Absolutely tickled by the idea that, after the accident, everyone thinks Danny is a vampire. Like him being a ghost doesn't sound plausible, but at the same time if ghosts are a thing so to should be vampires. Why do people think this? A couple reasons.
1. They never see Danny eat anymore
-Danny doesnt need to eat as Ectoplasm now sustains him, he doesn't even notice he hasn't eaten in 3 weeks, he just hasn't felt hungry
2. He is now super super pale
-While not the ghostly green/blue of normal ghosts, since Danny is still half alive, his skin looks super pale now, like not deathly pale, but illness pale
3. His breathing patterns are weird, like he purposefully has to remember to breathe
-Danny doesnt have to breathe as much any more, and is slowly loosing the muscle memory of having to, so hes hyper aware of his breathing but if hes focused on something else he forgets
4. He more sensitive towards the sun
-It's less being sensitive to the sun, and more it's just too hot for him during the day, outside of winter and fall, due to his ice core/powers
5. Danny is now cold to the touch
-Again, Ice Core/Powers
6. Danny seems unperterbed with death, and Horror movies, and the like
-After having died himself, hes not sacred of it. Sure there are things that still freak Danny out and make him uncomfortable, but watching a horror movie villain chase teenagers around, or having to disect frogs, or seeing road kill doesn't really effect him anymore
7. He's stronger than his noodle arms would intale
-Danny has a bit of a strength boost in ghost form, and while his human form doesnt have the same amount of strength, hes slightly stronger than he should be. Hes good at hiding it for the most part, but a few times hes shoved Dash away from him and accidentally sent him flying. Oops, sorry not sorry.
8. Enhanced senses
-Danny has night vision now, which is cool, but his senses aren't actually that much more advanced, it's only his ghost sense that makes it seem like he has better senses because he "always knows' when a ghost attack his gonna happen.
9. Hes always drinking from a thermos, and hes super protective of said thermos.
-Liquid Ectoplasm, while Danny doesnt have to eat, he does need a boost here and there after tough fights or after spending too long in human form
10: Fangs
-Danny has little ghost fangs, they're longer in ghost form, at about 2-3 inches, but in human form they're only about 1 inch
Danny has no idea people think hes a vampire. Yeah they're all weirdly polite now but he just thinks that his classmates are maturing and being nicer. Hes proud of them!
Jack and Maddie don't really care. Like they're concerned about how he became a vampire, but since hes not a ghost(as far as they know) and he seems fine they're happy to just ignore it. Same with the GIW, they could care less about blood suckers, vampires belong to different branch of government guys who suck at their job, and they suck at their jobs somehow worse than the GIW so they're not really an issue.
But Jazz, Sam, and Tucker, oh they know. And they think it's hilarious! They also help play it up, because if people think Danny is a Vampire, they won't look too deeply into any connection he might have with Phantom.
#danny phantom prompt#danny phantom idea#danny phantom#danny fenton#danny: our classmates are being so nice! theyre really maturing. im proud of them!#sam: yeah uh huh its great. hey do me a favor and pretend to be allergic to this garlic bread.#danny: why?#sam: no reason

Missiles and Meal Service: The Hidden Toll of Flying in War-zones
Common occupational hazards in aviation; the not so new flight deck stressors would encompass turbulence, delayed pushbacks, and that one passanger having an issue with someone reclining their seat (this is so very common, believe me). Let’s not forget another one who thinks the seatbelt sign doesn’t apply to them while on active runway (because they are just itching for a snack they left inside their carry-on luggage in the overhead bin. Opens bin, then bag falls off on them and everyone around. SMH)
Back to business. Pilots and cabin crew flying over the Middle East lately, especially in and out of Qatar, well, there’s a new, less subtle source of anxiety: missile attacks. Who doesn’t know the news by now?
Yes, flying into Doha these days might involve dodging airspace closures, U.S. airbase targets, and the occasional Iranian and Israeli news. Glamorous, right?
Very.
While passengers worry about delayed in-flight meals and Wi-Fi speeds being too slow or disconnecting , the crew up front and in the aisles are dealing with something much much heavier: the psychological toll of flying through a region where geopolitics are very unpredictable, stormy, and always just over the horizon.
What Happened in Qatar Exactly, you ask?
