This was probably unlike what you wanted and very ooc Liu Kang??? I just think he’d be the type of guy to selflessly put others first and prioritise their safety over his own cuz he’s fully aware of his capabilities. Not saying that the man can’t be selfish but I just don’t think that he had it in him to be. If you get what I’m saying? Or I could be wrong and this is all still a bunch of ooc bollocks.

Liu Kang finds your crush on him amusing to say the least and doesn’t say anything in regards to it out of the respect he had for you, unless it was brought up by you first, but however finds your attempts at hiding your crush on him even more amusing; essentially with the way you’d try to act nonchalant within his presence but to Liu Kang, it comes as stiff and uncomfortable to the point he’s concerned that you might hurt yourself.

He’s very flattered but that could very well easily comes across as him being a little awkward and not in a negative way either, it’s just that since he was a god, the title came along with an abundance of duties that cannot simply be pushed to one side for a later date; so dealing with such mundane matters such as crushes and the fear of rejection felt like a lifetime ago for Liu Kang.

While the crush you have on him is very sweet but Liu Kang fears that even if he did pursue this, he wouldn’t ever have enough time for you to form an established relationship. He wouldn’t know your interests, your hobbies, your likes and dislikes nor get to know or ever meet your family and because of that Liu Kang didn’t want to subject you to such. He couldn’t be the man that your fantasies made him out to be, he wouldn’t live with himself if he was the reason for your pain and heartbreak, you deserve everything and so much more and despite what his status maybe, he couldn’t give that to you unfortunately.

Being a god doesn’t grant him leniency I’m afraid.

And no matter how much it may tug on his heart strings, Liu Kang wasn’t one to give up his resolve once it was made. He’d enforce it and remind himself that a relationship between the two of you wouldn’t end well, and that it would only end with you inevitably loosing yourself and loosing the love you once had for him along the way.

Liu Kang only wants to protect you from the harm you’d endure if you were to be by his side. It wasn’t something he was willing to risk but he had came to respect that ultimately the choice was yours to make, not his and because of that Liu Kang would probably contemplate on whether or not it’d be a smart idea as to keeping a close eye on you, just in case. While loving him would be a blessing, it also came with it’s sacrifices.

So instead, Liu Kang chooses to watch you from afar then up close.

Azriel shadow-walked them to the front door of their home from the River Manor. Typically, he preferred to fly. But with Elain two months from giving birth to the twins, and their adopted Illyrian son, flying became too much of a challenge to do so safely. Especially since Kaden was still learning how to properly fly, having not been taught before he was left at the orphanage, nor during his time spent there.

It was something Azriel could relate to more so than anyone else. That fear of flying becomes ingrained into your mind without realizing it until you’re standing on the edge of a cliff with a looming drop before you.

Kaden had tremendously improved since they began their flying lessons, but he still struggled to maintain himself if caught in a wind draft and Azriel preferred not to have his pregnant wife in his arms should he need to save his son.

So, when it was the three of them—soon to be five, gods spare him—he preferred the easier method of transportation. He still couldn’t believe they were going to be a family of five soon. He didn’t know what he did to be blessed with such a beautiful wife and the most perfect children. Lord knows he had done atrocities for the sake of his court. But somehow, through all the darkness surrounding him, Elain saw the light he never knew was shining inside of him.

A recording of an intimate experience I had with Lord Lucifer.

I’m just vibing by Lucifer and Aphrodite’s altar. My old deity candle for Lucifer was close to being burnt out so I did a little ritual to bless a new candle in front of my Aphrodite sculpture (yay!!! I’m still very excited about that)

And Lucifer was extremely active, which was really nice. I ended up writing a few grimoire pages with his help and it was a cool vibe. Then Lucifer’s presence absolutely overwhelms me and the entire space. He comes in a very breathy whisper and his energy is hot and smouldering rather than smooth and warm like usual. It’s intimidating. I almost wonder if I’ve done something wrong

Lucifer: I want to have you

Me: I’m here, my lord! ❤️ whatever you want!

Lucifer: no, I want to have you, all of you, it’s been too long since we last had each other. I want to remind you how dear you are to me

Me: 😳 (aaaa!!!!) what can I do for you?

Lucifer: There��s a pink toy you got recently that I haven’t blessed yet. Let me put my hands upon it so I may put my hands on you. Make the room completely dark except for the light of my candle. Abandon your dress. Pray for Aphrodite’s comfort while I dominate you. Say my enn and give yourself to me completely.

