Summary: Dying wasn't funny. Unless the one who died had previously been bragging about their elytra skills and how living on floating islands "just made sense" because they're "the best at flying" and "might as well be the GOD of flying", and didn't notice their elytra break before jumping off one of the afore mentioned floating islands, leaving the sheriff and bard behind, who were laughing so hard they couldn't hardly breathe.

It was a long walk back.

to be so real literally anywhere! preferably somewhere warm with one of those beaches where the water is clear or something?? i think that would heal me. ive also always wanted to go on one of those roadtrips that last weeks and you just hit a whole bunch of national parks and eat good food from restaurants youd never been to before. bangs fist on the floor. that would also heal me.

⏰ How old were you when you discovered fanfiction, and what was your first impression?

Whew. Good question. I guess the very first time I came into contact with fanfiction was with 11? I used to read loads of german gabenath fanfiction on wattpad. I honestly can't remember all that much about my first impression.

What I can remember was my first impression of ao3 (and why it took me another year or so to start reading on there). I was googling for hawknath fanfic and actually found one on ao3. It was in english and I was very grossed out because a. I couldn't really understand everything and b. what I understood seemed to be very... explicit. I immediatly closed the tab. (funfact: the smut itself didn't gross me out as much as the fact that I was at that point very uncomfortable with the idea of seeing my favourite characters portrayed like that).

5: ASPEC BARRY! Especially demi, it just feels so right (same with Iris actually)

8: Honestly don’t think I have any. The parts of my main fandom (Flash) I frequent tend to know these characters pretty well. MCU however, is a different story. Anything that reinforces the stereotypes characters have been put into is immediately going to annoy me.

14: First person POV (very very few exceptions), really bad dialogue as the first line (90% of the time it only gets worse), and as a whump fan— something that crosses a hard line (in these cases I’ll already be skeptical due to tags). Oh and how could I forget— A GIANT BLOCK OF TEXT WITH NO BREAKS

19: Smut. Can’t ever see it happening. Also pure fluff. Something without angst?! I could never.