In resent years, we’ve witnessed sensitive airspaces and in response, airlines have shut down their airspaces. Flights being rerouted faster than a teenager dodging chores have become commonplace, and airline dispatchers around the world had one collective panic attack.
Now just imagine this. Inflight, flight crew are prepping beverage carts while air defence systems light up the radar. Boom-Chaka-Boom! Just another day in the skies.
Cabin Pressure: Flying with a Side of Adrenaline
Yes, crew (deck crew and cabin crew) are trained to handle demarcates, but war is not an average Emmergency! It’s one thing to worry about fuel efficiency. It’s another to fly over a region where missiles are a real-time hazard.
There is a huge difference between trusting an aircraft, the team, and trusting geopolitics.
Constant anticipatory anxiety.
Hypervigilance, even on layovers.
The unsettling knowledge that their aircraft might share airspace with defense drones, military jets, and… well, more missiles.
Hospitality Meets Hostility
Cabin crew, as you know, are the face of calm, smile and all. Even so, smiling while you serve fish, beef and a gluten free meal on a flight skimming a conflict zone? That’s dark art right there.
Results:
Crew becoming emotionally disconnected from their jobs.
Guilt when evacuating people while others are left behind. 2020 clears throat!
Luxury inflight service inside a pressure cooker floating mid air at 40,000 feet while those on ground are ducking. Definately dystopian!
More Fuel, More Detours, More Fatigue
Yep! Practical stress:
Flights being rerouted to avoid hot zones, adding hours to duty time.
Longer flight hours mean more fatigue, which affects both performance and emotional bandwidth.
There’s no glamour-AT ALL in a 15 hour turnaround because there is no clearance to land.
What Airlines Are Maybe doing
Critical Incident Stress Management teams.
Therapy appointments.
Pre and post dispatch briefings.
Even so, lots of crews feel out of the loop. Why you ask?Because, you get the news that you’re flying a risky zone when you’re already on it.
Hidden Costs: Forget Fuel and Insurance
Mental Health RiskWhat It Looks LikePTSD or traumaFlashbacks, fawning, sleep interruptions, avoidanceBurnoutEmotional numbness, lack of purposeAnxietyReccuring worry, overanalysing proceduresIsolationFeeling detached and lack of support on layovers or at home
These risks don’t show up on a flight log, but hey, they impact safety, morale, and retention. We talk about maintaining aircraft fatigue limits. What about crew fatigue limits?
Where Do We Go From Here?
How about a Flight Plan for Mental Health in Conflict Zones:
Transparent Security Briefings.
Weight & balance before takeoff is paramount, so is mental health balance.
Flight Debriefs After High-Stress Flights.
Better Global Oversight, meaning ICAO, IATA and other relevant bodies must update protocols for mental wellness involving high-risk routes.
Bottom line, pilots and cabin crew are indeed professionals for they train, adapt, and make sure to get the job done. But, they are people too and not robots. People who fly into the world’s most dangerous zones with nothing more than a safety manual and nerves of steel.
We owe them patience, understanding, protection and genuine support as they navigate war zones with grit and grace.
Fly safe. Check on your crew friends, and just maybe skip the missile jokes during boarding.

Danny finds a new nap spot. Natives are worried.
Ever since Danny became a Halfa, his house hasn't been the safest place to rest at. Its filled with his parents experiments and automatic weaponry and hasn't felt like home for a while. He feels bad having to sleep at Tucker's place and Sam's parents don't really like him but he needs to rest somewhere.
Cue the Ocean 0.0
He hasn't needed to breathe in a long time and having a secondary source of energy for his core would lessen the amount of food he needed to eat.
It's massive and mysterious and he can explore it until his core is satisfied. The sun makes such nice warm spots perfect for naping and with Clockworks help he can make it there in almost no time.
With his parents spending most of the evening and night in their lab or outside the house, he can spend most of his night sleeping there and with a semi-regular sleep schedule at that.
No one even notices hes gone.
The Atlantians sure know hes there though.
Granted they don't notice he's there at first. He finds the perfect space to sleep and doesn't move until its time to go to the surface, but when they notice. They Notice .
Brave researchers acompanied by soldiers try to collect samples of hair and scale and maybe even blood but come up with little to nothing. While they can touch the being, any attempt to remove anything leads to it slipping through their fingers like the water that surounds them.
