Hello! Im a little nervous submitting this 👉👈... but my name is AL and I have a webcomic

MOTHERS THOUSAND EYES (Or MTE for short) is a queer fantasy comic about a universe created by a young Goddess named MOTHER, and her children called 'Blessed' who are born into this world through humans. In this world, they are treated as items of worship until they age and grow into 'Corrupt' In which they are readily thrown away.

I just started this year, so it's only still a tiny sapling 🌱 but things are going to be getting exciting soon, so it would be amazing to get some new readers joining in :^)

(Website is still a wip so it's kinda ugly... I'm planning on giving it a big overhaul after I'm done this first prologue chapter🫢)

6 - Do you prefer writing shorter, standalone fics or longer, multi-story?

I like oneshots, they're cute, and just the perfect length. Plus you can keep reading different ones without having to remember specific long drawn out plots ;D Plus they're easier to write when you've got so many different ideas :)

18 - Are there any fics or authors that have been particularly influential or inspiring to you?

Absolutely! We've got my tumblr besties @somber-sapphic and @lots-of-pockets who both are just beyond incredible but at the very start of writing, I was super inspired to actually create my account by @thewidowintheweb and many others! ;D <3

22 - What role does humour play in your writing? Do enjoy adding comedic elements to your fics?

I love humour in fics. If I can find a way to add it in then I usually do. It just lightens the mood and everyone deserves a little giggle every so often, so I do try and sneak it in (even if its only me who cracks a smile at it)

Hc all the batkids decide to give Bruce Happy Mothers day as a prank

. Dick comes up with the idea and gets everyone to sign a Happy Mother's Day card that he made

. Jason buys him a watch with a small card saying "Happy Mother's day, loser"

. Cass buys him a mug that says "Best Mother in the world" (Shiva will later find out and fistfight Bruce because of it)

. Tim makes a gadget that Bruce had projected but had no time to actually build, and leaves it on his desk in a small gift box

. Duke has No Idea how other people are going about the prank and decides to buy him flowers

. Damian paints Martha Wayne (Tim helps by finding him several reference pictures)

They all think they're going to make Bruce Very Uncomfortable. Because well, he's not a mother. He's their father. Guys, Bruce starts sobbing by the end of the day. He hugs them and won't let go. Plan sucessfully backfired.

Lips curl into a breathless smile as the blonde's fingertips reach to softly trail along the chisel of his jaw. "Peter," Gwen whispers out, thumb coming over his bottom lip. "I'm okay...I'm okay. You're worrying too much." He'd been too worried ever since she...well ever since that night on the clock tower. She couldn't blame him, she really couldn't, but the last thing she wanted was for him to constantly question every move he made around her.
