Rewatched the H50 pilot today and truly it is incredible how fast Steve falls in love. like i know we make the “I’ve found something that changed my mind [cute loudmouthed jersey detective in my dad’s garage]” jokes but TRULY Danny punches him and reveals himself to be a good dad and that’s it. Genesis grows tired—and a bit jealous—of Rufus and Sephiroth's dispute, so he decides to write a saucy Sephiroth/Rufus ficlet, print it out, and slip it under their office doors.

Angeal: .....I can't believe you did that.

Genesis: I did. And now we wait.

Angeal: To see who cracks and maims each other first?

Genesis: Don't be ridiculous, Angeal. We wait for Sephiroth to kill Rufus once and for all.

Angeal: Why would he be inclined to do that?

Genesis: Because I made Sephiroth bottom.

Here's the current draft for Thalamhan's map, including the names of all four cities and Danuas's location! Things are most likely going to change in the future but for now, this is the layout. It's not entirely accurate, for one the scale is probably bound to change and the map presents the colony as very vertical when it's not. I'd probably need to make it in a 3D software for it to be the most accurate it can be, but that can be for another time

When Danuas tunneled into the planet millions of years ago, the series of interconnecting cave systems she left behind would become Thalamhan. Early Thalamites would found Danann, the capital city, and during the Branching Era centuries later, they would expand upward toward the surface, founding the other three cities as well as many smaller towns and villages. Thalamites also live along the tunnels connecting each settlement to another.

Danann is the capital and cultural center of the colony, home to the Sacred Grounds. Beneath it is Danuas, accessed only by the cityspeaker through an entrance known as the Well of the Titan.

Loc Faore is the agricultural capital, a city built around a large lake of the same name. The settlements that surround it are along the streams that come from the lake, home to most of Thalamhan’s farmers.

Astorea is known for its high population of smiths and metallurgists. Its nickname is Little Danann, as it has the second largest cultural scene in the colony, particularly textiles and art.

Tollana is unique for being a mostly vertical city, so most of its population are Thalamites with flight based alternate modes. Many scientists and engineers including some from Danann have residences here, as it is the closest city to the surface, perfect for researching the planet and sky themselves.

The dark regions that surround the colony are the Darklands.

I finished the Golden Goddesses and arranged them together like the statue behind the throne in Twilight Princess. Just like with all of the other redesigns I posted I'll give more details on them individually at a later date, right now I wanted to focus on getting the designs done.

Though I haven't started on the Zelda's yet so there will probably be solo references/individual information coming in the next few days. If there's a specific Link or character you'd like to learn about for the AU, that I already have shone, let me know and I'll share them in the order requested.

Omg have I finally found a safe space where I can safely say that I consider Fugaku a decent dad? Every time I try to tell that to someone I get attacked with mostly fanon views of him. Like, people have somehow convinced themselves that Fugaku """canonically""" (which is to say, nowhere in canon is shown) hit his children, especially Itachi, and was a shitty father all around?

I have a strict dad close to the way Fugaku is shown to be in canon (minus the Take-My-Four-Years-Old-Son-To-The-Battlefield thing obviously) and being strict doesn't mean being shitty, but I guess people have just decided to ignore that...

ANYWAY. I'm fully convinced that Fugaku is one of the best dads within the Narutoverse and I'm so so so happy to see more people realizing it!

Fugaku wasn't the greatest dad, but he WAS a father. We can't say characters like Rasa were "fathers" too...

False Aria of Rebirth. Character Profiles: Mirak

Mirak: As an erdgeist, not much is known about Mirak other than she lacks traits most of her race would have. Though her body remains inorganic, her skin and hair feature a soft texture not too dissimilar from humans. Also, Mirak is prone to becoming distracted.

Having seemingly no emotions nor goals, Mirak joined Particus Academy to observe its students and the environment. While not observing, Mirak tends to walk to random places on her own as well.

Mirak is overly logical and sometimes interprets things literally, or comes off as snide. As a result, Mirak tends to get into one-sided fights with Tiamat - whom the latter gets easily frustrated with.

Mirak is part of Team Hinako as the team's healer. Despite all, the appearance of Melinda seemed to have sparked something within the erdgeist...
