Your eyes were watching the rain pound down from the grey sky with uncovered anticipation from your seat in the waiting area. The glass windows next to your seat gave you a clear view of the miserable weather, the dark clouds and the plane you were expected to board in half an hour, though a niggling voice in the back of your mind told you that if the weather carried on like it was, there was a high chance of it being delayed.
Though, honestly, you would rather it be delayed than have to sit bravely in the seats of the plane, trying to ignore the fact that you were in a suspended container in the middle of the sky, your mind set on taunting you with images of, well…
And even though you knew you hadn’t packed accordingly to anticipate a potential delay, you’d secretly breathed a sigh of relief after the announcement came over the loudspeakers, that the flight to Greece had been delayed by four hours. The waiting room gave an audible groan, some people rolling their eyes, but it eased your anxiety significantly, knowing you wouldn’t have to board just yet.
Your friends had suffered longer waits, and there were several cafes and newsagents and shops littered around to satisfy your boredom for long enough, and you had no qualms about lugging around a small suitcase and backpack.
You were one of the first ones out there. Having guessed there was a higher chance of a delay, you’d pre-zipped up your hoodie and put on your backpack and legged it out. There was a high chance that other flights had been cancelled too, and in which case, everyone would have flooded towards the bars and cafes.
You’d made it down the steps and had just passed a bar on your right when - out of the corner of your eye - someone you recognised from your gate peeked into your eyeline, obviously having the same idea to camp out in a shop or restaurant or something. They were wearing black sport shorts and a grey hoodie, the hood pulled up to hide their features. He also wore sunglasses, RayBans.
You recognised him because you remembered thinking it was a strange choice to look so sketchy in an airport.
He was walking hurriedly, a spring in his step, and you wouldn’t have paid him much attention but he’d been glued to his phone, his attention only deterring every few seconds to check his path wasn’t blocked by stragglers. He seemed eager to be on the move, as if he was in a rush to be somewhere or perhaps his flight had dented urgent plans.
You were headed to the nearest W H Smiths, desperate to get to the good books before the surge of people whose flights had been delayed took all the good ones, and you found yourself unconsciously following the man. He’d gotten a good way in front of you, enough space between the both of you to ensure people could pass in the gap, but still close enough that you could see the back of him.
It wasn’t that you were searching for him specifically, but every time you looked up to catch the signs, he was in front of you, and with his rushing around it wasn’t very easy to not notice him.
There was a screech from behind you, and your heart stuttered, and you whipped around, eyes searching, only to find a child on sitting on the floor, looking up at their parents in the outskirts of a restaurant, the kid’s face red with emotion and defiance as hot tears streamed down their faces.
You turned back around, continuing to walk towards your destination, but almost immediately after doing so, you yelped, stumbling and trying not to step on the body sprawled on the floor, a suitcase chucked on the tiles and a phone a couple of feet away.
It was the Rushing Guy.
You tried to stop yourself from tripping over him by strengthening the grip on your suitcase to stabilise yourself.
It worked, but the body was still on the floor, groaning and slowly moving as though they were in pain.
You quickly parked your suitcase next to you and knelt down next to him, not wanting to startle him by touching him, and instead made a move to take his phone out of the way from wandering people and collect his suitcase, “Are you alright?” You asked, and upon hearing your voice, the man turned to you with surprise, his glasses skewed on his face as the arms hung from one eye, giving you a mighty view of his face.
There was a light washing of stubble decorating his chin and there was a light dusting of freckles across the bridge of his nose. His cheeks had reddened, most likely in embarrassment of having been caught falling over, and his eyes were - for lack of better word - striking. He had the most gorgeous brown eyes you’d ever seen.
He nodded, gaze first flicking to the suitcase you’d pulled up next to him, and then immediately going to the phone you’d presented to him. He took it gratefully, his glance bouncing across the corridor in some sense of panic, and scrambled to place his sunglasses back on his face.
“Thank you.” He murmured, and he tried to pull himself up, wincing slightly in pain as he did so.
You flashed him a reassuring smile, standing up with him.
There was something incredibly familiar about him, but your exhaustion from booking such an early flight clouded your judgement.
You scratched your nose awkwardly, noticing that nobody was actually looking at either of you, and you could sense when the familiar guy suddenly caught onto the same thing, because he loosened slightly, taking a glance back at his phone as if to check for cracks.
Within that time, you’d managed to grab your own suitcase, and were standing idly in the middle of the hallway when he turned to look at you once more, his mouth twisting into a small smile upon seeing the practised calmness echoed in your features.
It was clear he was on edge, and the last thing you wanted to do was escalate that. So you’d schooled your expression into one of reassurance.
“Are you okay?” He asked, and you turned your attention back towards him, unable to hide your shock. His own smile was breathtaking - the only thing your mind could register was dimples.
“Yeah, yeah,” you swallowed nervously, feeling slightly caught out about the unexpected question. To save him some dignity and protect his ego a little, you answered, “I just banged my knee a little, but I’m fine.”
It was lovely of him to ask, and you couldn’t deny you were rather pleasantly surprised at his consideration.
“So, you’re not hurt?”
You shook your head, “Completely unharmed…Thank you for asking.”
He shrugged, “Thank you for helping me up, I appreciate not many people would have done that.”
You nodded, the time spent talking to the mystifying man somewhat eating at your anxiety to get to the bookshop.
“It’s no problem, really…” you paused, feeling slightly guilty even though he was a stranger. But then — what if you actually knew the guy? If you did, you were sure he would have said something by now, so you figured you were in the clear. “But I should get going…”
His mouth parted, and you saw his eyebrows appearing from behind the sunglasses, “Shit, yeah, I’m sorry—”
“No, I should be—You’re on the flight to Greece that was just delayed, right?” Guilt consumed you upon seeing his somewhat hurt expression, and for some reason you felt compelled to ease the blunt blow.
“Ye-Yeah, I am. You too?” He stuttered, and you resisted the urge to smile at his nervous antics as his cheeks bloomed with a faint blush.
“Yeah.” You gulped, feeling your eyebrows knit together, “Maybe I’ll see you later?”
You knew you were rushing.
Gosh, why did you feel like you were betraying this man?
You’d never felt so vexed in a situation before.
“Maybe.” He replied, his brows disappearing as he reluctantly resigned to the realisation that you weren’t sticking around for long.
“See you later.” You said, and he waved awkwardly, repeating the sentiment.
As soon as you were out of his line of sight you took up speed walking, carefully dodging through the gaps in the crowds until you were faced with the bookshelf in W H Smiths.
You couldn’t help but feel excited. You’d packed books in your suitcase, but for some reason you’d forgone packing one in your backpack, and you’d initially just hoped that the flight would be short and your music would suffice, and that you’d get the chance to have a nap or two, but with the stressful four hours (at least) ahead of you, you knew there was no way you could possibly get through it without buying a book.
You settled for a Murikami one — The Elephant Vanishes. Not one you’d read before, but Murikami was a safe bet; his work was incredible and it never failed to plunge you into a completely different world.
You’d taken a seat on one of the spare rows not far from your own terminal, devoted to escaping from the airport, but every so often, your mind succumbed to flashes of Rushing Guy’s face — the flash of sorrow, or something akin to it.
It confused you, so to cope you’d set out a Three Step plan to distract yourself from your own mental anguish.
Buying the book was Step One of your mission to wait out the delay. Step Two was securing a table in a coffee shop. Step Three was to read at least another twenty pages. Step Four was optional, but it wouldn’t deter you from seeking out any opportunity to complete it anyway
Step Four was to talk to Rushing Guy. You needed to get the guilt out of your system, and a part of you secretly hoped that you’d just get to talk to him again. He was kind, and his eyes were nice. And the familiarity of his face was also an issue.
It was like recognising a song but not being able to place the singer or song title, and being completely honest, it jarred you.
You prided yourself on being good with names and faces, but for some reason his just came up as a blank.
That was how you found yourself in a cafe, the capacity almost full to the brim with people complaining about delayed flights and muttering about the predicted weather forecast, a cup of hot coffee and a plate of red velvet precariously balanced on a tray as you wandered aimlessly through the sea of people, attempting to pinpoint a free chair. You didn’t mind much if there wasn’t a free table, and you knew there was a higher chance of getting seating elsewhere, but you couldn’t walk out with plates, trays and mugs, so you were restricted to where you could dine.
And your exhaustion partly meant that you couldn’t be bothered exploring much more of the airport.
You’d wandered and weaved through the tables, somehow avoiding tripping over outstretched legs or pushed out chairs, until a table pushed and hidden away in a darker corner caught your eye.
As luck would have it, Rushing Guy was sitting by himself, phone on the table, his sunnies still on and hood still pulled over his head. His suitcase was next to him and his backpack was placed between his legs.
There was a free chair opposite and because you didn’t know any better just assumed he’d left the chair free instead of placing his bag on it like any other Brit would have done, to leave it available to stragglers.
You pondered over wandering over, but Step Four (Optional) was blaring madly in your mind - way too loud for you to possibly ignore it.
So you took the opportunity.
Your suitcase trailed lamely behind you, and you were hyper aware of the squeaking of the wheels.
You had barely made it within a few feet of his table when he’d looked up, having noticed the presence heading towards him.
He offered a timid smile upon seeing you hesitantly approach, and guilt — fucking guilt — coursed through you again, a tidal wave of self-reproach so strong it almost knocked you off your feet.
For some odd reason, however, you felt that his hidden face grounded you a little, knocking you back into reality. Your feet remained firmly planted on the floor, and—
“Would it be okay if—”
“Oh, it’s no problem, please do.” You could have melted at the genuineness in his tone, but simply placed your tray on the table, flexing your wrist to rid of its aching, and lined up your own luggage in a suitable place, away from the danger zone of customers — the last thing you needed was someone tripping over your luggage in such a busy place.
“Thank you.” You replied, introducing yourself to him.
He looked as if he was about to take his glasses off, but you saw his head tilt in the direction of the crowd, and he remained stationary, nothing but a smile left for you to get a read on him, “Mason.”
You refrained from asking if you’d ever met before, something telling you to wait it out.
“Do you mind me asking…if you’re going to Greece for business or pleasure?” You were hesitant, unable to read the expression on his face, and feeling slightly out of your own depth asking questions you’d usually keep to yourself, but he seemed genuinely glad to answer, a laidback smile on his face.
“Pleasure. I’m meeting a few friends out there for a quick holiday; they’re already there, I’ve just had to postpone it all for a couple of days, but…y’know. What about you - holiday or work?”
You breathed a laugh, somewhat intimidated by him as you looked at your hands fiddling in your lap, “Yeah, I’m off on holiday too, but my friends aren’t gonna be there for a couple of days. We’ve rented a small villa in Spartia. There’s a few empty rooms but – we’re all really looking forward to it honestly.”
“Yeah? How long have you had it booked?”
“About six months now. We had to pre-book everything to get the weeks off work and make sure everyone could make it on time and what have you. What about you? Are you staying anywhere nice or…?”
“A yacht, actually. One of my mates found one on this website, and apparently it’s pretty decent, I mean, I've been sent some pictures and it looks fantastic – Not far from Spartia, actually.”
You raised your eyebrows, unable to hide the impressed expression on your face, “A yacht? Fuck.”
“Yeah…I mean–” he stopped short, twisting his mouth up in consideration. “I can show you pictures, if you want?”
Truthfully, you’d never even stepped foot on a yacht before in your entire life, and the fact that Mason sounded so casually about such a matter made you think that perhaps it wasn’t exactly a new thing for him, so you jumped at the chance to see pictures.
It had barely taken ten seconds before he was sliding his phone along the table, a sheepish expression adorning his face as you flicked through the pictures. It was gorgeous - they were simple images, no people obstructing the view, of clean rooms and epic views of the ocean. The thought of how Mason would possibly be able to find the boat did cross your mind, but upon careful consideration, it would have made sense if the boat was locked in a specific location.
“Shit, that looks like heaven.” You flicked through his pictures, your mind being blown by every single image you saw. He seemed to live the dream life you'd always aspired to achieve, and it fascinated you. Then, your mind guiltily flicked to the earlier events, and you couldn't help addressing it as you slid his phone back to him, “I wanted to say I’m really sorry for earlier. For ditching you like that–”
“You had no obligation, please don’t feel like you were–”
“Obligated wouldn't have been the word to use, but I – It was rude of me to rush off after you’d been so polite to me. And I just wanted to apologise for that.”
He softened, flashing a small smile, lifting his sunglasses off his face allowing you to see his real expression, “You really don’t have to apologise, you did nothing wrong, but I hope that wasn’t the only reason you sat over here.”
His comment was shockingly flirty, and you froze, mid-spoon of red velvet. You couldn’t help the smile that took over your features, and you felt your cheeks redden as you pulled a knee up onto your chair - desperate for something to do to distract yourself, “No, I only sat with you because there’s no other seats available.”
He blanched, his eyes automatically going to scan the crowd, as though he’d only just remembered their presence. He sobered up slightly, shifting uncomfortably in his chair despite no one in particular paying much attention. You thought it was because of your comment, but you could see there was something else residing behind his eyes - perhaps a trace of paranoia. You saw his hands go to rest on his thighs - a nervous tick?
“Are you okay?” You asked, not for the second time in the last half an hour. There was a faint desire to place your hand over his, to prevent his knees from bouncing up and down, but you swallowed the urge - deciding it would have most definitely been weird to do such a thing.
He turned back to you as you took a small bite of your cake, “Airports stress me out. That’s all.”
You nodded, “Any particular reason?”
He shrugged, placing his hands in the pocket of his hoodie, “Just a lot of people, and I guess the time restraints are kind of pressuring.”
You understood it - admittedly not in the way he intended to get his point across, but you understood where he was coming from. You got the people thing and the stress the time limits and deadlines to reach certain parts of the airport in order to not be late for a flight could cause. It was quite a lot of money riding on the simple act of you reaching the correct terminal at the right time, and an incredibly expensive mistake if you didn’t. But there was something else - almost a double meaning - behind his words that had you thinking deeper into his true intentions. It seemed as though he was talking about the people and time aspect from a different light, and your mind almost instantaneously seemed to cast you back to the hood and sunglasses. They were methods of hiding someone’s identity, and to add to the fact that his face was oddly familiar - like an unreachable itch. It was frustrating and it toyed with you endlessly.
Then, in the pictures he’d shown you: the contact that had sent him the photos of the yacht was Deccers.
Deccers and Mason.
Fuck.
That moment of realisation only came a little late.
You knew where you recognised him, and you cursed yourself for not putting it together sooner - it wasn’t as though you’d been watching the England men in the Euro’s only a couple of days ago, and you were sure Mason had become somewhat of an internet sensation throughout the entire competition. Deccers could only be Declan Rice, too.
So when he said he’d booked a yacht with his friends, there was a voice in the back of your mind telling you that half the England squad would be unwinding there, and the notion of that thought sent a tidal wave of nausea through your entire being, because now you were all too aware of the fact that if Mason caught onto the fact that you knew who he was, he’d just assume the only reason you’d be willingly spending time with him was for bragging rights.
It also made sense that he was so careful to hide his identity in the airport, and why he was so damn wary around people. You didn’t know if it was anger from the British public at England losing in the final, or just the sheer humane need and want for privacy on his end, but either way it made complete sense.
You schooled your expression into one of neutrality, forcing back the desire to tell him the truth — it was what he deserved, but a part of you wished to keep the easy dynamic between you, the dynamic that would ultimately be quashed with the addition of your new realisation.
God, how did you not immediately place him?
Saying you felt like a complete and utter idiot would have been the understatement of your entire life.
His face dropped slightly - his smile faltering and hand lowering to the table, “You’ve just clocked who I am, haven’t you?”
Your cheeks flushed with embarrassment at being caught out, and you pursed your lips, nodding, “Sorry.”
“No, it’s fine,” he waved his hand, flashing a warm, reassuring smile, as though he’d already had a scripted response, “I was hoping it would have taken a little while longer to catch on, but…”
“Wow, you must think quite highly of yourself, just assuming that I’d eventually recognise you.” You arched a brow, fighting a smile as he stuttered slightly, a short, awkward laugh being expelled, but before he could defend himself, you jumped in, taking advantage of his hesitancy, “Is that also why you took your glasses off and pulled your hood down? So that I’d be less inclined to recognise you?”
By now, he’d placed his head in his hands against the coffee table in something like resignation of how quickly the conversation had taken a different turn, but at your last words he straightened back up, something mischievous glinting in his eye. It sent a thrill of excitement shooting down your spine, the anticipation of his next words leaving you hanging off your seat.
“Oh, I actually did that to charm you. I figured – you know? I think I should show my face, let you see what a cutie pie I actually am underneath the disguise.” He shrugged, lifting a hand up from the table in mock seriousness, and breathing a laugh.
“To charm me? Cutie pie?” You laughed in disbelief and excitement at his words, clapping a hand to your mouth, “You’re wearing some Avengers-level type shit disguise, and you expected to go unnoticed in the first place?”
This time he furrowed his brows, and from the way he placed a finger between the two of you, visibly puzzled, you could just tell that he was slightly offended by the comments.
“Excuse me, but the so-called ‘Avengers-level type shit disguise’ is actually pretty effective. And you’re telling me you weren’t dazzled by my adorable brown eyes and pretty smile?” He laced his fingers under his chin and rested his head upon his hands to look up at you through his lashes.
It would have been cringey if it wasn’t so fucking funny, because you could tell he’d mocked the action purposefully and completely ruined the effect of it.
“Okay, okay.” You held up your hands, “I’ll admit, your big brown eyes are adorable, and you do have a pretty smile, and yes, it caught me a bit by surprise, but…” you shrugged, “At the end of the day, you’re using sunglasses and then ditching them to charm people, which kind of goes against the whole ‘nobody can recognise me’ agenda.”
He shrugged, taking a quick sip of his coffee and leaning forward on his elbows over the middle of the table, “I don’t know, I’m kind of glad you did recognise me.”
You were silent, the shock of his words numbing your mind.
“And I only flirt with the kind, gorgeous girls, and so far you’re the first one.”
***
You were standing in the line about to board the plane when a finger tapped you from behind. You waited a moment, preparing yourself by smothering the smile that had made its way onto your face. You knew who it was behind you - you’d both walked back to the gate together after a somewhat surprisingly enlightening conversation in the cafe. Time had flown by - a cliche that used to have you cringing out of horror - and you hadn’t even gone to pick up your book. Not once.
When you turned around, you weren’t met with the sunglasses, but those goddamn eyes boring into yours with a heated intensity. You raised your brows, and from the way he smirked, you figured he did the whole stare thing on purpose, especially after what you’d admitted to him earlier - something that you bitterly regretted you’d ever done.
“What can I do for you?” You asked.
You were spending an awful lot of energy trying to stop yourself from smiling and blushing under his gaze, and it was starting to grate on your nerves. No other man had ever had this effect on you after a mere conversation, and you were beginning to rethink every single previous relationship you’d ever been in because of it.
“I was thinking…when do you finish up in that villa you’re staying in?”
You swallowed, trying not to get ahead of yourself.
“In ten days.” A slight pause as his mouth twisted, trying to work out the dates in his head, “The 24th.” You clarified.
He nodded, smiling nonchalantly as he nodded his head in thought before turning back to you, “Would you maybe want to spend a couple of days on the yacht when you’re done? Your friends are welcome, and everyone would have their own rooms because some of the guys would have left by then…”
You tried to quell the excitement that was bubbling in your chest at the invitation, and - trying to downplay it - you simply responded with, “I’d have to check with everyone else…but I’d love to.”
You saw him bite the inside of his cheek momentarily, then he held out his hand, “Please could I have your phone?” He asked carefully, anxiety seeping into his eyes. For some reason he was more nervous about this part than the actual invitation.
“Sure.” You handed him your unlocked phone, curious as to what his intention with it was, then you smiled upon seeing him navigate to the contacts app and add in his details. He shot himself a quick text, and you heard his own phone buzz from his pocket.
“Feel free to text me anytime.” He handed it back, his own timid smile creeping on his face, and he tugged his hood further over his head, pulling at the strings of his hoodie as though to hide himself from you, and you took the liberty of looking down at the message he’d sent himself.
“Cool.” You read out.
“Cool.” He repeated, voice somewhat muffled through the material of the hood.
You turn back around in the queue, releasing the giddy grin that had been locked down, and calmly place your phone back into your pocket, facing the customer service desk, readily handing them your ticket and boarding pass.
When you settled into your seat, you didn’t even question it when Mason took the one next to you, nor did you bring it up in conversation when your phone pinged with an Instagram notification.
masonmount has requested to follow you.
You figured you’d wait until you landed to accept that one.

- she was playing with this one toy that was a little fishing reel, and it had string and a little fish on the bottom. she went on and onnn about how shes a self proclaimed “fishing master” while garf chased it around, letting out little meows and growls of frustration.
- eventually, she lost her grip and let go of the pole. she bent down to pick it up, forgetting that her face would be in view. thus, the chat started blowing up.
ewwwbruh: FACE REVEAL
ewwife: EW WE CAN SEE UR FACE
ewwife: JUST THE SIDE BUT WE CAN SEE YOUU
ewssidechick: her nose looks so rideable…
- she got distracted petting garfield, and didn’t realize anything until she stood up. she was getting tagged over and over again on twitter, blurry pictures of her face (curtesy of the shitty webcam) circulating through her subreddit.
Tumblr media
- “guys. im gonna erase this from ur memory…” and she literally held up this goofy ass hypnotizer pendelum and started fake hypnotizing everyone like “that never happenedddd” “you don’t know what i look likeeee” “that was fakeeee” “chat that was not reallll”
- and everyone literally js went along with it and pretended it never happened. like ppl were tweeting about it and everyone was like “huh??? what are u talking about bruh??”
- she did the same thing after falling off her rainbow unicorn scooter 😞
- one time she revealed that the “ew” in her username stood for her initials, and everyone was making the most horrendous guesses. elliam willace being the favorite one.
- “guys, my name is not edward wilson??? i am…not a man”
- shes gotten into so much drama…multiple notes app apologies have been issued via her instagram story.
- people would ask her opinions on other streamers, and she’d literally just be like “…i have no idea who that is.” and people would get so MADDDD but homegirl is literally just blatantly unaware
- or she would know , and would literally be like “they’re honestly super annoying and i would rather kill myself than watch them but whatever floats ur boat ig!”
- she played that “womp womp womp womppp” sound effect on her soundboard afterwards.
- SPEAKING OF. she abuses that soundboard sooo much. its so obnoxious and annoying like I SWEARRR!!! she’ll tell a horrible pun and play the crowd laughing and cheering sound effects while literally no one laughed.
“guys. whats the best way to watch a fly fishing tournament??”
“…live streaming.”
(crowd cheering sound effect)
“nooo thank you thank you, you’re all too kind, really!!”
- meanwhile chat was dead silent.
- every time she gets to choose her own name on a game its some dumb shit like "jizzmaster" or "chris fucker"
- “it appears you have entered innapropriate content.” “OHHH LOOK AT EPISODE LOOK AT THESE CORPORATE BIGWIGS TRYING TO CONTROL THE LITTLE MAN???”
- she just ended up naming him “chris phucker”
- like when she played episode on stream and made up really annoying voices for all the characters and made her character look like an elderly man, and made the love interest look like you 😍😍
- she messes up sm on games when she streams normally, but when you're there? she is LOCKED THE FUCK IN. sitting there so focused the entire time just to show off
- whenever she randomly goes silent she just starts SINGING. it's either nicki minaj or some fucking fnaf song
"IS THIS THE THANKS THAT I GET FOR PUTTING U BITCHES ON???"
- speaking of, her favorite fnaf song is def “stay calm” cuz she loves saying “hey kids. Nice to eat ya.”
- bought one of those "i paused my game to be here" tshirts…ironically. you refuse to let her wear it in public
- beefs w kids on fortnite sm... she has definitely gotten banned for saying she was gonna bomb a kids house or fuck their mom 😞
- every time she plays a game, she'll literally sit there and watch an 8 hour long video about the lore. she'll plop down on the couch and watch it like a movie
"did you know everyone actually thought that fnaf one took place in 1993, but it was actually 1992?"
- she definitely had you sit next to her when she played through fnaf because she was lowk scared the entire time whenever she heard you walking around the house while she was playing she'd hear footsteps in the hallway and be like. WHAT THE FUCKKK
-she'd have you right next to her, laying your head on her shoulder and messing with her free hand. if you fell asleep, she would be sitting there slapping her hand over her mouth whenever she gets jumpscared bc she doesn't want you to wake up 😞
- sometimes, while she streams , she plays one handed games and lets you sit and draw on her arm for fun. even got you a whole set of those skin markers so u could go ABSOLUTELY HAM. she got one drawing you did that said “r + e 4eva” tattooed in ur handwriting…such a sap
- she loves watching fan edits of herself...AND OF YOU. she'll be on her burner account with a whole collection on tiktok of edits of you.
ewwsbiggestfan: shes so bad i want her to hit me w her car...
- speaking of. imagine her using that account to make shitty capcut edits of you like
- shes ur biggest fan ongod
-WHILE WE’RE ON THE TOPIC OF “fans”…what if i made a completely new origin story for streamer!ellie and reader. what if they were both streamers….
- OKAY SO BASICALLY.
- you had started streaming about a year before ellie did. butttt, you two did very different types of streaming.
- you weren’t very into like, SERIOUS video games. sure, you played some stuff, like animal crossing and roblox and the sims, but nothing more than that.
- that wasn’t what you were streaming though.
- ever since you were younger, you had been wayyyy into…literature.
-by literature i mean fanfiction. heaps of it.
- actors, anime characters, BOOK CHARACTERS, you were in DEEP
- sometimes, for fun, you used to read them out loud in stupid voices. when you were alone, or with your friends, it was very entertaining
- that’s when you got the idea to start streaming it. if it could entertain your friends, and you, whos to say it wouldn’t entertain other people.
- well, it definitely did. in your first year, you hit 10k followers. people loved you. theyd make edits of you, send in requests of fics for you to read, everything.
- a while later, ellie started gaining more and more popularity. out of all the incomes of fame, fanfiction was the most. abundant!
- one day, you got a request to read an ellie x reader fic. at the time, you barely had any idea who she was, but you decided to just go with it 🤞🏽
- “who the fuck is elliam willace???”
- the fanfic was definitely very…graphic!
- “your hips rolled onto her thigh, her slender, tattooed hand palming at your waist. ‘you’re doing so good babe, fuck.’-“ “GUYS. ISN’T SHE NOT ON MUTE RIGHT NOW???”
- you couldn’t help but giggle the rest of the fic, feeling a nagging heat in your core. you didn’t even know who the girl was, but if this fic was accurate, someone would have to sedate you.
-“im actually. gnawing at the iron bars of my enclosure. GUYS. who is this woman…is she real… if she is. things are about to get WICKED.”
- not very thankful to you at the moment, she was very real. apparently, you and her were streaming at the same time, and your followers raided her stream telling her she was reading about you. her curiosity was obviously piqued, and why would she NOT join the stream?
- creeperewman: im definitely real!
- the text on your screen literally made your stomach fall into your ass. you stood up and legit just walked out of the room, camera still on. was she there the whole time???
- creeperewman: aww 😞 where’d she go she’s so badddd
- you eventually returned after a minute of calming yourself down, and low and behold, she gifted you 100 subs and followed you on instagram.
- she was definitely very real!! and that fanfic was…lore accurate. to say the least 😊
- after you two started dating, the two of you would often show up on eachothers streams. ellie, teaching you how to play cod, and you, reading with her.
- she secretly loves reading the fics people write about her and making fun of them, and every time you stream with her shes “subtly” hinting that you should read about her
sitting there pulling on her collar, looking away like “gee, wonder who you’re gonna pick today” with the worst fake laugh ever.
- “ellie can barely ride a scooter, idk why she’s in the mafia rn…” “you fall off ONE TIME and all of a sudden you cant ride a scooter. bullshit.”
- she makes fun of all the dumb pet names like “babygirl” and “darling” and randomly calls you them and bursts out laughing
- you still read those fics when you’re bored sometimes. and ellie MERCILESSLY makes fun of you for it
“yknow, if you missed me that bad, you should’ve just told me.”

