Higher Brothers - Black Cab

At the time when 88Rising was still rising in popularity (in fact, this album is the first release under the label), Higher Brothers was one of the acts to look out for. Each of the members has a distinct voice, flow, and style, and this contrast is heightened as they trade off their verses. The amalgamation of Chinese aesthetics with hip hop culture proved to be somewhat controversial yet audacious. At the same time, as someone who is unfamiliar with the rap scene in China, combining Migos-like trap beats with the members' energetic performances in their Sichuan Mandarin dialect makes for an interesting listening experience.

Jason was just enjoying his day with Dick, Tim and Damiab till a twink high schooler came up to his face, fidging and looking nervously at him.

Before he could ask the other boy (who was Batman's prime adoption bait) shoved something onto him then stayed a bit further back, red face, expression full of of expectation.

Uhhh something Something headcanon the pizzaplex staff are given little trivia note cards about the company and the 80's in general to recite to guests as they tour the place or something, but the thing about these note cards is that they're full of the most inaccurate info ever, and freddy'll overhear them sometimes and literally have to stop in his tracks to compute what was just said like

Staff: "And here we have Glamrock beauty salon! Where you can get personally styled by Roxy herself! Fun fact, shoulder pads were all the rage in the 80s! Everyone was wearing them, along with their bright neon t-shirts and legwarmers!"

Glamfred: "......I remember we wore more t-shirts and jeans, actually"

Staff: "......?"

GF: "uH.....I mean--I am sure there were some shoulder pads..!"
