-Trey enjoys listening to music especially when he is baking in the Heartslabyul kitchen. He doesn't really have any favorite music genre, as he just listens to whatever is playing or whatever Cater sends him. He had no idea you could sing so well until he heard you singing softly next to him when you were helping him bake tarts for Riddle. "Wow Prefect, you never told me you could sing so well. Its very nice." After your baking session, Trey learned about your video channel and listened to all of your songs in about a week. He knows it must be a lot of work to be a very popular singer, so whenever he has time, he bakes sweet treats for you and brews you tea to soothe your throat. His favorite song of yours is "Eien No Akuruhi" , he loves how it expresses the theme of falling in love.

🍩Ruggie Bucchi

-Ruggie is not really focused on social media and all that other stuff, as his mind is occupied with donuts and making some money. He discovered your talent when he came to the botanical gardens to wake up Leona, until he saw the both of you there, with Leona laying on your lap and you singing a lullaby to him. You stopped singing when you heard Ruggies famous "Shishishi" laugh, and saw him walking closer to you, then lay down on the grass next to you, arms wrapped behind his head and a cheeky smile on his face. He told you he came to get Leona, but he changed his mind and told you to continue. Great job! You got a cute hyena boy as your official cheerleader, as he would always pop into your recording sessions, quietly cheering you on and dancing to the beat. His favorite song of yours is "Odo", he thinks the beat is crazy and loves how energetic it is.

🍄Jade Leech

"Oh my, you seem to very talented, Prefect-san." Jade is always interested in the unknown, so he was very elated to discover you could sing without him knowing and that he found out without using his unique spell. He happened to hear your beautiful voice, when he was serving customers at Mostro Lounge and heard you at one of the far tables in the back, humming some lyrics, while writing some words on a notepad, most likely coming up with ideas for another song. Once you realized Jade was next to you, you greeted him and thanked him for the drink he made. Jade gave you his best gentlemen smile and said it was a pleasure, but before he left, he walked closer and leaned against your ear, whispering "You have the voice of a siren, Prefect. I wouldn't mind listening to you more, in private, of course." Chuckling, he walked away to finish his duties, leaving behind a flustered you. His favorite song of yours is "Love ka?", he loves the oceanic vibe of the song and how slightly twisted the song is.

🦐Floyd Leech

-If there is one thing to know about Floyd, is that he loves music. Music is his best subject at NRC, and he is a very talented dancer as well. He came to discover your singing, when he was training in the gym for an upcoming basketball tournament, and noticed you sitting at one of the bleachers, with headphones in yours ears and you quietly singing. Giggling to himself, he slowly came up behind you and lunged towards you in a bear hug, making you jump in fright. "Ehe~ Koebi-chan~, you're amazing", Floyd squeezed you tighter, super happy that he learned something new about you. After he let you go, you told him about your channel, but before you could talk more about it, he had already taken his phone out and subscribed. Floyd was a very chaotic supporter, as he often spammed the comments section with silly phrases and happened to squeeze you in happiness whenever you uploaded a new video, but you found his support sweet nonetheless. His favorite song of yours is "Rebellion" , he likes how its about breaking free and how he relates to it as he is a slight delinquent/rebel himself.

🐍Jamil Viper

-Jamil was a man of many talents even though he tends to hide them from others around him, but despite being skilled in cooking and basketball, he also happens to have a great singing voice and amazing dancing skills. He happened to discover your singing talent from Kalim, as Kalim was enthusiastically jumping up and down in joy, telling Jamil about your singing voice and that a celebration should be held. Jamil was annoyed that he had to prepare for another celebration again, but he was interested in your singing voice and wanted to learn more about it. He did come to wonder why you don't show your face in your songs like most other singers, but once he found out that is what you preferred to do, then he wouldn’t question you further. His favorite song of yours is "I'm Invincible" , he likes how describes the feeling of being confident and achieving their dreams.

