I love that Baby Morri looks like a little loser I just love my boy sm. I feel like it's a pretty... old fashioned way, to dress a child, in the current timeline with the humans.

yeah kinda. simon's aware their outfits could be more modern, but it's his baby globdammit. plus morri prefers clothes they can comfortably move around in. when they grew out of their onesies it was a sad day indeed..

generally, morri doesn't garner too much attention on the extremely rare occasion they're out in public by humans. simon never took them out until after PB made them some shade goggles to hide their, uh, four eye issue. honestly i don't think people would've ever even THOUGHT that morri was golbspawn (do they even know who that guy is?) but simon wants to be extra sure. (morri gets a sippy cup in public so they don't blep with their forked purple tongue)

maybe a few curious looks, at most a comment or two (usually compliments), but usually they're treated preeetty much like a regular toddler in a stroller, even with the old fashioned/now conceptually strange clothing. (animals don't like them at all though, so simon tries to steer morri away from any pets, much to their dismay)

Oh my goddesses, I hate Rose Wilson.

Maybe it's just her Future State personality, but I fucking hate her. She has a cop mentality, killing people whoever they are because "they break the law", just following order without question, see herself as superior to everyone else and so can choose to kill them if she wants to... She kills an innocent guy who was mind-controlled, and she doesn't give a fuck. Maybe the politic situation in France is just making that kind of behavior unbearable to me. Maybe it's because it's the anniversary of that French teenager who was killed by the cops for breaking the law. I just cannot stand people like this, I hate her.

And I cannot express the disgust I feel about the fact that Jason is dating her. How the fuck is Jason Todd, a guy who was homeless as a kid and had to steal to survive, dating someone with a cop mentality, "if they didn't want to die, they shouldn't have done the crime"? How the fuck is he dating someone that kills people without a care about who they are, who kills innocents without a care, who proudly tells him she could have kill these guys starting a fight at the bar but didn't? Wouah, we are killing drunk people now, not just rapists and traffickers, I guess. I thought Jason had some morals, but I guess not? Yes, the dialogue implies that he disagrees with her way, but he is still dating her! He is not stopping her! Apart from a little "Rose!", nothing. Who the fuck dates a cold blooded killer with no morals? Mister "I whine because Daddy didn't kill the Joker for me but I'm gonna date someone who care as little as my own killer about others' life, and hang out with her dad, the man who nearly killed my brother. (Because they go on a vacation to her father's and yes, Deathstroke did nearly killed Dick in the past) Yeah, so much better than Batman, am I right?"

it remembers reading these two pieces about the systemic power that TME people have over TMA people in trans spaces, and the response was so surreal. One of the articles was Devon Price's Transmisandry Does Not Exist, and the other was Cat Harsis's Transmisogyny Exempt Privilege Dynamics. And one of the comments under Price as well as this post on tumblr "debunking" it was about how allegedly the term transmisandry isn't used the way they describe. Those who are affected by transmisogyny are, yes, not just affected by transantagonism and misogyny but this other oppression, transmisogyny. But those who use the term 'transmisandry' (and some alternative terms they provide, anti-transmasculinity for instance) would never dream of denying that reality. Rather, it's just that transmasculine people are impacted by transantagonism in deep, unique, systemic ways, and this is a term to describe that experience.

And then responses to Harsis's essay fully deny that there is any such thing as this extra oppression, transmisogyny. They instead claim there is no axis of oppression at all that explains the disparity of abuse and mobbing when it comes to those affected by this so-called transmisogyny and those exempt from it.

How can the PREDOMINANT RESPONSES to the claim that transmisogyny exists be that:

Nobody is denying that transmisogyny exempt people have power over transmisogyny affected people!

It's ludicrous to think transmisogyny exempt people have power over transmisogyny affected people!

And it gets worse! Let's ignore the tonal differences of criticism to each of their essays, and focus on the fact that 1 is substantially gentler while 2 is substantially more violent. Price the TME writer gets 1 that says "I agree with you, I just think there's a verbal difference." Harsis the TMA writer gets 2 that says "I fundamentally deny you any reality to your experiences, to what you've been through. You're all imagining all that shit lol."

More recently it saw a conversation where a TME trans person said unambiguously and explicitly that TME and TMA trans people go through the same thing, there is no such thing as this extra, bonus oppression, transmisogyny. The two loudest responses were how the TME trans person was just describing his own experiences and never denied transmisogyny and nobody is saying that, and another contingent arguing for why he was right to say there is no such thing as transmisogyny.

And then the worst part, the cherry on top of ALL OF THIS, is that these people all act like they're in agreement with each other. Because it's not about what they're saying. It's about who they're against.

the only way to repel such a beast (childe) would be to explain to him that yes there are blood clots and yes there are muscle tissues that come out it is not just blood. however, considering that he's keeping you at a respectable distance (refuses to kiss reader on the lips for now), worrying about childe's blood kink during your period is a bit excessive. afterwards though, when he does get more handsy and touchy with the ring on your finger... well. that's for the soon-to-be married couple to decide :)
