Healthy cookie dough!!!!🤪 . You have sweet cravings or bored of eating boiled egg and baby carrots for snack and looking for something healthy and fun? No problem! Cause I am sure you will love this cookie dough!😏 . ➡️Approximate macros per 1 Tbsp: 46 calories, 1 g protein, 6 g carbs, 2 g fat. . Ingredients: •1 cup chickpeas (cooked/canned) •1/4 cup almond milk •1/4 cup coconut flour •2 T peanut butter •2 T raw honey •1 t vanilla extract •1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles . 👉🏻If you have a good blender blend them all together until smooth. If you have a ok blender, blend chickpeas and almond milk first until smooth then add in the other ingredients slowly. You eat healthy, save some time and money, are getting fitter and finally you have portion control! But you are BORED eating the same things over and over again and you are afraid of giving up!!! No need to be scared! I totally feel you and would love to share some of my tricks with you!😏 . 🍚Let’s start with spicing up your rice! ◾️Day 1: This is the day you prep your meals for the whole week or for 3-4 days. Cook 1 cup plain rice (with chicken/vegetable broth instead of water!). Eat plain rice on day 1. ◾️Day 2: Grab one portion plain rice and mix with diced tomatoes reheat in a pan or in microwave. ◾️Day 3: Grab one portion plain rice and mix with chickpeas. ◾️Day 4: Grab the last portion and mix with veggies. . 💡TIP: Reheating rice in microwave and placing damp paper towel on top will make the rice moist! I will be feeding my body with all these nutritious food this Week, just like I do every Week!⠀⠀ —⠀⠀ 1️⃣ Make a plan beforehand and write a list!�If you know what you’ll be cooking for the Week, you’ll know what will be on the list!⠀⠀ 2️⃣ Possibly pick fresh vegetables and fruits!⠀⠀ Especially go with the seasonal veggies and fruits. They retain more nutrients and are most likely in discount. Frozen and canned foods are also cheaper, however make sure to look for “reduced sodium” or “no added sodium” when choosing canned foods. When buying frozen veggies, the only ingredient should be the name of the vegetable itself.⠀⠀ 3️⃣ Schedule your shopping time after a main meal!⠀⠀ It is not always easy to make healthy choices when you are starving! If you can schedule your shopping plan after you ate your healthy meal, it’s less likely you’ll reach for the junk food and more likely to stick to your list!⠀⠀ 4️⃣ Have a post shopping plan!⠀⠀ After all the shopping and carrying heavy bags, you might not have the energy for cooking!