The only good thing is that the creature seems to be peaceful, only sleeping and then leaving. (where he leaves to, no one knows. They aren't sure they even want to know)
#ectoplasm and an ice core#dc x dp#Mer Danny#Leviathan Danny#i am on a sleepy creepy Danny spree and making it everyones problem.#Why am i like this? I've got no fucking clue but its your problem now.#Sleepy Danny

Dead on main writing prompt: Jason gets dosed by a rogue and accidentally exposes his and Danny's relationship......
“And this GIW kidnap ghosts?” Batman asks.
“Totally, Dad.” Jason nods. “But you can’t tell anyone I’m a ghost!” Jason claims.
“You don’t want them to get you?” Diana questions.
“Me?” Jason scoffs, “I don’t give a fuck about me. I just don’t want them to get Danny again.” He says in a duh kind of tone.
“Danny’s a ghost?” Dick asks in shock.
Jason smiles again, “He’s a Halfa; like me.”
“Two Halfas exist?” Zatanna asks sounding shocked.
Jason laughs, “Don’t be silly. There are four of us: Me, My husband, My husband’s clone, and that one asshole.”
“You and Danny are married!” Dick yells.
“Yes, Dickwing. My husband and I are in fact married.” Jason states.
“Why didn’t you invite me to your wedding?!” Dick doesn’t do a very good job hiding the hurt in his voice.
“I will invite you to the human one.”
“Wait, your wedding was a ghost one?” Dick asks.
“Duh.” Jason nods, “we’re only legally married in the Ghost Zone.” Jason then quickly adds, “Or Infinite Realms.” Jason shrugs, “Whatever you want to call it.”
“You’ve been to the infinite realms?” Constatine asks.
“Yeah.” Jason laughs. Then, stops as if realizing something, “Oh, My God.” He looks at his older brother, “Big Bird, Did I tell you that I met Jane Austin? Because I fucking met Jane Austin!”
“That’s- great, Little Wing.” Dick says in shock.

Danny steals Jason
Danny was the newbiest of noobs on the street rat scene. Poor kid isn't cut out for the cut-throat culture of Gotham homelessness. His soft heart and mid-western manners means he ends up giving up the lion's share of what he does manage to scavenge.
It concerned Jason. Being soft like that was a great way to get killed. Danny was chum in the shark infested waters. Hood asked one of the older alley kids how Danny hadn't gotten eaten alive.
"It's like taking candy from a baby" she confided in Hood. "Easy as fuck, but you can't help but feel bad about it."
Now, Red Hood has a deal with the alley kids. If anyone manages to steal from all of the Waynes without getting caught, he will pay for all their necessities until they turn 18.
Really, it's a win-win. Bruce and his brood get extra awareness training and more incentive to stay out of Jason's territory. The kids get bought a meal after they're inevitably caught. Jason gets to laugh at his family.
He never expected his deal to be taken advantage of by Danny of all kids.
"Psst! Red Hood!"
Jason glanced over to see Danny beckoning him over. Curious, and a bit wary at the nervous look on the boy's face, he approached. "What's up kid?"
"C'mon! Over here!" Danny insisted, moving further away.
Jason followed. "What's this about?"
Danny didn't answer. Instead he just grabbed his hand and sped up. He kept glancing back at him and it was making Jason nervous. Did the kid get in over his head and coerced into luring Red Hood into a trap?
"Kid?" He asked again, tension leaking into his voice.
"Not yet. Almost there."
Abruptly they stopped on a random street corner. Jason noted that it was tactically a poor place for an assassination. Still, if something was gonna go down, he'd have to make sure the kid made it to safety.
"Danny-"
"I abducted you." Danny interrupted, confirming Jason's suspicious. "I used persuasion to get you someplace you don't wanna be," He pointed at the ground at that, presumably for emphasis. "Which counts as abduction. And I didn't get caught by the Bats."
"Okay? Danny, you-"
"You're sort of a bat which means I stole you from the bats!" the kid interrupted again. "And the bats are the Waynes. So I stole from all the Waynes without getting caught! I won the challenge!"
As Jason's brain rebooted all he could manage to say was, "What makes this spot someplace I don't wanna be?"
