Danny and Dani and their relationship: A Question

Okay here is something I want to get out of my chest about a trope in DP fanfics which always confuse me: There are some fics in which Danny's relationship with Dani are depicted as father and daughter. And I mean not as a joke for a quick laugh I mean the serious type. Like where did that come from?

I mean in the show they agreed to have a cousin relationship with each other and Dani saw Vlad as her dad, well until the betrayal in " Kindred Spirit"( and vice verca for Vlad seeing Dani as his daughter even in "D-Stabilized"). Even genetically as a clone Dani is more akin to a sibling than a daughter.

If we compare clone realtionships in other media, the clone are never depicted as a child to the original e.g. Cell in Dragon Ball Z is not the child of all Z-Fighter just because he has all genetics of them; Lara Croft's clone in the Atlantis level in the Original game ( or in Underworld) is also not a child of her. Heck, even in real life identical twins are not children to each other just because the genetics are the same, they are siblings.

Then there are some fics which just degrade Dani's personality in just calling Danny "daddy" all the time. She is an incomplete clone and there are also some fics in which they explore the angst in which she feels inferior to Danny because of her status, and degrading her personality in just calling Danny "daddy" all the time is kinda… sad.

Then there is the stuff with the other clones in " Kindred Spirit". Are they Danny's children too? Did he destoyed his children, like whoops that happens? Does he feel loss, regret, guilt? This is like never explored in these stories with this trope.

These are just fanfics and people can write whatever I don't need to read this stuff or I even can brush it off when the rest of the story is good just a little confused but no further comment on that. But then there is the big elephant in the room which is the end of AGiT and I want to really know how people describe the relationship of Danny and the clone of Danny, who is the vessel of Phantom , who in turn is the fusion of future Phantom and future Plasmius, and who presumably must inhabit the clone forever because he destibilzes without an anchor for the timeline?! ( Also there are also like a dozen new identical clones of Danny which are then now all his children too?)

This trope also kinda happens often superman fanfics with his clone but I think even in the offfcial DC material Superman never saw his clone as a son.( Maybe a hint from where this trope came from with the saturation of DPxDC fics?)

Here’s the real question, how long do you guys think it's going to take for some of agit’s lore to infiltrate dp x dc? Cuz it is like its own pocket fandom that’s not all that concerned about canon and stuff like that.

My question is, why are there so many more people subscribed to Dan and Phil's personal channels than the gaming channel? And why does Dan have so many more than Phil? Is there just a huge community of people that are fan of one of them and somehow doesn't connect them with the other? No hate. Just very confused. I've never met or interacted with someone who liked one and not the other.
