first of all, i believe with all my heart and soul that we will open fantasy high: junior year mid-battle against the night yorb

this is supported by fig saying "we saved the world, surely that counts for a couple of classes." because while they have saved the world before, this implies a more recent saving of the world that put their grades in jeopardy. i think the night yorb was that specific world-saving

based on the dome background when riz was being told that perfect grades maybe not being enough, i think we're in for a college application arc, with him being in an entrance interview at astral state university when he's told that

like many people, i feel a trackerbees breakup coming on the wind. i wouldn't hate a zelgug breakup either, but i think that's less likely after they worked through their issues in fhsy

Jason was adopted after Brucilla send her to a shady-but-doesn't-look-like-it convent after Brucilla caught her trying to rob her horses. Jasonlina discovers that the nuns are embezzling the prayer money, so to resolve the issue she goes! But then the major bitch nun discovers the plan and as a punish cuts jasonlina's hair it's in that moment that Brucilla comes back to adopt her, taking her back to the manor (and not resolving the embezzling thing!).

Who is he?

Bimothy, more commonly known as Chungledown Bim, is a gnome pirate from Leviathan and a warlock of Bill Seacaster. He has an impressive beard that looks like it is made of six mustaches, and an assortment of snaggle-teeth all made of different materials. "Bim" is short for Bimothy. His magic takes the form of gold coins shooting out of his hands.

Why is he the NPC of All Time?

He started a rivalry with Fabian for no reason other than that Fabian wasn't a very good pirate (he never claimed to be). He threatens to shit in Fabian's mouth and chases him across Leviathan. Fabian is so terrified of Chungledown Bim that he appears to him in the Nightmare Forest. Cassandra says that she never sent Fabian a vision of Chungledown Bim suggesting that it was really him haunting Fabian.

Who is she?

Aelwyn Abernant is a high elf abjuration wizard and the antagonizing older sister of Adaine Abernant. She goes to Hudol College, unlike her poor younger sister.

Why is she the NPC of All Time?

She has an intense, antagonistic relationship with her sister fostered by their parents desire for competition and perfection from their daughters, but ultimately they reconcile and begin to work on their relationship in a stable and loving environment and honestly we love to see not only a redemption arc but a healing arc too.

Who is she?

Wilma Thistlespring is a gnome tinkerer and one of the adoptive parents of Gorgug Thistlespring.

Why is she the NPC of All Time?

She's such a good mother to Gorgug, despite the cultural differences she tries really hard to understand her son. Although sometimes she's too open and understanding, I still get secondhand embarrassment from that sex talk scene.

🍂 Millicent was an autumn baby, born of the Aeonia swamp some time after Malenia was delivered back to the Haligtree by Finlay. Caelid didn’t ever offer much in the way of seasons, but the rest of the Lands Between knew it was later in the year when Millie showed up.

🍂 She was, out of all her sisters, the most like Malenia and represented her truest heart, her nobility, and her desire to be an independent individual free of the bonds of her illness and Rot, the outer god.

🍂 Millie grew up with her beloved sisters, but one by one they each disappeared, setting out on a grand “journey” encouraged by their “father.” Millicent’s memories of her sisters eventually grew hazy because of the rot, but she did miss them dearly.

🍂 Millicent only ever knew Gowry as an adoptive father, and while he had relied on him as a child, she began to mistrust him as she grew older. Something about him was wrong and possessive. She gradually drifted away, straining her relationship with him and trying to live on her own.

🍂 Millicent liked to wander around the Lands Between and that’s actually how she met Malenia’s old mentor, the Blind Swordsman. He was very quiet and stern, speaking little of his old student, but he recognized Malenia in Millicent, and trained her in kindness.

🍂 Millie learn how to Waterfowl and use a sword, but she lacked the exact type of unalloyed gold tools to keep the rot at bay. For a long time she simply stagnated it through combat, rushing to protect villages and travelers should they ever be accosted by bandits or mercenaries.

🍂 A lot of wandering peoples throughout the Lands Between became aware of Millicent through this and how she brought back the memory of Malenia in a small way, especially the Albinaurics. They loved her.

🍂 This is actually how Millie met Latenna. They became friends 🖤

🍂 After a while, the rot slowly took its toll on Millicent and she became too sickly to travel. She reluctantly returned to Gowry in Caelid, asking for his advice. But he was cryptic and deceptive, telling her only to search for the needle. We all know how that ended up lol.

🍂 Millicent grew so sick by the time the Tarnished showed up that she lost much of her memory. Her past life and travels were blurry and Gowry himself was nothing to her anymore.

🍂 She set out on her journey out of some strange pull and instinct, having forgotten that her sisters had made the exact same choice long before. She was not aware of her direct relation to Malenia, but she felt a strong connection there.

🍂 Millicent regained many of her memories after fighting her sisters and withered in grief, realizing what had happened to them and Malenia alike. It was a moment of self-realization, and she took the needle out at once. She wanted to die whole and human, to die as her own.

🍂 Through this action, she redeemed her mother. She preserved Malenia’s true heart and will, dying in peace.

Some more easy-going, light-hearted headcanons include:

Millie LOVED Spirit Jellyfish. Whenever she saw them, she would run over to just sit and watch them float around with an enraptured expression.

