So in our main dnd game one of our characters is a very kind Drider who we refer to as Honey, because remembering his real name and past brings him a lot of pain so we call him honey because when we first met him he thought we were trying to burn down his bee hives. He’s our parties cleric and also doubles as our rogue, benefits of many legs.

But after discovering jumping spiders sometimes wear dew drops as hats. My snail sorcerer learned the spell summon water, specifically to make giant dew drop hats to sit on his head. We like doing it during conversations when we’re trying to get something out of npcs. Literally instant charm because it’s 1, adorable, 2 confusing as hell, and 3 our drider is hot as all hell despite the spider butt and my snail sorcerer is a very smol gnome girl and we play up the single father act HARD, if the person is feeling remotely clucky they will fall for him immediately! ~Bambi

Brief Personality: Kaguya is a very monotone person. He has a tendency to push people away from him by making himself as boring and unapproachable as possible. But in reality he’s just really awkward. He is the type of person who much rather stay at home with a bunch of books than go outside and hang out with his friends.

Brief Backstory: Kaguya was born without a name, somewhere on the moon. His parents kicked him off the moon and he plummeted down to earth. He was found by a local orphanage due to his crying.

He never really knew why his parents abandoned him.. But he did know that humans weren’t much better.. His peers would bully him for most of his life due to him not being like them.

He lost himself in fairytales, reading every book he could. He thought if he lost himself in the stories and his role as a god, everything would be alright.

However, now Kaguya is very standoffish. Not even giving people the privilege of speaking his real name. Instead wanting to be referred too as “Kami” or “God”.. He is a bit of an odd ball..

Many people have hurt Kaguya over the years, causing him to retreat further and further into his shell. However lately a few cracks have been shown.

Welcome The Salucci Family! This is the family of one of my current dnd characters for a campaign I’m doing with my friends!

- Skittles The Centipede in the bellhop outfit is the character I play. They’re a pure of heart, hard working, considerate fellow who sometimes lets their heart rule their head and is selfless to their own detriment at times. They/He pronouns!

- The Toad is their adoptive mother named Brindle. She’s headstrong, confident, hardworking and noble! She/Her pronouns

- The Corvid is Thatch Harvest, Skittles’s adoptive dad. He’s an ominous fellow who has trouble with eye contact and speaks like he’s giving cryptic messages, he’s just autistic tho. He/They pronouns!

- Jam is the snail and is Skittles’ studious and timid younger sister who will often insist she’s older than Skittles when she is in fact younger by a week. She/Her

- And Crackers the young rat is the youngest brother. He’s a mischief maker and can get in over his head but he’s very creative and can be patient when he wants to be. He/Him

- The little worm baby in Brindle’s arm is Vanilla Bean, Skittles’ youngest sister who does nothing but eat and sleep (very much like me when I was a baby)

- And the giant crocodile looking Opossum is Cinnamon or Granny Spice. She’s the adoptive mother of Thatch and she helped to take care of the kids while they grew. She’s known to be eccentric, optimistic and theatrical but dramatic and overbearing at times as well.

- The family lives in a large rustic house next to a church and large cemetery a distance away from a small town. They run a mortuary business and before the house was properly lived in Granny Spice guarded the cemetery and church as it’s Church Grim and because of her beast like nature she was shunned from town and lived in a large burrow/crypt under the cemetery. When she found Thatch living alone in the woods as a child she adopted and raised him as her own. As he grew and went to town more often Granny gradually became more of her proud, jewelry loving, makeup clad self and over time shed her feral ways in favor of a life in musical and theatrical performance.

- Thatch eventually fell in love with Brindle and together they built a mortuary business and renovated the house on the cemetery property. Cinnamon gratefully helped out and when Brindle and Thatch adopted Jam from the town orphanage she jumped at the opportunity to care for a grandchild and soon after found Skittles as a young larva in the woods (nearly mistaking them for a large radish). Crackers and Vanilla Bean were adopted later on as well.

last time on dnd, we made moss cry by fucking up their campaign!

dess is back from eeby deeby after like 17 sessions! cam also returns from eeby deeby! dess still has the dick club! dans is happy but undyne is grossed out. dess points the dick at cam cause cam tells her to give the dick back to dans xD

dess missed so much lore lol. dans accidentally insuenitates if we kill inferno we stick him in the bag lol. we land near a town.

we tell dess our favorite town burned down. sadge. we also tell dess we killed the cult lol. the gang is kinda lost on what to do. how do we break this curse? we go to a tavern to discuss.

