave you wanting for nothing as long as you cooperate,” Geto finishes, releasing his grip on you. He shuffles around the room and acquires you a robe similar to his. He tosses it to you. “Get dressed now. And don’t be shy. I’ve already seen everything so there’s no reason for you to hide.”
Something lodges in your throat; a protest dying on your tongue as you do as you’re instructed. Light wisps of the fabric fill your ears as you strip down, fold your clothes and set them aside, and arm yourself in the robe. It’s pure silk. Airy. Light. Comforting and breathable. Almost like you’re wearing nothing.
Geto tilts your head up by the chin again and latches something around your neck. A pure gold chain, skintight. The pendant in the middle is the cult’s insignia.
“I’d have used a collar if I didn’t find those so vulgar,” he whispers, as his finger brushes down your cheek. So light you can barely feel it. “Plus you’re far above such dehumanization. Consider it a compliment. I don’t say such words to monkeys, especially. You’re part of the family now. Soon, you’ll be acquainted with the rest of them.”
People actually follow this guy? …And why does he call humans ‘monkeys’? Is it some weird evolutionist crap?
You avert your gaze to your feet. You don’t know how all of this sits with you, but all you have to know is that you’re not okay with it. Dread coils in your stomach and heart. You can’t believe what’s become of you, and you’re not even fighting back—why not? Because you don’t know what you’re facing. How can you fight back when you’re not even fully aware of the world of which you unwittingly entered?
“Before we go,” he drawls, grasping your hands and dipping you slightly as he presses his lips to yours for a moment. He then scoops you into his arms princess style and carries you to his bed. “I want to enjoy some alone time with you.”
He leans in again, pressing his lips to yours. Soft, light at first. But then his kisses become hungrier. He pries apart a bit of the robe—the robe must be for easy access, huh?—tracing the outline of your lacy baby pink bra as he trails kisses along your collarbone.
“The medication might take a bit to work, but that doesn’t mean I still can’t…enjoy these,” he grunts, removing your bra to reveal your beautiful mounds; the tip of his tongue flicking at your perky nipple before sucking it into his mouth. You can’t fight back the low hiss from the contact that becomes a low moan. Your nipples are already oversensitive as it is.
He draws his tongue around your nipple, growling low and guttural. More experimental sucks and you swear you feel something. You gasp, your lips still parted as his eyes widen. Something hits his tongue. White liquid.
Is that what all of this is for..?
“B-but I’m not…” you whimper, chewing on your lip.
“The medication I put you on,” he explains as he removes your nipple with a pop, kissing around your mound. “Combined with your new nutrition plan. It aids in this.”
He pinches your nipple and more milk splatters onto his lips, which he eagerly licks clean with a pleased sigh before latching onto it again, suckling hard. More pitchy whines escape your parted, rosy lips. Instinctively your hands move to cradle his head in place.
He’s drinking your tit like his life is on the line, like he can’t live without it.
“Geto…?” you whimper, as a blush blooms on your cheeks.
“Suguru,” he corrects, his voice muffled slightly.
“Suguru, I…” your breath is caught in your throat before another moan leaves your lips. He continues to greedily nurse on your nipple, the slosh, slosh, sloshing of the liquid leaking from the tip so lewd and intimate.
He finally pulls back, tongue running over his lips as he catches any lingering droplets of your milk. He sighs, purely content for the moment. Before he adjusts your robe, he kisses along your breasts.
“Pull yourself together,” he commands, though his tone is softer—bordering on affectionate, even. “The girls want to go out to eat.”
Geto following through on his promises, being a man of his word and all, so you’re allowed to go out with them like a normal family. As normal as this family can appear, anyway.
The twins want to go to check out some new bakery since…considering what happened at the café you worked at, it’s probably best not to return. Besides, he also explains to you that to the public you’re just another member of the family. Your school doesn’t think you’re kidnapped, so there’s no reason for you to not be able to stretch your legd as long as you’re kept on a tight leash.
You may call it merciful, but it’s just basic human rights to you.
You halt in place as you take in the scenery of the park Geto and the twins take you on a stroll through. It’s a gorgeous, spacious botanical garden with duck ponds and various stone paths leading to different segments. It’s beautiful, yet your eyes rest on a particular couple having a picnic under a cherry blossom tree. It’s not in season. Ut the prospect alone is romantic enough. Yet another thing you have lost your chance at having.
Geto calls out your name, and you twist your head to meet his cold gaze.
“We must get a move on. The girls are very excited to try this place out. We don’t want to make them wait, don’t we?”
“May I request a quick break?” you mumble, your gaze flitting back to the couple grazing in their little corner. A longing sigh leaves your plump lips. Why has something like this happened to you? Why not some other unfortunate soul, someone who may actually benefit from this? (If anyone can benefit from such an absurd arrangement?)
Geto approaches you, his cold gaze melting into something almost tender. You wish you can spit in his face. You wish you can taunt him, mock him, beat him down. But you have no power over him and you know it. You have to play the long game. That’s fine. You can do that.
You may not have any power…yet.
“Is something troubling you?” He follows your gaze to the blissfully unaware couple, a frown stressing his features as he appears to be grappling with why they caught your attention.
“You took so many of my dreams away,” you mutter, tone sharper than intended but you get your point across, nevertheless. Your fingers dig into the fabric of the robe Geto gave you. You await punishment for any perceived defiance, squeezing your eyes shut for a moment as you wait to embrace a slap, or anything other physical blow. Yet nothing comes.
You pry your eyes back open. He’s drawn near you, his face contorted into a contemplative expression. As if he almost feels the weight of some guilt over his actions but you know that to be false. Just in your imagination. No one as heartless as he can feel a shred of remorse.
“That may still be a reality,” he assures you as he rests a firm hand on your shoulder, squeezing it. “Between us.”
You shake your head. “No. I’m more like your concubine. There is nothing between us.”
Geto’s body tensed, his nostrils flaring and his breath hitching in his throat. He glowers at you, and you know you’re about to face something terrible for calling him out on his bullshit.
“For that to be true, you would need to be living in a status below me, which clearly isn’t the case,” he explains as he attempts to regain his composure; he’s not one to lose patience but around you, that’s become a challenge for him. As if to prove his point, his finger traces along the gold chain of your neck. “You are…special, to me. I only hope you come to understand how much you matter here.”