Danny just grinned and pointed at the ground again.
Jason looked down. He was standing in a chalk outline with lots of arrows titling it the "Stupid Circle"

Danny Phantom, The Show:
geeky kid gets super powers from his parents' weird inventions! now he has to fight a rogue gallery of ghosts... but uh-oh! he still has to keep his grades up, deal with his embarrassing parents, and navigate girl troubles! rap theme song!
Danny Phantom, the Fandom, After 19 Years of Fermentation:
a child dies. but not quite. the inherent tension between life and death. the obsession of the dead for faded remnants of the living. warped green shadows on the walls of a dark laboratory. having to hide your true nature from those who should be your greatest allies. the fear of the monster you could become if you let yourself. being a ghost as a metaphor for the trans experience. a cold breath on the back of your neck in the dead of the night. rap theme song!
#also wes is there#danny phantom#okay okay i'm exagerrating on both points obviously#it's been a LONG time since i watched the original tv show#but of course it had elements of these deeper themes and that's why the fandom's lasted so long#but it was a mid 2000s cartoon when serialised storytelling in western animation was still in its infancy#the fandom has spent a long time leaning into the story lines and themes that never would have flown then

DpxDc The Ultimate Enemy AU:
When danny goes to the future chasing after his evil future self, he runs into Batman, the only surviving member of the Justice League. The hero helps him track down Vlad and discover what happened. Before Danny goes back in time to stop the dark timeline, Batman stops him.
Batman gives him a code phrase and tells him that if things dont work out, if he cant save his family or if he needs help in his own time he should go to Bruce Wayne and tell him the code and the man will help him.
Batman with years of experience when it comes to his deranged teenaged vigilante children assumes that Danny will know that Batman just shared his secret identity. After all, all of his kids would have put it together with ease.
Unfortunately for Batman, Danny is not one of his detective kids. Danny assumes that Bruce Wayne is a friend of Batman's. He goes back to his past and manages to defeat Dan and Clockwork saves his family. He never forgets the code Batman gave him.
Fast forward a couple years, Danny is on the run, he needs help. He does what Batman told him to do and goes to Bruce Wayne. He gives the man the code and is immediately taken to Wayne Manor for some medical care.
Danny doesnt want to tell Wayne about his ghost half. When the man asks him why he was hurt and how he can help, Danny said he needed a place to stay and that Batman said that Bruce would help him. Danny begs Bruce not to tell anyone he is here, not even Batman. He needs a safe place to hide.
The code Danny gave? A batman original that means "this is a trusted part of the bat family who comes from a doomed timeline, do whatever they say"
But Danny doesnt know Bruce is Batman????
So like, from Bruce's perspective, this beat-up kid shows up from out of nowhere and gives him a code phrase that basically sets the entire bat fam on red alert. Because this kid just came back in time from a doomed world right?
But the Batman of that time didn't reveal his identity. So surely there must be a reason for that? Bruce has to trust the version of himself that lived that failed timeline, which means he can't reveal his identity.
But no. There was no reason. Batman just did that thing he always does where when talking to a dark haired, blue eyed teenage hero he just doesn't finish his sentences and assumes they understand him perfectly.
They almost never do, at least not at first, and he never, ever learns.
Shenanigans, as always, ensue.
#Danny: I cant see batman if i do i am gonna have to tell him everything and i am not ready for that conversation.#Danny: Plus Batman probably wouldn't even accept me. thats why he sent me to this rich guy instead of telling Danny to find him#Bruce from the failed timeline: goodbye new son. i believe in you go find other me#bruce from this time line: if i dont find out whats going on either the world will end or i will have an aneurism#danny phantom#dpxdc#dp crossover#batman#dc x dp#dp x dc#dp x dc crossover

Dp x dc prompt
Redhood didn't like people who took advantage of children. Fucking hated them.
So when he heard of a new crime lord employing children in there area, he had to put a bullet between that fucker's eyes. Apperently, the guy ran the original gang out of town and set the kids off on petty crime. Stealing money. Food, clothes, in some cases, even drugs.
Redhood stood outside an abandoned building, gun at the ready. There was no security, no goons. Did this guy know he was coming? Is this a trap? Redhood shook off his worries. No matter. He's just gotta get this bastard before it could get any worse.