this town is almost all gnomes. cam is looking for snails with frog. heaps of snails! this curse is godlike and magic and stuff yeah? gotta be SOME sort of magical thing. dess: the opposite of god is a devil and we need a warlock. undyne: we have one. his god sucks. dans: *avoids eye contact* (what if the dick club had a sheathe-)

we decide against getting anymore gods involved cause its just lots of shitty gods. undyne offers to ask her god how to remove the curse but dans doubt shes gonna help us.

dess asks the bartender if any powerful magic users are around but hes distratced by the giant dick club lol. nope lol. cam and frog come back with snails. tori is memorized by the dick club lol she finally meets dess. suzy is chanting dick club lol. tori goes invisible she cant deal with this lol.

'dont you have a paladin school?' dans is uncomfy lol. 'are you sure it wasnt an imposter god?' 'maybe it wasnt god saying no' were going back to the place we got cursed to see wtf is going on.

(the curse didnt activate until tried to leave. so, it wasnt undyne? someone else activated the curse!)

we go camp for the night and head off in the morning. returning to the beginning. rockdale. undyne has pocketmoss and is going to try and get god to tell her answers lol. (moss puts undyne on voicemail sksksk)

dess says we should investigate for clues whoooo. undyne is gonna keep praying. dess didnt find anything but she finds someone with a pet bear for wrestling! they go and tell undyne about the bear xD shes so excited to wrestle the bear. polar bear?! dess casts some cold spell and undyne has the bear in a headache.

dans covers cams eyes and puts the scarf on them. dans is trying to keep cam calm. dess is wrecking undyne on accident lol. dans drags cam to tori to keep them warm. undyne tosses the bear aside and yells at dess for hitting them with snowballs!

dans teaches cam dwarvish swear words. undyne crits punches dess in the face lol. suzy failed the bear wrestle too lol. dess keeps calling undyne a baby. then she calls cam a bottom. cam strangles dess lol the noelle shaking berdly gif.

moss finally answers! cam headbutts dess in the area right under the stomach. moss says a great evil is trying to destroy everything. go kill it. says we already met 'him'.

dess: i told you my ice was a good idea! undyne: >:(

god said its not inferno darn. we keep thinking its dans but moss says its not lol. maybe jim or steve. or maybe berdly. the only person we can think of is steve.

suzy is still failing to wrestle the bear. cam is mad at dess for snow. suzy finally beats the bear. dans is panic pacing trying to figure out who the bad guy is. tori yanks suzy off the bear. dans is spiraling. undyne is still mad they didnt kill those cultists.

tori says she knows someone that might help but its a bad idea. dess: please we need help. tori: how do you feel about arch fey? undyne: whomst? dans: NONONO you dont fuck with the fey!

suzy calls undyne the evil lol. cam says it might be jim. dess says we could find a seer? tori says the arch fey was her moms patron so she might be able to help. dess and dans argue about giving undyne to the fey lol dans says no.

then we argue about murder. we narrow down who was in the party when the curse started. dans, frog, undyne, suzy, temmie, cam. i roll a 23 history check to narrow down suspects.

roll perception check? tori fucked off?! dans clues in that shes going to talk to the FUCKIN fey. dans fucks off to go find her. dans didnt hear cam say they care about dans cause undyne was making fun of them.

dans finds her talking to trees. suzy also finds her! undyne yells at a tree to tell tori to come back. dess gives up so she smokes weed. suzy asks tori wtf. tori says shes looking for answers. cam is flirting with undyne again lol.

frog is unhappy tori is trying to call the fey. so is dans. cam keeps flirting with undyne lol. undyne sees a giant boar. they get to fight it!

tori keeps trying to contact the fey. frog wants to go to the feywild. dans thinks this is a horrible idea. cam and undyne are getting fucked up by the boar. they win and behead it.

tori says her contact didnt work. dans rolls an insight check. SHES FUCKIN LYING! dans calls her out on her bullshit. cam and undyne are bloody and eating the boar. dess shows up for some meat high af.

suzy tells tori to stop fucking lying, please. frog gives puppy eyes and dans keeps pleading. (cam and undyne still flirting) tori wont talk in front of the kids. dans has the kids go get undyne while dans leads tori away so they can talk.

frog goes to get them as dess interrupts their little date lol. cam and undyne realize their soaked in blood. cam realizes they bloodied the scarf but abandons it for frog. frog tells them tori contacted the fey.