You’re so fucking full of shit, you think to yourself, knowing better than to speak your truth.
He murmurs your name. “Let’s not cause a scene around the girls. They want to bond with you.”
You glance at Nanako and Mimiko, who seem absorbed in their own world, walking ahead of you and Geto, babbling to each other about some gossip magazine they read together.
“Fine, only for the girls,” you scoff as you attempt to maintain a neutral expression, brushing past him. You grimace as the gold chain hidden beneath the robe he forced you to wear jingles a bit—that’s just to reinforce the fact that you have no power over yourself anymore.
He may not think of you as a pet, but he treats you like one.
“Mr. Geto! Hurry up!!!” Nanako calls from over her shoulder as you approach her. You let out a little gasp as Nanako grasps your hand and squeezes it, like a child would with their mother.
“I’m coming, Nanako. Don’t worry,” he calls back as he catches up in a few strides. He tags behind you, his stare boring into the back of your skull as you keep holding Nanako’s hand. Between the girls, Nanako appears to be more openly trusting.
In spite of yourself, you smile at the idea. Even if the girls have set you up to live under Geto’s rules, you don’t mind being around them. You do wish it was under different circumstances…
Nanako calls your name and your eyes meet hers.
“What kind of video games do you like?” she asks, her eyes brimming with curiosity.
“Oh! Um…” You rack your mind for something. “I used to love playing Mario Kart back in the day! And Sonic Adventure 2. But I don’t think I ever strayed beyond that…”
“Oh! Then we can introduce you to cool stuff! Geto doesn’t like to play, so it’ll be awesome to have you be playing against us!”
Geto grumbles something to himself. “Video games are a waste of time.”
“Says you, Mr. Geto!” Nanako chides, “You just say that because monkeys make them!”
“Perhaps,” he concedes with a huff.
Monkeys? Again? Is that what he calls normies or something? Who does he think he is? Draco Malfoy?
“You’re not a monkey,” Nanako tells you with a cutesy grin. “You’re awesome! Geto thinks so too. He just won’t say it outright!”
You glance at him, eyes twinkling in curiosity. You’re far from flattered by the discovery, but you wonder what Geto really thinks of you.
He avoids your gaze, focused on his feet but he still tails close behind you.
“Geto,” you address him, but he interjects.
“Suguru,” he corrects you, yet again. “You don’t call me Geto.”
The slightest hint of irritation flashes in your eyes.
How about I call you Tweedledee and Gojo Tweedledum and we call it good? Oh how you wish you could say what you really thought.
“Suguru, I, um…” you start again, wincing at your own wavering tone. You make a face. You can’t believe yourself and what you’re about to do, but flashing Nanako an apologetic smile, you retract your hand and secure your arms around one of Geto’s. He tenses for a moment, likely from surprise, but eases into the touch. Nanako grins at the sight before turning to babble on about something with Mimiko.
“You don’t need to,” Geto murmurs to you, chin nuzzling into your hair.
“It’ll make them happy,” is all you say in response.
All you’re thinking of now is appeasing the girls. Your happiness doesn’t matter anymore. It seems as if it never did.
Geto only hums, securing his hold on you as you approach the new bakery the twins have been dying to try.
Per Geto’s command, you find yourself back underground. You know what’s coming next. While he hasn’t done all that much to you just yet, things are about to change. You shouldn’t get too comfortable.
Especially when you hear steps descending down there stairs. And in strides Tweedledum, adorned in casual clothes as opposed to the school uniform he had on last time. You can only wonder what kind of danger he puts his students in if he has this side to him.
He still wears those fancy Cartier sunglasses indoors and you don’t understand why—is it just symbolic of the fact that he’s richer than most people? It kind of seems it.
“Princess? Suguru? I’m baaaaaack,” Gojo announces in a singsong tone as he greets Geto with a quick smooch. You wince. Geto has kept his hands off of you for the most part in the first week. Perhaps in an effort to be hospitable and warm. But Gojo definitely has a lot in mind for you.
It’s a Friday evening. In another world, you’re probably helping yourself to a whole bottle of wine while binging terrible chick flicks until you pass out. But nope. Life has other cruel plans for you, and it’s all because of Tweedledee and Tweedledum.
Like Geto’s told you, he wants Gojo’s part of the deal fulfilled. You have to smile and bear it. You’re back in that underground dungeon but at least you’re a bit freer to move for the time being. This is where Geto arranges Gojo to meet for their ‘secret’ meetings that not even the girls know about, apparently. Gojo and Geto are supposedly playing on different sides of some war going on and you don’t care to dig into it all that much. It doesn’t involve you, anyway.
There’s a large, opulent, red velvet couch where you’re seated on, and Gojo slides in with you, yanking you into his lap as his hands are already all over your breasts just like before.
He whimpers into your ear; an unmistakable hardness rubs against your bottom. He smirks into your skin as he buries your face into your neck. A hand works to spring his cock free from his pants. Your eyes widen. Of course his cock is fucking huge.
“Suguru says we need to ease you into it, but I think you can handle it,” he mutters, removing your robe and pulling your panties aside. His finger drags down your folds, already a bit damp, and he sighs dreamily as he inspects the slick coating his fingers. “Hm. We need to slick you up just a bit more before I insert it, hm? Stretch you out with my fingers first?”
Through his endless babbling, you don’t notice he’s already slipped two fingers easily inside, cooing sweet nothings into your ear as your spongy walls are already squeezing around him. Geto soon accompanies you, settling onto the couch beside Gojo.
“Satoru,” he murmurs, “Completely lost patience, have you?”
They share a chaste kiss, and Gojo slips a third finger, making you keen from the wide stretch.
“Can’t help it, Suguru,” he pouts, keeping a gentle yet quick pace. “Been thinking about this pussy too long.”
Geto observes the scene unfold, his lips twitching into a smirk as his eyes fall to your pussy glistening in your building, soppy slick. Finally, he pulls them out, only to bring his fingers to Geto’s lips so he can suck them clean, groaning at your taste as Gojo lines the tip of his dick to your quivering entrance.
“Fuck, such a tight pussy, and the head’s not even all the way in,” Gojo chuckles, and you manage to shoot a glare which only seems to make him giddier as he inches more of his length inside. “Don’t worry, Princess. I won’t be moving. Just getting you used to it first. I promised Suguru we’d take things slow with you.”
