(i made two portions ,16 pieces in total, the calories are for 8 pieces, about 30 per piece)
okay first of all…sorry that i was gone so long! depressions got a bit worse and i also found some new hobbies that took a lot of my attention but i try to post every once in a while:)
and nowwww these kinda icecream bars are actually soo good for the summer i absolutely love them!
you need:
-60g of fruit (doesn’t really matter which one, couls change the texture tho)
-2tbsp of yogurt (i used skyr) |22cals|
-2tsp coconut oil |90cals|
-1tbsp cream cheese |90cals|
how to:
just combine everything in a blender,blend until snooth and then just freeze for about three hours:)
i made mine with strawberries and blueberries and i must say that the blueberries made the whole thing a bit more „icy“ becaue they had more juice!
i let them freeze overnight but 3hours should be fine as well:) i also think a chocolate kind would be tasty.
cals might be a bit off because i forgot to weight correctly but ut shouldn’t be too much! maybe 10cals +/-

Recipe:
2 english cucumbers, peeled and sliced
1 cup plain yoghurt
2 garlic gloves, minced
1/2 lemon juice
pinch of sugar
salt, pepper and dill as you like
Make the dressing and then add the cucumbers. Enjoy!

Healthy Mac and Cheese - 198 kcal/3g protein

Servings: 8 - 198 kcal/3g protein per 1/2 cup serving
8 oz. whole-wheat or brown rice elbow macaroni 
3 wedges of laughing cow light cheese 
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese 
6 oz (¾ cup) fat-free evaporated milk 
2 tablespoon butter 
1 teaspoon salt 
¼ teaspoon dry mustard 
Black pepper, to taste 
Pinch of cayenne pepper, optional
Cook the Noodles: Boil the noodles according to package directions (about 8-9 minutes) until cooked to the desired tenderness. Drain noodles and return to the pot.
Add Butter and Laughing Cow Cheese: Set the stove to low heat. Add the butter and Laughing Cow Cheese to the hot noodles and stir until melted.
Add Milk, Shredded Cheese, and Seasonings: Add the evaporated milk, shredded cheddar, salt, pepper, dry mustard, and pinch of cayenne pepper. Stir until mixed well.
Cook the Sauce: set the stovetop to medium-low. Stir and simmer the mac and cheese until all of the cheese is melted and the sauce reaches the desired thickness.
Serve: serve hot! Optionally top with parmesan cheese or additional shredded cheddar.
NOTES
Instant Pot Instructions: To make the noodles in the Instant Pot, add 2 cups of water and the elbow noodles to the Instant Pot. Cook for 4 minutes high pressure, followed by a quick release. There is no need to drain the water (most of it should have been absorbed into the noodles). Set the Instant Pot to Saute Low heat and follow steps 2-4 to make the cheese sauce.
Add-ins: To make it a meal, top with chicken and veggies of your choice! Check out the post above for ideas for toppings.

Low cal Hibachi Style Zuchini Recipe (51 cal)
-0 calorie cooking spray
-1 or 2 tablespoons of soy sauce (I use 2)
-1 zucchini cut however you like (I like small pieces)
-salt & pepper & garlic powder
1. Spray pan and sauté zucchini until mostly soft
2. While sautéing season zucchini with salt pepper and garlic
3. When zucchini are mostly soft, add 1-2 tablespoons of soy sauce and stir frequently for 1-2 minutes until coated and soft.
4. Enjoy a huge portion of low calorie zucchini <3
This is super delicious, and super filling. I recommend using low sodium soy sauce if you have intolerance to salt (bloating) or drinks lot of water during and after. You can use a table spoon of margarine or oil to sauté zucchini (tastes really yummy) but that does add the calories from that to the 51 I posted up top. 51 calories includes 2 tablespoons of regular sodium Kikkoman soy sauce.

When y’all act like reading comprehension on tumblr is the worst I can tell you’ve never read tiktok comments
A video can be like “of course it’s okay to collect anime figures of minors but I dislike the way this character was portrayed as sexual in the show so I no longer like this figure” and the comments are filled with people arguing with the statement “it’s not okay to make anime figures of minors” which was never even remotely said
“I like Sonico because she has a more common body type that most anime figures do not have” turns into “I personally despise skinny people and think you’re freaks”
“This video that said there are no excuses not to do x is incorrect because there are a lot of reasons to be unable to do x”, comments filled with people arguing the original post never said there were no excuses (or somehow magically imbued the sentence with “doesn’t apply to disabled people”) when the literal words they used were “there are no excuses”

Running around in Andromeda and having to make these cryopod decisions has me thinking a lot again about the strange tendency in a lot of sci-fi to just…. Forget the little things that make a society tick. The people, the jobs, the work done that… without it, sure, maybe we won’t starve, but we’re not…. a Society, y’know? And we sure as hell won’t function half as well.
Who is cutting people’s hair? Who’s fixing the clothes (especially when resources for New Things are so scarce)? Who’s cleaning, and cooking, and looking after kids or others who need help?
Give me more appreciation for the everyday workers in sci-fi, dammit.

Weigh in day is technically tomorrow. Today was preemptive. I feel thinner. I was hoping for anything under 226, which has been my fucking sticking point. I haven't been under this weight since 2002. I have hit 226 now 4 times. Once in 2010, and 3 times this year. I want to blow past this weight, just for my mental health, DAMMIT.
I thought yesterday went decided, except for the headache. That was rough.
First meal was ground beef & gravy... then I think I had some snacks. A pack of popchips and a mini kind bar. Then I had these low carb stuffed peppers- they were good but I am still working on that recipe, I think it could be better.
After work, I went to Ross to see what they had for skinny syrups. Not much. 2 bottles in the whole store. Well, fuck it, I snagged them.
Came home, did some things.
Mom wasn't hungry so I didn't have a "dinner". I did have this dessert, which was strawberries, cake artic zero, & a gluccie pudding I made last week that didn't set quite right.

Strawberry Penna Cottas - 130 kcal/5g protein

Servings: 4 - 130 kcal/5g protein per serving
1-1/2 cups whole milk
1-1/2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
1-1/2 pints strawberries, halved
2 tablespoons Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pint strawberries, sliced
Sprinkle gelatin over milk in a small saucepan; let stand 1 minute. Cook over low heat, stirring until gelatin dissolves (do not boil). Set aside to cool.
Process 1-1/2 pints strawberries in a food processor, or until pureed, stopping to scrape down sides. Press strawberries through a fine wire-mesh strainer into a bowl, discarding solids. Stir cooled milk mixture into strawberry puree. Add Splenda Granulated Sweetener and vanilla, stirring until Splenda Granulated Sweetener dissolves.
Coat 4 (6-ounce) ramekins with cooking spray. Divide strawberry mixture evenly among ramekins. Cover each ramekin with plastic wrap; refrigerate 4 hours or overnight until panna cottas are set.
Run a knife around the edge of each panna cotta and unmold onto serving plates. Serve with sliced strawberries.

Banana Nut popsicle ~ approx. 150-200 cal
This recipe is good for a more filling snack/meal. Sometimes I eat these for breakfast lol.
So what you're gonna need is bananas, nut butter (i used sunflower seed butter), and cinnamon. popsicle sticks are optional but recommended.
cut ur banana in half both ways. then put the sections on parchment paper on a tray that is suitable for the freezer. stick the popsicle sticks into the banana gently so you don't split it. lather the top with nut butter, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
let it freeze for 8 hrs, and you'll get this amazing ice cream-like consistency from the banana and a chocolate shell type of crunch from the frozen nut butter. the cinnamon makes it just taste even better! yum!!
