Sometimes we cant really see our improvement until we stop for a second and ask ourselves how things were a month, 6 months or 2 years ago. Then suddenly we realise things indeed have changed. . The above pic gives a few signs that can point towards your healing. It is often the changed bodily or emotional reaction that indicates progress. The edge has been taken off things that used to highly trigger you or hurt deeply. . Be sure to take some time to track your progress and to celebrate that. Take a deep breath, you're doing great. Metaphysical Anatomy™️ is a trauma release based personal development process. Any successful healing tool must enable a client to complete their trauma. Unfortunately, in many modalities, the client is guided to relive the trauma. Metaphysical Anatomy allows a person to not only complete trauma but to resolve specific traumas without talking about it or reliving it in any way. People use their trauma to establish boundaries with others. By letting go of a trauma, you fear it might cause feelings of vulnerability and weakness. In addition, you might fear to let it go, as you are so familiar with the abusive or challenging circumstances. Any change in your circumstances may cause you to feel unsafe and stressed. Familiarity often overpowers common logic, as you do not know how to survive in a new set of circumstances. This is where we underestimate how intelligent our body and coping skills are. Once old patterns and coping skills are released, new ones are created automatically. Whether these new coping skills are good or bad depends on how well the old trauma and patterns were resolved. In many cases, the original trauma that has affected a person may have occurred before their birth. In order to complete the trauma using the MA technique, I acknowledge that there was trauma or a family history of trauma. People open themselves up to the possibility that survival instinct is holding a trauma in place. Awareness is a powerful place to start a healing process! Recently we have been tuning into foundation in sight of sharing with others “better” what we offer in means to connect & transform lives from ancient practises …. I used to have a tough time with number 1 & 3 myself…⁣ ⁣ Emotions are often split into two categories: good emotions (emotions that we like to feel) and bad emotions (emotions that we’d rather not ever feel).⁣ ⁣ While it may take some convincing that there are no such things as negative emotions, all #emotions are information. They are messengers and guides helping us to understand ourselves better and process things that are going on in our lives.⁣ ⁣ I wanted to use color in this post to illustrate that there can be lots of different colors but that colors aren’t wrong, just like our emotions aren’t wrong. These are just energies that are interpreted differently by our nervous system and they help point us toward our true north.⁣ ⁣ Our relationship to emotions can be affected early on when we are taught that certain emotions are desirable for us to display and others are simply unacceptable.