dans tells the group everything is fine, and notices the bloody scarf...he silently uses the prestigation and turns away. dess shows up and yells that tori sold her kid to the fey the little shit.

cam tries to wrap the scarf around dans but he stepped away. undyne tries to take the blame, but thats not really gonna work. dans just says hes tired. (liar.) he says they didnt do anything wrong and insists hes fine. frog tries to hug him. dans gently removes their arms, hes just tense. cam offers to teach him how to swear but is denied.

undyne changes topics and we realize suzy is gone. undyne is unsure how to go about with dans but agrees to go find suzy. we find her wandering around lost. cam is following dans around, they want to comfort him and dont know what to do.

cam tries to talk to dans but hes zoned out. cam looks sooo sad. we decide to find steve! cam is fucking hovering over dans. dans says steve IS the most suspicious person they know. (things are so sad lol)

we go into town to find steve! tori found him, hes setting up shop.

we stop here cause people gotta go and some are eepy!

Okay I got two ideas for enchanters for my DnD game, but I need your help deciding between them!

My first idea is a giant sentient telepathic telekinetic snail that just lazes around in some noble's garden munching on leaves and sucking on their crystal ball. A very laid back hippie stoner sort of type.

My second idea is a pair of crazy lesbian tieflings that have a habit of exploding things in bright colours and fire and ice and electricity and sell enchanted items alongside their abstract art.

Ahava: (Adult) Rune Knight that creates Runes to use Magic and mostly self-augments. Revolves around heavily around wrestling and using a tentacle whip for reach and grabbing and a tower shield or two-handing an acidic great sword depending, then forms of time magic to speed herself up or slow someone else down or turning into a giant size. Think of her magic of maybe something akin to Diablo 2 Spells, Runescape, DnD etc. She uses her slime to drown people and wrestle single large targets while using her snail-mouth to bite weak points as her body is thicker when recoiled but can stretch a bit. She has mostly utility magic and then great strength than actual huge amounts of magical power. Personality: a glutton, morally inept but ambitious that’s vaguely good and horrible people skills and tact. Only can express certain emotions such as happiness, happy anger, sadness, funny unintentionally as she’s a bit of a violent goof. Kind of unintentionally humorous even in her threats. Is overly affectionate, likes to stickily cuddle people. Has no concept of personal space from how her kind are as snail folk. Quote Examples: all of this is usually said in a chipper, welcoming tone, ‘I may be slow, but so will be your inevitable death!’ ‘Oh... so you’re stupid? That’s okay! I know plenty of stupid people.’ ‘Have you ever considered to try harder? That’s what I do and it seems to work.’ ‘Don’t worry! I don’t kill people for pain, so you’ll be gone before you know it, friend! Just a snap here- and oh! There you go, dispatched nicely as promised!’ Purpose: can serve as a rather strong companion in most genres or a bodyguard or mercenary. She mostly pursues greater rune magic, food, possible friends.

Bianca: (Adult) Bunny Sorcerer that serves as a companion in utility magic. Has a rainbow stream people can ride on. Has a magic bolt. Can use a variety of spells from her spellbook. Might get things wrong to begin with to lead to hi-jinx so fairly broad in what happens. Relatively powerful if she has a big enough source to use as she at least has magic. Pretty talented otherwise.

I will not be shipping this character innately with Hunter. You need to ask.

Ultimately serves as her canon counterpart with maybe a few tweaks. Personality: a bit arrogant, a bit haughty. Kind, throws up a guise for people she doesn’t know really. Is a big softie underneath it... so perhaps a bit tsundere? A bit sassy and kind of jokey sometimes.

Not much to say about Bianca, she’s simple and I like her.

