Nah but like, the Iron Knight showing Ash and Puck using their magic together and even Grimalkin being ' yeah that's good stuff' is just so cool. I wish we saw more of that in the other books as well, they've just spent so much time together, their fighting styles are so in sync, it's just... so awesome.

idk Leo’s attitude during the chase scene at the beginning of the movie makes total sense if you have siblings tbh

Leo’s unresolved character arc in the show is feeling like his family doesn’t trust him. part of this is his own fault bc he withholds information from them and acts like a goof even when he’s secretly taking things seriously (like in Many Unhappy Returns), but sometimes he DOES act serious and is still brushed off. In Bug Busters, he pulls Raph aside multiple times to try to talk w him about Big Mama, no joking around, but Raph dismisses his concerns bc.... idk? it’s Leo??

I say this with all the love for Raph in my heart, but if my big brother, who is 2 for 2 on Not Trusting Me When I’m Right, came up to me saying I’m not taking things seriously enough (the exact same thing he said the LAST time I was right) I would ABSOLUTELY risk starting an apocalypse to prove him wrong lol

his love for knights is !!! character growth even !! in the beginning he really didn't care abt the unit and was mostly just kinda. there. but as time went on he came to love the unit and his friends more and more :( and in King's Horseback Ride (i thnk) when Leo returns and forms Knights Killers ritsu is the one who makes the strategies to keep Knights alive - but Knights Killers are too strong and Ritsu actually cries and apologies to Tsukasa for not being able to form strategies that could save Knights

AND HIS DEDICATION AND PASSION IS PART OF WHAT MAKES LEO DECIDE NOT TO DISSOLVE THE UNIT !!!!!!!!!!!!!! bc he sees that knights is important to not just him, but every member of the unit, and it's not just his unit to do what he wants with it. like. oughhhhhhhhhh

i hate it when people just ignore yearsss of growth and it's not only with ritsu too.. sadly i see it in enstars a lot generally and it can be overwhelming the amount of information about a character with years of storytelling but. come on now :( dont do the silly like that..

Just thinking about Vesper meeting Dame Aylin and the immediate connection there. Aylin is ready to fucking fly to Waterdeep and destroy people who were horrible to Vesper, who kept her chained up like an animal. Vesper manages to rein her in because they have more pressing issues, but she's kinda swooning at someone wanting to ride to her defense like that.
