at the basics, i can concise my existence in: i don't know who i am. i love you. i was loved by you. im hated. my life has been so isolated in this lifetime, and it has been traumatic and patronizing since the beginning. i was moved around so much that i never learned how to make lasting friendships. i grew up alone because i was born so late that my older brothers never connected with me and never wanted me around and used violence to enforce that. i continued to have bad relationships and 'friendships' that proved not to be friendships. ive tried to get psychiatric help for 20 years, which is half of my life. the consensus is that im too asymptomatic (due to isolation) that i can't be diagnosed (or believed, malpractice) for the things that trouble me most. so they've instead tried to treat things that they cannot treat with medicine (because they're not correctly diagnosed, and they're not full diagnoses because i don't fit the criteria for that in any of them except depression). and they gave up trying to find medication for my symptoms, due to nothing actually helping even when im on them (the symptoms persist) and extreme sensitivity to medicine (i manifest several adverse effects on very low doses and it worsens my ability to exist in my body). and since I'm isolated without any personal 'support network' aka friends and family, im in my country unqualified for proper therapy, to make matters worse i was put on permanent disability which eliminates psychotherapy entirely (because im on disability and cannot be rehabilitated to work or school). i know, my country sucks. and even if i could get psychotherapy, i would have to reapply for it three consecutive years (if I even found a suitable therapist that's approved by the organization that controls who gets public sector therapy) and might be denied therapy despite of needing it. and then i'd have to wait five years before i could reapply once the three years were used. but im not qualified due to being on disability and since my life doesn't meet the requirements of the psychiatric census of "stable life". and there's no chance in earthly hell i could ever afford to get therapy from private sector while not being able to work. (I can't fork out over 400 euro's per month, i can't even afford to save any significant amounts, im lucky i survive the month as it is).
it's disheartening to understand that my issues in this lifetime, aren't just because it's this life with this trauma, but a long-term condition of my soul. it's disheartening because i can't get help, and i haven't gotten much better in my soul's life span through reincarnations since things happened to me. i feel sad. i feel sad about what's been done to me in this life and spiritually. that this is just because someone loved me and someone didn't like that. i love you.

Phantom (2024) (Homebrew)
This is my own take on Phantom using the 2024 rules for Rogue. This post will be deleted if this subclass gets updated to 2024 rules. Changes are described at the end.
Many rogues walk a fine line between life and death, risking their own lives and taking the lives of others. While adventuring on that line, some rogues discover a mystical connection to death itself. These rogues take knowledge from the dead and become immersed in negative energy, eventually becoming like ghosts. Thieves' guilds value them as highly effective information gatherers and spies.
Level 3 Whispers of the Dead: Echoes of those who have died cling to you. Whenever you finish a Short or Long Rest, you can gain proficiency in one skill or tool of your choice, as a ghostly presence shares its knowledge with you. You lose this proficiency when you use this feature again.
Level 3 Wails from the Dead: As you nudge someone closer to the grave, you can channel the power of death to harm someone else as well. Immediately after you deal your Sneak Attack damage to a creature on your turn, you can target a second creature that you can see within 30 feet of the first creature. Roll half the number of Sneak Attack dice for your level (rounded up). The second creature takes Necrotic damage equal to the result, as wails of the dead sound around them for a moment.
Once you use this feature, you cannot use it again until you finish a Short Rest or a Long Rest.
Level 3 Tokens of the Departed: When a life ends in your presence, you're able to snatch a token from the departing soul, a sliver of its life essence that takes physical form: as a reaction when a creature you can see dies within 30 feet of you, you can open your free hand and cause a Tiny trinket to appear there, a Soul Trinket. The DM determines the trinket's form or has you roll on the Trinkets table in the Player's Handbook to generate it.
You can have a maximum of 2 Soul Trinkets at a time, and you can't create one while at your maximum. The maximum number of trinkets you can have increases to 3 when you reach level 9, to 4 when you reach level 13, and to 5 when you reach level 17.
You can use soul trinkets in the following ways:
Wailing Soul. When you deal Sneak Attack damage on your turn and you have already used your Wails from the Grave feature, you can destroy one soul trinket that is on your person to use it again.
Speak with Spirit. As an action, you can destroy one of your Soul Trinkets, no matter where it's located. When you do so, you can ask the spirit associated with the trinket one question. The spirit appears to you and answers in a language it knew in life. It's under no obligation to be truthful, and it answers as concisely as possible, eager to be free. The spirit knows only what it knew in life, as determined by the DM.
Level 9 Spell of Protection:
Your vitality is enhanced by your connection to the dead, enhancing your being in the following ways:
Ghostly Vitality. While a Soul Trinket is on your person, you have Advantage on Death Saves and Constitution saving throws.
Minor Exorcism. You can use your action to target an ally you can see within 30 feet of you and destroy a Soul Trinket that is on your person to end one effect on that creature causing it to have the Charmed or Frightened condition, or an effect causing it to be possessed.
Screams of the Dead. When you use your Wails from the Grave feature, you can target 2 additional creatures instead of 1 to deal Necrotic damage to.
Level 13 Ghost Walk: You can phase partially into the realm of the dead, becoming like a ghost. As a Bonus Action, you assume a spectral form. While in this form, you have a Fly Speed of 10 feet, you can hover, and attacks have Disadvantage against you. You can also move through creatures and objects as if they were difficult terrain, but you take 1d10 Force damage if you end your turn inside a creature or an object.
You stay in this form for 10 minutes or until you end it as a Bonus Action. To use this feature again, you must finish a Long Rest or destroy one of your Soul Trinkets as part of the Bonus Action you use to activate Ghost Walk.
Level 17 Death's Friend: Your association with death has become so close that you gain the following benefits:
Shrieks of the Dead. When you use Wails from the Grave, you can now target 3 creatures instead of 2, and one of these creatures can be the original target of the Sneak Attack.
Call Upon the Fallen. At the end of a Long Rest, a Soul Trinket appears in your hand if you are missing any of your Soul Trinkets, as the spirits of the dead are drawn to you.
Changes:
Wails from the Grave changed to once per short rest. This is to balance tokens of the departed, which has been moved to 3rd level
Spirit of protection is a new feature replacing tokens of the departed at this level, granting some additional uses for your tokens.
Death’s Friend now grants you a new token even if you already have one, and allows you to target 3 creatures with wails from the grave

WIP Sunday
Woof I barely made this in time. I'd made a snarky comment about how WIP Sunday doesn't need to be 1200 words and then turned around and am offering 1800+ words. I am an actual clown. This one is a very rough ride, NGL.
Slick and Cody are both super angry and being enormous dicks to one another. And I know some idiot reader is going to read this and prolly accuse me of demonizing the Jedi because of Slick's very loud and critical takes on the Jedi. Just like...ignoring that is the character traits he's been given in canon. And maybe I'm being a little harsh labeling them as being an idiot but strawman tumblr arguments or ones made deliberately taking things in the worst amount of bad faith whilst ignoring the nuance of the topic is exhausting and I don't have the time or patience to engage in that bullshit.
So please, don't come for my throat, I don't espouse his radical ideals even if I do understand his message wasn’t completely wrong if you squint and turn your head to the side. Though at the end of the day, at its core it’s still very much a bad faith straw man argument.
As always this is super rough, has not even begun to be edited and I will prolly change it before it actually gets posted yadda yadda
When Cody came to, it was a confusing and slow process as his sluggish brain struggled to interpret and process what was going on. He was laying on a soft surface, the softest surface he’d felt in weeks of sleeping on duracrete with the thinest of threadbare blankets for padding.
His brain recognized it as a bed and noted the other subtle changes such as the fact that his arm didn’t feel completely on fire. He still felt like he’d been run over by a Walker but in comparison to how he’d felt earlier, even with the low-grade headache that always accompanied being stunned, he still felt markedly better.
Then the realize he’d been stunned set in and the memory of Slick standing over him glowering returned and Cody immediately tried to sit up only to find himself impeded by the fact he seemed to be strapped down to the bed.
When he looked down, it didn’t appear to be traditional binders so much as hastily tied rope and even strips of fabric in places. This gave Cody some hope because, with enough work, he might be able to squirm and wiggle enough to loosen the knots enough he could make his escape.
“Calm down, Commander. Those are just to make sure you don’t try and attack me while we’re talking.” Slick’s voice came from the foot of the bed, and the unfriendly-looking clone stood there, having appeared seemingly out of nowhere with his arms crossed over his chest.
“What the hell is this, Slick?”
“Some would classify it as helping though I doubt you’ll appreciate the amount of effort it took for me to cart your unconscious ass all the way back here.”
“Where is here?” Cody just glossed over that complaint, refusing to even acknowledge it.
“My ship, clearly.”
Cody couldn’t quite mask his inhale of shock as that news reached his ears. How the hell had Slick managed to pull that off?
“How…how are you not rotting in a prison cell right now?”
The other clone’s expression shuttered before his eyes and he was suddenly completely unreadable. “That’s really not any of your business.”
“Cut the bantha poodoo. You clearly escaped somehow but you actually seem to be thriving.”
“Ah, so you’re jealous I found my feet as a free man while you quite literally rotted away in some lower-level death trap.” Slick mused with an edge of vicious satisfaction. “I guess all those years of kissing the boots of your Jedi master didn’t really teach you any useful skills for anything beyond being a soldier.”
Anger kindled in Cody’s heart in the face of those taunting words. “If you think I give a whit for the words of a traitor, you’re vastly overestimating yourself.”
“Of course not. You’ve always been a sanctimonious prick. If you’d listened to me all those years ago on Christophis maybe you wouldn’t have to lead your men into literal slavery courtesy of the Empire.”
“You-” Cody looked absolutely apoplectic as white-hot rage welled within him and the sudden need to find a way to free himself and punch this shabuir in the mouth repeatedly until he couldn’t spew his bantha shit suffused his entire being. He started to yank at the bindings holding him to the bed with rage-fueled aggression.
He wanted to feel an ounce of satisfaction when Slick started to look at him warily and his hand drifted down to the butt of his blaster. Cody didn’t want to get stunned a second time in one day but if had even the tiniest of chances to punch Slick in the fact, he’d take that tradeoff.
“You don’t get to speak to me about Christophis ever. You betrayed your brothers and fellow soldiers and assisted the people trying to kill us. You got your brothers killed!”
“I’m a traitor for refusing to assist the bastards who enslaved us and used us as literal cannon fodder in their bantha shit war? Over more territory they were trying to steal from people who refused to give in to their expansionist ideals!”
“We weren’t slaves!”
“We were you’ve just got your head so far up your ass you cannot even recognize that even now, we’re still slaves. The Jedi and the Republic had years to fix our situation. To pass legislation to give us personhood, but instead, that was too damned inconvenient because Little Gods forbid their meat droid soldiers to get radial ideas like not wanting to perpetuate their bloody wars on the backs of their dying brothers.”
“Sithspit, you’re just trying to justify your selfish actions during the war!”
“The same could be said for you, vod.” Slick spat that word like it was venomous or unclean. “You’re just as complicit in the slavery of your own brothers. You should have been advocating for us from the start. If even a handful of you kriffing Clone Marshals had put your foot down and fought for us then maybe we wouldn’t be in this position now where our brothers are being treated as the actual property of the Empire.”
Those words hit especially hard, and Cody couldn’t suppress his flinch when they struck true and dug bloody barbs in his heart. Slick’s words only echoed the things that had been running through his mind for months now.
“You don’t know what you’re talking about.” He said somewhat lamely.
“I know firsthand what I’m talking about. You wondered how I escaped prison? I didn’t, the Empire gathered all of us imprisoned clones and were going to ship us off to some place where they were probably going to dissect or experiment on us. It was sheer luck that they got intercepted by a cell of brothers who were freeing us before we could disappear into an Imperial blacksite.” Slick stated flatly, his expression and eyes deadly serious.
“If Captain Howzer and his men hadn’t found us, I doubt I’d be alive.”
Cody’s eyes went wide with shock. “Howzer is alive? I thought we’d lost him on Ryloth.”
“Nope, he questioned his masters too much, and they threw him in an Imperial prison. He was going to suffer a fate similar to mine when he was rescued by a team of rogue clones rescuing other clones. That’s what I’ve been doing for the past few months. Trying to find and rescue as many brothers as I can and getting them off of Coruscant and out of Imperial captivity.”
Cody found himself frowning as he ceased pulling at his bindings. He hadn’t heard anything about this in his time. There had been a marked increase of clones who had defected, and he’d chalked it up to them getting fed up with the Empire as he had.
Maybe some of them had ended up being exfiltrated by clones like Slick, of all people. For some reason, that thought unsettled him to his very core.
“And what? Now you’re suddenly a freedom fighter trying to rescue as many clones as possible?” He didn’t even bother to try and mask his skepticism.
“I’ve always been a freedom fighter for our brothers. And unlike you lot living in your lofty towers above the rest of us, I’ve actually been making effective changes in the lives of our brothers.”
“I’m sure you thought of our brothers when you took Ventress’s blood money.”
Slick’s jaw went tight enough that the muscles in it bunched up as he bit down on his molars hard enough he very nearly broke them.
“Yes, I karked up, I’m man enough to admit that, unlike certain people in this room. But I spent nearly three years enjoying Republic hospitality, I won’t rest until every clone has been rescued from Imperial captivity. Including sanctimonious little shits like yourself.”
“I’m sure you’re doing this from the kindness of your own heart and not because you’re playing yet another angle.”
“You could never understand my reasoning because even now, you continue to propagate this myth that the Jedi were these wholesome, perfect people who could do no wrong. Rather than facing the truth that they let us remain enslaved because it was convenient for their war efforts, and even if they were sympathetic to our situation, they still stood aside for three years. They didn’t advocate for us in any way.”
“You’re completely wrong about the Jedi. They did try and improve the lives of clones and were fighting for our rights. The damned Senate wouldn’t listen.”
“Then maybe you Clone Marshals should have kriffing done something. If you’d refused to follow their orders and stopped fighting their war, they would have had to do something. Instead, you licked their boots like good little akk hounds until their fragile house of cards came tumbling down. Despite the fact their own brothers and sisters were wasting clone lives and even turning us against one another. Do you really think a mudscuffer like Pong Krell was the only Jedi to abuse his authority?”
“How could you possibly know about Pong Krell?”
“From a rookie I met in lockup of course. He actually did something proactive to protect his brothers by shooting that traitorous sleemo and what does he get for his courageous act? Life in prison? Execution? Yeah, your Jedi masters were truly the epitome of kindness and fairness.”
“Dogma murdered his superior officer. And Kenobi and the other Jedi were torn to pieces by what happened along with the rest of us. They fought to keep him from being decommissioned.”
“By locking him in a hole and throwing away the key. Truly, compassion at its finest.”
“I’m not saying what happened to Dogma was fair. It was a karked situation all around. Everyone was devastated by what happened on Umbara. I personally lost one of my closest friends to Krell’s treachery.”
“My heart weeps for you.” Slick drawled scornfully.
“Kark you.”
“Not even if you were the last sentient being in the universe. We all lost friends and batchmates in that damn war.”
“Which makes what you did ten times worse. How much different are you from the likes of Pong Krell, huh? You both betrayed our brothers for Sep blood money. At least Krell was honest about how karked his motivations were while you try and justify your actions like you’re some freedom fighter for the clones.”
Something dark and angry flashed in Slick’s eyes. “I’m done wasting my breath trying to talk any sense into you.” The blaster came up again and Cody didn’t even have a chance to try and flinch away from the blaster bolt. Bright blue energy enveloped him as the stun bolt hit him, and sent him back into the blackness of unconsciousness for the second time today.

So chapter 220 seems like it kind of threw out the theories that Kenjaku is interested in Yuuji at all now that he's not Sukuna's vessel. Or at least not his plans/interest in Yuuji doesn't involve Yuuji living. Kinda sad about this from the momjaku point of view, but do you think that we still might see any real momjaku interactions?
I'm absolutely holding out hope for Yuuji being traumatized in new and entertaining ways Mumjaku interactions. Please, Gege, feed us.
I wouldn't say Kenjaku implementing that rule about all CG players except themself and Megumikuna needing to die is particularly contradictory to how I view them and their interest in Yuuji. To be specific, I don't think Kenjaku's ever-changing plans were ever going to be kind to Yuuji, and straight-up death might honestly be gentler on the guy than anything that would've entailed him continuing to be Sukuna's vessel (or a cage, rather) while Kenjaku's plans march on. And, with the rules the protags added for saving Tsumiki, it's not implausible that Kenjaku could still keep Yuuji alive if they want, but that's just a theoretical possibility and not one I think the plot will head toward. Only that, if we're speculating on what Kenjaku's plans (if any) mean for Yuuji, the new rules they added to the CG don't necessarily mean intended filicide.
The thing is, I have no earthly idea what Kenjaku wants at the end of all this. Nothing that comes out of their mouth is trustworthy; they lie like breathing and cheerfully contradict themself. Their actions speak louder, but we still only know so much about them.
They're also not a plan-every-detail villain, like Aizen Sousuke from Bleach for instance. I'd say Kenjaku's greatest strength is their sheer adaptability.* Everything we've seen about them shows that they got so far by (a) using coincidental developments like the Star Plasma Vessel business to their advantage, (b) rolling with the punches to an insane degree, as in the battle with Yuki, and (c) pure fucking luck, also seen in the battle with Yuki.
I'm saying this because nothing about Yuuji's vesselhood implies Kenjaku had a great deal of control over how the whole thing unraveled. They seem to have made him to be a certain way, body and soul, and it's reasonable to assume it had to do with Sukuna, but (a) why, exactly and (b) is it only about Sukuna? Kenjaku says they intend for Yuuji to coexist with Sukuna, and they seem to have a part to play in Yuuji being more cage than vessel, but when Sukuna hops to Megumi and starts running around being his menace self, Kenjaku doesn't even bat an eye. It's further evidence of the aforementioned adaptability, but it also raises the question of what exactly they did to Yuuji, why, and if there's more to it than what we've seen so far.
In sum (I'm sorry, anon, I cannot be concise to save my life), it could be that Kenjaku has lost interest in Yuuji, but it could also be that they have further plans. They could also simply be interested in seeing what he makes of himself; that would be in line with their general approach to things. We really need those Mumjaku interactions—for science.
Thanks for asking this! I had fun hashing out my thoughts on the whole thing.
* I was going to say Yuuji seems to have inherited that from them, but then I remembered that Jin saw his dead wife come back to life with stitches on her forehead and axe-murderer eyes and decided to make a baby with her. Congratulations, Yuuji, both your parents are batshit.