She was also just fascinated by the sea and all its life-forms in general. The cool blue rush of the ocean was like a type of freedom to her, pulling her far away from the rotten, arid plains of Caelid.

Besides Altus Plateau, Millie’s favorite place to visit was Ordina. She was fixated on the beautiful phantom buildings and the way they glowed in the snowfall. She even went sledding around there a few times.

Latenna jokingly told Millie that was she part cat, mainly because her big yellow eyes tended to glow in the dark!

Millie was a sucker for broiled prawn. Nuff said.

Millicent liked to eat Erdleaf flowers too. She saw nothing wrong with it. She just ate them.

Out of all her sisters, Mary was Millicent’s favorite when they were young. There was a strange sorrow and solemnity to Mary that came from Malenia’s own grief, but it made for a very pensive and peaceful older figure in Millicent’s life that liked to tell her stories and old legends.

Yes, autumn was Millie’s favorite season and she often daydreamed of seeing the Haligtree in its full amber and golden bloom.

Finlay was Millicent’s person hero, and she went around asking different people to recount various versions of the tale regarding Finlay’s heroic act.

Millicent liked to sew and bead necklaces. It was one of her pass-time hobbies.

Millicent actually went to see the Radahn Festival one time and was a bit put off by the glorification of war that surrounded it, but she felt a lot of pity and sympathy for Radahn himself. She secretly hoped that he would one day regain his mind and sense of self.

Millicent met Melina once by chance and they bonded over their oddly similar life stories.

Finally, Millie had a pet turtle…errr dog, at one point and named him Montie. She never actually kept him, but he wandered around oddly close to Caelid and whenever she saw him, she would just yell, “MONTIE” with affection and then even the birds would stare at her in confusion lol.

Ok, some of these are just for fun, but it’s YOU, Bim! I gotta add some cheer to it! Heh, I hope you like em, mate! <3

Headcanons coming right up! Going with the modern AU, cause I'm pretty sure that, at least during and after the Shattering, the creatures of the Lands Between cared not about sexuality and gender.

Gotta say tho, it is quite hard to write about identities that I'm not part of. If something comes off as disrespectful or uninformed, know that it's not my intention and I'd like some polite education if that happens.

Meli's ace and lesbian (no, I'm not projecting)

She first realized she liked girls when she read a lesbian romance novel and realized that the only reason she didn't care for romance was that the only romantic things she had seen or read where straight

Actually relating to the characters and their wants in the lesbian romance kinda kickstarted a line of questioning in her mind, and things went from there

Figuring out that she was ace came much later, after she realized that people actually enjoy imagining sexual situations and also themselves in them

That was never something she cared for, and when she found the ace label she adopted it fairly quick

The only people she comes out to are very close friends and/or partners

She feels like no one else really has business knowing

Ranni:

Ranni is bi

She figured it when she realized her interactions with Tiche where very similar to when she talked to her boy crushes

Meaning she was adopting her typical I'm-trying-to-be-cold-but-the-warmth-I-radiate-around-you-rivals-the-sun behavior 👍

She came out with a presentation to the class, although the presentation was more about how pretty Tiche is

The presentation had chapters and bullet points

It was 20 pages long

Her sources page just said "Trust me bro" and "Look at her!"

The teacher tried to stop her after she went over the allocated time and she simply raised her voice over them to the point of yelling

Malenia:

Malenia is lesbian

Due to her sickness and innate reservedness, she was fairly socially secluded, but she first started questioning when she overheard other girls talk about boys the way she sometimes thought about girls

Her coming out was just her getting a pin, putting it in her backpack and answering "yes" in a firm tone, if asked

Some back story about the Bim and Lowy story because I've been too lazy to talk about the important part of the story

So this story is based around like a top secret laboratory with lots of scientists that work on many different experiments, the main dude that runs the place is Axo. He "adopts" two young kids (Bim and Lowy) (at the time being 6 and 9)and pretty much makes them little experiments too, as they grow older he starts to notice one of them is different from the other and more violent than the other (Lowy) come to find out he's just extremely mentally ill💀. Bim being calm and normal while Lowy being violent, he separates them to run test on Lowy (Axo literally realizing that Lowy is insane), but Axo uses that to turn him into this "m>rder we@pon" and as Lowy grows older he starts sending him on missions to Ass@ssinate other creatures that either run big places or have failed to do things for Axo like people he hired. While Axo is doing this he realizes that Bim is pretty much useless and is too soft to do anything. so he manipulates Lowy into disliking him (hating him or being jealous of him) and that's when Lowy attacks Bim (and makes him mute) So Axo doesn't know what to do with him after words so he just gets rid of him( at this time Bim is 9 and Lowy is 12)

Whare the story is based now Bim is 23 and Lowy is 26 (but they are no longer in contact with each other because Axo has got Lowy as his little ass@ssinator and Bim just lives a regular life) but Lowy has no idea that Bim is even alive

He has one daughter and her name is Britney Beyonc’e Trimmer

He spoiled her a bit too much so Darkiplier had to step in because she was being mean to the other kids

King is the king of squirrel’s heir and he brags about it…constantly
