he decides to go skull merchant running the same addons as her with brutal, does the same thing and breaks main doors bc she did it first. and obviously destroys her in the 1v1 and downs her within 30-40 seconds in chase. she dcs and asks for a rematch which also ends in her getting downed relatively fast. she dcs and then goes on about how he’s a bad person spreading toxicity, that his chat is transphobic (one person accidentally called her by he instead of she and a mod quickly deleted the message and warned them. everybody else was being respectful)

she also proceeded to gaslight and project her trauma onto him very aggressively and overall was being a dick to someone who didn’t deserve it

not to mention her very entitled behavior thinking content creators need to reach out to her when she’s not feeling good (she said she was disappointed too. like she EXPECTED someone to be there for her) which is very manipulative and playing victim because nobody is entitled to be her therapist, especially when she already has one. the “jerks guide for ___” guy has a post about it on his twitter if you wanna see the ss

she’s also been outed more for gaslighting, being very aggressive and manipulative to others.

the start of december, the most worrying yet also least worrying time of the year mainly for the reason that you’re not sure if you’re ever going to bump into your soulmate, all your friends have found theirs, so why couldn’t you? and as easy as you wish it’d be to find them, maybe following the bright red string that’s always glowing on your pinkie finger that only you can see, it hasn’t worked before and will probably never work.

you sigh, walking the streets of Seoul, Korea with heavily layered clothing for the winter season, the buildings were vibrant and beautiful yet all you felt was a gloomy grey.

it wasn’t as if you were desperate for love or a hopeless romantic, but seeing your friends so content with their soulmates has made you yearn for a love like theirs. a requited, never ending love between two chosen by the stars.

“oh! sorry, i wasn’t paying attention where i was going.” a voice piped up after crashing into you causing you both to fall back on the pavement. “i swear i’m not this clumsy usually.” he stood up, brushes himself off and offered a hand out to you, waiting to see if you’ll take it.

“it’s no problem,” you say with a small smile, a fall definitely kicked you out of your little three minute quarter-life crisis. though, you couldn’t help but notice something on his hand as you took it and pulled yourself up. a string. connecting right to your pinkie finger from his.

it seemed the man noticed too, as a sudden introduction coming from him the second you got back up on your feet. “name’s Lee Donghyuck, it’s a pleasure to meet you, my soulmate.” he playfully does a princely bow, though, you assumed it was probably just an act for peak first impressions.

“the pleasures all mine,” you bow/curtsy playfully right back after picking up your bag from the floor and brushing yourself off. “i’m Park Jisoo”

this man, Donghyuck, was his name? was complete eye candy to look at. his fluffy brown hair and gorgeous brown eyes pulled you in, maybe because he was your destined lover was why you looked at him in such a light, but never did you think someone you’d just met be so pretty to look at.

“you’re staring, soulmate, am i that handsome?” he teases, running his hand through his hair as if to try to make himself more attractive in your view, and you couldn’t deny its effect.

“not at all, soulmate, i was just zoning out” even his clothes seemed to perfectly match him. with a black shirt over his warm brown hoodie that accentuates his hair and eyes.

“i’m sure” he rolls his eyes, clearly not believing your bluff. “anyways, do you wanna go get ice cream? i’m sure you wouldn’t trust me enough to head to my place” Donghyuck said with a comforting smile, rubbing the back of his head.

you hit the jackpot.

not only was he a complete treat to look at, he was respectful too? you probably could’ve figured it out before he offered the ice cream, which always tastes better in cold whether, you figured out, but to have him acknowledge that you wouldn’t be comfortable enough to follow him to his home was really what sold you.

“yeah, let’s go”

by the time the two of you reached the ice cream store, it was already so close to closing you two might as well have been the last customers for the day. but the cashier showed no signs of fatigue and hurriedly went to scoop up the ice cream.

“thank you” you say to the cashier girl, and just as you were about to pay, Donghyuck holds your hand to stop you.

“i’ll pay, i was the one who offered, after all” he holds out his credit card and deets (real word; trust 💪🏻) it, paying for the ice cream. he waves goodbye to the cashier girl and leads you to a playground. usually this playground would be chalk filled with kids playing around, but in the cold winter, almost no one comes here anymore.

“you know, i never thought i’d meet my soulmate, especially a soulmate who’s a looker” he says, sitting down on a bench and looking up to the sky, seeing the starry night sky and beautiful moon. “you seem pretty nice too, though maybe i don’t know enough about you to say that yet”

you nod, sitting down next to him as you listened to what he said. “i hope i’m a nice person in other people’s eyes, but i just know you’re one.” everything he’s done so far, offering ice cream, paying for it, hell, even just knowing you wouldn’t want to go to his place, was enough to tell that he was a nice person. “i scored a home-run”

“and you’re a looker too,” you say, a small smile on your face. “pretty boy, through and through”

Donghyuck chuckles and god how you hoped you’d get to hear that sound for the rest of your life. he smiles warmly, a stark contrast to the weather you both were currently sitting in. “i like you, many people don’t compliment others so easily” he moved in a little closer, but far enough for you to not feel like he’s invading your personal space.

“this could work really well for us, right? this soulmate stuff”

“yeah, i think so”

and with that, the rest of the night was filled with talks and laughter as you got to know each other, as the stars and moon watched from above with calm smiles on their faces, knowing the fates have made another excellent pair that day.