Soon you’re fully seated on his cock, and God, his size stretches you so wide and fills you up to the brim. When he moves even fhe slightest bit you can feel his tip brush against that spot.
“Your tight little asshole must feel so empty,” Gojo coos in a condescending way, as he turns to Geto still slurping on his fingers for anything left of your essence before he retracts his hand. “Suguru?”
“She’ll need a bit more prep for mine in there, even if we’re not moving, don’t you think?” Geto muses as he drops to his knees, spitting into your back hole. You gasp in shock.
You can’t even fight it.
His tongue rims the ring of your ass before the tip catches. Geto lets out a low groan, his tongue laving around the rim a few more times before he plunges it inside.
“Su-Suguru…?”
“Oh, already on first name basis, are we? In that case, let me here you say mine,” Gojo purrs as he presses open mouthed kisses on your neck.
“S-Satoru…” you hate how weak and meek you sound, but you’re being assaulted on both ends.
“Fuck, my name sounds so good from you,” he growls, nipping at your supple skin, leaving behind deep marks.
Geto fucks his tongue deep inside your ass and you squirm a bit in Gojo’s hold. He’s the one tutting this time, gripping your waist.
“Go ahead, baby,” he taunts with a wide, manic grin. “The more you squirm, the tighter you feel. And fuck, do you fit my cock like the perfect little sleeve.”
Gojo whips out his phone, tapping record as Geto continues to twist his tongue deep inside and you can feel his wide smile as he performs for the camera. Luckily Gojo doesn’t record for long, slipping his phone back into his pocket, focusing on lounging as you’re warming up his cock with your twitching insides.
“Hey Princess, ever given a blowjob before?” Gojo asks as Geto pries his tongue out, only to soon replace it, teasing the ring of muscle with the girthy tip of his cock.
You shake your head. Gojo hums, tutting again as he pets your hair.
“No worries,” he laughs as Geto inches the head of himself inside of you, making you bite your cheek hard to avoid shrieking. Tears prick at the corners of your eyes.
Somuchsomuchtoomuch—!
Geto finally has his entire size inside of you. And you’re filled to the brim in both holes. You feel like such a slut.
Your breathing becomes more broken. It’s so full.
You deflate between the two men. Tweedledee and Tweedledum really isn’t that far off the mark from describing them, right?
“You’re taking us better than we expected,” Geto purrs, pressing a kiss to your shoulder. “Like I said before, it must definitely feel good to get real cock in there.”
“Just how much of a slut are you if you’ve been wearing these sexy panties and bras when you’re single? Were you secretly hoping for something like this to happen to you?” Gojo teases, playfully smacking your ass a bit too hard, making you yelp. “Our Princess really is that lonely, hmmm?”
“Satoru,” Geto admonishes, but he doesn’t seem to be all that angry, rather just as entertained. “Remember what I said about picking on the helpless too much.”
“You’re seriously on about that again?” Gojo scoffs, playfully bucking his hips to brush against that spot and making you gasp again. “Fiiiiine. I’ll play nice.”
“Please, it’s too much,” you beg through a moan.
“Oh? Is it really? Are you sure? But your holes are practically begging to milk our cocks dry,”’Gojo jives, nipping at your bottom lip before laving his tongue along it to soothe the mark forming there.
“Yes, little dove. We have to train you a bit, you know,” Geto continues, a finger tracing down your arm. “We’re kind enough not to pull the cart before the horse. We could have chosen to be crueler but that would prove ineffective.”
“Yeah, besides,” Gojo murmurs into your lips before softly pecking them. “There’s no fun in breaking someone we would rather cherish and spoil.”
Are these pieces of shit out of their goddamn minds!?
“I…” you whisper, clenching your fists as Geto adjusts in his spot a bit. “Please it’s too much…” You repeat, hoping they show you mercy and relent.
Gojo and Geto share a glance. Sighing, Geto is the first to pull out, but he’s shuffling around the room to find something. Perhaps a compromise.
Gojo finally pulls out, but keeps you secured in his lap. He spreads your legs wide and rests his large, calloused hands on your inner thighs. His grip is firm, as if daring you to try to break free. You know better than to try. He nuzzles his nose into your neck, inhaling your fresh scent.
“Just got cleaned up and now we’re going to make a mess out of you again,” he chuckles darkly. Geto returns, a large vibrator wand and dildo in either hand. You pale at the sight. The very models you have used before…just how long have they been tracking you?
“While this goes here,” Geto announces in an authoritative tone, wriggling that long, slender pink dildo inside of your back hole without much an issue since it’s been stretched by his size a considerate amount. “This goes here…”
“Hold still, Princess,” Gojo purrs into your ear as you hear the click of Geto switching the vibrator wand on at a moderate setting. He pries your folds apart and rests it between them, and you shout in protest.
“No, no, no, please,” you weep, thrashing a bit in Gojo’s hold but with not much success. His grip on your thighs tighten, and it doesn’t even look like he’s putting much effort into holding you down yet here you are, struggling to break free. They’re not even bothering to use any real restraints because they can handle you on their own. You’re not sure what to make of that.
“I’m sorry, my love, but if this is going to work, you need to let us do this,” Geto commands as he massages the tip of the wand up and along your pussy. Already there’s the squelch, slorp, slick of your intimate juices. It’s so fucking humiliating and yet you find yourself inching yourself closer to the sensation. All the while Gojo’s fucking the dildo into your ass, sinking it all the way in and out. They work together like the perfect team of menaces, and that’s exactly what they are.
“Fuck, please, I can’t,” you whine as you feel your orgasm hitting you like a tidal wave crashing over you. You shiver as your ass flutters around the dildo. Your pussy is pulsing against the vibrator and Geto decides to amp up the setting just a bit more.
“Yes you can,” Geto demands with a dangerous smile, pushing the vibrator to your circle your clit. “Let’s see if we can get a few more, hm? We know this isn’t your first rodeo with toys like these. I’m sure you’ve gotten carried away on your own.”
So what if you have?
He leans in, eyes locked on yours. “We won’t stop until we get five more out of you.”
“Damn,” Gojo laughs under his breath. “What happened to taking things slow?”
Geto gives him a non-committal hum. “Perhaps I lost patience, too.”

