TODAY WAS NOT YOUR DAY, to say the least.

This morning had already started off...not the greatest. Your bow had a stain on it and you almost lost your favorite pair of shorts, not to mention you accidentally showed up to practice wearing the wrong shirt.

But things really started to deescalate when a girl's foot had accidentally collided with your nose, leaving it severely red and irritated as fat tears trickled down your cheeks, a red swelling blossoming against your skin as your coach sat you out of practice. You swore it was broken by the way all your pain was leveraged onto one side of your nose over the other, but the trainer insisted that it was probably just severely irritated and bruised.

As practice ended, you made your way into your car as your short, manicured nails grasped around the gear shift in utter pain. You put your vehicle into drive and flew down to your shared apartment that you and your boyfriend resided in, the courtesy of going to colleges that weren't too far from each other.

When you walked into your home, you made your way to your bedroom as you knocked twice.

"Come in, baby." You heard your boyfriend announce, the rhythm of your knock letting him know that it was you. You pushed the door open and sighed, leaning against the doorframe as your cheer bag slung over your shoulders. Miles is sitting propped up on the couch in your room, controller nudged in between both hands with a headset on. He turns to you and starts to ask you how your day has been, but when he takes note of the tears pooling in your puffy eyes and the ice pack that rests on your nose, he slowly takes off his headset, "Yo, I'mma have to hit y'all later. I need to talk to my girl."

He motions for you to come here, and you drag over to him, standing in between his sweatpant clad thighs. He furrows his eyebrows as he looks up at you with glossy eyes, "What's the matter with you, ma? Why you got that ice pack on your nose?"

You start your sentence, but Miles places his thick hands on your upper thighs, pulling you onto his lap. He licks his lips intensively before cocking his head to the side, maintaining sincere eye contact with you.

"Dime qué está mal, mi amor."

Sniffling, you gave him a weak shrug, "Got hit 'n bruised my nose...look at it!" You exclaimed with an element of downheartedness laced in your voice, taking the ice pack off of your nose to let your lover see. "This freaking girl kicked me in my face and now my nose is like, on the other side of my face. And my coach didn't even ask me if I was okay, he just sat me out! Do you now how discouraging that is? I-"

"Shh, mami." Miles cooed, one of his hands coming up to lightly feel your nose. He brushed the sides of it with the padding of his gentle fingers, his brown irises widening when he feels a bump on the side of your nostril. "It's swollen as hell- I won't hold you, but it'll go away soon, I promise. But I'm sorry you had a bad day, princess."

He places his lips on your neck, peppering kisses there as you sniffle a laugh at him, your sensitive skin tickling at his touch. He then tilted his head to the side, "You gon be okay? You still pretty, even with a broken nose."

You feel your eyes water at his statement, worry coursing through your veins as you pouted at him, "It's broken?"

"No, mama," Miles chuckled, lightly pecking you on your pretty lips, "It's perfect. Just perfect."

Ok I know I’ve been gone for over a month BUT HEAR ME OUT GUYS‼️

I’ve been going through this phrase where I’m reading a lot of yandere content rn (I gobble that shit UP), and idk the toxicity of it all is giving me a lot of inspo lowkey💀

Like imagine a manipulative reader. HEAR ME OUUUTT

No one knows it but reader is a secret spy at camp half blood (love this trope) and grows super close to Percy. Like they grow close really quickly, you show him your deepest secrets and whatnot to gain his trust and he doesn’t even know it.

Percy shares his own secrets and experiences with you because he feels so connected to you!! It’s on a whole different level and he can’t help but slowly fall for you. And you know this. As much as it hurts you (or doesn’t) to gain the trust of this boy who’s obviously fallen for you, you know you gotta do your job.

You begin to know him on such a deep level and you use it to your advantage. You sway and manipulate any choices he has to make.

Im still on the first few chapters of heroes of Olympus so I still don’t know the plot to it sorry💀 so let’s just say reader is manipulating Percy for their own personal gain, or like planning to sell any information they gain from him to monsters, who knows.

Percy has no clue what’s so ever, but Annabeth can sense something’s off with you. The way you cling to Percy, almost like a leech, as her suspicious.

And when she confronts you, tears. Tears EVERYWHERE. And Percy falls for them. He falls for your crocodile tears because it physically HURTS him to see you crying.

He would console you, quickly muttering sweet nothings as he rubs your arms in order to ‘calm’ you down, hugging you, not knowing the dark look in your eyes as you stare down Annabeth.

