Danyal Al Ghul: Incorrect Quotes and Miscellaneous Thoughts
Incorrect quotes-style snippets specifically for my danyal al ghul au here (which i really need to come up with a unique au name for atp). Because I thought it'd be funny. And also some miscellaneous headcanons thrown into the mix. Some context for the au: - Danyal is 5 years older than Damian (so 10 and 15) - Danny faked his death when he was 10. Talia knows and helped him with it. - Jazz, Sam, and Tucker do not know he's an ex-assassin.
-------- Snippet 1
Danny, dryly tapping his temple: I have, as the Americans say, irreparable psychological damage, right here.
Jazz, an older sibling first and foremost: well, it's good that you're self-aware.
-------- Snippet 2
Danny, aged 10, in the American foster planning to just age out of the system: *emanating Bad Vibes. Pure, Little Orphan Tom Riddle Energy*
Jazz, aged 12, coming in to adopt a new sibling with her parents: Him. This is my brother now :)
Danny: ...what
--------
Lilo and Stitch is Danny's favorite Disney movie. He watched it when he was 11 with Jazz when she was attempting to connect with him, and by this point Danny was becoming receptive to her efforts. They had a movie marathon in the living room one night.
Safe to say? It resonated with his little 11 year old heart strongly, and he related very strongly with both Nani and Stitch. He got unexpectedly emotional and hid in his room for the rest of the night. Jazz felt really bad, but it had the intended (but kinda unexpected) effect of him trying to be nicer to her afterwards.
-------- Snippet 3
Dash, aged 12, causing trouble again and getting intercepted by Danny: *scaling up a desk* AHHHHH! GET YOUR LITTLE FREAK, FOLEY!
Tucker: Hey! Danny is not a freak!
Dash: GET HIM TO BACK OFF
Tucker, was the kid Dash was messing with: ....whats in it for me
-------- Snippet 4
Danny, saying some questionably immoral shit: What. Why are you looking at me like that.
Tucker: Bro. I mean this as kindly as possible; what the fuck?
Sam: yeah, I'm with Tuck on this one.
-------- Snippet 5
Danny, ranting about Vlad: if it weren't for the laws of this land, I would have slaughtered him
Sam, painting his nails black: I'm pretty sure you'd slaughter him regardless of the laws of the land -- and quit moving, you're gonna mess me up.
Tucker: we've literally seen you debate yourself about this, Dan
Danny: ...you are correct, but it is the principle of things.
-------- Snippet 6
Vlad: I have experience my child, and the money and power attained through using those powers for personal gain, you say. I could train you, teach you everything I know! And all you have to do is renounce that idiot adoptive father of yours.
Danny, was already contemplating committing a Violence: ....
Danny, internally: I'm going to stab him *turns into Phantom*
--------
Funny contrast I realized between Danyal and Vlad that iirc I haven't pointed out yet is that imo, Danyal doesn't rely on his powers nearly half as much as canon Danny does. He falls back instinctually on his League training, and thus sometimes forgets to use his powers in battle. This was prevalent especially early on when he was still getting used to the whole 'halfa' thing.
He incorporates them more often after a year, but still for the most part relies on his own physical hand-to-hand combat. He trusts those skills much more than he does his powers. I'm not sure where he is on a technical level compared to canon, but just to stay safe I'll say he's similar in power skill as canon Danny. Perhaps a little more finessed than him because his League training would probably have him trying to figure out his powers as soon as possible.
But in summary? Danny is strong in hand-to-hand combat, weak in powerset.
Meanwhile Vlad is the opposite. I can't recall if he even knows hand-to-hand in canon, but it makes total sense to me that Vlad Masters wouldn't because he's so confident in his monetary influence and ghost abilities that he sees no need for it.
And he's kinda got some merit behind it. He's very powerful and has 20 years of experience to experiment and fine tune his powers. He's got bite to follow up his bark. He's perfected long-range combat and his ability to phase through walls makes it impossible to corner him, but if you can manage it, then one good hit could probably knock him on his ass.
So in summary, Vlad is strong in powerset, weak in hand-to-hand combat.
And it casts a good contrast between the two of them in that regard. Danny, as a fellow halfa, can follow Vlad when he phases through walls and is fast enough to land a hit on him. His league training as an assassin, albeit rusty, is still deep ingrained enough in him that he can hold up as a rather veritable threat against Vlad without needing his powers.
But Vlad can force Danny to use his powers more often through use of his own. The duplication is the first thing to come to mind: Danny's fast enough to dispel them on his own without powers, and smart enough that he could figure out who the real one is if given a few minute. But that's not always efficient enough.
Good foils for each other that way. Also Vlad's Plasmius design mimics Ra's juuust enough that he looks like Ra's knockoff loser second cousin no one talks about, which only fuels Danny's hatred.
-------- Snippet 7
Danny, ranting about Vlad for the first time: --and it's only made worse by the fact that the little ingrate resembles a cheap knock-off of my grandfather!--
Sam, choking on her water: he what--
Tucker, doing a spittake: HE DOES?