🏹Rook Hunt

-"Oh la la! Your singing is merveilleuse, Trickster!" Rook hunt is a very interesting fellow, he is very poetic and loves to express his joy for findings things beautiful, but he tends to become a bit stalker-ish, when he finds a person very interesting. Well, enjoy being stalked around by this hunter, he is going to be following you 24/7. He is the definition of an obsessive fan, just minus the craziness. Vil has noticed that Rook has become a huge fan of your talent, but he rather it be you then Neige LeBlanche, yet he does tell Rook to suppress some of his antics as he can imagine how much stress it may cause you. Rook is always present whenever you are singing/recording for a new music video, swooning over your voice and holding up signs that say "BEAUTE! 100 POINTS!" It's very hard for Rook to chose a favorite song since he adores every one of them, but he does tend to listen to "Yoru No Pierrot" more out of the others. He loves the colorful animation of the video

🦇Lilia Vanrouge

-Lilia is very up to date with the latest trends and is the most knowledgeable about pop culture, like Cater. He is very talented in the music field himself, as he is shown to have a very beautiful singing voice and is part of the Pop Music Club with Kalim and Cater. He was on his way to his club room, when he heard the sound of singing nearby and went to go explore. He saw you in one of the empty classrooms, sitting on top of the desks, singing to yourself. While in the middle of your singing, Lilia had appeared above you, and gave you quite a scare. "Kufufu, your singing is quite lovely," Lilia said as he placed a hand on your cheek, while still staying upside down. Blushing, you thanked Lilia and he asked if you would be interested in joining his club. Before you could give your answer, Lilia had already dragged you out of the room and ran towards his club room. Lilia was happy to found out you had a channel on Magitube, and became your second biggest fan as Idia had already won the title of number one. Lilia was the most understanding of you not revealing yourself in your MV's , as he believes that you are already expressing yourself enough with your voice, and that it shouldn't matter whether you show your face or not. You did mention wanting to collaborate with his band, and make a song together, to help them gain some popularity. Once you told Lilia that, he was overjoyed. His favorite song of yours is "Tot Musica" , he can't get enough of how powerful your voice is and how intense the lyrics are.

I can't help but notice, in the newest song, Michaela (as a spirit, at least) uses 僕. I can't say the same about the rest of the evillious songs (I don't know them well enough to say so), but I know a lot of other vocaloid producers have been using 僕 for female singers in their songs (the main ones I can think of is 初音ミクの消失 and even, I believe, 新時代 by ado). Is there a reason for this? I assumed it was supposed to represent a tomboyish vibe, but I'm curious what someone who actually Knows What They're Doing would say.

The thing you're talking about--that a lot of female-sung songs will use "boku" in the lyrics--is not unique to VOCALOID, and even among native Japanese speakers it's been hard to find a consensus on why they do it. Reasons seem to range from "they want boys to be able to identify with the lyrics" to "boku has less syllables than watashi" to "they're trying to project a tomboyish air". It's not common (though not unheard of either) to hear women use "boku" in real life but it's extremely common in music.

In Michaela's case, she has always used "boku" as a spirit, actually. This has come up in other songs and the novel as well. As a spirit, she describes herself (and Gumillia) as being genderless, and supposedly she was male in the Second Period (or at the very least passed as such, regardless of what her actual identity was at the time). So, the change in pronouns is an easy way for the narrative to reference her change in identity/presentation in becoming human. There are a couple times she uses "boku" after becoming a tree as well, but she also frequently uses "watashi", especially when manifesting in her Michaela form.

today's post is a very special one. and, despite this being the Official Funny Heeheehaha Day, this post is only SEMI-jokey. but i have put it underneath a readmore anyways, as it is both pretty long and to save the eyes of anyone who couldn't care less. thank you.

Why I Believe a Goddamn Hatsune Miku Mod for Sonic Mania Helped Inspire The Noise (that fucker from Pizza Tower).

so. let's begin.

the year is 2018. about a year after the release of Sonic Mania, Sega's love letter to classic Sonic fans, one very special mod for this game emerges from the depths.

this is Sonic Mania & Hatsune Miku, a mod which does.... probably exactly what you're imagining. but it's a surprisingly deep and well-crafted mod, changing the games titular character into our beloved Vocaloid singer while also changing sprites around and generally turning the mod into an anime/meme-filled mess. but, that's not the main reason we're here.

this is the mod's answer to Stardust Speedway, a classic Sonic zone from Sonic CD.

most of Act 1 is fairly standard affair, some light references to other stuff hidden throughout the backgrounds, and a couple suspiciously Domino's Pizza-themed sprite edits here and there. but, come Act 2, the references sudden creep in more and more. ..... as well as, a suspiciously familiar face.

those who know about Hatsune Miku and Domino's might be getting where this is about to go.

now, for standard Sonic Mania fare, the main boss of this zone's Act 2 is Metal Sonic, fittingly guarding the very zone he was battled in from Sonic CD. but of course, this is our beloved Hatsune Miku mod. we can't have that.

instead, we have Him.

