Things kids these days ought to know:
You can call a genocide a genocide without comparing it to the Holocaust. It's still a genocide but it's not the Holocaust.
Many, many genocides have happened around the world throughout history and they really aren't comparable with one another.
Don't compare anything to the Holocaust. Just don't. Really, don't.

A big part of any woman's life is trying to find a way to avoid being harassed, humiliated, sexually abused or violently assaulted by m*n.
A big part of any m*n's life is being coddled by his mother, grandmother, relatives, authorities, girlfriend(s), wife, and then going on and harassing, humiliating, sexually abusing and assaulting women - and often not on his own, but in group, where the blame can be shifted and consequences evaded.
And women have to watch this all happen, have to endure being told off and instructed to clean and cook and work, while her brother, father, grandfather, cousin, uncle and relative are being coddled and given every right and praise that she will never get. Then she has to find a way to live in this world without becoming a victim to m*n just like these, who have learned that victimizing women is a fair game, since women to them are just lower social value and don't matter as much. She has to fight their way out of being seen as a resource that can be toyed with, manipulated, hurt and abandoned at will. She has to keep proving that she's not it, that she's different, or convince herself that m*n in her life don't see her that way, would never do that to her, that she's protected.
This is not a life anyone should be living. No woman deserves to be put in a position where she has to fight just for freedom and safety, just to not be a resource, against people who are stronger than her, and willing to inflict violence to get her way.

"Children are dying." Lull nodded. "That's a succinct summary of humankind, I'd say. Who needs tomes and volumes of history? Children are dying. The injustices of the world hide in those three words."
Steven Erikson, Deadhouse Gates, book 2 of the Malazan Book of the Fallen

What do love and justice require of us? Love and justice require us to tell the truth, as best we can, about historical and contemporary injustices... Love and justice require us to believe those who have the bravery and honesty to share their stories with us. Love and justice require us to examine our own practices and behaviours, and to work for systemic change.
Minute 27, Britain Yearly Meeting of the Society of Friends, 2022

Defend and Protect Black Women!!
Misogynoir medical bias is KILLING Black women disproportionately. If you know even a little history of how Black women have been systematically dehumanized and objectified in the medical industrial complex -you'd know this is FAR too common and it's despicable. These medical professionals should be losing their licenses to practice medicine.
"Black women are three to four times more likely to experience complications during pregnancy and childbirth and die from these complications compared with white women. Additionally, infants born to Black women are two times more likely to be born premature (<37 weeks of gestation) compared with infants born to white women."
"In the 19th century, J. Marion Sims performed experimental surgery on enslaved Black women without their consent to develop a cure for vesicovaginal fistula. These experiments facilitated the generations of two key health care scripts about Black women in the context of reproductive health care: (1) it is acceptable to perform procedures on Black women without their consent; and (2) Black women have a high tolerance for pain."
"Although there is a plethora of research documenting Black women's experiences of racism and discrimination while navigating perinatal care, much less has been reported regarding the relationship between racism and clinical care through the lens of clinicians' caring for Black women during pregnancy and childbirth."

Garder le silence ? - David Frenkel
Garder le silence ?
Devant les insultes
A son obligeance.
Tenez votre langue,
Affreuses vipères,
Vous l’avez blessé.
Vos phrases balancent
Le cruel tumulte
De votre arrogance
Dans la vile harangue.
Ses pleurs vitupèrent
L’affront ressassé.
Garder le silence ?
Devant la famine
Exterminatrice.
Comment restez cois !
Que vos intestins
Gargouillent de faim
Devant l’insolence
De vos vitamines
Quand la cicatrice
Rend inadéquat
Vos royaux festins.
Pleurez donc enfin !
Garder le silence ?
Devant les massacres
Honte à nous humains !
Nous sommes coupables
De n’avoir jamais
Hurlé le dégoût
Pour la nonchalance
Qui hélas consacre
Les vilaines mains
A l’insupportable.