Oh I would absolutely love to learn more about human magic!! And for a soulmate, would an S/O’s magic match their skelly soulmate? Or would it be unique to them?
So I can probably make several decently large posts on magic, both human and monster, but for now I'm going to try to do a concise (ish) post on where I'm pulling my HC's for magic from, how it works, and what it can do. I'll also probably include a bit on some known existent mages (cough Frisk/Chara cough), and you asked for some info on soulmates so I'll see what I can do with human souls, soulmates, and monster/human soulmates. (in my drafts I called this the “short version”, it will not be short)
So I'm largely basing human magic off the Mage system from the table-top pen-and-paper rpg Mage, part of the World of Darkness franchise. The Wiki for it has lots of good info and interesting lore if you wanna read into it.
It works in 'spheres' or nine branches/types of magic/facets of reality. Now I'm bending a lot of the lore so don't assume this is a perfect match for the Mage RPG. I used it as a template to work from, and have incorporated some of the lore, but I've also dismissed and altered other large chunks of Mage RPG canon. (basically if you play Mage or read the wiki, don't @ me, I know it's “wrong” ok, I wanted it that way ;p)
Correspondence Essentially the “space” half of time/space. Covers things like teleportation, levitation, flying, and remote viewing. Combines with other spheres to create distance/ranged/area effects. Also allows for the creation of sub-space. It is limited however, in that it only covers space. To move a body, one must combine it with Life. For an object, Matter. Correspondence is a sphere that is fairly easy to learn the basics, and extremely difficult to master.
Entropy Chaos, Order, Luck, Destiny, Creation, Destruction. The natural order of things. The ability to sense and manipulate probability and patterns. Allows one to tap into the natural entropic cycle. The more complex an “object” the easier it is to break. Much like Correspondence, one must be able to use the other applicable sphere(s) to achieve an effect. A tricky sphere to use and control. It tends to be a bit resistant to manipulation by most Mages.
Forces The sphere that allows manipulation of “energy”. Light, heat, vibration, radiation, gravity. While this can be done instinctively, that tends to be sloppy and dangerous. The more one understands about the energy/force they're trying to manipulate the better off they'll be. However one should be mindful that they do not allow the knowledge gained to restrict them. Magic cares not for what human science says is or isn't true. How easy the sphere is to work with depends largely on how much effort one puts into learning the background knowledge. Or how how willing they are to risk brute forcing it.
Life Anything living, or with life energy. Can be used to heal, or unheal. Modify biological entities. Create disease or grow plants. Restore youth. Life as a sphere has many wonderful, helpful applications, and just as many horrifying ones. One can heal and cure and fix, but also cause untold damage. To fully grasp and master life, one must understand how life connects to itself, and the cycles in which it exists. The chain between predator and prey. How simple it is to learn is largely dependent on how much understanding you already have of the subject you're trying to alter.
Matter Non living/inorganic things. Also covers all the elements on the periodic table. Works very well when combined with other spheres. Entropy to break an object, Forces to animate inanimate things, Correspondence to move objects, Time to alter them temporally. Allows the Mage to alter but also to see and understand the make up of an object. Arguably one of the easiest to learn and use, given that it inherently allows you to pick up understanding of what you're working with on the go.
Mind Covers consciousness and how a person perceives reality. Knowledge, imagination, emotion. Can be used to alter memory, thinking, emotions, perception, and concentration among other things. Mind is a bit different from other spheres in that one does not need an understanding of how the “mind” works to utilize it well. Talent in this sphere comes down to mostly practice and natural inclination.
Prime Primal Energy, the raw magical force of the world. Often considered an almost Holy Power. A Prime Mage can detect/sense magic, enchant objects or living things, cut off another Mage's access to magic and it is often used to bolster or power other magics. Prime is the source from which all other magic springs. Having skill in Prime is tricky as there's no deeper understanding to help you, beyond the understanding that you can't understand. That it is a power beyond you, and can strike back at any moment.
Spirit Something connected to but separate from the concept of souls. The culmination of hope, emotion, and thought. A skilled Spirit Mage can touch or even pass through the wall between the tangible world, the void, and what lies beyond. Allows one to reach out, speak to, and interact with spirits lost to the physical world. A Mage less morally inclined could even, with enough power, subjugate those beings. Using and mastering the Spirit sphere requires a strong understanding and sense of self, while also being able to release physical/material ties and limits.
Time Time is sort of self explanatory. Though time as a concept is not a straight forward as many assume. Very much subjective to the observer. A Time Mage is more aware than most that while time naturally moves forward (mostly), it contracts and dilates, whirls and twists. It jumps, and branches, and curves back on itself. A Time Mage can know the exact time at any time, and sense distortions in the time line. They can slow time, rewind or loop, create anchor (save) points, and with enough skill they can outright time travel or exist outside the timeline entirely. To master Time is to understand it as an esoteric and inexact science.
Humans pull their magic externally. This is both more freeing and more restricting than monsters. They can do just about anything they can imagine, assuming they can figure out how, have the respective understanding and magical inclinations, and the world allows it. Sometimes whatever source, force, whatever, the magic comes from, disagrees with a Mage. And the backlash can be catastrophic. And while a Mage cannot “drain” themselves to the point of death, they can over channel, and over load. The end result is the same.
Related Side Note ; Monster magic is much more free form and almost entirely “intent” based. This means technically any monster can learn any magic type. However some souls are better suited for certain types than others. Some just can't muster up the intent needed. They also tend to not be able to do things quite on the scale that Mages can. Monster magic is pulled from themselves. It's a part of their soul, and fueled by their soul. They have a much more limited pool. Mind you, some monsters still have immense pools of magic they can pull from, and high regen rates, but still ultimately are more limited than humans. (Side note, if a monster uses up their “pool” the can continue using magic, but its a good way to die very quickly as it drains on their souls directly)
As for existing Mages, the obvious would be Frisk/Chara. Correspondence and Time. Possibly Prime. I'm actually unsure on Spirit, but leaning towards no. If you want more on that lemme know. I could discuss it a fair amount I think.
The other part of your question ; Soulmates.
There are essentially three types of bonds that fall under what most would consider “soulmates”. Kindred Spirits, Soul Mates, and Twin Flames. Any of these bonds can be platonic, romantic, or anything in between. Friends, lovers, rivals.
Kindred Spirits – Compatible. Someone with who you find forming an easy, comfortable bond. Often very similar to ourselves in a comforting way. Someone to whom we easily relate and connect to.
Soulmates – Complementary. A near perfect resonation. The traditional idea behind most soulmate lore. One can meet multiple soulmates in their lives, though they're not quite as common as Kindred Spirits.
Twin Flames – Twin Flames are the other half of an incomplete soul. A perfect mirror. Both the same and opposite in everywhere. Twin Flames rarely exist in the same world at the same time. When they do they are often both drawn to and repelled by one another. It is a bond existing beyond defining, beyond platonic/romantic labels. You're greatest ally, worst enemy, deepest love, your Twin Flame, is undeniable bound to you no matter what.
While Kindred Spirits and Soulmates won't necessarily have “matching” magic, their magic is often compatible/complementary to some degree in it's natural leanings.
If you want more info on anything specific, let me know. 💜

Red String; part 2
Continuation of this.
Emet-Selch x WoL, alternate ending, romance.
Tumblr media
He stood in the middle of your room, rather imposing despite his posture, with his features relaxed and at ease. He was the same man, the same Ascian you’ve come to know very well, there was no doubt about it, but something about him was different; something subtle and small, but significant enough to make you notice. His eyes were half-closed but not heavy as before, all familiar dark circles still around them, a brand of centuries of restlessness. His eyebrows no longer shaped a familiar wrinkle between them, there was no bitterness or hostility in that expression. His lips were in a half-smile, lightly parted, no longer sealed shut by a frown. His movements felt softer - not that he wasn’t a graceful and suave creature himself, but the subtleties; he blinked slower, didn’t mind strands of hair falling on his face, somehow even his clothing flowed more freely. He still had that playfulness in his voice that in the time you’ve spent around him you’ve found yourself getting used to, he wouldn’t be Emet-Selch without it, but he spoke lighter, somehow - easier, the words came out without pain or resentment. He felt like a different version of himself. As though he let got of a part of his cynicism, trading it for softness. A small part. But noticeable. A softer Emet-Selch. A lighter Hades.
Ever since saving his life you’ve spent every waking moment holed up in your room, looking at the sky and wondering what became of him. You even tried to drown your sorrows to muffle your loud mind a bit - to no avail. You could never completely let go of self control that you have come to possess as a hero. A thousand questions filled your head with no trace or hope of an answer - will he be angry with you for sparing him? Will he take a gesture of mercy as a display of weakness? Did he truly even live or did you just prolong his pain? Would he be able to recover? Was your hunch - your feeling - wrong all along and you doomed the world to extinction by your own hand? What would it take to stir a change of heart in him - if there even is a heart within him. And now before you stands he - alive, healed, content, and ready for your questions, but they all choked up in your throat, unable to come out. Perhaps from sensing your scattered panicked thoughts, or from sheer boredom of the heavy silence in the room he spoke, again:
“You ought not think of me so often, warrior. I cannot exactly hear your thoughts, see, but I can feel that you are worried - and I must say you worry so much over one man who desired to kill you.” - his voice, his tone, his familiar playfulness brought you back to when he would follow you and the Scions, coming out of the shadows when he saw fit. He spoke nonsense, you had no idea what he meant by all of this, and no doubt there will come a time to find out, but right now your mind was focused on one thing alone - his welfare. Finally regaining control over your stunned body, you unfreeze and take a rapid step towards him, perhaps too fast judging by him slightly leaning back.
“Are you okay?” - your voice comes out more wounded and pitiful than you expected, your concern for him showing completely bare - “I didn’t- I wasn’t sure what I did back there. I just- I felt something. I knew I had to keep you. I was so worried I only did more damage. I know not what came over me. You’re an Ascian, you’re Hades, you tried to- you are- you...” - your voice trembled more with each word - it felt as though the thousand questions you had all tried to come out at the same time, resulting in the nonsensical mush that you just muttered. You looked down at your palms, ready to cover your face any second from the surge of emotions coursing through you, unable to face him for fear of being ridiculed for such a pathetic display. Your heart was so painfully full from knowing that he is alive, you didn’t want this moment spoiled by venomous stinging words of his. You struggled for a few moments, trying to find another strand- another word to start a more coherent sentence, a worthwhile thought, but you just couldn’t, your mind was a mess, and so were you. Your eyes just started watering when you suddenly saw a gloved hand reaching out to cup one of your palms. You looked up to see Emet-Selch standing terrifyingly close to you. His gaze was locked on your palm as he held it in his hand, and covered it with another. Blinking slowly, he looked up into your tearful eyes.
“Hush.” - he commanded in a near whisper. A corner of his lip curled up into a half-smile as his grip on your hand slightly tightened. The fabric of his gloves was soft to the touch and emanated a comforting warmth. Instinctively you reciprocated the gesture, wrapping your fingers gently around the base of his thumb. Having never seen him this close before your eyes anxiously wandered - upon your entwined hands, upon his clothing, the fur of his collar, the texture of his skin and lips, the colour of his hair under the lighting of your room, and yet his gaze was locked onto your darting eyes.
“See?” - he said with a familiar playful tone, “I’m not a ghost or a vision. I wouldn’t be able to touch you otherwise.” - he ran his thumb gently over your hand in reassurance, “I’m very much alive, hero. Let go of your worries, at least immediate ones.”
His words made you crumble. Your knees got weaker and without notice tears flowed down your face, but you weren’t crying. You made no sound, only a sharp inhale that let it all go. With every trembling breath you took the weight in your chest was lifting, until eventually you closed your eyes and reveled in the solace his words brought you. A fleeting thought crossed your mind, that you had never let anyone see you this vulnerable, this bare. Even in your darkest moments you chose to withdraw and bottle it all instead - you were a hero after all, those dependent on you didn’t deserve the burden of your emotion. But now you have come undone, completely and undeniably, before the most dangerous enemy you’ve ever had.
Emet-Selch was silent. He watched you intently, giving you all the time you need to regain control. You looked up at him and saw no judgment in his eyes. You expected a similar expression of disappointment when he witnessed your inability to contain the light - and yet you saw not a trace of that now. He looked at you with eyes so deep in thought that for a moment it felt like he looked through you. His eyebrows were tense, and his expression carried a drop of empathy.
“A pain felt through centuries is bound to be hard on one poor shattered soul.” he spoke in a solemn voice, using his free hand to swipe a strand of hair from your face and tuck it behind your ear. “How I pity you. You have no recollection of who we- who you used to be. And yet you feel all the pain.”  You could have sworn you heard his voice tremble. He looked down, seemingly contemplating something, his grip on your hand tightening.
“And here I thought I was carrying this burden alone” - he whispered, his lips manifesting a smile. Suddenly you felt a gentle tug - Emet-Selch pulled you closer by your hand, letting you bump into his chest. You felt warmth encompass you as he wrapped both his arms around you tightly, but gently, and nuzzled his face in your neck. Your eyes shot wide open, baffled by what was transpiring. He inhaled sharply and held you even tighter, not saying a single word. And then you knew. You knew what he meant by saying he felt that you thought of him - you felt the pain and sorrow of his own within your heart. As if tied together by an invisible link, you felt his grief pour into you. It was your aether within him. You light, your blood. When you saved him with your own life force you made yourself a part of his being as much as you made him a part of yours.
This wasn’t him comforting you anymore - this is something that he needed. This was his attempt at holding himself in control and not crumbling together with you. His breath was shaky, but you couldn’t tell if he was crying because of how closely his face was buried into your neck.
You knew he needed this now. You had no idea what was happening, why he was like this now, what was causing him such pain, but you knew that he needed this moment of weakness - perhaps first one in years, because you felt his own pain in your heart. So you reassured him - you stretched out your arms and hugged him back, lifting one hand and gently patting the back of his head. You felt his body respond to your touch. Following a sharp inhale his embrace tightened, as if he was trying his damnest to not lose you.
You wanted to reassure him. He found the perfect concise words to still your anxious heart, and you knew how good that felt, to have someone be there for you and reassure you that nothing bad is going to happen. Even if that someone was your nemesis. You searched your mind for the right thing to say, and you finally settled.
“I’m not going anywhere, Hades.”, a quiet whisper right next to his ear. Saying the name of a terrifying enemy in such a gentle manner felt so strange. Here he was, embracing you like a long-lost lover, and here you were, attempting to calm his soul instead of trying to shatter it. After hearing your words he slowly pulled back, letting go of you and breaking free of your embrace. You saw now that his eyes were dry. He had a look of shame on his face, so very uncharacteristic for the confident and cynical Emet-Selch you knew. He averted his golden eyes away as to not face you, surely ashamed of showing any amount of weakness around you.
“Forgive my pathetic display, I was... overwhelmed.” - an attempted apology escaped his lips. It looked like he wanted to say more, he was exasperated that he let himself this weakness, but you would have none of it. With a warm smile you raised your hand and cupped the side of his face that he had turned to you, your thumb gently brushing over the area under his eye. The gesture didn’t move him, but after a sigh he leaned into your touch, simultaneously turning to face you.
“Hush”, you commanded this time, much like he did to you earlier. Such a bold gesture forced a chuckle out of him, and his eyes, lost in thought a moment ago, were now closed, taking in every moment of your gentle touch upon him. You wondered how long it’s been for him, since he felt another’s touch upon him, a tenderness that all beings of Hydaelyn shared and craved for. It didn’t concern you if his own people shared the same desire for closeness, you just needed to see his serene expression leaning against your hand to know that you would be ready to give it to him at a moment’s notice.

Whumptober 20: Trembling
Guess who's back in this story.
This fills @stephenstrangebingo for "Curse" (and my first bingo on that card, finally).
If you want to get a feel for Narrator before diving into this, you can read his unpleasantness in #2: Explosion and #7: Isolation. It's not required to read those to understand this story, though.
Warnings: Nothing I can think of in particular, other than that the narrator delights in the suffering of others.
20. Trembling
Oh, you won't believe what happened— I mean it! You won't believe the gift I had dropped right in my lap just now. Sit still and listen for a second. I mean, time hardly matters here anyway, does it? So just— just listen. I need to share this with someone.
Now as you know, I get a lot of calls for favours and deals. It's what I do, what I look for, and it certainly keeps the place populated, which is the entire point of the business. Without a population, this whole dimension would eventually wither and fade, and where would that leave me? You get it.
Souls are what keep the realm going. While minor demons are useful, it is the souls from mortal planes that have power, though most mortals are completely oblivious to the vast amount of energy within their souls. And me, well, I have found that I have a taste for human souls. There's something about their capacity to be so good, only to fall to the most depraved acts imaginable that makes my metaphorical heart sing in joy.
Take the human I just met. He was rather bitter about being kicked out of his little group and wanted revenge on the leader. This is rather par for the course when it comes to those calling upon my dimension for some sort of task or power, so I let one of the grunts handle it.
The grunt came back and gave me the details and I nearly danced in joy. Gave the grunt a soul to play with; grunts that just know when I'm not needed and when I am needed are hard to come by, and I want him to know I appreciate it; can't have him being poached by some other entity.
So here I go up, putting on the shape the grunt was wearing for the job (which turned out to be more human-like than I usually go with, but that's fine), and to the human that reached out to us it doesn't look like anything's changed at all. For all he knows, he's talking to the same demon.
A quick review of the conversation so far later, I offer the summoner a sympathetic smile. "Tell me more about this Stephen Strange," I said, as if I didn't know anything about him. Play a bit dumb here and there, and humans grow much more comfortable around you, as if you're one of them. It's just adorable.
"He's an egotistical asshole," the summoner spat, "who has no business being the Sorcerer Supreme!"
I admit I had forgotten that they promoted him after that tiff with Nightmare (who's still the same moron he was five hundred Earth years ago, so you're not missing anything with him) and Strange had certainly proved himself capable enough. So for someone reaching out to me to help take down him?
Yeah, you see why I'm just so damn pleased.
Anyway, he went on with this and that, explaining that he didn't deserve to be kicked out of Kamar-Taj, that Strange was an idiot, et cetera, et cetera. You know how summoners can get. I let him rant for a few minutes until he finally stopped for a breath, and then I asked him, "What do you want to do?"
"Make him pay," the summoner replied.
I must say, I kept my calm quite impressively at his useless answer. No good at blowing up at a summoner before we seal a deal, after all. "What would you like in order to accomplish that?" I asked quite patiently.
The summoner paused a moment, and really, I don't quite understand how some of these summoners are ready to sell their souls without a concise idea of what they exactly want prepared. While vague requests such as "power" and "wealth" are incredibly convenient for me, sometimes something more planned out would be a nice change of pace.
He eventually answered, "He has this doctor friend who knew him from before that comes to the New York Sanctum to still see him from time to time. Once even went to Kamar-Taj. I don't know if they're sleeping together or what, but Strange definitely cares for her. I want her cursed. Take her soul to tear him apart."
I admit, I was impressed by his thinking. I was expecting the usual "powers to destroy him" or something of the sort— you know how it tends to go— but this was a creativity I could appreciate. Curses and soul-taking, however? Two different things. "I can take her with me. Call that the curse." Not her soul alone, naturally, but I didn't say that I'd take her soul. But you know how humans are: they hear what they want to hear. "Do you know her name?"
"Palmer. Doctor Christine Palmer," he confirmed.
I could have found it myself if need be, of course, but he certainly sped up the process. "I will take Doctor Christine Palmer from this world, and in return, your soul comes to me upon your death." I then offered my hand
He didn't even hesitate! He gripped my hand and said, "Deal," and that was that. Soul in the bag. And what a treat to secure it!
Oh, yeah, I've already done as he asked. How could I help myself? It was a simple task and I was already on the mortal plane— and I had a bit of fun in the process, too.
I located the woman quickly in her apartment and put on the guise of Doctor Strange before appearing before her. She jumped and frowned at my sudden appearance, but as she has no skills in sorcery, immediately believed me to be him. "Stephen!" she said with a frown. "I told you not to portal into my apartment! You need to knock unless I say otherwise."
"There's not much time," I said, and her frown turned into a look of confusion. "You're in danger. You need to come with me."
She was worried, of course, and asked me, "What? Stephen, what's happening?"
"We need to go," I said. "Come with me." I then offered her my hand to take. You see where this is going.
Of course she took my hand. Interestingly enough, the moment she took it she realized something was not right; I could see it in her expression. And she told me, "Your hand isn't trembling."
Whoops; my bad, right? But the hard part was already done; she gave me her hand. She tried to pull it away, of course, but, well, it was something of a pathetic struggle on her part. "Stephen, let me go."
I decided to let the guise from my face fall and said, "No, I don't think so," as I looked back at her.
It's been a long time since I've heard such a wonderfully terrified mortal scream. It's really made me consider that I should go out and take a few more summonings rather than having the grunts do all of them, or at least find some interesting fulfillments.
The woman? Oh, she's fine. I just have her sleeping. She's not really important in this, after all. She's only a prop for the real prize. And I left Strange enough hints that I expect he will be summoning me in no time at all.
————
Oh, here we go. And a summoning to force me to come in person rather than giving me the ability to send a grunt in my stead; well done, Strange. But I was coming prepared.
A bit of a pull, and I found myself within a very well-warded and power-containing summoning circle. They put up runes to attempt to force my true self, but I've been able to beat those for over a thousand years, now.
So instead of facing the form that I tend to wear in my dimension, Strange and four other sorcerers were faced with the visage of the woman who called herself The Ancient One. And the expression on their faces? Absolutely priceless.
The one I knew as Hamir spoke first. "Reveal your true form."
"I don't think I will," I said, giving the sorcerers a small smile. I ran a hand over my currently bald head; not personally a look I'd go for myself, but I suppose it added to her enigma.
The woman called Minoru tried to cast a spell to remove my form and oh, that was precious. The summoning circle contained my power, but within its bounds? Her spells were nothing.
"What is your name, demon?" asked Hamir.
"It is mine, for now," I said. Let them think they were dealing with a lesser demon for now; I was saving my reveal for later.
Strange, now, Strange was outright trembling in rage. An unexpected bonus; I was expecting something more stoic. "What do you want with Christine?" he asked, and I appreciated his candour. Straight to the point.
"I don't want anything with her," I answered. "Unfortunately for her, someone didn't like her all that much and cursed her soul to my realm."
"No," said the sorcerer named Wong. "Demons can only entrap souls within their realms that deliberately submit to their will. You cannot contain her soul."
"Ah, someone's done their homework," I said, but I admit I was delighted; it is so difficult to come across anything remotely challenging in my existence, and dealing with sorcerers that understood how it worked? What can I say; it was a breath of fresh air. "You are correct; her soul is not mine. But there are no rules against containing her living body within my realm until her soul sees fit to depart. Usually it's not worth the effort, but a curse is a curse." It really wasn't worth the effort; humans had to eat and drink all the time and it was just so much busy work. I'll stick to souls, thank you very much.
The newly minted Sorcerer Supreme was staring at me with narrowed eyes; the trembling had lessened, but it was there— oh, and especially in his hands. I see why the woman saw, or rather felt, the difference. "But this is not a curse in the usual sense of the term. You cannot curse physical bodies to other dimensions. Someone must have made a bargain with you."
Oh, what a true delight! Doctor Strange lived up to his growing reputation. "Quite so."
His eyes remained narrow. "I would bargain for her safe return to Earth." Beside him, Hamir stiffened in dismay.
I gave Strange a toothy grin, which, upon the face of the Ancient One, seemed to disturb the sorcerers gathered; that was amusing. "A small price of a soul would do it in a heartbeat."
Before he could answer, Wong immediately said, "Rejected. A mortal lifetime is not of the same value as a soul for an eternity."
Damn. Well, it was worth a shot. Strange, though, Strange was unable to hide his pain and anger at Wong's comment. Interesting.
"Can't blame me for trying," I said in turn. "Still, I am willing to bargain with you." I set my focus on Strange. "But bargain with you alone and in my own realm. Besides, you want to see your friend, yes?"
He did not answer immediately, and from what I could tell, they were communicating silently with each other. The summoning circle was strong enough that I could not intrude upon their thoughts, sadly, but I knew what the answer was going to be. Even if the other four sorcerers were against him, Strange was more than stubborn enough not to listen to them.
Eventually Strange answered, "I agree to bargain with you within your realm concerning Christine Palmer's safe return."
Carefully worded. Not an idiot. This was going to be fun. "Come with me," I said, offering my hand out.
Strange spared a last glance at the other sorcerers before walking towards me. Sadly he did not take my hand, but again, he knew what he was doing. I have to say I was just a bit giddy for the challenge.
I set my hand on his shoulder and said, "Cut the cord." I could feel Strange exhale under my hand, and with a gesture he extinguished all wards that forced me to the mortal plane. We were pulled through the multiverse together and the blink of an eye later, we were within my dimension.
I let the guise of the Ancient One fall from my visage and I grew in height and my skin reddened as I shifted into my chosen form for my home dimension. Strange was tense under my hand that had yet to leave his shoulder; he looked at his surroundings with a completely stoic expression, but I could feel the despair edging in. And he hadn't even looked at my shifting form yet.
Once I became me again, I finally introduced myself, like a proper host should. "I am Mephisto," I said, and I couldn't help but grin. "Welcome to Hell."

