i am a cbt hater FOR LIFE

#one could probably pin down my doctor's visit schedule by when my cbt hateposting increases #girlie handed me a worksheet of thought distortions or whatever and every time i said something abt it she just read shit aloud from it like #it was a script 😭#i said when i can't stop thinking about shit like my dad i try to do something like listen to youtube videos and paint or play video games #and she said “that's avoidance tho”.
