How To: Boost Your Metabolism :D
(as someone who lost 25 lbs in 2.5 months)
1. B6 & B12 boosts metabolism (you can take B6 without food, but B12 absorbs better with food) - These vitamins give you more energy and improve nerve health :D
2. Coffee/Energy Drinks/Caffeine Pills (duh) - Anything with caffeine will keep you alert, focused, and lose those pounds! Be aware of those high sugar/cal monsters or those fatty coffee drinks.
3. Apple Cider Vinegar - I find it helps with burning food/ making me less hungry. You can get these in pill form or dilute it
4. Warm lemon water/Teas - Very low cals, better water intake, debloats you. Again be careful of the sugar contents
5. Exercise like pilates, running/walking, weights, yoga, etc. - Easy way to gain muscle/lose fat- Basically resistance training
7. Fasting - Boosts your metabolism and overall health
8. Proteins!! Protein + gaining muscle will increase metabolism. As you st⭐️rve, still keep eating those proteins!!
9. Sleep!! Getting less than 6 hours of sleep will decrease your metabolism

i present to you my ✨ boy breakfast ✨
whole wheat bread with avocado oil margerine - 100kcal
the supplements i take are: 2 multivitamin gummies, 2 hair-and-nails gummies, 2 metamucil fibre, 1 iron, 1 apple cider vinegar + green tea extract pill, biotin, and vitamin c. i also plan to eventually add magnesium to the roster!
PSA: please remember to take your supplements and vitamins; don't even count the cals in them, as theyre so insignificant and youll probably burn the cals just by digesting the supplements themselves. please, stay safe and take your vitamins. we already put our bodies through enough, please at least give it the essentials!

It’s a pity that the term “detox” has been so overused and used to market drinks and diets that are supposed to be a “magic pill” for all health and weight loss things related.
I know your body has the organs necessary to detox itself and so on. I still like this drink! I just don’t like to call it “detox” not to give the idea that it does anything particularly miraculous 🧙‍♀️
It just sets the tone of the day for me and I can tweak it in different ways (adding fresh mint or green apple slices or even cinnamon) and I simply like it!
Even though it’s an acquired taste, and the straw is pretty much mandatory because of the level of acidity to help protect your teeth enamel.
Roughly it consists of:
A tall glass (mason jar, etc) of water
1 cap of raw apple cider vinegar (I literally use the cap of the bottle to measure it out!)
1-2 limes (or half a lemon), some sliced and some juiced
A bit of fresh grated ginger (or ginger powder)
Some of the actual benefits, apart from naturally helping with hydration (because water!) and some vitamin C, the component in the ACV may help regulating blood sugar levels, plus if you use actual raw ACV with “the mother” the probiotics are good for gut health.

rating natural weight loss supplements I've tried
apple cider vinegar, 10/10 , so I have to learn how to use this, but eating it before meals make me feel full on a much smaller portion then usually. I need to remember to take this every time before dinner. also, at least for me, this only works in pill form, and taking a smaller dose. pills because the messes up my throat, and a smaller dose because if I take to much I just get really sick rather then just feeling not hungry.
metamucil, 2/10 this made me less hungry, it also made me horribly, painfully constipated. precede with caution
lemon water, 7/10 I think the main bonus of this is it's something you can order at a restaurant without anyone caring. there is some evidence to suggest that it actually make the food you eat have less calories because it limits your ability to digest the food( same with apple cider vinegar). it seems to be a small effect, but like, why not? as an appetite suppression, eh. it's better then nothing.
green tea 4/10, I feel like this doesn't not work? it's a nice thing to have on my lunch break while I'm fasting, but I don't think it makes me feel full for any longer then it takes for me to finish the cup. theoretically it may or may not have long term weight loss benefits, but the difference is to subtle for me to notice. I still drink it though, if only because tea is tasty
berberine, 0/10 I tried this several times because the science is there, and this clearly work for some people. but every time I tried it, without fail, I binged like crazy. like, 4000 calorie, eat everything in the fridge while standing in the kitchen binged. I didn't necessarily feel hungry, but just, fundamentally unsatisfied no matter how much I ate.
coffee, 8/10, my sweet, my love. I drink both decaff and caffeinated and they both work the same hungry wise. caffeinated coffee is really good for before a workout to get a boost. all coffee works to make me not hungry for 2-3 hours, and then it wears off. drinking more coffee has diminishing effect, and it doesn't seem reduce how much I eat at meals. it is really nice to keep around though. plus coffee is apparently really good for long term health.

Do not go over 900 cal.
Do not go under 500 cal.
Intermittent fasting from 6 PM to 8 AM.
Drink 1 - 2 gallons of water every day.
Choose vegan, plant based, healthy options whenever possible.
Take your vitamins and care for your skin and hair every day.
Daily oral hygiene - extensive routine. Brush, floss, mouthwash, rinse, whiten, oil pulling, lip exfoliant, lip moisturizer, wrinkle cream.
Drink a cup of green tea every morning.
Only eat when your stomach growls or to avoid suspicion around others.
Your metabolism requires exercise. Strength training 5x a week minimum.
Try to fit in when ordering food around others. Don't make your ED obvious.
Sleep a lot! Go to bed early and take a nap on your lunch break if you feel tired or if you get too hungry.
Wait as long as possible before eating, drink water before you eat, and take a diet pill to fill your stomach up. Eat very slowly! Try to let your food go cold before finishing. It's okay if you have to reheat it.
Eat only low-calorie snacks. 25 cal or less.
Try to move as often as possible. Fidget, stretch, flex often.
Don't binge. Don't let the frenzy take over your mind. Focus on anything else and thoroughly remind yourself how much you hate yourself when you binge.
Use (safe) diet pills or appetite suppressants. Green tea, cinnamon, coffee, apple cider vinegar, mint, lemon/citrus, etc.
✨Motivation✨
Remember that you want to feel hungry, light, and cold. Remember how good you feel when you haven't eaten for 24 hours.
Drink sparkling water to stave off cravings and hydrate!
Remember the hate, anger, and shame you feel when you lay in bed at night covered in your fat.