Quick question: Naturally this series isn’t done yet, but I haven’t decided if I want to continue in the Narrator’s (well, Mephisto’s) POV or if I should go back to my usual third person limited with Stephen. Any opinions?
Oh and Mephisto’s characterization is basically all inspired by the Damnation arc. I adore how he was written in that arc.

John 8:23-30 New International Version (NIV)
23 But he continued, “You are from below; I am from above. You are of this world; I am not of this world. 24 I told you that you would die in your sins; if you do not believe that I am he, you will indeed die in your sins.”
25 “Who are you?” they asked.
“Just what I have been telling you from the beginning,” Jesus replied. 26 “I have much to say in judgment of you. But he who sent me is trustworthy, and what I have heard from him I tell the world.”
27 They did not understand that he was telling them about his Father. 28 So Jesus said, “When you have lifted up[a] the Son of Man, then you will know that I am he and that I do nothing on my own but speak just what the Father has taught me. 29 The one who sent me is with me; he has not left me alone, for I always do what pleases him.” 30 Even as he spoke, many believed in him.
John 3:18,36 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God…
Proverbs 8:36 But he that sinneth against me wrongeth his own soul: all they that hate me love death.
Mark 16:16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.
Matthew Henry's Concise Commentary
8:21-29
Those that live in unbelief, are for ever undone, if they die in unbelief. The Jews belonged to this present evil world, but Jesus was of a heavenly and Divine nature, so that his doctrine, kingdom, and blessings, would not suit their taste. But the curse of the law is done away to all that submit to the grace of the gospel. Nothing but the doctrine of Christ's grace will be an argument powerful enough, and none but the Spirit of Christ's grace will be an agent powerful enough, to turn us from sin to God; and that Spirit is given, and that doctrine is given, to work upon those only who believe in Christ. Some say, Who is this Jesus? They allow him to have been a Prophet, an excellent Teacher, and even more than a creature; but cannot acknowledge him as over all, God blessed for evermore. Will not this suffice? Jesus here answers the question. Is this to honour him as the Father? Does this admit his being the Light of the world, and the Life of men, one with the Father? All shall know by their conversion, or in their condemnation, that he always spake and did what pleased the Father, even when he claimed the highest honours to himself.

MM ANON …… Thrive???………… definitely Malibu ………wear a mask ………… confusing but amusing ……… a question of credibility ……… 🎼 we can be heroes ……🎼…” what ever happened to wrinkle cream?”……… love and hugs to all our anon friends ……… 🎼 now there are three steps to heaven 🎼………… Brave New World ……… a quiet Queen.

SEASON TWO:THE RETURN OF MM ANON 😉
RIDDLE #13
SORRY IT IS A DAY LATE AGAIN
0935 HRS CST
FOR ENTERTAINMENT ONLY
Thrive???
IN WHAT I BELIEVE, IS HIS THIRD VIDEO APPEARANCE RECENTLY, HARRY CONGRATULATED THE U.K.’S YOUNG PEOPLE FOR NOT JUST SURVIVING BUT THRIVING DURING THE PANDEMIC. HE GAVE SOME VERY ENCOURAGING WORDS. I FEEL THIS IS THE PATH THEY HAVE CHOSEN TO REINTRODUCE OUR HARRY. SLOWLY REINVOLVING HIM, NOTHING LIVE OR IN PUBLIC, BUT VIDEO AND PERTINENT TOPICS. I THIS IS VERY WISE AND GIVES ME EXTREME HOPE!!!🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻💜💜💜 VERY MUCH PRESSING, LIKE THE VE DAY VIDEO.
WHAT A JOKE, IN THE VIDEO DONE IN SOUTH AFRICA, MADAM STOLE THE FAMOUS LINE, ONE DOES NOT WANT TO MERELY SURVIVE BUT TO THRIVE, WHICH BY THE WAY HAS BEEN USED BY AN AMERICAN VITAMIN TV AD IN RECENT MONTHS, EVERY TIME IT COMES ON I BURST INTO LAUGHTER…I GUESS IT MAKES ME THRIVE WITHOUT TAKING IT🤣🤣🤣😂😂. SO MADAM IS PR ING HER WAY THROUGH A FAKE LIFE WITH HARRY AND ARCHIFICIAL, WHILE BEING HOSPITALIZED OR PERHAPS DISCHARGED NOW AND BACK TO MIO OR SOMEONE ELSE COUCH. SO PATHETIC, SHE COULD HAVE HAD IT ALL, BUT BY ANYONES IDEAS SHE IS JUST BARELY SURVIVING, IN EVERY SINGLE WAY. SO VERY SAD.
definitely Malibu ………
MALBU DUCHESS DINO BARELY? IS THAT THE GOAL? PR ING A BEACH HOUSE AND BEACH VIEW, MANSIONS AND A PLETHORA OF A LIST BESTIES AND OFFERS ROLLING IN??? HMMMM. NOT BUYING IT, NOT AT ALL NO MATTER WHAT PR IS TOSSED OUT AT US.
wear a mask ………… confusing but amusing ………a question of credibility
GUIDELINES GIVEN. BY THE U.K. GOVERNMENT ARE CONTINUING TO BE CONFUSING, IN FACT AT TIME THE PM HIMSELF APPEARED BEFUDDLED. TO BE HONEST, I AM ALSO CONFUSED ABOUT WHERE, WHEN TO WEAR A MASK, DOES IT PREVENT, PROTECT, SLOW DOWN TRANSMISSION. GOOD SOLID HANDWASHING, AVOIDING TOUCHING YOUR FACE AND HAND SANITIZER THOSE ARE MOST IMPORTANT.
IF ONE, IN A ROLE OF ANY OFFICIAL CAPACITY, BE IT PM, HIS CABINET, HEALTH OFFICERS ETC ETC ARE NOT CLEAR, CONCISE, USE LANGUAGE EVERYONE CAN UNDERSTAND AND MAKE SENSE OF, THEIR CREDIBILITY IS CALLED INTO QUESTION OR CAN BE. I SAW THE DM ARTICLE THE OTHER DAY OF PM JOHNSON WALKING, UNMASKED, IN THE PARK WITH A TOSS AWAY COSTA COFFEE CUP, HE WAS CONFRONTED BY WHAT LOOKED LIKE AN ORDINARY CITIZEN, WHO I CANNOT RECALL WHO HE WAS BUT HE WAS SOME BIG CORPORATE GUY, ABOUT THE CONFUSION IN GOVERNMENT MESSAGING REGARDING THE STEPS OF UNLOCKINGDOWN. NEW WORD YEP I MADE IT!
🎼 we can be heroes ……🎼
MM ANON RETURNS TO ONE OF HER FAVES, DAVID BOWIE. THIS SONG CALLED HEROES IS AN OLD ONE BUT GREAT. THIS SPEAKS TO HOW EVERYDAY ORDINARY PEOPLE CAN BE AND ARE HEROES. THINGS WE DO, SEEN AND UNSEEN ARE HEROIC. THIS HAS EXPLODED INTO EVIDENCE PUBLICLY DURING THIS WHOLE PANDEMIC. UNLIMITED AMOUNT OF HEROES DISPLAYED IN EVERY CORNER OF LIFE AND VIRTUALLY EVERY CORNER OF THE WORLD. AMAZING.
…” what ever happened to wrinkle cream?”………
WELL I STILL AM HERE🤣🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂FOR THOSE HERE LONG ENOUGH TO REMEMBER MY SKIN EXPERTISE AND LOVE OF SERUMS AND POTIONS, DISPENSER OF ADVICE.
I THINK THIS TEFERS TO MADAM AND THE DRASTIC ALTERATIONS IN HER FACE WE HAVE SEEN…LOTS AND LOTS OF APPEARING TO BE SURGICAL AND MEDICAL INTERVENTIONS, CAMERA FILTERS FOR SURE. NO, NO ORDINARY SERUMS AND CREAMS COULD TACKLE THE THINGS SHE WANTED DONE. MANY ACROSS THE GLOBE SEEK SURGERY AND MEDICAL INTERVENTION FOR THE SAME REASON. ITS A MULTIBILLION DOLLAR THRIVING BUSINESS AND GROWING. HEY, I LOVE MY SERUMS ETC BUT EVERY ALMOST WRINKLE I HAVE, I HAVE EARNED!!! AGING IS A GIFT, JUST LOOK AROUND SEE YOUNG PEOPLE WITH CANCER OR KILLED IN ACCIDENTS. WITH AGE COMES WISDOM.😊(HOPEFULLY 🤣🤣🤣😂)
love and hugs to all our anon friends ………
THIS IS SO SWEET OF YOU MM ANON, THERE ARE MANY WHO HAVE HAD THEIR ONLINE WORLD SHATTERED RECENTLY. THERE ARE MANY HERE WHO HAVE BEEN HERE FOR HARRY AND OUR BELOVED ROYALS FOR A VERY LONG TIME, TRUTH TELLING, EXPOSING LIES AND ON AND ON. VERY LOYAL INDIVIDUALS INDEED.
🎼 now there are three steps to heaven 🎼…………
OK I HAD TO LOOK THIS UP. OLD SONG BY SHOWADDYWADDY. ITS ABOUT HEAVEN MEANING INTIMACY AND A RELATIONSHIP . FIRST STEP GET A GIRL, SECOND FALL IN LOVE THEN BOOM COMMIT THREE STEPS THEN YOU ARE IN HEAVEN.
ALAS LIFE IS NOT SO SIMPLE , AND WE ARE NOT DISCUSSING ACTUAL HEAVEN HERE. THIS HAS NOT, UNFORTUNATELY FOR OUR HARRY AND MANY OF US, BEEN SO EASY. I PRAY HE IS STILL WITH HIS ENGLISH ROSE AND EVENTUALLY THEY CAN OFFICIALLY BE TOGETHER.
Brave New World ………
STUDIED THIS BOOK IN HIGH SCHOOL, WEIRD CONTROLLED DYSTOPIAN WORLD, WHERE EVERY MOVE WAS PREARRANGED CONTROLLED BY THE GOVERNMENT, VERY MUCH LIKE WHAT WE HAVE BEEN AND ARE LIVING THROUGH,YET COMPLETELY DIFFERENT IN THAT THIS IS FOR LIFE AND DEATH SAKE. CONSPIRACY THEORIES ABOUND, I WILL NOT GO FURTHER. IT WILL BE INTERESTING TO SEE HOW THE UNLOCKDOWN WORKS. I PRAY 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 THAT WE DONT HAVE MASSIVE SPIKES BUT I DO WORRY ABOUT ALL THE CHILDREN THAT GLOBALLY HAVE BEEN GETTING SO SICK.
a quiet Queen.
HMTQ HAS BEEEN ISOLATING AT WINDSOR CASTLE WITH HRH THE DUKE OF EDINBURGH. GIVEN THE AGGRESSIVE NATURE OF THIS VIRUS, ITS EFFECTS ON THE ELDERLY, AND NO TREATMENT OR VACCINE, SHE MAY NEED TO REMAIN THERE INDEFINITELY, UNTIL AN EFFECTIVE VACCINE IS SAFE AND AVAILABLE. I HAVE BEEN READING ABOUT THAT.

I NURSED FOR WELL OVER 20 YEARS IN VARIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES. I CAN SAY IT TOOK YOUR BODY, HEART AND SOUL, ITS A CALLING, AN ART, I LIVED MY FAITH IN SERVING CHRIST IN THIS I MANNER. I HAVE HAD THE PRIVILEGE OF BEING WITH INDIVIDUALS IN THE WORST MOMENTS OF THEIR LIVES TO HEALING. BUT ALSO THE PRIVILEGE OF BEING WITH PEOPLE WHEN THEY DIED. I MISSED MANY HOLIDAYS, FAMILY TIME, DOUBLE SHIFT AFTER DOUBLE SHIFT. THE MOST REWARDING CAREER EVER. I WOULD NOT CHANGE A THING. DEALING WITH FAMILIES TOO WAS AT TIME EXTREMELY DIFFICULT AND ALSO EXTREMELY REWARDING. IT IS NOT FOR THE FAINT OF HEART BUT IF YOU ARE CALLED TO SERVE, JUMP AT THE CHANCE, YOU WILL NEVER REGRET IT. I SALUTE ALL MY FELLOW NURSES HERE ON TUMBLR, THOSE WHO HAVE GONE BEFORE, THOSE SERVING NOW AND THOSE YET TO COME.🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻💐💐💐💐

CHARLOTTE GOES FIRST ON HER BIKE AND GEORGE BRINGS UP THE REAR AS HE IS OLDER. HOW FANTASTIC WOULD THIS BE? THIS IS PURE SPECULATION ON MY PART OR WISH FOR THEM PERHAPS.
🎼bye bye miss American spy🎼………
OLD SONG BYE BYE MISS AMERICAN PIE, NEIL YOUNG CANADIAN😁😁😁😁🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦. YES APPARENTLY DEAR MADAM HAS BEEN KEEPING A SECRET JOURNAL OF EVERYTHING SHE WITNESSED IN THE ROYAL FAMILY. I THINK THAT IS DISGUSTING. SEEMINGLY IT IS BYE BYE SO…..EMBARGO TIME.??? EITHER WAY, IT WILL NOT HAPPEN. ARE THERE NO DEPTHS SHE WILL NOT SINK TOO?? THE ANSWER IS NO BECAUSE OF SULPHUROUS EVIL SHE SERVES. 👁 👁 👁 👁 👁 HAVE DONE THEIR WORK, EVIDENCE IS IN, AND IT IS NOT LOOKING GOOD FOR THE YANKEE MATA HARI🤣🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂. IF YOU DO NOT KNOW WHO MATA HARI IS, GO STUDY HISTORY FASCINATING. ARE CHARGES GOING TO INCLUDE NATIONAL SECURITY ISSUES?? I THINK MORE THAN EVER THE STAR CHAMBER AND ITS JUSTICES HAVE BEEN KNEE DEEP IN THIS INFORMATION AND EVIDENCE!!
🎼listen , do you want to know a secret 🎼………
DIDN’T HAVE TO LOOK THIS UP EITHER, THIS IS FROM FROZEN, AS ANY PARENT WILL TELL YOU🤣🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂. I AM AUNTIE SO I KNOW IT TOO. THIS APPLIES AGAINS TO THAT BLOODY SECRET JOURNAL OF LIES PROBABLY MIXED WITH VERY PRIVATE INFORMATION DURING HER TIME WITH OUR BELOVED ROYAL FAMILY. EMBARGO!!
ALSO, ANNOUNCED YESTERDAY, THAT HMTQ, THE CAMBRIDGES AND HRH PRINCE CHARLES ARE FREEZING ALL RECRUITMENTS AS THEY CONTINUE TO ISOLATE WITH REDUCED HOUSEHOLD STAFF AT THEIR RESPECTIVE ROYAL.
THE SONG IS FROM THE MOVIE FROZEN……SO FREEZE FROZEN GET THE RIFF??
stay alert 🤣🤣🤣………
AGAIN DIRECTIONS GIVEN FOR THE PUBLIC FOR YEARS NOW STAY ALERT TO ANYTHING UNUSUAL AND REPORT IT IE RELATED TO TERRORIST ATTACKS. BUT THIS HAS LAUGHTER SO IT IS NOT THAT. STAY ALERT TO HOW CLOSE YOU GET TO OTHERS ON A CROWDED BUS WITH TWO METRE DISTANCE BETWEEN EACH PERSON NOT VERY LIKELY IS IT. IT SEEMS ABSURD, CANNOT GO TO ANOTHER HOME BUT CAN GO TO WORK ON CROWDED PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION. ITS THE OXYMORON OF ALL TIME🤣🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂.
trains, planes and automobiles………
THIS IS A GREAT AGAIN CANADIAN 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦 FILM STARRING THE GREAT JOHN CANDY🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦RIP. TRYING DESPERATELY TO GET SOMEWHERE USING EVERY AVAILABLE MEANS. WITH THE TUBE OVERCROWDED AND INFECTED, I WONDER IF THIS IS REFERRING TO HOW PEOPLE WHO ARE WORKING IR RETURNING TO WORKING ARE GETTING THERE AND BACK AGAIN.
driving miss day-see? ………
ANOTHER THING NO GOOGLING REQUIRED, RIFF ON THE FANTASTIC PLAY WITH ANGELA LANSBURY, I SAW IT SHE WAS BRILLIANT AND ALSO A FILM ABOUT AN AGING WOMAN IN THE 1950’S SOUTH BEGINNING TO LOSE HER FACULTIES SO HER SON HIRES A CHAUFFEUR TO DRIVE HER. SHE WANTS NAUGHT TO DO WITH HIM. HERE WE HAVE MISS DAY-SEE….SO THIS IS A DAY TRIP TO SEE SOMETHING. WHO IS MISS, CHARLOTTE IS A MISS BUT YOUNG. 🤔 HMMM MISS STACY, WHO IS STACY. OR SOMEONE JUST GETTING OUT FOR A DRIVE BY CHAUFFEUR HMTQ IS NOT A MISS BUTBIT MIGHT BE HER . SORRY KIDS I AM ALL OVER THE MAP GUESSING HERE.
FOUR!!!! ……………
FORE IS A GOLFING EXPRESSION TO WARN A BALL IS IN PLAY AND TO MIND YOURSELF. WHATS THIS WARNING FOUR AND FOUR EXCLAMATION MARKS? GOLLY I WISH IT MEANT CAMBRIDGE BABY NUMBER FOUR. I KNOW I DO CARRY ON SO ABOUT THAT BUT WOULDN’T IT BE JUST MARVELLOUS? I AM CERTAIN WILLIAM MIGHT BE YELLING HELP🤣🤣🤣😂😂, I REMEMBER WHEN HRH PRINCE LOUIS WAS BORN, HE TOOK THE CHILDREN TO SEE HIM, GESTURED ST PHOTOGRAPHERS THREE NOW!!! 👶 👶 👶 🍼
an art gallery,when??………
TWO THINGS HERE, THE FIRST IS THE HOLD STILL, EXHIBIT THAT THE ROYAL PHOTOGRAPHIC SOCIETY IS DOING WITH CATHERINE AS THEIR PATRON. IF YOU ARE UNFAMILIAR, THEY ARE SOLICITING PHOTOS FROM THE PUBLIC FOR EXPERIENCES DURING THE PANDEMIC. I BELIEVE THEY WANT TO WHITTLE IT DOWN TO 100 . MY THAT WILL BE A MONUMENTAL TASK WILL IT NOT? ALSO, TODAY ARTHUR EDWARDS, NOTED ROYAL PHOTOGRAPHER MADE SOME ABSOLUTELY LOVELY COMMENTS ABOUT CATHERINE’S SKILL IN PHOTOGRAPHY AND HOW IT HAS GROWN. MIGHT WE, AT SOME POINT IN THE FUTURE, SEE AN EXHIBIT OF HER WORK? WE LOVE THE PHOTOS OF THE CHILDREN💜💜💜💜💕💕💕💕💜💜💜💜. MY THAT WOULD BE A WONDERFUL EXHIBIT. NATURE SCENES, URBAN, ANYTHING.
single prayers please.
I THINK THIS IS A PLAY ON WORDS, PEOPLE TO WALK SINGLE FILE, WITH PHYSICAL DISTANCING AS MORE MOVEMENT IS ALLOWED, PEOPLE RETURNING TO WORK, SHOP ETC. I FULLY BELIEVE MANY MANY PRAYERS 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 ARE BEING SAID SO THAT THE VIRUS WILL NOT AGAIN CAUSE A MASSIVE SECOND WAVE OF INFECTIONS AS RESTRICTIONS ARE SLOWLY EASED.

