No Guilt Here!!! Last weekend was one of celebration and a little more indulging than I have done in a while. But one weekend doesn’t make or break my health and wellness goals! I got back on track this week. I got all my workouts in and nailed my macros each day, as well as hit my intermittent fasting goals. So I have no guilt in indulging in these tasty treats today.