i look up from my phone and see chris and his brothers standing there, huge smiles spread across their faces. chris has a sign in his hands with my name scribbled in his chicken scratch handwriting.
i run over to them, my feet barely touching the ground as i sprint, weaving in and out of people and their luggage.
“chris!” i call out, his arms opening wide to catch me as i throw myself into his embrace. the strength and warmth of the hug enveloping my body completely.
he lifts me off the ground, spinning us around as we both laugh. the sound echoing through the terminal. just for a second it felt like we were the only two people in the world. i bury my face in his shoulder, taking in the familiar comforting scent of his cologne.
“i missed you so much.” i whisper. my voice choked with emotion.
“missed you more.” he replied. his voice laced with the same emotion.
he sets me down gently and i look up into his eyes, feeling an overwhelming sense of relief and happiness.
we were together again and nothing else mattered.
i hug matt and nick. who then tell me that they had no idea until this morning that i was coming.
“chris!” i look over at him, with my eyes wide.
“what? i forgot.” he shrugs. i smile and roll my eyes.
as we walk toward the exit, chris grabs my suitcase from my hands.
“here i got that.” he tells me.
“chris-“
before i can protest, he cuts me off. “i got it.”
i accept defeat, knowing chris wasn’t going to let up on his stubbornness.
“and they say chivalry is dead.” nick sighs, earning a laugh from the rest of us.
we get to the car and chris loads up my suitcase.
“nick you can sit in front.” chris says, opening the car door for me before going around the the other side and getting in.
“you’re letting nick have front? what’s gotten into you?” matt says shocked, turning around in his seat and looking at chris.
“i’m just excited to catch up with y/n. that okay with you?” chris fired back, slightly annoyed.
matt puts his arms up in defense. “nothing wrong with it. just surprised is all.”
the ride to the triplets house is nothing short of what i imagined it being. arguing over who had aux, dragging whoever had aux, arguing over what we were gonna eat later, the usual.
once we arrive, chris opens the door for me again. “chris i know how to open my own door.” i tell him.
he just grins and shakes his head. “no chance. i’m doing everything for you. don’t even lie, i know you love the princess treatment.”
i laugh, feeling both amused and touched at his insistence. “seriously chris, i appreciate it but im totally capable.”
“come on, let me spoil you a little.” he says.
“chris you literally flew me out to la with a first class plane ticket. you’ve done enough spoiling.” i roll my eyes playfully and we walk inside.
“there’s plenty more where that came from. trust me” he winks.
“whatever. just don’t get too used to it. i don’t want you thinking im helpless or something.” i say following him to his room.
“i know you’re far from helpless y/n. just let me have this.” he opens his bedroom door, letting me in and following in after.
i notice a small bedside table, loaded with all the snacks he bought me.
“did you seriously buy all of that for me?” i smile.
he runs the back of his neck and smiles back at me sheepishly “yeah. i just wanted to make sure you had everything you needed. i got pads and stuff too, they’re in my bathroom under the sink. and a toothbrush and toothpaste.”
i felt a warmth spreading through me. “you’re the best chris. like actually.”
“anything for you. i wanted to make sure it was perfect.” he shrugs, trying to play it cool.
“well i think you did a pretty good job.” i smile.
he looks over at me and our eyes lock for a moment. “i’m really glad you’re here.”
“me too chris.” i say softly, feeling a flutter in my chest.
i have a feeling this is going to be the death of me.

Could I request a fanfic where reader has an aversion of men (due to trauma) and her coping mechanism is to regard men as an "it" so she can get through day to day. When she's assigned to work alongside Task Force 141, she tends to get the most along with Ghost because it's easier to talk to him due to his mask and also simply because he's not very chatty and touchy. And through her time working alongside him, she falls in love?
If requests are closed please disregard this! I love your writing, thank you!

you walked down the sidewalk, a pool of cold sweat collecting at your back. it was freezing outside—the midst of a fall unfurling across the landscape, orange leaves crunching underfoot as you approached the church looming in the distance. the glare of a car’s lights illuminated the white structure as it passed.
we’re adding a new person to the support group, Kate had texted into the groupchat a few hours before the meeting. Sarah had added a bunch of flowery heart emojis after it, saying how excited she would be to meet the new person.
the dread continued to drip down your back in a sweat.
in response, you had texted back a flat: why?
you knew what you were doing was considered plain mean.
you checked your phone again, the glare of it burning your eyes in the darkness. still no response to your text—no doubt purposeful on Kate’s part.
but this support group had become…
you strode through the church parking lot, shivering, and walked up a set of concrete steps, swinging the heavy, brass knuckled entrance open.
…special to you.
as you entered the familiar chapel, the old musk of the building a comforting scent now, you adjusted to the dim, warm light dispersed overhead before moving towards the basement steps.
your aversion of men wasn’t foreign to your closest friends and family. you knew it was a nuisance to them, but your past betrayed you, and sometimes, on the darkest nights like this, you could feel the tendrils of your trauma clutching at you.
you used to go to church with your father too. now, you would avoid any church like the plague, save for this one.
you made your way down the steps to the basement—the musk of mold and age drifting through the place.
the girls in your support group had become much more than just a kind word. they were your friends. they accepted your strange quirks without so much as the bat of an eye.
adding a newcomer… complicated things. things like closing yourself off again, getting jittery and nervous every time you even spoke in front of the group, overwhelming you to the point of quitting entirely.
it had happened three times already but Kate had coaxed you back every time someone new joined. eventually, you had come to accept each of them. but it was no less difficult.
passing through the long, carpeted hallway, miscellaneous boxes here and there, you neared a familiar wooden double-door.
Kate rounded the corner on the far side of the hallway and gave you an easy, but tired, smile. she was holding some papers as she strode up to you.
“hey honey,” she called, patting your cheek gently in greeting when she neared you. “you’re early.”
you shrugged. “i’m always early.”
to these meetings at least, you didn’t voice, you wouldn’t miss them for the world.
Kate swallowed, then nodded, brushing back the strands of blonde wisps that fell into her eyes. “i know.”
you cocked your brow. she was acting strange—avoiding your eyes, and swallowing up words she wasn’t saying.
“Kate,” you said, tongue feeling heavy, “what’s this new person thing about?”
she bit her lip, finally meeting your eyes. “apparently, the newcomer has a habit of being early too.”
your brows rose. “yeah? let me meet them—”
your hand itched towards the knob of the door, but Kate stepped in front of you, blocking your way to the entrance.
your eyes were narrowed now. shifting on your feet, you tried to doge the petite woman, but she swatted at you, side stepping so that her back was flush with the door now.
“what are you doing?” you asked with an amused huff, bewildered by her strange behavior.
“is the newcomer a bit of an oddball?” you offered, your brow furrowing when she tilted her head.
“not exactly.”
you nodded slowly, trying your absolute best to appear optimistic with an indifferent shrug. “s’fine to me. we’re all a bit strange.”
definitely strange, that voice in you sang. you tried not to feel offended by your own mind.
Kate’s head dropped, breathing out a long and heavy sigh, before her blue eyes were on yours again. “just… don’t run away.”
“she can’t be that bad can she?” you asked with a laugh, a new muddled swirl of something dark and alarming pooling in your stomach.
Kate shrugged and that made you really nervous. she swung the heavy door open and stepped inside, disappearing from sight into the meeting room.
you stood there for a good moment, fumbling with your hands before, and you made it halfway through the doorway before—
you saw a man.
you stopped short. he was huge—muscular, no doubt, under several layers of black attire, body dwarfing the folding chair he was sitting on. half of his face was shrouded by a black surgical mask, hood drawn up, the cords of his earbuds trailing into the pocket of his black sweatshirt where his hands were shoved into.
immediately, you slammed the door shut.
turning on your heel and making your way back down the hall, you only hurried when you heard the door fling open behind you and quick footsteps following that.
“wait!” Kate called, and you covered your hands with your ears.
apparently, Kate was faster than you, because her hand was grabbing a fistful of your clothes before you knew it, and you reeled on her, seething, “i’m not going in there.”
apparently Kate was stronger than you, too, because she started half-dragging you back down the hallway and hissing through gritted teeth, “like hell you have a choice!”
“no—don’t want to—!”
by the time she had dragged you all the way back down the hallway, your shoes desperately scrambling against the carpet, panting with exertion, you had accepted defeat.
she still loosely clutched at the collar of your shirt, for fear that you may run again, and you swatted her hand away, fixing the wrinkles of your clothes as she brushed back her hair with a deep scowl and closed eyes.
when she gave you a side long look full of bitterness, your face scrunched, sending her the nastiest expression you could muster, hands balled into fists.
she completely ignored you, jerking her head in the direction of the open doors. “go.”
it wasn’t a request.
you bit down on your tongue hard, and with the most dramatic sigh you could muster, you sulked into the room, completely ignoring the man sitting within a circle of chairs.
Kate tutted behind you, half-pushing you out of the way to the desks shoved into the corner of the room. you trailed after her, watching her set down the now crumpled papers, smooth them out, stuff them into cardboard boxes, and then reorganize the boxes.
you searched for the words.
“you didn’t tell me that person was…”
a man.
you looked back over to the hulking man leaning back in the rickety, tin folding chair. it creaked under his weight, and he cocked his head, eyes shut like he was sleeping. you didn’t really care if he heard you or not.
rather immaturely, you rephrased the sentence. “you didn’t tell me it was—”
Kate shot you a look that immediately shut you up. “anyone can come to our support groups, missy. you know that.”
you rolled your eyes. you knew that. but still.
“but…” you couldn’t find the words to say.
she sighed out, moving the box of papers to an adjacent desk. “and i thought this would be a good thing,” she grumbled.
your eyes snapped to her the back of her blonde head, a keen suspicion brewing in your throat. “good thing?”
she turned back to you, hand on her hip. “yeah. a good thing.”
it was a deadpan.
“honey, you’ve been in this group the longest, and we’ve been struggling with this i hate men thing since the beginning.”
you flinched. ouch.
she was right but that didn't make it any easier to come to terms with, and luckily for you, you were stubborn as hell.
“so?” you said with a shrug, shoving your hands into the pockets of your jeans.
“see?” she said, gesturing to your stiff posture, “you’re getting defensive.”
you blinked. “no i’m not.”
she let out a laugh but it was mirthless—more of a frustrated huff. “since you’ve been here the longest, i’m gonna need you to do something for me, honey.”
your voice was strained. “do what?”
she pointed to the man, whose eyes were still closed, and hissed at you in a half-whisper, “you’re going to talk to him first, introduce yourself, get his name and occupation, and then you’re gonna introduce him to the rest of the group yourself.”
your skin crawled with disgust at the idea. Kate always did introductions. not you.
you stepped forward, opening your mouth to protest but—
she held up a hand in your face and skirted around you. “no. i don’t care what you have to say. this is how we improve, honey.”
you know that she wanted to say you.
you stood stock still behind the desk, seething, clenching and unclenching your fists as you heard Kate disappear from the room. leaving you alone with that thing.
turning on your heel, you jolted when the man’s gaze was already on you, half-lidded and piercing. his eyes had a dark, grayish film to them—brown with a murky depth.
it took everything in you not to snap at him to look away.
sighing out with exasperation, you rolled your shoulders and neck, and took stiff strides towards him. you hesitated mid-stride when he lazily looked away, seeming like he was just going to try and ignore you. that irked you even more.
you stood right in front of him so he couldn’t look anywhere else. you saw the furrow of his brow, the snap of his eyes up to yours in a hard glare, and felt a pleasant curl of satisfaction soothe you.
“hi,” you said, voice rough, as you shoved your hands back into your pockets.
he shifted in his chair, tilting his head back at you, taking you in fully. you wanted to slap that look off his face.
arrogant asshole.
his accent was thick and grating. “hi.”
after a long moment of tense silence, his eyes narrowed. “you got a name?”
you gave him a sweet smile. “nope. yours?”
his brows rose slightly, something playful flashing in his dark eyes.
you cringed. was he smiling?
that was not your intent.
“Simon Riley,” he said curt, “but i prefer Ghost.”
you ignored him, scratching at your neck, ready to get this over with. “right, Simon, welcome to the support group. i guess.”
he stared at you. “thanks.”
suddenly, his gaze felt too heavy and awkward on you. something dark and miry drenched your heart, tugging it down with a weight. it felt unfamiliar and strange. something bordering on regret or guilt.
fumbling with your hands, you stepped back and found a chair on the very opposite side of the circle. the very opposite side.
his eyes were still locked onto you, and you crossed your arms, looking anywhere but him, the carpeted floor, the peeling posters plastered with religious slogans on the wall, Kate’s desk, the entrance of the room where Sarah and Maya stepped in.
seeing them was like a release, and that ugly thing weighing down your heart was lifted. Sarah gave you a beaming smile, waving enthusiastically with a loud greeting. Maya trailed behind, giving you a soft, shy smile.
both of them edged around Simon and flanked your sides in the seats.
you watched her glance to Simon, eyes wide, then looking back at you. there was something like apprehension in her face.
she mouthed, is this the new person?
you glanced to him. he was barely registering the other two girls in the room, eyes untrained and looking somewhere else, black boots crossing over each other.
with a bitter feeling, you nodded at Sarah and she clutched at her mouth, sharing a look with Maya who was perfectly undisturbed by the newcomer’s presence.
Sarah, being Sarah, sat up straighter in her seat and leaned forward, waving a hand to get Simon’s attention.
“hi,” she called with a soft voice, smiling big. “i’m Sarah.”
Simon dipped his head politely. “nice to meet you.”
you scowled. where were his manners before?
though, you thought meekly, you hadn’t really showed your best manners either.
sighing out, you watched Sarah and Maya launch into a conversation with him that you refused to join, withering into your chair. all his responses were polite, curt, and bordering on uninterested.
“what are you listening to?” Maya asked in that soft angelic tone of hers, and Simon took out his earbuds.
“smashing pumpkins.”
Sarah gasped, gesturing to your face with a wild hand that almost knocked against your chin. “that’s her favorite band!”
Simon’s gaze snapped to you, and you felt like puking.
fumbling for words, you protested in a tone too strong. “no it’s not.”
Sarah gave you a confused look. “but we went to their concert last summer remember? in las vegas?”
oh you remembered. you specifically remembered because their band was getting old and their farewell tour felt like a looming threat in the near future. you remembered because you wouldn’t have missed it for the world.
but you couldn’t say that so instead you said, “no, my favorite band is… is…”
you glanced at Maya’s curious expression.
“taylor swift,” you shot out.
you grimaced. that’s not even a band.
Maya cocked her head. “no, taylor swift is my favorite singer.” she gave you a knowing look. “and you love the smashing pumpkins.”
she turned to Simon. “she even has posters in her room.”
you groaned out, slumping further down into your chair and wanting to disintegrate on the spot as Maya continued to talk about your avid love for smashing pumpkins. but Simon’s gaze was pinned on you. it didn’t even look like he was listening.
you pretended you were invisible for the rest of the conversation until the rest of the girls had trickled into the room, watching with a curling disgust at the sight of them fawning over Simon and his alluring presence. he seemed indifferent enough to their attention.
not like you cared.
the circle slowly filled till Kate took the last spot.
she had a stack of papers on her lap, smoothing over them with that tight-lipped smile of hers as she started the meeting.
her words were flying through your ears. words you didn’t really want to hear as you tugged on the hem of your hoodie, slumped over in your chair.
you didn’t hear her calling your name either.
Sarah knocked her foot against yours and you shot up in your seat, flushing when you noticed everyone’s attention on you.
your eyes darted around the room, feeling hyper aware of Simon’s blank, bored stare sweeping down your body.
“hi,” Kate said in a sweet tone, leaned forward in her seat, though her face was laced through and through with that burning exasperation that you were too familiar with.
“since you were the first to acquaint yourself with our guest,” she said, gesturing with a polite hand to that big masked thing on a chair, “we would love for you to introduce the new member to us.”
shifting to sit further up in your chair, you swallowed, voice falling flat and dead. “sure. this is Simon. he’s uhh…”
you took him in and all his hulking demeanor. “an accountant.”
his eyes flashed with that same look as before—something playful that really pissed you off.
Sarah snorted and Kate just smiled, though it was wholly devoid of warmth, and you resisted shivering. “right. i’ll do it then.”
she looked around the circle slowly. “this is Simon Riley. he’s in the military. i met him a couple years back.”
your eyes snapped to Kate’s, a whole new sense of betrayal swelling in your chest. she had already known him and wanted you to introduce him anyway?
“traitor,” you grumbled under your breath, crossing your arms over your chest.
the girls, in a chorus, sang out a hi Simon, a couple of them giggling, poking at each other. you noticed Maya blushing beside you and rolled your eyes.
was he really that attractive?
he just nodded, with a very low, “hello,” and sat up properly, drawing back his hood.
there was a light tussle of blonde hair on his head, shaved down at the sides and hanging down his forehead.
you bit your tongue, looking away. maybe he was.
“welcome Simon,” Kate said with a gentle smile, “i’m glad you decided to come.”
there was something knowing in her gaze when Simon’s eyes darted to hers that had a new curiosity perk up in you.
you watched the whole interaction with narrowed eyes.
just how well did they know each other?
as Kate dished out the upcoming schedule for the group, your gaze burned into his face. his eyes, trained on Kate, made you jolt when they flicked to you.
he slowly tilted his head, eyes narrowing a smidge. you frowned deeply, and in a stubborn haze, met his piercing gaze with one of equal stature. after a long moment, he huffed, a weird breathy sound, eyes flashing again, and looked away, and the moment you shared was gone.
you shifted in your seat, blinking, feeling strange and light.
what the hell was that?
you looked around, seeing if anyone else noticed. when you were sure no one had, you scolded yourself.
no fraternizing with the enemy, you chided, shifting your attention back to Kate who was listing off the predetermined pairs for the fall session. Kate always claimed that she pulled the pair choices out of a hat. the fact that you had never been paired with Maya or Sarah for a single season left you questioning that.
besides that, many of the sessions required getting one-on-one quality time with other group members through predetermined partners and different activities, even outside of group meetings. the fall session was always the busiest, preparing for upcoming events with weekly meetings.
it was something unique to your group which you wholly appreciated.
your gaze flitted to Simon.
except for when there’s newcomers.
“finally, you,” Kate nodded her head to you with a bitter tone, which made you wince, although you knew guessed you deserved it, “and Simon.”
what?
“what?” you croaked, and you visibly saw the girls in the room shift with discomfort, gazes avoiding you.
they had seen your immature outbursts before about newcomers. you were not afraid to show them again.
Kate gave you a very nasty sidelong look. “don’t start.”
you bit your tongue so hard you think it almost bled.
Maya’s hands fidgeted with the hem of her skirt, looking a bit crestfallen at the conclusion designated pairs, and in the sweetest tone you could muster, you offered, “what about Maya?”
her head whipped to you, jaw dropping open and a flush on her cheeks. you sent her a weak, apologetic look, sneaking a hand over to hers but she just smacked it away.
Simon only laxed back into his chair, blinking slowly like he was about to fall asleep, gaze flitting lazily between you and the bashful girl beside you. when his eyes lingered on her, you truely, utterly, wished with every fiber of your being that Simon had been paired with Maya instead.
Kate just ignored you, sorting through papers to find the next one that she read aloud. more on the upcoming fall activities that you would be helping the church with.
usually you’d be ecstatic.
but when your gaze fell on Simon, lazy, hulking, and donned in black, he cocked his head at you, eyes swirling. then, he put his earbuds back in, eyes sliding shut.
you jerked your hood up over your head and sulked.
this was going to be the worst few weeks yet.