A Second Funny Take on Danny as Damian's Brother
Here's a second take on the idea
Maddie gave birth to identical twins, Danny and Dami. But unfortunately, the Fentons aren't equipped to raise 3 kids. Lucky for them, Maddie's BFF Talia is there to help out. So the Fentons get Danny and Talia gets Damian. Maddie trusts Talia completely, while Jack and Jazz at least trust her to raise Damian
Occasionally, Maddie ships Danny and Jazz off to spend time with their brother and Aunt Talia. They get into hijinks. One time, they even hung around a zombie.

Prompt 275
Pokemon crossover? Indeed. Because there’s so many ghost pokemon, and many that are specifically stated to be dead children that I bet? They would absolutely adore the Dannies. In fact? They adore the entire Team Phantom.
Who are in fact on vacation, taking a summer to not have to deal with ghosts. Do they know what Fright Knight is doing back home? No, but they’re on vacation and don’t care. Look at these lil guys! Tucker, don’t steal the rotom- oh they’ve adopted you? Okay. Fair enough.
Now their world? Pokemon doesn’t exist. And by that I mean not even as a game or series or anything. So it is new and fun and like exploring the zone all over again!
They’re having fun, making friends with people and pokemon alike. Danny has discovered that pokepuffs don’t become violent if revived and many of his new friends love having snacks they can chase after. Dan absolutely delights in taking care of more than a couple of the evil organizations- and there might have been a cult form, no one asked.
They had to drag Tucker away from several bits of technology, quite literally drag him. And they had to carefully drag several pokemon away from Valerie because they adore her and her suit. Sam- erm, where did Sam and Ellie- oh there they are. Oh Ellie found a clone friend and Sam. Sam that’s a legendary.
That’s so cool! But like, they do have to go back home- oh, oh they’re coming with. That’s a lot of pokemon. Oh well, it’s fine. They brought souvenirs for their friends and family and plenty of plants- like Sam would let them not do so.
So now they’re home and with… okay that’s way more friends than they thought, but it’s fine! Let’s go see- oh hey Frighty, erm, what do you mean heroes arrived?? We don’t have much of an issue anymore???
Fright, teacher of theirs, where are the heroes, did you toss them out- FRIGHT-

Poison
Two new types of poison started being sold in Gotham's underworld; one is bright pink and the other a toxic green, both of which have caused the Batfamily a major headache because no one can find a cure or a reason why it suddenly started being sold.
Unfortunately, many of their Rogues have been using it for their attacks and this product has proven to be deadly.
It tends to act immediately on contact with an individual and cause extreme pain (some have commented that they feel like dying), as well as being effective on everyone it comes in contact with (including mutants, metas, and aliens) and not possessing an antidote. Bruce has tried to analyze it on many occasions but the batcomputer never comes up with results, as if the product is corrupted.
Strangely, it was recently discovered that Jason has immunity, and contrary to expectations, the poison seems to make him stronger? it even affects the influence of the pits!
This, of course, did not please the vigilante, the color of one of the poisons was too familiar for him to pass up so he decided to seek its source directly. Unlike Bruce, who was dedicated to the search for an antidote, Jason felt there was something darker about the whole situation, so he decided to track down the vendors and follow them.
Elsewhere, two halfas look at each other wearily as needles pierced their skin, it's a bit ironic that they let their guard down when the Fenton's declared they liked ghosts and forgot they had other enemies.