RIDDLE #16. 1600 HRS
school of thought ……… bulldoze in and takeover
OH GOOD HEAVENS WHERE DO I START?? MADAM WAS UP TO NO GOOD AGAIN TODAY AND AS USUAL DETAILS KEEP CHANGING. FIRST MADAM AND “H” CRASHED A ZOOM MEETING OF UNION OF TEACHERS, OH WAIT NO, NO NO, NO NO, IT WAS A MENTAL HEALTH WORKERS HOTLINE ZOOM MEETING WAIT TEN MINUTES THE STORY WILL CHANGE YET.
AS PER USUAL THE DETAILS ARE WHERE MADAM HAS EPIC FAILS, THE SIZE OF THE PHOTOSHOPPED HARRY IS NOT IN SYNC WITH HER AND HER POSITION. AS PER HER USUAL SHE CHOOSES THE UNIFORM SHIRT AND THE WORST POSSIBLE FUZZY PHOTO OF HARRY AND SHE IS CRYSTAL CLEAR.
JUST ALLEGEDLY SOMEHOW CRASHED THIS ZOOM MEETING ABD QUITE LITERALLY TOOK IT OVER. MIND YOU MADAM IS AN EXPERT AT TEACHERS, UNIONS, AND MENTAL HEALTH😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. MY SIDE HURTS FROM LAUGHING.
……… Braveheart & Boris
THE SNP, NICOLA STURGEON AND PM BORIS JOHNSON HAVE HAD THEIR DISAGREEMENTS. WHILE HE WAS ILL SHE WAS QUITE STRONG BUT SINCE HE HAS RETURNED HE HAS ALL BUT PUT HER IN THE PLACE WHERE HE THINKS SHE SHOULD BE. THE BRAVEHEART , WILLIAM WALLACE SCOTTISH FREEDOM FIGHTER. SCOTLAND 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 THE BRAVE…..OH FLOWER OF SCOTLAND 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 . NEEDLESS TO SAY, THERE HAVE BEEN AND WILL CONTINUE TO BE ISSUES. A GREAT DEAL OF SCOTS WANT INDEPENDENCE. THE FUTURE OF THAT WILL E INTERESTING TO WATCH ALSO.
40698985030_fd04d9bfbe_b_1024x1024.jpeg
………… dead theatre
THEATRES CLOSED, MOVIES CLOSED, ETC ETC ETC. THERE IS SO MUCH COLLATERAL FALLOUT DAMAGE, DESTRUCTION, FROM THIS PANDEMIC. IT SEEMINGLY GETS BIGGER DAILY. FEMICIDE IS INCREASING. IN 🇨🇦 7 WOMEN HAVE BEEN MURDERED BY THEIR PARTNERS SINCE THE LOCKDOWN BEGAN. THIS TRULY IS GHASTLY ON AN UNPRECEDENTED SCALE. ALARM BELLS SHOULD BE RINGING WORLDWIDE.
……… GOT…………
GOT GAME OF THRONES….OH HOW I MISS IT😫😫😫😫😫😩😩😩😩😩😖😖😖😖🥺🥺🥺. FEELS LIKE A GAME DOESNT IT BUT ITS REAL, REAL LIVES. REAL HARRY IS BEING DRAGGED ALONG INA FAKE PR RELATIONSHIP. I DO NOT KNOW WHY THIS IS ALLOWED TO CONTINUE, HMTQ MUST HAVE HER REASONS. BUT THE INVOLVEMENT OF THE DUO IN AT FIRST A TEACHERS UNION MEETING GOES AGAINST ROYALPROTOCOL….GOOD HEAVENS HARRY KNOWS THAT…HE IS NOT WITH HER. THEN MADAM MUST HAVE HEARD OR READ THAT, SO THE STORY QUICKLY CHANGED TO A MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT LINE MEETING.
I AM NOT SURE WHICH CHARACTER SHE WOULD….. BE IN GOT……ONE OF THE NIGHT KING’S DEAD ALIVE MINIONS DOING EVIL METHINKS.
Charlotte summer ………
WHAT WILL OUR LOTTIE BE UP TO? TENNIS LESSONS? WITH MUMMY? OH I AM CERTAIN SHE HAS IDEAS OF ALLSORTS. LOVE HER TO PIECES💜💜💜💜.
anticipation of antibodies …………
THERE HAS BEEN A NEW CONFIRMED MEASUREMENT FOR ANTIBODIES EVIDENT IN SEROLOGICAL TESTING. THIS IS A HUGE BREAKTHROUGH IN TERMS OF TRACKING WHO HAS ANTIBODIES BUT WAS ASYMPTOMATIC. MASSIVE BRILLIANT NEWS.
China???…………
SADLY IN OUR COUNTRY 🇨🇦, ESPECIALLY OUT WEST, THERE HAS BEEN A SPATE OF ASSAULTS, VERBAL ABUSE OF ASIANS, IN CANADA ASIANS ARE CHINESE, ETC. IN THE U.K. ASIANS ARE FROM PAKISTAN, AFGHANISTAN ETC. SAME WORD VERY DIFFERENT MEANINGS, JUST SHARING THE INFORMATION. THERE ARE MANY QUESTIONS ABOUT THE REAL ORIGIN OF THE COVID-19 STRAIN OF THE CORONAVIRUS FIRST EVIDENT IN WUHAN CHINA. HOWEVER, IN SOME EUROPEAN COUNTRIES, UNFORTUNATELY I CANNOT RECALL EXACTLY WHICH, I THINK SPAIN….BUT THEY RETESTED SAMPLES FROM LATE LAST YEAR, AND THEY TESTED POSITIVE FOR THE VIRUS VARIANT. SO THIS WAS OUT EARLIER BUT WHY DIDNT IT SPREAD LIKE WILDFIRE THEN? THERE IS SO MUCH UNKNOWN, NOW WE HAVE TODAY CONFIRMATION THAT THESE RASHLIKE SYMPTOMS, SIMILAR TO KAWASAKI DISEASE ARE IN FACT CAUSED BY THIS BASTARD OF A VIRUS.
THERE ARE A MYRIAD OF ISSUES AND A ZILLION CONSPIRACY THEORIES. BUT WE NEED TO GET OUR ACT TOGETHER BEFORE THINGS GET REALLY OUT OF CONTROL.
death of Hollywood …………
NO MORE HOLLYWOOD MOVIES , NO SUMMER BLOCKBUSTERS, NOTHING IN PRODUCTION…..THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE. THE NEW HEROES ARE REAL LIFE HEROES, TRUCK DRIVERS, GROCERY STORE WORKERS, SHELF STOCKERS, MEDICAL PERSONNEL, NURSES AND ON AND ON, THERE IS NO UNRINGING THIS BELL 🔔. THE WORLD IS FOREVER CHANGED.
🎼blow a little whistle 🎼…………
CUTE PINOCCHIO SONG ABOUT DOING THE RIGHT THING. A WHISTLE BLOWER IS SOMEONE WHO BELIEVES THEY HAVE INFORMATION THE PUBLIC SHOULD KNOW BUT ITS BEING KEPT QUIET SO THEY GO TO THE MEDIA AND SPILL THE BEANS SO TO SPEAK. THERE IS A WHISTLE BLOWER IN AMERICA ABOUT THE PANDEMIC AND THE PRESIDENT IS FURIOUS. RICK BRIGHT HAS BEEN OUSTED FROM HIS JOB AFTER SAYING THAT BY RESTARTING THINGS TOO FAST AMERICA IS IN FOR A VERY DARK WINTER AND A MASSIVE RESURGENCE OF COVID-19.
we have no plan B………
THERE IS NO PLAN B, I READ THAT THIS MORNING IN THE DM. GOING AHEAD WITH PUBLIC TRANSPORT WHILE STILL SOCIAL DISTANCING YEP OK IN LONDON WHAT?? THE ARTICLE IN THE DM TALKING ABOUT THIS AND PIERS MORGAN INTERVIEW AND ARTICLE REGARDING LONDON MAYOR SADIQ KHAN IS SHOCKING. SUCH UTTER DISREGARD FOR HUMAN LIFE, I AM GOING TO HOLD MY TONGUE NOW.
I’m so bored …………
OH DEARIE ME, I BET MANY CHILDREN ARE SAYING THIS REPEATEDLY, THEIR PARENTS AND FAMILY FEEL THE SAME WAY. BEING ABLE TO GET OUTDOORS MORE NOW MIGHT HELP SOME OF THAT CABIN FEVER PEOPLE ARE EXPERIENCING.
“ we’re gonna need a bigger fence”
JAWS REFERENCE, WE ARE GONNA NEED A BIGGER BOAT 🦈. FENCES SHIELDING HAVE GONE UP AROUND THE MANSION WHERE DINO AND H ARE ALLEGEDLY LIVING THE HIGH LIFE. COVER IT ALL UP, SHE WANTS PRIVACY YET CONTINUES TO FAKE A LIFE WITH HARRY. GOOD HEAVENS HOW LONG CAN THIS GO ON??

a lovely surprise ………
YEP, KIDS, I AM GOING OUT ON A LIMB, YET AGAIN…I DO BELIEVE WE ARE GOING TO BE GETTING NEWS OF CAMBRIDGE 👶 BABY NUMBER FOUR IS ON THE WAY. THEY HAVE BEEN PREDICTING A BABY BOOM AS A RESULT OF THIS LOCKDOWN. THE DM HEADLINE OF AN ARTICLE TODAY SAYING A” GLOWING KATE MIDDLETON” AND WILLIAM AS THEY DO A VIDEOCALL TO A MENTAL HEALTH TEXT SERVICE ENTITLED, SHOUT. WHEN PEOPLE ARE EXPECTING, YES I AM OLD FASHIONED AND USE THAT WORD, ARE OFTEN SEEN AND KNOWN TO HAVE A GLOW ABOUT THEM. I KNOW PEOPLE DO NOT LIKE SPECULATIONS BUT I WOULD BE DELIGHTED.😊😊😊
sweet Charlotte ………
OUR SWEET HRH PRINCESS CHARLOTTE JUST CELEBRATED HER FIFTH BIRTHDAY ON MAY 2/2020. AS PER HER USUAL, CATHERINE TOOK THE MOST AMAZING PHOTOS , ESPECIALLY THE PORTRAIT, OH MY SHE IS SWEET AND BEAUTIFUL CHILD. SHE WILL BE A BEAUTY LIKE HER MUM AND A STRONG PERSONALITY LIKE HMTQ. THE LOVELY PHOTOS OF CHARLOTTE DELIVERING HOMEMADE PASTA TO THOSE IN NEED IN HER GREY RUFFLY DRESS, LOVELY. I HAD A RUFFLY DRESS LIKE THAT IN RED PLAID WITH A WHITE SAILOR TYPE COLLAR FOR CHRISTMAS WHEN I WAS IN JUNIOR HIGH, MAYBE , 12 YEARS OLD, OH I LOVED THAT DRESS!!
“it’s teaching Jim, ……………”
HERE OUR DEAR MM ANON IS BRINGING STAR TREK REFERENCE AGAIN, JIM, WAS CAPTAIN JAMES T KIRK, IN THE ORIGINAL STAR TREK TV SHOW. IT IS HARD TO FATHOM THE IMPACT AND SPAWN THAT SHOW HAS BROUGHT IN TV, FILMS, TECHNOLOGY AND IT ONLY RAN THREE SEASONS. REMARKABLE!
MADAM THINKS SHE KNOWS EVERYTHING AND CAN FAKE INTERRUPT A ZOOM MEETING IN A FAKE BACKGROUND. NO TEACHING IS USEFUL AND SHE IS BEYOND BEING RETAUGHT HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE
WHO IS JIM, IN THIS SCENARIO? WHAT IS BEING TAUGHT? LIFE LESSON PERHAPS? OR SOMETHING IS TEACHING JIM HIMSELF, AS THE CAPTAIN. I THINK THIS MIGHT JUST BE THE PROCESS OF REINTEGRATING HARRY, UNTANGLING HIS PUBLIC IMAGE/FAKE PERSONA THAT MADAM HAS CREATED.
“Harry, you know you’ll always have a place “……………”
I FEEL PRETTY CERTAIN THIS IS HMTQ TALKING WITH HARRY, PHONE, VIDEOLINK MORE LIKELY. SHE IS REASSURING HIM, HE ALWAYS HAS HIS FAMILY, HE IS A BLOOD PRINCE AND IT WILL TAKE TIME WITH SOME OF THE PUBLIC, HIS FAMILY IS ENCIRCLED WITH LOVE AROUND HIM. SO AM I AND MANY MANY HERE AND WORLDWIDE. HARRY JUST IGNORE THE HATERS 💜💜💜🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻😊😊😊HARRY😊😊😊🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻💜💜💜. KEEP DOING THE VIDEO MEETINGS….THE REAL ONES!!!…..NOT MADAMS FALSE MEDIA…..
HARRY YOU ALWAYS HAVE A PLACE IN OUR HEARTS ALWAYS. NEVER EVER GIVE UP ON YOU OR BELIEVE THE LIES THAT HAS BERN SPUN IN AN EVIL WEB QUITE LITERALLY ON THE WEB INTERNET AND THEN SPEWED ON SOCIAL MEDIA AND OTHER MEDIA.
“he’s not happy Catherine “ ………
WILLIAM IS SPEAKING WITH HIS WIFE. HE IS CONCERNED ABOUT HOW HIS DEAR BELOVED, YES BELOVED IS ONE OF MY FAVOURITE WORDS💜💜💜, BROTHER IS HANDLING ALL THIS PR LIES, FAKE KABUKI MADAM IS DOING. . HE KNOWS AND IS UPDATED REGULARLY ON THE POISONOUS WRITINGS DONE BY PENS AND BY POISONOUS KEYBOARDS WRITING AND TYPING HIDEOUS LIES THAT ARE JUST BEYOND THE PALE. SEEKING ADVICE OR A LISTENING EAR. THEY ARE WITHOUT A DOUBT 100% SUPPORTIVE, LOVING AND WANTING THIS OVER. IT IS EXTREMELY HARD SEEING SOMEONE YOU LOVE SUFFER SO. THIS TRULY IS UNPRECEDENTED. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻FOR ALL OF YOU IN OUR ROYAL FAMILY.
R1…………
I COULD SAY R1, A ONE WOMAN SHOW THAT HAS INFECTED THE ENTIRE ROYAL FAMILY, THE PUBLIC, THE COMMONWEALTH AND MORE. SHE IS 1, RACHEL=R1. THE CURE FOR THIS DESTRUCTIVE INVASION IS JUSTICE……AND IT IS COMING I HAVE NO DOUBT. ⚖️
AS THIS REGARDS TO COVID-19 AND THE PROCESS OF UNLOCKDOWN. THESE THINGS ARE ALL SO VERY COMPLEX.
IN TRACKING EPIDEMIC STATISTICS IS KEY. R0, IS USED TO MEASURE THE POTENTIAL TRANSMISSION OF A VIRUS, DISEASE ETC.
“In epidemiology, the basic reproduction value describes the average number of people an individual can expect to infect.
It is called the reproductive value, or “R0 ” - pronounced ‘R nought' or ‘R zero’. The measure is used to track how many people, on average, will be infected for every one person who has the disease.
The number is not fixed. It can be altered by a range of factors, including behaviour, which is why countries around the world have imposed stringent social distancing measures. It’s not rocket science - keeping people away from one another obviously makes a huge difference to the potential infection rate.”
I WOULD SUGGEST THIS RESOURCE I RESEARCHED …
https://www.healthknowledge.org.uk/public-health-textbook/research-methods/1a-epidemiology/epidemic-theory
THESE ARE ALL KEY TO THE UNLOCKDOWNING, OF THE U.K., YES I MADE ANOTHER NEW WORD OH MY IT HAS DOWNING IN IT!!! 😁😁
re-train…………
FIRST STARTED AS A LOW DRUMBEAT, METAPHORICALLY SPEAKING , NOW IT IS BEING SAID OUTRIGHT. WHEN WE ARRIVE AT THE NEW NORMAL, MANY JOBS WILL NO LONGER EXIST. SO MANY THINGS HAVE AND WILL CONTINUE TO CHANGE.
TO RE-TRAIN IS TO LEARN A NEW TRADE OR EDUCATION FOR A DIFFERENT FIELD OF WORK. MANY MILLIONS WILL BE FACING THIS AFTER THE HORRENDOUS PANDEMIC CRISIS HAS STABILIZED.
I DO THINK THIS HAS ANOTHER MEANING REGARDING THE RAILROAD , SO VERY MANY FURLOUGHS THERE☹️☹️, AND OTHER PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION MEANS. I CANNOT RECALL THE NUMBER BUT ITS MASSIVE THE LOSS IN REVENUE OF THE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION IN LONDON ALONE. THE ECONOMIC IMPACT, I DO NOT THINK OUR IMAGINATIONS CAN FULLY GRASP YET HOW THINGS WILL BE. RIGHT NOW WE NEED TO BE KIND, BE CALM , SUPPORT ONE ANOTHER AND CARRY ON, ONE DAY AT A TIME AS THE CRISTY LANE SONG GOES. ONE DAY AT A TIME SWEET JESUS🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻.
clubbings, clubbed……
CRAZY PARTIERS ITS MADNESS DRINKING DANCING AS IF THINGS WERE JUST USUAL. BEACHING, PARTYING. NON COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONS HAS LED TO MANY FINES ETC. DEALING WITH IMPAIRED PEOPLE I HAVE NO DOUBT SONE OFFICERS GOT CLUBBED LITERALLY. LOCKDOWN, CLUBS CLOSED, CLUBBED CLOSED QUITE LITERALLY.
Tea-CHING……………
OH YES MADAM ALLEGEDLY CRASHED A ZOOM MEETING WITH “H” OF A TEACHERS UNION, WAIT, OH NO IT WAS A MENTAL HEALTH CHARITY, WITH A GUY WITH A TWITTER NO PAGE FOUND.
WHEN YOU HEAR THE WORDS CHA-CHING IT MEANS MONEY. PLEASE DO NOT TELL ME SHE IS EARNING MONEY BY GIVING LECTURES ONLINE USING HER WORD 🥗 SALAD. AS I SAID YESTERDAY OR DAY BEFSHE IS SKILLED AT ALL THINGS A REAL RACHEL OF ALL TRADES, LITERALLY ALL TRADES🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂😂.
I KNOW FERGIE, SARAH FERGUSON WAS SELLING PRETTY TEAS. HAS MADAM COPIED SOMEONE, YET AGAIN, AND IS BRINGING OUT TEA FOR SAKE?
OR IS IT THE HORRIBLE EUPHEMISM I SO DETEST, AND NO CLUE WHERE IT CAME FROM BUT I WISH IT WOULD GO AWAY. THE PEJORATIVE USE OF THE WORD ‘TEA’ BEING USED AS GOSSIP. YES IF SHE SELLS HER JUICY SECRET DIARY SHE KEPT, AND A TELL ALL BOOK, THE SUGARS WILL BUY IT FOR SURE BUT WILL ANYONE ELSE? I DO NOT KNOW HOW MUCH CHING SHE WILL GET FROM HER CUP OF TEA. I AM CERTAIN IT WILL BE EMBARGOED IN THE U.K. IF IT IS PRINTED IN AMERICA.
REMEMBER WAY BACK LAST YEAR MADAM MADE THAT QUICK WEEKEND TO NYC TO WATCH HER BESTIE LOSE THE U.S OPEN, WHEN THEY TOLD HER NOT TO COME? I CLEARLY RECALL A CLUE IN THE RIDDLE AND IT WAS ABOUT HER MEETING WITH A BOOK PUBLISHING HOUSE THAT WEEKEND TOO.
“ yes, that’s a really good question”…………
WHEN WILL ALL THIS END? WHEN WILL MADAM FACE JUSTICE? WHAT WILL HAPPEN IN HER MOS LAWSUIT? WHEN CAN HARRY BE PUBLICLY REUNITED AND GET HIS REPUTATION BACK AND THE LOVE IF EVERYONE AGAIN.
WHEN WILL COVID STOP? WHEN WILL THERE BE A VACCINE? HOW WILL THE LOCKDOWN END, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
I COULD CONTINUE WITH MANY MORE BUT YOU KIDS GET THE JIST.
2 metres for ever???…………
THE EXPERTS IN INFECTIOUS DISEASES, EPIDEMIOLOGY, ER PHYSICIANS, VARIOUS PROFESSIONALS ALL CONCUR THIS VIRUS IS A MYSTERY. WHY IT IS SO AGGRESSIVE IN CERTAIN AREAS BUT NOT OTHERS. THEY HAVE YET TO FIND SOUND SCIENCE DATE TO EXPLAIN THIS. THE WHO, WORLD GEALTH ORGANIZATION, ALONG WITH OTHERS ARE SAYING THIS IS A MARATHON JUST BEGINNING. THIS VIRUS WILL LIKELY REMAIN WITH US. THEY ARE HOPING FOR WHAT IS CALLED HERD IMMUNITY. I KNOW IT SOUNDS ODD BUT IT COMES FROM AGRICULTURE, IN DISEASES AMONG THE HERD, THEY DEVELOP AN IMMUNITY TO AN EXISTING AND PRESENT VIRUS. HOWEVER IN HUMANS BEINGS , THIS WILL REQUIRE EXTENSIVE TESTING,
DR. TAM, OUR🇨🇦, CHIEF MEDICAL HEALTH OFFICER FOR OUR COUNTRY ANNOUNCED A TWO YEAR STUDY. THEY WILL BE TESTING SEROLOGY OF A MILLION I THINK THAT IS THE NUMBER, AND WILL MONITOR FOR PRESENCE OF ANTIBODIES, IF THEY EXIST, IF THEY CHANGE OVERTIME OR VANISH. THIS WILL BE KEY IN KNOWING HOW MANY ANTIBODIES ARE NEEDED TO MAKE ONE IMMUNE, AND HOW LONG THE IMMUNITY LASTS. ITS ALL VERY FASCINATING TO ME.
SO, AS USUAL WITH ME YOU GET DINNER AND A SHOW WITH EACH CLUE, THE QUESTION HAS SERIOUSLY BEEN RAISED IS SOCIAL/PHYSICAL DISTANCING OF WHICH 2 METRES IS THE DISTANCE, GOING TO CONTINUE TO BE A PERMANENT PART OF LIFE AS WE KNOW IT. THAT IS A VERY DIFFICULT CHANGE IN OUR LIVES FOR SURE.
a rally in Calais. …………
THE LITTLE SHIP CLUB IS A BOAT/YACHTING CLUB IN LONDON. THEY HAVE REGULAR REGATTAS ETC. THE ORIGINAL CLUB WAS FOUNDED WAY BACK IN 1926, TO CONNECT OVER LECTURES AND TEACHING ON YACHTING!! REAL YACHTING. IT HAS ITS BUILDING CALLED THE CLUBHOUSE, AT BELL WHARF, RIGHT ON THE THAMES, THE ONKY ONE IN LONDON.
THEY HOLD AN ANNUAL MAY REGATTA OR RALLY, HOWEVER IT IS CANCELLED DUE TO, YOU KNOW IT, THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC.
SO WE HAVE YACHTING REFERENCE HERE. WE ALL KNOW SOMEONE WHO HAS EXTENSIVE, AND I MEAN E X T E N S I V E😂😂😂😂🤣🤣YACHTING EXPERIENCE. SO CANCELLED HMMMMMM……NO LONGER UP TO RALLYING AND YACHTING AT 43? I THINK NORMAL YACHTING 43 IS PERFECT. HOWEVER THE OTHER KIND OF YACHTING….43….NOT SO MUCH CHA CHING IN THAT(REFERENCE TO OTHER CLUE).
GBHMTQAOGC 🇬🇧🌈🇨🇦
GSTQAOBC IS MY THINGY I ALWAYS ADD, AT THE END OF MOST OF MY NOTES, POSTS ETC. IT MEANS, “GOD SAVE THE QUEEN AND OUR BELOVED COMMONWEALTH”.
HERE IS , GOD BLESS HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN AND OUR GORGEOUS COMMONWEALTH. OR GRATEFUL, ANOTHER G WORD PERHAPS.
IF I MAY BE SO BOLD, THERE IS A RAINBOW , WHICH IS A COVENANT, BETWEEN THE U.K. AND CANADA. WE ARE VERY MUCH A COMMONWEALTH COUNTRY. HMTQ IS A PART OF EVERY SINGLE THING IN 🇨🇦. PROVINCES AND TERRITORIES HAVE HMTQ OFFICIAL REPRESENTATIVE, THE LIEUTENANT-GOVERNOR. WE PRONOUNCE LIEUTENANT, LEFFTENANT IN CANADA. THE COUNTRY HAS A GOVERNOR GENERAL WHO IS HMTQ REPRESENTATIVE TO OUR ENTIRE COUNTRY. ANY LEGISLATION, PROVINCIAL AND FEDERAL IS SIGNED OFF BY THEM. HMTQ IS ON THE MONEY ETC ETC.
I THINK MM ANON IS REFERRING TO THE WONDERFUL RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN US. I AM EXTENDING FURTHER, THE WONDERFUL CONNECTION AND TRUTH SEEKING THAT OUR BELOVED💜💜🐼💜💜 HAS COMMITTED TO AND THOSE WHO ARE HERE COMMITTED TO IT AS WELL. I CAN ASSURE YOU, LIFE SITUATIONS MAY HAPPEN, BUT WE WILL NEVER BREAK OUT OATHS AND RESOLVE FOR TRUTH, JUSTICE AND OUR HARRY BACK, RIGHT WHERE HE BELONGS PUBLICLY. 💜💜💜🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻PG😊😊🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻💜💜💜