Bridget: (Adult): I have spent a few hours determining her exact age from her build and height and compared and cross-referenced her with other women in canon to get it right (Granted trans women bodies are different in general usually). I’ve concluded that from her start at around 12 years old in her original appearance several games ago? After seven years since the first game to the newest for her latest appearance? She’s around 19 to 20 years old with how her face structure developed, along with legs and hips have thickened out, so she’s still growing but a fairly young adult and will fill out more. But she will be portrayed as such and is opened to shipping, BUT I am disconnecting from the fandom and story other than her own backstory, this is not up for discussion, but it’s mostly how some characters have come onto her as a minor etc/been gross with her gender being ambiguous or have had a familial relationship with her and was my intent to begin with, so I am very open for more platonic relationships along with shipping with Bridget along from her past to have found family. Magic YoYo Nun that is a Bounty Hunter as her profession and then traps spirits, demons/supernatural beings into objects such as Roger when she was young to be her spirit familiar companion to fight alongside her as an Exorcist as her main aspiring profession, the YoYo is specifically used to use holy attacks on enemies even such as ghosts and the wire to subdue supernatural threats. This character IS religious so be warned of that if that’s uncomfortable and she’s also canonically transgender and openly trans at this point post-game and visibly so. Ask me first but it’s okay to make note of that ic wise as I don’t mind mis-steps but I don’t want people dog-piling onto you so be sure to run stuff by me when it comes to Bridget’s gender in terms of commentary. This character is supernatural in terms of ability and is from an anime fighting game, she is probably stronger than most characters outside of the anime genre. I’d say she’s probably around a ‘Vampire’ level in terms of speed, strength, then that of a supernatural demon slayer in utility and magic since she’s fought with extremely powerful beings in canon. So she could take on Big Bads if it really came down to it, but I don’t want to power/meta-game so I will just say she’s at ‘progtag levels of strength’ and I will adjust her as needed if it’s requested within my own reasoning depending on the universe. I will say her power stems spiritually from ‘belief’ and her own ‘will’ considering what she can do with Roger, but it doesn’t mean EVERYTHING, but it’s to explain why she can fight someone with rippling muscle and deliver metal-tearing blows to kicking the shit out of a ghost. Bridget is mostly a speed demon heavy-hitter of the series as a mobile character than anything, I will be leaning into that niche with her more than anything, but she can take a beating supernaturally since she can get hit with: swords, guns, etc, but I expect bulkier, big characters from Guilty Gear to be able to take more damage since everyone is practically supernatural in the Guilty Gear Series. Personality: Bridget is polite, kind, loving and self-sacrificing to a fault. But she is brutally ruthless when it comes to fighting and dealing with her enemies. Using fast, strong tactics to brutalize or subdue them. She isn’t above killing but ultimately tries not to kill her targets, but if it happens? It happens. She will provide mercy in the end, however, and is willing to forgive to a fault and help someone even after fighting them. She’s a bit funny, jokey and a bit of a goof, witty. Intelligent and knows slights amount of memes, jokes and yes, she has the literal power of anime and god by her side. Granted, she can easily be in denial for some things and has insecurity issues in canon. Usually rather calm but can get annoyed or slightly anxious depending. She DOES dislike muscle... so I apologize if that might be offensive to some as she likes some muscular women and men or nonbinary peeps but not all of them, as too much for her? Kind of isn’t her type attraction wise in canon. Platonic qp is still very much an option or found family, however. So given that attraction typing? She tends to lean toward non-muscular women and men or nonbinary peeps but that does not factor into how big someone is such as being ‘fat’ or skinny, short or simply big but still strong etc.

ouuyghhhhhhhhhh I love doing world building stuff so much, I have this huge world ive been homebrewing to hopefully eventually run a campaign in and I just have so many characters and locations ive made for it and I like them so much Inchunder- one of the locations is called inchunder, its a town and its called that bc the sidewalks are always an inch underwater because its always raining in the town, its a haven of sorts for those that like the rain or the cold or the dark, and was magically made to rain by a wizard or something a long time ago, its a chilly place, people usually wear cloaks and you can see your breath when you walk around, people who make cloaks and cobblers are some of the main professions in the town, well-renowned for their waterproof shoes and clothing. Some other important jobs in the city are lantern-lighters, metalworkers, and glassblowers. Watch out for potholes, because there is a very rare chance if you step into one deep enough you wont come out, and will get transported somewhere else. Fireplaces are a staple in the city for heating. Tidal Town (filler name)- for lack of better name atm ive been calling this place tidal town, its a coastal town mostly made of white stone and copper, most of the structures are made of pillars with domed oxidized copper roofs with spires or statues on top, the architecture is intricate and well-maintained, very ornamental, the town is very isolated and a sort of retirement place, most of the people there are older people who dont want to be disturbed. Most houses are single story, with only 1-2 people. in the center of the town is a sundial that tells the time, and allows people to know when the tide is coming in or out, because this town floods and un-floods with the tides. there are also kelp and seaweed gardens scattered about in box gardens. Most of the people who live in the town are tritons, water genasi, or other amphibious/water breathing creatures. There is a section of the town that remains entirely underwater, but thats deeper and not accessible to creatures who dont breathe water. The town's main exports are jewelry and embroidered clothing, as well as other methods of ornamentation. Hybrid City (again filler name)- The hybrid city is exactly what it sounds like, its a city for people without anywhere else to go. It's a haven for creatures who dont fit in anywhere else, and has different districts for different species, who all have their own developed cultures. Genasi hybrids and half elves are especially common here. There is a lot of variation in clothing styles here, but almost all of it is colorful and considered to be fashionable. There is also a lot of variety to fit the specific needs of various species, and tailors are a common profession here that can be paid very well, as are textile and fiber artists. For example, a fire genasi might need cooler clothes, like sleeveless shirts and pants that can be hemmed, whereas a water genasi might need warmer clothes. The variation in body types also contributes to this, as tabaxis will have different needs than centaurs for example. This city is quite literally in the clouds, and was established and is maintained by air genasi. Insect/music Dungeon- I'm not sure exactly if this'll be a oneshot or if its part of the world but im putting it here anyway because its cool, the insect dungeon is what it sounds like, an insect themed dungeon. The entrance is above ground, guarded by an older man who is an anthro giant African snail, and a younger man who is a weevil knight. Inside, there are a collection of insect themed puzzles, for example one themed around cicada years, and the floors go down and down deeper into the earth, structured like an insect nest. The final boss fight is probably an egg sac of sorts. The dungeon also has a music theme, with things like cricket songs being a theme, and one of the items you can get being a magic lute painted like a pair of insect wings.