Domino's beloved (?) mascot of the 1980's, The Noid himself. now, probably seems like a random reference, unless you remember the Hatsune Miku collaboration that Domino's did years ago. but i'm not here to argue about Domino's mascots. i'm here, to spread the truth.

now, the music most associated with Metal Sonic, the boss replaced here, is Stardust Speedway Act 2's theme, specifically the Japanese Bad Future version, given here for reference.

we're getting back to Pizza Tower i swear.

but anyways, the very opening bits of this song, specifically the siren-like sounds. might sound a bit familiar to avid Pizza Tower fans now, doesn't it?

take a good listen to the opening of The Noise's battle theme, Pumpin' Hot Stuff.

now, it might just be coincidence. perhaps i'm simply assuming that, given Peppino and Noise's rivalry, a simple little reference to Sonic was put in here to hammer that point in. there's no way this little Hatsune Miku-themes mod could've had any impact on that!

some of you may know, that in a 2019 interview with McPig, creator of Pizza Tower, the man himself dropped a crucial piece of info that ties my entire theory together:

.... Hatsune Miku bootleg, you say? and, given that the mod for Sonic Mania came out in 2018, it certainly could've been an inspiration, given that Snick exists as well...

so perhaps, my little theory here is a bit-farfetched. maybe, i'm just overblowing things a bit just because that's the way my brain is. but i implore you, fellow Pizza fans, to hear me out here.

Ciel Phantomhive and Sebastian Michaelis Reacting to a reader who sings like Japanese singer “Ado”

Deciding to try doing another fandom, so I’m gonna do black butler. Only doing Sebby and Ciel since I’m more in tune on how to write them compared to the other characters. Gonna continue the Ado series with them too. I know that this was the Victorian Era so they didn't have stuff like Youtube, so I'm gonna try to change it a bit, and not include that. Enjoy everyone :)

♟️Ciel had many duties to attend to as he was the head of Phantomhive manor along with being the Queen’s Watchdog. Apart from filling out paperwork for his company, he had many hobbies that Sebastian help teach him like hunting or playing the violin.

♟️He had met you by Lizzy, as she had found you during one of her strolls in London. You were a frail little thing, but you had a certain amount of skills, so Ciel decided to hire you as a maid for the manor. Hopefully your skills you be much better then the other three. You were a fast learner, and quickly adapted to life at the manor. Both him and Sebastian were impressed with how well you handle your tasks.

♟️Ciel was on his way back to his office when he heard the sound of someone singing. Curious, he headed to wear the sound was coming from and made his way over to one of the rooms which had the door slightly open. Ciel peeked in and saw you in the middle of the room, leaning against the window. You had just finished up dusting the area and decided to take a small break, and while in your break, you started singing as it was something you loved to do.

♟️Once you finished, you heard the sound of clapping and turned to see Lord Phantomhive, leaning against the door with a small smile on his face. “Ahh, Young Master, I was just um-”, you were flustered and tried to explain yourself, but Ciel just put his hand up, which made you stop talking

♟️ “I am not upset with you, y/n. I’m very surprised actually. You never told me you could sing.” Ciel said as he walked closer towards you, standing next to the window. You went on to explain to him that you always loved singing, but you had a slight problem with revealing yourself to everyone as you preferred keeping your identity hidden.

♟️Ciel listened to you and he smiled softly, walking closer to you and grabbed your hand, holding it tightly. He said that you were very talented and should pursue what you loved doing instead of working as a maid. You would still live in the manor, but he would do everything he can to support you in anyway. He knew that hiding your identity would be a challenge, but he assume that maybe a mask would be beneficial to hide your identity.

