I haven't been loosing much, mostly maintaining (wtf) it doesn't look it because for some reason I've been bloating Soo much but I still weigh in at 60kg 😞

I want to start a little article archive analysis on some dieting trends I have seen. Today we look at:
Secrets of french girls - article archive 2006
There are a few differences between French women and North American women, but it's nothing you can't adapt to your own life. By taking a few tips from the French, you will slim down, and it will seem more like heaven in the process than hell.
If you want to eat (and look) like a French woman, you can forget about low carb and low fat. French women basically eat anything they want, but they steer clear from one truly bad food group - anything deep fried or processed. They also drink a lot of water with and between meals, which helps you feel full longer, and flushes toxins out of your body which will reduce a bloated look.
A basic diet of a French woman focuses around three main meals each day. French women don't snack much, but when they do eat, they always eat well. Breakfast will consist of fruit with either full fat yogurt or a croissant and a latte. Lunch will be some meat with a vegetable or salad (don't forget the cheese and croutons!) along with a small cup of strong coffee and a glass of wine to compliment what you are eating. Dinner will be something like cheese, bread, meat and a vegetable, often followed by dessert and of course, wine.
It may seem strange that someone could eat all these foods and still manage to stay slim, but the real secret is that French women listen to their bodies when they feel full. A croissant or muffin in America is about twice the size of one in France. The three course meals they love to cook and dine on might seem more like a bunch of little side dishes to an American.
They also never drink to an excess, they think of alcohol as a compliment for food. They always eat slowly and never eat in front of the T.V. or while reading, because they insist that this will make you overeat.
French women like to walk everywhere they go. They prefer to walk from store to store picking up nice food for dinner. They also don't tend to watch a lot of television. They might go for a walk or swim after dinner instead.
Another great slimming tip from French women is they love to make love. So after having a nice dinner of bread (a tiny bit), filet mignon (about the size of your palm) and red wine (only a glass or two!), have a roll in the hay with your lover instead of watching the next episode of Sex and the City. You'll burn calories, rekindle the romance and resist the temptation of snacking while sitting around being bored.
This way of eating is not the traditional way an American thinks of a diet.

30 day skinny slays ✨🎀🫧
It’s my first day starting this diet or challenge, maybe a lifestyle change? idek. I think I’m gonna start slow cause I want this to work. Some context, I’ve been eating my face off the past few days and when I eat normally I really just eat a lot I guess.
Food and diet
I’ll start of with 2 meals a day + 2-3 snacks and 2 large bottles of water for the first 7 days. Next 7 days it’s 2 meals no snacks but one fruit if I have some (I’m broke) and again 2 large waters. Next 21 days is just 2 meals no snacks and 2 large waters. For the next month things will be different. I won’t really start by restricting the type of foods I eat but mostly the quantity. I don’t wanna shock my system lol. Smart restrictions 🧌
Exercise
I currently work two part-time jobs so I’m always on my feet. But before or after shifts if I’m not doing my personal work I will be doing a workout routine. I want to workout at least 6 days a week if not every day and I must hit 10k steps every day no matter what.
Workout Routine:
- 50 sit-ups
- 50 russian twists
- 50 squats
Feel free to join me on my skinny slay days (ssds). This month is all about hitting those goals. Not weight goals, at least not for now as I’m just starting but exercise and food goals. Establishing these habits is what will lead to my success. Remember to stay positive especially if binges were to occur. Don’t slow yourself down by dwelling on mistakes. I will be blogging everyday detailing what I ate and what exercises I did, some thoughts, and maybe affirmations and thinspo.

Recently I recovered because I got into a good relationship and was genuinely happy but I’m ready to get skinny again so here’s what I plan to eat tomorrow
Breakfast: a serving of sugar free jello - 5 cal
5 almonds - 35 cal
Lunch: 15 almonds - 180 cal
Dinner (high in protein because of dance): protein shake - 150 cal (if I use water)
Scrambled egg - 90 cal
Total cal for the day - 460 cal
Please send tips on losing weight very fast if you have any, I’m so sick of being fat

🍸🫒💫Day 2 biatch (no weigh)💫🫒🍸
last night I walked 10k for no reason. It felt good enough to do it again, It wasn't hard like I was expecting, I just strutted 10 blocks and picked up a diet coke, coffee and kiwi fruit and strutted back, I think Ill go again tonight.
This morning, I went to an Italian deli and got a coffee and sandwich to go because I had to see my therapist early. FUCK ME IT WAS SO GOOD. Was it probably 500 calories? Yes. Do I care? YES. Oh well I probably have only had another 400 calories since, so I just have to cap it at 300 more....
I forgot to weigh this morning, but I look definitely slimmer, I'm not bloating as much because I'm not eating a lot. I get to weigh on the fancy scale at the nutritionist tomorrow so Ill post results when I get back. I've also started a habit tracker, and Ill reward myself with a facial if I do well.
Im gonna nibble on a salad tonight like a rabbit and try not to think about food. Why do I only every think about food?
