How to study during bad days 🙇🏻‍♀️
We all have those days when studying feels impossible. But science-backed strategies can help you stay on track even when motivation is low!
🧠 1. Use the “5-Minute Rule”
Research shows that getting started is often the hardest part. Tell yourself you’ll study for just 5 minutes—chances are, you’ll keep going!

To study more, I'll try to do the pen technic. Basically, you write until you study/write until your pen runs out of ink.
Right now, I am trying to build a discipline. I have to show up to study, every day, at least three hours or four hours !
I'll take it progressively, but I want to reach my twelve hours goal.
To help me be more productive, I also join study streams. ( There is a website called studystream), and there are people who are always online, streaming themselves studying.
Am I really gonna let everyone outwork me ?
No, I won't.
And you won't as well.

Sometimes it's OK to work WITH your neurodivergency instead of against it. Hyperfixated on something that has some sort of soundtrack? See if you can manage to study while listening to it. The same thing works with any kind of music if you can find piano covers. And it can go way past that, if something helps you, it doesn't matter if it's stupid or not. You know what's one of the things that has helped me the most recently? Carrying around a photocard of my favorite kpop boy in a lanyard with me, for some reason it serves as comfort, specially when I'm lonely. And another thing for the kpop girlies is VLIVES ARE YOUR BEST FRIEND! If you have a hard time eating, mukbangs can help if you don't like eating alone but also just vlives or variety shows in general, having something that makes you look forward to eating, makes you more likely to remember to do it. If rewards work for you, set those rewards baby. Body doubling does miracles? Join a study discord and study with people online (or watch study livestreams but I feel like discord or studystreams are more effective because you know someone is seeing you studying). Think 5min study breaks are too boring cause you can't really do anything fun in 5min? Try animedoro and see if it works for you since it has longer breaks that can fit reading a bit or an episode of a show. If your brain works best at night, instead of forcing yourself to wake up super early and struggle, study at night. (Of course if your routine allows it) WORK WITH YOUR BRAIN NOT AGAINST IT!!!! You've heard of work smarter not harder, this is a way of doing that

day 4/70 (1 semester)
the weekend actually passed quite efficiently for me since i did not all, but a part of tasks i had wanted to do.
i did literature, english and maths and part of chinese home task. also i did some extra practice just for myself in english and chinese. it took me long, especially chinese because i started reorganising my vocabulary. nevertheless, i'm sure it's worth it.

i also discovered StudyStream, and i think i'd like to use it more because such kind of studying certainly helps to keep my focus on the tasks on the hand. i'm sure i'm doing really great