SEASON TWO:THE RETURN OF MM ANON 😉
RIDDLE #18
1400 HRS
“ I’m keeping my tennis shoes on”………
CHARLOTTE TAKING TENNIS LESSONS WITH CATHERINE AT QUEENS TENNIS 🎾 CLUB. CHARLOTTE WANTS TO KEEP HER REGULAR SHOES ON, USUALLY WITH TENNIS YOU PROTECT THE GREENS WITH TENNIS SHOES. A BATTLE OF WILLS MIGHT ENSUE🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂.
“I’m not getting out of bed for less than 3mill”
THE VERY FIRST MODEL TO USE THE TITLE WAS 🇨🇦CANADIAN LINDA EVANGELISTA. SHE WAS FAMOUS FOR SAYING THE ABOVE SAYING EXCEPT I THINK IT WAS $100,000.00. SO MADAM IS REFUSING MINUSCULE OFFERS AND HAS SET THE LOWEST AT THREE MILLION. GOOD LUCK RACHEL!
…… cold nose undercover …………
I READ COLD NOSE I THINK IF A DOGGY OR ANY WINTER MORNING. UNDERCOVER IS IN BED OR A DETECTIVE TRYING TO BLEND IN TO GET EVIDENCE. I AM GOING TO BE CUTE AND SAY HARRY IS GETTING ALOT OF COMFORT FROM HIS DOG AND THEY SLEEP TOGETHER AS MOST DOGS DO. WAKENS HARRY WITH HIS COLD NOSE.
AS I HAVE SAID FOR FOREVER NOW, HARRY HAS BEEN OVERTLY COVERT WITH MADAM , GATHERING ANY AND ALL EVIDENCE HE CAN.SOMETIMES LAW ENFORCEMENT USE A STING OPERATION TO CATCH SOMEONE IN A CRIMINAL ACT. NOT SURE HOW THE LAWS APPLY HERE.
a learning yearning …………
WE ARE LEARNING OUR WORLD WILL NEVER BE THE SAME. I KNOW LONDON SCOOP COULD NOT HAVE KNOWN ABOUT COVID , BUT IF YOU READ HER WORDS, ITS EERILY THEY APPLY.TOTALLY SEE THE WORLD DIFFERENTLY, LEARNING WHOLE NEW WAYS OF DOING THINGS UNDER LOCKDOWN. THE FUTURE WILL BRING MORE CHANGE, WE CANNOT FATHOM IT ALL JUST NOW. WE YEARN FOR A WORLD WE HAD, SO MANY IF US TOOK FOR GRANTED, THINGS CHANGED ON A DIME.
“friends thou hast, and there adoption tried “……
I LOVE THIS SOO MUCH, BACK TO THE BARD. I SHALL ENDEAVOUR TO BE LESS WORDY. THIS IS FROM HAMLET. TO BE CORRECT IT IS” FRIENDS THOU HAST, AND THEIR ADOPTION TRIED. BASICALLY KEEP CLOSE THOSE YOU LOVE AND TRUST, CHERISH THEM, NEVER TAKE FOR GRANTED. HARRY HAS LONG TERM FRIENDS WHOM I BELIEVE ARE HELPING HIM GET THROUGH THESE TOUGH DAYS.
UNDOUBTEDLY HERE WITH THE WORD ADOPTION WE ARE REFERENCING ARCHIE. SO AT WHAT POINT IS THE TRUTH COMING OUT, IF AT ALL? WE HAVE ASKED MANY TIMES HOW WILL THEY DEAL WITH THIS ISSUE. ONLY THE FUTURE WILL TELL.
🎼ya gotta give a little 🎼………………
I LOVE DEANO, SMOOTH VOICE, DEAN MARTIN GLORY OF LOVE. ALL ABOUT GIVE A LITTLE, COMPROMISE, RELATIONSHIPS BRING TEARS, JOYS, FIGHTS, COMPROMISE IS THE KEY. TRULY IS THE KEY TO ALL THINGS IN LIFE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE MEANINGFUL CONNECTIONS WITH OTHER PEOPLE.
“I’m not happy about them returning William “
AS WITH MANY MILLIONS OF PARENTS, CATHERINE HAS GREAT TREPIDATION AND WORRY ABOUT SENDING THE LITTLE ONES BACK TO SCHOOL.
“ One needs ones hair attended too”………… “ I’ll bloody cut it myself !!”……… “ I know!! … SYDNEY!!”
HERE WE HAVE A SCENE FOR THE AGES. EVERYONE DEALING WITH ROOTS CO,ING OUT, NEEDING COLOURING OR HIGHLIGHTS DONE. GO ON YOUTUBE FOR HORRIBLE LOCKDOWN HAIRUTS😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣. SO HIMSELF IS WANTING HIS HAIR CUT AND IS MORE THAN EAGER TO TAKE ON THE JOB. HMTQ IS BRINGING UP THE SUBJECT. AGAIN POOR SYDNEY IS CRIED OUT FOR. I THINK THIS IS BRILLIANT.

RIDDLE #20
a Diamond evaluator ………
MADAM HAS WORN SO MUCH FAKE JEWELRY DURING HER TIME AS A ‘MEMBER’ OF THE ROYAL FAMILY. MOST ASSUME IT IS REAL. I WONDER IF THE IRS HAS HIRED A GEMOLOGIST TO ASSESS THE VALUE OF HER PIECES IN PART OF DETERMINING HOW MUCH TAX SHE OWES. WONT THE BE DISAPPOINTED😫😫🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂.
Of no consequence whatsoever ………
IN THE LONG RUN AND HISTORICALLY NATURE OF THE ROYAL FAMILY, MADAM IS BUT A VERY SMALL BLIP ON THE RADAR. HER FUTURE IS SEALED BY HER OWN CHOICES AND MISBEHAVIOUR.
straight to credits. …………
MADAMS FILM ROLES, THE PHRASE STRAIGHT TO CREDITS IS OFTEN USED WHEN THE ACTING OR THE STORY IS HORRENDOUS. EVEN VOICEOVER WORK IS HORRENDOUS. THIS MAY ALSO REFER TO ANY FILMS IF AN ADULT NATURE THAT IS IN NEGOTIATION AND THE POWERS THAT BE WANT TO KNOW THOSE RESPONSIBLE.
LA Confidential …………
GREAT FILM NOIR FILM BUT DONE IN THE 1990’s. LOTS OF MURDER AND MAYHEM.
LOTS OF STUFF KEPT QUIET IN HOLLYWOOD. WITH THE #METOO MOVEMENT LOTS HAS CHANGED. I WONDER IF MADAM HAS SOMETHING ON SOMEONE. GIVEN HER LOST YEARS I CANNOT FATHOM WHAT SHE ALL KNOW ABOUT THE HIGH ROLLERS AND VERY WEALTHY MEN.
🎼no sir I don’t mean maybe 🎼……………
YES SIR THATS MY BABY NO SIR DONT MEAN MAYBE YES SIR THATS MY BABY NOW….SONG FROM OLD HOLLYWOOD FILMS..MY WHEELHOUSE….WHEN FILMS WERE FILMS. WE ARRIVE AT ARCHIE…WILL THE REAL DNA COME OUT FINALLY AND I DOUBT WE WILL FIND OUT WHERE THE BABY IS ETC THE PRESS WOUKD FOREVER HAUNT AND HUNT THIS CHILD.
🎼Don’t fence me in🎼……………
ANOTHER GREAT OLD SONG, MADAM DOES NOT WANT TO BE CONTROLLED IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM. WELL I SUSPECT BEFORE TOO LONG THINGS WILL CHANGE DRASTICALLY IN TERMS OF WHO CONTROLS HER IF CHARGES. ARE FILED AND ALSO THAT PESKY MOS LAWSUIT SHE FILED. ESPECIALLY NO INCARCERATION NO ORANGE JUMPSUIT.
“ I want Adele you a story “………………
THIS IS YET ANOTHER MYSTERY, WILL THE REAL ADELE STAND UP PLEASE. SHE IS UNRECOGNIZABLE. SHE IS A FAMOUS BRITISH MUSICIAN BEAUTIFUL CURVY WOMAN. LAST WEEK SHE POSTED INSTAGRAM PHOTOS, NO MENTION OF SURGERY OR ANYTHING BUT SHE LOOKS NOTHING LIKE HERSELF. OUT OF THE BLUE TWICE NOW SHE HAS PUBLICLY COME OUT IN SUPPORT OF THE SUSSEXES. a little about me and this blog
i’ll try and keep this as concise as possible, but it’s unlikely to be short:
about me:
-my name’s silas! i’m a 17 year old disabled queer trans poly kid. i use he/him or they/them pronouns, or if you wanna be real nice to me and use the sexy little neo pronoun i made up for myself it’s kkshtt/kkshtts (you say it like a static noise bc it’s like my gender is redacted and i cannot be perceived)
-uhhh lets see one of my partners is @andrewhussiespisskink and they’ll be taking care of me after top surgery and potentially posting on this blog sometimes/typing out stuff that i dictate
-i’ve got a cat named scissors (she’s my header image) and i love her with all of my heart and soul and i will probably be talking about her a lot
-i’m also a poet, a musician, and an artist (kind of. not really. i wanna be.) so like i might be posting some of my art stuff on here while i’m bed bound and stuff just as like a lil entertainment
-i love buffy the vampire slayer, music in general (some favorite artists are cavetown, twenty one pilots, bruce springsteen, bright eyes, and mccafferty), homestuck (though i haven’t finished reading so watch your spoilers), and sarah j mass. if you wanna talk to me about any of these things i’m very much up for that!
-i’ve got reasonably strong opinions on some things. i think the ones that are relevant on this blog specifically are: i do not fuck with truscum or terfs, and really i don’t want y’all interacting with my blog, but i get that this is a resource for any trans person who’s gonna be going through surgery so i’m not going to block you unless you harass me. a pretty similar sentiment goes for antis. if you wanna be here bc it’s a good resource i get it, but please don’t harass or provoke me in any way, i’m just gonna block you. uhhh yeah on the lines of harassment: if you’re ableist, transphobic, or any other kind of asshole at me you’re just getting blocked so be aware of that. i think outside of that we’re all good tho.
about this blog:
-see above for my general rules on like, what’s gonna get you blocked.
-this blog is primarily for me to document my own experience so it’s gonna be pretty much entirely stream of consciousness and rambly and i’m not really gonna try and pare down anything for the sake of the audience
-asks are totally welcome! about anything really! ill happily answer most questions about myself, transitioning, or kind of anything else at all just ask me whatever or tell me about your life i want it all.
-also feel free to dm me if you wanna talk/be friends! i’m not scary i swear
-total side note but after i get surgery i’m gonna be unable to work for 6 weeks and so i’m gonna be living off my savings which should be totally fine and like i’m not in any danger of like being financially unstable i wanna be clear about that. that being said if you have some extra money that you wanna give to me to help me build back up my savings while i’m not working it would be a really great help! my venmo is @smswitzer
-uhm i think that’s all for right now but i’ll add to this post if i think of anything else!