If you don't mind me asking, why are the ai character bots bad/disrespectful? No worries if you don't want to answer this! I'm not a creator, so I think I lack that perspective when I look at it because it seemed to me sort of in the same vein as people doing those character ask blogs and fanfiction and stuff until I saw that ask warning you about it. Again, I get it if you would rather not go there! I'd just like to hear your perspective if you're willing. ❤️

again i dont really care what people do, so i'm not gonna go after any fans that use that sort of stuff. my issue with those bots come from my same issue with a lot of AI stuff that's coming out recently. too fast, too unregulated, etc.

beyond the basics of content theft that has to happen to make bots this quickly, i just find the concept of these bots soulless. you're getting vapid and thoughtless versions of characters that we (the creators) have put a lot of heart into. i'd rather someone write an RP between characters that, while maybe not being the best, had some earnestness behind it. that's what BP is about. it's just earnest. it's messy, it's weird, but it's comfortable in it.

anyway. i often fear a future where we are so zoned out on endless swaths of AI generated content, and character.ai feels like a step in that direction

This hadn't exactly been what he'd expected.

Surgery was precise and generally straightforward. If there was a problem that needed fixing, one simply addressed it. Medicine was much messier, ruling out issues and treating symptoms rather than addressing the issue at hand.

Emergency medicine was a chaotic mix of both. Link hadn't exactly known what he was getting himself into when he'd signed up for a trauma surgery and emergency medicine fellowship.

As if residency hadn't been grueling enough, what with up to 100 hour work weeks, this fellowship finally brought him back to the action in a way he'd never experienced. His past was... checkered, for sure, but it had always been solo missions, not an all out war zone.

He also hadn't been on the front lines for the injuries up to this point.

Five years into being a doctor and he could still have his breath stolen away by feeling so utterly clueless.

Shaking his head, Link centered himself. Sure, this was less controlled than an operating room, but he could still fix wounds. This wasn't entirely new to him, just a different environment.

"I need a doctor over here!"

The call was commanding and urgent, and Link immediately went to it. A blonde nurse with a confidence that filled the room was holding pressure on a wound, hands preoccupied with preventing the soldier from bleeding to death.

"You want to put in a order for fast blood?" he said in a terse tone that, despite the phrasing used, wasn't a question.

Link nodded, going to the nearby computer to put in the order.

"You'll have to call for the blood, too," the nurse continued. "And I'm going to need a hemostatic agent for this."

The doctor paused a moment, simultaneously grateful and mildly annoyed at all the orders. He wasn't against nurses knowing what they needed and ordering for it, and he was completely out of his element, but the fiercely independent side of him was not a fan of having orders barked at him. Nevertheless, he did as instructed and watched the nurse quickly use the specailized gauze on the wound and wrap it tightly as best he could. Despite his efforts, specks of crimson began to ooze through.

"His BP is 72/41, tachycardic in the 120s, O2 saturation is dropping despite being on nonrebreather at 15L," the nurse reported, changing his gloves and immediately grabbing the first cooler of blood that arrived. He called for another nurse to check the blood with him and then looked at Link sharply. "I can send labs for you. What else would you like?"

This person was in shock. They needed to know what products the patient needed. Labs were absolutely necessary. Link slipped back into routine knowledge, blocking out the chaotic backdrop of the constant chatter and movement around him, and got to work.

Four units of red blood cells, two units of fresh frozen plasma, two liters of fluids, blood pressure intravenous drips, and a quick arterial line placement later, they made a hasty trip to surgery to repair a damaged artery.

When it was all finished, Link wandered back into the ER and saw the room where the patient had previously been bleeding all over the floor was already clean and filled with another whose leg had been blasted off.

"So you surgical or ER doc?" the nurse from before asked as he gave the new patient a fluid bolus and pain medication.

"Surgery," Link answered. "But I'm doing a rotation in the ER."

The nurse paused and smirked. "Bit different from your tidy little OR, right?"

Link huffed and smiled in return. "I've seen chaos before, but yes, it is different."

"Name's Link," the nurse said, catching the surgical fellow off guard. "You?"

"Well... it'll be easy to remember, because my name is Link as well," he answered.

The nurse frowned. "What, really?"

"Really."

The nurse laughed at that. "You'll need a nickname. That'll get confusing."

"And you?"

"I'm Link. You need a nickname."

Link raised an eyebrow. "What's your rank?"

"Captain."

"Then that's your nickname."

The captain's face soured in mild annoyance before he shrugged and waved a hand with enough lighthearted energy to diminish his grumpiness. "Fine. But you get one too. If I'm not Link, the no one is."

After reviewing over 1,000 charts, I have found some good setups for the week. These were selected and should be viewed in the context of the broad Market Macro picture reviewed Friday which with the month of May in the books, saw equity markets showing some signs of weakness following divergences last week.

Elsewhere look for Gold to continue its consolidation in the uptrend while Crude Oil consolidates in a narrow range after a pullback. The US Dollar Index continues to drift to in broad consolidation while US Treasuries continue their downtrend. The short term move higher in the Shanghai Composite looks to be at risk of reversing while Emerging Markets enter a short term downtrend.

The Volatility Index looks to remain very low and stable making the path easier for equity markets to the upside. The charts of the SPY and QQQ look strong on the longer timeframe, but with a possible momentum reset continuing in the short run. On the shorter timeframe both the QQQ and SPY have reset to their 20 day SMA’s where they often find support. How they react next week could tell if this week was meaningful or not. The IWM continues to be the laggard, stalled near the top of a 2 year range. Use this information as you prepare for the coming week and trad’em well.