DnD Session Summary

(Here's another piece of creative writing where I summarised what happened during a DnD Session, but with the characters talking inside the Mind Space. This one in particular is a year old now ^-^')

Stretching his arms, Faust wakes up in his room. The pleasant smell of worked wood and childhood bedroom calm his nerves after an aggravating fight. He swings off the bed and exits the room. Walking past the kitchen, he sees Natalia and Mera discussing different mythologies. Both women greet him and immediately return to their conversation. Arriving at Xavier‘s door, Faust knocks before he enters. „Thank you for coming to me right away, Faust.“ He sits down and begins to relay what happened in his Campaign: „If you remember, we just defeated the water giant. After that we entered Kame to continue our journey to Aerotuse. I tried to study a bit of religion, but the metal clanging of the walking Turtle distracted me.“ Xavier offers a glass of alcohol which Faust hesitantly accepts. Then he continues: „Suddenly Kame couldn't continue and we had to go on foot. We were in a really strange area: huge flowers and mushrooms of all colours. The grass shifted in hue between pink, orange and green". Faust swirls the liquid in his glass: "Rusty tried to cross the bridge first and encountered little Goblins inside the bricks; they set a few snails to chase him. Ashes then had the idea of bribing them with the small crystals we got way back and surprisingly it worked! The rest of us had no problem crossing. There was also a pair of statues, but nothing happened when we went through.“ Faust continues to tell the story of how they had trouble with the forests floor, people being catapulted along and finally arriving at the end of the road. There they hear music playing and decide to investigate. „Rusty was really keen on finding out more, while Ashes and I were more cautious. I mean; the ground was moving! What else could that weird forest do?“ „Sounds like the feywild to me, but continue“, Xavier remarked while he was writing down what Faust told him. „Then we arrived at the source of the music: A band was playing, with a group of people dancing around the bonfire. Rusty saw nothing wrong with the situation and just approached." Faust takes a moment to down a sip, when he hollers out: "And guess what? He joined them dancing, like a mad man!“ Faust explained how with the help of Ashes and Orion they were able to stop the entranced musicians, allowing everyone to flee. „And then, a dragon made of smoke appeared“, Faust is flailing his arms around, „and - and Ashes began talking to the dragon in their mind!“ Faust takes a good chug of his glass and then describes the fight between them and the dragon: „At the end, we almost had it, the dragon suddenly disappeared. More accurately; the dragon disappeared and possessed Rusty. Ashes tried talking the dragon out of Rusty, Orion punched him and I made sure he wouldn't die, but nothing worked! In the end Ashes told us to destroy the dragon skull and Orion made quick work of that. Thankfully that was the end of the fight“. Xavier puts down his pen and waits on further information from Faust. When nothing is coming out of his mouth, Xavier speaks up: „Is that all?“ „After that we went back to sleep“ „Ok, thank you for updating me“, and Xavier puts the paper on the pile labelled: „The Radiant Dusk“. Signalling Faust he can leave, Xavier takes another look over what Faust told him: „That poor boy, what else will his party have to deal with“