Lucifer: you are too good to me, sweet creature of mine. (!!!) Please relax and clear your mind, let all troubles escape you. You don’t need to think, I’ll take care of everything. If you must have a thought let it be of how wonderful you are.

He makes me look in the mirror as I honour him, bowing before my altar as an act of self worship. I look up and see his blazing eyes looking down on me, terrifyingly gorgeous. My body becomes a temple of flesh, a chalice to be filled with bliss. I can’t help but think of my partner, and he applauds me for this, reminding me of how sweetly Venus has blessed me.

*Deep into trance the vivid feeling of snakes slithering up my thighs and gentle light enveloping me is almost too much to take. Never have I been embraced so tenderly by him before. And the deep whispers of his breathless voice twinkle in my ears, soothing and encouraging me towards climax. “You are my dear devotee, I am forever close to you” Through every step he directs me and praises me, telling me how good I’m doing, how impressed he is and how much he appreciates me. “Look at how amazing you are. How have I been blessed with a devotee so wonderful?” I feel as if I am floating and falling at the same time, all the singing voices of the wind harmonize as his candle burns tall. He celebrates every curve of my body, and we both call out to Aphrodite.*

I sleep soundly for hours, feeling as though I am laying in a field of flowers, blanketed by his warmth and love. He caresses my hair softly, thanking me, until I awake just in time to watch the evening star rise into the sky. When my lover arrives home from work he seems even more beautiful than when he left this morning. Oh gods. I’m overwhelmed by how much I love him. And suddenly I feel beautiful too, and we cook dinner and relax on the balcony together as Hesperus rises. Later in the evening I show him everything Lucifer taught me and hopefully bestow him even a tenth of my bliss. I thank Venus for blessing me with such beautiful, marvellous things, and know that I am well deserving of them. I remember why I am his, and I revel in the fact.

Thank you Lord Lucifer, my love. I am beyond blessed to be with you.

These experiences don’t always come often but I am always fascinated by them whenever I’m lucky enough for them to occur.

When he first met you, as in when he accidentally took you in, he thought you were gonna be an annoying ghost. And you are but you are HIS annoying ghost and you somehow took his heart. God bless him because he's gonna lose it when he realises his feelings.

He wanted to tease you by calling him 'master' until he realises how weird that is and quickly tried to play it off. However, you use this to teased him everything and he gets red every single time.

He's probably gonna get hard on accident. I'm sorry but this is a depressing shut in man and you're telling me that he hasn't had human contact for years? Boom. Especially with you outfit, revealing your jacked arms and a little bit of a chest, he's a man and he's half honest.

After finding out about the backstory and such, you face away for a moment before facing towards him and leaning against him to comfort both him and yourself from what you've seen. Yes, you may be a powerful and cocky person but you're not a monster. Imagine you joining in with playing with the 'children' even if you're a ghost, that'll be so cute.

You cannot tell me that Kim Gong-ja isn't a MALEWIFE that will kill anyone who is a threat to him and his wife(you). He is the malewife husband that works. I wanna see how affectionate he can get with you and soft.

One thing I’m wondering is if Aretia was tricked by Navarre. Obviously Navarre wants to hide the venin from Violet but what if they/Tauri had an ulterior motive? What if they’re hoping because of her lack of preparation, Violet dies because of a venin which results in Xaden’s death and the destabilization of Tyrrendor, without having to get their hands dirty. They could consolidate the hatching grounds back in the Vale. The political implications literally just occurred to me and if that’s the case, Aretia were gonna get end up in a war against the venin and Navarre either way and they chose the option that put them at a severe disadvantage.

I feel like this should’ve been the canon Empyrean storyline if I’m being honest. I’m seeing these characters in a whole new way and I personally think this is so much more compelling. I think this fic in particular could take the place of Iron Flame and book 1 could’ve focused on the breakdown of Violet and Dane’s and her taking care of herself during her first year without the help of Xaden. If you couldn’t tell, I love this story! Can’t wait to read the next chapter (whenever that may be, take your time 💕)

'Phew...'😌Well, I have to say, what another eventful year this has turned out to be - going to TFNation in August, Thursford Christmas Spectacular in November, and losing a few more beloved stars of our childhood and our hearts (God bless them~🙏🏻😔) It was certainly a year of watching a lot of movies at the cinema for me, which I totally enjoyed😁Especially watching Trolls Band Together, The FNAF Movie, The Super Mario Bros.