Lowkey you would start pitting him against everyone around camp. Lying to him by saying how there’s nasty rumors going around about you made by some of the campers. You’re basically the devil on his shoulder, whispering into his ears exaggerated lies and deception.

And Percy believes everything you say! Why? Because he’s too down bad. This dude practically worships the ground you walk on, so when you slowly start influencing the decisions he makes, he doesn’t question it.

He believes that youre only trying to help him😭 that you only want what’s best for him so he blindly trusts your judgement.

He trusts you sm that he tells you everything you ask about. And if it’s after he went into the Styx river, he’ll even tell you where his weakness. his WEAKNESS

Like bro. You even start to realize that you’ve dragged yourself too deep into what you thought was a game. People and monsters would kill to have this information, you could get killed if anyone found out you knew.

You start feeling guilty for taking advantage of Percy. I mean, he willingly told you the one thing that can kill him, it’s such a big weight on your shoulders now that you can’t help the shame from creeping on you.

Idk, this reader seems like the type to run from their problems, so they most likely do. Over the course of a night, you disappear, cutting all contact with Percy, the camp, everything. You would leave nothing but a short and curt note to him and maybe even Annabeth.

‘Percy, I’m so sorry for lying to you. You didn’t see it but Annabeth did. I’m sorry. -y/n’

And that’s it. Percy would be so hurt and confused, betrayed when he finds out everything. He wants to believe that it’s some sick joke but this is his reality.

He gave you all of him and you just threw it on the ground and crushed it beneath your feet. You quite literally ripped this poor dudes heart straight of his chest with zero remorse, how could you do that to him bro?💀💀💀

"i literally pays the bills in this house. you don't have the right to dictate what i do with my money." the ice cold words that leave jungkook's lips puncture your heart like a tranquilizer bullet, rendering you stupefied at the unfamiliar man in front of you.

you swallow in perturbation at the sight of your indignant husband- the same man who vowed to love and protect you for life. his chest rapidly rises and falls, a hand angrily swiping through his hair in a feeble attempt to calm his raging nerves.

you felt like you've never seen this man in your life. who is he?

your adam's apple bobs in your throat before your inhale deeply, mustering the courage to grace him with a palpable response. "baby, all i said was that i don't think it's wise for you to keep spending money at Armani- i know how hard you work and im grateful-"

your words falter when jungkook shoots you an incredulous look before he scoffs. he's glaring bullets at you like you're his arch nemesis, and it grieves you beyond belief. tears that threaten to spill from your waterline begin to fall from your eyes with each plink, and the pattern of your breathing becomes painfully unpatterned.

you think that you stop breathing at the next words that shoot out of his mouth.

"but are you grateful? cause i feel like all you do is bitch and complain whenever i get home from work. you just don't get that i'm fucking tired."

the most excruciating agony courses through your veins. had you been standing, your legs would cease its function and you would have definitely collapsed. you scrutinize your husband, jaw violently quivering because you don't recognize who this person is.

"look- i'm sorry for yelling at you," despite what the bullshit he's regurgitating, his words are entirely disingenuous; he just wants to end whatever the fuck this is and go to sleep. his next words indicate just as much. "but i'm fucking exhausted from work right now so i'm going to head to sleep. you're welcome to join me in bed but you can use the guest room if you're mad- or whatever."

you gawk at his words, his coldness is practically tangible; it forms goosebumps on your skin and makes you shiver. the humiliation spreads through your system vexatiously, as if he just ignited a cataclysmic wildfire in your system, one that fiercely burns down any empathy you had in your heart.

jungkook doesn't even spare you a glance before he grovels up the stairs. his steps falter when the echo of your sobs bounces of the walls and reaches his ears. he closes his eyes, his hand coming up to massage his temples. he can't believe he has to deal with this.

"jeon jungkook, you don't get to fucking talk to me like that! you are born from nepotism!" the words rip from your throat as you uncontrollably sob into your hands. "i would be ten times more successful than you had i been given the shit you have in your life!"

jungkook exhales steadily, not even properly processing what you're saying from how how incredibly burned out he is. with a harrowing day at work, and now this? he can't take it anymore. he takes a seat on the stairs, maneuvering his head to crack his neck and hopefully expel all the stress accumulating in his body.

the shrill of your screaming immediately snap jungkook back to reality.

