The Court of Appeals has officially denied their request for injunctive relief meaning that the merger between Microsoft and Activision Blizzard King can officially be closed and completed in the United States. Its hard to state how much of a big L this is for Sony really since its pretty clear they were likely lobbying hard to kill this deal.