"I'm telling you, she's the best bloody runes expert this side of the Mississippi," John Constantine told the other members of the Justice League as he raised his hand to knock on the old screen door. He hadn't expected his ex-wife to stay here, in the middle of bum-fuck nowhere, but Spittoon, Arkansas, was the hill-billy hole it was when he last left. "If anyone can decipher the ritual to summon the ghost king, it's her--"
The door disappeared before he could knock, and a shotgun was shoved in his face. John smiled the best he could. "Hey, sweetheart."
Alicia Walker glared back at him. "Constantine."
*******************************************
This is the "John Constantine used to be married to Danny Fenton's Aunt Alicia" AU. Some idea's I've had:
Maddie introduced them. Maddie had dragged Alicia into studying ghosts, but Alicia ended up fascinated by the occultism of ghosts, more metaphysical than scientific. Maddie, wanting to support the sister that was supporting her, found Constantine, introduced the two, and they got along enough to bang.
it was a shotgun wedding. Alicia got pregnant and damn if she was going to let her baby be born without a father, so John ends up marrying her. He doesn't really mind since Alicia's nice enough and the sex is good, but he isn't exactly an attentive husband.
The baby is actually twins! a boy and a girl.
The babies are born without complications, but the baby boy, the first born... goes missing.
In addition to selling his soul to multiple parties, John had also sold the soul of his first born... probably to multiple parties. And he'd forgotten all about it until Alicia calls him, sobbing, saying their son has gone missing.
Needless to say, once she knows, John is divorced within the week.
the newborn daughter is given to Maddie to take care of; Alicia can even look at her without remembering her dead son, she knows she wouldn't be able to take care of a baby the way it needs. she can barely take care of herself.
(Jazz finds out that her aunt is her biomom when Danny is born. She never hates her aunt for giving her up; in fact, it's Alicia's depression and grief that makes Jazz want to study psychology in the first place)
Alicia moves to Spittoon to isolate herself, but the close knit community won't let her self-destruct. They help her rebuild herself in the middle of nowhere and she discovers a love for farming rhubarb.
John only shows up once before for Alicia's help, but the town chases away that nasty ex-husband of hers before she sees him, with his yuppie-accent and dirty clothes. They don't want him around her.
Alicia grows content with her life. She keeps all her occult books locked in the attic, out of sight and out of mind, and while she might regret not having been able to raise her daughter, she loves her niece and nephew and spoils them when they come to visit.
All's right in the world.
Until one day, Jazz and Danny come to her door in the middle of the night, desperate and injured.
Not too long after that, her yuppie ex-husband come around, asking her to look over some nonsense summoning circle. What's Constantine trying to summon anyway, the demon of astrology!?