jeonghan -
jeonghan had no idea what to do. he'd never been in this position before. he prided himself in being a good friend and specially boyfriend. nothing in this world mattered to him more than his loved ones, which was why he was extremely disappointed in himself at having disregarded you and hurt your feelings in such a careless way. he knew it was your birthday, and he had wanted so badly to be with you, but he had been an idiot and let it slip his mind. there was no other way to put it. it made him sad more than anything, to know that you had spent the night worried over him only to wake up to zero communication from him, having spent a good 14 hours into your birthday without any word from him. he needed to fix this, he just didnt know how.
this was so unlike him. jeonghan had always known himself to be an attentive person. he noticed any time you changed your hair almost immediately, he'd notice new additions to your recipes, he'd take note of any time you switched things up in your apartment, he'd remember any and every important date. even now. he had remembered it, except he had skipped over it due to his idiocy, which really only made it worse.
after getting mocked by joshua for ten minutes as he racked his brain to find a solution, he decided to just improvise. he'd go to your apartment and see if you'd at least let him in to try and explain his way through an apology. he would pull all the dramatics if he had to. there was not a single care for his dignity in his mind right now. nothing would prevent him from showing you his utmost remorse.
only thirty minutes later and he was now outside your apartment window, looking up from his secluded spot inside the complex's garden. he pondered about calling you, but decided that going for a more unconventional route might do the trick a bit better. spotting some pebbles nearby, he grabbed a few, beginning to chuck them at your window. okay, kind of corny, but knowing you, he knew you'd appreciate the thought. he spent an unfortunate ten minutes throwing pebble after pebble until you finally opened your window, sticking your head out as soon as you spotted him down below.
"jeonghan. what the hell are you doing?", you seemed and sounded pissed. but, hey! that was a good sign. at least you were acknowledging his presence.
"my love!', he clutched at his heart, 'let me come see you. please. i want to apologize."
"fuck you, yoon jeonghan. why dont you go treat your hangover somewhere else?", you went to close your window, only to stop in your tracks as he yelled out again.
"wait! do you want me to beg? i will. i love you. i dont care what i have to do. i'll climb to the roof and profess my love for you for all of seoul to hear," yes, he was being overly dramatic, but he was also being genuine. if you actually wanted him to scream out to the world how much he regretted his stupidity, he would. you didnt even have to ask.
but he also knew public displays were a huge no for you, dating an idol and knowing the controversies being known as the significant other of the yoon jeonghan would bring. he was putting you in a bit of a spot. you could either let him up to apologize, or wake up to some ominous article stating yoon jeonghan of seventeen might be taken.
fortunately for him, you chose the former, which now placed him in your living room as you crossed your arms and huffed at him. okay, one step at a time. it was time to put jokes aside and get serious.
"angel ... i'm so sorry," he cooed at you, stepping forward a bit.
"jeonghan, dont talk to me like im a baby. im not in the mood."
"but you are my baby," he pouted at you, "you're my angel, my everything. i'm sorry. i didnt show you how much you mean to me last night. all i want to do is love you and take care of you. you can punish me all you want. i deserve it. but please let me sleep in your arms. im already away from you most of the time. dont deprive me one more day," and he meant all he said. you were his favorite form of comfort, and the thought of you being angry or hurt by him made him scared. he never wanted to risk you being ripped away from his arms, specially not due to his own doing.
"jeonghan ..."
"no, wait. i'm sorry. i shouldve never forgotten. i dont know how it happened. all i ever want to do every day is come back home to you, but i did the opposite on the worst day possible. i'll apologize over and over until you forgive me if that's what it takes. please just let me be with you on your birthday. i dont want you alone. i dont want you sad. i want you happy and content in my arms. please? i love you."
he mustve broken you down, as you landed in his arms immediately after he finished his speech. he couldve sworn he saw you eyes puffy and swollen before he wrapped his arms around you. his suspicion was confirmed just seconds later when he heard you sniffle against him.
"aigooo, no angel. dont cry. didnt wanna make you cry. you're making me look like such a bad guy, baby, making you cry on your birthday," he cooed at you as he held you as tight as possible.
you separated yourself from him, finally looking into his eyes while he caressed your cheeks, wiping any lone tears in them, "im so sorry, angel. forgive me? let me stay, please."
"yes, hannie. i love you."
"i love you so much more," and he'd spend the rest of his life the day showing that to you.
joshua -
joshua had not been this hungover in a while. he wasnt sure how this happened. last thing he remembered was his manager rushing him into a car right after the award show, letting the group know they'd been invited to an after party, and the company had deemed it smart to be in attendance for public image purposes. all members agreed enthusiastically, excited to mingle among their peers and maybe make some new connections in the process. joshua had been the lone member to be skeptical, knowing he had promised he'd be back to the hotel at an appropriate time in order to get on the phone with you and celebrate what was remaining of your birthday with you despite the current distance between you. however, he did not want to get in the way of his members' fun, so he kept any objections to himself and joined them with matching enthusiasm.
his original plan was to roam the party for an hour or so, which wouldve allowed him to get back to call you on time, but ironically, time got away from him. the next thing he knew, he was waking up at 11am in the morning in mingyu's hotel room, head pounding and phone full of unread notifications. he wasnt sure how this happened. the last thing he remembered was being at the party, margarita in hand as he and his members drank their souls away in celebration of yet another successful award show season. it was around three margaritas in that joshua had begun to disregard his phone, and with that you as well. as soon as he saw the dejection in your messages upon waking up, he spammed you with texts and voice memos expressing his regret, but received no response from you. he had hurt you and now you were ignoring him. and with good reason.
joshua knew that there wasnt much he could do from his current location, specially while you were (justifiably) icing him out. so he committed to his next best option. he immediately booked a ticket back to korea, letting his manager know that he'd just be returning home two days in advance to the rest of the members. all they had scheduled left was an interview tomorrow, so his absence would probably not have that big of an effect. five grueling hours later and he arrived to korea, exhausted and still slightly hung over, but with a whole speech planned to beg for your forgiveness.
in the process, he had tried calling you again and again, still earning no response. this disheartened him, making him think that maybe his grand gesture would only be taken negatively. he picked up some flowers on the way, gift he had bought in japan a few days ago in hand, ready to knock on your apartment door. despite the exhaustion, he was here. a day late to celebrate your birthday, but still here nonetheless.
your face upon answering the door had been of surprise, not anger like he feared, but that only lasted for a few seconds until you started to berate him.
"joshua? what are you doing here?"
"baby, i'm so so sorry. can i come in? please?"
you moved aside without further words, gesturing for him to continue talking.
he suddenly remembered the flowers and boxed gift in hand, signaling to them before handing them to you, "oh, these are for you," he felt extremely inadequate, something that was very rare for him. he had practiced a whole speech, a whole profession of love and regret, but now his mind was blank. you just looked so. disappointed. he couldn't stand it.
'i'm sorry. i- i have no good excuse. the party got the best of me and i completely spaced out on our plans. i never meant to forget about you. please believe me.'
"joshua ... this was your idea. you had me waiting all night just to ghost me. you spent my birthday partying without even thinking of me."
he grabbed onto your hands, placing the flowers and gift on the table before doing so. he held onto you as he began to get exasperated in his speech, "there's no world in which i wasn't thinking of you. you're all thats ever on my mind. i didnt even wanna go to that stupid party, but i didnt want to inconvenience anyone. please, i- i wanted to call you. i ... yeah, i got drunk and distracted. and thats my fault. im sorry. i came back early to be with you. to make up for being a dumbass. please let me make it up to you. please? i'll serenade you like i promised. i'll get on my knees. do you want me to get on my-"
you interrupted him as he began to kneel halfway through his speech, slapping at him lightheartedly as he began to get more dramatic by the second. he knew it was hard for you to get angry at him when he started pulling all stops like he did. he came back and begged on his knees, even offered to express his love to you through song. he was making you hold in your laugh. these were all good signs, right?
"you .. you're such an idiot, hong jisoo. i hate you," but he knew you didnt mean it. he could hear and see the smile on your face, knowing he had been successful at wearing you down.
"if you ever do this again, ill date jeonghan instead."
"ouch!", he dramatically grabbed onto his chest, as if you'd just wounded his heart, causing you to laugh, "hannie? okay, can't blame you. he's pretty cute," he chuckled, "but for now ... let me spend the day with my love? hmm?", he pulled you closer, nuzzling his nose against yours as you feigned annoyance at him.
"fine," you rolled your eyes, "i'm still mad at you, though."
yeah, he had a lot of making up to do, but this was a start.
jihoon -
jihoon had not stopped beating himself up over his actions ever since you hung up the phone. he had spent the entirety of the day rethinking all his choices leading up to this. he had wanted to go running to you and apologize, but you had specifically asked him to stay away, so he wanted to respect your wishes. still, he felt like complete and utter shit at the way he disregarded you so easily. he wished he could go back in time and slap some sense into himself.
he had always been scared. scared that his job would someday get in the way of your relationship. it had been so hard for him to find someone to love; someone who loved him just as much. and the moment he found you he treasured you more than anything, but now his stupid workaholic tendencies had gotten in the way. he was terrified right now that you'd start to see the error in your choice to be with him. that you'd want to find someone who wouldnt so easily put his job over everything else.
it was now 11am of the following day, and you had not called him yet. he was beginning to get worried. were you icing him out? had he hurt you that badly? he could never blame you for feeling hurt at his neglect, but he could also not help his own feelings of dejection at you ignoring him due to your anger. alas, he still gave you all reason; this had been his own doing.
he waited a couple hours before giving up on waiting, instead choosing to confide in a few of his members to inquire as to what they'd do if they ever pulled something like this with their own significant others. after being scolded for a good few minutes due to his carelessness towards you, they told him that maybe showing up to your apartment as a demonstration of his affection to you (joined by a sincere apology, of course) would make you look his way again.
so now he was here, about to knock on your door with your favorite flowers in hand. he was terrified. the two of you had never fought. there had never been a single time in which you'd hurt each other's feelings. it had all been nothing but love and tenderness in your relationship thus far. he was your best friend, and you were his. yet he had no idea how to communicate to you how much you meant to him, and how much of a stupid mistake his slip up had been.
before he could think further, he forced himself to knock on your door, hoping you wouldnt immediately throw him out. to his surprise, you opened the door and even wordlessly gestured for him to enter. you looked ... sad. you looked the way he'd feel had you ghosted him on his own birthday. yeah, he didnt care much for his birthday, but your absence would wound him nonetheless. he imagined it felt the same for you.
"i ... i'm so sorry. i dont know what to say .. i- i fucked up. so badly. i have no idea how or why i forgot. there's nothing i can do to make up for it, but please know im so fucking sorry."
"jihoon ... how? you picked my birthday of all days to lock yourself in your studio? i've never judged your busy schedule. i understand your career. i respect it. i get that you cant help being busy. your job is too demanding of your time, but for you to ignore me when you had full control of your free time? why?", he could see how disappointed you felt at his neglect; how hurt you felt at him, not only through your words, but through your closed off body language. you were hugging yourself with your arms, not holding eye contact as you stared anywhere but into his eyes. despite your confident words, your demeanor was deflated. and it was his fault.
"it was- it was a mistake. it was all my fault. i cant argue my way around it. but i love you. i didnt .. i didnt mean to neglect you. you're all i think about. every song ive ever written, even before meeting you, was about you. you're everything. i'm just an idiot. i dont know how to do this ... ive never loved like this. i have no idea what to do when i fuck up. all i can do is promise you to be better. please give me a chance to be better. i'll be more attentive. i know i'm cold, and im not too affectionate, but i love you. i'll make it up to you. please, just dont let this be the end. i'll keep you in my studio with me whenever i lock myself away. won't ever go a day without letting you know what im doing, how im doing. please. i'll do anything to show you."
he worried his ramble mightve been too much, feeling to scared to even hold eye contact with you as he went on and on about how much he loved you. unexpectedly, upon looking up, he found your reddened eyes, with a stuffy nose to match. fuck. had he hurt your feelings again?
"jihoon ... i- i love you. i'm sorry. i cant believe you could ever think i wanted this to be the end. i was hurt and mad- i am hurt, but i love you," you sniffled your way through your short speech, but jihoon heard it perfectly fine. these were the words he prayed to hear from you all of last night as he stayed up thinking about you.
"fuck. thank god," he couldnt help himself in hugging you, holding you tightly against his arms, and sighing in relief at your reciprocation, "i love you. i'll take the week off. let me take you away and show you how much you mean to me. please? will you come with me?"
"yes, jihoon. i love you."
"i love you. you have no idea."
seokmin -
seokmin felt extremely scared. you weren't answering any of his calls. he knew you were physically okay, but he also knew your feelings were hurt, and you were probably extremely angry at him. you had all reason to be angry at him. he ditched you and kept you in the dark all day. on your birthday! seokmin had never been in a situation like this before. he had always prided himself in being the best boyfriend that one could ever be, even sometimes introducing himself as your boyfriend instead of with his own name. except today he had disappointed both you and himself beyond belief.
he knew you'd asked him to stay away for the night, and he'd usually respect your one and every wish, but today he needed to go against the current and go and beg for your forgiveness.
in very non-seokmin fashion, he exited the event just as quickly as he'd arrived, not even caring to say goodbye to his friends. you were his number one priority, after all. specially today of all days. he had his driver stop by a flower shop on the way, hoping the innocent gesture would maybe have you show some mercy on his stupidity.
he showed up to your apartment immediately after, having mentally prepared a whole speech for you on the way there. he was going to tell you how much he loved you, and how this was just a completely stupid slip of his mind, that this would never happen again, but all these thoughts left his mind as soon as you opened the door, eyes swollen and glossy. every rational thought went out the window upon spotting your saddened state causing seokmin's eyes to match your own as he felt himself begin to tear up. he couldnt help himself in immediately embracing you in a tight hug, thanking god when he felt you hold him back.
you two sniffled against each other for a bit, neither of you full on crying, but still being overly emotional at the situation. seokmin mumbled endless apologies against your hair, running his hands up and down your back as if to soothe you. he was over the moon to hear an 'i love you' from you in the middle of your sorrowful mumbles against his chest, doubling the sentiment as he cried to you how much he loved you and how badly he regretted letting you slip his mind for even a second. when he pulled back, he expressed the same sentiment all over again.
"my baby ... i love you so much. please let me make it up to you. i- i brought you flowers!", he finally recalled the flowers he had dropped as soon as you closed the door behind him ten minutes ago, "i know it doesnt make up for anything, but please let it be a start. i'll do anything you want. just want you to never cry over me like this again, baby. i love you too much to make you cry," he wiped at your tears as he said this, caressing your cheeks while he looked at you with pure adoration in his eyes.
"minnie," you pouted at him, "stay the night? please? want you at least for the bit that's left of today."
"today? oh, baby. i'm giving you my whole week. told you i was gonna make it up to you. i'll do everything you want, my love. now let me take you to bed, yeah? wanna hold my beautiful angel to sleep."
he slept soundly that night, knowing you had somehow forgiven him and even given him the privilege to hold you in his sleep, also knowing he'd do anything and everything necessary to make up for his stupid mistake.
seungkwan -
he had put literally everyone else above you. on your birthday. there was truly no other way to spin it. he had never felt more guilt in his life, and it was all completely on him. having even thought of going out with his friends on your birthday shouldve given him the first red flag in his stupid plan. why didnt he just bring you along? god, he was such an idiot. and then allowing mingyu and dongmin to entice him into a two hour long live broadcast just to secure some fanservice was just the nail in the coffin.
he knew he hurt you badly. he had promised you he'd be there, but had just left you in the dark all day. he couldnt blame you for not wanting to see him today, but now he was stuck tossing and turning in his bed as he itched to hold you in his arms. he had called the company immediately after your call, letting them know he'd be skipping the usual dance practice and recordings in favor of being with you, which is what he should've done all day today.
it wasnt long until he grew too restless to simply stay in bed while he knew you were probably in a similar position, except most likely sad and angry. he couldnt help himself when he decided to head to you, feeling bad at calling up his driver at such late hours of the night. the journey to your apartment was a short one, which left him with little time to think over what he'd say to you in order to convey his regret. he didnt care much for what he said, he just wanted to alleviate your hurt somehow.
just as he expected, you were awake, now standing in front of him as you opened the door to your apartment. your eyes were puffy, a huge indicator that you'd been crying. your eyes also wouldnt meet his, with your eyebrows lowered in clear sadness. seeing you and knowing your current state was his fault felt like a kick in the gut. he had never made you cry before, so he was extremely disappointed in himself. worst of all, seeing you cry made him start to tear up a bit himself.
"baby ..."
"what do you want, kwan? i thought you were busy all day," your words carried venom behind them, but your delivery was still of someone who had been hurt.
"no, baby. you know that's not true. i'm never too busy for you. i'm so sorry. i was such an idiot. there arent enough apologies i could give you. i- i never meant to hurt your feelings."
"you still did."
"i ... i know. i'm sorry. i love you. the last thing i ever want is for you to be hurt by me. i never shouldve gone out with my friends to begin with. you're too understanding of my busy schedule, and i dont deserve it. i shouldve made time all day for you today."
"was ... was it that important? being gone today specifically?", you seemed insecure in your question, which only made seungkwan's heart soar at making you feel insecure around him in any way.
"no! no, of course not. i wasnt thinking. i shouldve told them id go with them next time, or taken you with me! i was so stupid, i'm sorry. you're my priority. i need you to know that."
"it's- it's fine, kwannie. i understand. you dont see your friends that often, you-"
"no! stop. dont try to rationalize it. i made a mistake. you dont have to cover for me. i hurt you and i made you feel unimportant when you're the most important person to me. im so sorry. please never doubt that. i get you all to myself so little, and staying away from you was such a stupid mistake."
more tears had started flowing down your cheeks the further the conversation went on. he wasnt sure if it was because you were touched by his words, or because he was failing at making you feel better. as he neared you enough to wipe your tears with his thumbs, he hoped it was the former.
"baby .. don't cry over me. please. i'm just an idiot. you should never cry over me. i only ever want you to feel good things when thinking of me. i- im so sorry."
"kwannie ... i love you. i understand. i know you dont want me to understand, but i do. you have to make your choices when you're as busy as you are, and .. even though it did make me feel unimportant, i get it."
"it'll never happen again. i'll- i'll keep you by my side day and night. let me- please let me keep you to myself tomorrow. just wanna be with you. please?"
for the first time in the night, he saw you shoot him a small smile, uttering the words he wanted to hear most, "yes, kwannie. will you .. will you stay? please"
"you don't even have to ask."
a/n: thank u to everyone who enjoyed this lil series aaaa i hope it was realistic enough T-T sorry if the reconciliation seemed rushed, i just didnt want any of them to end up with an angsty ending hehe also sorry for seokmin's being shorter than anyone's i just cannot imagine that man ever hurting anyone's feelings.

