I used to write what was essentially creepypasta snuff fanfiction back in middle school. We had these weekly free writing assignments where all we had to do was write a page and turn it in.... well one week I turn in a story about Jeff the Killer stabbing some girl in her sleep after murdering her whole family then plotting to come back and finish her off. That one got me sent to the counselor and a concerned letter sent to my parents. I still cringe at that, but I also love how I never really grew out of it; I just got more depraved.
