i'm dying over that reveal. truly. truly. because on paper, the concept that ruby's mother was just an ordinary person and what made her so special was this belief everyone had feeding into her own mythology, creating something larger than life, is actually pretty cool. and, yeah, from wild blue yonder we know the doctor absolutely handed the power of suggestion over to an unknown entity that made it something tangible.. so it works.
sort of
but like. that 15 year old girl decided to drop her baby off at a church in the middle of the night in the most ostentatious, medieval looking cloak and then proceed to point mencingly at the road sign on the off chance the security camera would pick her up and that would somehow give someone the idea to name her daughter after said road sign??
i'm just saying... if that's the way you handle giving your baby up for adoption then there is absolutely nothing ordinary about you

Her Astrophel and Sterling
hmmm
Hmmmmmmmm
You know what.
You know those AU's where the Batfam finds or learns about either hidden or thought to be dead Al Ghul Danny! with a deaged/daughter Dani (Ellie) (I should know, I created a few of those storylines) but what if, now hear me out, what if instead of them finding Danny first its Talia.
Do I want Talia discovering her thought to be dead son to be alive? Yes. Do I want her to find him while investigating Amity Park when the League gets reports of 'Lazarus creatures/water'? Yes.
DO I WANT HER TO KNOCK ON THE FENTON'S DOOR, fully ready to pretend/honey talk her way into the house to uncover what the Fenton's know, ONLY TO MEET A LITTLE ELLIE?!
YES.
Ellie whose eyes and hair look like a copy of her Beloved but she can see bits and pieces of herself as well. Talia knows the child in front of her was not fully her's though but everything makes sense when she hears a voice, a voice she hasn't heard in ages but as a mother just knows, speak out.
"Ellie! I thought I said do not answer the door my Sterling."
"But Daddy, yous was busy fighting the hotdoggys!"
Talia's eyes widen when she finally catches sight of familiar black hair and blue eyes.
and she could only lightly whisper a old nickname she hasn't dared uttered in ages, a name she secretly gave her son due to his love of the stars "Astrophel..."

I hope Robert Sheehan knows that he changed many lives through Klaus despite how things ended for the character. Klaus Hargreeves made people feel seen, feel understood, feel less alone. He did his absolute best with the cards that he was given and he gave life to Klaus beautifully despite whatever the writers demanded of the character.
I'll take Klaus with me forever. Happily at that. Whether that ending happened or went differently, I would still love Klaus deeply. Forever will. I wouldn't trade all the years I've invested in Umbrella Academy and into my incredibly flawled but incredibly beautiful Klaus Hargreeves for nothing in the world. The end doesn't mean shit to me because I still got the good memories of the journey to remember.
Lots of love to Robert for his work. He made Klaus so human, so relatable, someone that I would give the world for just so he could be happy. I don’t see any other actor who could've done the beautiful and amazing job that he did by bringing Klaus to life in such a magical way. I will forever be thankful that he didn't turn down Klaus role in the end, despite considering it due to not wanting to be typecast to a role with similarities to Nathan from Misfits — and thanks to the friend who convinced him to give Klaus a chance!
Love you, Klaus Hargreeves. You'll be my bestie forever and ever, you lovely bastard.