For all the mess that is Phantom Planet, there is something i really like about it and that is the fate of Vlad Masters when he tries to turn the asteroid intangible.
What i'm refering to is the conversation that Vlad has with Jack before leaving the spaceship, which is pretty well written in contrast to the rest of the episode.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Jack: ¨How could you hold the world hostage like that Vladdie? And after the good fortune you've had in your life.¨
Vlad: ¨Good fortune?! You infect me with ghost DNA then steal the love of my life and you call that good fortune?¨
Jack: ¨I infected you? You mean…¨
Vlad: Yes fool! It was your bumbling that made me what I am today!
There are plenty of aspects that i like about this conversation, but the part that gets me is ¨It was your bumbling that made me what I am today!¨.
Because that's basically who is Vlad at his core. He blames his bad actions on the accident and Jack. He doesn't see himself as a villain. He believes that his justified in his own actions because of his own victimization, in the sense he is never at fault of why others leave him or why things go wrong for him, it always someone else's fault, or Jack's.
Vlad's villain/antagonist arc in the main series is bit by bit loosing everyone that cares about him, either because he pushes them away or they find out what type of person he truly is but he never realizes that he is the reason this happens. He is so absorbed in his own delusion that he can't see what he is doing wrong. In result he ends up more frustrated that he already was, and thus more alone.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
When Jack tries to explain to Vlad that he didn't intend to hurt him and what happened was an accident there is a moment that Vlad... stops walking, turns around and listens to what Jack is telling him.
It is interesting because it is almost like there is a part of him that wants to know what Jack has to say, even if moments later he doesn't care about that.
Jack: I never meant to hurt you. What happened was an accident. I'm your friend, Vladdie. I've always been your friend.
Sadly for Jack, he finds out that ¨his friend¨ has become a very different person from the one he knew back in college.
Vlad: I'll remember that when I steal Maddie from you and make her my queen!
Which leaves Jack rightfully devastated that he has been friends with someone who was lying to him all this time.
Tumblr media
Vlad flies to the asteroid and finds out that he can't touch it because it is made out of ectoranium, a sustance that ghosts can't touch and get hurt by it.
Then he realizes how screwed up he is because 1) The Earth is really doomed since he can't make the asteroid intangible and 2) he revealed his own ghost identity to the whole world and he ¨will be forever hunted¨.
Vlad: Ecto-ranium? Then I can never touch it. No ghost can. That means…the Earth is doomed. And even if it wasn't I could never go back. I've revealed…my true self. I'll be forever hunted.
Seeing that he is in real trouble he happens to ask Jack for help, minutes after he revealed what type of person he is to him, leading to one of my favourite exchanges in the series:
Vlad: Jack, you have to help me. You wouldn't turn your back on an old friend, would you?
Jack: An old friend? No. You? Yes.
Tumblr media
And just like that Jack punches the fire jets control and leaves Vlad stranded in the middle of space, almost as a final ¨screw you¨ to his ¨best friend¨.
Desperately Vlad calls out for Jack's name only that this time there isn't anyone to answer him back. That is the moment Vlad realizes that he finds himself truly alone now, that he ended up pushing away the person who cared about him the most and that everyone on Earth hates him now. Or as he says it in ¨A Glitch In Time¨ novel: He has nothing to return to.
Tumblr media
Then he flies away, not having the courage to get to see the Earth getting destroyed because of the asteroid.
I personally like this a lot because Vlad wasn't defeated in a epic battle, put behind bars or anything of that stuff. He was ¨defeated¨ by pushing away someone when he needed his help the most, in a sort of karmatic way.
Due to his obsession with controlling everyone and forcing people to ¨love¨ him he ended up in the way he hated the most and tried avoiding all this time: Completely alone, with no one that wants him around.
And to me, that's a satisfying way to end his arc in the main series since, again, his arc wasn't about him taking over the world or the Ghost Zone. It was about the way he treated others and how his obsession with power drove everyone away.
What it is more, i think it is one of the scenarios that makes the most sense to me for the development he gets in ¨A Glitch in Time¨ because he has to lose everything or being shown that his actions wouldn't get him what he was trying to achieve.

DC x DP Prompt
"I may think of you softly from time to time. But I’ll cut off my hand before I ever reach for you again."
//Arthur Miller, The Crucible: A Play in Four Acts
Trust me, I know it's just a quote but I believe that this would be such a good concept for the Demon Twin AU.
Like, I just imagine a scene where Danny and Damian are standing across the street from one another, Gotham traffic bustling between them. The sky is dark, and the rain is pouring. They have places to be just like the people they were blocking by standing in the middle of the street. But at that moment there was no fear, hatred, envy, or jealousy between the two. Only soft sorrowful longing as venomous green meets electric blue.
But the moment is broken when their respective families come up to them asking what's wrong. They both say it's nothing and move in the opposite direction, barely acknowledging each other's presence.

I'd like to imagine that Danny finds John Constantine absolutely delightful and Constantine is just like "dang it it's this worm-off-the-string dude again :/"
Danny's all "wowow it's the cool magic man who found a loophole for immortality! He has a cool magic house too"
And Connie is just "does it LOOK like I'm running a daycare?? Go home"
I also want Vlad to be enamored with him and Ellie is just like "yea that's my wet cat of a father figure. Neat"