Your post about "transitioning to escape gender but then there's more gender" has been rotating furiously in my mind since I saw it. When I first realized I was trans at age 15, I identified as agender, but I knew I wanted to go on T and get top surgery so I decided it would be simpler to tell everyone I was a trans man and that just kind of became the truth. Now 10 years later I'm sorta starting to feel like I wanna actually be agender again, but the idea of an identity shift like that at my current age is terrifying and idek who I'd tell, or how I'd do it, and I don't think I wanna stop using he/him exclusively, and I have no idea why I'm telling *you* this other than that I'm scared to talk to anyone I know about it because it feels like somehow admitting that I was wrong about the gender I fought like hell to become, even though i don't really think that's the case I think my sense of self might just be continuously evolving... but I just wanna say you talking about having a gender shift like once every several years is helping me process this rn and feel like I'm not faking anything now AND wasn't faking anything before.
Dog i am right there with you. As a kid I always thought gender was bullshit, the coercive nature of it disgusted and scared me and I rebelled against it the best that I could. I loathed being assigned to any gender category, I never identified as a "girl", but I didn't really identify with any other category either. Puberty terrified me (and of course, it does most young people, but it felt like it would only more deeply entrench the category that I was assigned to in other people's minds, it made it more difficult to escape). I had trans friends as a teen but it did not occur to me to transition because there was really no end goal that I wanted to head toward, I just knew what I wanted to avoid and not experience. I coped mostly by degendering my body with a fairly androgynous style and way of presenting myself to the word and mannerisms, but also by starving myself which was not so great, and not sustainable. I considered transness for myself, even trying on a friend's binder and presenting masculinely at certain queer events, but it seemed to me at the time like just another way in which to obsess over gender, a foolish coercive socially constructed thing that i was trying to avoid.
In my 20s, I learned more about nonbinary people and figured that explained things pretty well. I was enamored with the transition journeys of some other trans people, largely trans women more than trans masculine ones (with some trans-effeminate faggot boy exceptions), but I still didn't want to take on all the expense and uncertainty and hassle of navigating the medical system for myself. I didn't think that the pursuit of being happy merited taking on so many risks or fiddling with myself so much. I saw it as an extravagance I didn't deserve, I guess, and I also couldn't locate a target outcome that seemed desirable enough for me. I was still dealing with an eating disorder and recovering from some trauma and didn't really think about my life in the long term. I guess I still don't, haha, whoops.
Eventually I came out as nonbinary, and nobody really gave a shit. There is a lot of useless, solidarity-breaking discourse that happens online about essentially who is "more" oppressed, binary trans people or nonbinary people, and a lot of that fight amounts to the two groups shouting about the ways in which they annoy one another without there being any cogent analysis of power and where oppression comes from (let alone how much those two categories overlap).
But I will say that being a they/them was far more difficult than being a trans guy socially and institutionally, because your identity is completely illegible to every system around you. "binary" trans people struggle under this too, but i have found there are some immense benefits to having a socially and institutionally legible target gender. nobody would fucking actually they/them me. not anyone. not even other trans people and queer people. there were no public gendered spaces for me. there were no spaces for me. there was no way to move through the medical system, professional life, and other public institutions as a nonbinary person. i was still just a cis woman in everyone's eyes. including the people who claimed to support me. and it was massively frustrating.
and so i think ultimately, i took my frustrations with not being at all able to escape coerced gendering as a nonbinary person and combined that with the affinity i do feel for queer men and the general sense of misery i was still experiencing in my life and decided what the hell, i'll round myself up to being a trans guy. i upped my T dose, i dressed more masculinely, i eventually got a super masculine hair cut that really squared off my jawline and got me gendered correctly, and i started more consciously inhabiting queer men's spaces.
and it was pretty dope. for a while. i felt the rush of having gotten away with something. when people effortlessly gendered as male i felt freed at last from the pressure to be a woman. i was no longer being coerced into being something that i was not. i had escaped the enforced category so much that people couldn't even see the history of that category being pushed onto me. there was relief.
but then. as always happens. people made little comments about my handshake being too weak for a man. the hypermasc dudes at the leather bar rolled their eyes at me and all the other effeminate dudes swanning around the bar. the people who picked me up off the apps or at the sauna would always let it slip, eventually, that they had a lot of experience with trans guys, or had most recently been dating all trans guys, and it would make me feel like a stock character to them, yet another category into which all kinds of assumptions had been projected. a type not a person. a few people said my haircut made me look like i was in the military or described me as actually masculine, which was equally jarring because it was so incorrect. people tried to affirm me by saying i was such a dude, i was such a man, i was such a fag, i was such a gay bro, pawing all over me leaving the mark of all their assumptions and oversimplifications behind. i had tried to run away from gender and there i was just BASTING all the time in everybody's goddamn assumptions about gender. trans people didn't talk about it any less than cis people did, they were just as fucking confining to be around.
it honestly feels really dirty. when people try to affirm your gender constantly and can't stop talking about it, when people look past you and see only your body, your history, or the role they have typecast you in, when people use your body as an outlet for their own gender or sexuality explorations, when they keep trying to measure every single facet of existence up into being masculine or being feminine or being toppy or bottomy or any other gendered type, it's claustrophobic.
as a trans man i tried playing this whole gender game and the second i started winning i began to feel even more disgusted with myself. it wasn't a victory or an escape, it was a capitulation. exploring with my identity and presentation has brought positive things into my life and my health has gotten better as a result, and i've made wonderful friends who, like me, are disaffected by this coercive gendering system. so i don't regret any of that. but trying to make myself legible under the existing gendered system was a fool's fucking errand. i wish i hadnt done it to myself and i wish i hadnt had it pushed onto me. to be clear, it was cissexist, binarist society that forced it onto me; even when other queer people coated me in their gendered assumptions that is obviously a byproduct of societal conditioning, and it's conditioning that ive reinforced in my own behavior and outlook toward others plenty of times too. we all do it, and we are all wronged by the existing coercive gender system.
i dont even care how i fucking identify anymore and i have no intention of changing pronouns again or anything, i'm so bored of it, i just actually want off this fucking thing. im not interested in trying to make others understand what i am anymore or in who i am even being simply categorizable, i dont want to obsess anymore over how i am perceived or to attempt engineer my appearance and mannerisms to broadcast an identity to anyone. i dont even want to fuck anybody right now at all because im so sick of how much that's a gender pantomime for people. i want off this fuckin ride man im so done.