ISLAM 101: Belief in The Hereafter: Part 4
Stages of Life in the Hereafter
10. Sirat
Sirat is used to mean a bridge or road laid across Hell. Everybody, whether a believer or an unbeliever, will cross this bridge.
It is stated in the hadiths of the Prophet (PBUH) that in accordance with their deeds some of the believers will cross it like lightning, some like wind, and some creeping, that all of the unbelievers and some of the believers whose sins are not forgiven will be thrown into Hell. Those crossing Sirat will enter Paradise (Bukhari, Riqaq, 52).
It is stated in the Quran that everybody will come round to Hell:
“Not one of you but will pass over it: this is, with thy Lord, a Decree which must be accomplished. But We shall save those who guarded against evil, and We shall leave the wrongdoers therein, (humbled) to their knees.” (Maryam, 71-72).
Sirat will definitely be in the form that Allah and His Messenger informed us and in the state that Allah knows and wishes. This bridge stretching across Hell to Paradise is in fact a bridge that man constructs during his life in the world with belief and good deeds. The deeds of man in this world come as a bridge in front of him in the hereafter. As a matter of fact we cross Sirat in this world. That is, we deserve to cross Sirat in this world by believing in the fundamentals of belief and by doing good deeds. Those who believe and do good deeds in the world will be able to cross it and those who do not believe and do not do good deeds will not be able to cross it.
As a matter of fact, since the hereafter world is a world of ghaib (unknown unseen, unfelt), we cannot understand the happenings there while we are in this world with our limited mind and organs. As the world and everything in it is ghaib for an unborn baby in the uterus the hereafter world is ghaib for us. Therefore we can only know the existence of Sirat bridge through the revelation Allah sends to His Messenger. However, we cannot understand its true nature.
A verse: “No intercessor (can plead with Him) except after His leave (hath been obtained).”(Yunus, 3).
Allah addresses us, men, in a style we can understand. He tells us about the unknown concepts related to life in the hereafter like Trumpet, Book of Deeds, Pool, Sirat, Scale, etc using the names of the objects we know in the world. Actually there are no relations or similarities between the beings there and those here. For instance, there are no similarities but similarities of name between Sirat bridge and the bridges in the world, the scale there and the scales here, the trumpet there and the trumpets and bugles here, the books there and the books here. Allah knows the true nature of them.
11. Intercession (Shafaat):
It means for the believers who have sins to ask prophets, ulama (scholars) and martyrs, whom Allah allowed to intercede, to pray and beg Allah for their forgiveness and for those who do not have any sins to ask for ascension to higher degrees.
The Quran gives special significance to intercession and connects it with the issue of oneness. Some of the Quranic verses related to this issue are as follows:
“O Who is there can intercede in His presence except as He permitteth?” (al-Baqara, 255).
“They offer no intercession except for those who are acceptable” (al-Anbiya, 28).
Allah can consent to the intercession of only His slaves who deserve to be forgiven as a necessity of His divine justice. The Prophet said the following in a hadith:
“Every prophet has a prayer peculiar to him that is accepted, and they have always prayed. However, I keep my prayer for the intercession for my umma in the hereafter.” (Bukhari, Daawat, 1).
However, Muslims should not rely on the intercession and show laziness in applying the orders and the prohibitions of the religion, and they should never leave them. On the contrary, they should make a greater effort to act in accordance with those orders and prohibitions in order to deserve intercession. Or else, they may be deprived of intercession.
12. Purgatory (Araf)
Araf is the name given to the high castle and tower separating Paradise and Hell. In other words, Araf is a buffer zone between Paradise and Hell, separating them. There are some disputes over who will be the people of Araf; there are two views that became prominent.
1. People who were not informed about the call of any prophets and children of polytheists who died very young.
2. Believers whose good deeds and bad deeds are equal. They will have to wait between Paradise and Hell before they enter Paradise.
The followings is stated in the Quranic verse about the people of Araf:
“Between them shall be a veil, and on the Heights will be men who would know everyone by his marks: they will call out to the companions of the Garden "peace on you" they will not have entered, but they will have an assurance (thereof.) When their eyes shall be turned towards the companions of the Fire, they will say: "Our Lord! Send us not to the company of the wrong- doers." (al-Araf 46-47.).
However, Araf is not a place of permanent resident. After making the people of Araf wait there for a while temporarily, Allah will make a decision for them and send them to Paradise with his blessing.
13. Hell
Hell is a place of torture where unbelievers will stay continuously and where sinful believers will be punished and stay temporarily in accordance with their sins.
When we have a look at all of the verses about Hell in the Quran, we understand the following from their meanings concisely: Although fire punishment forms the main punishment in hell, it is a vast place of punishment where, spiritual and material, what we can think of and what we cannot think of, all kinds of anguish, pain, torture that influence all of the feelings of man are present.
Unbelievers will stay in Hell eternally and they will never be able to leave Hell. As for sinful believers, they will suffer punishment in accordance with their sins and then they will be taken out of Hell and sent to Paradise.
As it happens in all stages of life in the hereafter, the spirit and the body together will suffer Hell torture. However, the pain, anguish, agony, torture, fire, etc cannot be likened to those in this world. Only Allah knows their true nature and inside; it is impossible for men to know them in this world.
14. Paradise
Paradise is a place in the hereafter which is adorned with various blessings and which believers will live eternally.
When we examine the Quran, we see that the Quran describes Paradise and the people of Paradise as follows: Paradise is a place whose width is that of the heavens and of the earth; and a place where neither excessive heat nor excessive cold is present. There are rivers of clean water, rivers of incorruptible milk and pure honey, a fresh water spring with a scent of ginger and a drink that leaves the scent of musk after drinking. Paradise wine is a kind of drink that does not give headache nor makes drunk; it gives joy to drinkers and it comes out of a snow-white spring. It does not make drunk or give headache, it does not tempt people to commit sins, or make people do nonsense things. There are various fruits, dates, pomegranates, grapevines, cedar trees without thorns, banana-trees with fruits piled one above another and various bird flesh. (Aal-e-Imran, 3/133; al-Insan, 76/13, 18; Muhammad, 47/15; al-Mutaffifin, 83/25-26; as-Saaffat, 37/45-47; al-Waqia, 56/21, 28-29; at-Tur, 52/23; ar-Rahman, 55/68; an-Naba, 78/32.)
The clothes of the people of Paradise are of fine silk and heavy brocade; their adornments are of gold, their houses are beautiful, immortal youths walk around them to serve them, these youths are thought to be scattered pearls because of their beauties; they will pass round dishes and goblets of gold. There will be there all that the souls could desire all that the eyes could delight in. there are mansions built one above another beneath which flow rivers. There are pure companions with special creation. They and their associates will be in pleasant shade, reclining on thrones. The people of Paradise whose spite in their hearts were taken away by Allah sit facing each other on thrones as brothers. There is no tiredness or inconvenience here for them. They will not hear any vanity or untruth. (Ak-Kahf, 21, 31; al-Insan, 19, 21; al-Hajj, 23; al-Fatır, 33; at-Tauba, 72; az-Zukhruf, 71; az-Zumar, 20; al-Baqara, 25; al-Waqia, 35-38; as-Saaffat, 48-49; an-Naba, 33, 35; Ya Seen, 56; al-Hijr, 47.)
Paradise blessings are so beautiful that man’s mind and imagination cannot envisage them. There are all kinds of immaterial and material, bodily and spiritual tastes and joys with all details there. When Allah mentions the blessings there, He explains them by likening them to the worldly blessings so that we can understand them. As a matter of fact, only their names resemble the blessings here, not any other qualities. They are unique blessings prepared in accordance with the conditions of Paradise not the conditions of the world. The Prophet explains the blessings of Paradise in a divine hadith as follows:
“Allah said, "I have prepared for My righteous slaves such excellent things as no eye has ever seen, nor an ear has ever heard nor a human heart can ever think of.” (Bukhari, Tafseer, sura 32; Tawheed, 35; Muslim, Jannah, 1; Tirmizi, Tafseer, sura 32).
No doubt, the greatest blessing in Paradise is to receive the consent of Allah and to see Allah. The following is stated in the Quran related to this issue:
“…the greatest bliss is in the Good Pleasure of Allah: that is the Supreme Felicity.” (At-Tauba, 72).
On the other hand, believers in the hereafter will see Allah after they enter Paradise. There is no definite information about the true nature and quality of this sight.
The following is stated in a verse in the Quran: “Some faces, that Day, will beam (in brightness and beauty)― Looking towards their Lord.” (Al-Qiyama, 22-23.).
Our Prophet (PBUH) says the following when talking about how believers will see Allah:
“Certainly you will see your Lord as you see this moon.” (Bukhari, Mawakit, 16; Tawheed, 24; Muslim, Eeman, 81; Tirmizi, Jannah, 15).
Paradise and the life there is eternal and the people of Paradise will live there eternally. What makes Paradise and what makes the life there valuable is the fact that it is eternal and immortal. If Paradise were temporary and mortal like this world and if there were death there, it would not have any value in spite of all of its beauties and advantageous blessings. So, eternity and immortality alone are great blessings in Paradise; and what makes Paradise valuable is this property.
We should not forget that Paradise is obtained in this world. To obtain Paradise it is necessary to believe in the existence and oneness of Allah, His angels, His books, His prophets, Day of Judgment, decree and destiny; to do good deeds in accordance with the Quran and the sunnah of the Prophet (PBUH) encompassed by the consent of Allah and to live in accordance with Islamic ethic. There is no other way of salvation. Therefore we should all make a great effort in this world to obtain Paradise. May Allah let all of us enter Paradise and live there eternally reaching His consent. Amen.

Movie Review: Us
SPOILER ALERT - Look, if you haven't seen it, you fucking better. And, I suggest seeing it before reading my review.
Ok now, where to begin? So many layers. Let me first say that I don't pretend to fully "get" the movie, and certainly don't pretend i'll even touch the surface of what this movie meant or the expanse of themes incorporated, but here are my observations as concise as possible.
Obviously the cinematography was superb and calculating. From the offset, the development of the characters had to have hooked most of the audience as it did me.  A naive little girl with an alcoholic father who ignores her, and a permissive mother who allows them to be ignored set the scene for the child's innocence lost; cut to candy apple falling to the ground as she walks towards the Carnival forest to be lost in a hall of mirrors where she goes to find herself, and ... she does. From ominous storm clouds and lightning bolts rolling in as she gets ever closer to facing her evil opposite, to rain pouring down the moment she steps inside. Analogous to Eve biting the apple from the tree of knowledge and then going from paradise to pain.
The use of Michael Jackson shirt 'Thriller':
1. Michael always used dance as a metaphor for something else ( a lot of times fighting) in his videos.
2. Thriller the music video is about a girl being scared by zombies which is symbolic of the vices/ evil in others. Michael is trying to "thrill her more than any ghost would ever dare try" cut to groovy music with an awesome bass line where he proceeds to take her back to his house, as she imagines being trapped in his room only for him to jolt her to reality with his offer to take her "all the way home". We sigh with relief, he isn't a zombie! All is ok for the young lady's virtue, but as we sink into our complacency Michael turns back to the camera one last time with a hunger in his wolf eyes. Ow oooo, if you know what i'm sayin'.
3. In the case of the two opposite twins in the movie Us, who is the wolf? Which mother? Is this song about date rape? Is the little girl given the shirt as a foreshadowing of her impending date with her own wolf? Could the red jumpsuits mean little red riding hood is coming to kill the big bad wolf? Or is it a shout out to co-star's 'The hand maiden's tale'? (Also, a show/novel about the struggle between servitude, complacency, and pride.)
4. In ethnic cultures, through the trials and triumphs of time, dance has been a form of escapism, non verbal expression, a subversive act that can bring joy even in the darkest of times.
Then there were rabbits and scissors:
1. The scissors for the untethering from servitude. She cuts the head off of the rabbit stuffed animal symbolize the untethering of herself as the evil twin's plaything.
2. As the 'Prevailer' decends down the stairs to the lab, a rabbit is seen escaping, as if saying that she was Alice falling back down to Wonderland where the Red Queen was waiting to chop off her head.
3. However, the "Unionizer" was herself like the rabbits, being tested on and kept locked up. This I feel was very analogous to how our society deems it acceptable to lock up animals to conduct research, and people to put them in jails.
4. There jumpsuits help us to see that they were the prisoners all across the country; living in smaller confined versions of the real world. People society has locked up and forgotten about, instead of placed in restorative justice centers to rehabilitate and integrate back into society.
5. The theme of Upper/Middle Class  vs . Working Poor/Imprisoned/Homeless
News reel "They came from the sewers."
"And I kept thinking, you could have taken me with you."
"... This is our summer home!" Hilarious line to splash in some comedic relief.
Which brings me to the use of comedy ... Tears rolling "nobody wants the boat dad" however, in the end the boat saved them time and again. "Thanks dad for buying the boat!" is something left unsaid but fully understood by the time the credits rolled. In the end having a family that could think for themselves, and make their own decisions helped the 'evil twin' to prevail. Though, I can honestly say that I didn't sleep that night, that movie had me laughing so many times. Luckily, I saw it late at night with a lot of people that were, like me, talking shit out loud to all the characters, and mooning over/chuckling at Winston Duke's spread eagle poses. This movie had the best of both worlds; thrills and chills.
The use of the song "I got $5 on it":
1. Yes, the song is funny, well known, and well liked, but is there more here?
2. "The Prevailer" in the begining of the movie is in the car singing along with the entire family "I got five on it." Openly lying to her kids about the meaning of the song it is understood but accepted as joke; as if she was only saying that because that is what a good mom should say while she is really laughing at her children misbehaving."Mom I can see you laughing in the mirror."  A precedent of two faced nature is set as the family drives along to their second home.
            3. Let's go half on a sack lyrics could be a metaphor for the two clones going half on one body/soul. It could refer to the struggle of those going through addiction and having two sides of themselves trying to dominate the other as someone tries to get clean but relapses again.
In the end, after really reflecting on the movie, it makes me sad that our main character protagonist - antagonist or however you look at it - dies in the end. She is kidnapped and turned slave, only to rise up unionizing thousands of clones / guinea pigs, homeless, lab rats controlled by the government. These clone slaves had no rights all around America, and she with really only The Goonies, and  - i'm inferring here -  an approximately 3rd grade education brings them all together to seek freedom. The most beautiful revenge story, a little girl taken for granted by her biological family is abducted and forced to live imprisoned for 20+ years; yet though she probably had her wind pipe crushed by the evil twin, "the Prevailer", it acts as a catalyst for her to find her voice in a different way. Even more of a blow, a bitter irony is the original surface twin "the Unionizer" who is now imprisoned never gets the love that her family started pouring out from their guilt. After the abduction, she never gets to experience how her family started to invest in their daughter - except through dance. Dance to me is a ubiquitous expression of subversiveness, rebellion, revenge and passion; it is a tool of communication that evokes a plethora of emotions and intentions. It was used beautifully in this case.
But alas, revenge has its price and the price is the soul as seen in 'I Saw the Devil', "Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance", "Oldboy" and all your other favorite revenge films. I'd like to compare "the Unionizer" to a similar hero in another favorite revenge film of mine, Oldboy. Oh Dae-Su is a drunk, asshole shitty father and cheating husband who gets kidnapped and imprisoned for 15 years. During this time, confined to a single room by unknown captures, he teaches himself how to kick ass and prepare for the moment he can seek his form of justice. After being released randomly with no prior notice, he is hooked and entangled in figuring out who his capture is, and where he can find him. There were several points in time where he could have walked away, but his pride hammer on his intentions and resolve for revenge. And just like the "Unionizer" in the movie 'Us', Oh Dae-Su does end up getting his revenge in the end, but at a price. Spoiler alert: He literally cutting his pride/ his loose tongue that never stopped talking shit even after he was released (if you think about it) at the end to gain peace, "Unionizer" gaining her voice, losing her life, but succeeding arranging the greatest civil uprising at the cost of her own life finally had peace.
With a twist of fate, Alice goes to meet the Red Queen and the rest of the story is revealed. And just as in any great Michael Jackson music video, a war wages through the waltz that the evil opposites begin as a means to an end. However, not only does the battle resume with the characters on the screen, but also within our audience. Who should we really be rooting for? Should justice be served and what is the truth behind that justice; millions of peoples blood spilt, both guilty and innocent alike. For even when you don't commit the act of genocide, when you don't speak up and stop it, the blood is still on your hands. This movie really points out that we as people do not realize the hypocrisy within ourselves when turning a blind eye. We are all tethered together by the bonds of our humanity, and we cannot continue to ignore the white lies we tell ourselves about the inequalities in our society.

PROPHET MUHAMMAD: The Life of the Prophet Muhammad: The Assignment of the Duty of The Prophethood and First Muslims
The State of Arabia (Part.3)
The Tradition of Burying Girl Infants Alive
Some Arabs who lived in the desert considered having daughters to be shameful and a disaster. For that reason, cruel fathers would bury their daughters alive upon their birth or would throw them into wells, sometimes without even giving anyone a chance to see them.
They tried to prove this cruel tradition right by putting forward some imaginary reasons.
They used to say:
“They will grow and taint our honor one day, or they will become wretched. Moreover, they will become a burden on us because of their living expenses and we will not be able to meet their needs.”
Sometimes a mother would have a hole dug up in the ground as the birth drew near. As the baby girl, who just came into the world, opened eyes for the first time, she would immediately be thrown into the hole and be covered with soil.
Other fathers would dress up their daughters in beautiful dresses when they reached the age of six as though they were taking them for a visit to their relatives, but would instead take them to the desert. Those poor children would be left in the graves that had been prepared for them and would be buried alive by having soil thrown over them.
Those who did not want to kill their daughters would have the latter dressed in thick, woolen gowns and isolate them from the society by sending them away to herd sheep or camels.
The Quran tells us of this barbaric tradition that the Arabs living in the desert practiced in the following verse:
“When news is brought to one of them, of (the birth of) a female (child), his face darkens, and he is filled with inward grief! With shame does he hide himself from his people, because of the bad news he has had! Shall he retain it on (sufferance and) contempt, or bury it in the dust? Ah! What an evil (choice) they decide on!”
Someone who practiced this barbaric tradition in the Age of Ignorance and later became a Muslim tearfully related the following to the Messenger (PBUH):
“O Messenger of Allah! We are a people who lived during the Era of Ignorance. We used to worship idols and kill our daughters. I used to have a daughter. She used to come to me in joy when I called her.
“One day I called her again. She came running and followed me to a well which was not so far from our house. I held her hand and threw her into the well.
“Her last words to me were:
“Daddy! Daddy!”
The Lord of the Universe (PBUH) could not help crying upon hearing this violent memory. He cried so much that his beard got wet with his tears. Then he said:
“Verily, Allah leaves what you did in the Era of Ignorance there, unless you do it again. He does not transfer it into the Era of Islam.”
At that time, high virtues called compassion and mercy had been removed from spirits, hearts and consciences. Besides, in a heart where belief in the Sultan of the Universe does not exist, in a conscience where fear from that sultan does not exist, there will be no place for compassion, mercy and virtue.
Political System
Arabia did not have a proper political system and social system in the Era of Ignorance. The majority of the people were leading a nomadic life. They were separated into tribes.
A tribe is a community which determines its own social system.
These nomadic tribes were continuously in conflict with each other. They were ready to attack and dishonor someone else and steal his goods at any given moment. Incursion and plunder were their means of livelihood. They used to attack an enemy tribe of theirs and take away their camels and enslave their women and children.
There had not been a time in which there was peace. If a tribe wronged another tribe, that tribe would try to gain revenge by applying the philosophy of an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth.
Wars, fighting and incursion were so rooted in their souls and lives that they would fight each other if they could not find any hostile tribe to fight against. The poet Qutami intends to express this situation with these lines, “If we cannot find anyone else, we will attack Bakrs, who are our brothers.”
They had been living as tribes and clans for a long time and never thought about uniting around a central government. For this reason, the Peninsula was deprived of civilized and social laws. Therefore, cruelty, conflicts, battles and fights continuously occurred. Anyone could do anything he wanted if he had enough power. The powerful and reputable would always get away with everything they did.
Literary Situation
In addition to all of this, it is an unobjectionable fact that Arabs were at the zenith of talent in literature, rhetoric and eloquence at the time Islam emerged. There was no nation in the world that could challenge them on this matter.
Poetry and poets meant everything to them because poetry was the only trustworthy mirror that could reflect the social life, traditions, and beliefs of their ancestors.
Poets were esteemed and received much respect in society, so much that Arabs always preferred that a famous poet rise from their community as opposed to a strong hero. A poet was the only one who could spread their fame, which was the Arabs’ sole aim. They feared a poet’s satires as they feared snakes.
Poets were considered to be heroes by them. Tribes would wage war on one another over the single word of a poet. Likewise, wars that had persisted for years could be resolved by the single word of a poet.
In old times, poetry was called, “an Arab’s notebook.” The Arabs’ moral values, traditions, religion, and rules could only be known through poems that were passed from generation to generation.
There were many factors that supported and encouraged poetry during those times. A strong poet would elicit esteem for both his tribe and himself.
Moreover, fairs that had been organized at certain times played an important role in the development of poetry. Those fairs were a kind of literature exhibition. At those fairs, poetry and rhetoric competitions were organized in the presence of juries. Poets and rhetoricians came from various places to recite their poems and speeches and would do their best to beat one another. They took great pride in defeating their opponents.
At last, juries would choose the winner and the winning poem would be written with golden letters on a linen fabric and hung on the Kaaba’s wall.
Suq Uqaz, which was between Taif and Nahla, was the largest of all the festivals. Mostly, poetry competitions were organized there.
At the same time, these fairs used to serve as a sort of exhibition in which all tribes would come together for commercial, social, and political activities. People who wanted to save the slaves they knew by paying ransom, to settle their problems, to find their enemies, to read poems and to make speeches would go to those fairs.“Holding poetry in high esteem resulted in the deep scrutiny of language.”   In this way, literature, eloquence, and eloquence were at their peak in Arabia by the time Islam emerged. An invisible hand was preparing the minds and souls for the preternatural wording of the Miraculous Quran.
Because the Arabs had an eminent talent in literature, the Quran was sent down during the zenith of literature, rhetoric, and eloquence. It challenged Arabian poets and rhetoricians to compete with its miraculousness and conciseness. However, it was not long before that they understood that they had to quit and that it was impossible to compose a counterpart to this unique book.
The style of the Quran is so concise, so sweet, so clear and so fluent that Arabs who were experts in literature could not hide their surprise. One day, a scholar of literature who was from among the Bedouin Arabs, read the verse “Therefore expound openly what thou art commanded, and turn away from those who join false gods with God.”fell down in prostration.
This action infuriated the idolaters. They looked at him hatefully and shouted: “You became a Muslim too?”
“No”, said the litterateur. “I just prostrated before the eloquence and fluency of this verse.”
Imru’l Qais was one of the poets of Muallaqa. One day, his sister heard the verse “Then the word went forth: "O earth! Swallow up thy water, and O sky! Withhold (thy rain)!" and the water abated, and the matter was ended. The Ark rested on Mount Judi, and the word went forth: "Away with those who do wrong!” she went straight to the Kaaba and took down her brother’s poem, which was hung on the wall at the top of all the other poems and said: “Nobody has anything to say any more. Even my brother’s poem cannot stand before this eloquence.” When others saw that the most famous poem had been taken down, they took down the other poems down one by one as well.
The oldest and most famous examples of poetry in the Age of Ignorance were without a doubt the “Muallaqat as-Sab’a” (Seven hangers). Those poems were recited by people and transferred from generation to generation, reaching many centuries ahead.According to a strong view, these poems were collected by Hammad ar-Rawiya.
The poets whose poems were hung on the walls of the Kaaba are as follows:
Imru’l Qais, Tarafa, Labid, Zukhair, Amr bin Kulthum, Antara (a.k.a. Nabigha), Haris bin Hiliza (a.k.a. A’sha).
The religious, moral, political, social, and literary state of Arabia was like this during the time in which our Holy Prophet (PBUH) was going to be given the duty of prophethood.
Of course, there was need for someone who could change this scene that disseminated violence and barbarism.  And that person was already decided by the command of pre-eternal Fate: Hazrat Muhammad (pbuh).
He was going to change the world’s physical and spiritual condition with the Divine Light he brought with him… He was going to turn the faces of people from this world to the hereafter, from that which is fleeting to the Eternal Beloved One; by doing this, he was going to provide people with worldly and unworldly happiness.
This person, who was to be appointed as a prophet by Allah, was the person who would declare that man was not unattended, that everything in the universe, from atoms to the solar system, from stars to galaxies, rotated and traveled for a holy aim and that the universe served a lofty aim with all of its constituents.
This person was going to save humanity from the swamp of immorality, in which they were about to be drowned, by teaching them the most beautiful lessons of morality.
This person was the person who would give the best answers to questions like, “Why was the universe created?”, “Where do people come from?”, “Where will they go?”
This person was going to inform people about Allah, who is the Owner of humanity, of what He wants from humans, what He likes and what He dislikes clearly.
This person was going to guide not only a specific tribe or a specific nation but also the whole of humanity with orders that he would take from Allah.
Like the whole world, the Arabian Peninsula, was also looking forward for that person to come in order to complete such significant duties.