waking up felt extremely weird. you felt like you had taken the longest, heaviest nap ever. slowly opening your eyes to adjust to the light, you take in your surroundings.
you're in a shallow hole, you noticed as you looked around, and there was dirt around you. you look up at what you would think was the sky and see something else that you remember seeing before. you see the leaf covering that the omatikaya place over their passed-away loved ones. you usually see these leaf coverings from the outside. this caused a slight panic to settle in your chest?
why are you here? did you die? what the hell is going on?
you reached your arm up, still feeling weak from not moving your joints in you don't even know how long. you slowly press against the leaf covering, pushing it away from the hole and exposing the sun to your eyes. you shielded yourself before you felt a shadow standing over your form. it was mo'at. the tsahik of the omatikaya clan.
"tsahik?" it was the first word you said, and it caused mo'at to press a hand to her mouth in shock as tears sprang to her eyes. her granddaughter, who had passed away two years ago, was looking up to her from her grave that she had pushed open herself. the tsahik didn't understand. how could the great mother take you away for two years and let their family mourn and grieve your death just to send you back to them two years later?
this made no sense.
"come with me, my child," was the only thing mo'at said as she reached out to grab your hand. she intertwined your fingers, wanting to hold her granddaughter as close as possible, fearing losing you again. she helped you out of the hole slowly as you still had to get used to moving your arms and legs around again.
"ma tsahik?" you asked the older woman standing before you. "what happened to me?"
she didn't turn to look at you as she said in a hushed, almost hurt, tone of voice, "you died two years ago," you were left speechless. you didn't know what to say, so you didn't say anything. you tried to think back on what happened before you woke up from your 'nap,' but you couldn't remember anything. no matter how hard, no memories or thoughts came to your head.
"do not try to work your brain so hard trying to find answers that will come to you, my child. you'll hurt yourself." the tsahik jokes.
you looked up at her, seeing the slight smile on her face but missing the faint trace of tears in her eyes. you let out a small laugh at her joke.
"hey! i may not remember anything from before, but i know i was not stupid before i died." you laughed along, but this caused the tsahik to stop in her tracks, turning to you.
"say that again." she said, grabbing hold of your shoulders, her face painted with worry.
"i was not dumb before i died?" you said, confused at her sudden actions.
"no, child! the other thing you said."
"oh, that i do not remember anything from before i died?" your words were cautious because you didn't know if what you were saying was offensive.
"we must get you back to the camps." was all she said as she turned, grabbing your hand, but this time she walked with urgency. her pace was hard to keep up with due to your aching body, but you somehow managed.
once you started to enter your native territory, you felt eyes everywhere. everyone was looking at you. you get it; you died and came back, but did everyone have to stare at you like that? it wasn't like you were the olo'eyktans daughter before you died.
mo'at brought you to the center of the high grounds camp, and everyone gathered around to see what announcement their tsahik had for them.
she didn't have some big speech planned. she just held your hand and said to the clan's people.
"the great-mother has returned my granddaughter!" everyone was cheering and happy. this confused the sully family. the past two years after your death have been hard. the natives completely annihilated every rda soldier, lab, and scientist in sight. it was an unexpected, coordinated attack between the forest na'vi, the ice na'vi, and, surprisingly, even the ash na'vi. due to transportation, the water na'vi couldn't make it to fight the war, but they were able to send over some of their finest healers.
let's just say no ships are coming to pandora ever again. jake made sure to send a message to the humans back on earth that if they ever sent one of their own to his planet again, he would single-handedly rip them each limb from limb. that was a promise, not a threat. humans had not gotten a chance to respond to jake's words. right after he delivered his messages, he pulled the pin of a grenade and walked out of the ship, it and the rest of the camp's base exploding behind them. although they didn't get to respond, they sure did receive the message, and earth now no longer had an avatar program. as the na'vi walked away from the war, they were victorious once and for all.
neytiri was quietly braiding her youngest daughter's hair when she heard the cheers and celebration of the clan outside her home. and then that's when her three older children came running into their hut, screaming and crying, speaking simultaneously. it sounded as if they were speaking gibberish.
"hey, hey kids calm down. what is going on?" jake asked his children, who looked like they were in distress. he was sitting in the home's living area, sharpening his blade as he had nothing else to do.
"Y/N HAS RETURNED." it was kiri who got the words out first.
neytiri, jake, and tuk all froze. there was no way. the great mother had taken you right in front of their eyes. you have been gone for two years; it can't be. neytiri had visited your grave just last night. there you lay, closed-eyed and lifeless in front of her, but as she walked out of her home and into the center of the clan's gathering there, you stood. you looked skinny and malnourished, but you were standing, breathing, alive.
neytiri couldn't believe her eyes. she thought she was dreaming as she approached you slowly. she held your face in her hands, and as soon as she felt your skin against her own, she broke down in tears, engulfing you in the tightest hug you had ever felt.
"ow." you said when she squeezed a bit too hard. this caused the woman to release you quickly, as she had forgotten how fragile you were right now.
"ma ite, you have returned to me, oh great mother, you have answered my prayers. thank you, thank you, thank you," she said as she pulled you into a hug again, this time softer, as if she was afraid that if she held you too rough, you would break in her arms.
you, on the other hand, were nervous. granddaughter? ite? what is going on right now? there's no way you're the tsahik's granddaughter. you couldn't imagine what your mother would be like as a person, let alone any of your family. all you knew was that you were from the forest, but maybe eywa brought you back to the wrong part of the forest? you couldn't even look at the woman before you and pinpoint a resemblance. you had four fingers; some of her children had five, and you weren't like them. only one other child had four tingers, and you noticed it was the eldest son.
when you made eye contact with him, his eyes softened. neteyam hadn't looked into his twin's eyes in ages. he missed you like no other. yeah, neytiri had it hard losing her first daughter, but neteyam had his twin's life ripped from her body right in front of his eyes. at that moment, it was almost like he felt the bullets go through his chest as well. that's how great the pain of losing you felt. but looking at you now, he felt like his heart was whole again. but there was this look in your eye. you looked different. not physically. you looked at neteyam differently. almost like you didn't recognize him.
mo'at had hoped that seeing your home and your family would cause your memories to come flooding back, but the look on your face was not giving her that impression.
"i am sorry if i am ruining a happy moment…." you spoke up, causing everyone to immediately silence themselves so they wouldn't miss a word you said. but you didn't say anything that caused any happiness or joy in anyone. instead, your words scared everyone.
"–but i do not know who you guys are. i am not the tsahik's granddaughter and miss, i am not your daughter. i am sorry but i think you have things confused. please excuse me." you pulled yourself away from the woman who claimed to be your mother, but she tightened her grip on your hands.
"ma y/n, what do you mean? you do not remember me? i am your mother, your sa'nu. you are ma ite, my sweet girl." neytiri was taken aback. this isn't right, you're supposed to come back, and then everything goes back to normal. but the great mother has returned you with no memories at all. to you, neytiri was just a stranger claiming to be your mother.
the next person to approach you was the olo'eyktan himself. you couldn't bring yourself to look him in the eyes because of how his vast form intimidated you.
"itetsyip. maybe if you come home and see some of your things then you'll remember." he said, placing his hand on your back and walking you in the direction of what you assumed was their home. you quickly remove yourself from the two adults who had you in their arms.
"i am sorry but i am not your daughter. i do not want to enter your home to look at whatever things you think are mine. just because i have no memory of my family does not mean you get to take me away from them. the great mother may have returned me to my body with no memories but that does not mean you get to put whatever you want in my head, trying to get me to believe you. i only just returned. do you not understand how overwhelming this is?" you were scared. everything was happening so fast.
you just found out that you had been dead for two years, and now these people are trying to push this life in you that you know god and well that wasn't yours. you don't know who these people are, and they were making absurd accusations. maybe you really were in the wrong part of the forest.
"y/n stop joking around. do you not remember us? you are neteyam's twin sister for crying out loud. how can you be cruel enough to pull a joke like this? have we not suffered enough?" lo'ak was fed up with this whole situation. you were his sister, dammit. how could you not remember that? neteyam is your twin. you, tuk, and kiri were sisters. they're standing right in front of you, just begging you to run into their arms so they can embrace you.
you looked at the teenage boy oddly. like he had three heads. he doesn't know what he's talking about. these people are so pushy and demanding; you can't come from a family like this. you thought about it, and you knew they would be able to catch you if you tried to make a break for it, but you didn't want to be here anymore.
lost in your thoughts, you didn't notice the family's eldest son walking up to you. he gently grabbed your shoulders, looking directly into your eyes that were identical to his.
"you could not have forgotten about your twin brother have you, sister?" his words were soft. they sounded broken like he was hurting inside. from what? you don't know, but this isn't your problem to deal with. these people obviously lost somebody, but it is not you. you are not from here. so you hatched a plan in your head.
"maybe i just need to walk around the forest and re-familiarize myself. it–" you choked on your words, not even wanting to say it.
"it could help me regain my memories. and then we can be a family again, yeah?" you look into the boy's eyes, noticing them shining a bit brighter. you gave him hope.
that wasn't your intention. you just wanted to leave, so to make yourself 100x more believable, you hugged him. with all the strength you had in your body, which wasn't much.
everyone was shocked. even neteyam, but he didn't want to lose this moment, so he hugged you back tight, so you could feel his love but not too tight because of how weak you are. you pulled back from the hug, bowing slightly to everyone before you walked in the direction that you and the tsahik came from so you wouldn't seem lost. you looked back before you could fully disappear into the trees. eyes meeting those of the people who claimed to be your family. looking at them, you didn't even see where you would fit in. they already looked whole. so you managed a small fake smile, sent them a small wave, and continued your trek through the forest, trying to get as far away from the omatikaya people as possible.
by the time they realize you're gone, you'll already be way too far for them to find you. you wandered around, wondering why the great-mother returned you like this? did you not deserve to keep your memories?
almost as if she heard your question, the great mother flashed an image in your head. it was different shades of forest green, with indigo spots placed randomly around its body, looking almost like flowers. its wings were majestic, but you couldn't pinpoint what you had seen until it landed right in front of you, keeping you from walking off a cliff you hadn't even realized you were walking towards.
you couldn't believe that after two years of being gone, your ikran, syulang, was still alive. you named her syulang because, yes, of course, she looks like she's covered in flowers, but unlike other ikrans, syu was quiet, elegant, almost undetectable in the air. you would never hear her flying anywhere, and nobody knew why. the air would run smoothly over her wings, completely muting the sound of the wind rushing by in comparison to the usual loud, noisy ikrans that everyone else had tamed. syulang was delicate, like a flower.  "syu! hi girl, oh my goodness you’re alive." you said as you created your tsaheylu with her for the first time in years. it felt like the first time all over again, except without the part where she tried to kill you. syulang was happy to see you as well, nuzzling into you. "syulang, we have to go. right now. come on girl, take me home." when you said this, syulang made a noise of confusion but allowed you to mount her anyways. the two of you took off into the night, the eclipse making it too dark for anyone to notice that an ikran was out flying. not like they would hear syulang anyways.
Tumblr media
it's been hours. you still hadn't come back from the forest, and the sullys were getting worried. everyone was tense and stressed until kiri spoke up.
"she ran away," the teenage girl hadn't even realized it was herself who had spoken. she looked up and made eye contact with everyone in her family, repeating herself.
"she ran away, and she is not going to come back." tears sprung to her eyes as she just wanted her sister to return home. it was like eywa was dangling the most precious thing to them right in their faces, and every time they reached out, she snatched it away.
"she would not do that. she said she was just going on a walk. kiri have some faith in her. sure she did not remember us but she would not have hugged me if she was just gonna run away. she said she would come home." neteyam argued. he didn't want to believe that you had left them again, but that's what it was starting to seem like.
"we will check the ikrans. if hers is still there, then she's around here somewhere. we can go out and look for her." syulang had not left your family's ikran nest since the day you had passed. she was too depressed to do anything with her hunter being dead. the sullys made sure to take care of her for you, knowing you wouldn't want syu to suffer like you did. honestly, syulang was the closest thing the sullys had to you after you died. they'd take turns taking care of her at night, bringing tuk every now and then so she could see syulang too.
the walk to the family ikran nest was full of arguing. kiri said that neteyam and lo'ak had to come to their senses and realize that you were gone again. the boys refused to believe that you would leave again, but as they approached the ikran nest, seeing syulang's corner abandoned gave them the answer they fought over.
you had left.
"i told you she left. i mean for eywa's sake you guys bombarded her as soon as she got here!" kiri yelled at her family. she knew this was just displaced anger and that she didn't really mean it, but she was tired of holding her tongue.
"don’t you dare say we bombarded her! she is my twin who died in front of me! eywa forgive me for wanting to hug her after she's been dead for two years!" neteyam yelled back at kiri; this just caused a huge family argument to break out.
tuk, who was standing to the side watching her family fall apart, couldn't help but cry. she just wanted her family to go back to normal. "stop fighting…" it came out as a whisper, her family arguing so loud that they hadn't even heard her. so she decided to make them hear her.
"STOP FIGHTING!!" everyones' heads snapped at the youngest sully child. little tuk had just raised her voice at them for the first time ever.
"give me a break! we are all hurt okay?! us, y/n, grandma, the clan? everyone is sad! we did bombard her! she has not been here for two years. we should have let her settle in first. i get it. you guys miss her. so do i, but ma sa'nu when you talked to her she looked so confused and scared. and nete, when she was hugging you her eyes were so empty. she looked so lost. we scared her away. we had a chance to make things normal again, to be a family again and all you guys could do was be selfish and think about yourselves!! i just miss her. i want her to come back, i–" tuk couldn't even finish what she was saying as her sobs overcame her. neytiri scooped up her youngest daughter, cradling her in her arms, trying to soothe her harsh cries.
tuk had just lectured their entire family, and nobody could be mad at her because she was right. neytiri realized that she had been pushy. jake and lo'ak, too, but it wasn't because they were trying to scare you. they just missed you so much they couldn't contain themselves. they had been selfish, putting their feelings over yours once again. it was the same way they lost you last time, and now, who knows where you went or when you left. the family just remained in their ikrans nest that night, needing all the warmth they could get as they all just held each other and cried.
Tumblr media
you didn't think you could fly any longer. it had already been a few days, and you didn't see the forest anymore. you already didn't have a lot of energy due to you being dead for two years, but it didn't help that you left with absolutely no supplies to survive on your own. everything was starting to look the same. you felt like you were going in circles, seeing the same islands over and over. the ocean water was beautiful, you had to admit, but right now, all you could think about was if it would cushion your fall if you fell off your ikran. you knew it was only moments before you passed out from exhaustion.
the world started to spin as if it wasn't already, your vision was in and out, and you felt sleepy. you were exhausted and couldn't fly another second. as your body completely shut down, you fell off your ikran and into the waters below you, your tsaheylu disconnecting in the process.
had it not been for the hunters out at three brothers rock, you would have died. they noticed your ikran flying in the direction of their mainland, assuming you were a visitor and that they would meet you when they got back to the island, but they knew something was wrong when they noticed your form plummeting from the extreme height, completely motionless.
they only took a few minutes to have you on the rock. they were nervous about doing cpr on you because you looked to be a teenager.
"ao'nung, come over here!" the hunter in charge called over the olo'eyktans son.
"what is it?" he said, noticing the tension in the air. he looked down, seeing you unconscious on the ground. his eyes widened. where had you come from? pushing that question aside, ao'nung took in your appearance, noticing how thin and weak you looked. he didn't know what it was, but it stirred something in him. you reminded him of his little sister, tsireya. if this was her, he would want one of the hunters to save her, so he put one arm under your shoulders and another under your leg and slid into the water, calling out to his ilu.
"i'm bringing her to my mother immediately. she looks weak. i don't even know if she'll live, but i have to try." he said before taking off as fast as he could to the mainland. he noticed above him your ikran was flying at the same pace as him, probably too worried to leave your side.
when ao'nung got home holding an unconscious forest na'vi, he received a lot of weird glances from the clan's people, but he didn't care. he rushed home, looking for his mother.
pushing the flap open to see his mother had just put the last of her herbs away, ao'nung called out to his mom.
"sa'nu! help! i– she needs help. please." hearing her son in distress, ronal was quick to give him her attention. instructing to lay the girl on the floor, she reminded herself to ask him where he had found her, but right now, she prioritized saving your life. she tried a healing remedy that would've usually worked, but you remained motionless. ronal put her ear to your chest, your heart was beating, but it was very faint. she knew only one thing she could do now, and it was the riskiest healing remedy known by all tsahiks. it has a minimal success rate but has healed some of the deadliest injuries known to eywa.
once the remedy was made entirely, ronal told ao'nung to get out and find his father and sister before coming back. the boy nodded, walking out to find his sister.
when he spotted tsireya riding on the ilus with her friends, he called her over. tsireya noticed her brother looked a bit more anxious than usual, so she excused herself and walked over.
"brother what is wro– oh!" ao'nung pulled his little sister into the tightest hug he could muster. she remained shocked as her brother wasn't really one for physical affection at all unless it was from his mother.
"please just– don't die on me, okay? at least not anytime soon. promise me, okay?" he said, pulling back and grabbing her shoulders as he looked into his sister's eyes. she just nodded and walked alongside her brother, wondering what on earth had him shaken up like this.
upon retrieving his father, ao'nung returned with his father and his sister in tow. when they entered the tent, you were in ronal's arms, crying your heart out. the woman just looked up to her family, shushing them as she continued to provide you comfort. hearing your cries throughout their home hurt their hearts. you cried like you were hurt like you had experienced grave pain, and it was coming back to haunt you.
from this moment on, the family decided they would take you in. they didn't know who or where you were from, but they wanted to heal you of this pain. their hearts hurt hearing how much pain your heart had to endure. there's a reason why eywa brought you to them, and they were not about to let you go.
Tumblr media
you had been living amongst the metkayina clan for about half a year now. you weren't even recognizable from when you had arrived at the clan. when you got here, you were thin as a twig, you never had the energy to do anything, and you cried yourself to sleep every night. now, you had filled out your form, even gaining a bit of muscle from adapting to the metkayina ways. you had also completed your iknimaya, which meant you were allowed to get a tattoo. you choose to get two. the pain was well worth it, though, because once your leg sleeve and arm tattoo were complete, you couldn't have been happier.
you finally felt like your life was worth living again. you no longer cried yourself to sleep; instead, you snuck out with your brother and sister, going to the small island where all the young na'vi hang out. you were finally happy. the great mother had brought you home. she had returned you to your family.
the only odd thing was your dreams recently. you dreamed of the forest, of nantangs, woodsprites, and ikrans. things that have nothing to do with the metkayina. it was weird. you felt like eywa was trying to shove memories in your brain, but you were so at peace with your life that you disregarded it, too caught up, in reality, to be bothered by silly dreams.
you loved life on the beaches, in the sand, underwater, just taking in the beauty of awat'alu as you sat on a rock. at the same time, you watched ao'nung, tsireya, and rotxo playing on their ilus in the water. they were splashing each other, just taking time to be the teenagers they knew they'll never be again. you were about to cannonball in the water to join them when you all heard the horns of the clan being blown, announcing new arrivals.
you all stopped what you were doing, looking toward the screeches you heard. you knew that sound, that was bob, jake's ikran.
wait a minute… what?
whos jake?
‘jake sully’ said a voice in your head. you recognized it as she had spoken to you once before, but you couldn't remember where.
why is this name coming to your head right now? you felt your wrist being grabbed by your sister, tsireya. she dragged you to the beaches of your clan's home, where everyone else had gathered. you stood behind your father, tonowari, as you continued to think about the name that came to your head. who is jake sully, and why did you just remember his name?
"my children, ao'nung, tsireya, and–" tonowari paused, looking to his side at his children, realizing one was missing, until he turned around and realized you were just hiding behind him.
"–and my youngest, y/n, will teach your children the ways of our home, so you do not suffer the burden of being useless here," tonowari stepped aside, pushing you in front of him, so the family who had arrived could see you.
you looked up to make eye contact with the first person you spotted.
"tuktuk." the words were quiet from your mouth. the little girl, who had her head tucked into her mother's neck, perked up when she heard the nickname you used to call her.
"kiri, cut it out. that is not funny!" tuk said, looking at her sister, offended she would play a sick joke on her like that after they had just left their home.
jake and neytiri decided to move their family from the omatikaya clan, deciding that being there reminded them too much of you. it hurt to continue to live on the soil that you died on. so they up and moved their whole family elsewhere, flying towards warmer air and gorgeous waters. they fully expected to be able to find uturu with jake being toruk makto and their war being over. what they hadn't expected to see was their dead runaway daughter standing amongst a sea of teal na'vi.
slowly walking towards the family, tonowari called out to you, but ronal placed her hand on her mate's chest, telling him to shut up and watch what was happening.
"tuktuk," you repeated as you walked towards the girl. when tuk realized that the voice was coming from in front of her and not behind her, she turned her head around, her yellow eyes meeting yours.
"y/n!!" tuk practically dropped herself from her moms' arms, running up to you.
you met her halfway, falling to your knees, pulling your little sister into a hug, her face in your neck as you supported her head. as you looked at each one of them, their names, faces, and memories came back. you remembered everything.
"and you're neteyam, and lo'ak and kiri!" when your siblings heard you say their names, it was like a switch in them flipped. within seconds they were all in the sand hugging you and tuk, crying because you finally remembered them.
you pulled back from the hug, looking at the two people who hadn't joined the hug yet.
"sempu," you said, reaching your hand out to jake. he didn't even try to conceal his tears as he allowed himself to join his children in their hug.
your mother still stood there in awe. neytiri was scared. she was the reason you left last time and didn't want to scare you away again, so she just stood with tears rolling down her face, not knowing what to do. for the first time in her life, neytiri didn't know what to do.
you could see the hesitation in her eyes. but you were confused as to why. neytiri was the only one who treated you right before you died… so why is she the last to come to you.
"mom?" you called out to her, but she didn't move. did she not want you anymore? has she gotten used to the family without you?
you tried once more, refusing to lose your family again. "sa'nu, please." a tear rolled down your cheek, looking into your mother's eyes. you saw all the hurt and stress, everything she had to endure while you were gone.
hearing you call her sa'nu was the last push neytiri needed before she fell to her knees and joined her family's embrace. you have returned. you returned to your family, and you were safe. everyone pulled back from you, taking in your appearance. you had matured a lot since the last time they saw you. you and neteyam were about the same height now, but your muscles surpassed his due to all the swimming you do.
you noticed that he had noticed too, and you just nudged his shoulder with your own, "do not worry, twin, i will teach you everything you will need to know. maybe you will grow up to be big and strong like me," you teased your twin. neteyam rolled his eyes, laughing along with you.
"woah! y/n, you have a tattoo?" lo'ak asked as he looked at your left leg. you just laughed at his silly question. of course, that's the first thing he asks you.
"she has two! there's one on this arm as well," kiri said, holding out your right arm so they could see the tattoo that you had there as well.
"no fair, mom, i want a tattoo." tuk said, whining to her mother. neytiri laughed at her daughter's statement and just pet her head, moving her braids out her face. "maybe when you're older, tuk," she said.
"babygirl," your father grabbed your attention. "i just want you to know that we are all so sorry for how we treated you before you past–" you cut your father off, shaking your head.
"it is in the past. the great mother may have returned my memories but it is me who gets to choose which ones to remember. i want to leave the past behind me. i have found a new home here. new peace. a found family who loves me dearly. i don't want you guys to feel like you have to atone to anything. eywa has given us a new start, so i think we should welcome it with open arms instead of trying to mend that has already been healed," you really had matured in your time away from the sullys.
they all looked at one another. if that was what you wanted, they would be sure to leave the past in the past so they can embrace the chance to make things right with you.
you stood, the rest of the sullys following. you walked back over to tonowari and ronal, pulling them into a hug.
"just because my memories have returned does not mean that you are not my family anymore. you have all helped and healed me from wounds that i did not know i had so i can only thank you, sempu, sa'nu. you guys are my found family and i would not trade you for the world." smiling up at your other parents. Wow, this is gonna get confusing, but you were more than excited to have two families.
you looked over and pulled ao'nung and tsireya into the hug as well. "you guys, too, thank you so much," you said to your siblings. they couldn't do anything but hug you back. you may not be their biological blood, but they could care less. you are now one of their people. ronal and tonowari will always see you as their daughter, and ao'nung and tsireya will always see you as their sister. you will always be family to them.
you and tsireya decided to guide the sully family to their new home, as ronal had allowed them to stay. you noticed that lo'ak was eying your sister up quite a bit and decided that you would tease him about it later. you were just happy to finally feel at peace. you finally had the family, the life you had dreamed of.
you couldn't do anything except thank eywa for all the good she brought into your life.
‘you're welcome, my child.’ it was the same voice that you heard earlier. when you realized that she was responding to your thanks, if you finally clicked whose voice you were hearing.
it was eywa.
she was with you. she had always been. throughout this journey, she made sure to stick by your side. that was something that you couldn't be more grateful for.
‘be free my child, allow nothing from here on out to hold you back. you are meant to live a happy life, and now you are able to do so.’

Tumblr media
the smoke alone that painted the room a misty white was in intense abundance. y/n could barely see more than a foot ahead of her, where max lay, body completely at the mercy of the heavens and sprawled like a dead man upon the couch. lando, sticky, hot body beside her, is just as faded, breaths so evened out, it's almost as if he's subject to a comatosed state.
y/n never knew max smoked, fucking weed for that matter. always seems to be the unsuspecting ones that let themselves undulate upon the highs of drugs, mouth puffing out smoke like that's all it can do. it was peculiar, and a slight bit awkward, when he had asked her to toss a joint, but she did so without questioning.
now, here they were, all three of them, polluting the air more than any manual vehicle could and filling their lungs with the acrid stench of weed that dragged a nip of addiction that none of them bothered to care about.
"man, i could do this everyday," max says, examining the spliff in his hand as if it was something so wonderful. y/n laughs and shakes her head, "nah, it may be good and all, but set limits for yourself."
he hums back, most likely too dazed to care about her cautions, and goes in for another drag. lando drags out a sigh as the smoke trickles out of his mouth like white silk.
"you good baby?"
lando nods, reaching a hand out to rest it on y/n's thigh, "yeah i just," it slides further up, with a trail of heat following as he leans into her ear and whispers lewdly, "wanna fuck you so bad."
she giggles and takes a long, burning drag of her own, blowing the vapour into lando's face.
thing is, lando is horny high. there's never a time where they smoke together and not fuck, but she doesn't ever complain because it's hot, sweaty sex that leaves them buzzing with satiation and wrapped in thick air of smoke mixed with the smell of what they'd done just seconds before.
y/n thought that lando had set aside that urge for the night, considering the additional presence with them, but he just doesn't give two fucks, and that alone makes her skin crawl with need.
his lips are licking sloppy kisses into her neck, targeting where he knows she'll let go, and her mouth opens limply, leaking with moans and sighs.
"fucking hell, mate— while i'm here?" max's incredulous voice punches out, and he swings his legs off the couch.
"you can leave, max," lando remarks dismissively, dick growing too hard, too fast. he slots the spliff into his mouth, inhaling so much that his eyes roll back, before dragging y/n into a messy, heated kiss. it's more of clashing tongues and teeth, smoke weaving through their skins.
the door slamming completely detonates lando, pushing y/n unto her back before stripping her leggings off, panties and all. a wisp of coolness breezes past her bare pussy, and she moans lightly, sucking in her spliff and letting go into the air.
"such a pretty pussy for me," lando slurs, grinning loopily as his eyes hang low and red. his thumb presses into her clit, forcing her back to arch as he rubs it hard and slow.
"fuck lando, keep going."
she can hear how her cunt squelches with his tamed movements, making her pussy throb, practically beckoning him closer. he leans in, blowing a puff of smoke unto her clit before completely attaching his mouth and sucking like he's fucking pussy drunk.
y/n brings a hand to his head, pressing and grinding into his mouth, swivelling her hips with desperation. it feels like heaven, paired with the warm electricity that thrums through her joints from the weed, and she just wants more and more and more.
lando's going feral at her pussy, pushing so deep into her that his nose pokes at her clit and stimulates it beautifully. his hands, spliff still between his fingers and spilling out threads of smoke, push her thighs up to her chest, bulging out her cunt more as it drips like a watering mouth.
"i could eat your pussy forever," he speaks into her pussy as she moans loudly, barely able to bring the joint up to her mouth.
he stops abruptly, evoking a whine from the lips of his girlfriend as he wedges the spliff in his mouth and unties the knot of his shorts, dragging it down. his dick immediately slaps against his abdomen, pulsating and flushed deep red, and he slowly jerks it off from the base all the way to the swollen tip.
"just fuck me, lan'," y/n exasperates, and he relents, pushing all the way in. their mouths drop as they release sighs of relief. y/n relishes in the way her pussy throbs with his dick, clenching and unclenching around him, causing lando to hiss.
"don't do that y/n, i don't wanna cum yet."
he wraps a leg around his waist before pulling back and completely drilling back into her cunt. his cock rakes against the muscles delicious, and y/n can feel every ridge and dip of his dick. her toes curl, eyes rolling as she inhales another drag, blowing out punctuated puffs of smoke as a result of lando's hips slapping against hers.
it's agonisingly snail-paced, but so deep that it compensates greatly for it and all she can do is lay there, all pretty, and take his cock.
lando attaches his lips unto her glimmering collar bones, riding her shirt up with his hands before latching unto her nipple. his tongue slurps and flicks at the skin, making y/n moan and squirm drunkenly.
then lando suddenly flips her unto her hands and knees and stops.
"hold your pussy open for me baby," he pants out, "need a couple drags."
her hands go behind her to spread her pussy apart, swollen, wet and gaping open for lando. he doesn't waste anymore time to slide his dick inside, thrusts just like before, but even deeper, and the girl is completely thoughtless. he smokes with much efficiency now, pushing and pulling his hips alone as his fingers work the spliff between his lips. pleasure from sex and being high sits heavily and perfectly in his limbs, head thrown back as he gradually lets y/n meet his thrusts.
"you're fucking yourself on my cock so well baby," lando moans, slapping a hand against her buttcheek as both their movements grow stuttered.
"i'm gonna cum, lan'— shit."
he feels her walls tighten before she lets go, mouth dribbling with airy sighs and groans as her hands fall to the sofa. lando is still on high, eager to feel y/n for longer and so he's switching their positions, the girl sitting on his thighs as his back rests against the sofa.
"ride me y/n."
"lan'," she goes to protest but doesn't, crawling up unto his dick and sinking down so smoothly and warmly, that lando loses all feeling in his legs.
he watches her bounce and grind on his cock, blowing smoke up into her face as she smiles and revels in the warm air. she looks so filthily unreal, high but so fucking horny for his dick, and he looks at her for so long without blinking that his eyes begin to burn.
"lan' i can't, i'm gonna cum," her thighs are shaking, siphoning trembles through his skin. he grins, slaps her ass teasingly, and tells her to let it go.
liquid trickles down his dick as he shoots his cum into her cunt, high pitched moans tumbling out of her as she's consumed by the high before flopping down unto lando.
"you did so well, baby."

