☕️ which nfl team would you recommend a beginner (like me, for instance) to watch?
Wowowow a question abt the nfl um… I think it really depends on what you like in a team!! If you like a team being good then be a chiefs fan (though I obviously do not support that decision as a bengals fan). Teams that are young and on the rise? I guess the texans... there is like an appropriate amount of potential homoerotic tension on that team methinks. Like you could ship people on that team. (honestly i think every nfl team has at least one ship if you squint hard enough) (however some teams do have it easier in terms of shippability bc of young talent and The Narratives™️)
I would say that for a beginner it's probably best to pick a team that isn't super frustrating unless you're into that (me when i decided to be a falcons and bengals fan) (but at least the bengals have turned it around! tbd on the falcons). Sometimes teams get better! And it's kind of a flex to say you were there from the start.
Unbiasedly for the potential romances I would say like the Texans, the Bears… any young team really. Aesthetically (like the way they play) the Lions are pretty nice, as well as the 49ers and Chiefs (and I’m sure there’s yaoi there if you look). The Bengals can be good in that regard but also do have the more established pairings because of the larger fanbase on here. The Bills could be interesting even after divorce (💔) but I do understand that they have a few question marks going into the season.

What do you think about this?
I honestly like the idea of Adam seeing God as his father. Eve...probably wouldn't because she came from Adam but she would respect him to the best of her abilities. Lilith would definitely not see him that way.

not even JRR Tolkien, who famously developed the concept of the Secondary World and firmly believed that no trace of the Real World should be evoked in the fictional world, was able to remove potatoes from his literature. this is a man who developed whole languages and mythologies for his literary world, who justified its existence in English as a translation* simply because he was so miffed he couldn't get away with making the story fully alien to the real world. and not even he, in extremis, was so cruel as to deny his characters the heavenly potato. could not even conceive a universe devoid of the potato. such is its impact. everyone please take a moment to say thank you to South Americans for developing and cultivating one of earth's finest vegetables. the potato IS all that. literally world-changing food. bless.