♟️After that, Ciel would host events at the manor where he would have you perform in front of all of the guests. Everyone was blown away by you that all of the nobles were gossiping about who you were. Pretty soon, you were getting requests to perform at theaters and balls. Everyone was referring to you as the mysterious singer since no one could see your face when you performed, but no one really question it.

♟️Ciel was happy for you that you were achieving your dreams and he was glad to assist in any way with events. He also would like to know what was the new song you were working on, as he was feeling giddy, but he tried to tried to hide it to avoid teasing from Sebastian.

♟️His favorite song that you sang was a cover you did called " Crime & Punishment". He wasn't familiar with that genre of music, but he did enjoy it, and loved how high you went with certain notes in the song.

Sebastian Michaelis😈

😈Sebastian had many duties to fulfill for his young master. There was many tasks he had to play, playing his role as a butler for the manor while also serving as the demon contractor/protector for the young masters soul. Tasks like this for a human would be difficult, but for Sebastian it was nothing.

😈Since Sebastian as been around for a long time, he possessed many talents and skills, ranging from speaking Latin, horseback riding, and playing certain instruments. He was tasked with teaching the young master these things as he was the Lord of Phantomhive manor, though his skills for the violin needed a lot of work.

😈Sebastian had met you during one of his strolls in London. He was on his way back from receiving supplies, when he passed an alley and saw you being held against the wall by three men, with knives. Ahh humans, always so greedy that they would resort to stealing from a young maiden. It all happen so quick, one second you were being threatened by these guys for money then all of a sudden, all three of the men ended being knocked out, and a tall handsome man wearing a suit was in front of you. You thanked him for helping you, and went out of your way to say you were looking for a place to work, to which led you to being introduce to Ciel Phantomhive and becoming a maid for the manor.

😈Sebastian noticed that you were nothing like the other three workers, as you didn't possess any secret skills, but he did appreciate how quick you were to learn and perform your tasks at the manor. There was something about you that drew you to him, he wasn't sure what it was, but he figured there was more too you then just being a regular human.

😈Upon leaving the young masters study after serving him his afternoon tea, Sebastian started to make his way back to the kitchen to prepare the evening meal, and to make sure Bard wasn't using the flamethrower again. He stopped once he heard the sounds of someone singing nearby. Curious, he ventured closer to where the singing was coming from, and noticed that one of the doors was opened slightly. Peeking his head through the door, Sebastian saw you in the middle of the room, dusting one of the shelves, while singing a random melody.

😈"Oya, this human is very interesting", Sebastian thought as he entered the room slowly as not to disturb your singing. Upon turning around after you finished dusting, you dropped the feather duster in shock and covered your mouth as you realized Sebastian was in the room and heard you singing: "S-sebastian! U-um I was um-." Stumbling over your words, you were unable to explain anything to him, and quickly ducked your head down in embarrassment. Chuckling, Sebastian walked closer towards you, lifting your head by placing his fingers on your chin: "Your singing is quite beautiful, Y/N. How come you never told me or the young master you could sing?"

😈Looking away from his gorgeous eyes, you explained to him that you always loved singing, but you preferred to sing in private, or sing where no one could tell it was you. You apologized again if you had distracted him from his duties, but Sebastian just shook his head and smiled saying there was no need to apologize for something like this, but he still wondered why you decided to work as a maid and not a singer.

😈After that, Sebastian explained what had happened with the young master about your hidden talents and insisted in a plan that could benefit both his company and your dream. Ciel was surprised that Sebastian had taken an interest in you, but he didn't think to hard on it and listened to what plan Sebastian had in mind.

😈The both of them discussed the plan with you to be a private singer for the Funtom company. Whenever they would travel to an event for one of the other lords, they would have you there to sing and entertain the guests with your beautiful singing, in disguise of course as you were insistent that you wanted your appearance hidden from everyone. Word spread quickly over the streets of London about the mysterious singer of the Funtom company, including reaching the Queen herself as she was amazed by this singer and sent a letter to Lord Phantomhive herself, requesting the mysterious singer to attend the next ball/event she would plan.

😈Sebastian was quite pleased with how well things were going. Not only was the young masters company becoming extremely popular now, but also you were able to do what you loved which was sing. Of course, Sebastian had to make sure your needs were met and made sure you were not overworking yourself too much as what kind of butler would he be if he didn't provide the best care for you.