the after party
pt. 2 - 🌟
˚ ༘ ೀ⋆。˚˚ ༘ ೀ⋆
summary: 1 month after the breakup you go to a frat party with your best friend. of course it’s harry’s frat.
warnings: smut, p in v, dirty talk, kinda public sex (car), degradation, MANIPULATION! cursing, TOXIC love bombing, alcohol. 18+
song inspo: ✧˖°.
˚ ༘ ೀ⋆。˚˚ ༘ ೀ⋆
“please don’t make me go” i groan. my best friend, y/bsf/n, is running around my room trying to find a cute dress and heels for me to wear.
“shut the hell up y/n you’re going” she rolls her eyes and continues shuffling through my closet. i sigh in defeat and lay down on my bed. maybe if i play dead…
“oh my gosh this is perfect! harry is going to lose his shit when he sees this!” she squeals and pulls out my navy blue, satin, mini dress. i had bought it for harry and i’s 2 year anniversary, but obviously we didn’t make it there.
“no. i’m not wearing that.” i roll my eyes and shake my head at my best friend. “plus im not trying to make harry jealous or upset. this isn’t about him.”
“ugh! come on y/n! you have got to move on! it’s already been a month. besides, i know you want to get laid… this could be your opportunity!” she smiles and tosses me the dress while walking back to the closet to find me some heels.
i sigh and look down at the dress on my lap. it is really pretty i have to admit it. the dress has little sequin details and is strapless.
“cmon y/n you know this is important to me! we can’t miss a party like this. especially this one.” she smiles and tosses me matching navy blue heels.
y/bsf/n is right… this is THE party. every year harry’s frat throws a big blow out party right after we get out for spring break. everyone goes and tries to get in… but usually only people that know the frat get in.
“i’m just worried. what if it’s awkward when i see him? the last time i saw harry was 3 weeks ago and we didn’t even make eye contact.”
“babe don’t worry! you guys didn’t end on bad terms there’s no reason for it to be awkward. just be yourself and talk to people.” she gives me an encouraging smile and walks to the bathroom to do her makeup so i can get dressed.
one night out couldn’t hurt…. could it?
✧˖°.
we arrived at the party at 10:30. it was the perfect time to go to a frat party. everyone was already there and drunk. seeing as this is the biggest frat on campus and the most anticipated day of the year for most guys, it was packed to the brim.
as soon as the door opens we are met with hundreds of people crammed in the large house. there’s music playing loudly and music booming throughout the room. i despise frat guys. it all seems like one big cult to me. so why did i date one for two years? good question. i have no fucking idea.
we walk through the familiar large house together. there’s bottles, bags, and trash scattered across the floor. people are dancing, making out, and drinking.
ugh kill me now.
it’s so dirty. i carefully step over broken bottles in my stiletto heels. usually for frat parties i would just wear a jean miniskirt and a cute top, but tonight was different. it was like prom for college students.
y/bsf/n has already run off to find her current boyfriend, zayn. he’s one of harry’s good friends.
ugh. harry.
the nagging in my stomach and anxiety in my mind was slowly creeping up on me. harry and i hadn’t ended on the most amazing terms but we hadn’t ended badly either.
it’s a weird situation.
harry and i have a bit of a toxic cycle we like to go through. every couple of months harry gets distracted or bored so he dumps me. then about a month later he comes crawling back begging for me to take him back because he ‘loves me’. it’s not all his fault, no matter how many times this has happened, i go back to him each time.
my eyes are eagerly scanning the room. maybe it’s in hopes of seeing the curly headed boy. maybe it’s dread of seeing him. either way i just wanted to get this long night over with so i could lay in bed depressed about the break up.
usually when i come to frat parties i would make a b-line to the couches where all the frat members and their significant others sit and drink. wouldn’t it be weird if i did that now though?
however, it’s only been 10 minutes and my feet hurt like a bitch. i need those couches.
i make my way past the dance area and bar towards the living room.
there, i see y/bsf/n and zayn talking and drinking, as well as our other friends talking, but no harry.
my eyes scan the large room quickly but i see no sign of him.
“hi petal”
my heart stops. harry.
i would recognize his deep voice anywhere. my breathing catches in my throat as i turn around to see him.
there he is… harry. after 3 weeks of no contact and trying to get over him, it all hit me like a bus again.
“hey”
“you look-” harry stops and looks down at my dress. “really fucking perfect”
blush instantly paints my cheeks as he compliments me.
fuck fuck fuck! no don’t fall for his bullshi-
“seriously… this dress- fuck.” harry smirks and carefully lets his hands rest on my hips.
“harry…”
“hm?”
“don’t.” i push his hands off my sides and take a step back from the oh so tempting man in front of me.
“don’t what?” he smiles at me innocently and steps towards me again.
no y/n. NO.
i’ve worked so hard over the last 3 weeks to forget him and move on… if i gave in all of that would go to shit and i’d be right back where i started… desperately in love with harry.
“i’ve missed you so much” harry leans down and whispers in my ear, his cheek brushing mine.
“well that’s too bad” i roll my eyes and avoid eye contact with him.
“cmon petal look at me.” harry grabs my chin gently and moves my head to look at him. reluctantly i sigh and look at harry. his piercing green eyes meet mine and it all comes back to me.
“what do you want harry?” i ask while looking into his eyes.
“you.” harry smiles and nudges my nose with his. his ring adorning fingers make their way from my chin across my face. harry holds my jaw and cheek gently.
“well that’s too bad. you had me and you fucked that up.”
“i know i did… im so sorry y/n.” harry looks into my eyes innocently and caresses my face carefully.
suddenly the room feels 10x hotter and my dress feels so constricting. i needed to get away from harry.
i step away from harry and walk out towards the large main room. people are everywhere, so it’s not hard to escape from him.
“y/n wait-”
i ignore harry and continue walking. my body carefully brushes past people as i maneuver my way through the dancing and drinking. my eyes spot the large front doors and i sigh in relief.
without hesitation i push myself through the front door and walk out onto the large lawn. the cold air instantly hits my body and i feel a huge relief run over me.
there’s still a line of people trying to get into the dumb frat party. i pass them and head down the street. the street is almost empty… it has to be at least 12:00 right now so it’s not surprising the streets are clear.
my feet mindlessly make their way down the sidewalk towards the familiar park. seeing the big empty park ahead of me brings a smile to my face.
i walk into the park and make my way over towards one of the benches. it’s as beautiful as i remember it. the large trees cover the sky making it look dark and eerie. the only light being the small lampposts that line the path.
my body finally relaxes when i sink back against the chair and let out a breath i didn’t even realize i was holding in.
however, that peace is ruined when i hear the familiar roar of a certain someone’s car.
“y/n! what the hell?!” the car shuts off and i hear the crunching of footsteps make their way towards me.
i don’t look up at him and instead continue looking down at the ground. harry steps in front of me and squats down so he’s in my eye line.
“why’d you run away petal?” he asks while looking at me from where he’s squatting.
“it was hot in there.” i roll my eyes and lean back against the bench. “did you follow me? that’s creepy”
“i didn’t follow you.” harry shakes his head with a smirk. “i just knew you would be here. you would come to this damn park after every argument we had.”
fuck. he looks so beautiful like this.
the moonlight was peaking through the tops of the trees carefully painting his face. harry stands up from where he was sitting and plops onto the bench next to me.
“why did you come after me? you should’ve stayed at your party.”
“because i love you.”
there it is.
i don’t respond at first. my eyes continuing to make their way throughout the park, in a desperate search for escaping this.
i wanted nothing more than to scream and yell at harry. i wanted to hurt him because he hurt me, but the fact was i couldn’t. i could never yell at harry… i love him just as much as he loves me, probably even more.
“don’t say that.” i glare at harry and then look away quickly.
“why not? you love me too. we both know it’s true.”
yeah. he’s right. it fucking pains me to say… but harry is right.
i loved harry more than anything and anyone on the planet. him simply existing made me more madly in love with him every single day.
“cmon petal… come back to me. you know i love you.” harry whispers into my ear and kisses my cheek.
goosebumps fill my skin as his soft lips trace my cheek. harry’s warm breath danced across my skin making my heart flutter.
“harry stop it. you can’t do this.” i put my hand on his cheek and push him away from my face gently. “you always do this! you break up with me and then come back trying to hook up a few weeks later."
harry pushes out his bottom lip playfully and puts his hand on my waist.
“please baby? i miss you so much. i was so stupid i'm sorry.” he whispers and wraps his arm around my waist. the internal conflict starts swirling through my brain.
on one hand i know that harry just wants to fuck and then date for a few months before dumping me. however, on the other hand, i want nothing more than to jump on him and forget we ever had a fight in the first place.
harry can sense my temptation because he grabs my hips and pulls me towards him so i’m sitting comfortably on his lap.
“see? we can have our own little after party.” harry smirks kisses me right below the jaw.
i know i should shove him away and run, but i REALLY don’t want to.
harry puts one hand on hip and the other holds my jaw tightly. the cool of his rings against my flushed skin makes shivers run down my spine. he pulls me against him more so our lips aren’t more than few centimeters apart.
fuck it
i grab harry’s face and pull him to me. the second our lips touch my entire body erupts and i feel the love i have for harry rush back to me. i feel harry’s cocky smirk against my lips last only for a second before he’s pushing his tongue into my mouth.
the kiss is intense, three weeks of pent up anger and frustration sits in my stomach as i run my hands through his curls.
harry holds my jaw tightly while kissing me thoroughly. i tug lightly on harry’s curls resulting in him releasing a whimper.
i move my hips forwards so i’m sitting right over harry’s prominent bulge. harry lets out a breathy moan and kisses my neck.
“h-harry” i sigh and wrap my arms around his neck.
“hm?” he doesn’t bother pulling away from my neck, instead biting my shoulder softly. i moan and press my core against harry in a desperate search for release. harry smirks and kisses my collarbone. “so fucking needy petal. thought you hated me?”
i roll my eye my eyes and lean into harry’s kisses. as much as i hate to admit it, it feels so fucking good to have him kiss me like this.
“just shut up and take me to your car curly."
“as you wish.” harry grins and scoops me up. my legs are wrapped around his hips for stability.
harry quickly walks down the path and towards his truck. we get situated in the backseat of his car quickly. im laying on my back on the seat as harry slams the door and crawls over my body.
in no time harry’s pants are off and my dress is hiked up to my waist with the top of it pulled down to expose my tits.
harry grabs my thighs pushing them open and looks down with a strained facial expression. he moves his head down towards the spot between my legs but i stop him.
“don’t harry. just fuck me already i need it.” i whine and wrap my legs around his hips.
harry chuckles and pulls my panties down my legs. “see? so fucking needy. such a pretty little slut hm? i missed you.” he kisses my neck hiking my hips up to rest on his thighs.
i moan softly as harry presses the head of his cock against my folds. harry, being harry, has to tease me before he can do anything. “so fucking wet. s’ pathetic baby. i haven’t even touched you properly yet and your little panties are soaked to the core."
harry runs his tip from the bottom of my slit to my throbbing clit. i whine and buck my hips up to get some sort of relief from harry. he grabs my hips and holds them down.
“shh need to make sure your little pussy can take me baby. i haven’t filled you up in so long. might not be able to fit it all.” harry smirks and nudges the tip of his cock in my sopping hole.
“stop it h! just hurry up and fuck me!” i whine and try pressing my hips up but harry’s strong hands are holding them down against the leather seats of his car. harry continues teasing me by slowly inching his cock in.
“yeah? okay baby i’ll stop teasing you.” harry punctuates the end of his sentence by bucking his hips up into me pushing his cock to the hilt. i groan and grab harry’s hair tightly as he fucks up into me.
harry is quickly in a rhythm of fucking me hard. the sounds of his hips hitting mine and breathy moans from the both of us are the only thing heard in the tiny confines of the car.
“harry need more please.” i groan and wrap my arms around harry's neck as he fucks me harder.
“do you have any idea how much i missed you? your little pussy does fucking wonders on me i swear- ” he lets out a muffled groan while he pushes his face into the crook of my neck.
i try to ignore it… but i can’t. the flutter in my heart grows as i look at harry who’s busy keeping the pace of his hips steady. he has no idea how much i love him.
“how are you this damn tight? it’s like i’m fucking you for the first time all over again. gonna have to loosen up this sweet thing all over again.” harry moans while increasing the speed of his hips. his pelvic bone hits my clit perfectly and i buck my hips up in desperate search for stimulation.
“yeah? my baby needs me to play with her little button, hm?” harry smirks and snakes his hand from my jaw to rub tight circles on my clit.
the stimulation from harry’s thick cock fucking me deeply and his rough fingers playing with my sensitive spot, i feel my orgasm approach quickly.
“harry!” i gasp as he deepens his thrusts pushing all the way to the hilt.
“cmon petal cum for me. i can feel you clenching. milk my cock.” he squeezes my hips and continues thrusting into my warmth relentlessly.
i’m too fucked out to even respond. i just sit there and let harry continue the sweet assault on my pussy.
“oh that’s it cum for me baby.” harry groans as i cum around his cock. he looks down at our adjoined body and watches the milky ring of my cum sit at the base of his cock.
harry thrusts a few more times before pulling out and releasing his cum across my chest.
we both lay there and harry grabs his shirt wiping up the mess between my thighs and on my carefully. i sigh and sit up slowly pulling my dress up to cover my top again. the guilt of what i just did slowly starts creeping up on me.
“harry-"
“don’t baby just let me love you okay? i’m sorry for everything. i love you.” harry kisses my cheek and fixes his pants.
i pause for a moment thinking about everything that just happened but reluctantly i nod. “okay… i love you too."
the cycle always repeats itself and i let it

Tags: banter, agonizing fluff, hurt/comfort, strangers to friends to lovers
Word Count: 4.1k
“Jason, we haven’t gotten anything done for this interview that your management team wants. I need something to write about.” You nagged at Jason from the inside of your red go-kart.
From afar, Jason tries to drift his blue go-kart, his form too big for the small car. Large hands covering majority of the small steering wheel, he laughs as he passes you, your hair flying into your eyes from the sudden wind.
How is he even going that fast? You question to yourself.
Jason’s laughing like a child as he starts his next lap, you watch from the side of the track as he gets closer to you, his classic smirk on his face, the one you’ve seen on the cover of major magazines.
It was like watching his persona shift, seeing how comfortable he was. Enjoying himself, having fun. A lighthearted kid in your eyes.
Once he rounded the last corner of the track, he locked onto you, gripping the steering wheel, jerking it to one side to skid to a stop right next to you.
“Race me. If you win, I’ll answer five of your questions, guarantee it.” He beams at you, competitiveness masking his entire face. There was a lit fire in his eyes.
“If I lose?” You raise an eyebrow, intrigued.
“Come on, have some confidence!” Jason smiles.
You stay quiet, staring at him. Jason opens his mouth again to speak.
“Okay, fine. If you lose, you have to come with me somewhere. Can’t say ‘no.’” He tilts his head teasingly. Matching your stare, the white streak in his hair falling into his eyes, no longer pulled back from the breeze from driving. “I’ll even buy you breakfast that day.” He negotiates.
“Five questions if I win—“ You held up five fingers to emphasize yourself.
“That’s the spirit!” Jason interrupted from excitement.
“I get one question, no matter what even if I lose,” You wanted to make sure you got something out of today. “And I’ll go anywhere you want.” You glanced back at your steering wheel. Adjusting yourself and glancing to the race track up ahead, deciding how to effectively drive through it.
“You’re on.” Jason watched your side-profile, enamored by your serious face, concentrating as you chewed on your lip slightly.
He watched closely, noticing the slight sparkle to your eyes once you were satisfied with your plan. A slight warmth in his stomach when you surprised him, looking back at him with a smug look. A playful evil smile on your lips.
He was crazy about seeing the new reactions he riled up in you. Jason tried to memorize them, saving them into his mental photo album of you.
“Go!” You shout, speeding off, leaving him behind in your imaginary dust.
——
It was all for nothing, you had lost.
Jason had surpassed you a third of the way to the end of the track even with your head start.
Curse his world record. It even applied to go-karts.
“Is this ‘cause I stole your sandwich last week?” You groaned, exiting the track for the next group of people to get their chance to race. “It was an accident that I never took it out of the bag, I only noticed after I got home.”
You were so engrossed in finding a silly reason for Jason’s win that you almost walked into the group of people walking toward you, ready for their turn to race.
Jason grabbed the sides of your shoulders, guiding you in a different direction, careful to not let you bump into them.
You didn’t even flinch at the physical contact, getting use to Jason’s brief touch, you honestly welcomed it.
Jason was about to speak before a group of teens and children ran up to him, asking for an autograph. A small boy even asked to sign his jacket, saying he wanted to frame it. Another girl said to sign her hand, enthusiastically telling Jason she’ll never wash her hand again.
You covered your smile, watching Jason kneel down to her level, telling her how unhygienic that is, but he can sign her shirt too.
Hopefully her parents won’t be too mad at that.
You gave them space. Going to the food stands to grab a lemonade. When you turned back you watched Jason interact with the group of kids, happily making them laugh. Telling them to be safe on the go-karts.
It was cute to watch him try to take a selfie with one of the teens. They had to tip toe, trying to reach Jason’s height before he leaned down to wink to the camera.
When the kids ran off, excitedly yelling to one another at the chance encounter, you leaned against one of the nearby chairs watching Jason walk back to you.
“I do not understand kid slang anymore.” He chuckled to himself, standing in front of you. “What does ‘slay’ mean?”
You nearly burst out laughing, almost spitting some of the lemonade out.
“What did they say to you?” You wiped the corner of your mouth, a tiny bit of lemonade on the edge.
Jason looked at your mouth for a split second, then met your eyes again.
“Uh, they said I ‘slayed’ and then one boy proceeded to repeatedly say ‘skibidi?’” Jason looked at you, genuinely confused. “Did I miss something? I genuinely don’t know if I should be thankful or worried?”
“It’s just children being children, I know ‘slay’ is positive, but you lost me on the other one.” You smile as Jason raised his hand, thumb brushing the corner of your lip, gently wiping the edge.
Did you miss a spot? You were sure you got all the lemonade off.
From a distance, you heard giggling. Another group of kids watching from behind a half wall, immediately ducking behind it, hiding when you and Jason glanced over to the noise. One kid never ducked, watching intently as their eyes sparkled over the arm rest, another kid tackling him to the ground, a loud ‘oof’ echoing after a thud. Not long after, you heard two kids whisper shouting at one another.
You chuckled, amused at your nosy onlookers.
“Let’s get out of here, I got one question I need to use and I need to hear about this place you have to take me to.” You sung as you stood up, walking to the exit with Jason by your side.
——
You walked next to Jason, brisk air felt through your hair once you met the breezy outside. A slight chill eating at your spine underneath your thick jacket.
The winter air freezing more each day.
“Question time?” You glanced up at Jason.
“Not yet.” He walked up to his motorcycle, handing you a helmet.
You unconsciously grabbed it, questioning what was going on. Standing there, awkwardly holding onto it.
“Why do I need this?” You raised an eyebrow.
Jason put on his helmet, the combination with the leather jacket did wonders for your eyes.
You could no longer see his sharp eyes, covered by the black visor, reflecting your confused face.
Jason looked at you.
“A quick ride.” He nonchalantly answered, raising his thumb to rub at your raised eyebrow as you closed your left eye. “Get on.”
He was really fond of touching your face for some reason.
“I’ve never—I don’t even know how to get on.” You looked down at the helmet, staring at your reflection again.
Jason sat down on the seat, starting the motorcycle and revving it.
When he was satisfied with the sound, he waved you to come closer. When you stood at his side, he grabbed the helmet out of your hands and placed it on your head himself. Looking at his work, he nodded, satisfied with himself.
Then he pat the small section behind him.
“That’s not a seat.” You reluctantly looked between the nonexistent seat and Jason.
“Yes, it is.”
“You’ve got to be kidding me. I could fall off.” You spoke through the helmet.
“Not if you hold onto me.” Jason proudly explained.
You could hear the smirk on his face despite it being completely covered. Paired with the laid-back lean he had to his body and the ego he was wearing, it was intoxicating.
You sighed. Awkwardly stepping on the small step, throwing your leg over the motorcycle, adjusting yourself as you tried to balance your weight, Jason’s build helping you practically not move the machinery beneath you.
“Did you plan this? How do you have an extra helmet?” You questioned as you tried to find something to grab onto with your hands, not wanting to consider Jason’s shoulders or even worse, his waist.
“Aw, don’t waste your one question on that.” Jason playfully revved the motorcycle again.
“Just go before I change my mind—”
Jason accelerated forward, taking off and cutting off your words as you felt your body leaning back. You nervously grabbed onto his shoulder, then pulled your weight toward him. As scared as you were, you didn’t realize you had shifted yourself, grabbing onto his waist. Pressing your helmet to the back of his broad shoulders, forcing yourself to look down as you closed your eyes.
“You asshole—“ You yelled against the wind.
“Sorry, I can’t hear you!” Jason spoke loudly, clearly lying to you.
You squeezed his side, trying your best to pinch him through his leather jacket.
He only laughed at you.
——
When you got to your apartment, he stopped outside. You were discombobulated at how fast he drove. You wanted so desperately to call it reckless, but he was also weirdly in control.
You could worry about that later.
Once Jason parked, he put the kickstand into place, but you didn’t move. Still clutching onto his jacket.
“See that wasn’t so bad.” Jason teased.
You didn’t say anything. Only looking at the back of his head, hands clawing at him.
“Hey, you okay?” Jason worriedly looked back, not able to read your expression through the helmet that blocked your face.
He tried to turn his entire torso to you as much as he could. His demeanor changed to frantic.
“Hey, sweetheart?”
That whipped you out of your blank stare.
“You better never invite me to your place or I’ll steal your TV remote, hide your phone charger, and make sure to take one side of all your socks, so you never have a matching pair.” You quietly threatened, not sounding intimidating to Jason.
He got off the motorcycle, you let go of his jacket as he pulled away.
A small laugh came from his helmet.
“Then I’m going to break into your place and use your TV, your phone charger, and wear your socks.” Jason reached out, holding his hand out to help you off.
“Don’t you dare, I have everything perfectly organized and you’re going to mess it up.” You pouted, grabbing his hand, slowly getting off the back of the motorcycle.
“Then I’ll bring my new TV remote, my new phone charger, and all my one-sided socks after I break into your place.” Jason unexpectedly pulled you close to him.
Your helmet bumping into his chest, as you tried to catch your fall on gripping his forearm with one hand, then reaching up to touch your head, but your hand only touched the smooth helmet surface instead.
You quickly glanced up. Only seeing the dark visor as it looked down to you. Jason still holding onto your hand.
“I’m sorry, I drove too fast.” Jason softly apologized, a tone you’ve never heard from him. Too soft, it made your heart ache.
You almost forgave him, almost, but your racing heart distracted you.
You prayed he couldn’t feel your heartbeat.
“Can I pick you up tomorrow morning? Breakfast and then take you somewhere?” Jason continued, warming your hand in his.
You almost lost your sanity because you swore his helmet got closer to yours.
You cleared your throat.
“I’m using that question tomorrow, for sure. You can’t back out.” You turned your head to the side, not fully back to yourself to handle the intensity of his stare.
You thanked the helmet gods for covering his puppy-eyed look with a visor.
He tapped the top of his helmet to yours, letting it rest there.
You froze. You were sure your ears were bright red. Thanking the helmet gods again for shielding you.
Jason breathily laughed, it made your stomach tingle.
“I can’t wait.” Jason whispered before pulling away from you, hand lingering on yours before he let go, your palm cold.
He helped you pull your helmet off, your hair most likely matte against your head.
Jason waved goodbye, ready to drive down the street before he yelled.
“I’ll be here by eight!”
The sound of the engine fading low in the distance.
——
You were dragging the next morning.
Getting ready, putting on your usual clothes, but knowing how much Jason loved to move around, you opted for reasonable clothes you can maneuver in.
It was a quarter until eight. Not bad, you were doing good on timing.
You laced up your shoes, grabbing a jacket. Placing any essentials you needed for the mysterious day.
Thank goodness Jason was getting breakfast, you needed something to jump start you.
When you locked your door, walking down the steps from the second floor to the ground floor, you saw a familiar motorcycle parked outside. With a familiar broad back standing next to it, the back of his head in clear view.
Your eyes brightened as you raced down the stairs, hopping down the last three steps.
A wall separated you and Jason as you stopped, hiding just before the edge, calming yourself, taking a breath, brushing off nonexistent dust on your jacket.
You casually walked out, acting like you didn’t have a burst of excitement at seeing him.
“Five minutes early? Wow, I’m honored you did that for your ‘lil reporter.’” You quipped as Jason turned back to you at the sound of your voice.
A hand brushing through his hair. What a good morning.
“Breakfast delivery, check. Your ride, check. The most handsome man in front of you, check.” Jason proudly presented his bag of breakfast goods to you.
“Aw, you shouldn’t have.” You quickly grabbed the bag, excited to eat.
After the two of you devoured your meal, you were ready to leave. You easily grabbed onto Jason’s sides, feeling the engine come to life beneath you once you joined the daily traffic.
You started to recognize the change in scenery.
Crime Alley.
You hadn’t been here in ages, a somber feeling itching at you.
After coming to a stop, you read a small sign ‘Donations and Free Meals.’
You looked at Jason, who didn’t look back at you. He moved his motorcycle into the garage to the side of the building. They seemed to be connected, only separated by a door on the shared wall. He left both of your helmets, closing the garage door.
You followed Jason like a duckling, his motions fluid, in routine.
He must come here a lot. Saying ‘Hi’ to many faces, just as glad to see him back, introducing you to every person he knew.
No one knew about any of this. Not the public, no one but the locals.
He got in line, helping to organize the stock of donations, other volunteers prepping food, just done with serving free breakfast.
You quickly fell in with the volunteers, asking where you can go to.
A new stock of winter clothes had come in, available in adult sizes and for children. You were confused, not at what Jason seemed to be doing on the weekdays he wasn’t at the race track, but why he never mentioned it.
You watched from afar, staring at Jason put on a pair of work gloves. Smiling at the other men helping him lift heavy boxes.
He was avoiding you, you knew he could feel your blank stare from across the room.
Okay, Mr. Todd. You get this one pass. You thought to yourself, moving back to hand out winter jackets to the group of kids coming in through the door. You were going to make him face you one way or another.
——
Lunch was here.
It was time to corner Jason.
When you walked around, you thanked the founders of the organization for allowing you to be here today as you passed them, looking for Jason at the same time.
Asking those you met earlier that day if they had seen him.
The best you could find out was he tends to spend the breaks in the garage next door, where he parks.
You grabbed two sandwich trays, making your way back to the garage.
You opened the door, pushing it open with your hip as you balanced the to-go trays.
“Y’know you could have told me to wake up earlier if you wanted to help out with serving breakfast.” You voiced, Jason cleaning his motorcycle with a microfiber rag. Only momentarily stopping when he heard your voice.
You placed his sandwich tray on the table, storing some simple maintenance tools.
You folded out the metal chair leaning against the wall, opening your lunch.
“I hope your not mad, I know I didn’t explain anything.” Jason stammered, nervously wiping more aggressively.
“I’m not mad. Surprised, but I wouldn’t be mad at volunteering.” You took a bite, talking like normal.
Jason stayed silent, not moving. Looking down at the very shiny motorcycle.
“Please eat with me, Jason.” You tilted your head to his plate of food.
With a sigh, he took off his gloves, sitting next to you on a bench, not facing you.
“How did you find this place?” You asked, calm.
“I was riding around one night.” Jason paused. “It wasn’t a good night before I stumbled across this place.”
Jason grabbed one slice of the sandwich, only looking at it.
“I only mentioned it, but my family…has bad history. It has gotten better, but it doesn’t resolve what happened.” Jason lost himself in the memories, before inhaling. Almost preparing himself to speak again.
“My career was at its peak, but my family was crashing again, so I distanced myself. Almost a record at this point.” He lowly chuckled, but he wasn’t amused, his shoulders slightly sinking.
You stopped eating, joining Jason in only holding your sandwich.
“I was so tied down by the Wayne family name. Like it haunted me. I couldn’t do anything without someone breathing down my neck, ready to ask about Bruce’s next scandal. I didn’t care because what did that have to do with my career? I ignored it. Let myself get lost in training, but I didn’t realize how much I evaded everything. I avoided anything to do with them.”
Jason heavily exhaled, laying his full sandwich back down. His appetite diminishing.
“I was in such a dark place. My mind wasn’t here. I can’t thank my management enough for what they let me get away with. I should have never gotten away with anything, but they helped me, assisted me. I wish I could thank them properly, but nothing I could do could make up for it.” Jason spoke, admitting a personal part of him that you held your breath at.
“It was good. I was winning again, despite everything around me, but I couldn’t maintain it. I burned out so fast that I was out for almost an entire season. But I found this place. It surprised me seeing it off the road. It was a place that supported itself, by itself. No Wayne name attached to it. It surprised me.” Jason sadly laughed again. “I was so lost, I almost forgot that Gotham helped itself too, no rich guy dipping himself in everything. The city has its issues, but the people in it work just as hard to change it.”
Jason looked at you for the first time.
“As much as I hate it, I deal with it because I want the people I care about to be safe. So just like these people here, I picked myself up.”
A heavy air settled on the both of you.
Jason stared at you, unbreakable and somber. Your breath still stuck in your throat. You didn’t know what to say. You were speechless.
You silently put down your food, moving your chair closer to him, leaning toward him.
Jason’s hands were shaking, not at all matching his hard stare, watching your every move.
“Y’know, I’ve always preferred you in red, not black.” You softly glanced down at Jason’s red hoodie.
His expression slowly softening, a small smile on his lips as his head hung low, trying to mask his pained expression.
You reached your hand out. Gently cusping your hand under his chin, gently moving his face back up to yours. It felt closer than it was.
“That must have been so difficult. I can’t imagine all the pain you went through, the pressure from your races must have hurt, but the unintentional pressure from your family…I can’t imagine it.” You spoke so softly, that it felt like a whisper.
Your thumb gently smoothing out his frown lines.
“Jason, you must realize that you’ve accomplished so much. You don’t have to push yourself until your body hurts. No one but you will suffer from that and you don’t deserve it. We’ve only met a couple of times these past few weeks, but seeing how free and loose you were, that’s the Jason I adore.” You pulled his face toward yours. Emphasizing your seriousness in your face. “You aren’t tied down by anything, you can choose what to care about. Like your racing team, your brothers, and even Bruce. It may not be my place to tell you any of this, but I’ve seen what you’ve done today. How involved you are.”
You huffed, suddenly passionate. Jason’s eyes widening.
“I talked to multiple people about what you’ve done for them, how often you come by. I don’t need to hear it from you about what you’ve accomplished. It’s what I do. I find information. Talk to the people and they can tell you so much. Although you may probably feel like you are mimicking Bruce, putting your hands in things you shouldn’t, but you don’t just drop things off with a fancy card signed with your name. You introduce yourself, put on some work gloves, and deny any food they offer you.”
Jason smiled, laughing. Feeling his breath on your face.
“Why are you laughing right now?! I’m being serious!” You exhaled in disbelief, gripping more firmly onto Jason’s face.
“I’m sorry, but I haven’t seen you so emotional. I know it sounds bad, but knowing that you’re getting so angry because of me, makes me so weirdly happy.” Jason smiled, his teeth in clear view.
You frowned.
You like Jason’s smile, but in this moment, you wanted to wipe it away.
So you pinched his cheek.
“Ack—“ Jason’s smile going away at the slight pinch. “What’s that for?” He tried to pull away, but you kept your hands on the sides of his face.
“I tried to have a serious moment, Mr. Todd.” You angrily reverted back to your formal address of the driver smushed between your hands.
“Hey—quit that.” Jason couldn’t see much as you mischievously smirked.
In retaliation, Jason grabbed the base of your chair, pulling you closer as the legs screeched against the concrete, you swayed against the movement. Clumsily falling forward, nearly colliding face to face with Jason.
“You idiot, I almost fell!” You grimaced, not fully realizing the close distance of your face and body. Your hands still on his face.
Jason fell silent.
You glanced at him, lost for words. Your eyes widening at your noses almost touching.
You entire body was just inches away from fully touching him.
Your breath picking up, your heart beats increasing.
Jason’s eyes glanced between yours. Until it fell to your lips, opened slightly as you exhaled.
Your ears were reddening.
Everything fell in slow motion.
Jason’s hands lifted from the chair, moving toward your legs.
You breath stopped.
Creak.
You whipped your head around. The door opening as a volunteer walked into the garage. A man standing still, quickly analyzing the proximity of the two of you, the sandwiches moved haphazardly. From his angle, it had looked like you were enjoying lunch, despite both of your sandwiches barely touched.
“Oh—I, sorry.” The man immediately closing the door. A loud thud shaking the walls.
“Oh god.” Your face dropping into your hands. “That is so embarrassing.”
“We’re adults, it’s not so bad.” Jason shook his shoulders, turning around to grab his sandwich to finish.
“How am I going to go out there? I swear I only do embarrassing things around you, how could I act like a little kid fighting with you—“ You stopped, following Jason with your eyes as he stood up. “What do you mean ‘we’re adults?’”
“Sorry, lunch is over.” Jason grabbed his glove on the way out, shoving the sandwich into his mouth, pointing at it like he can’t talk.
“Jason!” You yelled as he closed the door.
End A/N: I headcanon that Jason for sure heard reader rushing down those steps and he nervously tried to fix his hair in his side mirror HEHEHEHE