it's kind of freeing, to hit this point of complete gender apathy, and i think it is a pretty common stage of identity development for a lot of queer people who have explored multiple identities and roles over time. there is no category that i actually am, or that anyone is, there are just the frameworks that society has given us to work with to understand ourselves, and the ways in which we flatten who we are to be able to make sense of the world using those frameworks. but who i actually am is so much more contextual and mutable than all that. i am a different person in the classroom than i am on the train platform than i am in the bedroom than i am cuddling on the couch than i am when i'm working out than i am when curled up on the floor crying than i am at a big furry convention. who i am continues to change as new people come in and out of my life and age and change and my body alters and as the weather turns. who fuckin knows man it's nothing and everything. i want to let it just be

Hello! Sorry about disappearing lol
I got a new job and I've been doing the mandatory WHMIS, food safety, emergency and customer service training. As well as the crap ton of paperwork and online modules, including a fifty-one page contract and NDA form.
But I'm back for the most part! Curious about your thoughts on how cod or yb characters would be with a transmasc boyfriend?
-🫧
It’s all good, bubble anon, I have been semi-absent too. Exam season, my beloved. Also congratulations on your new job! I deeply feel the paperwork and online modules part, my last job required me to complete the 67 of those in the span of 48 hours. Safe to say I was aching all over by the end of it.
Onto your main question, as for YB I think it’s canonical that he’s in love with whoever Darling are, the man really has no preference, huh. So I’d say the only thing that would happen is him doing a lot of research on the subject of his Darling being transmasc and all that entails.
He’d run into the issue of faking his ‘oh my god, really? You don’t say’ when his Darling would come out to him and (voluntarily) let him in on that tidbit about themselves.
Part of him feels bad that he knew about it long before he was actually informed of it, because it is a big deal and it’s such a big step for his boyfriend to trust him like that.
But at the same time the man really can’t help himself. He needed to know everything about the Darling. And by everything, I mean everything.
So he’d just need to make sure his lovely lovely boyfriend never finds out how YB stalked him for months on end, sitting in the closet like a creep. But oops, the man has long tongue and babbles when nervous so honestly it’s just a matter of time before he slips.
But what I love about YB is that he adapts quickly, in my head he learns all the time, part of it out of habit, part of it because he has overactive mind and he tends to be obsessive. So his boyfriend is transmasc? Lovely. Is there any pronouns you use in addition to those he already knows officially? Medication you need to take? Doctor visits or scheduled surgery? Would you use binders or do you have a preference for anything else? Any terms of endearment of his that might trigger? Anything at all, darling?
I think as soon as he finds out a new thing about his boyfriend YB soaks it right up and comes back for more with questions. He wants to understand, he wants to be good for you, he wants to be the best boyfriend and the perfect partner.
The main question is, how hard he’d need to work to get his answers?
Also, pookie, you really need to clarify which COD characters. But to start off with something, I am a big fan of transmasc Soap and occasionally transmasc John Price. Something about it scratches my brain right.
I think Simon really couldn’t have cared less because ‘I’m here to eat not discuss the plate and setting of the table, open them legs up, luv’.
König would be fascinated and probably go down the rabbit hole of everything related to transition. You get up to pee and here he is, eyes bloodshot, reading 15th article about hormonal therapy. Probably overdoes it at times and gets a cake with a ‘congratulations, it’s a boy’.
Phillip Graves shows off his boyfriend whenever and wherever he can, and the man is painfully down bad. Please top him, please, he needs it. Please, he wants half the compound to know he is getting railed within the inch of his life.
But in all seriousness he is incredibly supportive and in my opinion, very casual about it. You want to talk about it? Awesome. You’d like not to mention it? That’s cool. You prefer to tell people that you are trans? Fantastic. You don’t see reasons to do that since what matters is who you are and your journey and what was assigned to you at birth? That’s great, sugar.
Also, horny warning, but imagine John Price stuffing his boyfriend with his fingers, rumbling quietly ‘good fucking boy, bein so pretty for me’. Man rubs his face on your neck, his beard scratching you and he talks and talks and talks. Knowing what effect it would have but really how can he hold back from giving a little love to his boyfriend? (Let’s not mention that you’d quickly develop from boyfriend to husband, Price starts to refer to you as ‘mister’ as soon as you agree to move in. Sorry, lads, mister’s waiting at home, can’t go to a pub.
Also imagine him purring out ‘husband’ as soon as he marries you, lips press in to your jaw because his, all his now, forever and always.

Transgender people: assigning pointless gender roles to everyday clothing, objects, micro behaviors, heavily policing their own behavior to fit a ridiculous stereotypical standard, making every new interaction loaded and awkward with people afraid of stepping on a landmine not knowing how to refer to them without it inducing a meltdown, making their dating pool so incredibly microscopic and predominantly filled with fetishists, diving headfirst into untested medical experimentation in a completely unregulated industry, engaging for hours everyday online in pointless and pedantic online discourse about microlabels and niche, theoretic Marxist thought experiments that help no actual working class person, having unbelievable hostility and unstable emotional reactivity toward any feminist or racial activism that doesn’t center them, etc etc

How Does The Brain Work?
The brain stands as a marvel of biological engineering, Composing of a multitude of bodily functions ranging from cognition and memory to emotions and sensory perception. Together with the spinal cord, it constitutes the central nervous system (CNS), the command center of the human body.
Composition of the Brain

Weighing approximately 3 pounds in adults, the brain’s main structure comprises about 60% fat, interspersed with water, protein, carbohydrates, and salts. Unlike muscles, it houses a complex network of blood vessels and nerves, including neurons and glial cells.
a) Gray and White Matter
Within the central nervous system, gray matter and white matter occupies distinct regions. In the brain, gray matter forms the outer layer, rich in neuron somas, while white matter constitutes the inner section, primarily composed of axons unsheathed in myelin. Conversely, in the spinal cord, this arrangement is reversed.
b) Brain Functionality
The brain operates by transmitting and receiving chemical and electrical signals throughout the body. These signals regulate a myriad of processes, with the brain disseminating each input. Some signals remain confined within the brain, while others traverse the spinal cord and nerves, disseminating information across the body’s expanse. This composes neural network relies on billions of interconnected neurons.