😈His favorite song of yours is "Domestic De Violence" . He finds the melody to be very beautiful and finds the lyrics to be very manipulating, but in a good way for him.

UNKNOWN SANRIO CHARACTERS PART 3

This Sanrio character is a collaboration with Japanese singer Ado. She debuted in 2022 and her birthday is March 8. She loves to eat and will eat anything including things that are inedible. She was created in Sanrio lab and her hobby is singing.

Your Digital/Cyber AU seems really cool and you seem super passionate about it so I wanted to put together a playlist that I feel fits the vibe I got from your art and stuff you tagged with Profile Stan! Here’s some of my thoughts behind how I went about picking stuff:

To kick it off, I knew I had to have Bo Burnham’s “Welcome to the Internet” since most everything takes place in the online world. Also, it’s got that sort of devious cyber vibe that I think fits Profile Stan.

In general, I wanted to have a lot electronic-y sounds so I went with a bunch of Vocaloid songs. There’s also so many that fit the idea of being taken over by something electronic, from WANOPO’s “Remote Control” to VocaCircus’ “Copycat” to the ever classic Crusher-P’s “ECHO”. For the songs that weren’t in English, I included English covers by my favorite Vocaloid cover artist.

When I think “evil doppelganger”, my brain immediately goes to Bipper because I was a huge Gravity Falls fan back in the day. So, I included some songs that remind me a lot of him, including one specific fansong (“deCIPHER”). Along those lines, I also included Disparition’s “Eliezer’s Waltz” because it’s from the WTNV episode that really first introduced Cecil’s evil double.

I saw that your AU took some heavy inspiration from Be More Chill, which is not something I was ever into, but my sibling was and they told me that the songs that had the most evidence of the main character being taken over were “Be More Chill (Pt 1)” and “Upgrade” so I made sure to include those.

Outside of the Vocaloid songs, I tried to include more songs about being replaced/overtaken by something and fighting for control. So, that includes songs like “Control”, “Freaking Me Out”, and “The Wolf”. And I did include one additional song fully in Japanese with no cover (Ado’s “Fleeting Lullaby” from the One Piece movie) mostly because it fits this idea EXACTLY and also Ado is an incredible singer (don’t worry, there’s English subtitles if you turn on CC).

Any songs not specifically mentioned do fall under one of these categories or just fit the general vibe I felt while putting everything together. I hope you like this playlist and that it aligns with your vision for your AU!

Ibara Shiozaki Headcanons!

Here I am again with some headcanons for Ibara Shiozaki! She's my favorite 1B student and I'll be sharing some headcanons for my favorite MHA characters! So, without further ado... here we go!

CW: Elements of Religious Trauma Ahead!

Backstory Headcanon.

Ibara was born with her quirk, being a soft set of fuzzy vines on her head. She was a very meek, quiet baby, which was echoes of how her father, Colm Ryker, was when he was a baby.

She was raised by her extremely religious father and ended up learning German and Latin from him better than Japanese. Which was it's own problems when she'd try to talk but nobody except for her father understood her.

Her mother, Tamayo Shiozaki, died soon after Ibara was born so all she really knew was her overprotective, sheltering father. She was a very isolated little girl, until... She met her first friend. Renaru Kaenshita, the neighbor that would try to ask her questions about why she's so sad only to get answers he barely understood, so he would learn German and she would start learning Japanese.

Her father and her best friend were her entire world. So Colm strategically sent Ibara to the same schools as Renaru, that way she had someone familiar.

Because of her shyness, being half foreign, or two quarters, having a mutation quirk, and hanging out with the kid who had a dysfunctional quirk and a physical disability she was relentlessly bullied.

That caused Renaru to fight for her. Because she was his best friend and absolutely would fight the entire student body if he had to. Of course she would suffer in silence and pray for those who harmed her to see reason.

Her father never taught her to use her quirk in a way to harm anyone intentionally or unintentionally, practically being a pacifist. Yet the older she got, the more she wanted to break away from her father. So she got her motive to be a hero...

To help those with her quirk, to help because she wants to. Not to spread her beliefs but to just save people because she can.

Personal Headcanons!

