once again thinking about how fucked up it is that special ed used me and other disabled children as unpaid, coerced labor. i worked enough to be making $100 a week. i was "paid" in fake money redeemable only at the school cafeteria, which i worked at, and was forced to do things that distressed me. they gave us $1 a week, if they remembered to give it to us at all.
this was while i would sometimes go the entire day without eating because i didn't have the money to buy food and the free food was not sensory safe. we also worked outside the community - grocery stores, warehouses, shoe stores security tagging items. all under the guise of job skill development, we did $100 of labor a week without ever getting paid. and we were demeaned while we did it. and we were just teens.
so no, i don't want to hear about how special education is good. not with the way me and my peers were treated and taken advantage of. death to institutionalization, in all forms.

Point to remember :))
It doesn't matter if someone you know has completed the whole material twice or thrice, what matters is how much of it you actually remember.
Sadly, our education system does not test how much we know, it only tests how many of the questions we can answer. So, the content you put in your answers matters more than what you know.
So, you're doing good, just don't stop and focus on your own progress. :)

It's the fact that we could make any number of new tags and terms specifically for us, and endos would still invade and take them over like they did with all our previous ones.
It's the fact that even though they say we're harassing them, they go out of their way to push themselves into system spaces, no matter how many times we move, fight, communicate discomfort, etc.
It's not even about the disorder at this point, it's about basic respect for other beings. It's about how much sheer stress they're causing individuals who have already suffered enough.
When will it be enough?

You're using "reclaim" wrongly.
It's come to my attention that anti-endos do not know what "reclaim" means, so let me explain. Reclaiming is the act of a group of people taking a word, phrase or term, etc., that was previously used against them in a negative way and then making it into something positive for themselves instead.
Examples include:
Queer
Faggot
Dyke
Tranny
Shi/hir (Prns for the intersex community)
Etc.! (I can say all these things and ofc anyone can say shi/hir but must be intersex to use them for themself, anyone can say queer)
You are not being insulted by or attacked by innocent lgbtq/mogai terms pro-endos have made that have literally nothing to do with you neither are being used against you, etc.
You cannot "reclaim" these. You can coin a term similar, but you're not reclaiming if you just repost these with new flags or something. You're genuinely just straight up stealing and it's not okay and it's not cute and it's harmful to misuse that word, acting like you have the right to do this. I haven't seen any pro-endos do this so maybe it's just ignorant anti-endos once again feeling the need to in any possible way shape or form harass pro-endogenics but if any pro-endos are doing this as well I also advise you to stop. Like literally please stop.
Stop misusing the word reclaim to defend stealing terms. You look like a fool and you are a thief. Anyways, anyone can use our terms or coin ones similar, but not stolen. I cannot make you, but hopefully if anyone actually cares about morals, anti-endo or whatever else, that they'll heed my words. Have a nice day everyone.
Reposts encouraged but not forced!

(Don't harass anybody doing this as well if you care about morals, you aren't helping, just inform them and move on, you cannot convince a fool to see sense by being a jerk yourself.)

i am the number one fan of torturing Brennan Lee Mulligan, but it's honestly heartwarming to me how much Brennan suffers in episodes not designed around him, especially in the episodes he was a sub for. [spoilers through Game Changer 6.5]
for the first long stretch, Brennan was just very good at figuring out and adapting to a new game, and it was a bit less fun when he kept winning. where i'm from, when one student knows the answer every time, the teacher calls on them less. then there was Yes or No and Second Place, which knock specifically Brennan down, but these two wrongs don't necessarily make a right.
but then but then for Cool as a Cucumber and Bingo, the game was control your heart rate and be a funny person with a brand, two things you can't logic game your way out of. and Brennan just gets to play. and that's what it's all about. it's inspiring that we can play the same game with people of a range of natural ability and have the same fun. and by fun i sometimes mean torture.

im really curious about what happens in the different school systems when you fail a subject. i think its pretty universal (but correct me if im wrong) that in college/uni you have to re-take the class, but in high school is different.
in my country, if you fail a class, after the school year ends you have two go two extra weeks, one for study one for tests. we called it "diciembre" because it takes place in december. if you pass the test, it's over, you passed but if you fail, you have two go another two extra weeks, but those are the previus weeks to the start of the following year. we called it "febrero" because it takes place during february. same process, but this time, if you fail, they arent so nice. failed subjects are called "previas". if you have more than 3, you have to retake the entire year all subjects. if you have less than 3 previas, you pass the year but every month* you have to take a test until you finally pass it. you cannot graduate highschool if you have previas and passing a previa can take years. (there are 5th year students with previas of their 2nd year. there are people who finished their last year months/years ago but dont have their diploma for a single previa, etc)
but it isnt like that everywhere, so im really curius about what happens when you fail
*not nessesary every month, its complicated, too long to explain