Ceruleum Ignition
Tumblr media
[ Ambiance ]
Piece by piece the complete picture of Revarik's life was pulled apart and given a splash of black. The unseen artist had erased the signature and one by one those within that world were removed from the frame. It was easy for one to say they tried and failed. What happened to those promises of overcoming adversity together? Why give in if you were not willing? Why not reach out and hang on while you were struggling? For a long time, he felt his grip had not been strong enough to hang onto them...
Slowly, his internal reasoning convinced him they had simply let go. There were others still fighting. There were others with conflict and loved ones in similar situations. Why could they not have been better? Why could he not have been more dependable? Was he too emotionally compromised to save them? Had his love been the blinding element that prevented him from acting sooner?
He thought so. If he had been more concise and strict with his emotions a great deal of the contention he felt now could have been avoided. Regret was a powerful sensation he promised himself to never endure. Yet, here he was, with that dark storm eroding what part of his heart he had left to give. Apology. He had never spoken them, and now, it was all he could think of saying.
I'm sorry for being too slow. I'm sorry for being too weak. I'm sorry for being incapable. I'm sorry I let you go. I'm sorry I let it happen. I'm sorry I wasn't strong enough. I'm sorry I couldn't save you.
I'm sorry...
             I'm sorry...
                      I'm so fucking sorry...
Rage. Sorrow. Grief. Anger. These pieces of his mind and heart that were once blockaded by the cerebral guards had long since fallen. The result of forging friendships and relationships since his defection. How many more would become victimized by his inability? How much more pain could his heart take? Now, when he was alone, he just screamed. He yelled and he cried to the top of his lungs to the emptiness of the house.
Violent hands dug into flesh and hair. Teeth drew red at his lips and the veins beneath the skin opened to let such emotion and adrenaline run their course. He hated it. It all became such a soul-cuttingly deep violence that all he could do was clutch at his chest and breathe in what air he could from the gut-wrenching affliction.
His apologies became whys and what ifs. The tears that streamed down the soldier's eyes soon condensed their sorrow into resentment. Open hands found themselves clenching while his laments evolved into growls of fury.
This is what they wanted him to become. This was what they wanted, wasn't it? They wanted a lion at his most primal and out of spite the former Imperial turned his mechanical arm over.
Together... Together... Together... Together, We Fight...
His teeth gritted as he began to tear open the false epidermis to pry at the machinations beneath.
Together, we rise. Together, we fall.
He was the only one left out of the Pack. Where darkness reigned they had followed. Promises were made not to do anything out of haste or emotionally charged. Other decisions had been adopted to prevent him from becoming more of a hazard to several organizations.
"Praefectus Revarik sas Valanthius of Legion Thirteen, soldier unit 0-2-9-7-7-7.  Commence terminal shutdown for processes kardia and syneiditos. Prioritize logistical functions and survival operations. Sever aetheric observations, adaptions, and offense protocols. Code demand 7-0-7."
He drew his back up against the wall and quietly waited in that dark room where life was once so vibrant and full. When the system charged enough where the ceruleum light in his limb beamed his good eye settled onto it without hesitation.
I cannot help anyone... if I cannot help myself. I have let these desires and emotions cloud my decisions, but no more. I have been ineffective for too long. As a man, companion, and friend I have failed. Perhaps it is better to be replaced by the soldier I was designed to be.
Maybe I'll be better in another life...

Kdrama: 그냥 사랑하는 사이 Review
Foreword: The entire composition of this “rant” took me about 5 months to complete. This drama changed a part of me. That is all I have to say.
---
It hasn’t been a full 24 hours since I finished the last episode of this drama, and I may have not completely collected my thoughts yet, but I just want to make one point clear: it was a beautiful masterpiece that was simply too poignant, real, haunting, and raw for the world of kdramas.
This probably sounds like a terrible diss at the rest of the kdrama world, but to call this drama a kdrama, in my opinion, undermines its value. This show went beyond the boundaries of “normal kdramas” and brought us stories that are unpopular or just rarely addressed in the realm of kdramas in general.
To start off, I have a simple disclaimer, and it is that this drama is not for everyone. For some, it is too heavy, for others it is too slow. 그 사이 requires an open mind that is willing to absorb not only all the light, but all the dark, too. Because the brightest things tend to come out of the darkness.
Especially, towards the latter half of 그 사이, I began to cry really easily for every interaction that Kang-doo and Moon-soo had, for every event that made them a little more miserable or a little happier, for anything small or big in their lives. For the first time ever while watching something, I genuinely felt the pain of their worlds reflect onto mine, not because I necessarily related with them, but because their stories felt so real and tangible, that they were beginning to coincide with the stories of my own. Even up until the very end, although I thought it would be excruciatingly difficult for me to bid farewell to these characters and everything else they came with, I ended up feeling genuinely satisfied. Because, something about it, I didn’t feel like their stories actually ended there. It really does feel like Kang-doo and Moon-soo, and everyone else including Seo Joo-won, Jung Yoo-jin, Jung Yoo-taek, Ma-ri, Moon-soo’s mother, and Sang-man, too, are still living their lives somewhere far away from me right now in this moment. And to me, that was magical. Because whenever I finish a drama, especially a good one, I always felt extremely empty after its end. The withdrawal symptoms from amazing dramas are one of the hardest withdrawals to cope with. But after 그 사이, I of course felt regretful that it was over so fast, but I didn’t necessarily long to keep watching more and more, which probably sounds very odd, and maybe even bad.
But, no. Simply put, the way 그 사이 chose to wrap up these intricate storylines made everything feel overwhelmingly realistic. It wasn’t the ending of a story, but more like the closing of the curtains, the turning off of the cameras, and the end of the audience’s privileged priviness to their lives thus far. But the characters themselves, it didn’t feel like their stories ended anywhere close to there. I firmly feel like they are continuing. Just continuing.
How this drama managed to pull off such a clean finale, is something I will save to think about later. I know I am hopping around all over the place right now, but I felt that my post-finale thoughts had to be recorded promptly, before they drifted from me. Now, I want to back it up all the way to the end, to even before 그 사이 began to air. Oh, how grateful and glad I am to have noticed its uniqueness even prior to its actual premier. Of course, I didn’t exactly expect it to nearly change a part of me, but I had the slightest, really, just oh-so slightest inclination that this drama might contain all the elements that my heart has been searching for for so long.
After years of watching kdramas, one’s standards begin to naturally rise, and by today, I am definitely very picky with what I consider a “good” drama. Granted, everyone’s preferences are subjective, and my very own may be more specific than others’, but if anything, that probably enabled 그 사이 to rise in ranks faster than I ever expected.
Just from its posters, 그 사이 exuded a sort of ethereal calamity that most dramas don’t really go for these days. Everyone associated 그 사이 with the word “melo”. I am not sure if I completely agree with that description, because like the word “kdrama”, labeling 그 사이 as “melo” seems to undermine its value in a negative way. Melos have a stigma for being slow paced, dragged out, over-dramatic, and tear-filled for more than half the series. The most “melo” part of 그 사이 is the fact that its pace is definitely calmer; it didn’t rush into events and plot twists. But that is, in no way, a bad part of it. I will get back to its elements later. But trust me, slow added a gorgeous feat to 그 사이.
Tumblr media
Going back to what I mentioned about the posters, specifically the one above, it felt like a movie. I had mentioned this to my friend, but upon watching the teasers and scrolling through a few images, the biggest thing that piqued my interest was that “it seriously looks like a movie!!!!”. Now, what I mean by “a movie” might sound pretty lame. However, personally, I am not a frequent moviegoer. In fact, I am barely a moviegoer at all. This is because I always felt overwhelmed by the end of movies, regardless of the genre. Movies were always so concise, impactful, and had the ability to leave a really strong, lasting impression within a really short amount of time. That sort of stuff always threw me off; it was just always too much for my brain to handle. Dramas and shows on the other hand, are way more subtle. I get to wean myself into the emotions and storylines, and there is an added level of depth simply due to the fact that they are longer than just an hour and a half or so.
And so, with 그 사이 giving me movie vibes, meant that I felt like it had plenty of room to hit me like a truck and leave me with a few scars, while at the same time, playing itself out as a 16-episode series. The prominent usage of cool colors, mellowed-down instrumental tones, wistful voiceovers, and a cityscape that wasn’t your classic, bright uptown Seoul, but instead a somber yet colorful Busan, all left a very strong, but refreshing first impression on me. It really looked like a movie. Its feats and details looked grand from the get go. It meant that I had a gut feeling that this show was really, seriously, going to move me. And it truly did.
initialization & continuation--
The very first episode, like most first episodes, introduced us to the one thing that this entire series basically revolves around: the mall collapse accident. I don’t want to exactly recap what the first few episodes were about, but more of what stood out to me that made 그 사이 feel much more special than anything else out there so far.
Moon-soo is a hard worker, balancing a lowkey, blue-collared “job for her family, as well as working as a designer. Aside from the maybe flawed balance of “work” she has going on, 그 사이 decides to show us the mundane parts, too. Clips of her scrubbing the walls, sweeping the floors, building paper models, simply going about the daily rounds in her life. The initial portrayal of Moon-soo accomplished something that many dramas cannot really pull off, and that is that Moon-soo is just like you and me. Maybe not in the same exact occupational way, but she wakes up in the morning, maybe restlessly, maybe a little bit miserably, she does the things she needs to do, she tends to her responsibilities, and she simply carries on her with life. Of course, not everyone can relate to her on an emotional level, but in a way, we can relate to carrying on with our days no matter how hard it gets. We can see that Moon-soo isn’t that happiest soul in the world, but she isn’t oversensitive and extra mopey, either. She reflects a part of us that we can empathize with, to varying degrees.
The most prominent thing that I initially noticed about Kang-doo was his sharp tongue and the fact that he was always getting beat up and walking around with scars and blood stains. At first glance, many would probably assume that he was your classic, reckless bad boy that doesn’t give two shits about the world. And to an extent, that is true. However, we are also fully aware of the kind of ordeals he has gone through, and we could, or at least I could, sort of feel this underlying pain that he carries around within himself. The eternal scars that Kang-doo carries within himself still haunt me to this day. I can’t even begin to fathom, how hard it must be, to carry so much trauma within one’s own mind. I can’t even imagine how hard it must be to have your father die in an accident, to have been buried beneath rubble for 7 days, to have been stuck with a dead body, to have watched him die, to have your mother die promptly afterwards, to legitimately have schizophrenia due to the all these ordeals combined. In short, Kang-doo is fucked up in ways unimaginable to a normal person, but he hides it all away behind his cold eyes in a heavy layer of bruteness and disregard. From the very beginning, I could feel that Kang-doo’s character has so much complexity, to a point where I couldn’t even comprehend how deep the series would choose to dig out from him. I was excited, but at the same time, apprehensive to watch his story unfold. I knew I had to prepare myself for some massive waterworks. This, in itself, was something a drama had never presented to me with before. 그 사이, I could tell, would not be your cliche kind of romance story.
Even the opening, since the very first episode when I saw it, it pulled at something deeper than anything else. It is comprised of still frames of tragic accidents or sites of rubble and such. It is haunting for an opening and it definitely left a huge impression on me. It established a heavy aura that rarely any dramas dare to take on.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Another random but poignant point that stuck with me was the scene in which Halmoni was smoking, and she passes the cigarette to Kang-doo, who also takes a puff. We only see the back of their figures as they sit on swings, but when they turn their faces to the side, we can clearly see that it is the actors themselves smoking, and not some sort of lookalikes. This left a lasting impression because it almost felt shocking, to watch Jun-ho of 2PM smoke so blatantly like that. Korean media always heavily censors these kinds of things, even if it’s ingrained into their culture like smoking sort of is. Watching him smoke felt kind of scary, in a good way. It felt real, that yes, even someone who is a top idol that sings and dances and has to maintain some sort of pretty image 24/7, can and will smoke. So fun fact: kpop idols are humans, too!
The other characters as well, Wan-jin and Sang-man and Moon-soo’s mom, and Seo Joo-won, Jung Yoo-jin, Ma-ri and Jung Yoo-taek, and Halmeoni played their own special, but very symbolic role as 그 사이 progressed.
Since our introduction to Sang-man, we can get the gist that he is “not normal”. Once again, at first glance, Sang-man looks like a guy who is mentally slower than everyone else. But with time, we get to learn how much more mature he actually is than the rest of our crew, in his own special kind of way. Some of his simplest lines hit the deepest, and although he wasn't exactly my all-time favorite character, I can safely say that he was a hidden gem amongst this web of characters. He is extremely precious, and he shows the audience a beautiful side to being mentally “different”.
Then, we have Wan-jin who contributes to 그 사이 as a figure of immense support for Moon-soo. They share a friendship through their hardships and that in itself resonated really well with me. Throughout this series, we get to see small snippets of how the disabled are disadvantaged and disrespected, too. There is one scene that stands out to me, which is when Wan-jin tells her assistant (idr his name) that she doesn’t want his pity, but she simply wants to be treated like human, like everyone else. Because she is no less a person than anyone else is.
Even Ma-ri, head of the karaoke place that essentially “sells” girls for their presence: at first glance, she is your classic, rich, and manipulative female figure. But underneath that layer of presumable impurity, she is actually the victim of sexual abuse who has worked her way to her place and owes her life to the bravery of Kang-doo himself.
Furthermore, Moon-soo’s mother is more than a lamenting mother who has lost a child, but she is in particular, an alcoholic. Her relationship with her husband has gone sour and she barely manages to hang onto her sanity with the help of soju and Moon-soo by her side. Her mother portrays the agony of a child’s death in such a surreal way, that it only felt right for her to not be okay, in every way possible. She was a complete mess, but rightfully so. Her battle with alcohol didn’t end as just an unsolved addiction, but we were even able to see her enter rehab and conquer herself from within at the end of the drama.
Halmeoni played such an immensely pivotal role in this story. Her words of wisdom sat with viewers even weeks after she said them on screen. One of my personal favorites is “Just because someone is yelling louder doesn’t mean that they are hurting more”. Halmeoni played a sort of role that was like a guardian angel, who was present to give all that she could, until her own time was up. Her sharp tongue and snarky attitude made her likable in the most unique of ways. Because in the end, she was always sort of right. One of the hardest hitting things that Halmeoni talked about was when she was scolding Kang-doo’s sister, saying that it isn’t cigarettes nor cancer nor car accidents nor drugs that kill people. It is poverty. Because a lot of the times, poverty pushes people into these situations. And especially so, it is those in poverty that don’t have the resources to help themselves, in which they are left helpless to die. Halmeoni preached to viewers that poverty is the number one killer of humans. Her departure from the lives of our characters, and particularly Kang-doo’s, left a void that was meant for filling. I will never get over this, but I absolutely love how the show decided to handle her death. We didn’t see any funeral procession or all-black attire or wreaths or a nicely framed portrait. We just saw the aftermath, the broken pieces of Kang-doo and others, and we get to see how they pick themselves back up from all of it. It was a work of art, and it hit much, much, much more deeper than showing us the explicit parts.
All these supporting characters surrounding Moon-soo and Kang-doo indirectly dealt with things like mental health, people with disabilities, sexual assault, poverty, and even alcohol abuse. Aside from the obvious central theme of post-traumatic stress and remembering the forgotten, 그 사이 decided to touch upon these seemingly subtle, but very sensitive topics as well. All these characters were messed up or struggling in some sort of very real way. And it was so, so well done.
The next thing that I absolutely loved about 그 사이 was the progression of Kang-doo and Moon-soo’s relationship. It was simply drawn out so gorgeously. Of course, their fate began in a cliche sort of way, through the accident in which they both lost a loved one. However, this fact was only apparent to Kang-doo for a significant part of their progression. Moon-soo’s inability to remember the bits and pieces of the accident are compensated for through Kang-doo’s haunting ability to recall every miniscule detail, to an extent where he is mentally unstable. Time and time again, Kang-doo asks Moon-soo, what is the point of both of them suffering when only one needs to? This question was raised more than once during 그 사이 and I came to appreciate a sort of two-sided beauty to it. The fact is that, Kang-doo didn’t want another loved one to suffer, but Moon-soo didn’t want Kang-doo to suffer alone. Is it better to suffer alone and hold all the pain in? Or should you share the burden because it may be too much for one to handle alone? This is a dilemma that I resonate with in terms of my very own friends and loved ones. It is a question that we have all asked ourselves at one point. And it is a question that was at the forefront of Kang-doo and Moon-soo’s relationship.
Another thing with these two is that they came to love each other flawlessly. Although this came up before during Joo-won and Kang-doo’s conversation, when Moon-soo asks why Kang-doo loves her, he says “그냥” (just because). And that my friend, was the end of me. The End.
Of course, this definitely was not the only scene in which I cried, but it sure did release a flood of some sort. When posed with this question, the leads of many dramas don’t always list out amazing features of their significant other or anything, and they even say the similar things along the lines of “Do I even need a reason?”. But a one word answer, spoken so genuinely, so lovingly from someone who has gone through so goddamn much, has so much more meaning than a paragraph or an essay or even a book about how much he loves Moon-soo. It hits deeper than mundanely loving someone because they are pretty or accomplished or an amazing person. It touches upon a sort of love that only them two can feel and possess. Only them two, and no one else, will ever understand. And the feeling that this one-word description gave me, was one of a sort of invasion. I felt like I was intruding on something so precious and dear, the fact that Kang-doo spoke “그냥” in itself already felt like much, much more than I already should be allowed to know. I felt like anything further said would just tarnish the beauty of it all. That is simply how real and stunning their affection for each other felt.
Another point that many others could probably agree with is how their physical interactions exuded overwhelming chemistry out of the simplest actions. All they did was hold hands for a really, long freaking time, but it felt a million times deeper than just hand holding. Even when the two finally kissed, there was nothing extravagant about it. The two just genuinely wanted to be with each other. And that was enough. In fact, it was more than enough. I probably sound like a broken record by now, but these two felt so natural and organic together that I almost felt like I didn’t deserve to watch them be so cute and coupley and just in love. The surrealism was overwhelming and it is something that could only come about from stellar writing, and of course, the performances of Lee Jun-ho and Won Jin-ah.
Jun-ho absolutely blew me away. Watching him progress through this drama made me fall for him, hard. Honestly, I sort of want to not even talk about the fact that he is also an idol, too, because the stigma of idol-actors has no place in this drama. Jun-ho literally made himself into this person. Usually, when actors play a significant role, and even when they pull it off really well, I still tend to associate the actor himself with that one character, not in a bad way, but as a form of infatuation (e.g. Ryu Jun-yeol as Kim Jung-hwan in ‘88). Not to say that seeing that actor only reminds me of that one character, but more like, I always tend to see flecks of the character that I can never fully shake off no matter how hard I try.
But for Jun-ho as Kang-doo, this is not the case. I can separate the two, very clearly, too. Of course, as a person, they have completely different personalities and such, but its the fact that I can see Kang-doo existing in this world as well as Jun-ho the actor, idol, and human, too. Because that’s just how well he played it. And don’t even get me started on how multi-talented Jun-ho is as a person in real life, too. The fact that he can dance and sing super fucking well (with countless solo songs and albums to call his own) further blows my mind and raises him up to the top ranks of my favorite actors. There is nothing this guy can’t do. And I just want to mention, he isn’t particularly handsome or anything. To me, it is endless charms and abilities that make Jun-ho such a likable guy. I am absolutely proud to have watched him grow thus far.
As for Won Jin-ah, it was already hyped from the beginning that she was chosen out of “120 auditions” which is indeed a big feat, but I think just further adds to her credibility as an outstanding actress. She has such natural features of expression, and of course, that pure, innocent kind of vibe that is commonly taken for granted among actresses. I am going to be honest here, I am not as good at dissecting female performances compared to male performances, mostly because I am a female myself, but Won Jin-ah fit Moon-soo so well that I truly can’t see her as anyone else. I know that that kind of saying is a bit overused for many characters played by certain actors, but I truly do mean it in the same way I talked about Jun-ho as Kang-doo. She made herself into Moon-soo, in which I can firmly believe there is a Ha Moon-soo somewhere out there working at her mother’s bathhouse and making models, while there is also the actress Won Jin-ah doing her job.
It is just stunning, how intricate and detailed these characters were, and how well they came to life on screen. I can’t get over it, I just really can’t. If I daresay, it was almost as if I was watching a documentary. These two were that real together. It was heartbreakingly beautiful.
Which takes me into the angst realm of 그 사이. Many, many commenters of this drama mentioned how heavy it was, and how it was difficult to watch during hard times and such. But for me, although I admit I am a total sucker for dark and depressing shows anyway, its heaviness weighed me down in all the right ways. It tugged at the right corners of my heart, to a point where for the first time ever, I literally bawled my eyes out because of something beautiful.
It is pretty hard to explain, how I felt as I watched their lives unfold. The most prominent feeling, of course, was sadness and pain for when the characters themselves were in pain. Sometimes, I could feel the pain physically in my chest, and I wished until the end of the world that everything could be okay. But at the same time, when things just seemed to happen at the right moments in time, when their fingers seemed to intertwine at all the perfect angles, I weeped like there was no tomorrow because have you ever seen a couple so beautiful before? I haven’t, I really haven’t.
Anything that heals must have been hurt before, too. And that is Kang-doo and Moon-soo. They provide each other with a sort of healing that only they can feel and understand. While one radiates pain and suffering, the other absorbs it all and folds it with love into the layers that is their relationship. I agree to an extent that their occasional back-and-forth-ness got a little bit out of hand, but I also see it is as a sort of apprehensiveness. That these two loved each other so much, that they wanted to avoid hurting the other in any way possible.
So as much as their agony from the unfortunate events in their lives caused, and as much as they cried themselves, I cried along with them, the entire way through. And when there were those small, gorgeous moments of the light shining through the cracks for just a little while, I still cried. Mundane moments reflected something so much deeper than any viewer can feel on their own accord. Crying a shit ton during a show probably sounds like a negative thing, but for me, it simply shows me how much 그 사이 moved me. It moved my soul to peer into places deeper than the deepest places of my imagination. Even when I was simply walking to class in the middle of the day, I got choked up just thinking about Kang-doo and Moon-soo and how everything might unfold before them, for better or for worse.
Everything that happened between Kang-doo and Moon-soo felt so raw with emotion. Each line spoken to each other was purposeful and wistful. There really never was a dull moment between the two. The way in which some of the scenes were shot, the camera would shake in the slightest. It made it all look so brutally realistic, as if we were really there, privy to their thoughts and secrets and feelings.
그 사이 literally took over my life for the weeks that it was airing, and although this obsessive enthusiasm wasn’t exactly new to me (Healer & Reply ‘88 both accomplished this), it pushed me to ask why this show had the ability to do so. I honestly don’t think words alone will ever fully be enough to explain all of the pure beauty in 그 사이, but words are all I have at my expense.
silhouettes & hands & ice cream & carrots--
These are the small things that made this drama all the more ethereal. The cinematography and the way the sunlight hit the camera at certain angles, it literally printed itself onto my brain. These frames were magnificent and nearly struck a tear in my eye each time. The usage of silhouettes as well, was so, extremely well done here. I have no words.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
One of the biggest things that also stood out significantly to me, although maybe not that big of a deal, but definitely worth a mention, was how well her hand fit into his. I have never felt such a swell of emotions through people simply holding hands. I swear to god, it is as if their hands were made for each other. Her hands are perfectly smaller than his, which means his covered them effortlessly. “You were born to be loved by me, right?” asks Kang-doo. Some of his lines were honestly so cringey, but Jun-ho pulled them off so well, they seriously sounded really natural to me. 100% cute and 0% corny.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
And of course, the iconic ice creams. The fact that by the end of the drama, Moon-soo herself actually likes ice cream, too, can it get any cuter. To add to the cuteness, in real life, Jun-ho is ice cream obsessed, always posing with it, talking about it, even writing a song about it, and of course, eating it. I feel like the symbol of ice cream was sort of like Jun-ho’s piece to take from Kang-doo. It is like a part of him that he gave to his character, to fully make it his, but not exactly him.
The carrot is iconic because of the one line we can never forget. The line that Moon-soo meant, but didn’t really mean at the same time. The line that sputtered out of her mouth in a funny, exasperating way, but also in a meaningful, deeper, heartfelt way. Me too, Moon-soo, me too. I like a man that eats carrots, too.
thank yous & i love yous & geu sa-i--
This motif was quite a prominent one, but after thinking about it more, I started to realize the sort of message the writer and director were possibly trying to get at. The “i love you”s were touching and cute and everything, but the line(s) that got to me the most were not those three stereotypically monumental words, but it was the “thank you”s that cut deeper than most. How many dramas have you watched where the couple consistently thanked each other? And what kind of meaning did those thank yous hold? In 그 사이, Moon-soo and Kang-doo exchanged genuine, heartfelt thank yous.
The thing with these thank yous though, is that they have a multitude of meanings. “Thank you for picking me up today.” “Thank you for calling me.” “Thank you for being there for me.” “Thank you for loving me.” “Thank you for being you.” “Thank you for staying by my side.” “Thank you for being alive.” I could go on and on, but you get the point. These thank yous meant the universe to them, they relayed a sort of gratitude and passion and sentiment that only these two could feel and share. It all just felt so organic.
Next, I want to discuss the “trope” that 그 사이 utilized in which Kang-doo was fighting for his life towards the end of it all. This part was excruciatingly painful to watch, mostly because I honestly couldn’t tell how they were going to end it all. Nor could I really understand what sort of meaning each kind of ending could have. If they ended it happily ever after, why? And if not, what else were they trying to say? I just couldn’t tell.
Kang-doo was suffering from a failing liver, and I think it only made sense. From day one, he is depicted as reckless, especially towards his own body. A comment somewhere on Dramabeans stated it nicely: “Grandma kept telling him to stop taking [the painkillers] and to let his pain out instead, and with no granny to give him placebos, he ended up taking real, strong painkillers.” I feel like 그 사이 toyed with Kang-doo’s life as a sort of reality check, that shit goes on, no matter how good or bad everything seems to be turning out, shit still goes on. But by saving him, of course, maybe they are telling us that miracles really do exist. Most importantly, they don’t forget to remind us that these miracles may come at the expense of others’ own misfortunes.
And if anything, the dragging out of Kang-doo’s potential death left room for the supporting to characters to come out and shower Kang-doo with love. I can’t remember the quote exactly, but it was when the doctor asked Jae-young what kind of person her brother was, that so many random people were coming forward to readily donate a part of their liver as if it was no big deal. But Ma-ri countered wonderfully, that it is a serious decision to make, which is all the reason why it matters so much more. It was super duper heartwarming to see everyone try their best, in any way, to help Kang-doo and just have him live. I feel like giving us the most plausible hope of Sang-man specifically, was symbolic in which he, of all people, literally the most profound, but possibly most childish person out of our entire bunch, would be the one to save Kang-doo. But it also felt brutally realistic when they suddenly took him away as a donor because life just doesn’t get to work out perfectly like that all the time. But also with last-minute miracles, life kinda does tend to work out at the perfect times. Life is luck? Maybe.
But the ending scene, that goddamn, fucking gorgeous ending scene. I don’t even care if people whine all they want about how ending with a kiss scene is cliche and overrated, just leave me be to pick this one apart. In fact, the part that got me the most choked up wasn’t even the kiss itself (I mean, it partly was), but it was the dialogue, the eyes, the expressions, and the voiceover that got me wailing like a drowning beluga whale in the middle of the Atlantic ocean. Like smack dab in the middle. Wailing incessantly. That was me.
Because here is the thing. First off, we pan into a frame that overlooks the Busan cityscape as the sun is setting, the bright houses are subtly flashing their hues, the horizon is glowing all sorts of reds and blues and pinks and oranges and purples, and our couple’s silhouette is situated perfectly at the center of it all. Literally, just that still frame of that scene itself, took my breath away. Stunning cinematography at its finest. Moon-soo tells Kang-doo that she loves him, which we haven’t gotten a chance to hear after all the times he’s already told her the same. But here she says it and her eyes are literally glowing, and his eyes are peaceful yet joyous at the same time, the most comfortable, and just the most at-home I have ever seen them throughout the entire series. And then there is a really long pause with no dialogue, no sounds, no loud blowing, just a blank, subtle, empty noise, as he cradles her face which somehow just manages to fit perfectly into his hand, and then Kang-doo’s voice breaks through the ever-so-slightly prolonged silence, and he narrates “Moon-soo loves me”.
I will repeat that just in case you couldn’t read it above: “Moon-soo loves me”.
The impact that this one simple line had was massive, colossal, unimaginably poignant, and it hit me. Deep. This one line, I feel, gave validation to this entire show, to all our hours devoted to watching it, to the characters’ actions, and most importantly, to Kang-doo’s life. Throughout the entirety of 그 사이, he is literally battling for his life, not only physically at the end, but emotionally and mentally as well. He very much lacked that spark of purpose, the thing that made him live. Not to denounce his worth and say that now his life only boils down to Moon-soo’s love for him. It’s more like, she gives him another beginning. Kang-doo states this eloquently when talking with Seo Joo-won on the roof about why he loves her. “Just because”. He continues, “I was a man that could only live by the day. But after meeting her, I was curious about tomorrow”.
And so “Moon-soo loves me” is so pivotal in which Kang-doo has mostly, hopefully relieved himself of all the shit and guilt and trauma and struggles that he has been fighting from within, and all he needs in his life to keep going is Moon-soo’s love. This line is followed up with a “The fact that we are alive… it is a relief.” How fucking beautiful is that.
And now, this is where I can come full circle to the title of this drama, “그냥 사랑하는 사이”. The English of this has been commonly translated as “Just Between Lovers”, but as you can tell since the beginning of this composition, I do not prefer to use that title, for several reasons. The main one is that, well, sometimes there are things in other languages that you really just cannot translate. “그냥 사랑하는 사이” is one of them. The meaning that it has in Korean, the feelings and implications that it carries with it, simply cannot be translated into the English language. If I wanted to try, it would be something along the lines of “just your average, simple relationship between two people that love each other”. Which still sounds pretty stupid in English, but with those extra strands of meaning, and even more added depth, is what the Korean title holds. Also, for simplicity’s sake, Korean phrases tend to be condensed into acronym-like words. In this case though, “그냥 사랑하는 사이 (geu-nyang sa-rang-ha-neun sa-i)” as an acronym-ish kind of word is simply “그 사이 (geu sa-i)” in which the “냥 (nyang)” and “사랑하는” (meaning “loving”) are removed to now signify something along the lines of literally: “that relationship” or “a relationship”. “그” is used as sort of an article, I guess, meaning “that” or “a”, or basically anything not really specific like his or hers or yours. **I have never learned Korean formally, and everything I’m saying is legitimately self-taught, so please don’t quote me on any of this, but I am just trying to get my point across as best as I can LOL** This all boils down to how, to me, “그 사이” is so simple yet touching and moving and so full of meaning, that it has this sort of immense, hidden beauty to it. Not only is it, in this case, a shortened version of “그냥 사랑하는 사이”, but “그 사이” as a phrase in any context is seemingly mundane, but carries so much more than meets the eye.