Tumblr media
You always swore ever since you were a teenager that you would never let a man make you cry. You would never sit and cry in front of a man. You practically cursed the idea of that ever happening to you. Images of your mother crying because of your father made their way into your head. How she loved him so much, and yet he still left. You remembered wondering how could a love like this turn so sour? Why are you bared the responsibility of witnessing a dying love?
Nothing could have prepared you for happiness to be given to you, and have it snatched from your fingers before you had a say.
Because truth be told, the way Suguru broke up with you, was the day clouds stormed the sky. Your shared room that he no longer slept in felt colder and darker. You had closed your eyes that night extra tight, gripping the pillow that he slept on. Wondering if you wanted to burn it to a crisp
Or maybe hold it close to your nose so the scent of him never goes away.
“Im sorry Y/N…I just…I don’t know if I feel the same way anymore”
Heartache wasn’t even the word for it. 4 years down the drain. With a stupid explanation that made no sense. The man that claimed to love you so much for the last four fucking years couldn’t even give you a decent reason? You were left to wonder if it was you.
4 years ago you would’ve punched yourself for even thinking that. Why is it that in the movies or book you’ve read the woman always thinks it’s their fault?
But the feeling isn’t realized until it happens to you. Insecurities, questions without answers. You swore you hated Suguru Getou. You hated him for leaving little things around your previously shared apartment that reminded you of him. His Marlboro red pack cigarettes, his dumb cologne lingered in the air, and you didn’t know if it scared you or relieved you when you no longer could smell it from how long it had been.
Suguru Getou was the first man to ever make you feel like you were less than. Maybe it wasn’t on purpose. Maybe it was the way he softly spoke to you even when he was breaking your heart. Holding his favorite snacks in a connivence store plastic bag. The contents of it dropping (dramatic yes, but true).
So what exactly do you do when said ex boyfriend shows up at your front door at 2 am on a Friday night? Your silk nightgown slipping past your shoulders. The slight breeze making you blink even more tiredly. Wanting to crawl back to bed and sleep. It’s been a lot of sleepless nights due to work. It wasn’t easy being a nail tech, you are usually booked months in advanced. So that means your days are always planned around around that. At least on the weekdays.
“Suguru?” You rub the sleep out of your eyes. Your door had been merely cracked open. You lived alone now, who knows what creep could be lurking around.
“Hey, I’m sorry…fuck I’m sorry baby I-“ Suguru’s voice sighed. Your eyes finally landed on him as you fully awoken.
He looked as good as ever. Not that you weren’t really shocked. It had only been 6 months since he broke up with you, 3 since you had last seen him. Since he came to pick up the last of his things. Which ended up in you coldly acknowledging him and retreating back to your room with a loud slam. You had made it quite clear that you wanted nothing to do with it.
He looked…tired? Which wasn’t that unusual for him after working or a long day. But 2 am on a Friday was a whole new level. His hair was held back in a hair tie. The black gauges in his ears didn’t look like the ones you had seen last. Making note to yourself that even now you could remember even the smallest details of the tall man standing in front of you.
“What are you doing here Suguru?” You snap at him. “Do you have any idea what time it is?”
Suguru offers you a weak smile. He knows he has no right to be knocking on your door.
“Im just…I don’t know” He said truthfully. Which led you to even more confusion. You didn’t want to play these games. You had been over it for 3 months now. You couldn’t wouldn’t let him ruin your progress.
You sighed, you were just tired.
“That doesn’t really help me with figuring out why you’re here…”
“I know, I know okay. I know I shouldn’t be here YN. I know I have no right to come here asking for any sort of time but I just need you to hear me out”
He doesn’t miss the sour and angry look on your face. Suguru is used to it by now, all your friends throw him the same look when they see him. It was the last look he remembers on your face. The one before that was angst and solemn. All because of him, and he has to keep reminding himself so.
“To hell with you. I’ve spent the last fucking 6 months feeling sorry for myself for a man that didn’t give a fuck about me in the end.” Even cussing him out you looked so beautiful. Your hair tied up holding your arms as the chill made its way in through t your opened door. Suguru swears- no, he knows he remembers every beauty mark, every blemish, and every birth mark on your body. Something he will probably never see again thanks to himself. Even angry you looked ethereal. Suguru would worship you given the chance again.
He wasn’t counting his luck though….
“Are you even listening to me?” You ask in disbelief. “Unbelievable, go home. You’re drunk probably” Your hand grabbed your doorknob tightly and quickly made it shut it. However a boot came to stop it. You felt anger course through your body now more than ever. Is this how it was going to be?
“Just..please”
“Is that all you can say to me? Please? Sorry? I shouldn’t be here? I told you the last time we talked that I wanted nothing to do with you, isn’t that what you wanted?” hurt crossed his features. For a moment you felt bad. But you quickly were to shrug the feeling off.
Why should you feel bad? You didn’t break his heart, you weren’t prancing around a new girlfriend four months after the breakup. You have to keep strong is what you keep reminding yourself. Over and over again. Crying for you nowhere.
Crying never made Suguru Getou come back. It never made him feel pity to you and be a man to apologize for his wrongdoings. He did you so dirty so why did it hurt seeing him so fragile?
Where was the empathy for you?
“That’s not true!” His voice boomed your quiet apartment.
“It might as well be!”
“Today’s was supposed to be our 5 year anniversary…”
You scoff. “Yeahhh I think it’s time for you to go”
“I had something I bought um, before everything” Suguru moves his left hand to move some stray pieces of hair that hung over his face. “I wanted to give it to you, it’s the least I can do. Plus, it’s something that you really wanted and I can’t…” Suguru pauses. Looking at you as if he’s studying you. Like he needs to, he knows you like the back of his hand and you were aware of that.
You look back at him. Feeling your emotions rush your body.
please don’t cry YN…don’t cry , don’t cry, don’t cry
“Listen…” You look up. Already feeling your eyes burn. God damnit.
I want to hate you Suguru Getou , damn you.
“I don’t know what kind of sick joke this is, maybe you get off to watching me cry or something. But I need you to leave me alone please.” A whimper escapes your throat. You look around, anywhere but at him. To try and at least keep some of your dignity.
“You’ve done so much to me”
Suguru shifts, his hands in his pockets. You couldn’t see but he himself was holding on to tears. He had no right to cry in front of you. Not after the way he hurt you. “Im sorry..”
“I don’t need your sorry!” You yell at him. Yanking the door open and hearing it slam against the wall. “I don’t need anything from you Suguru Getou! Not after what you did, not after the way you stand there looking at me as if you love me so damn much. Like you used to, when I know and you know that it’s all a fabricated lie! You’ve been here for five minutes and I still don’t know what motivated you to come back here after 6 fucking months, but you know what? Truth is maybe I never really knew you. So maybe I cried for no damn reason. I cried over a stranger!”
“I never lied to you, when I told you I loved you I meant that shit so don’t say I didn’t”
You laugh bitterly. “What about when you said you didn’t?”
He didn’t have an answer for that one.
“Goodnight Suguru. I hope you find whatever the fuck it is you’re looking for.” You said more gently. You don’t know why. You just hated the way he still made you feel.
Because you didn’t hate Suguru Getou.
You loved him with every fiber of your being, and yet that still wasn’t enough for him.
The door closes softly, a click and a lock follow. This time he doesn’t stop you.
This time Suguru hang his head low and lets out a shaky breath.
His hand digging into his pocket to clutch what was meant for you.
A ring.

Serving Up Romance pt. 3
Author's Note: guys this semester has been raw dogging me tbh. curse my damn zoology classes. anyways love being a woman in stem and I love Stan Pines. I AM SO SORRY THIS TOOK SO LONG TO COME OUT IVE BEEN SO BUSY. ALSO I AM SO HONORED AND THANKFUL FOR ALL THE KIND RESPONSES YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW MUCH THEY MEAN TO ME <3 (If there's typos my bad im running on like 2% capacity and horny)
You couldn’t remember the last time you were this eager to get home. The car ride back to your house was mainly spent in comfortable silence between you and Stan. That was alright, though. His hand was on your knee drawing lazy circles with his thumb while you played with the hair at the nape of his neck. It was pure bliss.
The radio then started to play a love song that you couldn’t remember the name of anymore. You smiled and began to sing along quietly, tapping to the beat of the song on Stan’s skin. You heard him chuckle.
“Sorry, I’m doing a drum solo on your neck,” you joked, increasing the speed of your tapping. He grinned, still looking at the road.
“S’alright.” He then looked over at you fondly. “I like your singing, by the way. Ya got a voice that matches your face” You rolled your eyes playfully.
“I don’t know about that, but thank you,” you replied.
You soon saw the familiar opening of your driveway. Stan parked his Diablo behind your car. He then unbuckled his seatbelt at the speed of light and flung open his door. He jogged to the passenger side to open the door for you. He stood with his back straight like he was your bodyguard.
You giggled, stepping out of the car. “You’re real chivalrous, Pines,” you cooed, patting his cheek.
He winked at you. “I did my homework.”
“Well,” you stood on your tip-toes to whisper in his ear, “let’s see how you do on the final exam.” You swore you could feel the heat from his blush radiating off him.
“Yes, well, I hope, I mean- I will pass,” he stammered as you took hold of his hand. You guided him up your front porch stairs to unlock the door. Once you were inside, you both began to kick your shoes off. “Nice digs you got here, doll. I especially like this thing.” He had walked over to your dining table while you were still unstrapping your sandals to pick up a clay structure you had found at an antique store. You weren’t sure what it was, but it was colorful and was a perfect centerpiece.
You figured he was being sarcastic so you responded, “Aw, leave it alone!”
He looked back at you with a raised eyebrow. “What? I’m being serious. I like art. There’s a reason I’m banned at museums.” You laughed and threw your shoe on the floor. You crossed over to him as he continued to examine it to wrap yourself around his midsection. He hummed and set the piece down to caress your forearms.
You kissed his back through the fabric of his button-up. “You wanna go to my room?” you asked softly. He turned around and swiftly picked you up, your legs hooking around his waist. Your eyes were as wide as saucers, face beginning to flush. His hands were digging into your thighs to support you; they felt rough against your soft flesh.
“Where to, sweetheart?” he mumbled, planting kisses on your jawline.
“L-last door on the right,” you squeaked. He started to walk carefully with you in his arms to your room before laying you down on your bed. His cheeks were tinged a light pink as his lips met yours once again. He kissed you firmly, his forearms bracing himself on either side of your head. You snaked your arms around his torso to pull him closer to you while your tongue slipped past his lips. He tasted like the cheap cigars he got from the Dusk-2-Dawn in town, but you needed to taste more of him.
Your hands moved to his dark hair, entangling it in your fingers. You groaned as the kiss became more sloppy. His right hand dragged down the side of you, outlining your waist and hip and eventually stopping to grip the outside of your thigh. Stan then broke the kiss to take a look at you. Your makeup had been smudged and your hair was spilling out behind your head. You were a vision.
“Fuck,” Stan groaned, resting his head in the crook of your neck. His finger slipped underneath the strap of your dress. “Can I take this off? Please?” His voice was dripping with lust as he kissed you gently on your cheek. Oh, shit was this really happening? You talked big game outside, but now that it got down to it, you were getting a little nervous.
“Uh, yes. Let me get up real quick.” He rolled off of you to let you stand up, your back facing towards him. You began to unzip your dress, but it got stuck at the top of the zipper.
“Oh, hold on, sweetheart. I got you.” Stan stood up to maneuver the slider so that it went down easier. You bit your lip to suppress the grin forming over something so domestic. “There we go,” he said, unzipping your dress the rest of the way. This was still Stan. You had nothing to be worried about.
“Thank you,” you murmured, turning to face him. His eyebrows lifted as you let the dress fall from your shoulders and crumple on the shoulder. Both of you were blushing from the vulnerability of the situation. You stood before him in a lacy bra push-up bra and matching light pink panties.
He swallowed hard. “I, wow,” he ran his hands through his hair and exhaled, “you’re…beautiful.” You gave him a wide smile.
“Your turn now, handsome.” You kissed him and began to unbutton his shirt one by one while his hands slid down your back. His hands began to wander over your hips, waist, and down to your butt where he squeezed roughly. He swallowed the squeak you made by colliding his lips with yours. His shirt fell to the floor showing off a broad, hairy chest. You ran your fingers through the coarse hair before grasping onto his burly shoulders for balance. His teeth and tongue fought with yours while he sat on the edge of the bed, bringing you into his lap.
“Fuck, you’re so soft,” Stan whispered, fumbling with the hook of your bra. You felt some light pressure as it came undone. He tossed it to the floor with the growing pile of clothes. His eyes then became transfixed on your breasts. You saw him swallow and his face turned an even deeper shade of red.
“Are they okay?” you asked self-consciously.
His eyes met yours immediately. “Okay?” He glanced back down at your breasts and the back at you. “Babe, they’re…” he shook his head, “they’re fucking smokin’.” Your laughter from his blunt compliment was cut off by a sharp inhale. His lips had latched on to your right nipple while he fondled the other breast vigorously. Your fingers weaved into his hair, nails scraping at his scalp, and his tongue swirling over your areola.
“Stan…” you breathed, grinding down on the bulge in his blue jeans. He had started to repeat his same ministrations on your other nipple, giving it a gentle bite. You yelped; he looked up at you with that shit-eating grin that said Ha, I made you make that sound. He then pulled you to him as he laid his back against the comforter of your bed.
“You mind if I take these off, doll?” Stan asked, tugging at the waistband of your panties. You grinned.
“I don’t mind,” you replied. “What are you gonna do when they’re off?”
Stan rolled his eyes playfully. “Not tellin’.” He carefully slid his panties over the globes of your ass. “That’ll ruin the surprise.” He suddenly flipped you over so that your positions were switched. He smirked at the surprised expression on your face. “Learned that from boxing,” he joked, now watching as he removed your panties the rest of the way. He licked his lips; the lacy material grazing your calf. He eventually set them at the end of the bed, eyes never leaving your molten core.
“Stan?” you asked. His eyes darted to meet yours. His pupils were insanely dilated…Hungry even.
“I’m sorry, sweetheart. I just… Fuck, you’re so sexy.” He shook his head in disbelief. “Would you mind if I…” his voice trailed off. He leaned down to peck at your kneecap. Oh.
“Oh, you mean, like oral?” you stammered.
“I mean like eating you out,” Stan clarified. So you were right.
“Y-you don’t have to do that if you don’t want to.”
He raised an eyebrow. “Do you want me to?”
“Well, I definitely wouldn’t mind, but don’t you want me to take care of you?” To be honest, you weren’t used to guys putting you first.
Stan frowned. “Toots, I have been thinking about your legs around my head all night. This is for me as much as it is for you.” You felt every part of your body heat up.
“Oh, okay then. Yes, I think that would be very enjoyable,” you replied nervously, unsure of how to respond. Stan laughed before placing his hands at your thighs to gently part your legs further.
“Glad we’re on the same page,” he murmured, head moving down to leave open-mouthed kisses up your leg. His hands were splayed on the outside of your thighs; his mouth was slowly inching to where you needed him most. Your breath shuddered, clutching the sheets to brace yourself for his touch.
“So pretty,” Stan groaned, pressing his lips against your labia. You gasped at the contact, making him chuckle. “So wet for me, too.” His big hands moved to your hips while the tip of his tongue teased your slit. He then pulled you closer to his mouth to give your swollen clit the attention it needed so badly. He swirled his tongue around the bud carefully, the pads of his fingers sinking into your hips.
“Oh, God,” you cried out. You quickly covered your mouth with the palms of both your hands out of embarrassment.
“Uh, uh,” Stan chastised. He lifted his head to gently take your wrists and uncover your face. “I want to hear everything.” He then positioned your hands to the back of his head. “And don’t be afraid to take what you want, sweetheart.” Stan delved back into your cunt, not being as tender as he was before. He was fucking you with his tongue, tasting every bit of you that he could.
You gripped his hair and squeezed your thighs around his head. “Stan! Please,” you exclaimed, “don’t stop.” You were now grinding your clit against his strong nose, hips swiveling to their own accord. Stan sighed dreamily, using the flat of his tongue to lick a stripe up your pussy. You accidentally tugged at the hair at the nape of his neck causing him to let out what can only be described as a guttural whimper. That was the cause of your undoing. The build-up developing in your abdomen reached its peak by gushing onto Stan’s mouth and sending shockwaves through your body.
When you came down from your high, Stan was laying there wide-eyed in awe of what he had just witnessed. “That…” he breathed, “was the sexiest thing I’ve ever seen.” He laid his head on your stomach and gave it a quick peck. “Ya know, if you’re up to it, I got a rubber in my-”
“Yes,” you interjected. “I need to feel you in me right now.”
“Oh, alright. Hold on let me just,” he fumbled over his words, reaching into his pocket to reveal a worn leather wallet. He pulled out a square golden wrapper and ripped it open with his teeth. You crawled over to him to unbuckle his belt, kneeling at the end of the bed.
“You have no idea how many times I’ve thought about doing this,” you confessed, unzipping his pants and pulling them down.
“Oh, fuck,” Stan groaned as you exposed his throbbing cock form his boxers. It was painfully hard, precum leaking from the tip. You wrapped your lips around it, sucking it slightly before dragging your tongue down his shaft. He threw his head back as you used your fingers to fondle his balls gently and take him further into your mouth. His fingers wove into the hair above your ear, cradling your head. You gazed up at him to see his face flushed and eyelids hooded.
“I’m sorry, sweetheart, but I’m not gonna last much longer like this, and I really want to feel ya,” Stan apologized. You nodded and removed your mouth from his cock so he could slide the condom on. You laid down on the bed and let him hover over you, lining himself up with your entrance. This was really happening.
“Okay, I’m about to put it in. Just, let me know if I hurt ya, okay? Let me know what feels good too,” Stan instructed lovingly. He caged your head in with his forearms and gave you a sweet kiss. You then felt pressure in your lower half of Stan entering you. You and Stan gasped in unison at the feeling.
“Stan,” you breathed. “You feel…so good.” He started to move his hips back and forth, eyes studying your face and how it scrunched up in pleasure.
“You do too, Y/N. Oh, God.” His pace began to pick up. He looked from side to side at your arms in search of something to anchor him. He interlocked your hands in his and put his head in the crook of your neck, grunting into your skin. It was so much. It was so sensual. He made you feel so beautiful. That familiar feeling was approaching as his hips slammed into yours. Your legs were wrapped around his waist and starting to shake.
“I’m almost there, Stan.”
Stan’s eyes met yours, his hair a mess and sweat starting to bead at his temples. “Come on, baby, let me feel it. Give it to me,” he begged. Once again, his gruff voice was the cause of your intense orgasm. You screamed his name while he chased his own. His thrusts were no longer uniform but sloppy.
You felt his body tense up and relax as he came. He pressed his forehead into the valley of your breasts and just breathed. You played with his hair absentmindedly, still feeling the effects of your own orgasms.
He eventually pulled himself from you, making you feel empty. He went to the bathroom to toss the used condom and came back to hold you flush to his chest. He kissed along the shell of your ear and held you by your waist.
“Breakfast is on me in the morning,” Stan whispered. “I’ll make you my special: Stancakes.”
You burst into a fit of giggles as you shifted your body to face him. He was giving you a dopey smile. You planted a kiss on his nose. “Can’t wait.”