He crept through raftors and boxes. He listened for footsteps. Step step step. The footsteps were heavy and dragging, sluggish. According to eye witnesses, the crime lord tended to drag his feet, maybe limp even.
Redhood slid out of hiding, pressed his gun up to the back of the man's head, and-
It was a kid. The kid turned around, so irely calm. His long black air hung down, obscuring his face, but Redhood could clearly see the way his pale sickly skin sank into his bones. How his dull blue eyes seamed to gloss over and stare into his soul. Almost daring him to pull the trigger. Yet, despite the dark of the warehouse, he almost seemed to glow.
"So?" He asked.
"Wha- so what?" Redhood asked. He was shaking. He hasn't put the gun down.
"Are you going to pull the trigger or not? I mean, you've got a clear shot. I just ask you to clean up after. The kids don't need to see that," The teen slowly blinked at him. Redhood slowly lowered the gun. Just a gang of kids run rampant, yeah. That's what this is.
The kid hummed and began to walk off. Redhood couldn't really call it walking or even limping. It looked more like dragging a nearly dead leg. Now that he was close, he could see it. The dragging leg, the dead arm in a sling. The lichtenberg scars crawled up his face, reaching his eye, blinded and half shut. How did this kid run a whole gang out of town?
Red Hood followed him. The kid only gave his a brief glance before shrugging. Redhood followed him to the back of the warehouse, where a group of kids slept. Redhood recognised them, street kids. All either homeless or too scared to go home.
"They helped me," the kid whispered, "I got rid of those people because I hated the way they hurt the people around them, and when I fell sick, those kids stepped up to help. The least I can do is give them a place to stay."
"You fell sick? You weren't always like this?"
"No. I used to be a lot stronger, braver," The kid gave a heavy sigh before slowly lowering himself to the ground. Crossing his legs and resting his head on his hand, "Now I can barely move without aching, I feel like an old man trapped in a teenager's body."
Redhood glanced between him and the sleeping kids. He was helping them, housing them. In return, they were stealing food and medicine for their sick friend, and Rehood almost shot him.
"My name is Danny, by the way," The kid- Danny grumbled.
Redhood sighed and sat down next to him, "Nice to meet you, Danny. I'm Redhood."

Bruce owes Danny money. He does Not want to pay up.
So! Danny had to run away from Amity Park when his parents discovered his Powers. But every time he tried to stay in a single place in America, they somehow managed to find him.
Turns out, they were working with the GIW to track him using the GIW's resources and the Fenton's Genius to find him everywhere he ran to. Eventually, Danny figured he had had enough and ran to Europe where the GIW had no Jurisdiction.
After wandering for a while, Danny was found and recruited by the League of Assasins. He was powerful, skilled, and connected to the Lazarus Pits, so they approached him with a job offer.
They would hide him from the Fentons, who had began to search for him in Europe independently, and in return he would work for them as an Assasin.
Considering his situation, Danny agreed.
He began training to be an Assasin, supplementing his Ghost Abilities with the abilities of an Assasin to become even more Stealthy.
While training under the League, Danny met another recruit simply known as Bruce. They trained together for years, even going on a few missions together gathering intel, and using disguises to hid in plain sight.
On one of these missions, Danny lent Bruce some money with the promise to get paid back when they returned to the League. That same night, Bruce left the League of Assasins and never came back.
...
Bruce was sitting in the Batcave going over a case with Tim, Jason was off to the side cleaning his Guns, and Dick and Cass were holding an acrobatics competition in their Obstacle Course, with Damien, Steph, and Duke cheering them on.
Suddenly an Eldritch Emerald Light sprang to life in the center of the Batcave, and everybody dropped what they were doing and sprang to action.
Slowly, a glowing green figure emerged from the Light. He appeared Eldritch in Nature, as if he existed in multiple layers of reality at once and looking at him gave them minor headaches. Then, the figure spoke up.
"BRUCE. ITS BEEN 15 YEARS. YOU STILL OWE ME 16 DOLLARS."
Recognizing Danny, Bruce took a moment to compose himself before responding.
"Fuck Off."

I am loudly pushing the batdad agenda i am loudly pushing the— DPxDC Prompt
“Woah. You look like shit."
