Hello! Can I get some headcanons on a male reader trying to cook a normal meal for Idia with the help of Ortho? Because Idia definitely needs to eat some proper food and Ortho most certainly agrees... Idia x Reader, please?

Summary: Idia's diet is... poor, to say the least. With Ortho's help, you make a delicious meal for your boyfriend.

Idia Shroud x m!reader (SFW)

• you always noticed that Idia didn't exactly have the most balanced diet

• "Idia, what are you having for lunch today?" — "Instant ramen, duh."

• you weren't the only one concerned — Ortho was, too

• one day, you received a message from Ortho

• "Y/N, do you wanna cook a meal for Idia? I'm so concerned about him... And he'll love eating a meal made by both his brother and boyfriend for sure."

• needless to say, you were over at Ignihyde within ten minutes

• Ortho immediately looked up nice recipes online and you decided on one together

• at first, you were wondering whether you should make something fancy or simple, and then you eventually settled on a simple meal

• you began searching for the ingredients in Ignihyde's kitchen and Ortho also fetched some additional spices from the school's main kitchen (we're NOT at the Culinary Crucibles & Ortho did NOT spend six hours raiding the kitchen for minimal rewards)

• you both wanted the meal to have a "special touch" to it, which is why Ortho brought those spices

• you carefully followed all the steps of the recipe as Ortho read them out loud and assisted you with the ingredients

• obviously, you put all your love for Idia into the meal and regularly taste-tested it in order to provide the maximum food experience™️ for your boyfriend

• Ortho was such a good help, too, and constantly paid attention that nothing boiled over

• you also put in a little decorative paper fan of one of Idia's favorite game characters

• when the dish was finally completed, you went into Idia's room together with Ortho

• *not looking up from his game* "Hm, who's there?" — "Hey, big brother, it's us!"

• Idia's expression is a mix of surprise and happiness

• "...for me? Why?"

• you proceed to explain that you're worried about Idia's diet and he just passively stares at the floor, avoiding eye contact

• "...thank you. Really, thanks."

• Idia then proceeds to eat and boy does he like it

• he actually eats everything & doesn't leave anything on the plate for once

• he's also super happy about the little paper fan of his favorite character and giggles a bit

• once you and Ortho had left Idia's room, you high-fived each other

• this boy would be VERY cautious

• like he'll make sure there isn't even any sugar near you

• he watches the more mischievous Heartslabyul boys closely so they won't accidentally slip you any sugar

• feels a bit sad that you can't eat his favorite pies

• he can't really make his standard desserts for the party with less sugar, so he makes an exclusive sugar-free dessert for you

• has definitely tried to make you eat sugar before

• immediately stopped his attempts once you told him off

• helps Trey make the sugar-free desserts & sneaks out a few fruits for you

• has secretly googled your condition & done A LOT of research on it

• picking out snacks for your birthday usually ends up with Ace secretly calling Deuce and discussing sugar, too (see: Deuce)

Deuce Spade

• he forgot it the second you told him for the first time or mixed it up with someone else

• however, he has improved a lot and now pays extra attention

• when buying snacks for you, he has semi-aggressive phone calls with Ace ("You think I can buy this?" — "Dude, are ya crazy! Too much sugar for sure!")

• somehow doesn't trust anyone around you & always keeps a few dessert toppings for you

• helps Trey make the sugar-free desserts for you

Cater Diamond

• like Ace, he has definitely googled your condition, but he did it the very second you told him

• didn't have any strong feelings on it as he dislikes sugary sweets and could go his whole life without much sugar

• actually grew to like Trey's exclusive sugar-free desserts

• he honestly doesn't care about it tbh (unless you've accidentally had sugar and are having complications because of it)

• he DOES gift you really healthy sugar-free snacks regularly

This is a very trans-inclusive blog & I will try to make all (bodily) descriptions as neutral as possible if it isn't explicitly stated whether the reader is transmasc or cis.

I feel uncomfortable using female terms for the parts of transmascs (unless you're requesting kink-related stuff).

You may obviously request multiple scenarios.

I will usually use he/him pronouns for the reader UNLESS specifically stated to be nonbinary/use other pronouns.

I have issues getting neopronouns right, but will do my best. I heavily prefer to only use he/him and they/them for the reader, though.

"Why don't you write female reader?1!1!?" and any "x fem!reader" request will be ignored. I genuinely can't write women & feel uncomfortable doing so because it is dysphoria-inducing to me. On top of that, there are many blogs that write x f!reader ONLY, so please read those instead.
