Agachamento por trás com barra. . "Agachamento ferra os joelhos!" Tá bom, sei... O que se sabe DE VERDADE sobre esse exercício? . O agachamento tem muitos benefícios, como a melhora da nossa mobilidade funcional, o que nos dá mais velocidade em caminhadas e corridas; aumenta nossa densidade mineral óssea e com isso, reduzimos as chances de fraturas; fortalece a musculatura do core evitando dores nas costas e lesões, maior altura em saltos verticais dentre outros. Tudo isso porque o agachamento é um exercício multiarticular, ou seja, recruta mais de um grupo muscular ao mesmo tempo. É um dos melhores exercícios para atletas e para a população em geral. A posição dos pés é medida pela largura dos ombros. Algo que sempre friso, a força do movimento ao "empurrar o chão" deve estar nos calcanhares, o que ajuda a manter os joelhos em uma flexão confortável e também mantém seu eixo de equilíbrio estável. Os músculos ativados no agachamento são vários! Alguns deles: quadríceps, isquiotibiais (posterior de coxas), adutores, glúteos e panturrilhas, além da musculatura do core (reto abdominal, transverso do abdômen, oblíquos interno e externo, iliopsoas). . Obs.: Embora o agachamento favoreça o fortalecimento da musculatura paravertebral, o cinturão é recomendado sim, mas só quando as cargas a serem utilizadas são muito altas. With or without weights, proper execution of a squat is necessary so you get good booty burn and avoid injury. There are three (2) key things I remember: 1. Push through the heels - this engages the glutes more 2. Squeeze on top - this works as a glute "contraction or activation" I had a reasssslly good leg day yesterday 🍑🔥 And I was even more motivated when people at the gym told me I look fit and my legs were toned. Thank god for gainz! 😂 To be honest, I've been workin' my ass (figuratively and literally) and I'm happy that it has truly paid off!