Major Brain Regions and Their Functions

1.Cerebrum
Dominating the brain’s landscape, the cerebrum encompasses the cerebral cortex and underlying white matter. It governs a spectrum of functions, including motor coordination, temperature regulation, language processing, emotional regulation, and sensory perception.
2. Brainstem
Serving as the bridge between the cerebrum and spinal cord, the brainstem comprises the midbrain, pons, and medulla. It regulates vital autonomic functions such as heart rate, breathing, and reflexive responses.
3. Cerebellum
Nestled at the posterior aspect of the brain, the cerebellum coordinates voluntary muscle movements, posture, balance, and motor learning.
Brain Coverings

a) Meninges
Three layers of protective membranes, collectively known as meninges, enshroud the brain and spinal cord. These layers — dura mater, arachnoid mater, and pia mater — shield the delicate neural tissue from physical trauma and infection.
b) Lobes of the Brain
Each hemisphere of the brain comprises four lobes, each harboring distinct functional domains:
Frontal Lobe: Governing executive functions, motor control, and higher cognitive processes.
Parietal Lobe: Integrating sensory information, spatial awareness, and perception of pain and touch.
Occipital Lobe: Specialized for visual processing and perception.
Temporal Lobe: Involved in auditory processing, language comprehension, and memory consolidation.
Deeper Brain Structures

These encompass important structures such as the pituitary gland, hypothalamus, amygdala, hippocampus, and pineal gland, orchestrating hormone secretion, emotional regulation, memory consolidation, and circadian rhythms.
Blood Supply
The brain receives its oxygenated blood supply through the vertebral and carotid arteries, ensuring adequate perfusion of neural tissue. The main network of blood vessels, including the Circle of Willis, safeguards against ischemic insults and facilitates intraarterial communication.
Cranial Nerves

The twelve pairs of cranial nerves, originating from the brainstem, mediate a diverse array of sensory and motor functions, encompassing olfaction, vision, facial expression, and auditory perception.
Comprehending the anatomy and functionality of the brain fosters a deeper appreciation of its complexity and facilitates advances in neuroscientific research and therapeutic interventions aimed at diminishing neurological disorders.
Understanding the detailed anatomy and functionality of the brain is crucial for medical students embarking on their journey of study. Term Paper Writing Service: A Complete Guide to Choosing the Right One
In today’s fast-paced academic environment, students are often overwhelmed with coursework, assignments, and exams. Term papers, an integral part of most curricula, can add to this pressure. Given the time and effort required, many students turn to term paper writing services for assistance. But with so many options available, how do you choose the right one? This comprehensive guide will walk you through everything you need to know about term paper writing services, from what they offer to how to select the best one for your needs.
What is a Term Paper Writing Service?
A term paper writing service provides academic assistance to students by writing, editing, or guiding them through the process of completing term papers. These services are generally staffed by professional writers with expertise in various subjects. The primary goal is to help students achieve better academic outcomes by providing high-quality, well-researched papers tailored to their specific requirements.
Why Do Students Use Term Paper Writing Services?
Students seek out these services for a variety of reasons:
Time Constraints and Academic Pressure: Balancing coursework, part-time jobs, and other responsibilities can be overwhelming. Writing a term paper often requires extensive research and dedicated time, which many students may lack.
Lack of Expertise: Not every student is confident in their writing skills, especially when dealing with complex topics or specific academic formats. Term paper writing services provide access to experts who can handle these complexities with ease.
Balancing Multiple Responsibilities: Many students juggle studies, work, family commitments, and social life. A term paper writing service can help alleviate some of this burden by handling the writing process.
How to Choose the Right Term Paper Writing Service
Selecting a term paper writing service can be daunting. Here are some key factors to consider:
Research and Reviews: Start by looking at reviews and testimonials from other students. Websites like Trustpilot or Sitejabber often provide insights into customer experiences.
Checking Credentials: Ensure the service has qualified writers with expertise in your field of study. You can usually find this information on their website or by contacting their customer support.
Understanding the Process: Each service has a different process. Make sure you understand how they operate, from placing an order to revisions and final delivery.
Types of Term Paper Writing Services
There are several types of term paper writing services, each catering to different needs:
Custom Writing Services: These services write papers from scratch based on your requirements.
Editing and Proofreading Services: If you’ve written your paper but need a second set of eyes, these services can help.
Research Assistance Services: Some services specialize in helping students with research and gathering sources for their papers.
Key Features of a Reliable Term Paper Writing Service
When searching for a reputable service, keep an eye out for these essential features:
Qualified Writers: Top services employ writers with advanced degrees and subject-specific expertise.
Plagiarism-Free Content: Look for services that guarantee original content. Many offer plagiarism reports upon request.
Adherence to Deadlines: A reliable service respects your timeline and delivers papers on or before the agreed-upon deadline.
Evaluating the Quality of a Term Paper Writing Service
Quality is paramount when choosing a term paper writing service. Here’s how to assess it:
Sample Papers: Many services provide sample papers on their website. Reviewing these can give you a sense of their writing style and quality.
Customer Testimonials: Past client feedback is invaluable. Look for services with high ratings and positive reviews.
Transparency in Pricing: A reputable service will provide clear pricing without hidden fees. Avoid services that aren’t upfront about their costs.
The Cost of Term Paper Writing Services
Pricing can vary widely. Factors influencing cost include the paper's length, complexity, and deadline. Here’s a general breakdown:
Average Price Range: Expect to pay anywhere from $15 to $50 per page. More complex subjects or urgent deadlines can increase the price.
Comparing Prices: While affordability is important, remember that quality should not be compromised. Cheap services often lack the expertise needed for high-quality papers.
Pros and Cons of Using a Term Paper Writing Service
Using a term paper writing service has both advantages and disadvantages:
Pros:
Saves time and reduces stress
Provides professional, high-quality work
Access to expert knowledge
Cons:
Potential risk of plagiarism
Ethical concerns about academic integrity
Cost can be prohibitive for some students
The Ordering Process: How It Works
Most services follow a similar ordering process:
Placing an Order: Choose the type of service you need, specify your requirements, and make payment.
Providing Necessary Details: Supply any guidelines, sources, or specifics for the writer to follow.