I find it funny you post things about the wrong people becoming therapists yet you want to be a social worker and actively defend rapists and abusers 💀
CW: mentions of SA/cycles of abuse.
you must think you're really clever. the therapy industry has a huge amount of problems (like any other industry built on service to other humans, like the medical industry), and i think even the people who want to work within the therapy field (whether as a psychiatrist, a counselor, a therapist, a social worker, a sex therapist, etc) can still critique the many issues within it, mainly the racism, eurocentrinism, and the individualistic values that much of talk therapy promotes. I don't know where you got the second part of your statement, because not only is it widely inaccurate of what I was thinking of doing in social work, it also is just not a great idea to hold about people who work with people who do harm.
there are therapists/social workers who work exclusively with cops/law enforcement, and ethically those people CANNOT work with people who are victims of law enforcement or people who "break the law" (incarcerated folks). It just doesn't work, because if you work with both, it can create a conflict of interest. this is the same with people who work with victims of assault (SA or not). these therapists/etc who work with victims of assault/abuse CANNOT work with abusers. The same is vice versa, as in people who work with those who do serious harm cannot work with their victims.
I think your self righteousness is misplaced. You clearly have a lot of work to do in regards to removing your own feelings and judgement from the work that many therapists and social workers do. I don't know if you know this, but everyone (yes, even people who do serious harm) are deserving of basic human necessities, like oh i don't know. Housing, healthcare, or therapy. It is not my job as a future social worker to judge people, that is wickedly different from holding someone accountable. Judging is like sending someone to prison for 25 years, further removing them from the communities and resources that could generate accountability. Further, no one can hold anyone accountable unless said person consents to being held accountable. There are different procedures for whether they do or not. My job, as a future social worker, is to help people, because I believe all people deserve to ask for help and receive the help that they need.
Not sure if you know, but I'm against incarceration/punishment. I believe we hold punishment as the way to "teach people a lesson", but if you do not work with people and actively step in and disrupt cycles of trauma (housing crisis, hunger, substance abuse, interpersonal abuse, racism, ableism, etc), you will only find that people re-offend unless they are given the resources they need to be better. Yes, there are people who genuinely want to do harm, but harm does not exist in a vacuum, and if you are unwilling to acknowledge that, then I genuinely wish compassion to anyone who slips up around you and shows you that anyone is capable of any level of harm.
People who do serious harm are victims of the same cycle abuse as everyone else. You white knuckling your self righteous black and white morality is the reason why you cannot understand that even the worst kinds of people deserve the same access to care as victims of harm. You think that people who work with individuals who do harm as them defending them, when the reality is many of us with the brains built to do this kind of work want to stop this harm and correct abusive behavior. Unfortunately for you, people are capable of change. No one is asking you to like anyone or their actions (because I don't have to like the people I work with either, freak), but what people like me are asking you is to accept the fact that all people do harm, and when people are given the community and resources to, they can change for the better and recognize the serious harm they have caused.
Not everyone who goes into this work wants to aim their energy into the "socially acceptable" work. I think social justice morality and the sanitization of revolutionary politics has rotted our brains into believing that we must do and be the most "woke" person ever, channeling our energy into victims of harm. But what we fail to recognize through that is that some people would rather divest their energy into de-radicalization of fascists, or others want to put their energy into theory, others want to learn how to connect with the land and be sustainable, and others want to learn how to help others. And just like them, there are people who are willing enough to use their skills and compassion for conflict/resolution, accountability practices, and to help those who have harmed. Because, unfortunate for you, activists should NOT be juggling being the theorist, farmer, therapist, spiritualist, leader, mediator, protestor, rioter, etc and etc. Some people are simply built to put their energy into what they are good at. This doesn't mean that the farmer does not encourage the theorist to continue thinking and writing their theory. And I am sure the theorist, one who cannot farm and till, is grateful for the skills the farmer brings once dinner comes around.
it's funny really because I still am not sure about what I want my focus to be in social work, and for you to assume that I am "defending" abusers/rapists by thinking about working in extremely hostile, tense, and exhausting environments in the attempt to disrupt cycles of violence is me "defending" these individuals...it just reveals more about you than myself, anon. Many people already work with abusers/rapists (many of those therapists being victims of abuse/SA as well), so you may as well call the ones who are actually doing the work rn "defenders" of abuse. see how that bodes for you.
that's all I have to say.

· The IRS and Federal Reserve were not government agencies. They were privately owned by the Deep State Cabal and Rothschild Bankers. There was no act of Congress, nor any Executive Order giving the IRS jurisdiction to act in any of the 50 states. So why was Ken Cromar sitting in jail awaiting trial on charges that he had the audacity to live in his own home that he fully owned after the privately owned by the Cabal IRS unlawfully used SWAT Teams to take possession of that home and threw away all of his possessions and after he proved in a Federal Tax Court that he owed no money to the IRS? Was the IRS making an example of Ken and his wife Barbara to prove what they will do to you if you dare question their unlawful authority? See #I below

I feel that there’s a world of difference between “fandomizing real world politics and tragedies” (in my understanding - applying ‘fandom’ to, well, real world politics and tragedies eg. shipping war criminals or writing rpf for victims of traumatic events) and “making fandom art which acknowledges real world politics and tragedies” (in my understanding - political cartoons/art with a particular flag/etc.).
I’m not saying that the latter can’t be insensitive or in poor taste depending on execution but also…idk it’s weird to see tumblr activists freaking the fuck out over art of dunmesh senshi bringing food to Gaza. I can’t believe that’s the hill you want to kill (your own allies nonetheless!) on. We have people writing smut for about specific IOF soldiers or shipping Palestinian journalists, like, is the comic imagining a fictional character showing up to help people in a horrific situation really what you want to call tone deaf and insensitive?