Cooper Howard/The Ghoul x reader
Description: Cooper exposes his jealous side as they find out Moldaver’s location.
TW: swearing, canon typical violence, slut shaming?
I woke up in the morning sprawled across Cooper with a wide smile on my face. He looked so content when he slept, like all the things that had hurt him over the years had never happened. I wonder what he looked like before he turned ghoul. I imagined how handsome he probably was because even after ghoulification, he was still stunning. He must have felt my stare as he slowly opened his eyes and turned his head towards me.
"Mornin', sugar." He mumbled out before yawning.
"Mornin', Coop," I responded, smiling at him before kissing him on the head. "Ready to head out?"
And so, another hike started. I hoped once we found Moldaver we could maybe take a couple of days' break. Honestly, I had no idea how I kept walking after weeks of nonstop hiking, it felt like my legs were going to fall off.
Eventually, we happened upon another town, bustling with life. I didn't try to hide the smile on my face as we squeezed our way through the crowds. I tightly fisted Cooper's tattered duster jacket to make sure we didn't get separated. As usual, he was quiet, he wasn't used to sharing his plans with anyone.
As we approached a small bar, he finally spoke with a stern look on his face. "Stay close, darlin'."
I gave him a small smile in response and happily nodded my head. We slowly entered the tavern, trying our best not to turn any heads. I had no idea if ghouls were welcome here, but considering our past experiences I highly doubted it. As he headed to the bar I let go of his jacket, mesmerized by all the different people I was seeing. Maybe someday I could convince Cooper to stay awhile in a town like this.
"Well, hello beautiful." I heard a voice from behind me. I turned around to see a tall, skinny man with shaggy brunette hair and dark brown eyes.
I hesitated. My first instinct was to tell him to fuck off, but maybe I could get some information out of him so I gave him an award-winning smile before responding. "Hello. Maybe you can help me? I am trying to find out where I can find someone named Moldaver." I batted my eyelashes at him, giving him my best doe-eyed expression.
His eyebrows shot up in surprise as her name rolled off my tongue. He briefly looked me up and down as if trying to ascertain if I was friend or foe. After a brief pause, he asked, "You lookin' da join er?"
I nodded quickly, trying to hide the fact that I had no idea what I was talking about.
"Well," He continued. "Today is ya lucky day. I could take ya to er. We are real close." He boasted. The lie about their relationship was clear on his tongue.
"That's amazing!" I faked amazement, trying to milk his attraction for more information. "Where is she?"
"In da hills." He continued to spill information like a fountain without a second thought. "My name is Roofus, by the way."
I hummed for a moment before responding, "Nice to meet ya." I mumbled while looking around for Cooper. Our eyes finally locked as I found him leaning back against the bar. His arms were crossed and his hat was tilted down, I could barely see his eyes peeking out from behind it. Anger radiated from his form, causing those around him to instinctively find somewhere else to stand. I gulped nervously as I took him in.
"Hey-" Roofus waved his hand in front of my face, catching my attention again. 'That guy scarin' ya?"
'No." I answered quickly. The last thing I needed was for this guy to confront Cooper, but he seemed to have a mind of his own.
Puffing up his chest as he started to make his way towards Cooper's imposing figure and ignored my pleas to stop. "Don't ya worry sweetheart, I'll get rid of  im’."
I gave Cooper a nervous glance as I saw him straighten his back and move his hand to rest on his gun belt, suspiciously close to the gun itself.
"Hey. Ya scaring my lady." Roofus accused Cooper confidently.
"Your lady?" Cooper laughed loudly at the thought. "She ain't yours."
"This is Roofus," I said quickly, interrupting their conversation. "And Roofus, this man is my friend." I made sure not to say Cooper's name, knowing how protective he was of it. However, this just seemed to piss Cooper off more.
"Your friend?" Roofus asked, surprise clear on his face.
"Roofus, huh? Stupid name." Cooper sneered.
Roofus prickled with anger, but before he could start yelling at the ghoul in front of him, Cooper interrupted him. “See, I heard somethin’ about a Roofus while at the bar here. Said your movin’ some cargo.” Roofus’ anger switched to confusion at Cooper’s words. “Movin’ cargo for Moldaver.” Cooper finished as he stepped closer.
At the mention of Moldaver, Roofus looked back at my nervous form. “Who da hell are ya people?”
“People you should be afraid of.” Cooper growled. “Now, you are gonna tell me how to find Moldaver, or I’ll rip your guts out.”
Roofus’ hand move instinctively over his coat pocket and the noise of crumpling paper was heard underneath, “I ain’t telling ya shit, ghoul.”
Cooper hummed, his venom turning to amusement as Roofus unknowingly gave him the information he needed. Her location was on that paper in his jacket. “Have it your way.” Cooper said before a gunshot rang out in the busy tavern. I squealed in surprise as Roofus’ body hit the ground. The room went quiet as Cooper belt down to pull out the letter from the dead man’s pocket. I looked around nervously as all eyes were on us.
“Cooper,” I whispered.
Ignoring me, Cooper stood back up eyeing the paper. “Damn.” He mumbled as he studied the hole in it before folding it and sticking it into his jacket pocket.
“Cooper.” I hissed loudly as I saw some people start to get up from their seats, anger clear on their faces.
“Don’t get your panties in a bunch, boys.” Cooper said looking up at the angry men. “Just a bit o’ business, and I got none with you.”
“You better get the hell out of here, ghoul.” One of the men growled before spitting on the ground in front of us.
I knew this would piss Cooper off, so I quickly grabbed his hand and started dragging him to the door. He ripped his hand from my grasp but continued following close behind me. When we finally made it out of the village, I released a breath I didn’t know I was holding. However, before I could register what was happening, Cooper roughly grabbed at my shirt collar pulling me close to him. “What the hell was that?” Cooper growled, staring down at me angrily. “Flirting with other men in front of me? Acting like a slut?”
I squeaked in surprise. Never in a million years did I think he would ever speak to me this way. “Coop, I was just tryin’ to help.” I pleaded, but he wasn’t listening.
“You are MY slut. You understand me? No one else can touch you. No one else can even fuckin’ look at you.” He ranted as one of his fists flew to the hair on the back of my head, tugging harshly.
I gasped loudly at his actions. I never took him for the jealous type, but here he was completely overtaken by it, and much to my surprise I liked it. I pressed my thighs together while I complied, “Yes Coop, I am your slut. Only yours.”
This seemed to appease him as his grip loosened on the back of my head as he pressed his body against mine. “Good,” He hummed. “Never do that again.”
“I wont. I wont ever.” I responded as my hands trailed up his chest and cupped his face softly. “I’m sorry I upset you.”
He studied my face for a moment before pulling away with a grunt. It was clear he was still angry with me. I watched intently as he pulled out the letter from Roofus and read it. I didn’t know it was possible, but his face soured even more.
“Well I’ll be damned.” Cooper mumbled. “I shot right through the damn location.” He said sighing.
“Roofus was the son of an old friend of mine.” He said before looking up at me. “Let’s pay him a visit.”
-
It didn’t take us long to find the man’s house. As we entered, however, only a little girl was home.
“Well, hello darlin’. Your daddy home?” Cooper asked nicely.
The girl just shook her head in response. Much to our surprise she didn’t seem scared of us. She just stared up at us with a blank expression.
“What is your name, sweetie?” I asked as I bent down to her level.
“Sandra.” The small girl replied.
“I’m an old friend of your daddy,” Cooper said while looking around the small home. “When will he be home?”
“Soon, it’s almost dinner time.” Sandra responded.
At the mention of dinner, my stomach gurgled. My face reddened with embarrassment as I looked down at my feet. “Well, my girl and I have traveled a long way so why don’t you get us some dinner too?” Cooper said while putting a hand on my shoulder.
The girl just nodded in response before heading to the kitchen. I slowly stood up from the ground, giving Cooper a sheepish expression before looking around the home. It was a nice little place. The walls were covered with wood panels and metal sheets, but it was homey, much nicer than the one I grew up in.
As if he could sense my thoughts, Cooper asked, “Remind you of home?”
“This ain’t nothin’ like my home.” I responded quickly as I studied the shelf on the wall. “Much nicer.”
He hummed quietly before sitting down at the table and placing his hat down next to him. I waited there in silence for a bit, the only noises to be heard was from Sandra puttering in the kitchen. “What are you gonna do?” I asked as I sat down at the table next to him.
He studied my face for a moment before responding, “Depends on them, darlin’.” I just nodded while I picked at my fingers. I understood what he meant. Whether he would kill them or not depended on if they complied or not. A feeling of dread settled in my stomach as I thought of Sandra.
Before I could say anything, Sandra returned with two plates of dinner. I looked up at her in surprise at the contents. Wonderful smelling meats graced the plate in from of me, brahman maybe? And definitely some chicken. “Thank you, Sandra!” I said excitedly as I grabbed the silverware from her hands. I can’t even remember the last time I had a meal that looked this good.
Sandra didn’t respond, instead disappearing back into the kitchen quietly. I quickly started cutting up the meat, a grin plastered over my face. I heard Cooper chuckle next to me, no doubt amused at my excitement, but I paid him no mind. He slowly followed suit, cutting up his meat slowly as he watched me. As the brahman hit my tongue I moaned with happiness. After weeks of iguana and jerky, this felt like a meal fit for a king.
The door swung open as a man and a young boy entered the building, a look of confusion on their faces. I ignored them as I continued to eat happily. I trusted Cooper to handle it, but he stayed quiet as well, just staring at the man and slowly bringing the meat to his mouth.
“Sandra?” The man called out only to be greeted with silence. I looked up at him and then over to Cooper who was maintaining eye contact with him. Before he could call out again, Sandra’s footsteps could be heard as she entered the room with two glasses of water in her hands. She quietly put them on the table. Her father visibly deflated with relief at the sight of her.
“Thank you, darlin’.” Cooper said to her before looking back up at the father, “Oh, wait. You thought?...” Cooper said smirking as he held up a piece of meat on his fork. “Come on now.” He said laughing.
“Sandra, wait outside.” The man said, his voice wavering with fear. The girl quickly did as she was told.
“Lead farmin’, huh?” Cooper said, continuing the conversation. “Why, hell, I probably still got some of your lead in me somewhere. But today, I am just lookin’ for information.”
“I’ll tell you anything, as long as you leave us in peace.” The man said. I could tell he was trying to act confident, but his voice continued to waver.
“Say, am I out of date, or did I hear you had three kids?” Cooper asked as he pulled out the letter from his jacket.
“I had an older son, but he’s gone. He took up with that madwoman in the hills two years ago. We haven’t heard from him since.” The man explained.
Cooper smirked as he looked down at the letter, “There’s always some new little faction, ain’t there? Brand new team of believers with their own dumbass ideas about how they gonna save the world. What did you say the name of your eldest was? Was it Roofus?” At the mention of Roofus’s name I instinctively winced, remembering how mad Cooper was at me for talking to him. This didn’t go unnoticed as Cooper’s eyes flickered towards me for a second before returning to the man.
“I didn’t say-“ The man started to respond.
“That must make you Tommy.” Cooper interrupted.
The man looked over at his son before angrily asking, “What did you do? What is that envelope?”
“Well, you see, daddy-o, from what I can tell…” Cooper says clearing his throat. “… Old Roofus got Tommy here mixed up with that madwoman, too. Now according to this. Roofus sent Tommy a stash of caps to pay a courier for the safe transport of an Enclave defector, to that very same madwoman in the hills. Moldaver.” Cooper explained with a smirk plastered across his face.
“Now the problem is, by the time I got this letter off your brother,” Cooper said addressing Tommy, “It was a little bit hard to read.” Cooper held up the letter, peaking his eye through the bullet hole. “For some reason I can’t make out her location.” He looked back over at the father before saying “You really should’ve taught your boy to not play with toys that aren’t his. Maybe you’d still have two sons. Now you give me that location, and I’ll be on my way.”
The man and his son looked at each other before Tommy said, “I’m sorry.”
“Tell him, son. Just tell him.” The father pleaded.
“I didn’t want to spend my life digging through dirt.” Tommy explained. “I want to build something, and we have the chance-“
“Tell him what he wants to know or else he’s gonna kill us all!” His father yelled, interrupting him. “Including your little sister.”
Tommy stared Cooper down. “Huh.” Cooper hummed, surprised by this turn of events. I had stopped eating at this point, my attention turned fully to the men in front of us.
“You should tell him.” I said softly, giving the boy a reassuring look. “Listen to your father.”
Tommy looked between me and Cooper before surrendering. “She’s… she’s at the Observatory.”
“Now please, leave us.” The father pleaded.
Cooper sighed deeply before saying, “So, what you think, Tommy? Am I really walking out of here today, or are you gonna draw on me for what I did to your big brother?”
Tommy’s eyes darkened at Cooper’s words as rage filled his expression.
“He won’t.” The father responded.
“Maybe not today, but someday.” Cooper said, eyes never leaving Tommy. Understanding the threat Tommy reached for the shotgun next to him, but he was too slow. Before I even realized what was happening, Tommy was on the ground, a gunshot through his chest.
“Tommy!” His father yelled as he crouched down over his son’s body.
Cooper stood up and slowly started to collect his things, signaling me to follow. As we passed by the father, I gave him a sad expression but said nothing.
This was just how the Wasteland worked. Kill or be killed.

The Engagement pt.1
Tumblr media
Armando Aretas x Black Fem! Reader
In which the Reader has to attend Kelly and Dorns engagement party where an ex lover will be attending
Okay so this is my first story, I hope yall enjoy it!
“Well as you’re gonna be my maid of honour, it’s customary that you spend the weekend at the beach house and you can bring a plus one of course.”,Kelly smiles brightly. “Well you know I’m there. You don’t even have to ask.”,you bring her in for a hug. You were so excited that your best friend was soon to be married especially to her soulmate.
Her big engagement party was this weekend and she wanted all her close friends to stay the weekend at she and Dorns beach house. “I just have one question. Is he gonna be there”,you ask, referring to Dorns older brother. “He will. And he’s bringing his new girlfriend”,she fidgets with her nails.
“Im sorry”,she says quickly, seeing the look on your face. “If you want I can tell Dorn to un-invite them.”, She offers. “No. That’s too much. It’s fine. It’s not a problem”,You shrug. “I’ll be there for you and Dorn. That’s it”,You put your feelings to the side.
You could only imagine how it’d feel seeing him again. The searing heart wrenching pain that you experienced during your relationship. Maybe it’d be 10 times worse. Especially since you’d be seeing him with some random bitch.
You walked towards your desk, organizing the files that you were done with, letting out a deep sigh. “What’s your problem?”,Armando asks, looking over to you with a curious expression. “Well basically nothing, just that I have to go to my best friends engagement party alone and see my ex boyfriend there the entire weekend with his new girlfriend. But besides that life is just great.”,you give a sarcastic smirk.
“So don’t go”,he says like it’s such an easy solution. “Um. No. She’s my best friend. And Dorn is like family. I have to go.”, you put your head into your hands. “I mean the solution is obvious.”, he says with a serious look on his face. You give a confused glance.
“Nadie usa su sentido común.”, he mumbles under his breath. (Nobody uses their common sense)
“¿Acabas de llamarme tonta?”, you ask. (Did you just call me dumb?)
“Yo nunca, niña bonita.”, he smirks over at you. (I’d never pretty girl). You blush, feeling your whole body heat up at hearing him. “The obvious solution is to bring somebody else as your date. Just pretend ya datin em”,he gives valid advice.
“That’s kinda smart I’m not gon lie”, you smirk. “Well I am a genius so”,he smiles over at you. “Wait!”,you say getting a bright ass idea. “If I hire somebody is that pathetic?”, you ask half kidding. He just nods with a laugh.
“Take me.”,he says fully turning to you. You let out a laugh before realizing he’s deadass serious. “Oh you’re for real?”,You ask. “I’m dead serious.”,He says. “No you don’t have to do that. I don’t wanna ask that of you. Plus it’s an all weekend type of thing..”,you say sincerely. “It’s no problem. I’ll come pick you up around seven tomorrow”,He smiles over at you.
“I’ll see you at seven then”,You smile before he walks away.
If you like it lmk, any tips, lmk. I’m open to all constructive criticism and suggestions. If yall did like it ima release the part 2 🤭