The Revision Process: Good services offer free revisions within a set timeframe to ensure satisfaction.
Ensuring Originality and Avoiding Plagiarism
To guarantee originality, reputable services use plagiarism-detection tools like Turnitin. You can also use free tools like Grammarly’s plagiarism checker for peace of mind.
How to Communicate Effectively with Your Writer
Clear communication is key. Provide detailed instructions upfront, be available for clarifications, and don’t hesitate to request updates.
Legal and Ethical Considerations
While term paper writing services are generally legal, their use raises ethical questions. Most services are intended for educational assistance, and using them responsibly is essential to avoid academic misconduct.
Tips for Getting the Most Out of a Term Paper Writing Service
To maximize the benefit of a term paper writing service:
Be Proactive: Provide detailed instructions and stay involved in the process.
Review and Revise: Don’t rely solely on the service. Review the final paper and make adjustments as needed.
Learn from the Paper: Use the paper as a study tool to understand the topic better.
Conclusion
Term paper writing services can be a valuable resource for students balancing multiple responsibilities. By choosing a reputable service, communicating effectively, and using the final product responsibly, students can gain both academic support and valuable learning tools. However, it’s crucial to consider the ethical implications and use these services in a way that aligns with academic integrity.

Internal Family Skills, part two! This is the Firefighter (FFR) Attribute: Your capacity to resolve crises and take deliberate action in the world. Its six Skills are:
Corpsework
Deliberation
Kagandahang-Loób
Master Plan
Machine Spirits
Utang
[ Manager | Exile | Self ]
Corpsework
Practice self-care and first aid. Understand and respond to the realities of meat.
COOL FOR: Street Medics, Neurasthenics, Trans-sexuals
If you've grown up accustomed to the life of the mind and little else, Corpsework fills in the gaps. You don't need to be attentive to "hunger" or "exhaustion" or "pain": all you need to know to keep your Health pool up is the multitude of ways by which life departs from the human body. In addition to patching up wounds and scrapes, Corpsework cares for the body by routine and procedure. It keeps you clean, fed, and medicated even in the depths of depression and puts you to bed out of the knowledge that revenge bedtime will ruin your tomorrow.
At high levels, Corpsework allows you to take care of your body and others in more and more extreme conditions. You may not be able to fix the problem, but you can keep a problem stable long enough to get the patient to someone who can help. On the other hand, you'll identify health risks everywhere: every surface is potentially contaminated, every meal an exercise in nutritional "balance". But if your Corpsework is too low, you'll blunder through the world in a feeble haze, and if you do notice infirmities, you won't know what to do about them.
Deliberation
Comprehend arguments. Logic it out.
COOL FOR: Academics, Social Maladapts, the Overcautious
Deliberation is your inner skeptic. It's the voice that gets you to slow down your thought processes and ask, "Is that true?" It's great for getting good grades, figuring out the reputability of a text, identifying disordered thought patterns, not getting mad at posts online, and asking yourself if you can really jump across that gap. For you, however, it also occupies the unenviable position of trying desperately to figure out what other people mean through sheer brute-force semantics and abstract knowledge of social convention.
At high levels, Deliberation makes you a lean, mean, reasonin' machine. High on reason, you'll become obsessive about clarity at the cost of social graces, and prudent at the cost of your entire ego when you do inevitably make rash decisions. But with low Deliberation, you'll make rash decisions all the time and generally show yourself as the idiot you're so scared of being.
Kagandahang-Loób
Demonstrate mercy and forgiveness in an entropic universe. Go above and beyond.
COOL FOR: Creditors, Parents, Moral Philosophers
Kagandahang-Loób is the beauty of the will: when Kapwa recognizes the inherent togetherness of people, Kagandahang-Loób inspires generosity to others and forgiveness of debts. Kagandahang-Loób is necessary for being a good person to yourself and others: without its migitating presence, relationships would be crushed under the weight of debts that can never truly be repaid, paradoxically hastening the decay that inspires Utang in the first place. Kagandahang-Loób is a necessary moral compass -- and a powerful tool for building relationships on mutual support rather than indebtedness.
With high Kagandahang-Loób, you'll be able to easily make friends and inspire them to new heights of reciprocal generosity: through teamwork, you may even be able to fly. However, you'll find yourself easily persuaded that wrongdoers had good reasons and find it hard to take decisive action against them. With low Kagandahang-Loób, however, you'll be a literal and emotional miser, ranting about how much everyone owes you.
Machine Spirits
Interact with hardware and software. Listen to and respect your tools.
COOL FOR: Experiential Learners, Digital Natives, Girls Who Read the Manual
You are terminally non-mechanical; you balk without a user interface. If you're not constantly keeping your hand in with classroom assignments, you couldn't improvise outside of stopgap solutions. Still, technology is an essential part of humanity, and for that, you have Machine Spirits. This Skill uses humanity's great compression algorithm, ritual, to understand what a machine is doing, even if you don't understand the why; you learn from your elders (tutorial webpages), approach the machines with respect (following the steps), and enjoy a successful partnership with machines (your devices, generally speaking, function).
At high levels, Machine Spirits makes you obsessive and insecure: do you have a full collection of right tools for vaguely-defined right jobs? Can you get your laptop to do what you want if you spend another hour fucking with it? Have you stored too much of your knowledge outside of your own brain? At low levels, though, your clothes will fall apart, your bicycle will break, and your toilets will clog -- and you definitely don't have the money not to care.
Master Plan
Figure out how to achieve your goals. Control yourself and others.
COOL FOR: Functioning Executives, Evil Geniuses, The Goal-Oriented
Master Plan is a Skill of agency and delegation. Why try to take on the world yourself when you can get other people to take it on for you? Why solve other people's problems, when you can teach them how to solve their own and yours? Master Plan creates causal chains between your starting point and your goal -- not only does it show you the grand road you need to take, it'll give you options for the low road or the high road. Understanding how best to achieve your own wants also teaches you how to incentivize others, and Master Plan is more than happy to use others' wants to achieve your designs.
At high levels, Master Plan makes you arrogant -- you'll assume you know what's best for everyone and that your victory is already assured, and you won't know how to give others dignity or deal with your own failure. But without it, you'll succumb to learned helplessness, reliant on others' plans and too afraid of disturbing them to better your own position.