Granted, that’s probably not the first thing Danny should be saying to the guy that just bit the curb, but in his defense; he’s not running on 100% right now either.
The man -- tall, towering, and broader than Danny is tall -- whips around on his heel, black frayed cape flaring out impressively. Danny would've whistled in appreciation, but he takes the time instead to wipe the back of his hand across his mouth, smearing the blood running from his nose across his cheek.
"Sorry." He blinks widely, not even flinching as the man with the horns zeroes in on him. "That was rude of me. I have a really bad brain-to-mouth filter; Sam says its what always gets me into trouble."
And she's not wrong either, per say. His smart mouth is what landed him in this situation -- with blood blossom extract running through his veins and cannibalizing the ectoplasm in his bloodstream. Thanks Vlad.
The man grunts at him; a short, curt "hm" that shouldn't make Danny smile, but he does because he's somewhat delirious and probably concussed. The man keeps some kind of distance, sinking towards the shadows of Gotham's alleyway like he dares to melt right into it.
If it's supposed to scare Danny, it doesn't work. Danny's never been afraid of the dark; he's always been able to hide himself in it. He blinks slowly at the mass of shadows.
"You look hurt." The shadows says, blurring together around the edges. Danny squints, and licks his lips to get the blood dripping down his chin off. Ugh, he hates the taste of blood.
"I am." He says, "My godfather poisoned me. M'dying." The agony of the blood blossom eating him from the inside out looped back around to numbing a while ago, so all he feels is half-awake and dazed.
"Hey," Danny stumbles forward towards the man, a bloodied hand reaching out to him. "You-- you're a hero, right? You're not attacking me; which is more than I can say for most costumed people I've met." Maybe it's a poor bar to judge someone at, but he's already established that Danny's not in his right mind.
The man makes no change in expression, but Danny realizes blearily that it's hard to tell with the shadows on his face. He stays still long enough for Danny to latch onto the cape -- stretchy, but almost soft under his fingers.
He looks up blearily into the whites of the man's eyes. "Can you help me? I don't-- I don't wanna die." Again. He doesn't wanna die again. He blinks slow and lizard-like. "I mean- I'll probably get to see mom and dad again, but I told them I'd at least try and make it to adulthood."
There's a clatter down the street, and Danny's ghost sense chills up his spine and leaves a bitter, ashy taste in his mouth. He immediately knows who it belongs to even before the deceptively gentle; "Daniel?" echoes down the way.
"Daniel? Quit your games, badger, Gotham is dangerous for children."
Danny's mouth pulls back, and blood spills against his tongue. "Please." He rasps, and grabs onto the shadow's cape with both hands. "Please. He's going to kill me. Please--"
"Daniel? Is that you?"
His lips part, dragging in air to plead with the darkness again. He doesn't need to, the whites of his eyes narrow, and the cape whirls around him before Danny can blink. Soon swaddled in shadows, the Night lifts him up, and steals him away.

Bruce tries to adopt Ellie, who is immediately against it. She keeps throwing him off her trail and he keeps tracking her down. She's honestly concerned, and normally she would handle her problems by herself- but this is Batman.
So when Bruce gets a little too close and Ellie is just so tired... she calls for Danny.
"Mom!"
Cue college student, perpetually tired and overworked Danny "High King Phantom" Fenton appearing from the very shadows Batman normally does himself, seeing the situation and going off at this "clearly older man" chasing his daughter in the middle of the night.
Cue the most elaborate "stop trying to adopt my kid before I adopt yours" series of battles

Muscle Memory (DpxDc)
Jason barely remembered getting back to his safe house or even finding his way to bed. The night had been so tiring, so busy, and so many parts of his body hurt.
The moment his head hit the pillow, he was out like a light. Drifting off into dreamland for some much need sleep.
That was until a noise stirred him up from his sleep. It was a soft creak of one of his many loose floorboards.
It was in a flash that Jason was up, eyes still heavy with sleep, and a gun held to his thigh as he exited his bedroom. The soft light coming from his bathroom was the first hint.
When he pushed open the bathroom door, the sight before him had him holstering his weapon. Black hair, blue eyes, and blood. That's all Jason needed to see.
Jason would swear he wasn't still half asleep, that he knew this wasn't one of his brothers. In reality, still sluggish from a hard night and sleep deprivation, Jasin's brain had automatically assumed it was one of his baby brothers.