Ibara is a very good singer, mostly due to her experience singing hymns at her father's church, although she's very shy about it and doesn't like to sing outside of church.

She loves going out and walking through a botanical garden, or gardens in general. Mostly because her mother's garden was the one she tended back home, she actually asked Nezu for a garden on campus and she got it.

She's extremely sheltered and has issues with keeping up socially with her classmates. Sometimes not getting their social cues or drifting off in the middle of a conversation because she lost her train of thought.

She finds certain subjects taboo, and while not vocal about them out of fear of being ostracized it's been an uphill battle. Surprisingly, Midnight and Ibara have a very cordial rapport together.

Setsuna always tries to break Ibara's shell, but some things are a no go, namely anything having to do with boys. Ibara has feelings for someone but never tells anyone until she's already holding him in her arms during a study session. (It's Renaru.)

She has a very, very deep seated fear of pruning scissors.

Ibara is Class 1B's vice representative, a job she takes a little more seriously than she has to. She only ran because she genuinely wanted to get out of her comfort zone.

She has a very, very, VERY, deep fear of Hell. Even the smallest 'sin' sends her into tears. Once the dorms were built however she went through an intense crisis of faith.

She has a favorite relative, her Uncle Rudolf never treated her as a child who barely knew anything, he would let her learn and make mistakes, and tell her it was fine.

Ibara's temper is very slow to anger, but when she IS angry she's terrifying. Her vines change to sharp whiplike strands, her eyes glow a bright red, and she starts speaking a different language, it's the quirk known as Wrath.

Her favorite holiday is Christmas, mostly because she can see her Aunties and Uncle. She doesn't see her cousins much either, even though Setsuna is in the same class.

Ibara's favorite song is I, Carrion (Icarian) by Hozier. Mostly because it makes her think of her friends and how far she's come as a person, and how much she loves her partner.

Her deepest fear is that she'll lose everyone and everything she's ever loved in one fell swoop because God would be angry with her for something outside of her control.

After the first war and Renaru leaving UA to mourn the loss of his mother, Ibara's faith was extraordinarily shaken. She had seen the death and carnage, tried to hold it back, tried to save everyone.

She blames herself for being too much of a coward to give in to her built up Wrath, to embrace the sin that made her father a true terror back when he was an active hero.

All she could do was cry and beg for forgiveness.

Once she starts deconstructing however she still holds a belief in a higher power, making her Agnostic. It's not exactly the Christian God, but its a god that she understands.

She has some religious trauma, mainly tied to her father and his way of things, but also because she suffered a major shaking of her faith all the way back in the War and still has issues from it.

Relationship Headcanons!

Ibara is an extremely shy girl when it comes to her lovers. She doesn't like talking about them or really being public with them much. At best she holds Renaru's hand or winds some of her vines around him to steady him.

She's very clingy. Like you'd have to pry her off she's that clingy. Also she's so happy. She barely complains because she feels as though that'd be a bother or she'd end up losing her partner... when it's something like a date plan.

She's also fiercely protective and loyal to a fault. You really lucked out falling for and dating her, because she wouldn't ever dream of hurting you or leaving you.

Ibara does however have some flaws, sometimes her clinginess and overprotective nature causes her to fret over her partner's wellbeing at the slightest hint of something wrong.

Sometimes she can't really express how she feels so it's hard to really parse out what she wants.

When it comes to PDA, she will hold her partner's hand or kiss their cheek. Later on when she's more comfortable she ends up giving her partner soft kisses on the lips that last only a few seconds.

After the War, she becomes even more protective and clingy, holding onto Renaru like he's the last thing that keeps her anchored. She understood that he needed time to mourn but she needed him too.

When it comes to her classmates she came across as cold and distant, somewhat holier-than-thou, and was very intimidating during quirk training or hero training.

Slowly though, with her friendships with Kendo, Reiko, Setsuna, and Kinoko she started to grow as a person. Enjoying different types of music, learning how to fight better so she isn't just letting her vines do all the work, adding mushrooms and learning how to care for them in her garden, and bonding with the cousin she never really got to know.

KAFU, like their sister often paints. For some reasons, their paintings are all about the students of Night Raven College. On each person's head is their names, as KAFU can't remember faces pretty well.