I'm so annoyed. @kingcrow01 tumblr ate your ask about Danny's opinion on the League. tumblr i pressed 'save draft' why didn't you sAVE DRAFT.
ANyways I'm making a post instead. For everyone else, the ask was in summary:
What was Danny's opinion on the League now that he's left it? If he missed the familiarity of it, if he recognized the cult-like behavior inside it, and if he now detested his grandfather.
And to answer (again, grrr): It's complicated! We love complicated <3. Yeah, Danny does miss the familiarity of the League, it was still his home for the first ten years of his life and he has a lot of memories there. Plenty of good along with the bad, and while he's less homesick than he was when he was 10, it still hits him like a truck at random intervals.
Sam, Tucker, and Jazz are great, and he likes the Drs. Fentons enough that he's contemplated murdering Vlad for his meddling, but if he wants to eat the same food his mother used to make him and Damian, he has to do it himself and he can't get the taste right. No one knows arabic so he speaks it to himself because he doesn't want to forget his mother tongue, and he has a few books too. Frankly? He genuinely misses training.
Getting to use Sam's gym helps with his restlessness, same with training with Maddie, but he has no one on or above his level to go against other than his mother. And he only sees her twice a year at most. He knows that he's getting stagnant and he fucking despises it like a bad itch he can't scratch.
He feels conflicted about missing the League, however, since by now he recognizes the flaws and what was wrong with it, and he recognizes that it was cult-like. But even that is kinda, hrm, complicated? If this was a fic I would be able to go better into depth about what he has and hasn't unlearned because cult deprogramming is hard and Danny's doing most of this on his own.
Sam, Tucker, and Jazz have helped with the more obvious stuff: like the ecofascism, the disregard for human life, his emotional constipation; the more obvious stuff that shows in his behavior and personality. But none of them are professionals nor do they actually know the full extent of what Danny's life in the League was like. They only have snapshots since Danyal is very tight lipped about it. So they can only help with what they see themselves through Danny's behavior or word of mouth.
But in summary: He sees, for the most part, what's wrong with the League and disagrees with some of the stuff they do now. But he's very conflicted, and trying to dissect his feelings on the League confuses him. His protests about it whenever Sam and Tucker joke about it have at this point become mostly empty (altho it still causes him some discomfort), and its an inside joke between them three.
As for Ra's? Despises him. If only because Ra's wanted him to kill his little brother -- thinking about his motives with the League confuses Danny, cognitive dissonance and stuff, -- a lot of his hatred stems from "He wanted me to fight my baby brother to the death. I destroyed my relationship with Damian because of him, I had to fake my death and leave my home, and I will never meet my father or see my brother again because of him. Fuck that guy."

Together Forever
So it turns out that Danny is functionally immortal, his living and ghostly forms stabilizing each other every time he transforms. What this means for his human body is that he keeps reverting back to the age of his death- if he wants to grow up, to grow old, he will have to give up the other half of himself.
Danny could also stay a ghost instead, but it doesn’t feel right. It would be too much somehow in a way he can’t explain. (To be a ghost is to be tethered to your pain. He doesn’t notice it while he’s dead but the relief is real each time he comes back to life.)
Tucker reincarnates, like he has been for the past millennia. Each time he forgets his friends, and each time he’ll look into an ancient mirror and slowly start to remember.
It’s not just Tucker who comes back. His parents also return, again and again to each other. They never remember but it’s comforting nonetheless. On his third life after being Tucker Foley, it occurs to him that they might be soulmates; his continued existence not an unnatural blackmailing of the universe (like magic so often is) but just… skitching a ride.
Sam lives. She’s idealistic, a fighter, and ambitious. She dabbles in the dark arts just enough to help further her bright-eyed goals. Then, for a while she disappears. When her friends finally find her again, she has demons- both literal and metaphorical. She stops dabbling, and lets herself age. (She won’t stop fighting though, she never will.)
Sam dies. Danny protects her soul, and Tucker helps preserve her heart and mind. Her ghost is a fearsome and terrible thing, nearly a goddess in her own right. Death frees her from her living burdens, and for the first time in centuries she feels as light as she was in her youth.
Dani and Vlad are similar to Danny, but they are not perfect. They have to eat.
Vlad’s death was gradual. There is no single moment his biology returns to when he transforms, so he ages. He sustains his living body with his ghostly form, so like Spectra and Desiree he learns to draw energy from human emotions.
Dani was born half-dead. The condition Vlad discovered in himself as he begun to live longer and longer than any human has natural access to, she had from the very beginning. Dani doesn’t bother with vampirism though. She’s a Frankenstein and she’s ok with it; she gets her ecto-vitamins in the form an injection by Danny.
One day Dani will find out why she wanders, and why she traces the same paths over and over again. (Sam will tell her about ley lines, liminal spaces, and tears in the veil between worlds.) She’ll find places and events where the air itself sustains and strengthens her. Sun on a flower.

