After so much conflict and Gaster's persistence, it seems like a miracle that Frisk and their friends have made it to the skeleton brothers' house unscathed. But there's still much to do, and they don't know how long it will take for the scientist to catch up...

That's right this is another chapter with acts! But I only decided that just now, and it'll probably only be the two, lol. now that we've arrived at the brother's house, things can only keep moving forward...

I like that we have Baela saying Meleys "bent her neck" to Rhaenys. It's said in a way that's clearly like: that's how the story goes. The phrasing seems deliberate. So I would assume that is what happened when Rhaenys claimed her.

And from the claimings we've seen, certainly in Season 2, the way a dragon accepts a rider is very personal and individual. And very telling.

Meleys bends her neck. She bows. The Red Queen bowed to the (at that time) Queen To Be.

Gracefully, elegantly, without a second guess, perhaps. And for a dragon to bend their neck is to come close. To be human height, especially a dragon as large as Meleys. So, she and Rhaenys become equals as well.

Eye to eye. Soul to soul.
