You didn't know how to act correctly: on one hand, to sit here and wait for help, or to go search for the master of the dream. Both options had many drawbacks, and Silver's words about not straying from the master of the dream still lingered in your mind. You didn't know what the right choice was.

"You've woken up," a child's voice suddenly sounded from the side. Startled, you quickly turned your head toward the voice. In front of you stood a small boy. He was little and thin, his clothes were dirty, torn, and hung on him, while his dirty, long black hair, covering his eyes, was tangled and matted. "Did someone pull his hair? Poor thing," a thought flashed through your mind. Then your eyes saw a familiar lilac color.

“Don’t you need it yourself?” you asked. You decided not to move and to stay in place so as not to scare the boy even more. You hoped that little Lilia would see that you were not dangerous and would come out from his safe spot. “People are dying from hunger. You need it more!” Lilia's voice carried a strictness, but the tone was unusually high. The voice of little Lilia sounded like the squeak of a bat. “Ironically,” you thought and snorted with laughter. “Don’t laugh! Just eat!” Lilia's voice showed impatience and some resentment. You shook your head: yes, this is really a little version of the general. “You saved me. It’s not right to eat food without a savior. Come out, and let’s share the food equally,” you said confidently, hoping that Lilia wouldn’t think you too bold and wouldn’t run away.

Better to be more restrained so he doesn't think I want to harm him," - you thought, took a small step back, and slowly knelt down, deciding to hide your hands behind your back. Lilia's face relaxed a little, and his shoulders dropped.

"Thank you for taking care of me when I was unconscious," hearing the gratitude, Lilia's cheeks turned red.

“Don't. Let's eat,” Lilia said sadly, as if he felt he didn't deserve your gratitude. You pursed your lips and nodded. Little hands of Lilia divided the food, he reached out to you with a portion, and you carefully took a piece from his hands. Out of the corner of your eye, you noticed that Lilia's portion was smaller than yours. “Lilia, why? You need it more,” your hand started to tremble, but you quickly composed yourself and pretended to eat while secretly hiding the piece of food under your coat. “If Lilia gets hungry, I'll give it to him, and let him eat it,” you thought. “Where do you know my name from?” Lilia asked. You looked up at him and saw Lilia staring at you intently. “First of all, thank you for sharing your food. Secondly, you look a lot like my… friend… He is older than you, but you have the same beautiful eyes,” Lilia's cheeks turned red, probably this was his first compliment.

The relationship between you and Lilia was hard to call friendly; rather, your relationship resembled a swing.