-
This is part TWO of the eighth part of the pathetic series make sure you read this before you read what is below:
-
He was too cruel during dinner, you didn’t even try to pretend like you were interested in the conversation. You knew you looked sick to his classmate. You didn’t even remember the classmate's name. You barely touched your food. Jeonghan messed relentlessly with the vibrations (albeit when you squeezed his thighs and mumbled a soft please, he gave you a good fifteen-minute break before resuming the edging).
His classmate ended the dinner early out of concern for you. Jeonghan put on a show of looking concerned when his classmate mentioned how red you were. He touched the back of his hand to your forehead.
“Are you okay baby? You should have told me you weren’t feeling well.”
Before finally, you two were free.
When you got back to your apartment with Jeonghan, your fingers were clutching so hard at his wrist that you thought it was going to leave bruises. Your cheeks were bright red and the toy was still buzzing away inside of you at it’s lowest setting that still felt like it was going to make you explode at any second.
All you wanted to do was get inside, get this dumb toy out of you and finally be rewarded for having been so good all day. You were desperate. You needed this. And so when you finally fumbled your front door open and Jeongyeon and Jimin were standing in the living room you wanted to cry.
“Y/n!” Jeongyeon exclaimed excitedly. You gave her a tired smile.
“Jeongyeon!” You said back, trying to match her enthusiasm but failing miserably. Jeonghan nodded his greeting towards Jeongyeon and Jimin.
“Are you feeling okay?” Jeongyeon asked, her excitement turning to concern the moment that she got a good look at you. You nodded.
“I’m just… Tired. Long day,” you replied. It wasn’t in any way shape or form a lie, but you knew that Jeongyeon could tell there was more to it. You gave her a look.
“Well,” she said, turning to Jimin. “We were just going out, but we should all go on a double date soon.”
She wiggled her eyebrows excitedly and you nodded.
“Yeah, that would be fun,” you agreed, extremely relieved to hear that Jimin and Jeongyeon were leaving. The idea that they would be there all night would have made you crazy.
You thought that you all said more to each other. Were vaguely aware of Jeonghan and Jimiin exchanging some words but before you could really register any of it, the two were locking the door behind them.
You let the tears that you had been holding back freely run down your cheeks as you turned all your attention to Jeonghan.
“Please, please, please,” you begged emptily. “I can’t do it anymore Jeonghan, I’ve been so good. I n-need so badly- I-I- need you so badly.”
Jeonghan didn’t look like he really felt bad for you. Instead he cooed at you lightly.
“Are you sorry baby?” He asked you lightly. “Do you understand what being bad gets you?”
You honestly didn’t even remember why you were being punished today. You didn’t really care.
“I’m s-sorry, won’t do it again I p-promise,” you assured. Your skin was burning. “Please Jeonghan fuck me. Please really fuck me. I need you so badly. I-I need to come s-so badly.”
“I know you do,” Jeonghan replied softly. He scooped your cheeks in his hands and pressed a light kiss to your lips. “You did so perfectly for me, you know that?”
You nodded, but it was just kind of automatic. Jeonghan lowered his hands to the hem of your skirt and then turned you around, bending your body over the back of the couch. He pulled off your panties which were damp from the little bit of cum that had dripped out of your pussy around your toy. He tugged at the toy so that it was almost completely out of you and then, pushed it back in. You let out a wrecked sob.
“Pl-Please I c-can’t-“
Jeonghan cooed sympathetically and pulled the toy from out of you, causing his cum to drip down your tighs. He pressed a few fingers into you experimentally.
“You know, I really like you like this,” he said softly. “So wet, and stretched out from being used all day.”
The phrasing made your whole body arch. God why wouldn’t he just shut up and fuck you already?
Just as you were thinking that, you heard Jeonghan unzipping his pants, and then you could feel his fat tip teasing your hole. When finally Jeonghan slid his cock into you, you felt like you could cry in relief.
Okay, you did cry in relief. Your wrists were grabbed practically instantly as Jeonghan began to fuck into you, his thrusts quick and desperate. He hadn’t bothered to take his jeans off, a clear indication that he felt bad about teasing you so much all day.
You could feel the denim brushing against you with each thrust, and each thrust was so hard it had your whole body shaking. You could tell that Jeonghan was desperate for an orgasm too. The sadist in him loving the sounds of your moans mixed with sobs so much that it wasn’t long before he had tugged you up by one arm, his fingers fiddling with your clit-
“You can come, you’ve been such a good girl for me.”
You came immediately and as soon as your orgasm racked through you Jeonghan was coming too, spilling cum deep inside of you. His thrusts came to a stop as you fell limp against the couch, your heavy pants filling the living room.
Jeonghan pulled away from you and stood back, probably watching as his cum dribbled out of you. You let him stand there for a little while, but not long. You whined, loudly, garnering his attention back to you.
“I’m sorry,” he said softly. He came up behind you, pulling your body so that you were flat against him. “Let’s get you washed up.”
You didn’t protest as he showered you. Mostly because you were too tired to, and you didn’t feel truly relaxed until you two were lying in your bed, Jeonghan’s arms wrapped around your body, holding you close to him.
“Are you really okay?” He asked for what felt like the millionth time. “Sometimes it worries me that you never safe word-“ His voice was light. He knew that you would safe word if you really needed to. “You were very good for me. Don’t think anyone knew all day that I was playing with my little toy.”
He turned you around in his arms and you drearily pried your eyes open to look at him. A small smile on your lips.
“Felt good,” you whispered back. “Feels good to be good for you. Like being able to do whatever you want me to.”
“Would you do it again?” Jeonghan asked. You let your eyes flutter shut.
“Not as long,” you murmured. “Shorter.”
“Okay,” he whispered. You heard him shuffling closer to you, one of his hands coming to your hair. He brushed his fingers lightly through your strands but the attention made you whine. You turned onto your back, but he was still able to mess with your hair at that angle.
Your shoulder brushed against Jeonghan’s your chest rising and falling as you fought, still, to catch your breath. You could feel him moving closer to you, felt his fingers brushing against yours, and the feeling had your mind buzzing despite how exhausted you were.
Your eyes fluttered closed, and you tried to focus less on Jeonghan and more on your breathing. When you finally thought that you were calm. Normal. You opened your eyes and Jeonghan was staring at you with an odd expression on his face.
“Let’s break up.”
You stared at him, unsure of what to say. You hated how even now he was so difficult to read. His eyes were staring at you, wide with so many emotions that you couldn’t pinpoint in them. You couldn’t help the frown that pressed itself across your face.
“Really?” You finally said, after what was probably minutes of silence.
Jeonghan’s eyebrows furrowed a bit at your reaction.
“Yes.”
You stared at him. Again, his expression was unwavering and you should feel worried but for some reason you weren’t.
“No.”
Jeonghan hummed.
“So what? You’re just going to make me keep dating you? For however long you want to?”
His voice was serious, and yet… You could almost swear that you heard a jesting tone in it.
“I guess,” you replied pointedly. Jeonghan chuckled and rolled over to meet your gaze.
“I love you, y/n,” he mumbled. “What do you think… You love me yet?”
Your face reddened at the topic of conversation but before you could reply at all Jeonghan was tapping you on your cheek lightly.
“I’m just teasing you,” he said softly. He shrugged. “I just wanted to see how you were feeling about this relationship I guess.”
Your eyebrows furrowed.
“You were teasing me?” You blurted. “About breaking up?”
Jeonghan laughed as if that wasn’t a bit psychotic.
“Well, now I kind of want to,” you replied, but the smile on your lips was very telling at the fact that you were joking. Jeonghan hummed, and tugged you closer to him.
“And what would you do then? Would you go date someone else?”
“Oh yeah. I think that Minhyuk would love to go on a date with me. And he probably wouldn’t tease me about breaking up.”
Jeonghan made a disgruntled noise at the mention of someone who actually wanted to go on a date with you, and he pressed the palm of his hand to your face.
“What happened to the y/n who was sleepy?” He asked you. You laughed a little, but the darkness that the palm of his hand brought you reminded your body that you really were absolutely exhausted.
“I guess for now you still have a girlfriend,” you murmured. You turned on your side, burying your face into Jeonghan’s chest.
“Trust me y/n, I would never dare to let someone as perfect as you slip away.”
-
It was getting to that point where waking up without Jeonghan around was weird.
You had always worried about getting into that type of relationship with someone.
Where waking up without them was more painful than anything else in that moment.
You pushed down the feeling- As far down as you could get it- And went about your morning as you usually did. You showered, got dressed. There was a slight deviation to your morning. A small good morning text that made you pause, and brought a smile to your face.
“Oh I know that look,” Jeongyeon teased, brushing past you, with a small poke to your side. You rolled your eyes at her, typing a quick good morning back before joining her in the kitchen.
“How’s school been going lover girl.”
“Don’t call me that,” you mumbled. “I’m such a bad girlfriend it’s ridiculous.”
Jeongyeon’s laugh was light, but sympathetic.
“Come on, that’s not true.”
You waved off the conversation topic.
“How are you and Jimin?” You asked.
Jeongyeon hummed.
“Going,” she replied. She rolled her eyes slightly. “We had our first big fight. But I like how we resolved it.”
The thought of fighting with Jeonghan sent a shiver through your body. You couldn’t imagine him being mad at you. You wonder what he would do. You knew how he punished you when he wasn’t mad at you. When it didn’t matter.
But then again, you weren’t always great at reading his emotions. Maybe he had been mad at you before but you just hadn’t noticed.
You thought about it again for a few seconds.
No. He was too frustratingly patient and understanding towards you. There was no way that you had angered him so early on. At least you had that going for you.
“I’m glad you two resolved it well.”
You lazily rested your cheek on the palm of your hand as you watched Jeongyeon fall into the routine of making the two of you eggs for breakfast. Watching her cook reminded you of Mingyu and his cooking. It had been a while since you stayed the night at Alpha Mu.
Without really thinking over it too much you pulled out your phone and sent Jeonghan a text.
Can I stay over tonight?
Jeonghan’s response was immediate.
You miss me?
You rolled your eyes.
I miss Mingyu’s cooking.
Jeonghan didn’t reply but you knew that the answer was a resounding yes.
Jeongyeon set a plate of food down in front of you, to which you smiled at her and thanked her.
“I think that I’m going to be staying at Jeonghan’s place tonight,” you said. Jeongyeon hummed.
“I’ll probably have Jimin over then.”
You two fell into a soft conversation after that, catching up on what you two had been up to and how class had been going. You and Jeongyeon didn’t spend as much time together now, and you almost never seemed to be home at the same times but that didn’t mean you two didn’t hang out at all. You two still caught lunch together. There were moments on the weekend. And every morning that you were both home you two had breakfast.
And that being said, your days had changed a bit too. You texted Jeonghan quite a bit during the day, given that he was a bit clingy. He always wanted to know what you were doing, and how class was going, and if you were studying with Yeongtae and if he could come join you.
It was always a phone call where you sounded like a mother chiding their toddler: You’ll see me in a few hours. Just wait until then.
And then of course the minute you came over, in front of the others, he was always so quiet. Acted as if he could care less if you were there or not.
-
Your eyebrows furrowed as you squinted at the paper in front of you, unsure of really what you could add to make this round out a bit better.
“Maybe we should add more examples,” your partner Zen suggested. You hummed at the suggestion.
“You don’t think we have too many?” You murmured. “I mean how many popular examples of bipolar disorder can we really add?”
Zen groaned at the question, letting his head drop onto the table.
“I don’t know,” he insisted. “I’m not a psychology major like you. How else are we supposed to fluff up this paper? We are just short of eight pages.”
You gnawed on your bottom lip in thought. How were you two going to add more to this paper? You were about to propose something when suddenly you felt a hand on the back of your neck, a thumb pushing at your chin to turn your head.
Your eyes were still focused on your paper as you were dragged into a kiss, and you only turned your attention fully to your boyfriend when his other hand came to your cheek, forcing your full attention to the kiss. Your face was burning red when you were finally released from the kiss, and your eyes flickered up to meet Jeonghan’s smug smile.
“Really?” You asked him, your eyes flickering over to Zen who, to his credit, was pretending to be focused on the paper again and not the full-out pornographic makeout session that he had practically had to watch. Jeonghan pouted.
“What? I missed my girlfriend. Can’t I greet you the way that I want to?”
You didn’t miss the way that his voice raised a little at my girlfriend.
You tried to control the burning of your face as Jeonghan pulled out a chair next to you.
“I thought you were going to wait outside for me,” you mumbled softly. Jeonghan sighed, his fingers tapping against the table.
“You’re late,” he replied. A quick glance at the time and you saw that he was right. How had you and Zen gone twenty minutes over what you to had originally planned. “And I won’t be distracting. I’ll just sit here.”
You looked up at Zen who was now openly watching you two closely. You could see the pain in his eyes but you knew that it stemmed from the fact that twenty minutes over meant that you two had been at this for over twenty minutes now, and the paper was due in two days.
“I wasn’t made for these kind of working conditions,” Zen insisted. “Mental disorders and their impact on societal interactions was supposed to be an easy credit.”
“Why didn’t you just take a different creative elective,” you admonished him. “Like a writing class.”
Zen’s expression turned deadly serious.
“You want me to take a class where they tell me how to write?” He asked, as if it was the most abdominal thing he had ever heard. “Writing classes are so stupid because writers don’t know how to grade based on the way you write. Like all writers write differently, but they want you to write just like them for a semester. No. Thank you.”
Zen yanked the computer over to him and his eyes scanned what you two had written.
“And yet here I am. Writing for a psychology elective.”
“Let’s focus more on the impact that it had on the people around them,” you suggested. “We talked about Carrie Fisher let’s talk about how fans took it, or if it made it harder for people to work with her on set.”
Zen’s mouth dropped into an ‘o’ and he scooted closer to you so that he could scroll back to that section of the paper. As he did Jeonghan’s hand fell onto your thigh, his head coming to a rest on your shoulder.
“My smart girl,” he mumbled softly. The praise sent warmth through you but you tried your best to ignore him.
“Add right there,” you said softly, pointing to a spot on the paper. Zen obediently added some space to the document and then immediately went to go find an article you two could read on the topic. As you two were reading, Jeonghan was getting progressively more bored. He shifted his head back and forth on your shoulder until you raised a hand to his hair and began to soothingly rub circles into his scalp.
That only sated him for about five minutes. Then he decided that he had been waiting for you for too long. His hand crept further up your thigh, and his thumb began to rub lazy circles around your clit through your underwear. You shivered under his touch, both grateful and regretting the easy access that your skirt allowed him.
“Are there any interesting words in your paper?” Jeonghan asked you, clearly asking if you needed to safe word. You pressed your lips together and shook your head.
“No words of interest. I’ll let you know if I think of one you would like,” you murmured back. He hummed back in response. Pleased.
You all fell into silence as you and Zen focused back in on your work, Jeonghan finding pleasure in playing with your clit while you two added to your paper. The teasing was thrilling, of course. You loved it when Jeonghan played with you. Especially like this. In a way that wasn’t overtly obvious in public. In a way that was easy to keep down. And you loved the way it made you feel like you were just something he could play with whenever he wanted to.
Jeonghan sunk a finger into you and you had to momentarily bite down on your bottom lip to keep yourself from making any noise.
“Do you think this sentence sounds okay?” Zen asked you softly. You forced yourself to focus on what he had just typed and then nodded.
“Yeah, that’s perfect,” you agreed softly. You two were almost done with the paper. You had hit your page goal now. All you had to do was add a little bit to finish off the thoughts you two had added and you were done. Zen had already offered to edit it before turning it in tonight since he had a lot more writing experience than you did.
You spoke out some sentences that you wanted Zen to add, surprised by how even your voice stayed. Jeonghan didn’t go easy on you as you spoke. Instead he seemed to have gotten bored of how well you were hiding the way that you were soaking his fingers. He pressed three fingers into you and his lazy pace that you accossiated with sheer boredom was replaced by something more deliberate. He curled his fingers inside of you, trying to get a rise out of you. You ignored him, but then just as you went to speak again Jeonghan had smashed his finger into your clit, forcing a gasp out of you. Zen gave you a concerned look which you waved off.
“Embarrassed by all the pda,” you said lightly. Zen seemed to take that but Jeonghan hadn’t eased up during the interaction. He pumped his fingers in and out of you fast, clearly trying (and succeeding thus far) to drag you to an orgasm. You mentally fought against it, trying to hold back but you knew that if you weren’t careful your fingers digging into your palms would give away what Jeonghan was doing.
Then Zen’s elbow accidentally brushed your warm skin and you very quickly, quietly murmured your safe word. Jeonghan’s fingers immediately stopped inside of you, and he pulled his fingers, very carefully out of you.
Your breathing turned easy as Jeonghan cleaned his fingers off and gave you a soft kiss to the corner of your lips.
“You’re so good for me,” he said softly. “Sorry baby.”
Relief flooded your body at his reaction to the scenario. It was a whole different thing to know that Jeonghan would listen to you if you safe worded and to experience him listening to you when you safe worded.
The whole thing made your body burn hotter, your fingers returning to thread calmly through Jeonghan’s hair. In that moment you felt so grateful for him. You turned your head back towards him, and just gave him a look, begging him silently to kiss you. Being in public be damned.
He pressed a very soft kiss to your lips.
“Again,” you whispered. He did as you wished.
“… Again.”
A small smile and he kissed you again.
“You’re so greedy,” he said softly. “But I’ll spoil you tonight. Don’t worry.”
Jeonghan shoved you against the wall, as soon as you two were alone in thebathroom. You were only a bit embarrassed to say that you and Jeonghan had fucked more than once in this bathroom. And only a little more embarrassed to admit that you would be doing it more.
You whined as Jeonghan fisted the collar of your shirt in his hand, and hiked up your leg so that he could push aside your underwear and push a few fingers into you.
“Love it when you’re already nice and ready for me,” he mumbled. “It’s like you’re made for me like this.”
He unzipped his pants, pulling his hard cock out of his pants.
“You want me?”
Your eyes flickered down to his cock, and if you were completely honest it was like you were drolling staring at it. You wanted so badly for him to use your mouth, but you knew that all he wanted right now was to be buried inside of you.
You got a slap across the face for staring at his cock too long.
“Stupid slut,” he chided, and you would honestly never get tired of being called that. “Can’t have my cock if you can’t tell me that you want it.”
“Jeonghan please,” you begged lightly. “I w-want it so badly. Need you to fuck me. You know how badly I want it. Would have let you take me on the table in front of Zen if it hadn’t-”
Before you could finish speaking Jeonghan had slammed his palm over your mouth.
“Shut up, I just wanted consent,” he mumbled his voice gruff. With his other hand he guided his cock into you and wasted no time easing himself in. Once he knew his tip was in he was pushing himself all the way inside of you with one swift movement. You let out scream mixed in a moan at how suddenly he pushed himself into you and your eyes fluttered shut in relief.
Jeonghan let out a pleased groan of relief, and for a moment he just let his forehead fall against yours, enjoying the feeling of being buried inside of you. After a few minutes you couldn’t stand it anymore. You whined against the hand that was still keeping you quiet.
Jeonghan sighed.
“Such a greedy little whore.”
He kept his hand over your mouth because you’re always too loud in public. You don’t want to be caught do you?
And began to fuck you hard. Each thrust had your back bumping the wall, but at this angle it felt like he was splitting you open and fuck it if you didn’t love that feeling. Jeonghan was sloppy, obviously letting out his frustration at having to share your attention earlier and… So much recently. You could tell he was tired of all the different partners you had been having for classes.
“You’re so good for me,” Jeonghan praised, little whispers in your ear. “Just taking everything I give you like a good girl. Always so good. ‘m so proud of you, you know that?”
Your face was burning, the praise pushing you closer to an orgasm than his cock was. You raised your hands to Jeonghan’s wrists, squeezing at him just for purchase.
“I’m proud of you for safe wording,” he mumbled. “But I’m also proud of you for just taking my fingers before that. Letting me play with you like my own little toy.”
His hand slipped off of your mouth, replaced by his lips. He didn’t really kiss you, just let you pant and moan and cry against his lips.
“Didn’t even know you knew your safe word,” he teased lightly, his voice still soft. One of his hands came to your hips, and he pressed you hard into the wall, his thrusts becoming more erratic.
“Just never want to sue it,” you mumbled back, knowing he wasn’t begging you for an explanation. Jeonghan’s breath began to come more frequently.
“Gonna fill you up so full,” he mumbled. “Make you drip cum down your legs the whole way back tonight.”
Before you could respond, he was devouring your lips in a breath stealing kiss, and immediately after that you could feel his cock spraying hot cum inside of you. You cried against his lips as he lowered one of his hands to your pussy, his fingers rubbing your clit until your whole body was shaking with him.
He came down from his orgasm faster than you did. He stopped his thrusts, and slowly slipped out of you, letting his cum rush out of your pussy and soak your panties. He let your leg drop back down but with one hand he kept you pressed against the wall and with his other hand he kept you trapped in a deep kiss until your shaking had stopped.
He broke the kiss, pressing his sweaty forehead to yours.
“I love you,” he promised you softly, and the look in his eyes was so serious that you had to look away from him.
“Need a minute,” you mumbled softly. “N-need to sit down.”
Jeonghan nodded and helped you slide down the wall, burying your face in his chest in exhaustion. He murmured soft reassurances to you until you told him to shut up because it was turning you back on and you didn’t think you could take another creampie in the library bathroom.
But regardless. You were enjoying this, all of this.. Even if Jeonghan’s secrets were getting to you.
It started with the lactose intolerance. And it just few from there. Finding out from Mingyu that Jeonghan didn’t like this vegetable or finding out from Seokmin that Jeonghan hated this author. They were all things that when they came up and you didn’t know it you just… Felt bad.
You should know these things. Why wouldn’t he just tell you these things. He knew them about you. He woke up early and bought you coffee in the morning, and he bought you little things that made him think about you- like a little yellow duck statue for your bookshelf that you just couldn’t figure out the significance of.
Your biggest focus at this point in your relationship was to just… Not think about it too much. To just remember what everyone kept insisting to you. You would figure it all out eventually.
Jeonghan rolled over on the bed.
“Y/n, can you come with me tomorrow?” Jeonghan asked. You glanced at him, the hesitation clear in your eyes, but only there considering the last time that he had asked you that question.
You didn’t think you could endure a whole day of edging in public again.
Jeonghan waved away your silent concerns.
“It’s just that Jia is going to be in town and she wanted to get lunch,” Jeonghan replied. You waited for him to tell you who Jia was. “No shenanigans this time, just a lunch.”
You supposed there wasn’t going to be an explanation. Just another guessing game on who Jia was the whole time that the three of you ate together.
“Sure, that sounds lie fun,” you said with a slight smile. Jeonghan hummed, happy, and turned your head to his, tiltingnup your chin with his index finger. A soft kiss was pressed to your lips.
“Thank you. I love you,” he whispered softly. “Good night.”
You sighed and buried your face in his chest.
“Good night.”
-
You really liked to sleep in on Sunday’s. It was the only day that you really got to yourself after all, but regardless when Jeonghan woke you up at nine in the morning to get ready gou were more than happy to oblige.
And your drowsiness practically flew out the window when Jeonghan insisted you shower together and pushed you against the wall ignoring the way your hands slipped on the shower wall tile.
“You gonna be good and take it quietly?”
He had to let you suck on his fingers while he fucked you against the wall to keep your moans down to a minimum.
Jeonghan took you to a small cafe off campus that you had never heard of. He didn’t supply you with any information about this Jia. No prepping of how long he had known her or anything of the sort.
Just a car ride with your spotify blend playing in the background.
You weren’t sure what to think really. As you walked in, your shoulder brushing his when abruptly a girl from the center of the homely cafe.
“Hannie!!”
She exclaimed, causing more than a few students in the cafe to look up in surprise. A warm smile crossed Jeonghan’s lips as the girl came rushing through the tables, colliding with him in a tight hug.
You pressed your lips together uncertainly as she jumped excitedly while hugging him. Jeonghan found it really amusing which was… Odd… Normally Jeonghan kept the touches with other people down, but he was encouraging it. He placed a hand on her head, patting her dark hair.
“Jia,” he said pleasantly, before his expression turned a little sterner. “What have I told you about not causing such a large scene places?”
Her smile turned apologetic but it was then that she noticed you. Confusion crossed her face.
“Oh, Hannie, who’s this?”
She didn’t know you were coming?
You tried to make your discomfort as unclear as you possibly could. You smiled and introduced yourself while Jeonghan just stood there and watched you two with a look you didn’t recognize in his eyes. He was up to something you could feel it in your bones, you just weren’t sure what he was up to.
“It’s nice to meet you!” Jia exclaimed. “I’m Jia but of course, I’m sure Jeonghan has told you all about me.”
She radiated certainty and her smile was so wide and pure that you just couldn’t tell her anything that was contrary to what she seemed to believe.
“He does,” you agreed lightly. “I was really hoping I would get to meet you.”
Jia gasped, that huge smile still on her lips. She pointed at you.
“You’re a liar,” she exclaimed with a laugh. “Jeonghan doesn’t talk about other people people. It’s been hell even learning about his frat brothers.”
She giggled again, covering her mouth with the back of her hand.
“But I have heard about you y/n.”
There was a mischievous look in her eyes that almost matched Jeonghan’s. You weren’t sure what to say, so you just laughed again.
“Hopefully all good things.”
You were surprised when Jia reached forward and patted your cheek affectionately.
“Jia,” Jeonghan said, using a tone that you were only used to hearing when you had done something that he deemed to be bratty. You had never heard him use it on anyone rlse before.
Jia pulled her hand back, her brows furrowed and her lips downturned.
“You’ve always been so possessive of the things you like,” she mumbled. She looked back over at you. “He’s been like this since we were kids. Always yelled at me for being friends with his ‘other’ friends.”
“We spent enough time together as it was,” Jeonghan said with a roll of his eyes. It made Jia pout.
“It’s like you don’t even like me,” she said.
Jeonghan let out a heavy sigh.
“You know I love you Jia,” he said, but he sounded like it was a chore to say. Jia beamed.
“And I love you Jeonghan.”
A twinge of jealousy shot through your body, but you pushed it down, reminding yourself that being jealous because she was comfortable saying I love you to him and you weren’t was stupid.
But as the lunch went on, the stupid feeling didn’t go away. Not because of her really but because of how they interacted. It was so clear to you that they knew each other really well.
Better than he knew any of his classmates, better then he knew any of the Alpha Mu boys.
“Did Jeonghan ever tell you the story about when we went out drinking for my 21st?” Jia asked, leaning forward on the table. You shook your head politely.
“Well, little Hannie used to drink like crazy,” Jia said with a large smile. “And my best friend at the time… Uh, what was her name?”
Jeonghan seemed disgruntled by the conversation.
“It was Vivia,” he provided regardless.
“Yes! Vivia!” Jia looked back at you. “Vivia was obsessed with Jeonghan. She wanted him so badly it was ridiculous. Vivia and I were friendsd with mutual friends so she showed but and spent the whole night getting Jeonghan drunk.”
Another giggle from Jia.
“He was so focused on me that he was really paying attention to how much he was drinking, so at the end of the night he was so wasted I had to take him to his place and he just had the biggest break down. We don’t spend any time together anymore. Times have changed so much.”
Jia laughed, but again the conversation was clearly annoying Jeonghan. You bumped his shoulder and tugged his hand down under the table so that you could intertwine your fingers.
“Have you ever seen Jeonghan cry?”
You shook your head, but the thought was a little amusing if it were because he was drunk.
“Jia, you act like you’ve never done something embarrassing before,” Jeonghan grumbled.
“No,” Jia denied. “I just know that y/n doesn’t want to hear my embarrassing stories. She wants to hear the ones about you.”
You didn’t deny it and Jeonghan sent you a warning look over your silence.
“Well…” You trailed off. “It’s not exactly untrue.”
You liked hearing stories about how Jeonghan was a quiet kid in elementary school who had practically no friends. Or how he actually did have a crush on this girl in middle school but she made fun of him for his long hair so that was the first time that he cut it short.
“I like the length that it is right now,” you said. “I think your hair would look good really long or really short.”
As you spoke you raised your free hand to mess with a strand of his hair. His facial expression softened under the attention.
“You think so?”
“You wouldn’t think so if you saw this picture of him from when it was longer.”
The longer the three of you spoke the more comfortable you got around Jia. But the longer the three of you spoke the more that uncomfortable feeling brewed in the pit of your stomach. That thing that had been gnawing at you for so long now that you should be immune to it.
“I have to go to the bathroom,” Jia announced. “But Hannie, I really want another Chai.”
She pushed two clasped hands forward on the table, giving Jeonghan a wide eyed expression with a small pout on her lips. Jeonghan sighed and rolled his eyes.
“Do you know how much money you owe me?”
“Thank you!” Jia exclaimed excitedly. She hopped up from the table.
“Which one do you want?” Jeonghan tried to ask her, but as she ran away she just exclaimed.
“You know me! Just surprise me.”
Once she had disappeared behind the bathroom door Jeonghan sighed, and gave you a weary look.
“Thank you for coming with me today,” he said. “I love Jia but…”
You didn’t really hear the end of the sentence. I love Jia. You just never really heard him say that about anyone but you.
“Do you want anything?” Jeonghan asked, not noticing the words that you were clinging to. Not knowing the feeling in your gut that was destroying you. The pressure that was building in your brain.
“No,” you replied, but even so when Jeonghan got up to go order the Chai for Jia you followed. You stayed right behind him, your fingers tugging at the back of his shirt. You were quiet while he ordered, but the second that you two were standing at the counter waiting for it to be prepared and he made a: “Well you know about me and Chai.” That you just couldn’t keep your thoughts to yourself.
“Jeonghan I know nothing about you,” you blurted out. Jeonghan’s eyebrows furrowed and he glanced over at you.
“Huh?”
“I know nothing about you and everyone else does,” you blurted. “It’s like everyone we meet has all this history with you. Jiheon, Kibum, Cheol. When I first met you it was like you didn’t have any friends but that’s not even true. You’re close to everyone except for me.”
You looked away from him, embarrassed that your true feelings were coming out but not embarrassed enough to get you to shut up.
“I don’t know how you like your coffee. I don’t know your favorite foods. Your favorite color. What am I supposed to do when your birthday comes around? All I know is that you like legos, what kind of girlfriend would I be if I just got you legos for your birthdays.”
Jeonghan was surprisingly calm.
“Y/n, I love legos.”
“But for your birthday? Everyone would judge me. Everyone judges me. I am the worlds worst girlfriend. Why are you dating me? Why don’t you date someone like Jiheon-“ His face said it all when you said that. “I’m just saying. She knows you. I don’t know you, what could I possibly-”
“Architecture.”
You stopped speaking, your mouth dropping a little bit.
“Sorry?”
“Architecture,” Jeonghan replied pointedly. “I’m an architecture major.”
Your mind raced to process the information but before you could Jeonghan was speaking again.
“And not that many people know everything about me,” he denied. “You’re overthinking it.”
You pointed blindly towards the room that you and Jeonghan had left Jia in.
“What about Jia?”
“Y/n-” A laugh erupted from him. “Jia is my sister.”
Shame rushed through your body faster than you had ever imagined it possibly could.
“You…” There was so much to take from this. “You have a sister?! I really don’t know anything about you.”
Jeonghan placed both of his hands on your shoulders, and gave you a very serious expression.
“Y/n, why are you still so worried about this?” He asked softly. “Do you still think that you’re not good enough for me? Really? After all this time?”
You were silent, because yes you did still think that. Even after all this time.
“I can’t tell you I love you,” you said, your voice very quiet. “Jeonghan, I can’t tell you I love you when I don’t know these things about you. I can’t tell you I love you when there are so many people that would be better for you.”
“But you do love me,” Jeonghan replied. Your frown deepened at his words.
“You don’t know that.”
“Yes, I do,” Jeonghan denied. “Do you really think that there’s any world where I don’t know how much you love me?”
You were quiet.
“I don’t think I could have gotten so lucky, to be with someone like you. Someone who cares so much about me, someone who wants so badly to be good for me that you would selfishly hold back three words that you desperately want to say all because of your insecurities.”
He sighed, and raised a hand to your cheek, his thumb swiping across your cheekbone.
You felt so embarrassed to be under such a gaze but it was comforting nonetheless.
“Your biggest problem in this relationship is that you think you have to say all these things for me to know. You could never tell me that you loved me and I would still know.”
You were a little reassured but not that reassured.
“But I still don’t know you,” you said quietly.
“You don’t know my favorite color, and you didn’t know my major but it was mostly just because I was messing with you. Keeping those things from you cause I thought it was cute the way that you tried to figure things out.”
There was a small smile on his lips.
You were dating a psycho.
“You know me. You can tell when something is off. You can tell when I need reassuring. You know me. And that’s what matters, y/n.”
You sighed. You felt stupid. How could you have been so stressed for so long about such small things that didn’t matter at all. You had been so obsessed with figuring out what his major was, that you hadn’t even paid attention to the ways that you were being good at this whole relationship thing.
“Jeonghan,” you mumbled softly. “I love you.”
A smile tugged at Jeonghan’s lips, one that was so pure and genuine that it made you want to say those three words again, and again, and again, but you held back.
“I love you too,” Jeonghan replied softly. “More than you know.”
You rolled your eyes at the sentiment. More than you know. As if everyone didn’t know how much Jeonghan was in love with you.
“A ruby chai for Jeonghan.”
Jeonghan sighed, as if he was just now remembering where you two were. He gave your cheek a small pat and then wandered back over to the counter, thanking the barista as he picked up the drink for Jia. He tipped the cup at you.
“Do you like Jia?” He asked you. You nodded, but your face was a dark red.
In a café. You two were in a public café right now. And you had just told him that you loved him for the first time.
“She reminds me of you in a few ways,” you admitted, and you two made your way back to the table you were sharing with Jia. “I thought it was just because you had been friends since child hood but it makes sense now. I can see the resemblance in your eyes.”
“I’m sorry I do things like this to you so much,” Jeonghan said after a few moments. “I tease you a lot.”
“A lot is an understatement,” you mumbled. “But I don’t mind it. It’s how you tell me that you love me.”
Jeonghan’s smile tugged harder at his lips and you could tell that he wanted to say more but before he could Jia was joining the two of you at the table again, and you two were dragged right back into conversation with her.

“Okay, okay, how do I look?”
You stared at Yeongtae with a borderline bored expression.
“You look the same as you always do,” you said pointedly. His lips dropped into a frown.
“Y/n, it’s your first-time meeting Chaeryeong as my girlfriend I just want to make sure that I look good for the occasion.”
The pout in his tone was funny. A smile flickered across your face.
“You look fine,” you assured.
Now that finals were finally over you were excited to spend the summer with Jeonghan. Sure he had his internship and you had your job but you two had already planned to go on a day trip to some mountains to do some hiking, so you had a fun and eventful summer ahead of you.
He had proposed this. A party with all of your friends. All of the Alpha Mu boys, the Jiheon friend group, and even your friends.
You thought it was odd but he promised you that there was no alterior motive to the party.
“Just one last hurrah before the summer,” Jeonghan had promised. At first you thought it was strange, but the more you thought about it the more you understood. Jeonghan was sentimental and this school year he had gotten exactly what he wanted. Exactly what he had been wanting for years.
You.
When you and Yeongtae made it to the party it was mostly just catching up with people. You couldn’t really find Jeonghan, but Yeongtae was dragging you from place to place regardless. You two spoke with your friends and caught up over how exams went.
Yeongtae had become pretty close with Jiheon’s group of friends and he pretty quickly found his brand new way-too-hot for him girlfriend and settled in with that group.
You had to catch up with Seungcheol and Soonyoung for a while before finally you found yourself catching sight of Jeonghan. You sighed and stopped moving in the middle of the crowd of people. Jeonghan caught sight of you and his lips quirked up into a smile.
He slowly made his way over to you, and leaned down, giving you the smallest, sweetest kiss he had ever given you.
“What’s wrong baby? Not excited to see me?”
You just stared at him, a pout still on your lips. He sighed and pulled you up close to him, burying your face in his chest.
“What? You don’t want to spend time with our friends?”
You shook your head into his chest. You were glad he had thought of this. You thought it was nice of him to try so hard to merge your two’s worlds. Even Jeongyeon and Jimin were having a good time.
“You want me to take you upstairs and fuck you like the good little toy you are.”
Your face burned with embarrassment but you peaked up at him regardless, a smile on your lips as you gave him a small nod.
“Jeonghan, I really do love you.”
He smiled at you, and you could already see the excitement of what he was going to do to you upstairs strumming through him.
“I love you too.”
