Hiiiii! These are some of my manifesting rules inspired by Sammy Ingrams video called “how to set your rules for manifesting” so if y’all wanna go watch it then just put that title YouTube :)

being her doesnt just happen, everything comes from habits. every single thing. the daily, non negotiable routines that keep your energy up and. its not about being perfect, its about being intentional. these rituals make me feel like the best version of myself, n i hope they can help u too! enjoy 🎀

DRINKING TEA:

drinking tea is one of my favorite rituals, i probably have it like 3 times a day. i always match it to my mood, it makes me feel so put together. its like a little reset. its an amazing way to slow down, and just feel calm if youve had an overwhelming moment.

WATCH YOUR DIET:

with kindness of course, theres absolutely nothing wrong with wanting to eat better, improve or feel more confident in your body. your food should support your goals, and make you feel good in every way, choosing foods that energize n benefit ur body is not abt restriction, its about caring for yourself.

DAILY MOVEMENT:

move your body for 30 minutes a day, and it can be whatever you prefer. it could be walking, dancing, stretching, working out. moving regularly improves your mood, strengthens ur mindset and overall boosts your health.

BASIC HYGIENE:

these are just the basic things that can help you feel clean and polished:

apply spf daily, even when ur indoors

cleanse ur face morning n night

wash ur hair as often as needed

and just in general keeping your body clean n cared for

these things feel obvious, but they create strucure!

BEAUTY RITUALS:

groom your eyebrows in a way that flatters your features. use makeup to enhance ur beauty. you dont need a full routine everyday, but when you do wanna doll urself up, do it in a way that feels you!

POSTURE + PRESENCE:

posture is such an important way to embrace confidence. standing tall, walking with intention n just holding ur body with such high energy is so fun. it really grounds yourself. try doing yoga, stretching, or just simply becoming aware of how u carry urself.

manifestation rules

everybody has a different set of beliefs when it comes to manifesting, determining their journey. some believe that nothing unfavourable can manifest for them, some believe that they can get whatever they want even if they react to their outer reality, ... whatever you choose to believe in creates the basis for the way you go about manifesting your desires. therefore, it's always nice to make manifesting easier and more effortless by sticking to certain rules that can protect, guide and make you feel more at ease while manifesting a certain desire.

applying the rules

it's totally up to you: you can make all of these your new rules or just pick a few new ones that resonate with you the most. the way you make these rules "work" is by simply declaring that this is now your new way of manifesting! don't worry, you don't have to learn them all by heart but remind yourself of them in times of manifesting. it's the most affective when you don't overcomplicate it!

here are the rules

everything conspires in my favour

i am the only creator in my reality

the world revolves around me

i’m the main character and always get my happy ending

manifesting is very easy for me

it’s all in my command and under my control

i’m the blueprint

all of my desires are meant for me

i effortlessly manifest the life of my dreams

everything is always about me

i am the prize, everything chases me

i decide what happens next

i am the god of my reality

i’m the master of my destiny

my desires are done deal 

everything is mine for the taking

i have my desires simply because i say so

as the god of my reality, it is my right to have everything i want

i get everything i desire since everything i say, goes

life is a game and i keep winning

i never fail to get what i want

it’s impossible for me to fail

not getting what i wish for isn’t possible

“failure” doesn’t exist in my life

others might not succeed but that doesn't go for me

i manifest quickly, effortlessly and instantly

my desires materialise very fast

i always get whatever i want whenever i want it

everything i want is being handed to me instantly

whatever i desire is mine in the very moment

i get whatever i want as soon as possible

i manifest regardless of everything and anything

there is no such thing as “impossible”, “illogical” or “unlikely” to manifest

circumstances don’t matter

the outside world doesn't affect me in any way

nothing can hinder my manifestation process

i cannot not get my desire

no one can stop me from attaining the life i want

the 3D immediately conforms

everything always works out perfectly for me

i am limitless

my abilities are infinite

anything is totally malleable 

i can change reality to my liking

the world only shows me what i wish to see

i mould my own world

in imagination, i have it all

regardless of any circumstances, i get whatever i like

intrusive thoughts, doubts or worries cannot influence my manifestations

the 3D quickly reflects my desires

my outer world shows me my inner world

negativity doesn’t exist for me

i am protected from anything undesirable

unfavourable thoughts never manifest for me

thinking about how often I see people try to point out the sanism of concepts like "narcissistic abuse" by saying "oh, you wouldn't call people with THIS diagnosis abusive for it!" and while I certainly agree with the basic point, this is just. such a flawed way of going about it.