As he immediately settled into patching up the wounds, holding back questions for now. It wouldn't be the first time one of them came to him for aid when they didn't want Bruce to know they were hurt yet.
It was pure muscle memory as Jason worked. Yes, he didn't like the injuries, reminding himself to ask which rogue did this in the morning.
Now wasn't the time for an interrogation. Not with the barely concealed tears in those eyes, or the dark bags that decorated beneath them.
He barely grumbled for the teen to take the couch, reminding that there were extra blankets in the hallway closet. Dropping a few pills into the boy's hand to help with the pain he was surely in.
Jason left the mess in the bathroom, leaving it a problem for more awake him. He waved the boy off when he tried to speak, telling him they'll talk in the morning.
In the end, Jason was glad to finally face plant back into his bed. Barely bothering to curl up under the covers before sleep took over once again.
When morning came, Jason almost forgot about letting one of his brother's crash in his place. Stumbling out of his bedroom to immediately notice the lump on his couch.
He put a pot of coffee on, grabbing his phone, ready to let Bruce know that whoever came to him last night was safe and sound.
Except, when Jason moved over to confirm who it was, he finally noticed. This wasn't one of his brothers. And last he heard, Bruce hadn't taken in any new strays.
Jason stood over the sleeping boy, phone in one hand, and mind figuring out what to do. His mind replaying the half-asleep memories from last night.
It made sense, now that he thought about it. The boy had seemed so scared, so surprised that Jason was helping. The boy hadn't done anything either by the looks of it.
He didn't seem to have taken anything or even snooped. The boy seemed to have just crashed on the couch like Jason had told him to. He didn't come here to rob him or cause trouble. The kid had broken into his safe house only to raid his first aid kit.
The kid had broken into his safe house only to raid his first aid kit.
Well, Jason wasn't about to put Alfred's teachings to shame by being a horrible host either.
#dc x dp#dp x dc crossover#dp x dc#dpxdc#I love seeing good big brother Jason#and ofc I wanted Danny involved somehow#that's litterally just how this was born#with the idea of Danny breaking into an apartment he thought was empty#only for a man with a gun to show up but instead of being hostile the dude just methodically and silently patches Danny#Danny isn't sure if he's lucky or not#but he wasn't going to say no to a place to sleep for the night and free aid#Danny was planning to ditch before the morning cause he had no clue what was going to happen#he really didn't want to know why this tank of a man just let a stranger crash at his place after patching him up#but Danny was too stressed and in pain that he went out like a light#idk where I'm going with this#I'm tired and stressed myself lmao#I did not bother rereading this#just typed it and sent it

Jack: What do you want Alfred: Son, please- Jack: Not your son. Not since you walked out on Mom to go to jolly old England. How's that going, by the way? I heard you walked out on your daughter there, too. Alfred: I know I wasn't the best Father, and you have no reason to forgive me, but this is a matter of life and Death. Jack: Oh, big surprise, good old Dad only comes around when he needs something. How about some tea and biscuits while we're at it? Alfred: Please listen. A few hours ago, the Justice League was compromised. Batman was able to send me a coded message that they were being mind-controlled by ghosts before he was captured. You and your wife are the only known contacts for Phantom. The world needs his help before the Justice League goes on a planned massacre. Jack: ....Fine, but only because thousands of innocent people could get hurt. *Turns to shout up the stairs* Danny! Can you come down here?! Alfred: We don't have time for your kids. We must move before- Jack: Unlike you, I always have time for my kids, but no, this isn't just a moment when you met your grandson. You need Phantom, don't you? Alfred: Yes? Jack: Then you need Danny. Danny: Did you need me, Dad? *looks at door* Who's this? Jack: The man who would rather be a butler/nanny to someone's kid than be a decent Father. Also, your new teammate for the upcoming battle. We're going to punch Batman in his dad-stealing face. Danny shifting into Phantom: FINALLY.
#dcxdpdabbles#dcxdp crossover#Alfred is Jack's Bio Dad#Jack uses his mom's madian name#It's why he is so insistant on putting Fenton everywhere#They know who Batman is#Alfred feels bad but he was never that good a man#Danny always wante to punch Bruce#from a fic i never wrote
