it is! it's actually common enough for labels like panagender and polyagender to exist, which are labels that describe someone who has all genders (within their cultural experience) and no gender at the same time, or many genders and no gender at the same time, or someone who lies between having all/many genders and no gender. there are also more specific labels that could include such an experience, such as ambonec, describing someone who's both male and female while at the same time being neither (and "neither" can mean agender). one possibility for this would be if someone had multiple demigenders and the other part was agender. agenderness itself exists on a spectrum and doesn't inherently exclude one from having a gendered experience.

i don't know why but a lot of people keep equating "having sexual trauma" with "having been s/a'd", because there are so many more ways to be sexually traumatised.

it's especially bad in queer communities when people coin identities specifically for us, but flipflop between who they're for (because they think they're the same thing). i've seen people create terms for people with sexual trauma just to go on to say that this term is only for people who experienced s/a. that last addition excludes many people with sexual trauma that's not due to s/a.

and the assumptions. people make so many assumptions about me because i'm caedsexual. the definition of this is "having your sexual attraction cut away because of trauma" (or i use it as "being asexual because of trauma" for multiple reasons). it does not specify what kind of trauma it is. it does not specify what happened. yet people will assume everyone who uses this label has been s/a'd.

truth is, my sexual trauma comes from something else, something that doesn't involve any touch whatsoever, but has fucked with my head also because of at what time in my life that happened.

whereas the thing someone did to me that actually involved touch wasn't actually traumatising to me at all.

stop promoting such a one-dimensional idea of trauma. stop acting like a certain kind of trauma can only exist because of one specific thing. even trauma is diverse and you keep excluding people.

"it happened to lee, and itll happen to you" lilly tells clem she'll die protecting aj from some mistake he makes, when in reality his defiance of her will is what saves her life after she had already accepted her fate. he breaks clem free from the lee cycle and they get their relatively happy ending. good for them

The fact that Pokemon: Masters does not yet contain a scene of Irida and/or Volo meeting modern Ingo and Emmet is just incredibly disappointing.

Irida thinks "Oh, another lookalike, two of them! Even their coats are so similar" But nope, that's Ingo. The time-fuckery that's involved in this meeting screws with her head a bit, especially considering she's the Pearl Clan leader.

Volo just thinks it's hilarious. Maybe tries to get all buddy-buddy with the twins to see if the subconscious memory of being friends could influence Ingo's behavior within Volo's past/Ingo's future.

Hollow Knight thing I think too much about: the Dream No More ending.

The Pale King was so certain that the only way to prevent the Radiance from taking over Hallownest was to create the singular best, strongest, purest vessel to imprison her. He created countless vessels so that the could isolate and train and hone the one with the most potential, and discarded the rest. Which worked for a while.

But the Radiance is actually defeated when the Knight, the Hollow Knight, and Hornet work together and help each other, with even more of their siblings rising up to support them and lend them strength.

i understand the harm that the above suffix does. however, i cant use the -misia, because of dyslexia.

-antagonism/-antagonistic would work in a similar way. i've also seen people use -negative/-negativity, such as transnegativity, homonegative, queerantagonistic, fat-antagonism. otherwise you could use different constructions such as antiqueer, cissexist etc.

So I’m GQ and I usually hate being referred to as a girl except for when my partner says “you’re my girl” or things like that. Gender is really confusing but I’m figuring it out

i've heard this type of thing before and it seems to be kind of common for people to be ok with being called "girl" or any other gendered term they're usually uncomfortable with in very specific situations or by specific people. it's very possible that then it's not about the gendered connotations but about literally any other connotations that phrase might have for you. just remember that liking being called a girl by your partner does not invalidate your genderqueerness and the boundaries you set for this term with other people. you're good the way you are <3