"you wouldn't call it 'schizophrenic abuse!'" I have seen countless people call their loved ones abusive for being schizophrenic.

"you wouldn't call it '[non-cluster B PD] abuse!'" I've seen tiktoks armchair-diagnosing abusers with paranoid personality, supposed "experts" have treated schizoidism as a risk factor for becoming a serial killer, and some guy wrote an entire book labeling people from every cluster as "emotional vampires."

"you wouldn't call it 'alcoholic abuse!'" ??? why have I seen this one multiple times. "alcohol parent/spouse" is an extremely common shorthand for abuse.

don't get Me wrong, I fully believe in calling out sanism when you see it, but I also believe it's counterproductive to defend one group only by erasing the vitriol directed towards another.

here's a rule of thumb that basically never fails: if there's any diagnostic group that you believe isn't widely dehumanized, it's just because you haven't been in a position to witness it before.

1. Can I manifest...

The answer to this question is always yes. You can manifest anything you want as long as you can imagine having it.

2. I wanna manifest ____ but...

Okay so for this, I would rather have you tell me what you need help on in manifesting without the circumstances. You can tell me what you're not understanding about it and what you're having a hard time processing about manifesting instead. More so generally like "Hey Rian, I'm not seeing it in the 3d and I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

I need you to understand that the only one who's keeping that in your reality is you. Why? Attention is our currency (I learned from Neyah and various people) and what you focus on always, you will get more of it.

That's really important and we need to tell everyone about this more. I had a hard time myself before because I was paying attention to what I don't want. Pay attention to your affirmations and positive thoughts and good things. This is why I like the method of following my happiness when I'm resistant and paying attention to what I don't want cause it helps me take my mind off it.

So many of my asks have this exact question. While I'm not angry at it, of course not. It just gets repetitive and they're mostly paying attention to what they don't want and accepting the 3d as a fact. See your desires and affirmations as facts instead. Accept and internalize that more. Please do not contradict your affirmations. Keep saying yes and agreeing to them being true instead. Leave the 3d alone. It doesn't have any meaning except the meaning you give it.

You were saying it's done I have this thing then suddenly you saw something in the 3d and you gave it meaning.

"Oh this means he doesn't want me."

"Oh my God no it's not working!"

"Oh no where is it? I affirmed so much, we should be rich by now"

You contradicted yourself and gave it meaning but you could have done this instead:

You don't accept it as a fact. You keep thinking your desire is a fact already.

For SP:

"It doesn't have any meaning. Oh he's still so in love with me.

For money: looking at your wallet with not much money.

"Oh I don't have much cash, all my money is in the bank and I like to use credit cards. Been using my black card lately. I'm so rich."

Stop letting a dead reality that's just reflecting you to change your mind. Try and practice this with small desires.

You're the boss! Don't forget that. It's not "the 3d is the boss", sometimes everyone needs that reminder. Seek validation from your mind! You say how it is! You just need to keep going inwards. Even just reminding yourself gently whenever you think about it is enough.

3. I have a stubborn mind.

This is not an attack. I just wrote this here to remind you that ALL OF YOUR THOUGHTS ARE AFFIRMATIONS and that YOU CHOOSE WHAT YOU WANT TO BE TRUE OR NOT.

Please, let's stop saying things like this. You are persisting on a negative affirmation. You could accept instead that you believe and accept your affirmations as facts immediately.

Just wanted to remind everyone that you just need to change your mind and your assumptions.

4. The law of assumption is fake.

Then why are you here? I've answered these kinds of asks multiple times and it's getting annoying. If that's your belief then it's fine but why are you here in Loablr then? It doesn't make any sense. So don't believe it, if that's what you want. You don't need to go to multiple loa bloggers and tell them your BS beliefs for no reason.

love video game design so much.. hades 2 has me thinking about what kinds of boons dteam would give, their duo boons, and what a boss fight would be. like the three furies and minotaur + theseus kind of boss fight for all of dteam with new lines and moves when you knock one out

also originally had an idea for it to be cdteam and you would learn more about their relationship/help mend it somewhat like you do with achilles and patroclus but the only problem with that was that you kinda have to play from an outsider character and i didnt know who that would be 🤔