Utang
Keep track of debt and obligation. Employ financial literacy and historical materialism.
COOL FOR: Debtors, Negotiators, Political Animals
Utang is the understanding of debt; in you, it's an overgrown philosophical awareness that there ain't no such thing as a free lunch. That literal economic reality is rooted in the thermodynamic principle it famously describes: living as we do in an entropic universe, others expect debts to be repaid, and your own recognition of entropy creates the desire to repay debts. Not only does Utang manage your money, it opens you up to realpolitik on both literal and interpersonal levels. Utang gives you an idea of what people want, explaining the concerns that govern political action and what you can do for others to make both of you happy.
At high levels, Utang will make you see ulterior motives everywhere; treating everything as a transaction that must be balanced will ruin your personal relationships with bookkeeping and your politics with pessimism. Without it, though, you'll assume that politics and community boil down to stark moral principles -- and without a handle on your debts, you'll be too broke and alone to be able to hold to any principles of your own.
Notes
The visual design for Master Plan is based at least in part on the dual meaning of the Latin word textus, meaning both "weaving" and "narrative".
Thanks again to "Loób and Kapwa: An Introduction to a Filipino Virtue Ethics" (Reyes 2015).

Inspired by an Anya & Daisuke piece by @infohazardouz , go check it out 🫵✨
Thinking about an alternate universe where Anya and Daisuke go to college together
Anya's back for her ninth round of medical education after taking more time to study since the Tulpar returned to earth, Daisuke pursuing art despite his mother's insistence that it's a dead end career (his father doesn't mind, as long as Daisuke's happy and making relatively good decisions) (Daisuke's Cool Dad is a hill I will die on, he gave Daisuke that Hawaiian shirt, he told me so-)
Having kept in touch after the trip, they figure out they're going to the same campus and scramble to see if they can share a dorm- if they couldn't, they'd try to save for an apartment, or Daisuke would butter up his parents to see if they'd cover it as long as he's in school
Notes, books and drawings strewn across their living space, organized chaos; Daisuke would help Anya study medical terms and procedures- they'd both get queasy about some of the subjects, but power through together. Anya would help Daisuke with his art block, giving him references and inspiration for assignments
Swansea sends each of them new sneakers and other school necessities, and Curly calls to check in once or twice a week; they have monthly potlucks and movie nights, tossing popcorn at each other and usually ignoring the film entirely in favor of the company
Swansea swears he's not crying as he watches them walk the stage at their graduation, then immediately runs up the isle and lifts Daisuke in a spinning hug, all of them misty eyed and laughing during pictures
Anya starts an internship at a local doctor's office as an assistant nurse, and Daisuke takes commissions, paints public murals, and posts popular art memes online
They're both happy, finally starting to feel like they've found their purpose; they adopt two cats (a maine coon and a ragdoll kitten named Elodie and Hibiscus, respectively) and keep their apartment once they both start making their own money, walls covered in old mementos, Daisuke's art, and inspirational posters, diplomas framed and hanging above the TV in their living room
#goes without saying but Jimmy is Not Present cause he's taking responsibility for attempted m*rder and r*pe after curly clapped his ass#curly is fairly distant while he figures out his own life but he's trying to make amends. feels guilt for the things he almost let slide#swansea becomes a father figure for both anya and daisuke. takes them both out for spa days and lunch when they have the time#swansea “I've never liked cats” type dad. found napping on the couch with Elodie and Hibiscus after babysitting#anya and daisuke definitely have several pictures of it strewn around the apartment#mouthwashing#anya mouthwashing#daisuke mouthwashing#curly mouthwashing#swansea mouthwashing#anya mw#daisuke mw#curly mw#swansea mw#mouthwashing game#text#might write a full piece on this#mw college au

what would val and etch think of a tv show about an adhd ridden guy who pretends to be a psychic (he’s actually just hyper observant to a freakish degree with an eidetic memory) to solve cases for the police with his best friend since childhood (they’re inseparable) (this is psych propaganda btw you should watch psych)
now onto non psych propaganda topics. videogames (and if they like playing what games would they play). what about dinosaurs. noise cancelling headphones. do they do anything creative. what songs do they like. favourite genres. uhhhh struggles to think of more things….. let’s go with that. enjoy :3
HELPPP nice psych propaganda <3 i think both of them would get so invested in a show like that. etch would probably self-identify with the "psychic" guy so hard lmao. val would be there because she likes the pacing of cop/medical shows of that kind (speaking of which she would definitely watch house). as for the other things!
video games: val would get into sdv or slime rancher to "destress" and it works for awhile but she ends up getting really into them and Micromanaging Things . the games that actually help her destress are mostly games like portal and papers, please where she has to think a little which sounds. counterintuitive but trust me it works for her especially since both of them also have Story for her to get invested in. etch mostly plays video games to fuck around so it quite likes gmod, tf2 and those silly roblox roleplay sims which have like max 6 people on them at any given hour. they both play don't starve together btw and val (playing as wendy) immediately gets to collecting supplies while etch (playing as willow) runs around hitting things
dinosaurs: val is mostly ambivalent on dinosaurs but she had a dino plushie as a kid (she named it benny. btw) which she refused to let go of and she still owns it to this day. etch thinks they're cool as fuck!!
noise-cancelling headphones: val first gets these in her 20s or something and gets so mad because crowded places have ALWAYS made her super overstimulated and she never was able to block it out until now. etch has probably been using them since she was an edgy middle schooler
anything creative: hmm. well i think val probably took drum classes as a kid but it never really went anywhere beyond that. other than that she Writes!!! she loooves writing it's been her number one emotional outlet for forever. she definitely is a decently well-known writer in whatever fandoms she's in lmao. etch i somehow feel like would be really into pottery and ceramics, she makes little charms for his friends all the time. he also probably makes music using those online composer sites when he's bored
songs: avalon's music taste can be chalked up to "wistfully staring out the car window on a rainy drive home". if that makes sense. her favorite song is either this year by the mountain goats or starstruck by the scary jokes. etch's music taste is more fast-paced and energetic; its favorite song is definitely butcher vanity by vane lily (which says nothing about him). i couldn't tell you about genres i know So little about how to differentiate those myself
anyways thank you art for giving me this massive opportunity to assign random ass traits to these two 😭