Here's an explanation behind each subspecies of ghosts, aka, type categories for the worldbuilding of Vitriol AU. Please check the Index in the pinned post for more worldbuilding info.
More info under cut
- There are cases of duo type categories having retained both characteristics or only obtaining one type of ectoplasm, which is a 50/50 chance.
- Natural ghosts manifesting via Ghost Zone will have their type category determined whether by the environment they manifested or randomly given.
- Limbo ghosts typically manifest their type categories to reflect aspects of their past lives as living beings. This can be by personality or influences in their lives. There are cases where that isn't applied and they are randomly given a type category.
- Baby ghosts or ghost pups with both parents having duo type categories will obtain whichever type category is the primary one from both parents.
- While certain type categories manifest with given abilities, that doesn't mean that other type categories wouldn't be able to learn them. It would only take them much longer in comparison.
- Prime Supernaturals are unable to reproduce or duplicate themselves as there were only meant to be three in existence. They exist outside of the Ghost Zone alongside the other observants.

thoughts on Jack, Vlad, children and the timeline where Danny prevented Vlad’s accident tl;dr - Jack wants a person, Vlad wants an ideal
Jack didn’t just want children, he wanted a person, and he wanted to watch that person grow up, he wanted a baby, a toddler, a child, a teen and an adult with all in between and after, he signed up for the whole package, and he’s excited about the whole package, he’s excited for his kids to grow up and show him the kind of people they’ve become
and partial proof for that is in the lab suits he had made for Danny and Jazz preemptively, yes of course, he was a bit short-sighted in thinking Danny would come after him and Jazz after Maddie, but still there he acted out of love for something that was yet to come
and while Jack may not get everything right, while he messes up, while he tends to be overexcited about his own interests, because he loves to share, there seems to be room with him, room for what Danny and Jazz enjoy without him
because it’s part of who they are, which is ultimately why I think Jack has an easier time accepting Danny for who and what he is after the accident, regardless of how many years of research that overturns, because he wants the person, and Danny The Person is now half ghost, and now Jack wants to find out about that, no matter how messy that makes other parts of his life - because he wanted the person
but all Vlad ever wanted was an ideal, which is probably why he went totally off the rails with the cloning when he couldn’t adopt Danny, but that’s beside the point, because children cannot be ideals, that’s why he and Maddie didn’t have any in the timeline he was spared, that’s why he didn’t want Maddie to have her lab, not because he forfeited his own passion for the research, not because he didn’t love that part of her, but because allowing either would have led her to Jack and broken his ideal of a marriage and relationship with her
after all, it could be argued that they should have had at least Jazz since she takes so much after Maddie in appearance, and wouldn’t have Vlad doted on a little Maddie, no? but why would he care about that, when he doesn’t really seem to care about children themselves, and only really about the ideal they represent
now extending that logic onto their friendship, Jack wanted the person, he didn’t just want a friendship for college, he wanted joint-research papers, a shared lab, working on gadgets together, being ghost nerds together, he wanted ten, twenty, thirty years from then, he even wanted the struggle, and that’s why he so readily forgives Vlad at every turn, because he just thinks that’s part of the deal of being friends with Vlad, but Vlad just doesn’t see it like that, and even if he eventually understood he’d have a hard time coming around I imagine
meanwhile Jack would still hold on to their friendship for a good while, because if Vlad understands his point of view, surely there is a way to reconcile in Jack Fenton’s eyes, but it depends on Vlad to make that work, how willing he ultimately is

A Commission for a patron of mine, Vauvenal! (they’re probably on here too but their Tumblr I know not 👀)
OH mAN it's been so long since I've drawn pompous pep! It will always be my guilty pleasure ship, I cannot help but relate myself to Danny and lust after Vlad to this day 👀 Thankfully as I've aged so has my taste in ships UvO" I couldn't have been happier to receive this commission~ An older Danny and Vlad acting as guardians and raising a boy named Darren, with a whole bunch of specific and fun prompts?? SIGN ME UP! ( Below I've pasted the initial explanation they sent me, to set the scene for the prompts to help yah'll gain a better understanding of the commission to! It was so much fun to draw for~)
Now, who's Darren?
Darren is the result of a complicated AU story where Dan tries to essentially take over the world by making a clone army of himself. It involves time travel and multiple universes …. and at the end of it all you have this boy. He is essentially a fusion between the ghosts of a teenage version of Vlad and an adult version of Danny, a failed attempt at a Dan clone and a little-more-than-halfa.
The original Vlad and Danny (who by then is also an adult) save him from his timeline (and save the world because of course) and raise him as his guardians, adoptive parents, whatever you'd like to call it!
As complicated as his past is, he's pretty much just a teenager who also really enjoys videogames. Danny enables this, while Vlad is a bit reluctant