Just like, you know, a relationship. But not actually. The love part sounds simple enough, and it is. They love. But how they came to love, what it means to them, contains a meaning so deep and intricate that, maybe, just to make things easier and to even preserve its profound beauty that we will never understand, we will leave it as... just a relationship.
And I find that incredibly moving. I am struggling right now, to type down my feelings, but I hope that it is working to an extent. For the first time ever, a drama’s title actually seemed to fit, in less of a relevancy sort of way, but in much more of a meaningful, heartfelt way. The title of this drama is so short, so plain, almost boring-sounding, but it encompassed so much more than that. It encompassed an entire, full relationship of two people that come to love, or even more than love, but live, through pain and deaths and guilt and hardships and tears and growth and interdependence, and just each other.
There is an infinite amount of complexity hidden within the seemingly thin and obvious layers of  그 사이, and I think this is what is at the center of its ethereal beauty as a show for viewers to absorb. The words behind the characters’ actions and the events that occur carry immaculate weight, that it makes you question things, maybe even about your own life. This is a sort of art that I have never, ever seen a show demonstrate, and it completely took my breath away. It left a million pieces of my heart shattered on the floor. I literally feel like my life has changed, even if just a little bit.
Which now brings me to the things that this show wanted to tell the audience. When commenting about 그 사이, many people tended to say something along the lines of “It had great messages, it was so deep, etc.” and yes, I agree with that, too. But nowhere did anyone actually say what those messages were. I feel like there is an infinite number of lessons 그 사이 wanted to teach us, but I’ll try to point out the more noticeable ones first.
think about this--
Remember the forgotten.
Awareness is one of the strongest forces, because knowledge is power. I feel that, amidst people’s ordinary lives, we sometimes forget to remember those who simply never had a chance to live. We all live so voraciously and fervently, but it is important to be aware of that fervor that couldn’t be. Some people questioned the intent of leaving out the final product of the memorial that our two leads were working so hard on throughout the entire show. One commentator wrote simply: "In a way, it gave cadence to the idea that the memorial wasn't for the public or even us as the viewers. It belongs to the victims and the survivors of the tragedy." Very well articulated. Nothing more is needed.
Poverty kills.
I touched upon this one a little bit in the above text, but here, I’m just going to lay down Halmeoni’s entire spiel because no could have said it better than her.

Mental trauma is in its own way, more painful than any physical sort of pain.
Jun-ho demonstrates this so hauntingly and beautifully through his acting as the broken Kang-doo. In an interview that Jun-ho had after wrapping up filming, he says, "I didn't know what these people thought. It's something you won't know if you haven't been through it. You have to experience pain to know what it feels like. So I didn't even dare to try to understand them. I just used my own method of shutting myself away”. So much personal heart and character lies within those words, making his performance even more credible and noteworthy. Here is a line from the wise ol’ Halmeoni that hits pretty deep.
Never take life for granted.
I feel like this sort of message has such redundancy and insensibility in common-day life, but it is a reality that 그 사이 brings to life gorgeously. These characters are struggling in the depths of their own despair on a daily basis. But in the end, we get to see them prevail in some sort of way, with the help of each other’s sheer existence. In the same interview, Jun-ho says, “You don't take things for granted. Every little thing from the sun and wind, is important.” It is so poignant, to see the actor himself connect so deeply with the plot and depth of the story itself. The ending scene of 그 사이 paints this message in the air and the wind, from Kang-doo’s very own voiceover. He says, “Because we survived… it’s a relief”. And that’s it. That concludes the entirety of 그 사이. What huge punch to the guts that line was. It was so bold, heart-rendering, and just true. It was true, that the simple fact that we are living our own lives, sad or happy, good or bad, pain or not, we are alive, and that is all that matters in the end.

words & frames--
In addition, I want to include a few more lines (that are conveniently included within the beautiful OST MVs produced by El Music Studio) that struck huge cracks into my soul as they were spoken aloud on screen. Honestly, these lines sound much better in Korean because there is a sort of depth that an English translation isn’t able to capture, but that is okay. English will just have to do.
Tumblr media
“Misery is just... being miserable.”
Tumblr media
“Looking down from such a high place like this, people don’t really look like people anymore, do they?”
Tumblr media
“Just because they are crying more loudly doesn’t mean that they are hurting more.”
Tumblr media
“Him distancing himself that much shows how much he actually cherishes you.”
Tumblr media Tumblr media
“And so, more than anyone else... we must be happier.”
An extra note about the OSTs: none of them stood out enough for me to add to my music library, not even Jun-ho’s very own (as much I love his gorgeous voice). However, I can confidently say that they added a haunting effect to many of the scenes and portrayals throughout the show. All the voices and quiet, heart-tugging melodies that meadered its way between the dialogue and echoes, created some intense emotions that probably would’ve been empty otherwise.
noticeable hair-growth & flaws & final wrap up--
One of the things that I really came to notice by the end of this show was that the characters’ hair had grown significantly. I mean, this is a given. Hair grows over time. Duh. But aside from the fact that it’s an obvious naturality. I found to love how it added to the realism in 그 사이. The fact that by the last episode, Jung Yoo-jin’s hair was almost reaching her shoulders, Seo Joo-won’s was creeping towards his neck, Moon-soo grew out her bangs and swept it to the side, and Kang-doo’s covered his eyes a little more than usual, was just a touching sight to take in. Look how human they are! Their hair grew properly, following the time sequence of the series itself. How beautiful is that. It’s such a subtle, minor detail, but to me, it really stood out as an aesthetic touch to its already-brimming-with-reality depiction that 그 사이 establishes.
I could be biased here, but I want to say that 그 사이’s biggest fault was that it used supporting characters like Seo Joo-won and Jung Yoo-jin. Not to say that their roles were completely useless or detrimental to the plot, but more like, their roles were underdone amidst the medley of such a strong leading pair mixed with the other complex, unique supporting figures. Although Jung Yoo-jin thankfully did not play your classic, snooty second female lead vying for the main man, Seo Joo-won very much fell under this category, in his own male-ish sort of way. I honestly did not really appreciate some of his actions and words. I felt like his character was lacking the depth and charm that the rest of the cast hones in on so well. The writers really could have given more to work with, but with such bland lines and cliche intentions, I just couldn’t find myself warming up to him. Aside from parts of Joo-won’s incompleteness as a character, I guess another flaw could be the classic kdrama tropes 그 사이 utilized. As minimal as they were, some were there regardless. The wrist grab, the mid-fall waist catch, the eavesdropping behind a wall, and all of that cliche mush you could find in 1897957 other kdramas, were definitely present in 그 사이. But whatever. It was fucking beautiful anyway.
Finally, I want to address the last part of this clean finale that 그 사이 managed with ease. In particular, it was the montage of the familiar locations that we have gotten to see since the beginning. Externally, it looked plain and a little bit sad and empty. But I feel like these stills offered us so much, because these locations were more than places that our characters frequented, but they are perpetual within their spaces of time. These places, those sort of “places that you can always go back to no matter what happens”. Places of rest, of heart, of everything else that has and could happen. At this point I’m basically just rambling, but my point is that. It was breathtaking.

Also, let us just take some time to appreciate these real Busan visuals.
To anyone that has read this far by now… Wow. Just so you know, you have read through an entire 5-month journey with my thoughts LOL. It is almost May now and my life has been too much of a mess for me to be able to post this within one sitting.
Many days have passed since I last finished this drama and wiped my tears off my face and blew my nose into a soggy tissue and gazed awestruck into the beautiful skyline on my laptop screen. But my feelings remain the same, and this series has held such a special place in my heart. When talking about Korean dramas with friends or acquaintances I try to sound nonchalant about 그 사이. Because, you know, it was just that one show that lowkey changed my life. 그 사이 made me feel things and taught me things and provoked thoughts that no other show ever has in my life. I really could care less about what the general public had to say about 그 사이. I just know, I loved it with all my heart and soul. Thank you for everything, 그 사이.