"the only reason i'm not fucking working is because i'm taking care of our fucking children! i've thrown my whole life away for our kids. if i could go back to work, i would but i can't right now because my body has been fucking ruined from carrying our children!" the clarity of your words debilitate as you continue, and at the end of your rant all that is coherent are your desperate and heartbroken cries.

when you effectively muffle your sobs with the cup of your palm, a deadly silence washes over the house. jungkook isn't able to conjure a response, his enervation crippling his cognitive senses.

horror seizes once your body once the cries of your now awake babies bounce off the walls and reach you.

something similar happens to jungkook, his blood turning frigid once he realizes that your crying has awoken the children.

at this point, the both of you knew that something on your paths has gone horribly wrong, but both of you are too agonizingly drained to properly pick up the first aid kit and mend things.

So i have to say i went into this drama with high expectations based on the cast, the cannes and peoples opinion i had seen. And i was a bit meh in the beginning. The first 2 eps are the lowest point of the drama (which is not bad by any means) but i really enjoy it as a whole. I´d say i enjoy it more than the actual quality of it, like it is good but its better for me because i like it, know what i mean?

Overall, would i wish that the main actor was kazakh? yes; where the chances high for that? no; am i satisfied with the end result? pretty much.

She could ask Hobie,but they were busy at the moment,and she thought about asking her dimension’s Miles,but he too was busy.She couldn’t practice the part alone,the dance required two people for one part,and she needed a dance partner to help her out.

As she was walking,she heard a very comedic sound of something falling,like in the Wiley Cyote cartoons where the anvil makes a whistle sound before the cyote holds up a sign “ yikes”. She saw a big shadow that was similar in size of Miguel’s,which he never leaves his office,but she knew the other Variant of his that ALWAYS goes out( and as talkative as 616 Peter). And the voice confirmed it.

“LOOOOOOK OUT BELOOOWWWWW! CRASH BRANDICOOT COMING ON HOT! BOXES BEWARE IM COLLECTING WAMPA FRUIT!”

But the question distracted them,and Dream spun in a circle and extended her leg out to give a graceful twirl. As soon as Lupin was sure they were ready to catch Dream for the spin move, her leg hit them in their groin. A squeak was heard followed by a sympathetic wince.

“OOOOOOH SHOCKING HELL!” Lupin held where they got hit,crippled over and curled up in a ball,and they looked like they were gonna cry.

“Well I’ll carry them to the nurse and hold them down,leave em alone in the doctor’s office and they just run from the doctor.”

if we are going with rook as the priest then i see it as rook talking to vil before she goes off to give neige the apple, like before vil separates from everyone, and noels part ould be like vil replying before she goes (i dont remember if they spoke before vil went to curse neige but ill look into it)

I know that in ur previous posts, you've talked abt how Sirius hasn't even told his friends abt the dark arts, and I just thought it would be fascinating to hear what u had to say abt, say, James and Remus, and how they feel abt Dumbledore. for the marauders, I'm pretty sure Sirius being on regulus's side will make all the difference, but that also makes me curious about light scions who aren't friends w Sirius or regulus?

I know this is probably not going to happen for a while but I also can't wait to see how Dumbledore would react to there being a third side, and how he might change his recruitment strategy to account for ppl who are sympathetic to muggleborns, but aren't against the dark arts

ohohohohoHO alright so first of all - i'm not going to talk much in this response about how dumbledore is going to react to there being a third side. you're correct that it's not going to happen for a while, and tbqh how he reacts depends a LOT on the shape of regulus's side by the time that dumbledore finally finds out about it

which is an elaborate way of me saying that like. i have the general sketch of how dumbledore's going to respond, but it's not fleshed out enough for me to really be able to ramble about it afjlsghskfj - i leave my outlines very flexible because i make a lot of decisions as i write, and i'm just not close enough to that point yet to really know how it's going to go

okay but now back to the first part of your question! namely: if you believe that dark arts are bad/evil/wrong/associated with blood purists........ how do you view regulus's side versus dumbledore's?

i'm going to start with james and remus because oh my god fASCINATING. (these are the things i think about in class)

first james: as you've said, sirius being on reg's side will make all the difference for him, tbh. or like, enough of it. but let's say - look, james is part of the sacred 28, okay? he's part of that fraction of the sacred 28 that isn't part of the dark network, but he is still sacred 28, his father is still in the wizengamot, his family still attends society events, and--okay my point here is that james has grown up learning some THINGS about house black.

and also about dumbledore.

let me bullet point these out:

house black:

super old, *pristine* bloodline, to the point of disowning people who marry blood traitors

dark arts follow them like a shadow - centuries ago, the blacks were rather open about practicing them, and nobody's forgotten

uptight power-hungry purist assholes, mostly

dumbledore:

defeated grindelwald, an incredibly powerful dark wizard (and fanatical blood purist, no surprises there), which catapulted him into legend status

uses his positions as headmaster of hogwarts and... y'know, whatever sway he has at the ministry (my brain is tired and i haven't so much as breathed on canon in quite some time ajfslkghkdf) to champion muggleborn rights and fight against blood purist institutions

a whimsical fellow :)

oh, and some context on dumbledore's role in the war - of course *we* know he's the head of the order, and regulus knows he's the head of the order, and voldemort knows he's the head of the order, but most people don't know about that. the order of the phoenix is a vigilante group - they may share common goals with the DMLE, but they're still operating underground, so it's not a Known Thing that dumbledore is in charge of them. (not that it surprises anyone who learns the truth, because again, legend status, government sway, etc)

so that's james's background information on the leaders of these two sides. also, he does not like regulus on a personal level, for reasons i went into........... somewhere.

oh my god afsjlghdkfj this is going to have to be multiple posts. i can't go into detail about james's thought process on this post and then also talk about remus and then also talk about most of the general population of hogwarts and also magical britain, it will be a dissertation

the important thing to note with james is that he has never, ever been put into a situation in which he needs to question his own belief that dark arts = evil. sirius is bending over backwards to keep james from needing to question that (although sirius is mainly doing it to protect himself - and that's not to say that james is completely blissfully unaware of sirius being a tad uncomfortable around the topic of dark arts, but that's a whole other post). so james's first impression of regulus's side will be....... let's call it Not Positive. (and he does interpret dumbledore's side as The Good Ones)

but people practicing dark arts are different from dark *creatures*, aren't they? moony can't help being what he is...

which brings me to remus!!

remus got the same messaging that james did about house black and dumbledore, but it wasn't nearly as strong for him, because that's just.... not the world he moves in. like, yeah yeah yeah, some of the noble houses do/have done bad shit, the headmaster of hogwarts beat a dark wizard in a duel. he knows all of the same INFORMATION that james does, it's just that remus didn't grow up around these people, so it always kind of remained in distant mental territory, you know?

remus is a dark creature, which doesn't make him pro-dark arts. not at all, actually. he can't help what he is, and he never had that choice, and it boggles his mind that some people CHOOSE ~the dark side~. he associates that with pain and suffering and just bad things in general, on a very visceral level

oh and here's another thing that's going to give remus even more trouble: he owes a LOT to dumbledore. dumbledore permitted remus to attend hogwarts, which means dumbledore gave remus access to friends, magical education, a shot at eking out some sort of non-awful existence in the magical world, and most importantly, dumbledore TRUSTED remus to use this chance wisely

(i think dumbledore did genuinely want remus to have the same opportunities as other magical kids his age, or at least as close to that as possible. i also think dumbledore was very, very aware of the debt of gratitude he was incurring upon remus, and his family, by making this happen - he just wasn't sure what would come of it. then the war broke out, and he was like 'ah yes perfect i could use a werewolf who feels indebted to me')

so remus has a lot of trouble with the idea of dark arts being something good or desirable, and he also has a lot of trouble with the idea of going against dumbledore's side - not the order necessarily, i specifically mean *dumbledore's* side.

and sirius being on regulus's side does make a huge difference, but remus is wrestling with some very gut-wrenching internalizations here, and that's never easy

with regard to everyone else:

i think the perception of 'dark arts = blood purity' is so strongly interwoven into magical culture that when Normal People™ find out about regulus's side, their first reaction is going to be HUGE amounts of cognitive dissonance, because 'wait what do you mean they're doing both, that's impossible/ridiculous/contradictory--isn't it?'

which means regulus's side coming out into the open (which will not happen for Quite some time) will *really* shake the foundation of the war, in a way that will not please voldemort or dumbledore. both voldemort and dumbledore (and the sides they represent) benefit from this dichotomy, and when regulus fucks it up, he fucks up a LOT of their strategies for recruitment, image, rhetoric, etc.

suddenly, things are possible that weren't supposed to be possible. the world is different. and voldemort and dumbledore do NOT APPRECIATE THAT
